Hello everyone, friends! Today I want to talk about self-development and share a perspective that you probably haven't heard before. Let's look at this topic from a completely different angle.

I've prepared a small list of my points, my subjective opinion on this matter, and I think it will be really useful.

First, self-development for the sake of a goal. What does that mean? I no longer believe in self-development just for the sake of self-development. It's better to tie self-development to a goal. For example, I work as a coach. If I want to progress, if I want to have more clients, if I want to feel more competent, what do I need to do? I need to constantly learn, read, and study materials. That's self-development.

I also need to work on my voice because, for a coach, the voice is number one. If you can explain, demonstrate, and convey information, you can surpass many others. This skill is important in everything: sales, marketing, presenting your ideas, and presenting yourself. All of this is self-development.

To make it clear and to help you assess your progress: if your goal is to become the best coach, you need to constantly study information. For instance, find books and courses, and dedicate a few minutes each day to that. Second, work on your voice for 10 minutes a day. Third, enhance your media skills. These are three habits that push you forward. If you do this for a year, where will you be? That's an open question.

In second place, I put constant growth. I don't have much to say here, except that it's important for me to feel that I'm getting a little better. When I feel that way, I understand that my day, my week, my month didn't just pass by. I didn't waste time playing video games or scrolling through my phone with empty conversations. I actually did something for myself that I enjoy and from which I feel some experience and growth. I like that.

Now, in third place, is the search for new ideas. We all live in a dynamic world where events and changes happen. It's very important to adapt to the changing world. When you study, read books, and take courses, you gather ideas that you can apply in your life. But if you only consume news and TikToks and don't do much else—just work somewhere—what new ideas will you have in your life?

Look at most people who have settled for less, who don't boldly declare what they want in life, who don't say, "I have a dream, and I want to achieve it." Just think about how many people have simply given up and don't believe in it. That's why new ideas are very important. You may already be the best version of yourself, but you can become even better. It's like a flower that has bloomed. This flower is already the best; it doesn't need any self-development.

In essence, we are living organisms too. If we draw an analogy, everything is already within you, but the actions and habits you cultivate—like training in the gym—can help you unlock your potential even further. You have a figure, but within you is the potential to enhance that figure to a level that you enjoy.

You can look at reading the same way. Your mind, your speech—if you enjoy speaking and conveying a message, why not work on your voice?

This leads us to the fifth point: it's all a game. You shouldn't take it too seriously. If you do, as one guy commented, you might really lose your mind. If you are too strict with yourself about self-development habits, thinking, "If I didn't do this, it's a disaster," that's not the way to go.

It's a game. Stick to discipline if you want results, but don't take it too seriously. Life is unpredictable; no one knows how to live it correctly. Everything is very dynamic and individual. What is right for me may not be right for you, and vice versa.

So, you need to rely on your own feelings. If at the end of the day you go to bed feeling happy and inspired because you did everything you could that day, then you are probably doing everything right.

But if at the end of the day you feel depressed or down, and while that's normal, if you feel bad, then it might be worth reflecting on whether you're on the right path.

Constant search and analysis—this is what matters.

So, hugs to everyone! Bye!
