Session 1 w/ Dan Mohler – The Miraculous Life of the Believer (WEEK OF MIRACLES)

Mount Hope Church1:10:21

Transcription

We really don't mind who goes when, do we? We're just... I thought, well, they told me I was first, but he must have shifted at the last second. I felt for you because he was like, "I'm not supposed to. Should I get my stuff?"

Okay, so I do have a clock running back there— the regular time. What time is my session? I need to know just logistics before I get started. No, because there's transition, and there's a schedule, there's speakers. What time do I have to— I should be finished by 11:30. You sure? Amen, I believe you, brother.

All right, thank you.

Session one and MLER teaching. Hey, this is good because now I get the title of what I'm supposed to talk about. No, I saw that today. I said, "Did Jo? I said they gave me a title for my session." Listen, I can cover it. You give me a title, I can cover it.

There's a heart—this thing we just sang about— "By His stripes, I'm healed." You have to be careful that just doesn't become theology or a Christian confession that you quote. The gospel is something you see. Paul said in Ephesians 3, he said, "I'm anointed to make all see."

Knowledge can puff you up; it's love that edifies. You have to see a thing. When I'm singing "By His stripes, I'm healed," and I stand in a— the reason I stand in a— it's not the theology behind it; it's not that Jesus died and then now His stripes pay the supernatural power for me to proclaim something and it happen. It's the heart behind it. It's that God became flesh.

Look, He made us a certain way. He made man for a reason, and that reason got lost through sin and through disobedience. So He said, "Okay, I'm going to unravel this master plan that I had set before the foundation of the world, and I’m going to send the Lamb who was already slain in my heart and mind before the foundation of the world, and I'm going to unroll this plan and I'm going to show them who I am because I made them in my image." I mean, that's amazing to me.

So here's Jesus. When I'm singing this song, this is what's happening to me. I'm thinking about Jesus coming. I'm thinking about us living opposite of everything we're here for, having mentalities and living by them, and fighting to stand for Him that aren't even in the Lord—mentalities mindsets that never came from Him; things that we were taught just by living life separate from Him by the wisdom of the world and the way that seems right to a man, and the God of this world who the whole world, it says, is in the sway of the wicked one.

Right, we were trained by a lie our whole lives, and we fought to defend that lie. And Jesus has come and lived in the total opposite—something we've never experienced, expected, or seen. He wasn't received; He wasn't accepted. He looks like passive, a pushover almost, weak, he looks like a misfit. But yet, He came to His own, and His own knew Him not. Isn't it amazing that nothing that was made, there was made that it wasn't made through Him? Everything was made through Him. There wasn't anything that was made that wasn't made through Him, yet He came to His own, and His own knew Him not.

That's traumatic. That man was so far from who He is that when the One who was responsible for them being here, they had no clue and couldn't recognize. And when He spoke, they were like, "What's he trying to say?" Because they were so far from the beginning. That's astounding to me.

So then Jesus knows her. First of all, let me just talk plain to you. He's here in a body. You're God; you're from the beginning. You're with God, and the Word was with God and was God. It’s God. He's God. He's the Lord. He was always with the Father from the beginning, and now He's in a man's body. That doesn't— that sounds like sacrifice. That doesn't sound exciting.

This is just stuff I think about. This is when I sing this song. I'm thinking He's always right; He's the truth. His heart's always pure, and people treat Him for the total opposite, as if He's a blasphemer, as if He's a heretic, as if He's healing because of a spirit of the devil. They're constantly contradicting, testing, judging, and I look at Jesus and He never changes. He never changes. He doesn't fall apart; He doesn't grow weary in well-doing. He doesn't just throw a little fit and have a meltdown.

I'm so tired of people—no, all the things we have justification for you can’t even find in Him. That impresses me. This "By His stripes" thing is way bigger than a theological spiritual principle we found in our Bible. Yeah, yeah, yeah! It’s way bigger than 1 Peter 2! Way bigger!

He said, "When you see Me, you've already seen the Father." I can find Him talking to you and me saying, "If you believe in Me, you’ll do the things I do, and even greater things because I'm going to..." Now we always think about miracles. I get it. I'm, you know—a life of miracles; that's what I'm talking about, but we make miracles a thing instead of an expression and an extension of Him and who He is.

All this stuff that we should be pursuing should be relational. It should be because I know Him, not because I've been taught about Him, and I'm trying to get it to work in my life. That's where weariness comes from. That's where frustration comes from.

That's why people get high and low, start and stop. You're living Christ! We're anointed to live Christ! I'm empowered to know Him! Yeah, and to live Him! Does that make sense to you?

I have to see that what I just sang about, "By His stripes we are healed," is way more than a theory, a technique, and a theology. It's something He paid for with His life, and in the process, He demonstrated something I'm supposed to see and embrace and follow.

Are you with me? If He was one ounce like we were raised to think and believe, He'd have never made it far at all. He'd have pulled out long before the cross, let alone made it to the cross when they released Barabbas and they have Him already beat and whipped and marred. And it got worse until He made it to the cross.

The Bible makes it really clear that it was really, really bad when they released Barabbas. We don't even have a grid for that! We're standing there— we've done nothing but good; we’re healing people. We're raising the dead. Barabbas killed a man. He was guilty of murder, conspiracy. You're trying to pursue peace, and the people that you're there for, that you love, that you're dying for, are shouting Barabbas' name, saying "Kill you!"

Come on! In today's world, the average church-going Christian is wiped out in that scenario! Doesn't even recover! There ain't enough counsel to get you through that!

But love will. All Jesus could say on the cross was, "Father, forgive them! They don't know what they do." The giveaway—love looks deeper than the surface. Love says, "These people are blind, confused, and deceived. They’re under the sway of the wicked one. They’re self-centered to the core. I've made them for My image, and I'm here to show them what that looks like, and I'm here to love. And if I be lifted up, I'm going to draw all men unto Me."

I mean, that is a big deal! He didn't waver; He didn't quit; He didn't give up; He didn't drop the cross on the way up and say, "I've had enough!"

This is something we're notorious for saying. He didn't say, "Well, you know, a man can only take so much." Well, no! We've taught ourselves that because we have limits; because our love is self-centered! Our love is actually, "I love you— do you love me?" Our love is super conditional. The love we grow up calling love, we say, "I love you— do you love me?" You're saying, "I love you for my sake."

That's why we're saying, "Don't jump ship on me! Don't change this! You make my world happen! I don't know what I’d do without you!" That's idolatry! Jesus is the only one that should fit that description.

That's just a little side note, but all these things matter because miracles aren't a thing we're pursuing; they're something that flows out of the beauty of who He is, and He's all that in us. Our love should be without failing!

Like, we shouldn't have a struggle! Honestly, I'm not saying this in a legalistic way— we shouldn't ought to! I'm just saying it's possible to grow up into a place where you don't know what it means to grow weary in well-doing 'cause you see different! Your heart’s changed! You’re following Jesus, and you get it!

He never let where people weren't decide where He was. He never let what they didn't see become His vision because He's the light of the world.

And here’s what I believe was the strength of His life the whole time: He knew the Father and was one with Him. I think a lot of times we have great intentions, and we know about the Father, but we don't realize we're one with Him.

Theologically we do, but I'm not sure we get that part. He said, "He's always with Me, and I always do the things that He asks."

I mean, there are some things Jesus says. He says, "Follow Me; the things I do, you'll do, and greater things." Is He just talking about the miracles, or is He talking about following Him? Him! Who He is as a person, following His heart, His love.

We do this one; we're good at this one, and it's not wrong. It's not wrong. We say, "Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven." So we say, "Okay, no cancer in Heaven," because of the binding and loosing scripture: "Whatever will be bound in Earth will be bound in Heaven. Whatever will be loosed in Earth will be loosed in Heaven."

We say, "Okay, no cancer in Heaven, no cancer on the earth." And He gives us faith to believe for cancer to be healed! I get that! But when we hear a scripture like that, it’s amazing how we always gravitate to the power of God instead of the heart of God.

"Your will be done where? Right here! Now, as I live on Earth, how? Just like it is—no animosity in Heaven, no backbiting, no unresolved conflicts, there's no pride, self-consciousness, there's no disheartened, there's no unforgiveness." Promise!

And for some reason, we are so drawn to miracles and power that we forget it's the heart of God that makes those things consistent in our lives.

"Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven." He's not talking about miracles; He's talking about who He is! And that's why He's telling us to follow Him! Why? Because God made man for His image, and God is love!

And He made man to love! Not need it, be it! He didn't make man to need love; He made man to be love! And the only reason we relate to needing it is because we were born into Adam, separate from the source of love!

So our whole life, we strive to find love and get love and feel important and be valued and be needed and feel like our lives mattered, and most of us struggled horribly with that belief and actually believed the worst.

And at a very short time into your life, you were nothing more than how you responded to how things unfolded because you were born without an identity, you didn't know destiny, and you had no clue who you were.

And you were finding yourself as life unfolded, but that life wasn't coming through God. That's why so many people hang so tight to their story. "Well, you don't know what it was like when I was growing up," and they talk about their past nonstop when actually in Christ, you have a present and things to come, and you're never even supposed to look back because old things passed away, behold, all things are new.

Lot's wife looked back. You're not Lot's wife; you're His bride! You look up! You don't have a yesterday! Lot's wife got stuck between where she was delivered and wherever she was to be. That's the story!

And the people that are looking back never get to the destiny; they're stuck in between the two. All these things matter when you're talking about healing, miracles, and all the aspects of what we've received through Christ's crucifixion and resurrection.

It's a big deal! That song we sang—what my heart gravitates to is what it took for Him to be striped to actually get to that point to where He's actually willing to die on a cross 'cause He knew the truth about you and me.

He knew what we can be, what we were created to be, and what we'll look like if we ever get it and surrender. And there's no guarantee we're going to do that, but love says, "I'm going for it! I'm going to pay the price, and I'm going to sow the seed in the earth, and who believes will believe, and who raises up will raise up, and it'll make it possible!"

That's what I see when I hear that song. I don't hear a theological thing; I don't hear a technique, I don't hear a confession sheet quotation, and I’m not against a confession sheet, but that confession has to come out of the truth of knowing Him.

I've seen people confess things and confess things and confess things, and then they get weary, they get disheartened, and they almost give up because they say, "Well, I've been praying this for two years." You've been quoting it for two years! You haven't been with Him for two years! You've been quoting a promise for two years without an intimate relationship and awareness of the One that you’re hoping fulfills it!

Are you okay? Because this healing miracle thing—like I caught on without knowing what I was catching on—

I want you to go to—let's do—since I got a title, I might as well obey it. I might as well be obedient to my title. Pastor, you gave me a title; that's awesome, I'm going to obey the title.

There is nothing on this earth—I'm trying not to pull the emotional card on you; it's hard to say this from my heart and not have it move me.

Seeing somebody healed is priceless! Getting the word of knowledge is so exciting! Seeing their face when it's dead on, especially if it's detailed and not general! I mean, who knows, that's all awesome!

But even though that's all—there's nothing that comes close to even comparing to the ability God has given us to be with Him, but to be in His presence and be more than okay and more than confident and actually bold—come boldly, not arrogantly, not presumptively, but boldly because you know Him, and you know He loves you, period!

And you know the cross was enough, and you're clean in His presence—like, oh my goodness! There’s nothing that surpasses my God-given right and ability to be with Him!

Don't miss that in your life, please! Just don’t go to church and study your Bible and get intrigued by the stories in your Bible! Don't get caught up just in Bible knowledge—be with Him!

When nobody's looking, believe Him! If He says He loves you, it's settled; it's over! If the cross says "I love you," then you're loved! Don't get analytical! Don't talk around it for three weeks and wrestle with it! If you're forgiven, you're forgiven!

Don't look back! Fight off regret with faith and say, "There ain't nothing to regret! I'm washed! I'm clean! I can't change what I've done but I've been changing on the inside, and I'm not guilty of that thing anymore because I'm not the person that did that! I'm changed, and He has washed me in His blood!"

We got to learn how to move forward and keep growing up into Him in all things! We can't just keep relaying same old foundations and revisiting same old things!

I mean, He calls the elemental principles of the gospel in Hebrews "repentance of dead works" and just rehashing and reliving and finding ourselves in the same place. Some of these things we’re teaching as doctrines, and people just keep—man, that should be so far behind me!

Forgiveness of sins? Are you kidding? I've been holy, blameless, and above reproach in His sight—Colossians 1 for 29 years—like, unveiled and permitted to be in His presence!

In fact, He wants me there! You get it? That'll change your life; it'll change how you see you for the rest of your days!

And here's the beautiful thing: it'll change then how you see everybody else! Because if He sees me that way, you better believe He sees you that way! Are you with me?

So this is what Holy Spirit did in my life early on. I knew I didn't know the Lord, and I got saved. I was at work; I was all by myself. There was nobody evangelizing me.

But I grew up within the church, and I had seeds in my heart, and I heard the gospel growing up in my life. I'm 33 years old—I mean, I've been to several churches till I was about 18. I'm married; my wife wanted to go to church; I was done with church! There was nothing Christ-like about my life, but who knows what I mean when I say I’m full of convictions, and I’m doing things that I know I don't need to do, and I'm still doing them, and I can't do it without knowing it.

And that’s the love of God; that’s the conviction. That's a lie. If He had ever shut that off, you’d just walk right off, but it wasn't ever off! It was always on! It would never go away because His love never fails!

So I'm at work one night, and He says, "You don't even know if God’s real." It sounds like a thought. "You don't even know if God's really real." It sounds like I'm thinking, and I'm like, "What do I care? Why am I thinking about God?"

And I try to do my job and just get off the topic. It comes right back again, and now I can't get away from it. And what got me was it wasn't, "I can't remember the last time you went to church," or, "When's the last time you heard your Bible?" or, "If you even have one."

It's been how long since you prayed? It wasn’t none of that! It was "You don't even know if God's real."

What I've learned through it all in this point of time in my life is that knowing Him is what it's all about! Knowing Him! Paul and John, they write, we've come to know and knowing, and they use the word knowing affectionately, and it's not gnosis! It's not one plus one is two! It's knowing He loves you; it's knowing you're righteous; it's knowing He's for you and never!

It's knowing He's not playing charades, and you're trying to mysteriously figure out what He's up to! He talks to me like I'm His son, like it's just fun! And I'm not in some deep perplexed trying to figure out God in the moment. He's my Father—He's good! He's amazing! I trust Him!

And I'm in this thing for eternity! Yeah, it's just good! And I love my life on the earth! I'm not trying to get by! I'm not in survival mode!

I'm not like, "God, you got to get me through life!" No! I'm living my life in Christ! I feel like I'm going to live a long time because I'm actually having fun! I'm not trying to get out of here! I understand for to be absent from the body is presence with the Lord, and to be with Him is better, but I'm with Him now to a degree that I understand that is life-giving.

And in that day, it's going to be as He is and overwhelming and breathtaking and indescribable! So that's not even—I'm not even trying to teach on it because we won't know till then; but in that day, it's going to be like, "Ohhh!"

But now, it's what it is, and it's good! And I'm not in a hurry; I'm not dreading life! I'm not like, "Man, things are getting darker! This political stuff," you know! "I just wonder how this is all going to work out!"

You know, we might have four more years of just—please don’t go there! Why don’t you have four more years of Christ in you, the hope of glory? Why don’t you have four more years of selflessness and not loving your own life unto death and enduring hardship as a good soldier and not entangling yourself in the affairs of this life so you can fulfill the will of Him who enlisted you?

They're all scriptures, by the way! I did read this book! I know I haven't read out of it yet, but I've quoted it a little bit. You better get this thing in you because the morning after I got saved, I was laying on my bed like this, and I was crying so hard because I didn't know the Lord, but I knew He was real!

Now He was bearing witness to my heart that He was in me! And I'm saying, "You're in me! I'm never going to be the same! I just know I'm never going to be the same!"

And I'm crying and having a fit. I don't think I slept much that night, and I'm clutching this Bible, and I said, "I don't know you, Lord! I need to know you! I'm so convicted that I didn't know who you were that whole time I was living! And now I know you're real, but I don't know you! And I have to know who you are! Please show me who you are! And I do believe you're in this book! I just believe who you are is in this book! So Lord, I'm going to begin to read it, and I'm just trusting you'll show me who you are."

And I can hardly read! I’m trying, my tears—I'm sobbing! I'm an emotional mess! I laid the Bible down on my lap, and I look down at it, and I’m open just like this to 1 Corinthians 13. I had no idea! I don't know what 1 Corinthians 13 is!

And when I look down at the page, all that I saw, I looked right at the line! "If I don’t have love, I have nothing!" Now I have a New King James here; it says, "It profits me nothing if I don't have love."

And all of a sudden, it clicked! I'm crying out, "God, who are You? I need to know who You are! I need to know You! I know You're in this book! Who are You?"

I looked down, and what God was saying was, "I'm love! And it's who I created you to be!" And that's that simple!

People, it has sent me on this mission because faith works through love! Every miracle you ever see ought to work through the foundation of love!

Now, they don't always—people get in touch with their gift, people get in touch with theology; they get in touch with scripture and put faith around the truth of a scripture, but they don't let their heart get formed in love!

That's how you can see a person do a miracle and be caught with another person's wife because they're finding their identity through how God's using them instead of who God is in them!

And it’s traumatically terrible! And then we say, "Well, you know, it's amazing! He considers us with our tendencies! Everybody in their own heart has their own evil ways!"

God's just so amazing and merciful! No! God wants to transform your life! Put a new heart in you! He wants to take out the old and put in the new! That's not justifying these sinful crazy things; they're coming out of a vacuum and a deficit!

It's not because you don't fall into bed with somebody! It takes effort! And you have a thousand chances to say no! Where are the Josephs of the earth that didn't even have the Holy Spirit, that didn't even have a new covenant?

That were sold out by his own brothers who could have been bitter and angry, and Potiphar's wife makes a move on Joseph, and he's a young, fine, good-looking man, and you think he'd just be hurt and damaged from being sold into slavery. You think he'd think, "Well, you know, I'd have to go through all this hell, and my brothers did this to me. I'm at least going to enjoy this moment because Potiphar's wife is making herself totally available to a young man."

And don't think she wasn't, by the Earth standard, absolutely beautiful! By the Earth standard—which is an overplayed thing and a tragic thing, but by the Earth standard, these men handpick their wives!

Don't think she wasn't attractive by the world standard! And Joseph said, "Your master’s been—he's given me everything; there's nothing he but it's not you! I can’t have!"

And then he says something that's so amazing. He says, "Besides, how can I do such a thing like this before my God?" Where is that integrity in our lives?

See, when we don’t have that integrity, it proves that we're coming to Him for our sake, not for His great name. Now, I'm going to challenge you with something before we get on with this.

I've traveled 45 weekends a year; I'm 29 years saved. I've been doing 45 weekends since 2012, and I've been traveling since about 2008. I pastored for eight and a half years full-time, and I started traveling just because it happened that way, not because I wanted to! I actually vowed I’d never travel! It's all I do!

But I love it! I love it! I love sitting beside people on the planes! I love passing by people! Crowds don’t bother me! People don’t bother me anymore! I actually love people!

Like I used to think, "God, why don't You change people? They're weird! Like, if You touched people, the world would be a better place!" I never thought He wanted to touch me! I never thought He wanted to change how I see!

This love thing! I want to show you what happened to me that morning. Let me just get on point here with this.

I want you to see the end of 1 Corinthians 12. He's talking about some things that God has appointed in verse 28 in the church like apostles and prophets and teachers. And after that, miracles, gifts of healing, so they're on the list! Man, they're important; they're there right!

So they're out there somewhere! But apostles—you mentioned the word, Pastor Kevin, of impartation, not just knowledge—there's a difference! If you become something and you live something and you become something, you can impart it because you're preaching it out of your knowing!

You can study your Bible and preach out of your knowledge, and all you're doing is stirring people's intellect! Are you following me?

Yeah, this— I was thinking about time, and you saw me pause a while ago and I was like— I said, "Let's go here." But I will finish this comment because it's just getting me, and then we'll go back to this.

Well, I was saying something about for all the years I traveled and all the times of the year—45 weekends and all that—there was a point to it. I just need to say—and make sure that you don't fit in this category.

I continually to this day bump into countless sincere, good-hearted people that don’t understand that the only reason they came to God was for their benefit, not for His great name!

They come to God to get forgiven and go to Heaven because that’s the only way we seem to preach the gospel! The only way we seem to preach the gospel is in a way that benefits us instead of transforms us!

And we got a lot of hurting, discouraged, broken people out there that their story justifies their disposition! But when you look at Christ, it should change! If anybody should have been broken, discouraged, and disheartened, it should have been Him!

But here's the picture of selflessness and the manifestation of the Father and a love that never fails, and He is not mad at people! And if you look at His life on the earth, He should be devastated by people according to the wisdom we grew up with!

So when you hear a man say, "A man can only take so much," I've heard that in my pastoral office so many times by a weeping person, "Well, you can only take so much!" I said, "You better run that by Jesus and ask Him if that's true, because I think you learned that on the Earth by men! I think that's the psychology of your life, but what's the spiritual side of your life?"

You probably ought to ask Jesus if that's true, "You can only take so much!" See, I've been able to experience a lot in 29 years because I'm kind of like—no, I'm not kind of like! I'm living the gospel, and I'm having the time of my life!

And you get challenged—or the early years, witchcraft tried to kill me! My wife went into a deceived thing for eight years! And I felt like I lost her! I lost her emotionally for eight years; I lost her physically for eight years!

See, that doesn't fly with people! You lose your spouse physically for eight years? People don't make it eight weeks! I'm not—you know, I'm telling the truth! They are in counseling before eight weeks and they're saying her body ain't her own!

Oh, I've been a pastor; I've seen the sad side of it all. No, she needs help! She needs love, and she needs Jesus! She’s believing a lie, and the truth’s in me! And I need to walk it; she needs Him, and He’s in me!

Now ain’t the time to be a frustrated, self-centered husband that's justifying his disposition based on the facts of the story! What’s covering a multitude of things with love and let mercy triumph over what’s judgment sounds like—that's following Jesus!

And I'm just telling you, that thing lasted for eight years, and it wasn't hard because love never fails! And you don't think for yourself; you think for others, and you think first for the Kingdom!

So if I'm seeking first the Kingdom of God—come on, we can all quote it! If I'm seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, why am I so frustrated, discouraged, upset? And why do I need so much counsel to make it tomorrow if I'm seeking first the Kingdom of God?

Is it always here? Is it always in me? Is it always available? Can I always live it if I want to? Or is it subject to the facts? Or is my eye single? Or am I wide-vue lens? Yeah, but. "Well brother, but you know sometimes," like— Yeah, but who do I live from here?

'Cause a single eye is one voyage you’re on, one voyage for the rest of your life! And you’re here for one reason—it's to manifest Him and make Him known—to become love 'cause He’s love and to love the world around you because He loved us this way!

1 John 4: "Ought we not love one another?" 1 Timothy 1:15: "The goal of our instruction is love." The whole goal of everything we're trying to accomplish, all our instruction, the whole goal, is love!

And if I don't have it, I got nothing! He says something amazing in this chapter; He says in this chapter, "I can have knowledge of all mysteries, I can have faith, all faith to move mountains." It says, you know what he just said? He just said, "I can know everything there is to know and dictate it or articulate it, and I can have all faith to move every mountain that stands in front of me."

He says if that man doesn’t have love, he’s missed the whole point! He’s got nothing but knowledge of all mysteries! And faith to move every mountain is a spiritual icon to us! That's the highest goal! It's not the highest goal!

He uses an unlimited expression of gifting like the mark like that's the keynote speaker at the world conference. That's the closest thing to Jesus you've ever pumped into—all knowledge of all mysteries!

That's like "Lay hands here, buddy! Impart that to me!" Faith to move every mountain? You're definitely getting on the prayer list! But he says if he has not love, it profits him nothing! That's how important He’s making love, people!

And I'm just going to tell you real quick as I get to this—that morning, I opened my Bible and He said, "If you have not love, you have nothing." What that spoke to me—what Holy Spirit revealed to me—is I’m asking God who He is, and He’s telling me He’s love, and that’s my journey! I’m going after that! I want to become that!

Because you don't do love! You become love! You don't go out and do love! You have to become it! And what you become, you do! And you know them by their fruit! And He’s so extreme about this!

I don't know if you know how serious the Bible is about this—like in 1 John 4:7 and 8, He says if you love anyone who loves, it’s because they know God, because they’re born of God, because God is love!

He says anybody who doesn’t love— He didn’t say anybody who doesn’t pastor, doesn’t lead worship, doesn’t go on mission trips—He doesn't say you're not doing that stuff; He just made a simple and straight point: if you don't love, there's one reason—not one of many. There's one! You don’t know Him like you could because He’s love, which means I can’t know Him without becoming like Him.

Do you know how many people I've met that are seriously anointed, that are walking in a calling, but their hearts are hurting? They've got bad stuff in their history. They sit with you, and they complain about other people, and they don’t know if they're going to be able to hold on, and they’re clinging to their anointing and their gifting, but their love is failing.

And you know what it’s a sign of? They don’t know Him even though they're ministering Him! If it wasn't possible to have all knowledge of all mysteries, why is that part of the example? If it wasn't possible to feed the poor and give everything you have to be burned and not have love, why is that an example if people couldn't do that?

It's a viable example! Think about this!

Beloved, let us love one another, why? Because God is love! And everyone—not most—everyone who loves is born of God and knows God! He who doesn’t love doesn’t know God! He doesn’t say—the born-again people think He’s talking about an unsaved person!

I've met countless people that are sincere and see their need for a Savior, and they’re pursuing to become love! They're hurt by their spouse; they're mad at their kids; they hate their parents; they can't get along at work; they want a new job 'cause they can’t stand their boss, but their elders, so and so.

Come on, I'm not that far off on this! And you know what it’s pointing to? Not their doing or lack of doing; it’s pointing to their being! You have to become love to love!

And how do you do that? Alone with Him! You be with Him! Jesus! We make Him the way to Heaven!

He didn't say it that way, a little more impersonal and beneficial—Jesus, the way to Heaven!

He said He's the way back to the Father! That sounds more intimate! And because the Father’s eternal, and He never made man to die—all things are restored!

And of course, I'll never die because nobody's snatching me out of the palm of His hand! Yay! You get it? Man, that’s just happy!

So I'm in, and I'm not out! I'm in, and I can't be out! But I get it—the goal of my instructions is love, not complain!

It's not complain about my wife; it's not say, "I can't believe she just—and you don't know how long it's been! She wants this and I work with her, and she's putting all this pressure on my life, and I got all this calling, and I got people pulling on me, and my own wife’s not even a helpmate! She's not even a support!"

Hello, I've been in all those counseling appointments with others, but I've been through this!

So I look at Him with confidence, and I steer them into what love looks like, and then you find out if people want to love or if they just want to be loved! And I found that most people, when it comes right down to it, want to hold on to what they were trained by and feed their needs instead of put Him off and put Him on!

The reason I'm saying this right out of the gate right now is coming to me to qualify this in the first session.

I don't even want you pursuing healing and miracles apart from pursuing Him! I don’t! It's dangerous to see somebody healed, and you aren't communing with the Lord!

It's actually dangerous! I mean, we think it's a victory, but I think it's dangerous! You don't want to stumble people! You don't want to have your life all messed up behind the scenes, and yet God use you magnificently here because you have a revelation, an anointing, or a calling in a certain vein, but your life is falling apart here!

That stumbles people! People! It actually teaches—well, it's amazing! God loves us! Look at our capacity, but God still mightily used him!

I mean, I just want to be used by God! We all have our issues, brother! I don't think that's healthy; I don't think we're supposed to live that way!

The Bible says don't let any man speak evil of you and don't be the one that makes that possible. Like, be at peace with all men and don't be on that list!

Yeah! Yeah! Walk in the light! That doesn’t sound like issues! That doesn’t sound like I need a language to justify all these weaknesses!

Let the weak say, "I'm strong!" And let's find grace to follow Jesus! Amen?

So I want to just let you know why I still have a little time. I’m just opening this thing up and kicking off the day with this as a foundation! It feels right to me!

You all okay?

Okay! So let's look at verse 29: "Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?"

But earnestly—look what He says! And I got a picture of Paul here a long time ago, and it's never left me!

I still see it! I believe it happened this way! Who knows if he's writing and it's in this book? He was writing inspired by Holy Spirit. Who knows Holy Spirit was speaking to him? And he's writing—if it's here in front of me in the word of God, I got to accept that!

People say, "Well, the Bible isn't really..." Well, stop that; just stop! Just stop intellectualizing and talking yourself out of what you're called to believe!

And look, if God's a just judge, and He's going to judge me according to His word, don't you think He would have to give me the word? If Jesus is coming with the sword out of His mouth written on it, the word of God—to spite the nations—how is a just God going to come and judge you based on His word, Pastor Kevin, if He didn't really give you His word?

Like a child, you have to come and say, "Look, this thing made it through the test of time!" People say whatever they want about it! "Men wrote it!"

I don't believe that! I believe it's inspired by God! And if there’s a standard on the earth called the word that He's going to judge me by, then in His righteousness and His justice, He would have to give me that standard!

Yeah, so like a child—this is flat out the word of God! Case closed! You get it?

Come on! Don’t you let somebody intellectual you! People do it all the time! I get emails—long and extensive intellectual emails that make your eyes boggle! I don’t even finish reading them!

I rarely read emails, anyway! Actually, the truth is, I really don’t read emails! But I’ve tried, and I’ve just given up! And you get so many, and people write these long three-page things trying this detailed complex—talking in ways I can't even think, like, analytical is not a gift, by the way!

That's just a side note! You know how people say, "Well, I'm just a very analytical person?" Should have stopped that yesterday! That's not a gift!

"Well, I'm a thinker." How about being a believer? It's not what the head of man believes; it’s with the heart!

"Well, I'm just in a..." Stop! You know where it came from? When Eve heard a voice that wasn't God's, and it created questions, and it implied to know God but add to what God—"Did God really say?" "Well, God just knows, and when you..."

You'll just—that's where analytical came from! Here’s how I know! God never gave you the gift to think long enough and hard enough to talk yourself out of Him!

Because an analytical person, you can tell them Jesus loves them, and they'll think on it long and hard enough and come up with a reason why maybe they're excluded or maybe He can't! That is not a gift! That is from Hell itself!

And you can find it in the garden when they heard a voice outside of His!

"But earnestly desire the best gifts, and yet I will show you a more excellent way."

So he's talking about what we have in the body given to us for edification, and he's going through this list, and then he says—so listen, guys, I want you to earnestly desire to be used by God! That’s really what He’s saying!

And then I catch him pausing! I just see him catching himself as he's writing, and he's like, “Earnestly desire the best gifts.”

Well, if He doesn’t qualify this and Holy Spirit doesn’t intervene in this, He’s just going to put people on the desire to be used by God. But He says—I just see him going like this.

He's writing there, "Desire best gifts yet I'm going to show you a more excellent way." Then He writes a whole chapter on love!

And when I ask God to show me who He is, it's the page I was turned to open on my chest! I didn't try that! I've never done it since!

I've never, like, Bible-plunked and said, "Where do You want me to read?" Shabba!

Now watch what He says! Though I speak with the tongues of men and the tongues of angels and have not love, I've become a sounding brass in a clanging cymbal.

I mean, just think about this! I've been around long enough now to know people emphasize praying in tongues. "If you don't pray in tongues, you ain't got the Holy Ghost! Pray in tongues!"

Praying in tongues is amazing! I didn't tell you this, but the morning I woke up, I dozed off that night. I got saved; I woke up praying in tongues! I didn't even know what was going on!

I didn't have nobody there to talk me into it, and I didn’t have nobody to talk me out of it. But God’s presence was in the room, and I just knew it was Him!

And I was bawling, and I was praying things that I ain’t never prayed! And I didn't even know what I was praying! That grew! That grew to a place where I've had personal tongues and interpretations from the Lord!

I've had the Lord speaking tongues through me and interpret it through me through my own voice! I've had God speak to me through my own voice in the bedroom where it’s overwhelming, and you don't even really know how to endure it hardly! It's overwhelming!

Yeah, I've sung in tongues and knew exactly what I was singing! I've sung in tongues and just thought it sounded like tongues! I'll drive in my car and sing loud in other tongues! What are you doing?

I don't know, but whoever prays in a tongue builds himself up, edifies himself, speaks divine mysteries unto God! Sounds like I probably ought pray and sing in tongues!

Yeah, there’s times I do it; I know exactly what’s going on! If you do it in an open public setting and interrupt the setting, it ought to be interpreted! That’s not hard to follow in your Bible!

You get it? But don't discount the personal use of tongues!

But here’s the deal: if all my pursuit is just getting the language, I just want my prayer language? Nope! You want to become love!

Yeah, you can get your prayer language, but become love! Make sure you’re not just going after the things God says we can have, yet I show you earnestly desire the best gifts!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah! Let me show you a more excellent way than desire!

And He writes this whole chapter on love! He gives some amazing examples! He says, "Though I have the gift of prophecy…”

Who knows that at the beginning of chapter 14, He calls the best gift prophecy and that you all might prophesy!

But it’s not apart from pursuing love! It’s so balanced! Like, God is so protective and such a Father; we can’t miss this stuff!

You just don’t want to prophesy, or next thing you know they’re calling you the mail reader in the church, and you’re finding identity through that and spiritual qualification!

Now they’re bringing all their friends for a [music] word! It can get weird!

Just so I have the gift of prophecy and understand some mysteries. No, He didn’t pull no punches on this thing! He said all on purpose!

All mysteries and all knowledge—well, that sounds like an end result that sounds like a goal fulfilled! He does this on purpose to show you the importance of love!

And though I have all faith—some faith or all faith? So now it’s every mountain! 'Cause faith moves the mountain, right? So now I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, meaning all mountains!

But don't have love—I’m nothing! Come on! That’s sobering and amazing!

Let’s not miss that! Let’s be zealous to be used by God, but only through the nature of who He is and through His love!

It'll never get us in trouble! If you minister through love, you can’t get proud! If your identity is in Him, you’re so humbled by the fact that by His stripes we’re healed!

And by His stripes, and the resurrection cross, we have access to God! We get back to the Father! Like, this thing was paid for because of His love! It humbles you!

You should—

You should be in a setting where God moves through you in almost an amazing, indescribable way—and you’re not even tempted to be puffed up!

You actually make you weep! My wife and I have seen things—we'll drive in the car, and we can’t even talk! We don’t even talk to each other!

It's just silent, and we're both weeping because you're overwhelmed! It's not like, "Whoa, that was amazing!"

And I mean, it can be like that at times, but most of the time when God does things like we’re talking about, like things that—miraculous things, it has a super humbling effect when you have an intimate relationship and you realize the honor it is.

And the reason that He's in you! And you see the price paid and you get the gospel! It’s not a risk to be prideful!

He says the novice shouldn't be puffed up because of pride! Why? He hasn't had time to develop in love, to grow in these things!

And all of a sudden, he just feels qualified by his gifting; he feels qualified 'cause he had a clear word and knew a time frame, and people went, "Whoa!" And when they went "Whoa," he went, "Whoa!"

No for real—this stuff's in our Bible for a reason!

Let's look at what love is! Well, he bestows all his goods to the poor and gives his body to burn! Why would you do that if you didn't have love?

Well, maybe to get a name for yourself! Maybe to get people to dot over you or say you're amazing!

As a pastor, I've seen people serve in a ministry to get acknowledged and affirmed, and they go out of their way and do extra good to get stroked in that! Like, "What would we do without you? Man, this church couldn't even function if it wasn't for the way you serve! You're amazing! You're like the servant of the universe, man!"

And you don't even realize you’re feeding a need because you're being genuine, but their motive is the accolade they want to be noticed!

So now they're doing deed time! And it's all because they want to be identified as being needed and being special and being valued!

So look at the risk they're running! If I don't acknowledge it, now they're broken and shattered, and I don't appreciate them, and I use them, and now they leave hurt and say, "That wasn't a loving church!"

You ever see that? Oh, it's real! That's why we need to teach this stuff!

You actually serving in a ministry could be detrimental! It could be a scary moment for your life if you're not doing it for His name! If you can get hurt in your service, you're not doing it because of love!

You've got some kind of need in your life that’s not being fulfilled, and you want somebody to appreciate you, acknowledge you, honor you, stroke you!

If Sister so-and-so gets caught up and they give her a little acknowledgment for what she's been doing the last six months, and you're sitting there thinking, "Well, I've been doing my ministry for eight months! Why haven't they ever recognized me?"

That’s a warning signal for you! Come on! You ought to throw this stuff out because it all matters!

What if we see people healed, and we have all this stuff going on, and we end up chopping each other up and fighting and hurt and stuff? That's a misrepresentation!

The reason healing is so amazing is because it's flowing out of the beauty and the stability and the wholeness of who He is! It's not a thing; it's not a piece of the gospel; it's an expression of Him!

You get what I'm saying?

Let's look at what love is! It suffers long! Long! It's kind!

Hey, let’s just start with there! It suffers long—hello?! I just can't take anymore!

It suffers long!

Well, I've been going through this for weeks!

Suffers long!

Eight years! My wife was in a very bad place! You know I was a full-time pastor, and she wouldn’t come to church? That could be pressure if you don’t understand what I’m preaching.

This unheard of! Pastor P, you’ll probably appreciate this! Maybe you’ll look cockey at this!

My leadership staff and elders never sat me down to ask what’s wrong and how they could help!

They said at the end, “We just saw your life and saw you didn’t change, and you were the same manifestation of Jesus you’ve always been! And we knew whatever was going on, you had faith wrapped around it, and it was bringing Christ out in you! And they were never concerned that my own wife wasn’t showing up at church!”

That's like unheard of! They said, “The reason they didn’t touch it and ask is because they saw Christ in me like they've always seen Christ in me! If my countenance would have changed, if I’d have seemed a little restless, if I’d have seemed a little irritated, if I’d have crossed a line and snapped on somebody or something, then they’d have probably pulled me aside and said, ‘What’s going on in your life?’”

All they saw was the same Jesus they always saw!

So they said, “Whatever's going on, he's got faith wrapped around it, and God's moving because they didn't see a change!”

That tells me it's possible because I was in those shoes!

People say, "Eight years? Oh my gosh! Eight years!" I'm like, why does time have the power to change truth in your life when it's truth that makes you free?

And heaven and Earth are going to pass away, and His word’s going to remain! So why is time the dictating factor of how you respond if you actually believe? Come on! I’m throwing some stuff out there at you—just laying up foundation for these precious men of God just starting the day off with!

If we don’t pursue what we’re talking about this whole week—well, for sure, while I'm here this weekend, but it looks like for a while! If we don’t pursue this as a foundation, I think we’ll be misguided!

Love suffers long; it's kind; it doesn’t envy; it doesn’t parade itself around, and it’s not puffed up! I'm telling you, it's a humbling thing!

It doesn’t behave rudely—here's a big one!

It doesn’t seek its own! That’s the reason I could go through eight years with my wife!

Because I’m not in it for me! I'm in it for His great name!

If I wake up for her to love me, I’m only as good as she’s doing that! If I wake up to be like Him, we already won! Are you with me?

So you got to weigh this stuff; you got to say, "Why do I wake up in the morning? Do I wake up to survive? Is it all about what’s on my plate? And is all my prayers have to do with God empowering my day so my day goes the way I hope? Or do I seek Him for more of Him so I manifest Him in the midst of my day?"

Is it about never going through trouble? Is it about what’s he look like in the middle of what I'm in?

Come on! You ever notice how we tend to take on the identity of what we’re going through instead of take on the identity of what He went through?

So you ask a Christian how they're doing, and I'm not being cynical or smart or demeaning right now; it's just real! You ask the average Christian how they're doing, just every day, attending church, sincere Christian, that’s meaning well, not a hypocrite, somebody that loves God the best they understand.

You ask them how they’re doing, almost across the board, the response of how are you doing is the two biggest challenges in their life at the moment!

And keep us in prayer! But we're getting through it!

And we usually identify how we're doing with how it’s going, which proves we’re using Him to try to get through life as unscathed as possible! Rarely do people understand that He’s in them to manifest in the middle of what you’re going through!

And when you’re treated unjust, you don’t live just like a person that's been betrayed 'cause you've been given the Kingdom, and it’s His good pleasure to give it! And you fear not! Are you following me?

You don’t seek your own! Tragically, to me, it’s tragic because I think it’s more ignorance than willfulness!

I meet way more Christians that are seeking their own! They’re actually a Christian for their sake! If that makes sense to you! That’s how I know to describe it! You’re a Christian for you! For your own well-being! Instead of for His great name!

See, when you’re a Christian for His great name and that’s real to you, that dictates your responses, your reactions, how you handle things!

You don’t lash back at your spouse when you’re a Christian for His great name! You don’t model something opposite to your children and what He looks like and not care about it and then justify it the next day!

That's just a motive exposed! I'm not being judgmental and condemning right now; what I'm saying is that motive needs looked at!

If you're living outside of Christ and justifying why it's not what happened, that’s your problem! It's how you respond! And see, that needs look!

That does that make sense? Because in that eight-year thing, I could have found a lot of people to side with me!

I could have found a lot of people to feel sorry for me! I could have found pastors and leaders that say, "Well, sometimes, brother, you have to face the tough reality that not everybody really wants and da, da, da, and sometimes you just have to move on!"

And you only got one life, man! And sometimes you can’t—just because sometimes people don’t change and you just got to—! You ought to be glad they weren’t God’s counselor, and God took their advice, 'cause if I can’t find it in Him, then don’t try to talk to me about it because I’m following Him, and I’m made for His image!

So if Jesus said, "When you see Me, you see the Father," and He told us to follow Him and the things He did, we’ll do, then who do we look like when you see us?

We always say Jesus, but it’s really the Father! Are you with me?

And my last session, I don't know what these men are sharing, but it'll be good.

But my last session, I’ll talk more about healing, I think, because I think you gave me a title for that one too.

No, I think— No, I gotta find it! I'm intrigued right now! I gotta find it!

Yes! Taking healing to the streets! You really made it detailed, buddy!

I’m on assignment! I don’t even—never title anything!

I don't even know how you title what I preach! I’ve just preached like 20 different angles, didn’t I? How do you title what I’m preaching?

People do YouTube stuff, they post me on YouTube and put titles, and I’m like, "How did they come up with a title?"

People say, "What do you preach about?" "Everything!"

It doesn’t seek its own; that’s a big one, people! It’s not provoked!

Oh, here’s a real good one! It thinks no evil! See, love believes the best, thinks no evil!

You know why the Bible says to avoid the appearance of evil? Because sadly enough, He knows His people aren’t perfected in love, and they'll think evil!

So He tells—if it's just the appearance but not evil, why should we avoid the appearance? Because He doesn’t want to stumble people and He knows they’re thinking evil!

So just avoid the appearance of it, but if we get perfected in love, you won’t even think evil!

Ain’t that something?

Do you know in the end times that men are going to hate one another and betray one another, and then voices are going to rise up?

False prophetic voices are going to rise up—it says right when men’s hearts are a mess, voices are going to rise up! And then it says this!

It's astounding! And because lawlessness—this is justification! This is the reason! This is your alibi!

And because lawlessness abounds—this is what they’re going to use. Some translations say most, and some say many—either one’s too much! The love of most or the love of many will grow cold!

I don’t want to be most or many! I don’t want lawlessness to abound against a life that’s not my own! I don’t want lawlessness to abound against a man that loves not his own life unto death and denied himself, picked up his cross, and followed me!

And then have an alibi not to walk in love!

Come on! I’m bringing it a little straight right now!

Are we okay? Come on, this thing is real!

We can't just preach benefit! We just can’t pray a prayer to go to Heaven! We can’t just say, "If you die tonight and don’t know where you’re going, pray this prayer!"

The goal is not forgiveness! The goal is living Christ!

You have to be forgiven to live Christ! I’m not saying it’s not part of the goal, but it’s not where you stop!

You’re not just living to be forgiven; you’re living to manifest Christ!

Are you with me?

Yes, we have just preached the gospel to serve us so much! Your blessing, your breakthrough, your protection, your provision!

And we've set a lot of people up to be disheartened and discouraged and they're on this journey to find better faith to get these things to work and they're actually totally off course!

They're letting everything dictate how they are and what they're expressing!

Who would agree that everybody could be against me and I could still express Him?

Who can agree that in the natural I might not have enough, but I have Him! So if you do me wrong, and I live done wrong, I don’t understand what I’m preaching!

But if you do me wrong, and you don’t see me living done wrong, I get it!

Are you with me?

I want healing to flow from that place always!

It doesn’t rejoice in iniquity; it rejoices in truth!

Bears all things—that’s why the eight-year testimony is easy!

Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things!

Love never fails!

Let me skip down here and close this out for you all! And I know Abby—Miss Abby—wherever you are, you can come up here in a moment!

Watch this! Look at verse 13! I’m just closing out and I’ll read right into verse chapter 14!

It’s all one book! It's all one letter! We just chopped it into chapters, but it’s really one big letter!

And now abide faith, hope, and love! These three! But the greatest of these—there’s people trying to have faith for things, but faith works through love!

They're not—they're not growing in love!

There's people whose hope has failed, but hope doesn't disappoint because the love of God is in our hearts by the Holy Ghost!

Do you see how they all go together?

You're not trying to have faith apart from love and hope apart from love!

The greatest of these is love!

So watch what He says! Because you got to remember this was all written on the heels of saying earnestly desire the best gifts!

Let me show you a more excellent way!

He writes all this, and then He says, "Therefore, pursue love and desire spiritual gifts!"

You see what He did? It’s so amazing!

So in my life, I was months old in the Lord. I didn’t get saved at a church; I didn’t get saved through a person! Just Holy Spirit came and built on every seed He ever sowed in my life, and He won me, man!

And I was camping out in my bedroom, and I'm reading my Bible, and I'm finding scriptures! I go to work; one of my coworkers is leaving for an emergency surgery—pretty startling!

He's going for a spinal fusion because he's so bone on bone! And they realized on all these 13 pictures that this is way more serious than they realized!

And they said, "If he was in a car, there's nothing cushioning his vertebrae! And if he was in a car and they had to slam on the brakes, he could have shifted and paralyzed!"

And it would hit his spinal cord!

So he has distress on his face; he's leaving—he’s been on an injured list! He's just walking around, sitting in a room! He’s on disability, but he’s at work!

And because there was a reason in a way they tried to handle all that to keep people from faking and whatnot, but he wasn’t faking!

And I said, “What’s going on? You look stressed!”

He said, “They just found that I—this and this, and I’m going for an emergency spinal fusion! I’m going to get like vertebrae fused together so they don’t shift!”

I said, “Oh my goodness!”

He said, “Yeah, isn’t that something?”

I said, “Has anybody ever prayed for you?”

I'm like three months saved; I don't know much! But I just feel like I need to pray for you!

I said, “I need to pray for you! Does anybody pray for you?”

He said, “My mom probably has prayed for me.”

I mean, for your back?

“Well, no, she just probably prays for me.”

I said, “Nobody ever just prayed for your back?”

“Well, no!”

He's not saved!

I said, “I want to pray for you!"

Okay— I don’t remember what I prayed! It was short, and it was probably so, like, "Oh wow! That was not impressive!"

'Cause it’s not your prayer that heals the sick! It’s your faith in Him and His love for people!

"Be whole in Jesus' name!" is plenty when it's backed by a revelation!

See, if it’s your prayer, then it’s works! And we should all go to prayer college!

I just quoted probably two scriptures that gave me faith! Like, "Father, You said whatever I asked believing, it'll be done! And You told me to lay hands on the sick, and they’ll recover! And I thank You for making Jerry’s back whole in Jesus’ name!"

And he looked at me like, "That's it?" And I looked at him like, "That’s all I got!"

Do you know the next x-ray they took of Jerry’s back had a totally perfectly normal disc?

And it perplexed them and caused all kinds of confusion!

And they took— I don't know how many more pictures, and then they said, "Jerry said, 'Is there a problem?'" And they said, "Well, it's a good one, but yes—we're trying to sort this out medically!"

And they had all these pictures of this no disc, and now they got all these pictures of a totally normal back!

And Jerry said, "I can explain!"

I was fascinated! This was a long time ago! I'm saved 29 years—I just saw Jerry in Hanover preaching! He came running up to me and hugged me! He showed up at a church I was at!

He went on to be an elder in the church, born again, talked to people about Jesus!

He now— I didn't call Jesus a great physician; this is just his language because he was talking to doctors!

He said, "I was on my way in here, and a coworker stopped and told me of a great physician!"

And you know what? It turns out everything he told me must have been true!

His name is Jesus!

I said, "You said that!" He said, "Yeah!" I was like, "Ah! That's amazing!"

But here’s my point: I never sat under one teaching on healing; no one ever taught me on the gifts! I was just being with Him because He told me He’s love, and I didn’t want to just be loved! I wanted to be love!

Because I found that if He loved me that way, I should love you the same way! And that healing flowed out of love!

A month later, I got a word of knowledge for a man, and I didn't know what to call it.

He said, "How do you know that?" I said, "I don’t know! I just know he needed surgery in the morning!"

God canceled his surgery! He’s completely healed! Had no scar mark, no nothing from the situation! He was 40 years old, had changed his life!

That was a month later. I was nine months saved; I was already preaching in churches—a little strange! I wasn’t a pastor; I was nine months saved preaching in churches!

I sat under a teaching on the gifts of the Spirit, and a guy explained them all!

All of a sudden I looked and realized every one of the nine was already flowing through my life, and I wasn’t a year saved!

And I didn’t know how to teach it, and it all worked through love!

Are you with me?

So Father, have Your way in us this whole time! Continue to grow us and fashion us and show us all that You made us acceptable! You love us, You want us in Your presence, and You definitely want to fill us with all that You are!

Let no person believe they're disqualified in any way!

And let us all grow up to You in all things! Have an amazing day, Lord, in our lives and our hearts with impartation, understanding, and revelation!

And let this weekend produce immeasurable fruit in Jesus’ name!
