So for today, ma'am, I'll just explain the procedure that I'll be doing.
I'll be assessing your head and neck, and for me to do that, I'll need to touch certain parts of your body, specifically in the head and neck area.

How about difficulty moving your head and neck?

How about your past history?
Is there any previous head or neck problems, trauma, or injury?
Family history of neck cancer?
How about family history of migraine headaches?

How about your type of recreational activities?
Okay, ma'am, so I'll perform the assessment now.
But before that, I just need to do hand hygiene and close the curtain for privacy.
Assuming that I already closed the curtain to provide privacy for the patient and I'm done with hand hygiene, I'll just put on gloves for the assessment.
Okay, ma'am, so the first part of our assessment is to inspect the face and head.

I'll be palpating your head, ma'am.
I'll just observe your scalp, po.
Let me check from the back.
Okay, ma'am, I observed that your head is symmetrical, it is round, it is erect, it is in the midline, and you are normocephalic, which means your head is appropriate for your body.
I don't see any lesions, scars, or masses present on your head.
Also, there are no parasites present, like lice, and I haven't observed any alopecia.
So, next, ma'am, I'll be checking your facial symmetry and your facial movement symmetry.

Next, ma'am, I'll be checking your cranial nerve number seven, which is the facial nerve.

Now, I'll be palpating your posterior auricular nodes, which are behind the ear.
