Being an entrepreneur, your scorecard is profit and loss statements, baby! It's about building up net worth and being able to bucket your money into categories like taxes, emergency funds, investments, or travel. Whatever it is, it all comes in through here automatically. All of your bank accounts, investment accounts, crypto accounts, and any assets you have automatically link up into here and are updated on a daily basis.
So, it's pretty cool! You can see immediately your cash on hand, your investments, how much is on credit cards, and all of that, building up to the number you actually want to reach. If you don't have this in your life right now, it's one of the easiest ways to switch your mindset and actually achieve financial freedom by having scorecards, charts, and graphs for creating that financial freedom.
That's what the CEO scorecard looks like: how much are you profiting, how much are you building your net worth, all of that stuff in one place, and it's all automated, which is really sweet.
Also, people are really bad with their money. This is a big reason why I built this system—because people struggle with budgeting and actually looking at financial statements. Most people don’t do it. So, I created a system where all of that is automated. You can see your transactions, your net profit, and easily cancel subscriptions.
For example, if I wanted to cancel my Meo subscription, I would just hit cancel right there. My VA gets an automation to cancel that subscription for me, and then it's done. We can see how we're trending by the week, boom, by the month—how are we doing, what's going in, what's going out? We can see those individual payments right in here.
What am I actually paying for? Maybe I want to cancel this school subscription—cool, I can do that super fast. We had one member, and this was really cool, Evolve just posted in here that she went through this, installed everything, and saved over $1,000 a month in expenses.
It's just about having it in front of us and being able to click a button to cancel that subscription. So, that's really cool! It's all automated, and we can see everything by expenses—how much are we paying and how much is actually coming in right here as well.
This is really cool, you guys! If I just want to see an individual account, like this business checking account, boom! I can see how much is coming in November, how much is coming in December, what actually came in, and so on and so forth.
There's so much more to this; it's jam-packed and all automated. You can set account goals and see projections, giving you the kick in the ass to actually grow your net worth and hit those goals. You can budget super easily and see how you're doing with your budget and what you actually paid for that month inside of your budget, saving you massive amounts of money.
It's stupid! You can also see your spending categories, which I spend way too much on food, and I'm working on that on a percentage basis and on a total basis right there. You can see all your credit cards in one place, how much room is left on the credit cards, and how you're going to pay those off. Oh my God, it's awesome!
Our scorecard as entrepreneurs is our profit and loss statements. If you're not reviewing these right now, this system clears this up super fast. We have the profit and loss statements in here; you can see how you're doing, what's coming in, what's going out, all of that. You can see the individual statement right there, so that's pretty cool.
Where most entrepreneurs get screwed is through taxes. We have an automated tax system that tells you how much to save for taxes and move it over to your tax account, so you're never screwed for taxes again. Oh my God, this is awesome!

Now, payments—this is super cool! This is the automated commission calculator. If you have salespeople or setters on your team, you're going to want this. This automatically pulls over all the payments from wherever you're processing payments and then calculates the commission you put in.
You can see how much is due and how much has been paid, and it's all right there. It's super easy to calculate sales commissions, and you can see it by month—all of that good stuff. If I just want to see it by individual rep, boom! I can hit that, and the pending and paid amounts are right up there.
The same thing goes for the setter commissions—just a change in the percentage right there, boom! It's all calculated out; it's all super cool.
When I first used this, I saved $20,000 in recurring payments annually. With the transactions tab, I can click and say I don't want to use this subscription anymore. That's why Evolve was able to save $1,000 a month or $12,000 a year.
