Our story begins in the port city of Lith, a place full of travelers where many ships arrive daily with crews in search of adventure. From a ship that has just docked, a very enthusiastic boy disembarks. The young man is truly delighted to have arrived in this city along with his friends.

Soon, they encounter a young woman dressed as a bunny who informs them that they can buy potions after completing a mission. The same applies to the man selling fish; apparently, they are vendors who trade goods for favors. So, the friends set out to find lodging in the area. The boy seems utterly dazzled by the port city of Lith. Walker, a friend of Raymond, hugs him and asks if he is happy to be there as the young man struggles to contain his excitement.

Then, the white-haired young man, grabbing the boy by the neck, affirms that he is just as happy as his friend. Taran, who comes right behind accompanied by a beautiful young woman, says he also feels like running with joy for being in that city. The boy looks enthusiastically at the city's entrance and excitedly declares that this will be the beginning of the adventures awaiting him and his friends.

This is the era of adventurers who live in search of thrills and treasures, where everyone creates their own adventures and becomes the heroes of their own journeys. Beyond these mysterious portals that began appearing worldwide, every day there were various types of terrifying monsters that one wouldn't find in Maple World. Countless adventurers were eliminated in the portals, but the unimaginably valuable and powerful items found inside attracted those with ambitions pursuing adventures.

Walker says they need to acquire bait, probably being the most experienced of the group. His friends seem confused by this information. Walker then explains that bait, in other words, slaves, are essential for these adventures due to the numerous adventurers eliminated by unforeseen variables. Agreeing with her friend, Charlotte says it's a great plan to use someone to divert attention if they need to escape potential casualties within the portals.

Next, they go to a place where slaves are sold. The man informs Walker that the live bait market is managed by the Gaffer Merchant Union and that all the goods there are excellent for aiding in missions. The smiling vendor recommends some slaves to the adventurer and says they are worth their price. Pointing to one of the cells, the man tells Walker that the two young men inside are in good condition and were recently captured, convincing him to buy them.

With the bait already acquired, the inexperienced adventurers set out on their first exploration. Walker tells his friends he will mark the portal's pillar to notify others that they have entered and seems confident that no one else is inside yet. The boy is pleased to be the first one there, increasing their chances of finding treasures. Smiling, Walker asks his friends if they are all ready to start this adventure. Showing their enthusiasm for being there, Charlotte, Taran, and Raymond confirm they are prepared.

Then they all cross the portal, which takes them to a completely unknown world. Unable to contain the excitement of his first adventure, the young Raymond says the place is very strange and runs toward the forest. However, he soon freezes in place when faced with something unexpected. Raymond is struck by the place; the boy says he has never been in a place as mysterious as this one, and it's entirely different from what he imagined.

Seeing the slaves were scared, Walker tells them not to be nervous because poor portals usually form far from monster habitats. He also informs them that they cannot use the same portal to leave and will need to find the exit first. Then something catches Charlotte's attention. A terrifying monster suddenly appears behind the girl, attacking her before she can defend herself. Unexpectedly, the young Charlotte is attacked by a beast early into the portal's interior.

The entire group falls into despair as they look back and see the girl being devoured by the monster, contradicting what Walker had previously said. The beast then fixates its gaze on its potential next victims, who are in shock. Within seconds, the trees turn into ferocious, hungry monsters that quickly surround the group. At this moment, Walker grabs his bow and prepares to attack. He then shoots a flaming arrow at the monsters that were about to devour Charlotte.

In a desperate move, Walker orders the group to tie up the bait somewhere so that he and the others can escape safely. The slave begs for mercy and asks to be taken with them, but Taran, thinking only of himself, tells the boy to stay quiet and obey him. Meanwhile, the other boy taken as bait falls into despair, realizing that his end is near. Taking advantage of the distraction caused by the slaves, the adventurers flee while the boys continue pleading for mercy. Soon after, one of the bait is eliminated by a monster.

At this moment, we see that the other slave is also about to be devoured. The three friends stop at a distance from where the group was attacked. Holding Charlotte's body, Walker states that they have failed and that defeating the monsters no longer matters. What is most important now is finding the exit portal. Seeing his friend in shock, the group's leader urges him to pull himself together. Taran, irritated, grabs Raymond by the collar and shouts at him, snapping him out of his panic. He tells the young man to calm down and not give up because even though they failed this time, they can grow stronger, but they need to focus on the present.

However, right after Taran's encouraging words, a massive beast suddenly appears behind the young man who had just assured everyone they would leave that place. Then, without hesitation, the monster slams the young man to the ground, sending Raymond flying with the impact. Walker, witnessing yet another friend being brutally eliminated, falls into despair. At this moment, we see the beast with Taran crushed beneath its claws.

Raymond is incredulous at seeing his friend eliminated in an act of revenge, and with great fury, Walker prepares to attack the monster that killed his ally. However, something unexpected happens. The monster surprises Walker, grabbing him with its immense tongue before he can strike. It seems another member of the group is in danger. Then Walker is devoured by the beast, leaving Raymond even more terrified. Will he be the next victim?

Raymond tries to flee while the hungry monster chases him. It seems the boy's fate is sealed by the beast. Finally, the monster catches him in its massive jaws. Raymond screams in desperation, but there's nothing more he can do to escape the beast. From the top of a tree, a mysterious figure appears as the boy suffers while being devoured. The mysterious person watches the scene without reacting.

Raymond is surprised to spot the boy who had been used as live bait by his group desperately trying to survive. The boy pleads with the slave for help and says he is glad to see him alive. Frantic, Raymond tells the boy that he is sorry for using him as bait and that everyone else has been eliminated. For that reason, they need to help each other. In a desperate act, the young adventurer begs to be saved from the beast. However, it seems there is nothing more that can be done for him.

Unexpectedly, the slave continues watching from afar, showing no compassion, just as none had been shown to him. Raymond becomes increasingly desperate, realizing that the boy will not help him despite his pleas for mercy. With a sarcastic smile, the slave merely observes the scene. Then, holding a spear, the boy jumps from the tree, making it seem like he is about to help. However, he tells Raymond that he probably can't do anything because it's already too late to help him, even if he wanted to.

Raymond, now hopeless, sees his own reflection in a pool of blood one last time. Even while being devoured, the boy smiles and curses the slave, saying there's no escape in that. After the monster devours him, the boy will be next. Finally, everyone is eliminated, leaving only the mysterious slave. Now the boy who was being used as live bait stands face to face with the monster.

Next, the beast prepares to attack him, charging at the boy with full force, but it seems he isn't intimidated by the beast that is about to devour him. At this moment, the slave stares coldly at the monster, gripping his spear tightly. He declares that he won't be eliminated so easily. Then, surprisingly, he strikes the monster, defeating it with a single blow.

This young boy, who until now was merely an unknown figure, turns out to be our protagonist. He places a hand on his face, declaring that this wasn't the place where he was meant to fall. The young man begins to recall a dark world where volcanoes were erupting. In a group, he stood atop a cliff, seemingly the leader. The boy informs them that something terrifying is approaching.

Then we see flying monsters heading toward the team, beasts of various types and sizes. However, something much larger was accompanying them. This gigantic monster was the king of dragons, called Gorale. Next, seeing the immense creature approaching, the woman behind the leader informs him that the centaur's nest has been defeated, as well as the Signis knights, the resistance, the cross hunters, all the adventurers, and the six heroes whom people saw as a beacon of hope. They are all gone, and only one hero remains: the last adventurer, our protagonist, El Palm.

Then all the members of the team prepare to defend themselves from the beasts, affirming that this would be their final adventure. Finally, the Dragon King reaches them, attacking and leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. Our protagonist appears utterly exhausted and gravely wounded, practically hopeless as he is the sole survivor of that attack. Everything seems lost in the face of that enormous creature.

Then he begins to wonder if his end has truly come. At this moment, we see that he managed to cut off one of the Dragon King's heads. However, Palm is incredulous as he watches the severed head regenerate, realizing that all their sacrifices had been in vain. Once again, the Dragon King prepares to attack him. Palm stares coldly at his opponent. He closes his eyes and starts reflecting on his life.

Disheartened, our protagonist begins to question if this is the end of the world and of their adventure as well. Then the Dragon King lands on the ground. Palm continues to contemplate whether to fight or simply accept his cruel fate. However, our protagonist starts to show signs of resistance, unwilling to accept such an end.

El Palm begins thinking about his friends who sacrificed themselves for a greater purpose, such as Phillip, his ally Jaden, and his loyal companion Alexis, who gave her life to save him. The boy starts wondering if all their sacrifices would have been in vain with his possible defeat. After much reflection on those who gave their lives, our protagonist awakens determined to defeat the Dragon King.

Palm declares that he cannot simply accept this situation. Our protagonist stares intently at Gorale. El Palm extends his hand toward the dragon, declaring that he will fight for his life. Then the boy begins to summon a powerful spell. The last adventurer pours practically all his power into this attack. Palm conjures a mighty arrow and directs it at the monster.

But something unexpected happens during his final attack. It seems his body couldn't withstand the pressure of the magic. Our adventurer has reached his absolute limit and can no longer hold on. Without hesitation, the Dragon King launches an attack against El Palm. He unleashes a magnificent, powerful purple orb at our protagonist, who sees his life flashing before his eyes.

After his defeat by the Dragon King, as his soul is transported to another dimension, the boy begins pleading for a second chance to do things differently. Surprisingly, something happens, and he awakens as if his wish had been granted. Then our protagonist finds himself trapped in a dungeon with someone telling him it's no use pretending to be sick to avoid work.

Hearing that voice, still a bit dazed, Palm wonders if it is the Dragon King speaking to him, but soon he sees it's a human who calls him a slave. Our protagonist is incredulous to realize that he is still alive. However, as he regains his senses, he starts to recognize the place where more slaves are also imprisoned. Gradually, he becomes convinced that he has been there before.

Then, observing his surroundings and seeing all the people, our protagonist confirms that it is the slave market. He remembers upon confirming his suspicions that the slave market had been abolished long ago, but that this place certainly belongs to his past. Then he looks at the live bait vendor and begins to believe he recognizes him.

El Palm is now certain that this merchant is the same man who was in charge of selling him as a slave six years ago. However, noticing our protagonist staring intently at him, the vendor becomes irritated. Our protagonist now knows he has returned to the past and is about to be punished. Palm managed to return, but he is in trouble once again.

Now the boy understands that he has returned to the starting point of all the stories of his journey, yet he still questions whether he is dreaming. But after a few moments of reflection, he acknowledges that what is happening is very real, and like a déjà vu, everything begins to repeat itself, making Palm increasingly convinced that he has indeed returned to the past.

Once again, we see the scene where Walker and his group visit the slave market and purchase our protagonist to use him as live bait for an adventure. At that exact moment, El Palm realizes this is the second chance he begged for. Next, we return to the present events where our protagonist finds a weapon on the ground. Unexpectedly, Palm stumbles upon a staff that will allow him to summon a fire arrow.

Knowing the powers of this weapon, the boy understands it will be very useful. At this moment, however, it won't be enough, as Palm imagines an adventurer must have more than just a single weapon. So he sets out to find more accessories. At this point, we discover this is why he returned to the beginning of the dungeon where the team was eliminated.

Then the boy remembers that some people have a habit of hiding valuable items in their shoes, and fortunately for our protagonist, he manages to find a magical accessory. El Palm becomes very excited to discover it is a telekinetic ring, highly useful in combat against monsters. Suddenly, the boy is startled by something frightening. Several monsters emerge to attack him.

At that moment, Palm concludes that these beasts are drawn by the smell of blood. The monsters arrive with intense fury, and quickly Palm finds himself surrounded by the hungry beasts. The boy attacks with his spear, managing to take down only one monster. However, he is soon caught off guard by another beast attacking him. Our protagonist defends himself with the spear, but the monster breaks it effortlessly, leaving the boy in trouble.

Palm knows he must act quickly to avoid being eliminated again. The boy is on the verge of being devoured; however, he moves swiftly and summons a fire arrow with his staff. El Palm casts the spell, eliminating another monster. Then the boy has the brilliant idea of combining the ring with his fire arrow, and something surprising happens.

Raising his hand, the boy generates telekinesis with the ring. Palm successfully controls the fire arrow, directing it wherever he wants it to strike. To the boy's surprise, the trick works incredibly. Our protagonist manages to eliminate all the monsters with just one fire arrow. However, several other beasts emerge shortly after, so Palm prepares to defend himself once again.

But something unexpected happens. Faced with danger, our protagonist realizes he cannot summon another fire arrow immediately. Palm wonders if the magic is on cooldown, concluding the weapon isn't broken. Once again, our boy must act quickly to stay alive. Palm plants his feet firmly on the ground. He strikes the monster using the staff as a club. Using this same strategy repeatedly, he even manages to kick one of the beasts.

Our boy demonstrates a strong will to live, managing to defeat several monsters even without magic. Then Palm wonders how many are left after having eliminated so many. Finally, the boy can use the staff's power again. With the magic restored, Palm knows what must be done to avoid being devoured. Staring coldly at the beasts, our boy begins the summoning process.

Then Palm launches the fire arrow again amidst the monsters, once more combining the telekinetic ring with the staff's magic. Quickly, El Palm repeats the attack, eliminating all the monsters surrounding him. The last adventurer grows more confident amid the defeated monsters. Our boy is surprised once again to see Charlotte still alive, astonished to witness the feats of someone who until now was merely her group's bait.

In disbelief at what she just witnessed, the girl declares that Palm was not just any slave. El Palm is perplexed to see that Charlotte, even after being nearly devoured by a monster, is still alive. Still unable to believe what she saw, the girl asks the boy about his true identity after witnessing his mastery with a spear and magic. Charlotte, even seeing it with her own eyes, is indignant.

Then the girl asks the boy why he has that staff and how Palm managed to awaken, gaining a mark on his wrist while being nothing more than a mere slave. The girl begins to draw conclusions, analyzing the situation. Charlotte asks if Palm had planned all of this from the beginning. Meanwhile, our protagonist simply looks at her without showing compassion for those who used him as live bait.

At that moment, the forest seems to grow denser and darker. Then Palm asks Charlotte if she is done speaking, leaving the girl confused about the current situation. Cold and calculating, our protagonist apologizes, stating that she misunderstood his purpose. El Palm says that nothing would have been different even if he had planned it because he would have eliminated all of them regardless, leaving her terrified.

Charlotte finally understands that the boy is willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish his initial plan. Pointing the staff at the girl, Palm declares that he abhors people who use slaves as live bait in dungeons. Meanwhile, back in the city, the population is shocked to see something extraordinary. Everyone begins whispering in fear as they see the boy has returned.

Even seeing Palm alive, no one can believe it. They wonder how a slave used as bait could have returned alone. Already aware of his future, Palm knows what he must do to stay alive and prevent history from repeating itself. The boy stops in front of a mansion, declaring that his freedom lies within. Meanwhile, someone inside is also incredulous upon hearing the news that a slave has returned alive.

This person is Lord Abies, who is receiving the information from a subordinate. The man continues explaining that Palm returned unscathed, but Abies remains unimpressed, stating it's nothing unusual. However, the subordinate informs him that the boy was the sole survivor of that dungeon, leaving Lord Abies astonished. After hearing this, Abies becomes intrigued, realizing that Palm didn't run away and even returned on his own.

Lord Abies declares that people reduced to slavery due to debt will inevitably end up as bait again, even if they survive. The man concludes that this means Palm understands he cannot escape their grasp, as the only way out is death. Showing no compassion for the slave, Lord Abies looks coldly at his subordinate. He asserts that this is the way of the Gaffer Merchant Union, adding that this is why he wonders why he has to hear something as trivial as this news.

Though the subordinate quickly informs him of another more significant event. This time, the man reveals to Lord Abies that the mere slave managed to unlock the first circle, leaving Abies visibly shaken. The one-eyed man expresses his amazement that someone used as bait has now achieved the first circle. Lord Abies wonders if a slave might harbor intense resentment against the Merchant Union if something goes wrong.

The subordinate adds that Palm also inquired about a possible modification to his contract, surprising Abies further. The man informs Abies that Palm is considering the possibility of registering as an adventurer after his feats. Angry at Palm's intention, Abies questions whether a slave without rights doesn't know his place. But the subordinate clarifies that it was Lord Raken who gave the order.

At this moment, Abies grows irritated upon learning that his superior is instructing him to handle this situation. The man then wonders why an executive of the Gaffer Merchant Union is showing interest in a low-class slave. Lord Abies reflects on what might be the reason, looking at a book. The man wonders if it could be the cause of this interest.

The subordinate leaves the room. Lord Abies even stops smoking his cigar after hearing the information. The man stands by the window, deep in thought about a bait slave who wants to become an adventurer. Below, Queen Signis, the position of a slave should not exist. This is merely a superficial conversation, as humans have always been slaves to the country's currency, the meso. If they fail to repay what they borrowed, they must compensate with hard labor.

This notion was created by the world of guarantees. The so-called slaves, on the day our protagonist's only family, his father, died from an illness, he became a slave. Palm purchased black moss herb on credit from the merchant, and shortly afterward, they multiplied the price, raising it to 1,000 mesos. The boy was then judged by the debtor's court. El Palm was accused of failing to repay the amount of 1,000 mesos on time. He was sentenced to perform work equivalent to that amount for the Merchant Union, thus becoming a slave.

In this brutal manner, our protagonist was exploited for six long years as live bait for adventurers who paid for the service. Face to face with Lord Abies, our boy is determined to take revenge on his oppressors. El Palm enters, fully aware that he is standing before someone very important, the left hand of Raken, one of the Union's executives.

Lord Abies tells the boy he's already been informed about his desire to modify the contract, as he has received the report. So he gets straight to the point. Then the man sets his teacup down on the table. Abies, following Lord Raken's orders, tells Palm that he will amend his contract to rank F adventurer. Our protagonist thanks him with a smile and adds cautiously. Despite agreeing to the change, he finds it strange that Palm accepted without questioning.

However, Palm surprises Abies with another unexpected request. Ambitiously, the boy declares that he wants rank C, revealing he has no intention of playing along with Abies' game. Lord Abies is outraged by the protagonist's request, stating that Palm hasn't even been recognized by the Union yet. But Palm counters, explaining that he has explored nearly 100 portals in three years.

Abies retorts that Palm only served as bait during that time and never defeated a monster. Palm surprises him by asking when hunting beasts became a virtue for adventurers. El Palm explains that the reason the first adventurer made a name for themselves was survival—being able to return alive from a dungeon. Our protagonist reinforces his point, asking since when information from someone who returned alive could outweigh individual feats.

Abies reluctantly agrees. He admits that surviving three years as bait is impressive but points out it was only possible because Palm accessed low-rank portals. Lord Abies emphasizes that approving such a risky new contract for someone who might not survive to pay their debt would be foolish. He reflects, believing Palm is boasting too much and doubts he could last three steps in a high-rank portal.

Abies stares at Palm, trying to decipher the feeling of disdain he senses from the boy. He then decides to test Palm, underestimating him by proposing a portal where only five people can enter and that bears 12 scars. Abies smiles, doubting the boy's potential, confident in Palm's failure. The one-eyed man explains that this portal is where the bones of the last 12 groups are buried. Still underestimating Palm, Abies states he must prove his worth by returning alive.

Once again laughing, Abies hands Palm another contract, saying he will fulfill his wishes if he succeeds in the forest. Ready for a new adventure, El Palm meets a new group of adventurers to begin the hunt. The team leader introduces himself as Chev, explaining he is a tank and heard from Abies that Palm was a bait slave. Chev reassures him that such things don't matter to him or the rest of the group.

El Palm replies that he hopes they can work together for a long time, and Chev mentions hearing rumors that Palm can use fire magic. Still cautious around the group, Palm confirms this, prompting his new companions to ask if he can only use the fire element assigned to him. Mocking Palm, Chev remarks that any item unrelated to his element seems useless to him.

The team leader concludes by explaining their mission is not to hunt monsters but to retrieve the 12 items from the group annihilated before them. Chev explains that they only need to deliver the accessories to the Union, which will pay 3,000 mesos for each recovered item. Max becomes upset, complaining about the low payment and asserting that first-circle adventure items are worth 7,000 mesos or more.

Chev asks Max to stop complaining so much, to which Max responds that he rarely does but believes the payment is unreasonably low. As they approach the portal, Chev asks the team if they are ready and declares it's time to make some money. Inside the dungeon, the atmosphere changes entirely. Max comments that the area is well-lit but feels incredibly dreary.

Meanwhile, Chev suggests they set up camp to prepare for potential battles. Max points out a tree that would be ideal for hiding due to its many branches, which would facilitate movement, and Chev agrees. They quickly begin building a shelter. Max approaches Palm, telling him to rest since setting up camp is his and Tom's specialty.

After constructing a base high in the tree, Chev announces that the team should split into two groups to search for the items in the surrounding area. Then the leader divides the team, informing them that Tom, Max, and Roa will form group one. Chev tells his teammates to head east while he and Palm will go west, and if anything strange happens, they must send a dangerous signal and return to base.

Our protagonist follows the group leader to begin the search for the lost item. Frustrated, Chev wonders how it's possible they haven't encountered any monsters or found any accessories and concludes they may need to move the camp. At that moment, the group leader asks El Palm what he thinks of his first mission as an official scout adventurer. To avoid drawing too much attention, our protagonist simply replies that he feels nervous, to which Chev assures him that's normal at first.

Trying to comfort the boy, Chev explains that he's been an adventurer for a long time, and despite his experience, every step inside a portal still makes him nervous. The leader adds that he manages to undertake adventures because he has good people by his side, though complimenting them might sound a bit strange. Chev, attempting to bond with Palm, expresses sadness about the boy's life story, having been a slave and used as bait.

The group leader then decides to invite Palm to join the team. However, upon observing Palm, Chev notices the boy isn't listening because he's distracted by something else. Believing Palm is embarrassed by the invitation, Chev assures him that there's no pressure to accept, but that's not what is concerning our protagonist.

Back at the campfire with the group reunited, the members discuss the lack of findings, and Tom comments that it was probably never going to be easy to locate the items. Chev, exhausted, asks his friends to stop talking about work while eating and suggests they save the conversation for the next day. Our protagonist appears calm, drinking from a flask offered to him. Soon night falls; it seems the entire group is resting at the campsite, but someone soon approaches with a torch in hand, calling for El Palm.

It's Chev, accompanied by the rest of the team. They stand watching the boy's sleeping bag. Tom places a hand on the leader's shoulder, asking what he intends to do with a dagger in hand. Max smiles and remarks that Palm has lost himself in his dreams and won't be responding to their call. We then discover they gave our protagonist a large dose of sedatives, intending to steal his staff and ring, knowing their considerable value on the market.

Without hesitation, Max prepares to eliminate El Palm. He drives the dagger into the sleeping bag, believing the boy is inside, but he's immediately surprised and confused. Max informs the group that Palm tricked them by stuffing the bag with a piece of wood and pillows. Everyone is shocked to realize the boy wasn't in the sleeping bag. Chev shouts, ordering them to find him, asserting that Palm couldn't have gone far.

Suddenly, they are startled by an explosion below the campsite. At that moment, we see El Palm watching as fire engulfs the shelter where the group is. Everyone panics, unsure of what just happened, while Chev wonders if it could have been caused by Palm. Tom calls the leader's attention, and when Chev turns to see what his friend wants, he is faced with something astonishing.

Chev comes face to face with a massive yellow monster with a terrifying gaze. At that moment, the group leader begins to understand what Palm did. Chev realizes that Palm used them as bait to attract the beast, whose footprint he had noticed earlier in the forest. As the monster prepares to attack, everyone jumps quickly from the burning camp. The enormous beast nearly devours the sight.

Watching the scene from a distance, Palm thinks the group's behavior was ridiculous because if they intended to deceive him, they shouldn't have been so kind. El Palm reflects that accepting him as bait in a portal where 12 veteran adventurers failed made it obvious they were scheming something. While everyone runs frantically trying to save themselves, our protagonist observes the mass of beasts and notes that he thought it would be a different type of monster but realizes it's larger than he expected.

The creature destroys everything in its path as they flee. Chev tells his companions that this type of monster puts them at a severe disadvantage. Then Tom asks the leader if he knows anything important about the beast, and Chev explains that if his guess is correct, it's a golden slime. Chev adds that such creatures are not commonly seen in Maple World, as they are rare bosses that only emerge from red portals.

The group leader informs them that the monster's body is acidic, making it the worst possible enemy for weak adventurers like them. Then something unexpected happens. The two are nearly struck by an acid blast from the monster. Tom panics, asking the leader what that was and how it almost hit them. In disbelief, Tom asks Chev if this monster also has ranged attacks. The leader explains that the attack is a skill called acid arrow, allowing the creature to shoot acid from its body, leaving Tom even more alarmed.

Someone then asks Chev if there is any way to defeat it, and he replies that they first need to flee because the acid arrow has a cooldown of one minute. At this moment, the leader informs them they must recover and wait for an opportunity to strike at the core located on the monster's head. Hearing that the monster's skill is on cooldown, Max decides to take an unusual action. Chev panics as he sees Max charging toward the beast and calls out to him, but Max, believing he still has time to attack, doesn't stop. Confident that the monster won't retaliate, Max lunges at it with his dagger, attempting to take it down.

Chev, aware of the danger posed by the creature, shouts for his friend to wait so they can attack together, but the inevitable happens. Max is sliced in half by the acid arrow, which was supposedly still on cooldown according to Chev. Chev is devastated and in disbelief as he witnesses his friend being eliminated in such a manner. Staring at the monster in confusion, the group leader remarks that the beast's skills should still have been on cooldown.

The golden slime then launches a giant ball of acid at the rest of the group, wiping them out completely. El Palm, observing from a distance, assumes the monster has finished them all off. Our protagonist, with his extensive knowledge of monsters, reflects that Chev wasn't wrong about the creature's abilities. However, what the group leader didn't know is that the golden slime becomes stronger based on the items it consumes, reducing the acid arrow's cooldown as it grows more powerful.

Observing its abnormal size and the non-existent cooldown, Palm realizes why the 12 adventurers before them failed. It's because the monster has surpassed its class. Our protagonist concludes that the beast has grown so much that it now belongs to the level of a yellow portal, making it impossible for a first-circle adventurer to defeat it. El Palm, knowing the golden slime's abilities, is convinced that no items remain in this dungeon and the mission has failed.

He then recalls Lord Abies handing him the contract and underestimating him. At this moment, Palm knows he can't return empty-handed and must act quickly. The golden slime seems to sense the presence of our protagonist. Alert and suspicious, the monster begins to suspect someone else is nearby, but it is suddenly struck by a fire attack, exploding on its head. Due to the explosion, acid starts dripping onto the ground, forming holes.

Although he hits the desired target, El Palm believes he hasn't eliminated the golden slime with a single strike due to its magical resistance. Calculating the monster's defense, Palm estimates that five more direct hits to the head will allow him to reach the core and defeat it. Preparing for battle, Palm ties a rope to a sword, declaring that the golden slime's resistance doesn't matter because one way or another, he will eliminate it and retrieve the core to deliver it to Lord Abies.

The golden slime then spots Palm and launches an acid ball in his direction, but the boy quickly leaps from the tree, dodging the attack. At that moment, the monster unleashes multiple acid arrow attacks against him. El Palm decides to counterattack. Our protagonist grips the rope firmly, using telekinesis, using the sword as a whip. Palm swings it to evade the attacks and close in on his enemy.

Then Palm recalls that in his previous life, he wasn't just any mage; one of his titles was the best telekinetic. After positioning himself at an advantageous angle, our boy makes his first strike, conjuring a fire arrow and hitting its target directly. Meanwhile, the slime continues attacking the boy consecutively, but Palm easily dodges the attacks. Our protagonist shows that he will not be defeated easily.

Using the rope as a means of escape, Palm manages to evade once again. He then launches another fire arrow, determined to eliminate the slime. The boy successfully hits its head again, stating that three more shots are needed to achieve his goal. El Palm uses the rope with telekinesis once more to get closer to the monster and obtain a better angle for his attack. Executing his strategy successfully, our protagonist gets very close to the golden slime and strikes it again.

Quickly, the boy jumps back after landing the hit, stating that two more attacks remain. Demonstrating great agility and strength, Palm fires another fire arrow. However, to his surprise, the monster manages to dodge this attack, even missing his target. Our protagonist does something astonishing. Using telekinesis with the ring, he redirects the fire arrow toward the beast's head, displaying himself as a magnificent and strategic mage.

El Palm lands the fourth shot on the golden slime. Our protagonist exposes the core located on the monster's head. Quickly, the boy leaps onto the slime. Palm is confident that this final attack will allow him to claim the core and defeat the monster. Using the rope, our protagonist gets very close to the golden slime's head, but it seems he is about to be captured.

El Palm knows he must act quickly to survive. Using the ring again, our protagonist throws the sword away, embedding it in the ground before being caught. The boy uses the rope to escape, propelling himself far from the monster. Soon, Palm lands firmly on the ground. Quickly, he prepares to counterattack once again, using the fire arrow. The boy launches his magical ability toward the beast.

The monster defends itself by using its massive hand as a shield, but Palm, smiling, appears to have an unusual strategy once more. Combining telekinesis with the fire arrow, the boy redirects his attack to bypass the slime's hand and strike its head successfully. Executing his battle strategy, our protagonist lands a direct hit on the acidic monster. We see the core's protective layer shattering.

It seems an explosion is imminent. The golden slime's eyes begin to swell. Consequently, the infamous acidic monster that had claimed many adventurers' lives is defeated by a former slave. Due to the explosion, acidic lava is hurled everywhere, forcing our protagonist to flee quickly. El Palm runs as far away as possible to avoid being hit by the slime's acid. He then decides to use the sword as a means of escape once again.

Palm throws the weapon tied with a rope toward a tree, knowing he needs to get away fast. With this, our protagonist successfully hooks a branch and uses it to flee. Now out of danger, El Palm observes the river of acid that has formed below following the yellow monster's explosion. Confident, the boy waits for the acid level to lower so he can descend. The acidic lava is so corrosive that it devastates the forest path, leaving a visible trail of destruction.

Feeling safe, our boy climbs down from the tree. Palm then walks towards something. Soon, he comes face to face with his objective. Finally, El Palm retrieves the core from the golden slime's head. Extending his hand to bring it closer, the object resembling a boiling egg leaps toward the boy. Using telekinesis, Palm successfully completes his mission. Understanding the power of the core, our boy decides to use it.

Palm invokes the object's magic. Incredibly, our protagonist forms a red force field around himself using the core's power. Back in Lord Abies' chamber, seeing that only the former slave had returned, the one-eyed man tries to imagine how this was possible. Finally, Abies acknowledges the survival skills of our protagonist. However, he states that since Palm returned alone and without the items he was sent to recover, he didn't fulfill the contract.

Abies adds that the group had plotted to rob him. Our protagonist explains to Lord Abies that when he left to avoid being robbed, the team encountered the monster, and it seems they were all eliminated. Doubtful of the boy's story, Abies asks if the group was devoured by the beast. El Palm informs him that it was a golden slime, and at that moment, Lord Abies realizes that if it was indeed that monster, everything inside the dungeon would have been dissolved.

Concerned about business, the one-eyed Abies now knows that all the items rented from the Merchant Union were destroyed—a loss that cannot be overlooked. Abies faces an even bigger issue: the slave recently promoted to adventurer who once again returned alive and with all this information. The one-eyed man begins analyzing portals where the number of participants is limited.

Once the specified number enters, the portal deactivates until all are eliminated. There are also entry restrictions based on difficulty level and circle, with levels indicated by colors ranging from red to purple. Finally, the greatest obstacle: portals can only be used once, and if someone who entered survives and exits, the portal they used will be destroyed and cannot be reused.

Continuing the conversation, Lord Abies tells the boy that since only he survived and all the items were melted by the slime, it would be impossible to return them. At this point, Abies informs Palm that regardless of what happened in the dungeon, the fact remains that he failed the mission as outlined in the contract. But our protagonist interrupts, saying the man is too impatient since he hasn't yet finished explaining the details.

Pulling the string on his leather armband, Palm mentions the golden slime. At that moment, Abies is incredulous, wondering what the boy is about to reveal. Showing that he has awakened the second circle on his wrist, our protagonist informs the man that he consumed the core from the monster's head. The one-eyed man is horrified to learn that the boy absorbed the golden slime's energy stone.

Determined to grow stronger, El Palm tells Abies that this feat should suffice as his trial and that the man must fulfill his promise to promote him to rank C. But our protagonist is caught off guard by Abies' arrogance when he informs Palm that he will instead promote him to rank D, leaving the boy confused. Abies then says he will treat Palm as a rank C adventurer if the young man agrees to work for him.

Next, the one-eyed man drafts another contract as a new proposal, which Palm signs without hesitation. At this moment, Abies reflects that under normal circumstances, giving rank C to someone who hasn't even reached the third circle would be considered preferential treatment. Adventurer ranks are strongly influenced by circles, which symbolize power, with differences that are clearly evident.

But Abies knows that our protagonist is exceptional, as advancing a circle cannot be achieved merely by absorbing a monster's energy stone. The one-eyed man recalls that the boy mentioned having survival instincts. Smiling, Abies believes it's truly just that—survival instincts and not overwhelming talent. Though he has never seen such rapid evolution before, recognizing that this young man is valuable for business, Abies is convinced he must recruit him.

El Palm feels relieved, noticing that Abies' treatment of him has improved faster than he expected, likely due to the man's impatience. Next, our protagonist remembers that the first portal raid is approaching—a raid involving 100 members of red rank. The first major event the Merchant Union of Lith and the guilds would witness, and naturally, Gaffer would also be deeply interested.

Palm thinks there's no harm in this because he's in a hurry, and being involved will help him advance his plans. Our protagonist tells Abies he needs a favor, and the man responds that he only needs to ask, and it will be done. Palm extends his hand. Unexpectedly, he asks the one-eyed man for a loan. Abies smiles, thinking it would be something else, though he believes the boy's boldness and familiarity are going too far.

Some say the portals began in the age of adventurers, but they were merely a trap created by the Black Mage. Many adventurers perished in the portals, destroying the future potential of Maple World. And then came the last day, after which all the monsters waiting for their time rushed through the portals, and tragically, we lost exactly three years. From that moment, the fate Maple World would face was not far off.

We see Abies deep in thought, watching our protagonist leave his premises. Outside, Palm moves forward to pursue his objectives, placing a hand on the pouch containing the money he borrowed from Abies. The boy thinks it won't be enough but acknowledges it's sufficient to get started. Our protagonist remembers that the portal found this time is a red-level one, and only those with two circles can enter.

Following his line of reasoning, the boy analyzes why the Gaffer Merchant Union would invest in someone with only two circles like him, considering that the more, the better. Strategically thinking, Palm knows that even if he manages to earn money, spending it all on items at that moment would be foolish because at his level, they are too expensive. Thus, the boy stops in front of a shop, analyzing what would be the most viable purchase.

Afterward, Palm enters the establishment. At this moment, we see an interesting sign. Our protagonist stands still but remains determined. Unexpectedly, El Palm decides to acquire a slave at the Lith market with the money he borrowed from Mr. Abies. The vendor then asks the boy what type of companion he is looking for: bait or a warrior to accompany him in battles.

Meanwhile, another buyer passes by with a slave he just purchased, but Palm quickly tells the vendor that he already has someone in mind and asks the man to accompany him to the dungeons. At this point, the vendor is surprised by the boy's request. Complying with Palm's demand, the vendor leads him to the punishment grounds—a place to discipline those who behave like the person our protagonist is searching for.

As soon as they enter the area, the boy stops in front of one of the cages that caught his attention. The vendor, not understanding why he stopped, calls him to move forward. At that moment, we can see that the prisoner is chained due to the level of his danger. Seeing who the slave in the cage is, the vendor becomes apprehensive. Still startled, the man asks Palm if he is sure he wants to buy him, to which the boy replies affirmatively.

Our protagonist finds himself face to face with his future battle companion. Chained and furious, the man glares at El Palm, and the boy tells the vendor that this is the person he was looking for. At that moment, El Palm recalls that before his return, there was an incident where the elimination of a certain individual accelerated the end of the world. Aaron, the axe-wielding heroine, was eliminated, and the person imprisoned there was the first and last student of Aaron—the one who stayed by her side from the beginning to the end: D.B.A., the hero slayer.

That was undoubtedly the person our protagonist was searching for. The prisoner then asks Palm if he is really there for him. Bitterly, D.B.A. tells our protagonist that he does not know him and asks him to leave. The vendor, embarrassed by the slave's attitude, apologizes to Palm, explaining that the man's mental state is impaired.

Our protagonist remembers that his old friend's behavior is different, but even now, as a slave, treating an adventurer in such a manner was quite rude. Trying to secure the sale, the vendor informs the boy that there are many other mad dogs like D.B.A. in that place. At that moment, the vendor adds that there are other people there who are just as good, not only in personality but in skill as well.

El Palm recalls that the great D.B.A. by his side was one of the few who gained recognition after the last day. Many times, they were even compared for being exceptionally skilled. However, what was most similar between the two was their interest in the man. The protagonist asks how much it will cost. D.B.A., underestimating the boy, assumes he is probably from a wealthy family and asks if he is willing to pay the price.

Without hesitation, Palm's former friend demands 1 million mesos and asks if the boy agrees to the amount, mildly calling him "young master." Returning to his earlier thoughts, the boy remembers that the two were very similar because they both desperately needed money. D.B.A. has a younger sister who suffers from the black blood disease. Then, still being very rude, the slave tells Palm to leave if he does not have the amount he requested.

But D.B.A. is surprised when our protagonist reaches into his pocket and shows the money, realizing that Palm is indeed willing to pay the required amount. The boy's former friend is shocked. Our protagonist then reveals a wad of money, affirming that it contains the 1 million mesos the slave demanded. D.B.A. and the vendor are stunned upon seeing such an exorbitant sum and ask the boy if the money is truly real. The slave, who had been rude until then, falls silent.

El Palm then tells the man that he needs to listen to him first before accepting and offers him a one-year contract along with benefits and priority in choosing the items acquired. At this moment, the merchant becomes indignant upon realizing that our protagonist offered a group membership contract instead of a slave contract. Then Palm extends his hand, handing over the document for the young man to read and sign.

Aware of the advantages of this contract, D.B.A. quickly grabs it, stating that there is no way to back out of the offer. Next, the protagonist's former friend pricks his finger with his tooth. Seeing that D.B.A. signed the contract with his blood, Palm wonders if the young man hesitated to accept because his sister is very ill and he needs the money. Our protagonist seems pleased to see that his future great friend will now be his companion again.

Then El Palm tells D.B.A. that as soon as the contract is sealed, they will head straight to the portal, and the young man replies that he has no problem with that. At that moment, the boy looks intently at the slave, saying he will have to prove his worth. Addressing him by name, D.B.A. then responds in kind, telling Palm that he will work harder than anyone he has ever seen before.

Now in the forest on their way to the first portal, D.B.A., confused, appears holding an axe. Next, the young man tells Palm that he is grateful for the new weapon but explains that he usually uses a long sword and suggests they go back to exchange it. Then the boy tells D.B.A. that from now on, he will use an axe while they work together, and if he doesn't like it, he can simply cancel the contract.

After arriving at the location, the protagonist's companion asks if that red-level portal with a scar and an entry limit of eight people is where he will undergo his test. Worried about his safety, D.B.A. asks Palm where the rest of the group is, assuming that as a wealthy leader, he would have hired good warriors, believing there would be more people on the team. The young man mentions that a healer would be essential but is soon met with the boy staring at him strangely.

At that moment, D.B.A. begins to grow even more anxious. Then, to the young man's surprise, Palm reassures him, saying there is no need to worry about other members because they already have enough. Next, our protagonist extends his hand toward his companion and unexpectedly implies that everything they need is right in front of them, leaving D.B.A. puzzled.

Our future great warrior looks at Palm, wondering if the boy has gone mad. At this moment, D.B.A. is incredulous, believing he has been hired by a lunatic. Then El Palm quickly kicks his companion into the portal. D.B.A. panics, and soon both are inside the dungeon. Our future great warrior is still on his knees, terrified by the situation. Desperate, D.B.A. asks Palm if he is insane for attempting an eight-person portal with only two people and angrily states there is a limit to madness.

However, what bothers the young man the most is the fact that he has to use a weapon he is not familiar with. Next, something raising a lot of dust and making loud noises catches D.B.A.'s attention. A horde of stumps appears. Quickly, D.B.A. pulls himself together, entering a battle stance because the monsters were drawn by his shouting. Realizing that a sword would not be the best weapon in this situation, D.B.A. is soon surprised by Palm, who pushes him aside, ordering him to get out of the way.

Worried about his leader, D.B.A. asks him to wait while our protagonist heads toward the stumps. Then Palm launches a fire arrow that eliminates the monsters with ease. At this moment, D.B.A. is left speechless, witnessing such power. Then something even more unexpected happens. Our protagonist uses telekinesis on the fire arrow, which quickly eliminates the monsters. This strategy by Palm is truly incredible and destroys the enemies effortlessly. Soon all the stumps are pierced and eliminated by the fire arrow with telekinesis; not a single one remains to attack them.

Next, El Palm tells D.B.A. that it was disappointing to see how he acted as soon as they entered the portal. Faced with the defeated stumps, our protagonist orders the warrior not to make such mistakes again, leaving him even more confused by everything. In a dark place, someone is relaying information that the McCants took the bait. This woman also states they are buying time for the plan but that they have already captured the people they intend to send.

At this moment, we see someone holding a glass of wine. Then the woman delivering the information asks the man standing in front of a large window if they have his permission to proceed with the plan. The man with the goblet, amidst the darkness of the place, replies affirmatively. Bowing, the woman thanks him, then quickly the girl dematerializes, vanishing from the scene. Raising his wine goblet, the man says that everything will be done according to a certain person's will.

Under a magnificent moonlit night, the man declares freedom from Maple World. At that moment, we return to the dungeon where our adventurers are. D.B.A. appears holding a sack, informing Palm that he had collected a total of 27 energy stones from the stumps they had eliminated. Our protagonist tells his companion that they must continue, and the man simply agrees, following him.

The two then set off in search of more adventures within the dungeon. Following his leader, D.B.A. thinks to himself that he now believes Palm is not crazy and that he has never seen anyone use telekinesis to control a fire arrow. Smiling, our warrior feels optimistic, believing that by fighting alongside someone so strong, he will be able to earn a lot of money. Just then, our protagonist informs him that he has found something.

Unexpectedly, Palm was looking for another group of stumps to test him. From behind a rock, D.B.A. makes a quick count and tells his leader that there are nine monsters in the area, to which the boy responds that it's the perfect number to achieve what he needs. Underestimating his own abilities, as he cannot remember his past life, D.B.A. looks indignantly at Palm, asking how that can be considered a perfect number.

At this moment, our protagonist stares at D.B.A. somewhat impatiently, knowing his friend's abilities, which only confuses the man further. Then someone decides to throw a stone to draw the monster's attention. Following this, our great future warrior leaps with his axe onto a stump, effortlessly cutting it in half. But this quickly draws the attention of all the monsters in the area.

Our warrior becomes irritated at having to fight so many monsters at once while using a weapon he is not accustomed to. Surrounded by stumps, D.B.A., still unaware of his true power, underestimates himself, saying that even if he had 10 lives, it wouldn't be enough to defeat them. From afar, observing his companion's terrible performance in battle, our protagonist recalls that the man had mentioned being used to using swords exclusively.

However, El Palm is confident that D.B.A. will soon realize the axe is the weapon that will make him stronger. Our protagonist had no doubts about the man's talent, as he was the only apprentice chosen by the heroine Aaron. Soon, our warrior begins to eliminate those monsters with ease. At that moment, the man notices something different about the new weapon. After calming himself, D.B.A. concludes that the axe has a much greater reach, significant attack power, and is far more comfortable to wield than a sword.

We can observe that the new weapon is becoming increasingly swift in his hands. D.B.A. swiftly eliminates several stumps. Finally, after understanding that the axe is far superior to a sword, our warrior easily defeats all the monsters. El Palm is pleased to see that D.B.A. quickly adapted, even without awakening a circle yet, and is already strong enough to keep up with him.

Shortly after, our warrior is startled by a loud noise. D.B.A. looks up at a rocky cliff that is trembling and asks his leader if it could be an earthquake. The rock begins to explode shortly after. From within the rocky cliff, our warrior sees something strange emerging from the mountain. D.B.A. is left motionless, unable to react. At that moment, the man is nearly struck by something massive that shatters the rock and heads toward him.

After narrowly dodging it, D.B.A. begins wondering what that terrifying thing could be. Finally, we see that it is an enormous, furious stumpy. The colossal monster quickly attacks D.B.A., but he is saved by our protagonist. Palm throws the man out of the creature's reach. Looking at the massive monster, our boy remarks that its size has nothing to do with its threat level. Confident of victory, Palm launches his fire arrow at the stumpy, stating that the creature's size only makes it an easier target to hit.

At that moment, seeing his leader engage in battle and attack the monster, D.B.A. feels relieved, thinking that the magic will probably defeat it. However, both are astonished to see the giant stumpy block the effect of the attack. Determined and surprised by the monster's faster-than-expected reaction, El Palm launches another fire arrow. This time, he uses telekinesis to control his attack, ensuring that no defense by the target will work.

It seems that this time he managed to catch him by surprise. Finally, the unbelievable happens, and the monster manages to block again. El Palm is incredulous to see that his best attack failed. After the failed attacks, the companions flee, and D.B.A. tells the leader to run if he doesn't want to be taken down by the beast.

Palm, analyzing the situation, concludes that the problem isn't that magic doesn't work against the stumpy. If that were the case, it wouldn't need to block. Instead, it's the branches the monster uses to perform the blocks. Next, the two are almost hit by a swift attack from the stumpy. Without giving them time to think of a defense, the monster quickly attacks again.

D.B.A. is terrified as he is about to be eliminated, but his leader is determined not to let that happen and extends his hand. Activating his ring, Palm uses telekinesis to move a rock. In an incredible feat, our protagonist manages to use the stone beneath them to escape the fury of the stumpy's attacks. After Palm's quick action, his friend D.B.A. praises him for the intelligent move that saved them.

Coughing heavily, the warrior thanks the boy, saying he thought he was about to be eliminated. Next, Palm tells D.B.A. that he is responsible for eliminating the stumps that appeared while he will take care of the stumpy. Before he can even respond, the warrior turns around and sees that his leader is already far away, wondering how the boy is so fast.

El Palm quickly heads toward the giant monster without hesitation. Our protagonist fires a fire arrow at the stumpy. D.B.A. believes they won't be able to defeat such a gigantic monster and sees no alternative but to flee. Following the stumpy's defense logic, another attack from Palm is blocked. However, something unexpected happens. Finally, the boy manages to strike the massive monster.

At this moment, D.B.A. is surprised, wondering if Palm really hit it. Little did his companion know that our protagonist had a strategic plan and was putting it into action. Palm explains that by observing, he understood that the branches moved much faster than he anticipated, so it was impossible for the boy to use telekinesis and attack simultaneously.

However, since Palm is in the second circle, he can cast magic twice in a row, thus generating two fire arrows simultaneously. This way, the stumpy can block the first attack but won't have enough time to defend against the second. At this moment, D.B.A., while fighting the stumps, is amazed by the strategic mastery of his leader.

Attacks thus having the intelligence to hide one arrow behind the other ensures that no matter how fast the monster is, it cannot block two consecutive attacks. D.B.A. admires his leader after the boy renders the stumpy defenseless against such a simple attack using minimal resources. Then our warrior becomes worried as he notices something: some stumps manage to get past D.B.A. and are right behind the protagonist.

D.B.A. begins shouting desperately for Palm to look behind him because he failed to carry out his mission perfectly, letting monsters slip by. But our protagonist was alert and quickly identified the potential threats with a telekinetic fire arrow. El Palm becomes irritated, seeing that his former friend, once a feared warrior, had failed to eliminate all the stumps.

Next, the monster prepares to attack him again. The stumpy takes advantage of Palm's distraction while dealing with the other monsters and charges at the boy. Our protagonist quickly dodges, knowing that showing even a second of vulnerability would be enough to be taken down. Without giving him time to think of another strategy, the monster attacks again. This time, Palm is the one on the brink of being eliminated by the stumpy.

But something unexpected happens. To El Palm's surprise, his friend saves him and charges at the furious monster. Our protagonist quickly regains his footing, securing himself. D.B.A. tells Palm that he just saved him and suggests the boy should retract his earlier statement about him not being able to fulfill the contract. At that moment, the boy smiles, pleased.

Conjuring a few more fire arrows, Palm says that D.B.A. is finally proving himself useful. Side by side, our protagonist and his loyal companion are determined to take down the raging stumpy. Then both charge at the monster, launching consecutive attacks. Next, Palm uses the technique of conjuring two arrows simultaneously once again. He manages to strike the monster.

However, the stumpy is unwilling to make things easy for the adventurers. But Palm strikes it once more. D.B.A. manages to approach the beast's branches to attack it with his axe, taking advantage of the fact that the monster is occupied with Palm's attacks. Our warrior prepares to do his part. Our protagonist manages to land several successful blows.

However, something unexpected happens. El Palm notices that the monster is now attacking from both sides. Thinking strategically, the boy tells his companion that he will attack from the right. In response, D.B.A. says he will attack from the left. Executing simultaneous attacks, the friends strike at the same time to prevent the monster from defending itself.

Our warrior leans on the beast's body, and then with great agility, D.B.A. manages to run around the monster, proving himself capable of fulfilling the contract. The warrior lands several strikes, cutting many of the stumpy's branches. But then D.B.A. is struck hard by the monster. This might be the tragic end of our warrior. Indeed, D.B.A. is once again on the verge of being devoured by the immense stumpy.

Next, a large rock appears, manipulated through telekinesis. Quickly, our protagonist manages to save his companion once again. However, this time D.B.A. is caught off guard by another blow from the beast, which destroys the rock that was carrying him. El Palm then uses telekinesis again, making several rocks float so his friend can escape.

D.B.A. quickly jumps onto another rock, but once more he is attacked by the stumpy, seemingly unable to escape due to the large number of floating rocks Palm created. Our warrior, leaping across them, manages to get away from the monster's branches. Our protagonist conjures a fire arrow using telekinesis to distract the monster while his friend recovers.

Quickly, D.B.A. resumes his attack on the stumpy, and Palm tells him it's time to finish it off once and for all. Following his leader's command, our warrior fiercely charges toward the monster with a powerful strike. Using his new weapon, D.B.A. manages to hit the beast's eye with his axe. Finally, the stumpy is significantly wounded after being struck.

After being hit, the monster throws D.B.A. away, leaving the axe embedded in its eye. The man is flung against a rock, but it seems our warrior hasn't sustained any serious injuries from the impact. Determined to defeat the immense beast, D.B.A. leaps toward the monster's head to retrieve his axe stuck in its eye. However, the warrior receives help from Palm, who uses telekinesis.

With telekinesis, Palm makes the weapon dislodge from the monster's eye and return to its owner. El Palm pulls the axe with force. After successfully retrieving it, he throws it back to his determined warrior companion. With his axe back in hand, D.B.A. tells Palm to get ready because soon they'll have some stumpy for dessert.

D.B.A. then delivers another strike near the monster's other eye. Our warrior manages to leave the monster completely blind after being struck again. The stumpy throws D.B.A. away. This time, the man lands on his feet on the ground. Our warrior stands before the massive beast, which screams in despair from being blind. But soon, D.B.A. notices several fire rays heading toward the monster.

El Palm took advantage of the fact that the stumpy couldn't see and was screaming with its mouth wide open. He launched fire arrows into the beast's mouth. This way, he finally managed to reach the core's protection inside the stumpy's head. At last, our brave adventurers successfully defeat the feared monster. El Palm praises his companion's excellent performance while the man is overwhelmed with happiness for passing the test.

At this moment, D.B.A., badly injured, looks at his lunatic leader. Then our great warrior also compliments Palm's combat strategies. Both stand before the stumpy, still burning. Back in the city, we see a young woman sitting about to start a meal, thinking it's already too late and that she should eat quickly and go to bed to rest.

As the girl is about to begin a prayer to give thanks for the food, a strange noise catches her attention from outside the house. Cautiously, the young woman goes to the window, asking if someone is there. Soon the girl spots someone. At that moment, we discover that it is the sister of our great warrior who has returned to see her brother alive and free.

The young woman is stunned, overwhelmed with surprise. She cannot contain herself and bursts into tears filled with joy. The young woman hugs her brother, welcoming him with open arms. Next, we see a house in the middle of a forest. Inside, our protagonist is observing something. El Palm stands near a bed.

At this moment, we notice a painting that apparently shows a man and his son. Then we see someone battered and very frail. Our protagonist stares coldly at the body. Next, extending his staff, the boy activates the conjuration. El Palm sets the house on fire, completely engulfing it in flames with the intention of destroying the body inside.

Our adventurer leaves the scene, leaving only the flames behind. Meanwhile, in Mr. Abies' office, it seems he is worried about something important as he reads through some documents. Then the one-eyed man places his hand on his head, saying that the portal of the 100 is about to appear and that his leader, Mr. Raken, will be in charge of the organization this time.

All 10 major merchant unions will focus on clearing this dungeon due to the possibility of obtaining even a legendary item. However, this does not mean it will be an easy task. At this moment, the one-eyed man recalls that the three Natasha sisters from the Goodrich Merchant Union are so powerful that it's hard to believe they are second-circle adventurers.

Thinking of his business interests, Abies knows that all the unions will send their best teams, which easily surpass the Gaffer Union. Holding El Palm's contract, the one-eyed man says he is hesitant about his best adventurer, knowing little about the boy's abilities. Next, the one-eyed man is interrupted by someone opening the door and, irritated, asks who dares disturb him.

But he is surprised by the presence of someone important. It is his leader, Mr. Raken. Without ceremony, the man asks the one-eyed man if he has prepared the list of groups that will clear the portal as he ordered. Nervous, Abies apologizes to Raken for not having done it yet. His leader comments that it's unusual for him to be late and asks what he thinks about the boy who was a slave.

The one-eyed man tells him that the damn El Palm has certain circumstances to consider. They know he is talented but not how talented. Then Mr. Raken asks Abies if he doesn't want to test him again to see if the boy is truly skilled in adventuring. At this moment, the one-eyed man is caught off guard as his leader suggests giving Palm the opportunity to prove his worth in the portal of the 100, asserting that there will be plenty of witnesses to confirm it afterward.

Now in the forest, the teams begin arriving at the portal of the 100, as do our adventurers. We see that D.B.A. is very excited this time. Soon, Palm and his companion are stopped by someone asking if they are members of the fifth group. Then the young man, disbelieving in his companions, comments that there are only two people with a history of slavery.

Our protagonist stares at the young man, who is clearly underestimating them. Looking at the other groups, El Palm notices they are far from friendly and seem to be insinuating that slaves will only get in the way. But he thinks it's normal for them to feel that way. Observing more closely, our protagonist sees that all the adventurers are between the first and second circle and are entirely different from Chev's group. They don't need bait.

Next, the one-eyed man asks the crowd if everyone is present. Palm is surprised to see that Mr. Abies is there in person. While the man states that he will get straight to the point, they will proceed with the test and give them the chance to showcase their skills. At this moment, the young man who is underestimating D.B.A. and our protagonist becomes indignant that they only get one chance.

Smiling, Mr. Abies confirms that it's true. All of them together will have the opportunity to clear the portal of the 100. Then the same young man becomes terrified upon learning which dungeon it is. At this moment, Abies is saying that everyone will receive special treatment while our boy observes the way the man enjoys playing his games.

Embedded at the portal's entrance, we see that only 40 possible entries remain, meaning 60 adventurers have already been eliminated in this portal. Then everyone is teleported into the dungeon. They soon appear in another location. Our protagonist realizes it's the forest again. Confident, D.B.A., the leader of one of the groups, quickly orders the others to eliminate everything in their path as they won't have much time available, and everyone complies.

Next, they notice something moving in the bushes. D.B.A., seeing what kind of monster it is, underestimates it for being just a simple mushroom. Without hesitation, the powerful mage casts his magic to eliminate it. Then D.B.A. fires his energy ray, believing he has completely destroyed his target. At this moment, the group leader orders one of the members to retrieve the magic stone so they can continue the hunt.

But something surprising happens. Everyone is stunned to see that the monster is still alive and without any visible injuries. Then D.B.A. wonders if his magic failed to penetrate its target and states that his power might be useless. Next, they hear a lot of noise coming from nearby. At that moment, D.B.A. panics and urges everyone to be careful. Soon, the entire mage's group is surrounded by numerous killer mushrooms.

Quickly, the warriors accompanying D.B.A. attack the monsters using their weapons. The group finally manages to defeat them; however, the warriors appear exhausted after this quick battle due to the mushrooms' resistance. While the group recovers, D.B.A. seems confused after the attack. One of the warriors questions the leader about their strategy, noting that the monsters are stronger than expected.

But D.B.A. remains thoughtful and concerned. He responds that at this point, winning through elimination counts is out of the question, and if they continue at this pace, they'll exhaust themselves. The mage leader then informs the group that to avoid being wiped out early in the dungeon, they must skip this phase and head straight to the boss.

At this moment, observing the other team's situation, our protagonist states that most groups will likely think the same way. D.B.A., appearing exhausted, tells Palm to stop overthinking and help him defeat the monsters. The boy mocks him, saying there are only three. Then our warrior, hearing the protagonist's comments, says they can't waste time, and the boy agrees, saying they should keep going.

D.B.A. then realizes his friend is suggesting they reach the boss before everyone else. But unexpectedly, Palm tells him they should clean up the trash. Confused, a warrior asks the boy if he hadn't just said they were heading straight for the most powerful monster. The protagonist replies that's what everyone else will do.

El Palm explains to D.B.A. that defeating the boss isn't the best strategy. Furthermore, the boss is dangerous, and the competition will be fierce. Our axe-wielding warrior becomes irritated, realizing Palm always talks as if he knows everything that will happen. At this moment, our protagonist cautiously informs his friend that he senses something very dangerous about that portal.

We then return to see D.B.A.'s group walking through the perilous forest. Soon, a team member calls out to him, saying they found something. D.B.A. tells the group that finding an escape portal wasn't part of the plan but acknowledges it as a good discovery, ordering them to leave marks from that point onward.

Next, the team leader asks Aant why he's making so much noise, concerned it might attract more monsters. But the man is completely out of control, laughing hysterically. Irritated, D.B.A. grabs Aant's shoulder and warns that if he keeps making so much noise, he'll attract nearby monsters. However, to the leader's surprise, his ally has been hypnotized by something and is completely out of control.

Quickly, the entire group is also affected by a gas that leaves them uncontrollable, and they start laughing maniacally. Realizing it's poison, D.B.A. thinks that unless he escapes immediately, even alone, he'll be affected too. Without hesitation, the mage runs toward the escape portal to avoid inhaling the laughter-inducing gas. But the monster releasing the poisonous gas appears behind D.B.A., pursuing him, determined not to let its prey escape.

The sinister giant mushroom releases more poisonous gas. Meanwhile, the mage, seeing the monster, tries to resist and reach the portal quickly. However, the giant mushroom is determined to catch him. To D.B.A.'s surprise, the gas spreads throughout the area, making resistance impossible, and the mage is captured. At that moment, no longer in control of his actions, the group leader, who intended to flee alone, meets the same fate as his allies.

By a riverbank, walking beside his leader, D.B.A. is deep in thought, wondering why Palm hasn't fought even once since they entered the dungeon. Then something catches our warrior's attention. Palm and D.B.A. look up and spot a bright red light. D.B.A. tells his leader it's a signal from another group. Upon arriving where the other groups were, our warrior comments to his leader that it's strange they actually used a flare.

Soon, something catches Palm's attention, and he becomes very cautious. Our protagonist scans the crowd and realizes a group is missing. Ibu tells everyone that they'll begin the explanation since no one else is missing. A young woman catches the man's attention, pointing out that D.B.A.'s group is absent. But he tells her it doesn't matter anymore and there's no reason to wait any longer.

Next, Ibu informs everyone that they have located the boss. To the group's surprise, the young man reports that they witnessed D.B.A.'s group being wiped out by the monster. Ibu then reveals that the boss of that dungeon is the dreaded poisonous mushroom of madness. At this moment, a woman is stunned by the young man's report, saying they are in trouble because her group doesn't have the power to fight such a monster.

While everyone argues that since it's this boss, they should abandon the mission, D.B.A., confused, asks Palm if the mushroom of madness is really that dangerous. But our protagonist is distracted, deep in thought about encountering such a strong monster so early. His friend asks if he's even listening. El Palm continues studying the abilities of the mushroom of madness, trying to find a weakness, leaving D.B.A. irritated and confused at being ignored.

At this moment, Ibu informs everyone that unfortunately, the boss is blocking the escape portal, and it will be impossible to pass without confronting it. Mocking the young man, D.B.A. asks if he's scared, claiming that just one fire arrow from his leader could defeat it. Palm tells him to be quiet. Furious at being silenced, the warrior watches as the boy informs everyone that they will be easily eliminated by the monster if they don't come up with a plan.

D.B.A. is surprised when our protagonist states that his fire arrow wouldn't even scratch it, leaving the young man shocked. Thinking strategically, El Palm explains to everyone that even the smaller mushrooms in this portal are tanks, so the boss likely is as well. Ibu, underestimating the protagonist's knowledge, sarcastically remarks that this information is obvious, while another man says they don't have time for debates.

Then Palm raises his hand and unexpectedly says to everyone, "50,000 mesos." Ibu looks at the boy confused and asks what he's talking about. Our protagonist surprises them by saying he wants 50,000 mesos from each of them

Palm, if he's serious about defeating the dungeon boss, confident in their abilities, our protagonist confirms, leaving his friend stunned by his claims. Calmly, the boy asks D.B.O. what the problem is, reminding him that they came there precisely to defeat the dungeon boss.

Irritated with Palm, our warrior says they should flee, as they've completed their mission of serving as bait, and questions how they'll defeat it when arrows have no effect. The boy responds that the situation has changed, and since the competition is over, they're now free game. If they defeat the boss, they'll receive a bonus.

Trying to calm and convince D.E.A., our protagonist asks again what's wrong and whether the man is planning to break his contract, leaving him confused. At that moment, the future great warrior falls silent, lost in thought. After a brief reflection, D.B.A. declares that he wasn't considering that and says his leader will have to give him a bonus after they finish.

Palm smiles and assures his friend he'll gladly provide the bonus. More relaxed and confident, D.B.A. asks the boy how they'll defeat the dungeon boss when both melee and ranged attacks are ineffective. Then, our warrior, wanting to believe it's possible to defeat it, asks Palm if there is really any chance of success.

At that moment, our adventurer looks thoughtfully at his friend as the young man asks if they will be able to defeat the poisonous mushroom of madness.

Now, at the escape portal outside the dungeon, Mr. Adab, seeing the survivors exiting, wonders aloud how they were too quick for a 40-person dungeon. The man then asks J.B.R.A. what happened inside, noticing some people were missing. The woman, on her knees, replies that they failed. Next, she informs him that Dolan's group was eliminated and that El Palm and his companion are still inside, having only managed to escape because the two served as bait.

At this moment, J.B. tells the man it's impossible to defeat the boss of that dungeon with the remaining groups. Mr. Adab simply looks at the woman with disappointment. Irritated with her, the man asks if she did anything besides run away with her tail between her legs. J.B.R.A. replies that there was nothing they could do against the infamous mushroom of madness.

Disappointed, Mr. Adab throws his cigar to the ground, stomping it out as he leaves the area. The man declares they will return to the city, leaving the woman desperate. J.B.R.A. then shouts to Adab, reminding him that El Palm and D.B.A. are still alive because the portal remains active, pleading for them to wait.

Familiar with the dungeon boss, the man tells her that they won't survive, and it's only a matter of time before they're eliminated. As he walks away, Mr. Adab tells J.B.R.A. that if she wants to wait for them, she can do so alone because he doesn't have the time. Doubting the adventurers are still inside the dungeon, the man considers it merely bad luck.

In the portal of the 100, walking toward the city with his guards, Mr. Adab declares it's impossible for a two-circle mage to defeat the poisonous mushroom of madness. Reflecting, the man says he's searching for someone special. Mr. Adab says he needs an adventurer who can exceed his expectations and overcome obstacles. Still deep in thought, the man states he's looking for someone who can make the impossible possible.

At that moment, we see our protagonist telling his friend that it's time to start the hunt. From the top of the cliff, Palm fires his fire arrow toward the forest. It's a truly impressive ability. Our protagonist tells D.B.A. that the boss is faster and more resilient than those they faced before, and since it uses poison, it's better to attack from a distance.

However, invoking his telekinesis, the boy admits that he hasn't yet reached the power level needed with the fire arrow. Thinking strategically, Palm concludes that if he combines the fire arrow with telekinesis, he can increase its speed and penetration capability. The protagonist then says it's a concept inspired by a bullet, concluding that this technique will be unique to him and only he can use it in Maple World.

Our boy declares that this ability makes the impossible possible and names it "Revolver." At that moment, the monster is about to be caught by surprise. Finally, Palm hits it with his new ability. Could this new power finally defeat the beast? It seems the monster only became angrier. Palm immediately launches another attack; another revolver is heading toward the mushroom of madness.

El Palm feels apprehensive about his new ability, but it seems it would be more difficult than the boy anticipated. Palm states he tried to hit the head where the core is but unfortunately missed due to the distance. The boy admits the situation is about to get even more complicated. As expected, the mushroom of madness locates him after the attacks.

Quickly, the monster charges furiously toward the light flash from the boy's ability, attempting to take it down. From a distance, our adventurer misses the target again. El Palm concludes that using the revolver while moving is very difficult, and the biggest problem is the ability's recharge time. However, the boy knows he must eliminate the boss before it reaches them at the top of the cliff.

So, he fires more shots. At that moment, we unexpectedly see D.B.A. hiding behind a tree along the monster's path, but the beast is becoming increasingly furious. Next, Palm shouts to D.B.A., informing him that now is the right time. Obeying the boy's signal, our warrior pulls a rope with great force. D.B.A. is determined to eliminate the mushroom of madness, following his leader's strategic plan.

The rope stretches, blocking the passage. At this moment, we discover that the plan was to surprise the monster by making it fall into a place where its poisoning powers would be nullified. Next, the beast falls into the muddy swamp. Then the monster rises, covered in mud. It seems this was indeed our protagonist's plan to lure the madness mushroom exactly into that spot.

Palm looks intently at the monster, pleased that it fell into his trap, but the beast is not willing to be defeated easily. Next, the madness mushroom is caught off guard by a powerful attack from our axe-wielding warrior. Surprised, the monster is hit directly on the head. At this moment, we see that D.B.A. used the rope tied to his axe, enabling him to attack his opponent from a distance.

Our warrior raises his weapon with satisfaction after seeing that his attack had a positive effect. D.B.A. says he can finally breathe. Sarcastic and much more confident, the man taunts the beast, motioning with his finger and claiming the air is nice and fresh, inviting it to fight. Working together, our adventurers successfully execute their plan, leaving the monster vulnerable.

Palm concludes that the mission's conditions have been fulfilled since the focus this time was to lure the beast into the swampy area, nullifying its poisonous forces and ensuring the monster's most powerful abilities are neutralized. More confident, D.B.A. asks the madness mushroom if it's angry because they blocked all the holes on its head.

Next, our warrior launches another attack with his powerful axe, with the rope tied to the handle. The man once again throws his weapon at the now vulnerable monster. However, the beast manages to block the attack, grabbing the axe with its claws. Quickly, though, our warrior launches consecutive strikes, leaving no room for the monster to defend against all the blows.

D.B.A. finally manages to land several hits. At this moment, Palm explains that they didn't lure the monster to that spot just to block the holes from which the poison escaped. Instead, they intended to use the swamp as a prison because that location is the worst place the monster could be. Without hesitation, our protagonist launches an attack using his new ability. This time, he lands a direct hit on the target.

It seems they will finally defeat the infamous madness mushroom. D.B.A. freezes, staring at the explosion caused by the revolver. Next, our warrior wonders if they managed to eliminate it, but soon he sees the monster's shadow within the smoke, stating that this beast is incredibly resilient. Palm shouts to D.B.A., telling him to attack immediately, aiming for the head where the core is likely located.

Throwing his axe again, our warrior responds that he already knew that. It seems they're finally about to defeat it, but something highly unexpected happens. Even injured, the monster manages to grab the axe heading toward its head. D.B.A. is stunned by the situation. Next, the monster pulls him forcefully, hurling the man into the air toward it, leaving the warrior desperate.

But Palm acts quickly to save his friend once more. Using telekinesis, our protagonist hurls a tree trunk at the monster, which was about to attack D.B.A. D.B.A. takes advantage of the situation to steady himself on the tree branch. The trunk falls on the monster, leaving it defenseless. Our warrior seizes the opportunity to attack, using the trunk for support.

D.B.A. kicks the beast. After kicking it, the man propels himself away at a safe distance. Our future great warrior once again exudes confidence. Quickly, D.B.A. leaps from the trunk and heads toward the monster with great agility. He runs around the beast, which cannot attack him. Next, Palm raises his hand, activating the telekinesis from his ring. He lifts the swamp's mud, trapping the dungeon boss within, making the monster even more vulnerable.

Palm begins hurling the mud at it. At this moment, D.B.A. takes the chance to strike. It seems the monster is about to be defeated. The madness mushroom becomes increasingly buried in the swamp, desperate and sensing its imminent end. The monster stretches out its arm. Without hesitation, our warrior lands an axe strike directly on the beast's head, which is completely defenseless.

Trusting in his current strength, D.B.A. gazes coldly at his prey. This time, the only disciple of Aaron manages to decapitate the infamous poisonous madness mushroom. At this moment, we see the head of the powerful portal boss fall onto the mud. Even more surprising is that the beast's body, though decapitated, remains standing.

Relieved to have defeated the relentless monster, our future great warrior gives a thumbs up to his leader, who is at the top of the cliff. El Palm looks proudly at his friend, but then our protagonist suddenly looks alarmed as he notices something near the young man. From the top of the cliff, Palm sees the decapitated monster about to attack his distracted friend from behind.

Surprisingly, the beast they thought was defeated manages to strike D.B.A. directly, knocking him into the mud. Unfortunately, our warrior was caught off guard. At this moment, the monster is even more furious and determined to fight than before. El Palm is incredulous, wondering how it's possible. He was certain he had destroyed the monster's head. He prepares to attack it again.

An explosion occurs as the boy's ability impacts the swamp. However, the monster is no longer there. We then see that the mushroom of madness used its powers to dodge the boy's attack. Surprised by his opponent's agility, our protagonist realizes he might have overlooked something important in his plan to defeat it.

Using telekinesis, Palm attempts to lift the log the monster is standing on, but the beast quickly leaps away. At this moment, the monster is falling back toward the swamp. To Palm's surprise, the mushroom of madness manages to grab onto the cliff as the monster rapidly climbs the mountain. Our protagonist grows apprehensive because he only has enough energy for one more shot.

Meanwhile, we see D.B.A. recovering from the blow he received. While distracted, our warrior stands up, furious, holding his axe. Then, without hesitation, D.B.A. hurls his weapon tied to a rope at the monster climbing the cliff. But the beast seems unfazed and continues its ascent. Our warrior manages to hit it, slicing the monster in half.

At this moment, we see the pieces of the beast falling into the mud. D.B.A. is pleased that he hit it, but he is soon surprised again. Our warrior is terrified to see the poisonous mushroom of madness continuing to climb even after losing half its body. The young man shouts to Palm, urging him to leave because the monster is nearly upon him.

Next, our protagonist launches an attack aimed at knocking the beast down, but unfortunately, he misses the target. At this moment, we can see eyes inside the hole created when the monster's head was ripped off. In other words, the real head of the poisonous mushroom of madness is hidden within the trunk of its body.

Upon seeing the monster's eyes, Palm now knows where to strike to eliminate it. Unexpectedly, we see that our protagonist uses a different weapon to shoot at the mushroom of madness, thanking it for revealing its true head. D.B.A., witnessing this, is incredulous as he realizes the earlier shot with the flare was merely a distraction.

Next, El Palm activates his staff. This time, our protagonist fires the revolver directly at his target, hitting it squarely. Finally, the boy manages to strike the monster's true head. It seems that at this time, they succeeded in the attack. As the beast hits the ground, it triggers a massive explosion.

At this moment, D.B.A. is astonished, watching a purple bomb explode right in front of him. Seeing all the poisonous gas drifting toward him, the young man panics, exclaiming that the mushroom of madness is being annoying even after its defeat. But our protagonist quickly saves him, using telekinesis on the rope to pull him to safety.

Now safe, the warrior vents to the boy, saying he thought that would be the end of him. A dense purple smoke envelopes the swamp. D.B.A. asks Palm if they really managed to eliminate the monster, and he replies that they did. The boy then praises his friend for his bravery in the battle against the furious beast.

While Palm tells D.B.A. they will retrieve the energy stone once the poison dissipates, they are suddenly startled by something leaping in front of them. Our protagonist quickly looks alarmed, then both come face to face with the floating body of the mushroom of madness, exuding venom. At this moment, they both spot the core they had been seeking.

D.B.A. and Palm can only watch the bright red light floating in the air. Our future great warrior is euphoric, realizing they have indeed defeated the infamous poisonous mushroom of madness.

Back in Mr. Adab's office, we see Raken mocking the man for returning empty-handed. Laughing, Mr. Raken remarks that the one-eyed man's temperament hasn't changed at all. Adab apologizes to his superior, suggesting that for this matter, the Signis Knights should handle it.

They are soon interrupted by someone knocking at the door, and the one-eyed man irritably orders the person to leave, emphasizing that he had said he didn't want to be disturbed. Even so, the visitor enters, leaving the man increasingly annoyed. But soon, Adab calms down when he sees who just walked into his office.

Unexpectedly, it's our adventurer, El Palm, announcing his return. Seeing that it's the boy, Mr. Raken smiles widely. At that moment, the leader of the eyepatch faction remarks that it's quite interesting to see him alive. Sarcastically, Raken asks Adab if someone has risen from the grave, mocking the man who doubted the boy's potential.

Then, the eyepatch leader introduces himself to Palm, saying it's a pleasure to finally meet him and affirming that his survival skills are as impressive as the rumors claim. Mr. Raken states that our protagonist is the kind of adventurer they need in Gaffer, and the young man thanks him for the compliment.

Pleased by the boy's politeness, the eyepatch leader tells Palm he has just one question for him. Ambitious and eager to test our protagonist, Raken asks if he would be able to demonstrate his survival skills in the portal of 100 men.

El Palm stares intently at the man, then unexpectedly, the boy tells Raken it would be difficult. The eyepatch leader falls silent, merely observing the young man. Mr. Adab panics, questioning if the boy has lost his mind by speaking to his leader like that, reminding him that he's not in a position to choose his missions.

At that moment, the man reminds Palm that he still hasn't settled his debt. However, smiling, Mr. Raken acknowledges that what the boy said is true—it's difficult but not impossible. He asks Palm to confirm if that's what he meant.

Growing impatient, the eyepatch leader tells our protagonist he dislikes roundabout answers and will rephrase his question directly. Raken asks Palm what he truly wants. At that moment, D.B.A. appears, tossing a drink. Incredulous, our warrior asks the boy if he understood correctly that Palm was asking for 5 million MOS per person, 10 million for both of them to accept the proposal.

Palm looks irritated at his friend's lack of discretion, glaring at him until D.B.A. apologizes. Then, D.B.A. questions whether the boy is being overly ambitious, suggesting that their potential clients might back out of hiring them, considering this their greatest mission in a long time.

El Palm tells his friend it's none of his concern and that the decision lies with the clients. Concerned, D.B.A. warns his leader that by acting so indifferent and causing such a mess, if things don't work out, Adab will probably blacklist them.

At that moment, someone interrupts their conversation, remarking on how relaxed they seem. It's the adventurers who fled the dungeon earlier, and I.B.U. comments that the two seem different from them, as they feel like they're dying from the mushroom's poison.

Irritated by the remarks, D.B.A. asks the man if that's how he expresses gratitude for having his life saved, impatiently challenging him to an unarmed fight. However, to his surprise, both adventurers bow before our heroes, leaving the warrior confused by their unexpected behavior.

I.U., showing respect, says he feels ashamed for judging them unfairly and wishes to apologize for his ignorance. Without having known them, D.B.A. is baffled when handed a bag of coins while I.U. explains it contains the agreed 1.5 million MOS, with everyone contributing a little extra as thanks.

But Palm quickly states that no extras are needed and they should pay only the agreed amount from the dungeon. Our protagonist emphasizes that he merely did what he was paid to do and they can skip the gratitude. The boy explains that he means not to let things be misunderstood.

J.B.R. and I.I.R. look confused by his words. Then D.B.A. says he got excited for nothing and is considering counting the coins to ensure the amount is correct. El Palm asks I.B.U. if that's really his name and questions his competence.

At that moment, our protagonist asks I.B.U. if he can handle the job he's being paid for, leaving the man bewildered. Meanwhile, Mr. Adab appears, saying his leader cannot accept such a ridiculous proposal. The eyepatch member tells Raken that 10 million MOS is a sum paid to third or fourth circle adventurers, and even though Palm is the best, it would set a precedent.

Mr. Adab suggests that the boy is bluffing and recommends calling him back to renegotiate the payment terms. Raken then looks at his subordinate and asks if he truly believes that. The one-eyed leader's superior comments that it wouldn't be strange if Palm demanded double that amount, leaving the man confused.

Then Raken hands a document to Adab, instructing him to read it. At that moment, the one-eyed leader explains that they will send only El Palm's group to represent the Gaffer Merchant Union this time, which means just two people. Mr. Adab looks shocked as he reads something important in the document, wondering if the information is accurate.

Terrified, the one-eyed man asks his leader if it's true, and Raken replies that if it weren't, he would be in danger, revealing that he paid an exorbitant sum for the information. What frightened Adab in the document was that the dark lord Jee might be plotting something.

Raken then informs the one-eyed man that he must prepare because the war has already begun. Now, in the forest, the participants preparing to face the challenges of the portal of 100 men are already camping nearby. In one of the lodgings, some adventurers are chatting, exchanging information.

But soon, one of the young men in the conversation is distracted as he hears someone remark that they didn't expect the terms of the contract to be accepted. Palm tells D.B.A. not to get too excited and to focus on the mission, while the warrior reassures him not to worry because he's now an experienced adventurer.

At this moment, we see the insignia of the Gaffer Merchant Union pinned to our protagonist's scarf. Curious about the new faces, the adventurers watch Palm and D.B.A. One young man stares at the two while cleaning his sword. D.B.A. remarks that the atmosphere feels as if they have a newcomer mark on their faces, with everyone observing them curiously.

Soon, a man approaches and asks if they are from the Gaffer Union, introducing himself as Shudan, an E-rank adventurer from the Guinness Union, and says it's a pleasure to meet them. El Palm introduces himself as a C-rank adventurer. At this moment, Shudan is surprised, stating that he thought only participants from the second circle were allowed through the gates due to the restrictions.

The man wonders how a C-rank adventurer could be present, leaving Palm embarrassed by the questions. Their conversation is soon interrupted by someone asking Shudan to give them space. It's the leader of the Signis Knights, who says she has business with the two.

Shudan becomes irritated upon realizing that D.B.A. and Palm are allied with a woman's group. Our protagonist appears worried about something. At this point, we see a flashback of the boy's conversation with Mr. Adab, where Palm asks the man why they must join forces with the knights.

Irritated, the one-eyed man tells them to simply follow the agreement and questions why Palm is asking so many questions. Adab then asserts that the Gaffer Merchant Union will be collaborating with the Signis Knights Order in this mission. At that moment, the one-eyed man explains that the knights follow the teachings of Emperor Signis, the strongest among them and regarded as a symbol of power.

Mr. Adab emphasizes that the gates quota had already been claimed by another Merchant Knights Union, which is why they decided to collaborate with the Signis. The one-eyed man explains that although the knights might have hidden motives for attending this portal, their offer wasn't bad, so they accepted.

Palm responds that it won't be a problem if it's a cooperative effort, but Adab warns him it won't be so easy. Suspicious of Empress Ignis's interest in the portal of 100 men, Mr. Adab remarks that something feels off. Arrogantly, the woman introduces herself as Kir, the leader of the beginners, and warns them not to assume they're on the same level just because they exchanged a few words.

Feeling superior to the two, she states she doesn't want any extra trouble and instructs them to follow her orders in silence. D.B.A. becomes irritated by her attitude. Kir asks Palm if they are the only two sent by the Gaffer Merchant Union, and the boy confirms it. Underestimating them, the woman asserts that Gaffer isn't taking the situation seriously.

At this moment, more people arrive. It's the representatives of the Dig Merchant Union, the Crocus group. Along with them, the Cable's group appears, representing the Meria Merchant Union. D.B.A. is awestruck by the elite of the respective Merchant Unions, sensing that the atmosphere has changed completely.

Finally, more important participants arrive at the scene. It's the three Natasha sisters, representatives of the Goldrich Merchant Union. The sisters appear very presentable, wearing elegant brooches. Upon seeing the sisters arrive, Kir looks at them and remarks that they are arrogant.

At that moment, a man calls everyone together. Lanco announces that he and his group have been chosen to guard this invasion and will wait outside to provide support once the adventurers exit the portal. To keep them informed, the man explains that even though their unions may have already shared some details, he will reiterate them as a reminder.

Lanco then states that the legendary item emerging from this portal will not belong to any adventurer but to their union, as per the agreed terms. While the man explains the conditions, our protagonist attentively listens. Finally, Lanco declares that anyone caught attempting to steal an item will have to face his B-rank adventurer group.

D.B.A. is struck upon seeing that Lanco has five circles, which he proudly displays to intimidate potential thieves. Our warrior then looks at the portal guardian's group and wonders if all of them are equally powerful in combat. Next, Lanco announces the end of the briefing and declares that everyone is free to enter the dungeon.

Kir looks at Palm and D.B.A., ordering them to follow her and asserting that she will lead them. Confident, the leader of the Navas Signis Knights is convinced they will emerge victorious. D.B.A., frustrated by K's arrogance, asks Palm if he really has to work with someone like her, but our protagonist is too focused and eager to enter the dungeon.

El Palm recalls that all his efforts have been for this portal since he never had the opportunity to explore it in his past life and knows he must succeed this time. Remembering that the end of the world began in this location, the boy calls his friend, and D.B.A. says he won't help them even if they come crawling back later.

At this moment, we see a summary of the report on the first red-class 100 men portal, revealing that six Merchant Unions were already annihilated. Meanwhile, more groups are teleported into the dungeon. An adventurer orders his group to follow him. D asks why the grass in the area is so tall. Annoyed, Kir scolds our warrior, asking if he thinks they're there for leisure and demands he stop joking and keep up with the group.

Furious at the woman's arrogance, D.B.A. questions Palm for accepting such treatment. But seeing that the boy doesn't respond, the warrior looks back and notices something unusual. Confused by seeing Palm with his head on the ground, he asks what he's doing. Soon, we witness something mysterious causing destruction as it rushes by. Quickly, D.B.A. looks to identify the source and states he heard something.

The group then notices a herd of ribbon pigs charging toward them. There must be over a thousand of them running furiously. Realizing the group members are frozen in place, Kir shouts, ordering them to dodge, as most of the others haven't arrived yet. The startled adventurers question whether it wasn't a tactical rule to avoid attracting danger to the portal's entrance.

At this moment, someone calls for the merchants from the Alo Union, but they refuse to follow, stating they will head in the opposite direction. The herd soon reaches where the group members are located. Quickly, the ribbon pigs change direction and begin attacking the adventurers. Kir instructs them to keep heading in that direction to lure the pigs into a more obstacle-filled area and hunt them down.

But one of the disciples alerts her to a problem. The young man informs her that the duo from the Gaffer Merchant Union has vanished, leaving the woman distraught. Meanwhile, far from danger, our warrior remarks that the herd brought a refreshing breeze. D.B.A. tells Palm they can relax now and asks how he predicted that the ribbon pigs would become so agitated.

Our protagonist explains that based on his experience, many beast herds travel through plains like Ad Dullas. El Palm notes that ribbon pigs have an average body length of 2 m, are violent monsters by nature, and act in groups of hundreds or even thousands. Although they're challenging to deal with, they're not impossible to eliminate, and the mercenary groups could handle them but would likely avoid doing so to conserve energy.

Palm adds that since no one knows which monster they'll face in this portal, completing it solely by eliminating ribbon pigs is impossible. Our protagonist recalls that before his return, the attack on the 100 men gate in Sleepwood was a complete failure, with all participating adventurers eliminated.

Seeing his leader deep in thought, D.B.A. asks what he's reflecting on. Shortly after, as the warrior moves ahead, he trips over a rope. D.B.A. looks shocked as he realizes he tripped over something. Once again, Palm saves his friend from being taken out. Terrified, D.B.A. becomes indignant upon realizing he almost fell victim to a trap. In disbelief, the warrior asks Palm who had set something like that inside a dungeon.

Elsewhere, we see someone cutting the ropes of traps. An adventurer with wide eyes appears, nearly taken out by a spiked log, but he quickly slices through the trap with his sword, demonstrating his strength. The man easily splits the log in two. Irritated, the adventurer remarks that this is child's play, while another group member reports that the area has been cleared and that was likely the last trap.

The leader then tells Babel not to let his guard down, even when there's no apparent danger. This is the masted adventurer named Crocus. At this moment, the group leader explains that even though they've disarmed some small traps, there are still dangerous ones, and he already suspects which monster set them. Crocus states that Ogres are responsible and warns they're more challenging to deal with, as one of these green monsters is equivalent to a final boss in a red portal.

Analyzing the dungeon, the leader asserts that given its difficulty, he's certain everyone would be eliminated if adventurers of his level weren't present. Strategically, Crocus tells the group they should take advantage of the situation and orders them to follow him. Noticing no one obeys, the leader looks back, warning them to be careful and not to leave anything behind.

But as he turns to see why his group is frozen, Crocus discovers Babel already decapitated. Immediately, the entire group is decapitated by red flashes, leaving the leader terrified and clueless about what's happening. Surprisingly, one of the enemies sneaks up on Crocus and decapitates him with a sword before he can sense the presence approaching. The group leader is also taken out.

The young man who just decapitated Crocus calls him an idiot for acting like he knew everything. At this moment, someone hidden among the grass reflects on using ribbon pigs to distract those entering the portal. The mysterious man remarks that he doesn't know who came up with the idea, but it helped, making this a good opportunity to act.

Seemingly speaking to someone, this mysterious figure appears. We then see the Natasha sisters in the background, seemingly paralyzed, as the man declares they should begin quickly, given the limited time. At this moment, it becomes clear the sisters are trying to move but cannot. Trembling, one of them resists, attempting to move her hand.

The man informs her it's pointless to try, as his magic won't allow movement for at least another 30 minutes. Despite being paralyzed, the woman asks why he's doing this to the adventurers. Admiring Nara, the man praises her for speaking despite the effects of his magic. Thus, the mysterious figure decides to eliminate her first, as she is the most dangerous of the three sisters.

This terrifies the other two, who watch their sister fall so easily, knowing they will be next. The man recalls Nara's question before killing her and admits it's a difficult question to answer: what is the purpose behind his actions? Quickly regaining composure, the figure looks menacingly at the remaining sisters, activating his staff. The man asserts it's easier to show them than explain.

With a sinister expression, he declares that everything he does is for the dark mage. One of the women sees a fire arrow heading toward her and is terrified. The ability is so powerful that it eliminates her effortlessly. The man then uses potent magic to obliterate the last of the three sisters. Seemingly exhausted, the figure vents, saying it feels like this never ends. He laments that he just wanted to rest somewhere peaceful.

At that moment, the same long-haired white-haired man from before addresses him as William, and he kneels reverently, calling him "Lord." The man states that they have remained in the shadows for too long, waiting for this moment, hiding and growing their powers to spread them. He declares that the time has come to reap the fruits of their efforts. Kneeling, William vows not to disappoint his mysterious superior.

At this moment, the man offers his subordinate a yellow magical feather, explaining that it is a gift from someone special and warning that failure is not an option. Returning to the dungeon, we see William wearing that magical object around his neck, stating that he understands the importance of succeeding after earning his leader's trust. As he walks, the man says he cannot go against his leader's orders.

Reflecting, William wonders if he should take his mission more seriously. Next, we see a fortress. It belongs to the ogres who are responsible for the traps in the dungeon. Evolved monsters living together in a fortress they created. El Palm and D.B.A. observe them from afar, confused. Our warrior is terrified at the sight of the ogre horde. Desperate, D.B.A. asks the boy if all those monsters are boss level, and Palm replies that he already explained earlier that there's only one boss among them.

Our protagonist explains that ogres are very resilient, naturally strong, and that facing even one is risky. It's even harder because they've stolen items. Palm further explains that some weapons stolen from adventurers allow the user to utilize special abilities, leaving D.B.A. horrified at this revelation.

D.B.A. asks if this means they'll be fighting the equivalent of an adventurer army and suggests they find Kir. Palm responds sarcastically that this time he caught on faster. Sarcastically, Palm asks his friend if he wasn't the one saying he wanted to get rid of the woman as soon as possible, to which D.B.A. replies that he didn't know about these monsters.

Next, we see a group of ogres walking through the forest. One of them stops, appearing to sense something. The ogre turns and sees a figure moving toward it. Suddenly, the monster is caught off guard by D.B.A., who attacks it with his powerful axe, but the beast dodges the strike. At that moment, our warrior mutters that he believes his leader is intentionally making him fight alone, even though he never said he wanted to do so.

The ogre counterattacks, charging at him. D.B.A. uses his axe for support. The ogre and the warrior engage in a fierce battle. D.B.A. prepares to strike again. As he is about to attack, the ogre surprises him with a counter-strike, forcing D.B.A. to dodge quickly. Enraged, the ogre nearly lands a powerful punch on D.B.A., who stares stunned as the beast's hand narrowly misses his face.

Frustrated, a warrior slams the axe handle on the ogre's head, complaining that it screams too loudly and calling it a bastard. Next, D.B.A. lands a blow on the ogre's arm. The monster falls to the ground, wounded, while the man jumps over it. Our warrior raises his axe, activating his combat aura, confident he's about to defeat the furious beast.

At last, it seems the duel is over. We see that our future great warrior has successfully defeated the furious ogre. As they walk, D.B.A., annoyed about having to defeat the beast alone, tells Palm he thought the boy would step in to help. Trusting his friend's abilities, our protagonist explains he needed D.B.A. to defeat the ogre on his own to understand that they aren't invincible.

Next, something catches D's attention. Our adventurers come across several fallen Signis Knights scattered across the forest and wonder what happened there. In disbelief, D.B.A. asks Palm if those bodies belonged to the Signis Knights under K's command. At that moment, a survivor of the massacre screams in pain.

Quickly, D.B.A. informs Palm that someone is alive, and cautiously, the boy only looks at the figure. Both are surprised to see a survivor approaching. Palm asks the injured young man what happened and if the attack was caused by an ogre. But unexpectedly, the man responds that it wasn't a monster; it was an assassin.

At this moment, we see Mr. Adab reflecting on something that doesn't make sense. Adab tries to understand why assassins—individuals capable of entering certain portals inaccessible to others—are attacking. Thinking aloud, the one-eyed man remarks that they would have to clear this portal after wasting energy and with only a small group, which would inevitably raise suspicions among the public.

After all, the adventurers in that dungeon are the elite of the merchant unions, making these attacks senseless and raising questions about who might be behind them. At this moment, after hearing the injured man's account, D.B.A. thinks he knows who caused it, and Palm, sharing this same suspicion, confirms they're thinking of the same person.

Our adventurers believe the culprit is Kir, the leader of the Signis Knights, responsible for betraying her union. The injured man punches the ground in anger, blaming himself. Kneeling, he declares that it's all his fault for not noticing there was a traitor in the group, especially since it turned out to be their leader.

Suspicious, Palm remarks that he doesn't understand why Kir, a member of the Signis Knights, would become an assassin. The injured man admits he's confused as well and finds it difficult to believe, but he recalls that K's orders at the portal entrance were suspicious.

At this moment, the man says that before Kir finished eliminating her companions, she confessed something terrifying. She admitted to betraying the empress, revealing herself as a follower of the dark mage. D.B.A. is horrified by this revelation, while Palm appears suspicious of something.

The injured man explains that the dark mage, a transcendent figure 800 years ago, threatened the world with his followers. To stop him, six heroes took command, focusing all their efforts on battling the tyrant and his forces. As the dark mage's army fell into chaos, the allied forces advanced, eliminating all his followers.

The man states that anyone in Maple World would know that story, and D.B.A. can't believe Kir is one of the followers of the leader of the assassins. Cautiously, El Palm declares that now is not the time to worry about ogres; they must immediately pursue the traitor.

Our protagonist then asks the man if he will accompany them and insists he is prepared to fight her when they find her, seeking revenge for his group. The young man says that's exactly what he wants most right now.

At this moment, we see someone running—it's Kir, running desperately as if fleeing from something. Suddenly, something catches her attention. Kir encounters a group of people blocking her path, claiming they were waiting for her. It's William, along with his group of assassins.

Statistically, William remarks that thanks to the ribbon pigs, everyone was separated, making it easier for their plan to proceed, and now they can end it slowly. William then asks Kir if she received that gift they sent to her group, leaving her confused.

Without hesitation, the woman raises her sword, demanding to know who they are. Meanwhile, D.B.A., assisting the injured man, offers to slow down if he needs it, but the man insists he's fine. Our warrior reassures him not to worry because Palm is skilled and will soon find her, calming the young man.

At this moment, the true identity of the assassin targeting the Signis Knights is revealed. In a sunlit field, a battle begins. Kir refuses to give up and charges at her opponents. William, observing the fight from a distance, admires the woman, noting that her determination is expected of the captain of the Signis Knights. However, he wonders how long Kir can withstand his group of assassins.

The warrior firmly plants her foot on the ground, activating her aura. Kir invokes the Rising Sun ability. One member of the assassin group, underestimating the Signis captain's power, charges at her with a sword, declaring it's time for her to be eliminated. But surprisingly, Kir lands several strikes on her opponent.

Realizing she will be defeated by the captain's fury, the woman pleads for mercy. However, without hesitation, Kir invokes the Solar Strike ability, eliminating the girl. Next, Captain Siga takes a deep breath. Irritated, Kir tells William to reveal his purpose for attacking her, or else he too will be eliminated by her sword.

At that moment, the man says that the woman is very annoying, asking his subordinates why they are taking so long to eliminate her. Then, obeying William's orders, everyone in the group attacks Kir, who is prepared to defend herself. Unexpectedly, someone appears.

Surprisingly, this mysterious person who showed up begins to eliminate everyone in William's group. Witnessing his allies being cut in half, the man is incredulous. Kir is shocked to realize who it was. At that moment, we see that the mysterious person is our future great warrior who saved the woman.

Returning to the scene in the forest, D.B.A., helping the man to walk, says he doesn't need to worry because his boss is very skilled at finding things and will soon locate Kir. Then the man grabs his dagger, activating his aura and preparing to attack our warrior treacherously.

The man attacks D.B.A., telling him to give his regards to Kir when he meets her in another life. But to the man's surprise, his hand is severed by a shot from our protagonist's fire arrow. At that moment, even D.B.A. is startled because he didn't know his friend was nearby.

Palm watches the man on the ground, screaming desperately after losing his hand. Confused, D.B.A. asks the boy what is going on. Then Palm responds that he was already suspicious of the man's statements. Staring intently at the man on the ground, our protagonist tells him that he was very unconvincing, leaving him terrified.

At that moment, the man looks at Palm, frightened, as the boy tells him he's sorry. Activating his fire aura, our protagonist tells the man he doesn't have the habit of trusting anyone, which is why he managed to discover the lie.

Returning to the battle, Kir and D.B.A. are looking at William, who says the situation has gotten strange. Underestimating the warrior, the man says he didn't expect an uninvited guest to show up and ruin his plans. At that moment, a member of William's group tells him that D.B.A. is from the Gaffer Merchant Union and that the fact he is still alive interrupts her, saying he understands.

Then the man says, "Pit, being a cowardly rat given a second chance for losing, Lady Kir has failed again." Wondering if he made a mistake, bored, William says the situation is irritating. Realizing the two warriors seem strong, the man declares it is time for his group's elite to join the fray.

Worried, Kir tells D.B.A. to be careful with those people, and the boy replies that he knows. Smiling and eager to fight, a warrior asks the woman if they are really perverts, leaving her confused and preparing for battle. Ordering his group to attack, William says they must resolve the situation quickly.

D.B.A. tells Kir she should be able to defeat at least one of them and declares he will fight the others, with the woman asking him not to let his guard down. When attacked, our warrior dodges quickly. At that moment, D.B.A. strikes his opponent, who, holding a dagger, manages to avoid the attack.

Confident, our warrior tells the man his end has come. But unexpectedly, D.B.A. is caught off guard and attacked from behind by a fire arrow. The woman becomes indignant upon seeing that our warrior, despite being busy fighting, managed to dodge her attack. D.B.A. is furious for being attacked from behind, and soon another opponent treacherously assaults him.

But the warrior notices. However, unexpectedly, D.B.A. is struck in the back by another enemy. Mocking the boy, our warrior says the cut wasn't deep enough to defeat him. Attacking again, D.B.A.'s enemy says he is underestimating him and declares he will end his misery then and there, jumping toward our warrior.

The man invokes his leap attack ability. At that moment, Kir, irritated while fighting an enemy, calls D.B.A. an idiot, asking what he is doing. When attacked, our warrior quickly dodges and appears behind his opponent, who is terrified to see the boy is no longer in the previous spot.

Then D.B.A. sarcastically tells Kir to stop shouting because he was just playing with his enemy. Without hesitation, the warrior eliminates another member of William's group. Soon after, another opponent appears, cursing our protagonist's friend. But quickly, D.B.A. manages to dodge the man's attacks, counterattacking.

Our future great warrior unleashes his explosive skill against his enemy, defending himself from B's attack. The young man plants his foot firmly on the ground. Frightened, William's subordinate wonders how our warrior is so strong. Next, D.B.A.'s opponent is almost hit by another ally from his group, who was flying toward him while someone comments that the situation was disappointing.

Then we see it's Kir, who struck her enemy, hurling him far away. At that moment, Captain Siga mockingly asks William why he calls those people elite, as she is easily defeating them. The enemies grow irritated by the woman's remarks. Then William, seeing that his allies were unable to defeat Kir and D.B.A., states that he will have to interfere in the battle.

Activating his aura and summoning a powerful fire arrow, the man belittles his opponents, saying they've already wasted too much of his time. Upon seeing that William can also conjure the same ability as his leader, D.B.A. becomes terrified. Our warrior remains static, watching the fire arrow coming toward him.

D.B.A. is then shocked to see that William's attack is faster than his leader's. Finally, a massive explosion occurs. Confident, William, seeing that he hit his target, claims that his fire arrow is on another level and that even if D.B.A. wanted to, he couldn't dodge it. Convinced he eliminated our warrior, the man tells his group that he has already taken out the opponents and that they should quickly deal with the portal.

But immediately after, something surprising catches William's attention. The man then sees El Palm, who once again saved D.B.A. from elimination. Our protagonist stares intently at William. At that moment, the man, intrigued, asks who that boy who appeared out of nowhere was.

Then Palm points his finger toward the bushes, activating telekinesis. Our protagonist tells William he'll introduce himself later because, after all, they have other guests. Soon drawn by Palm's telekinesis, a giant ribbon boar emerges from the vegetation and charges toward the followers of the dark mage.

William and his ally are terrified upon facing that beast. Then we see it's a large group of ribbon boars. The beast Palm directed toward his enemies was furious. Next, William appears, having managed to defeat the ribbon boar that attacked him. Regaining his composure, the man states that the beast gave him trouble and notices that our protagonist, along with his allies, fled after unleashing that monster in his direction.

At that moment, William calls for Gerald, who apologizes, saying he's sorry for failing to defeat them. Then the man's ally reports that he is finishing off the ribbon boars, and we see several monsters defeated by the group. Furious, William tells Gerald that they don't have time to regroup and must pursue them immediately.

The young man agrees, recalling when Palm suddenly appeared. The man begins to reflect on the boy, believing he is probably someone troublesome who will hinder his plans. While William is deep in thought, he is quickly interrupted by Gerald, who says he found footprints. The man orders that if they find the boy in the cape, they should capture him for him.

Concerned, the young man says there's no need to capture him because he seems very dangerous. The man asks his subordinate if he has forgotten who he is talking to. Then, confident and placing his hand on the feathers he received from his leader, William declares that in that portal, it's impossible for anyone to be stronger than him.

In the middle of the forest, far from the enemy's group, D.B.A. asks Palm if he saw the faces of those guys, believing they won't survive the ribbon boar attack. The boy advises his friend to watch out for traps. Trusting his leader's potential, our warrior asks why he didn't take the opportunity to eliminate everyone from the group at that moment.

But El Palm quickly interrupts him, stating that he didn't do so because that man is more powerful than him, leaving D.B.A. incredulous. At that moment, our protagonist begins to reflect on William's abilities. Palm recalls the moment D.B.A. was almost eliminated. He remembers that powerful fire arrow, then the explosion that flung D.B.A. far away.

Next, we see the moment when Palm arrived, launching his fire arrow to intervene in William's attack. However, the man's fire arrow seemed much more powerful than he thought. Palm looked scared, hoping his magic would eliminate the enemy's attack, but reflecting, the boy concluded that his fire arrow barely managed to change the direction of the other and didn't affect it in any way.

Thinking that his leader was joking, D.B.A. says he doesn't believe William is stronger than his boss. Next, our protagonist says he isn't lying and asks why he would do something like that, leaving the warrior outraged upon realizing they really had to flee. D.B.A. is confused to see Palm removing the strings from his armband.

Our protagonist explains that the circles on his wrist have grown to their limit, and his astonished friend asks why that happened. The boy replies that depending on its thickness, even when using the same type of magic, there will be a difference in power and speed, and he asserts that he should be stronger than William.

Palm says the man's magic has something more that he can't understand but is certain it's second-circle magic, which likely allowed him to enhance his ability. Finally, our protagonist states that it's fair to say William is the strongest adventurer currently in that portal, leaving D.B.A. terrified.

Worried, the warrior asks Palm if they could use the ogres like he did with the ribbon pigs, and the boy responds that it's not that simple. But the two are interrupted by Captain Siga, who asks the protagonist if he doesn't understand the situation they're in at the moment, and he just stares at her.

Kir declares that the important thing is that one of the dark mage's followers was hiding among the Signis Knights, and this information could change the future of Maple World. She then says they should head outside first. Holding her sword, Kir asserts that the two should give up on clearing that portal.

But Palm interrupts her, stating that it would be useless, leaving his friend startled and the woman visibly irritated. Arrogantly, Kir claims she knows the boy used to be a slave and that his attitude was expected because he's still chasing the small completion reward.

Palm then asks Captain Siga what she plans to do after warning the people outside and suggests they shouldn't underestimate those individuals. Our protagonist states that these followers have been hiding for hundreds of years. Taking root and exposing them would only cut off a branch, so they need to dig deeper.

However, Palm's statements make Kir furious. At that moment, irritated, Captain Siga grabs the boy by the scarf, pulling him and asking why he always says her plans won't work. Losing control, Kir asks the protagonist if he has a better strategy and says they are being hunted, so they urgently need to leave that dungeon.

But smiling, Palm interrupts the woman, saying they should let their enemies know who the true hunters are. In the middle of the forest, someone is running. We then see it's one of William's allies hunting our adventurers. Near him, we can see the shadows of two people.

This man tells the group they need to find the fugitives quickly because if they escape through the portal, their necks are at risk. Next, the man is caught off guard by D.B.A., who arrives quickly, smiling. Our warrior asks the man if he was looking for him. D.B.A. immediately attacks, but the man manages to dodge.

Further back, Andress arrives, pointing his spear at the warrior, saying it's foolish of him to seek out his enemies. At this time, he makes sure to eliminate him. At that moment, we see someone cutting a rope on a tree. One of the traps is triggered, hitting Gerald and startling his ally.

We then see that it was Captain Kir who cut the rope. Raising his mighty axe, D.B.A. asks the long-haired man if he really thinks he can afford to get distracted in the middle of a fight. Without hesitation, our warrior attacks the man, who counters with his dagger aimed at the boy's neck.

However, D.B.A. quickly dodges. The long-haired man becomes terrified upon seeing that the boy can avoid being struck by his dagger. D.B.A. then advances on the man, kneeing him. Our warrior decides to drop the axe. At that moment, we see the long-haired man being beaten with several blows from D.B.A.

Our future great warrior delivers several swift kicks and punches to his enemy. D.B.A. lands a powerful punch on the man's eye. Then another member of William's group arrives, watching the fight from a distance, surprised to witness the duel. The girl wonders what's happening while we can see Kir approaching from behind without her noticing.

But quickly sensing Captain Siga's presence, the girl manages to dodge, determined to eliminate her. Kir launches several strikes with her sword. The girl, caught off guard, is terrified, face to face with Captain Siga, about to be finished. However, she manages to defend herself by using her bow as a shield, blocking the strike.

Furious, Kir tells the woman she shouldn't look away, calling her wretched and claiming she's already out of patience due to the direction this hunt has taken. Nearby in the forest, William appears, saying the battle has probably already begun, but there's still someone he's curious about.

Soon, the man is interrupted by M, who arrives, asking if they were waiting for him and his friends. Our protagonist immediately shifts into fight mode, raising his staff and activating his staff. William begins to laugh, saying they should start fighting as well.

Next, the man conjures his fire arrow. Likewise, so does our protagonist. Quickly, Palm dodges William's attack. Palm stares intently at his opponent. At that moment, we see the boy's fire arrow heading toward William, who remains still.

As our protagonist moves in the background, in the presence of someone so powerful, the follower of the dark mage becomes euphoric, knowing it will be a great battle. Soon, Palm stops and observes the explosion caused by his magic upon impacting where his enemy stood.

Then the boy finds himself in the middle of the smoke. It's impossible to see if his attack was successful, but soon something surprises Palm. Our protagonist is shocked to find he has been hit by a rock. Next, El Palm is taken by surprise as William appears behind him, asking if that's all his attack potential.

Quickly, our protagonist finds himself facing another of his enemy's fire arrows heading his way. Then we see the destruction William's magic caused in the forest. At that moment, the shadow of the dark mage's follower appears amidst the flames. Palm, having dodged the attack once more, simply watches the man, admiring him.

William says it's incredible that the protagonist managed to escape his devastating power. Then the man, smiling, says it was unexpected, although he is certain Palm doesn't have enough power to block it. Curious, William asks the boy how he did it, but the protagonist only stares at him intently.

Impatient, the man says Palm isn't much of a talker, which makes sense, as it's not like they can casually chat in the middle of a fight. Without hesitation, William launches another attack at the boy, declaring that he will figure out his tricks. Palm stares back at him intently.

Next, our protagonist conjures his revolver ability, blocking William's fire arrow. Then the man is stunned to witness it. William quickly concludes that Palm used telekinesis to spin the fire arrow, making it look like a drill piercing through his magic.

Witnessing something so incredible, the follower of the dark mage claims he has never seen anything like it. Then, as the two magics collide, a massive explosion occurs in the forest. Admiring it, William says what the boy did is unbelievable—using telekinesis to enhance his ability.

He finally understands what it is. The follower of the dark mage wonders if Palm is the type of person they call a genius. Smiling, William claims that this is the type he hates the most. Underestimating our protagonist, the man says they'll have a bit more fun, asking him to show what he's capable of and attacking him quickly.

Palm uses telekinesis. Surprisingly, the boy creates a massive stone shield, but the power of William's fire arrow, strengthened by the golden feathers, pierces through the barrier, forcing Palm to leap away. Still underestimating the boy, the man asks what he's doing and if hiding is all he can manage.

Unexpectedly, Palm extends his hand toward William, activating telekinesis, leaving the man confused. Soon, a fire arrow appears behind him, and the man wonders how that happened. Then El Palm moves his hand, surprisingly causing the fire arrow to change direction, heading straight for William, who quickly dodges.

At that moment, the man finds himself in trouble as the boy's magic chases him. The man decides to take action, saying he's tired of playing with Palm. He launches a fire arrow at him. Our protagonist remains still in the face of that attack.

Next, El Palm launches his revolver ability again. Soon, another explosion occurs in front of the boy. Smiling, William says he finally achieved what he planned. Activating his ring, the man appears right behind Palm, stating the boy has already used up his two shots.

Then William launches his other paralyzing ability, poisonous breath, at the protagonist. At that moment, El Palm finds himself facing imminent danger. Quickly, the entire area is filled with that green poison. A mist of poisonous smoke blankets the forest. William remarks that a poisonous breath is quite useful but leaves openings while being invoked.

He asks Palm if he isn't a user of fire and telekinesis. Confident and smiling, the man tells the boy that he figured he could seal his attacks by forcing his fire arrows into cooldown. At that moment, we see El Palm paralyzed by the poison, with William informing him that now the boy wouldn't be able to do anything for the next 30 minutes.

He says that his fire arrow was also recharging and apologizes for having to use a dagger against him. Now his favorite part was coming, and as he approached while dancing, William says he couldn't wait any longer. He was very curious to see what kind of despair the protagonist's face would show. Would he tremble with fear?

But who said the poison had affected El Palm? The next instant, he was already in front of William, fist ready. His hand already clenched, he delivers a critical hit straight to William's face with such force that his face becomes deformed. It looks like one of his eyes might pop out of its socket.

William is thrown back with such force that he crashes into a tree. Calling his staff back, El Palm grabs it and points it toward the hunter in a bow-like stance. William, injured, screams in pain, clutching his arm. When he opens his eyes, the fire arrow is fired from the protagonist's staff.

One of the man's arms falls to the ground, and still screaming in pain and rage, he begins crawling on the ground. As his ring starts to glow, he yells that someone like the protagonist shouldn't be allowed to live and starts using a green magic spell. The protagonist quickly notices it and begins to defend himself.

El Palm realizes that although William appeared insane, it was just a trick. Clearly, William was aiming at something. Since the poisonous breath wasn't working, he was probably trying to retrieve his staff. Palm declares that it's time to end William's life right there, but a fireball appears behind him.

It hits the boy squarely because he didn't notice it until it was too late. William is standing up and laughing, with a magic circle glowing nearby as he shouts that he'll finish the protagonist and tear him apart. The trail of destruction left by the fireball is massive, and the protagonist is lying on the ground at the end of it, bleeding heavily.

He thinks he let his guard down and didn't expect William to have a flaming orb as a trump card. He wouldn't have made this mistake before his regression. William wastes no time and launches another fireball at the protagonist, who thinks he has lost much of his perception. A massive explosion occurs, and one of Palm's subordinates notices it.

He looks back, wondering if something had happened to his boss while finishing beating one of the hunters. A sword slices through the air and separates another hunter from his head as the blonde girl shouts for them to stop playing around and go after the protagonist because he wouldn't be able to handle the enemy alone.

The next instant, an arrow strikes the eye of the hunter held by the warrior. Green feet appear, and we see that things are about to get much more complicated than they already were. Several ogres arrive at the scene, heavily armed with swords, crossbows, and other weapons.

The warrior had been anticipating their arrival, but the blonde girl insists they finish them off quickly, warning them not to underestimate the ogres, especially because one of them was very strange, sitting on a throne carried by the other ogres. He had a sinister appearance and was clearly the leader.

William was admiring the destruction he caused when he attacked the protagonist and wondered if that bastard had been eliminated once and for all. Soon after, he begins coughing up blood, and his veins swell and turn red, vomiting all the blood in his body. He acknowledges the protagonist's power, marveling that someone like him could leave the hunter in such a state.

He regrets not asking the boy's name earlier. Suddenly, he hears a voice uttering a name amidst the flames: "El Palm." This startles William, and he shouts that it's impossible for him to have survived the attack. He raises his weapon to continue the fight as the protagonist emerges from the flames, telling him to remember his name well because it will be the last name he hears in his life.

William is still confident that he is stronger than the boy and asks why he's bluffing. But El Palm interrupts him. He begins conjuring an amber sphere and admits that defeating him with just two circles will be nearly impossible. This sphere is a mana stone, and William notices it.

He starts laughing maniacally and asks if Palm intends to place all his hopes on absorbing the mana stone to increase his circles. That wouldn't be enough for him to gain an additional circle; he would still need enlightenment through countless experiments. With his magical power surging around him, El Palm agrees with everything William says.

Witnessing this scene makes him stop laughing and grow confused. A third circle begins to appear on the protagonist's wrist, and he tells William not to worry; he had already undergone various experiences in this life. William yells, claiming the protagonist was still bluffing, and starts conjuring his fire arrow.

Two arrows are heading toward El Palm, but he also uses the same magic, realizing it would be futile. William simultaneously uses the flame orb, and the protagonist activates his ring, which causes a spinning effect on the arrow. William's red eyes of despair gaze upon the power of El Palm's fire arrow as it reaches his face, causing him to scream the protagonist's name, filled with despair and hatred.

The arrow hits the villain, causing a massive explosion, leaving a trail of fire and destruction in front of the protagonist. Injured and exhausted, he looks ahead and notices something while seeing William's completely destroyed body. He had forgotten to ask his name.

One of them steps on a patch of grass while searching for something with their band. The blonde girl and the warrior are hiding behind a tree. She carried him because he was unconscious, thinking things had gotten complicated. Remembering what had happened, the warrior was using his axe to defeat the 17th consecutive ogre.

She was struggling to fend off the attack of just one and was impressed to see him handling the monsters with incredible ease. He was excited and shouting that he could see their attack patterns. An ogre tries to strike, but with incredible speed for someone wielding an axe, he dodges and bounces like a ping-pong ball between the trees, shouting that this was the 18th ogre he would defeat.

A fireball hits the warrior squarely, causing an explosion near where the ogre was. The strange ogre sitting on the throne grins, and the blonde girl realizes what had happened. He had used a spell called orbital flame. How could a monster have the ability to use magic against adventurers? No one expected any monster to possess such an ability.

It was too problematic even for them, and there was no choice but to remain hidden until they met up with El Palm. The problem was that they had already been found by an ogre. Realizing she had been spotted, she manages to run, but the horde of ogres chases after them, attacking with all they had.

One of the ogres grabs his axe and is about to strike the blonde girl, but she reacts by grabbing Shopy Stark by the arm and throwing him upward, giving her the opportunity to cut the ogre in half with her sword and catching him again as he fell. I have to admit that was very impressive. The blonde girl is really strong.

She thinks to herself that if it's one at a time, she can handle the orcs. But looking ahead, she notices something unpleasant: the magical flame the ogre mage had conjured almost hit them. Screaming with excitement, the ogre used fire indiscriminately, setting everything in his path ablaze.

The blonde girl didn't want to have to deal with that one. Running to escape the magic, another explosion happens right behind her, but the ogre mage still hadn't given up. As the dust begins to settle after the explosion, we see that the one standing there was none other than Star Wanabi. He held his axe in his hand while the blonde girl lay on the ground, silent and serious.

He charges at full speed toward the ogre mage, while the other ogres form a shield to protect their apparent leader. With swift movements, arms, heads, legs, and pieces of orcs are severed from their bodies as if they were Lego pieces falling to the ground. An ogre tries to attack the boy from behind, but he dodges.

The ogre mage seizes the opportunity to cast another spell against the warrior, and the blonde girl is astonished to see it all. It didn't even seem like the axe-wielding guy only had one circle. In the next moment, the warrior was already upon the ogre mage, swinging his axe from behind. As he was about to cleave the monster in two, the ogre used a point-blank fire spell against the boy, throwing him backward.

The blonde girl manages to catch him in midair, and we see that even counterattacking, the ogre had been hit. He starts growling and trembling with rage. The ogre raises his staff and begins casting a massive fire spell. Positioning herself in front of the warrior, the girl yells for him to stay behind her because she would take over from there.

Pointing his staff at them, the spell is launched in their direction until another spell pierces the gigantic fireball right in the center. This leaves the ogre confused, but he wouldn't have much time to think about it because the fire arrow was already reflecting in his black retina, hitting him with such force that it cuts him into several pieces.

The ogres look at their defeated leader and fall into despair. The blonde girl couldn't understand anything at all. El Palm's hand was glowing blue, and he says it seems he wasn't as late as he thought.

In a different place, we see a man yawning. It had been nearly four days, and he hadn't seen any signs of his friends. He had tried to earn some quick money while resting, but it wasn't something he enjoyed. Noticing that things were noisy and people were running everywhere, he wonders what was going on.

A strange portal appears, causing an explosion right in front of the man, who asks what it was. Several apparently exploded tree trunks appear, and a man with an eyepatch yells at the redhead to find a bishop urgently. Some people had returned, but judging by their condition, the news wasn't good at all. Only three from the group had returned, and they were completely wrecked, though still alive.

Opening his eyes after some time, El Palm was in a bed and starts to sit up while the redhead says it looks like he has regained his senses. The boy asks where he was, but Scarface says he has to answer his questions truthfully. Only they had returned from the massive group that had entered the portal, and he wanted to know what had happened inside.

The boy is scared; only three people returned. He answers that he has a theory but believes everyone else had lost their lives. The redhead tells him to answer properly, or he'll end up in a coffin too. El Palm responds that there was a demon inside the portal, and then he asks for paper and a pen so he can draw what he saw in there.

He didn't know the monster's name, but the redhead sees the drawing and is startled. But he closes his eyes and understands the situation. Though we still don't know, in a tent, someone yells that it didn't make sense. A total of 100 specialists representing every merchant union entered the red portal. The monsters inside were supposed to be too weak for so many deaths.

One of them shouts that his cousin was among them; it was the representative of the Air Market. His name was Toriel. Showing the drawing to the merchant, the redhead says the protagonist didn't seem to be lying, and we see that the monster he drew was the ogre mage. This type of monster was intelligent and capable of using items, and if the battle was on a large scale, 100 people really wouldn't be able to deal with them easily.

A mustachioed man says he can't accept this story as true. He doesn't know about the others, but there was no way his representative Natasha had been defeated like that. His name was Franco. The redhead asks what he was trying to say. Was he asking because he didn't know? The mustachioed man replies that none of this made sense unless someone betrayed them inside the portal.

Since there was no way to know what had happened inside, someone could have taken advantage of it. And since the three survivors were from the same group, a man with an eyepatch says he won't listen to that anymore. Was he suggesting Gaffer betrayed everyone? It was simpler to assume they survived because one of them developed a third circle.

The mustachioed man gets irritated upon hearing this and asks if he meant to say the other groups weren't as strong as Gaffer. The other says he was simply stating facts. A heated argument begins between the two, and the redhead starts rolling his eyes in boredom at the sight of their pointless fight.

All the mustachioed man wanted to know was if the man with the eyepatch had any proof of what he was saying. He then replies that the proof was that the adventurers didn't bring anything out of the portal. They had no reason to harm the rest of the group. The red-haired man lets the three leave, and someone asks him if it was okay to let them go like that.

Lanco says they had already reached a conclusion about this case, so there was no way to keep them detained. The three adventurers are walking through the forest when they notice the presence of a slug behind a tree. The blonde girl says that thing had followed them and asks El Palm to check what it was.

A cute version of a Dendon Mushy appears, crawling in front of them. We flash back a bit to the blonde girl asking the protagonist why he was hesitating. They had to throw away all the items they had collected and hurt each other before leaving. El Palm looks at her, and there were two golden feathers inside his bag.

That was the plan exactly: eliminate the boss and discard the items. However, the item William had was special—a phoenix feather. It had the ability to increase the user's fire magic power by 30%, and since he had two, the effect was stackable. El Palm thinks he now understands why the other adventurers were defeated so easily, and it was precisely because of those two feathers that he had won.

The blonde girl says that if they return to the city with any item in their bag, they would be suspected of trolling. He was the one who reminded them of that in the first place. She tells him to stop being greedy and stick to their plan. Now that they had finally found the exit portal, suddenly a small flower appears.

When the two look at it, it was a slug—a mascot slug. Unlike other common slugs, it had no attack power but had a tendency to collect items and would grow as it gathered them. El Palm picks up the slug in his hands as it begins to fiddle with its shell. He remembers it as a form of life he had encountered in his past life.

Pulling the two feathers out from within its shell, the protagonist holds them while the slug perches on his shoulder. The blonde girl asks how he knew about the slug's abilities, and he says it was just an attempt not to lose that precious item. She asks what he plans to do now. She had already done everything he had asked, but the boy just says she doesn't need to rush.

Now that they had managed to enter the Signis Knights, they needed to gather knowledge cautiously. In fact, they should have already returned, meaning they would need to wait. Guinness, Meria, Dig, Goodrich, Elnido, and Sky—all of them were eliminated. That incursion had been a failure.

Someone says while crumpling a piece of paper that they were defeated by a boss, and only three adventurers from Gaffer remained. They were under suspicion of trolling, but there was not enough evidence. Even so, he was grateful because he hadn't been exposed, so he would prepare for the next mission.

An old man was watching a storm through a window as someone knelt behind him. He asked if they hadn't been discovered, but the kneeling person doesn't respond. Their plan was to eliminate all the groups and kill the boss alone, so one of the survivors must have seen William. But El Palm hadn't mentioned it.

It was strange because he had no reason to hide it. If he had discovered that the ones behind it were them—the followers of that person—the woman says that's impossible. If that were the case, they would be in great danger, so they needed to eliminate the boy before anything happened.

But the old man seems to be excited by this. In fact, if this was an invitation from the protagonist, he would gladly accept it. However, it would be better to prepare something different for them so that the protagonist and his friends could be the first and last guests.

We are transported to a city full of monsters, and someone says that this was complete hell. Suffering from poverty, he could only dream of living like a normal human, and all he could do was watch his sister suffer from black blood disease. He hadn't even been able to make a grave for his family. This place was always hell.

Someone gives a smile and says there was still someone left there. A man is sitting before another who is on his knees, chained, and we see outside the building a gigantic monster. The man offers help to the other, but all the other says is for the guy to leave. That had been his first meeting with a man named Aaron.

A monster attacks, but it is completely defeated by an adventurer who shouts that they were in first place. She complains that she wishes she had

For a Flash Forward, but comments said this was DEA before the MC returned. An explosion occurs inside the cave, and Debo wonders if Shannon is being possessed by Zachum. He is severely injured from the attack on his back. Aaron yells at him to stop acting like a baby and finish this quickly.

“She is no longer Myria,” he gives a sadistic smile and says he knows it's no longer her. Aaron channels an adrenaline rush and charges at the tree with her axe, using a crushing slash and breaking several parts of it. Dbo is frustrated watching all of this unfold. He thinks he has messed everything up and shouldn't have suggested coming to this place. He charges with his axe, still blaming himself for everything, but lands a blow right in the middle of Mia's abdomen, making her spit a lot of ketchup.

A shield flies off, and he apologizes to her, but she reaches her hand toward DB's face, startling him. He finishes slicing her in half, gently touching his face. She mutters, “Thank you,” and asks him to take care of Aaron as half of her body falls to the ground. Dboy grits his teeth in anger and despair, but the battle is not over, and Aaron continues advancing toward the monster tree. She yells, asking if this is the monster's main body, slashing at it and causing massive damage.

A stone hand appears, covered with something resembling red veins, and looms over Aaron, trying to strike her. The monster punches the wall, and she manages to dodge. D shouts for them to destroy that thing together. Combining their attacks with all their anger and strength, they unleash an absurd number of rapid strikes, slicing the monster from all sides. The monster lands a punch on DEA, who manages to hold it with his hands, but it is still immensely strong.

Shannon screams, offering her life to the mighty one, and charges with a knife in her hands. But in the next moment, she is impaled by Aaron's axe. The girl's body falls to the ground, and Aaron says all that's left now is to destroy the cursed statue. Deo starts to say that fighting the statue won't be easy when something begins to cause excruciating pain in his head, forcing him to drop his axe and scream.

She asks him if this is possession, and Deo yells for her to finish him quickly before he does something he regrets. With anger, she picks up her axe and asks for forgiveness from Debba while he just smiles, thinking this is the best ending—his punishment for his foolish thoughts. He asks for forgiveness from everyone who lost their lives because of him. DEA asks Sarin to be quick, but it's too late. He sees someone falling to the ground dead.

DEA looks and asks why his sister is there. “What is going on? Who brought her to that place?” Looking at Aaron, he doesn't recognize her and wonders if she was the one who killed his sister. Aaron says she will finish this quickly, but DBBA shouts in rage that she dared to bring his sister to that place. He will never forgive her. DEA has completely lost consciousness.

A black explosion occurs in front of Aaron, and in the next instant, Debo's axe is almost cutting the woman in half. She quickly ducks, losing only a portion of her hair to the boy's strike, but he swiftly moves the axe lower, forcing Aaron to defend the blow as best as she can. Deb's senses are even sharper after losing his consciousness. A fierce battle ensues between the two, their movements so fast that the illustrator didn't even have time to draw them.

But Aaron delivers a vertical slash that strikes the statue's hand, cutting it off completely, and she is already behind DEA. He looks back, but it's too late. The hand explodes, falling on the boy, throwing him to the side and leaving him disarmed. Aaron charges toward him at full speed, passing through the statue as well. She intends to put an end to this right now—a final blow with her maximum aura.

Unfortunately, things aren't as simple as they seem. Deo appears on top of the statue and also charges toward Aaron. She feels frustrated by this; perhaps she had hoped to save him by destroying the monster, but now this is her only chance to defeat him. Once again apologizing to DBBA, she delivers her fatal strike, destroying everything in front of her.

DBBA lies on the ground, asking what happened. He is weak but alive. She says it seems he has finally come to his senses, and when he looks at Aaron, his axe is lodged in her. She is glad to see he is well, and she thought she wouldn't have the chance to say goodbye. Desperate, Debor refuses to accept that Aaron is in this state. He says she should have killed him. “Why did you do this?”

Aaron replies that she already failed once 800 years ago. She is no longer the one capable of defeating the Black Mage, but he is. He has a talent she will never have. DEA argues that he will never be as strong as her, but with a smile on her face, her last words are that she will leave the world in his hands. She is confident he will do a good job as he is her only disciple.

And so, Aaron closes her eyes forever. He has to inform his friends about what happened, and eventually, he leaves that place, which means nothing to him. Without Aaron, it was hell—from failing to protect the purpose in life he had just found to being unable to repent for his sins. He couldn't even fulfill the request of someone he cared deeply about. That place was complete hell, and a fireball explodes on it.

Debo wakes up. He is lying in his bed, and his sister says she was worried about him because he was unconscious despite having no injuries and was even talking in his sleep. Did he have a nightmare? Debor replies that he doesn't remember anything, but someone knocks on the door, and she says she will answer it. Turning to DEA, his sister says someone is there looking for him.

He goes to meet the person, and it is none other than the MC. He says their plans have been moved up and tells him to get ready as quickly as possible. DBA asks if they never get holidays, but the protagonist asks in return if he hasn't rested well. He asks what happened, and the protagonist asks to borrow 200,000 from him.

In a mansion, two men are talking about what happened on the last mission. 97 people were eliminated, but the MC acquired a new circle. The MC confirms this, and the man with the eyepatch, leader of the merchants, wonders what the boy is planning. He asks if El Pal knows more details and says he will only reward him if he has good information. After all, he needs money, doesn't he?

EMC places his hand on a bag and says he made a small mistake, but he is here to settle his debt. First, he takes out a good sum of money and places it on the table. There were at least 2 million mesos in that bag, which cleared the debt completely. The old man is confused. “How did the boy get all that money? Was he trying to hide some important information?”

The old man simply congratulates the boy and says he's now a free adventurer. He asks how much he wants for the signup bonus. He would do his best to meet the boy's demands, but the MC asks for 50 million mesos. The man shouts that such an amount is absurd for a rank C adventurer. No one would ever pay him that much.

Standing up from the table, the MC says their conversation ends here. The old man is confused, but the boy is resolute. Outside the mansion, DBA asks how the meeting with the old man went. El Pal says the old man rejected his proposal as soon as he heard about the signup bonus. The slave asks how much he had asked for, and the MC replies that he asked for 50 million mesos, shocking the boy as well.

He asks if his boss has gone mad, but the MC says no. The boy is even more confused but doesn't ask further. Changing the subject, he asks the protagonist why, out of all possible places, they're there. Pal asks if he recognizes the location. Bibba says he'll never forget it. This was the slum.

Even though he can't say much about where he lives now, it's still heaven compared to this. He says he heard this used to be the busiest area of lease, but apparently, that's in the past. Now it's just a den of thieves. This was probably the worst place on Victoria Island. Someone is thrown out of a building, landing right in front of them. As the man gets up, another person pulls a knife.

The fallen man thinks to himself that he thought things were going well. Seeing this, D just says they should walk around the fight and not get involved. Things here are just as he remembers them. Suddenly, the other man shouts to his companions, asking why they took so long to arrive, pointing at the MC and DEA. He says the two of them started calling him a thief and beating him up, then asks for help.

The fallen man starts whispering to the two, asking for help, but DEA doesn't seem inclined to help and even calls him crazy. One of the three thugs approaches, saying it really looks like what his friend said is true. The boy is incredulous at this, pulling a knife and pointing it at DBBA. He says they'll let them go if one of the three pays for the damages they caused, demanding 3 million MOS on the spot.

Laughing, the other man shouts, asking if anyone saw him steal anything and says they can't go around accusing innocent people so carelessly. The bald thug yells that he must really want to end up in a coffin, but in the next moment, someone throws the 3 million mesos he demanded in his face. El Pal tells them to take the money and leave, but DBor panics, asking what he's doing.

Looking at the man whose name is Ralph, the MC orders him to follow. The man is confused that the protagonist knows him but obeys. They talk in another location, and Ralph asks if they're there to recruit him and where the money is, but the MC has no more money. What he threw earlier was all he had. Ralph then asks who they're affiliated with, but the MC says they have no sponsors either.

The man gets irritated and asks if they're messing with him. He has no reason to join them, but DB then demands repayment of the 3 million they gave earlier. Ralph says he never asked them to pay his debts for him. They did that without consulting him, and considering they came all this way to find him, they must be well aware of his skills. He wants 3 million to join them.

DB is completely enraged and starts cursing Ralph, but they are interrupted by someone asking for permission to speak. A woman appears and introduces herself as Beiju. She says she's from the Kenya Merchant Union and asks if Mr. ELP is present. He looks at her and says that he is. Ralph is impressed to see someone from that Merchant Union there.

The woman says it's a pleasure to meet him and that the Kenya Merchant Union has been watching him since his return from the last gate invasion, so she'll get straight to the point. They wanted to sponsor his group, but first, they would conduct a test and pay 3 million up front, plus a 50 million signup bonus if he passed the test. DBBA is shocked. This was exactly the amount the MC had asked the man with the eyepatch for.

She leaves and says the invasion will happen in 3 days, wishing the three of them good luck. While the axe boy gets excited about this opportunity, throwing the money he had received from the mysterious woman into Ralph's hands, he says their contract will last one year, and he will earn an additional 7 million if the invasion is successful.

Deo couldn't believe they would spend 10 million on a guy like him, but without giving any answers, he says they still have another place to go. That night, they went to meet the blonde girl. DBBA asks why she was there, and she, telling him to shut up, replies that she came to fulfill her promises.

Some time passes, and the four of them are standing in front of the portal in the middle of a storm. Debba says it was certainly a great day to raid a gate. There were five groups there, totaling 50 people, and the boy says this number should be enough for this invasion. Ralph was furious to see so many people he considered useless there. To him, they only served to reduce the extra money he could earn.

The woman from the Kenya Merchant Group introduces herself again and says the level of this gate this time was orange, with a maximum entry limit of 50 and three scars. She believes clearing this gate wouldn't be a problem for them. The MC was thinking about being called by the Kenya group, but thinking that they would bring him to this place, they had already started using him.

Although the timing was different from his past life, he had already cleared this gate once, so his plans wouldn't need to change. The woman warns that if a second gate is spotted, they need to report it using a flare. People ask what this second gate was. Gates are divided by level according to their colors. A second gate means there is another dungeon inside the gate. Since the orange gate has a two-gate layout, they will have to raid the second dungeon.

It's a dungeon seion with different terrains and monsters. Ralph shows concern about having someone so young joining the group, but addressing the protagonist, he says he wants to make things clear. Even though the boy hired him, that didn't mean he was the leader of the group, and he asks if they should decide the leader based on skills.

The MC says he didn't know Ralph was the greedy type but agrees to decide the leader through their abilities. Ralph was already confident that the protagonist had fallen into his trap. The moment he became the leader of the group, things would get really interesting. Finally, the dungeon was about to begin, and it would yield around 50,000 MOS for them, so they should hurry and deal with those three scars.

Ralph teases DBBA, calling him useless for having only one circle, but DBBA flips him off and invites him to fight right then and there. The man refuses, saying he doesn't do anything that doesn't earn him money. Debo was furious at the MC for hiring a bastard like Ralph, but before he could finish his thought, he looks back and sees someone being killed by a monster beside him.

Another adventurer was being crushed and screaming for help, but someone yells for them to get into formation because it had been broken. The monsters were evil eyes. One of them charges at DB and manages to knock him down, but he was holding the monster's jaws to avoid being bitten in half. Even so, he gets licked. The monster raises its claws to try to tear Dubo apart, but it gets kicked by Ralph, who sends it flying with a single strike.

It lands several meters away, and Ralph tells DB to pay attention to what he was doing. That portal was literally in the middle of the monster's territory. They go into a frenzy again and scream to charge at the adventurers, but the MC's fire magic starts being cast, using a fire arrow on several monsters at once. He realizes this was different from his previous life, where they hadn't been attacked immediately.

The blonde girl uses her sword magic, Rising Sun, but the monster dodges the strike. She tries again but misses once more. She's looking like Darkness trying to hit a monster in Konosuba. She couldn't understand why she wasn't able to read the monster's movements, and she gets hit in the face by one of them, falling to the ground. Three evil eyes advance to finish her off, but in the next instant, they are disintegrated.

The one trying to devour the Stark wannabe was almost succeeding when someone approaches them with incredible speed, landing a blow directly on the monster's head, crushing it instantly. The evil eye explodes from the force of the hit, and someone says that makes two for the boy and one for the girl, showing three circles. Ralph says that was exhilarating. He'll consider that their thanks, and they could keep being useless to make him look better.

The blonde girl is impressed, though she doesn't want to admit it. She realizes that an adventurer with three circles is on a completely different level. Another evil eye advances, but with just one strike, Ralph blows it up. One attacks from behind, but he simply dodges by ducking. His movements, though erratic, are highly effective. He's still pummeling the monsters while noticing the two boys are fine, but he looks around for the MC.

The MC can control a fire arrow with telekinesis, so he had skills, reflexes, and speed beyond his own. That's why Kenya was interested in him. An evil eye approaches Ralph from behind, but he senses it and punches in its direction. The monster quickly dodges and tries to strike from below, but it doesn't work. Ralph already has his other fist ready, with his hand piercing through the monster's entire body.

He knows the protagonist isn't just anyone. He'll be very useful for his goals. He can already see how much gold he could earn by allying with the MC. The blonde girl watches Ralph laughing and pounding monsters and thinks he's simply enjoying the massacre, but we know the truth. He is, in fact, thrilled by the battle to the point of even making the monsters fear him.

But there's something more. Just as he's about to finish off another evil eye, Ralph is hit from the side. It's the protagonist delivering a roundhouse kick. Ralph is thrown a short distance but manages not to get hurt. He asks what that dirty attack was about. Does the MC want to fight? The boy simply replies that he doesn't need his gratitude.

Just as Ralph is about to ask what he means, three more monsters leap onto him. In the next moment, they're all pierced simultaneously by several blue projectiles, instantly eliminating them. Ralph stands up and asks what the hell just happened, but they're now completely surrounded by numerous monsters advancing toward them. Another blue arrow is placed on a bow, and it immediately splits into five as a mysterious figure draws the bowstring.

This man is behind the protagonist, who notices his movement. Several monsters charge at him, and the mysterious man's arrows start flying from behind, but they only target the evil eyes, destroying them completely. Something catches the mysterious archer's attention. He sees the protagonist's movement, and in the next moment, a fire arrow is already in his face.

An explosion happens at the tree where he was, impressing Ralph. Hiding the attack behind the monster was a crazy idea. Debush shouts at his boss to pay attention, and when he looks back, a myriad of arrows is behind him. They explode at the spot where the protagonist was, but he only has a scratch on his arm. El Pal is confused, thinking he had hit him, but now the protagonist is behind them.

The blonde girl shouts that the place is too dangerous and they should retreat. Ralph doesn't like hearing this at all, but in the next moment, a rain of arrows falls from the sky right on top of where they are. A random adventurer shouts for them to run away, but he's hit directly by one of the arrows, along with several others who didn't even have a chance to escape.

The blonde girl begins charging her magic and uses her solar slash to deflect some of the arrows, protecting an adventurer behind her. She shouts at the woman to flee into the forest if she wants to stay alive, but someone yells that they'd have already gone if they could. Numerous monsters are appearing around them, and they can't get through.

With an extremely powerful fire strike that passes between the adventurers, El Pal clears the path for them, destroying all the monsters ahead. Ralph takes the lead and runs through the cleared path, and the blonde girl yells for the protagonist and the others to follow them. The MC leaps forward, and in the next instant, several arrows fall where he had just been.

The archer hadn't given up yet and kept shooting incessantly. DBAs says that if they continue like this, they won't survive, but glancing back, El Pal is already loading another fire arrow aimed at the archer. He shoots the arrow, causing an explosion, and tells D to listen carefully to what he's about to say.

The archer quickly realizes he's been noticed, and he sees that of O's concerns weren't baseless. Preparing another barrage of arrows, the archer apologizes to the protagonist and bids him farewell. He releases the barrage, making the arrows ricochet between the trees this time, but still missing all of them. The boy was fast, and the archer acknowledges this, even if he doesn't like it.

Looking again, the archer realizes there are only six people in the group he's pursuing. One was missing—the one with the polearm. A fireball appears behind the archer, and when he looks back, it's already too late. It explodes at just the right moment. El Pal had distracted the archer, making him think it was D who had disappeared instead of himself. This time, he didn't miss.

His magic. DBA, wearing the protagonist's robes and holding his staff, stops running and looks back. His boss's plan had worked perfectly thanks to him, but as D celebrates, an arrow pierces his stomach. This poor guy gets another hole in his belly. El Pal looks at DB in shock, and another arrow nearly hits him.

Another barrage of arrows targets the adventurers farther ahead, hitting some who were still trying to flee. The blonde girl yells that they need to hurry as she carries DEA. An arrow hits her leg, causing her to fall immediately to the ground. Another barrage of arrows is on its way, and she looks back, but Ralph manages to grab both of them and escape the shots. He complains that now he has to play dad when he doesn't even have kids. They're way too much trouble.

The archer keeps chasing them, thinking they can run all they want but will never escape his reach. He prepares another barrage of arrows when something catches his attention. They're running towards some bushes, and Ralph asks what the plan is. DBA says he doesn't know; they just need to do what the boss said.

They manage to get through the bushes, and when they fall to the ground, they see the second portal in front of them. Ralph is in disbelief. How could the MC have known the second gate was there? Without thinking much, he acknowledges that he'll only survive because he can get into the portal. The distance between them and the archer is still great, so they'll get into the portal faster than the arrows can reach them.

He stands up to run. Duba doesn't want to leave El Pal behind, and Ralph says that's the plan. He shouts that they'll enter the gate and wait for him, but a barrage of arrows is already in front of them. The strike hits all three of them directly, causing a massive explosion in the area. DBoy is on the ground with El Pal's staff in front of him. He wonders what just happened. How did that attack come from in front of them? Had the archer caught up to them so quickly?

Ralph is still standing, but not for long. The arrows are already in front of him. When he opens his eyes, a polearm arrives to save the day, deflecting the arrows and saving the man's life. The boy sees his weapon and raises his arm to reach for it. Ralph looks back to say he knew El Pal would save them, but a massive tree trunk is already behind him, hitting all three of them at once and throwing them into the second portal.

The area falls silent while the archer is stunned by the crazy move the MC just pulled. A swift motion happens, and the archer kills another evil eye, completely eliminating it. Realizing the protagonist isn't moving, he wonders if the MC was looking for him before appearing. This plan seems stupid from the archer's perspective, but he thinks he'll play along to see how far El Pal will go.

During the 13th year, Sur Aoke accepted him into a selection match where 300 assassins would fight until only one remained. The battle lasted for seven straight days, and no one had managed to find him during that entire time, earning him the title of ghost. Looking to the side, the archer fires an arrow, exploding another evil eye. It was another mistake in his view until a fire arrow explodes a tree near the ghost.

He moves to other trees, thinking the MC isn't bad at all, but he should have realized that attack would reveal his position. The archer takes advantage of the opening and fires another volley, which explodes a tree near where the protagonist's attack came from. Suddenly, a fire arrow curves and almost hits the archer's face, barely escaping at the last second.

He finally understands that the MC used telekinesis to mislead him about his position. Falling to the ground, the archer leaps forward to find a new position. The fire arrows curve through the forest, and the ghost uses his arrows to deflect the magic. This causes several explosions in the forest, hampering his vision due to the heat.

A third arrow curves around from behind him, but he notices it and quickly turns to deflect the attack with another arrow. Another explosion occurs from the clash of the two magics, and the archer falls to the ground. He is injured, and his body trembles. Hatred begins to take hold of him more and more as he gets up, finding all this very interesting.

The forest grows quiet, and El Pal notices this. He wonders if the archer has decided to truly hide now. If so, things will get very complicated because he knows how to stay hidden. In his past life, no one in that gate had this level of ability. He must be an assassin from Kenya, and his future has changed.

Someone interrupts his thoughts, calling his name and ordering him to show himself. Looking to the other side, he hears the person saying they shouldn't waste any more time hiding like a rat. It won't do any good. It's the archer stepping forward and saying he's heard rumors about El Pal—that he enjoys facing enemies head-on, or was that a lie?

The protagonist charges in full force, worried about how the archer managed to move so much without revealing his presence. Could he teleport? Still hiding, he considers it might be a skill called tremor flow, but it's too late. El Pal has been noticed. The ghost starts firing numerous arrows at the boy from behind, and he realizes he has made a mistake.

In an entirely different place, we find ourselves on a snowy mountain. An orange glow begins to appear, and El Pal's group of three is thrown out of the portal. DEA is frustrated that they abandoned the boss and glares angrily at Ralph, who says he didn't do anything. The boy wonders how the protagonist will handle that guy alone, but Ralph says he probably has everything planned out.

DEA notices they're surrounded by numerous human skeletons, and he starts shouting, asking what all this is. He's certain that gate only had three scars, so why is there a mountain of bodies here? The blonde girl realizes it's all just a trap for them—the sudden summons, the trolling on the first floor, and now the body count that doesn't match the scars. All of this points to Kenya being a follower of the Black Mage.

DEA is incredulous, but she explains they must have lured many adventurers into that gate, and the MC warned them about this. Ralph says that story is lovely and interesting, but they can talk about it later. Someone is in front of them and looks quite angry. A pair of glowing blue eyes appears before the group.

The monster is enormous. Desperate, DEA asks what that thing is. He's speaking in a way that suggests he's trembling with fear, but Ralph says he'll have to pay the rent when it's all over. He grabs his necklace and tells the kids they can consider themselves lucky because this isn't something he shows to just anyone.

A magic circle begins to appear in his hand, or rather, it's a square, but whatever. If you had to describe Ralph in a single word, it would go something like this: some say bastard, others also say bastard. Some might say he'll do anything for money, but that he's still a bastard. But if you had to describe the adventurer Ralph in just one word, he was useful.

His skills were incredible, and he probably was at the peak of the third circles as a healing bishop. DBBA and the blonde girl are immediately healed. The hole in the boy's stomach vanishes completely, and so does the one in the girl's leg. That guy's class was never that of a fighter but of a healer. This meant that even without using his abilities, he was still very powerful in combat.

Ralph says that if they're feeling better, they should get ready because they need to work for their payment. That monster didn't look like it was going to wait long for them to recover. The monster charges forward, and Ralph runs ahead while DB and the blonde girl draw two weapons. With just one punch, the ground cracks before their eyes, and a chunk of the ground begins to rise in Bigfoot's hands.

The monster opens its mouth to swallow them both along with the rock, but when it bites down, Deban manages to hold on to one of its fangs. He strikes the monster's eye with his polearm, and the blonde girl takes the opportunity to hit its other eye. Bigfoot tries to grab the boy with its hands despite being unable to see, but an explosion occurs on its shoulder, making the boy fall and look at what had happened.

Ralph had arrived, landing a powerful kick on the monster. The monster still tries to hit the man, but he's faster than Levi, cutting the Beast Titan, and begins running along the monster's arm. The blonde girl gets hit, and the man complains that she needed healing too often. Once again, he uses his healing ability on her, and she recovers instantly.

The guy was impressive. Not only was he healing, but he was also contributing to the damage they dealt to the monster, using healing only in critical moments. He says he forgot to tell them something and places his hand inside a pouch. The first one would be free, but the next ones would come at a cost. He pulls a holy book from the pouch and begins casting blessings that immediately strengthen the kids.

The blonde girl feels a sudden surge of power within her, excited. Ralph says that from now on, he'll charge 100 mesos per magic cast. The two are so angry they start cursing him. The battle against Bigfoot was over. The two were exhausted, but Ralph still seemed fine. He says it's time to calculate their payment, but in the next instant, the monster starts roaring again.

The beast's breath was terrible, and DEA tells it to shut up or he'll shut it up forever. A strange ice begins to appear on the monster's body, and both DBBA and the blonde girl stare at the scene. DEA is startled and wonders what this could be, but the giant ape starts to rise again, already prepared for another battle.

The MC was still fleeing from the archer as several arrows ricocheted among the trees. Something was odd. He couldn't pinpoint where the archer was shooting from. A three-circle archer could use a skill called tremor flow to teleport, but they always return to a fixed location. The archer shouts that it's useless for him to try to run. He's almost falling asleep from how slow the protagonist is.

Casting a fireball, the boy aims in any direction, but the archer is already in a completely different location and asks where the MC is aiming. If he keeps wasting magic like this, he'll end up suffering from mana shock. El Palm begins to feel the effects and coughs up blood. His veins are red, swollen, and nearly necrotic. Meanwhile, the archer keeps moving quickly.

He thinks the MC is trying to distract him with the skill to escape to the second gate, but he won't allow that. El Pal knows he can't continue this battle. He doesn't even know where his enemy is. If he keeps going like this, he'll end up dying. Another barrage of arrows nearly hits the boy, but he throws himself forward to avoid the attack, pulling out a mana flask.

But the archer is already shooting more arrows. The MC doesn't have time to think about what he should do. Since things have reached this point, he'll have to take a gamble. Drinking the liquid, the MC conjures a massive flaming orb that deflects the arrows with its magic. The archer says this is sheer stupidity on the boy's part.

He manages to escape the magic's range and begins observing what has happened. Several fire arrows were heading his way—six at once. Had he used his most difficult spell during a mana clash? Was he trying to delete himself from existence? The MC was pushing himself to his limit, thinking that if the archer's secret was what he suspected, then he had to force him to reveal it, even at great cost.

The fire arrows hit tree trunks but keep moving. He was firing without aiming. A flaming orb is thrown by the protagonist in front of him, causing massive destruction and forcing the archer to retreat to avoid being caught by the magic. The MC keeps pushing himself, saying it's not over yet, causing more and more explosions in the forest. He had to keep going; he couldn't give up yet.

The archer kept fleeing, but he thought the MC was cornered and acting recklessly. In the archer's view, the boy's fate was sealed. He would end up destroying himself from the pain of the mana clash. Ketchup starts pouring out of the protagonist's mouth in large quantities. He feels weak, but he keeps launching his spells in all directions, destroying everything around him.

The trees burned, and the forest groaned under the fire's wrath, and the protagonist groaned with it. Once again, he conjures a gigantic flaming orb until, at a certain moment, the archer notices something that leaves him perplexed. The entire area around him was already a blaze. The MC wasn't deliberately aiming at him. If he didn't get out of there, he would be burned alive.

The archer spots an open field and thinks he needs to head there, so he starts running, but quickly realizes that an open field right ahead is far too convenient. It's too suspicious. Changing his route, the archer turns back, but the flames in the area are draining his strength. Someone shouts at the archer to return, saying everything is a trap.

Looking toward the voice, the archer is about to ask what his brother meant when the protagonist's arm appeared, striking the archer from behind and launching him far away. Distracted again, as he looks back, a blue magic spell similar to his arrows passes right above him. In the next moment, with a leap, the protagonist is already in front of him, preparing for another strike, holding an arrow in his hand.

The MC uses it to hit the archer, who in desperation screams curses at the boy and removes his cloak. The protagonist is on top while the other man wields a dagger, aiming a strike from below. Blood spurts from someone's body, and the dome dissipates. Did the protagonist lose? The phantom outside enters to look for his brother among the flames, but when he finds them, Ner is kneeling on the ground, losing a lot of blood while a body lies before him.

The phantom tells N to control himself, but Ner replies that there's no time for that. They've stayed there too long. It was time to retrieve the Phoenix feathers, so they knew about their existence. Looking at the body lying on the ground, he recognizes his brother's arm. When he realizes the one on the ground is his brother, it's already too late. The MC is standing with a dagger nearly at his throat. Ketchup splatters with the fatal strike, and the man finally falls, saying he's had enough of these bow users.

Back in the icy mountains, the cutting wind causes small explosions on the rocks, but the problem with Bigfoot wasn't over yet. The shards of ice coming from its body didn't seem normal. Its attacks were now far more powerful, sending all three flying. Duba tries to stand but is trembling all over, and the monster was completely different from when it was defeated. Roaring, the monster tries to land another strike, but Ralph leaps over it and charges forward.

Bigfoot pulls its arm back and tries to hit Ralph while he's midair, but Ralph says the monster is too slow and already has his blessed punch ready. The blow is critical, strong enough to explode the monster's face, but its skin is still incredibly tough, and the fake priest's damage wasn't effective this time. Ralph gets caught by the monster's strike, which lands on its own face in the process, crushed by the pressure of the monster's hand.

Ralph starts cursing until the blonde girl casts a solar slash, splitting the monster's hand in two and saving Ralph's life. She extends her hand and says that with this, she's repaid Ralph. Once the monster howls in pain, the two move away from it, collapsing to the ground, injured. The monster runs off, leaping into the air with a massive jump and falls with all its might onto the cave floor.

Casting healing once again, the three advance toward it, and Deba asks if Ralph already had a plan to deal with that monster. If they kept going like that, they wouldn't survive. The man mentions its back. That monster was too big. What part of its back was he talking about? Ralph tells him to shut up and distract the monster so he could get as close as possible to the monster's weak spot.

The Yeti's punch is held by the Stark wannabe, and he shouts for the man to hurry up, running toward a sword that was on its back. The monster starts spinning wildly to defend and attack at the same time, throwing them away. Duba wouldn't give up. He charged forward, questioning how a monster that supposedly lacked intelligence had figured out their plan.

It becomes harder for the three to advance and defeat this legendary creature. It was still very difficult. D gets hit and is thrown to the ground, which cracks from the impact. But without waiting, the giant ape brings down its fist to end his life. The blonde girl screams at him to heal, but the monster's hand had already smashed into the ground.

Screaming for Ralph, the boy was tired and injured and without his weapon. The monster roars, and he stands up, saying he only has enough energy for four more heals, so she had to do her best to dodge the monster's attacks. Meanwhile, he would look for an opening, so they better spread out. A lot of snow and shards of ice are thrown in every direction.

The monster spins to prevent the adventurers from reaching its weak point. Ralph complains that she wasn't dodging and casts another heal, but she was already unconscious, which becomes a huge problem for Ralph. Another punch from the giant monster smashes the ground, hitting DEA directly, who is lying on the ground completely unconscious.

At that moment, we see that he's about to have another flashback. He asks what it meant to expand the circle, and the MC explains that he already has enough experience to reach the second circle, but it was better for that to happen in the future, which leaves the boy confused. Illumination depends on how you think, and the boy asks what that was, but the MC responds that the answer is different for everyone and couldn't explain.

He then asks what the MC wanted him to do, but the MC only says he had to find the key he needed for enlightenment. Anything could work—an understanding of mana, a search for knowledge, or even an unforgivable memory. The MC's heart starts beating. The monster was pressing against Ralph, but when he looks back, DEA's eyes were glowing with complete rage, charging at the monster.

It turns to attack again, but with a single strike, he separates the monster's arm from the rest of its body effortlessly. Ralph was shocked by this display of strength. How did he suddenly become so strong? A second circle begins to appear on Deb's wrist as he pulls his weapon from his back to destroy that monster. The slash hits right in the middle of the monster's face, but DBBA wasn't finished yet.

He reaches for the sword that was the monster's weak spot and strikes a blow that drives the sword deeper into the monster's skin, exploding something there and making the monster immediately collapse to the ground. The ice crystals on its back fall onto the boy, who tries to bear the weight of the monster that fell on top of him. The man thanks the kid for his help, and from behind him, casts a healing spell on DEA, who, with an explosive strike, makes the monster roar and fall to the side.

He already had the axe in his hands again. The monster attacks again and still hits the Stark wannabe, casting the last healing spell. Debo charges to deliver the final blow to the monster. Ralph was being crushed by the monster's hand and screamed in pain, but he becomes excited again and asks if that was really the time to feel guilty for everything he had done.

He conjures a green aura from his wrist and uses healing once more on Clark as she still tried to help. Super go find the sword and use it to defeat the monster. Bigfoot lets out its final roar while Stark wannabe uses all his strength to finish that monster once and for all. The strike shatters all the eyes surrounding the sword and that immediately brings the ape crashing down, finally defeated, with the sword hitting and breaking the monster's manor.
