[Music] I think that we have a different approach than anything that the industry offers. Our approach is much more holistic to our guest, and we elevate them so at the end we give them a path of happiness. We create that happiness in a lot of different ways: with colors, with healing, and architecture and design, with our artists, with music in our shows, with our dancers. You start with an idea and you end up with a culture. [Music] [Music] for [Music]
What's interesting with both Alan and our work together is finding the essence of each place. It's really a village; it straddles all the way from the ocean to the jungle. You have the power of the Atlantic, and the plants are very different as you go further inland and get to the jungle. The fauna and flora of the jungle become very important. One of the early conversations that Alan and I had was how do we get all of the hotel rooms up into the trees? So we created these treetop villas up in the trees, and every room looks outwards. You have your own private pools; you have your views across the trees all the way to the ocean. There are also 140-plus residences. All of the residences have their own rooftop pools. Down through the center of all the residences, it's almost like a jungle park. We have three pools, we have saunas, yoga areas, a gymnasium, pulling in art to the [Music] experience.
It's all about creating rich experiences that you haven't really experienced anywhere else. You arrive, you've been on a long journey; you walk down this open-air cathedral. You see the jungle, you see the flowers, you see the birds on either side of you, and there's a gatehouse. Once you're greeted, you travel to the hotel, and that journey of decompression is very important. So you start to immerse yourself deeper and deeper into the jungle. The DNA of art is imbued throughout the project; there's always going to be art as part of your overall experience. Going towards the ocean, we have almost like a civic building; it could be used for crafts, for gatherings and art shows, weddings, whatever. And then beyond that, you arrive at the ocean. Then you find the beach, The Ocean Club world, and there isn't a hotel like it.
