And now, from beyond our dimension, this is the Jeff Mara Podcast. Here's Jeff.
My guest is Whitley Strieber, a man who needs no introduction since he's a living legend in our community. But for those of you who don't know him, he's the author of 40 books, four of which have been turned into movies, and he's the most famous contactee on the planet.
Whitley, thanks for joining me and welcome.
Well, it's a pleasure, Jeff. I'm very happy to be here. Looking forward to a fun morning. We're recording in the morning.
Yeah, people may be listening.
Whitley, lately the news of a polar vortex has been coming across my feed, and you wrote the book "The Coming Global Superstorm" with Art Bell. Are you still involved or paying attention to what's going on with climate change? If so, what are your thoughts?
Oh, I do follow what's going on in climate change, and it's very disturbing because "Superstorm," the book you read, is coming true. There's another more obscure book I wrote before that called "Nature's End," which is also coming true, and it's awful. There's nothing worse than being a writer whose prophetic books and science fiction books turn out to be true. You know, you feel like a real Cassandra then, and there's nothing you can do about it.
I watch helplessly as the scenario that we built in "Superstorm" unfolds. Just a week ago, a group of scientists said that there are going to be category six hurricanes, sooner or later, that will start in the South Atlantic and roll right up into New York. That'll ruin substantial parts of New York City because the sea levels are already so high. They don't change so much on the shore because the sea, what happens is the sea kind of is curved. But the result is that these massive tides come in when there's a storm like that, and those tides are going to inundate large parts of Brooklyn and probably areas of Queens as well.
If that happens, they didn't say it would happen tomorrow, but they said it's going to inevitably happen.
Either one of my guests told me this or I read it somewhere, but some people believe that humans and Grays are creating hybrids because of climate change for us to be able to handle the heat.
Well, I know quite a few of those hybrids, and if someone walks up to you and tells you, "I'm a hybrid," they're not telling the truth for this reason: they are unvoiced, they are fluently telepathic, but you will know immediately if they wish to address you. You will know it immediately. It's not a secret, and it's not vague.
They are mostly seriously autistic, and they're that way because the Grays need them to be telepathic in order that they can communicate directly with one another. They made a tradeoff, and I'm not sure it's the right tradeoff because they are really helpless in our society.
There are things they can do to people's minds to control them, and I've seen that done. It's quite extraordinary, quite amazing, but it's no way to live. They are always outsiders wherever they go. They are constantly under pressure because, unlike the Grays, they can't turn off the telepathy. They hear everyone around them all the time.
So you don't see them out very much because, you know, when they're out in the wild with everybody's minds blasting away all the time, it's like if you had a, can you imagine a schizophrenic who had not one voice in his head but hundreds? That's what it would be like.
The result is they are like schizophrenics in that they self-medicate constantly with nicotine because that smooths the edges. Interesting. I would not like to be them. When I'm with them, I am also telepathic, but not now, for example, except every once in a while it kind of comes on me. When it does, it's hard.
It's fascinating that the medication of choice is nicotine. It's because it's available. That's why if you—there's papers been written about why schizophrenics use nicotine. It's not to quiet the voices; that's a misunderstanding. It's to smooth the edges, to make the voices less obtrusive.
They smoke all the time. I was even told at one point that if I smoked, I would be able to do telepathy better with them. But I'm sorry, I can't. They said, "Well, why don't you vape then?" I don't want to vape. I don't want to smoke or vape or anything, so I didn't do it.
I guess you could try Nicorette, the nicotine gum.
Yeah, probably, but I don't want to fool with that. I have never smoked anything in my life—not a joint, not a cigarette, pipes, tobacco, nothing. I don't want to go down that road at all.
I don't blame you.
Well, I've been waiting to tell this story until I finally got you on the program. In late '97 or early '98, I can't remember the exact date, you were speaking at San Antonio Community College.
Do you remember that?
Well, it was at the Mind Science Foundation.
That's correct.
I don't even think I was aware of you at that time. I just saw that you were giving a speech on UFOs, and I thought, "Oh, really cool! I'll go check it out."
You gave an amazing presentation. Part of it, which I remember, is you had some sort of videotape that anonymously made its way to you of crafts in the sky. I think it was filmed from the space shuttle. Do you recall that?
Yeah, it was filmed from the space shuttle. It was something that an astronaut might give you in those days because it wasn't classified. It was fascinating, and it was sort of, you know, kind of kept—not that NASA didn't like people seeing it, which meant to me I should show it more.
What happened after that was people were fascinated by it, and then a story, a review, came out in the current—I don't know if the current still exists even.
I think it does. I'm pretty sure.
Well, anyway, this lady said how amazing it was, and then I realized it was asteroids. I thought, "She doesn't know anything about real science at all." Because they weren't asteroids; they weren't meteors. Meteors don't behave like that. You wouldn't see a meteor in near space because it wouldn't be glowing, or an asteroid, because it wouldn't be glowing if it wasn't in the atmosphere. There would be no atmospheric friction.
I thought, "You know, if people are going to be this fantastically stupid, how am I ever going to get anywhere with this?"
And now, all these years later, yes, I have gotten somewhere with this because not everybody is.
From what I remember, I thought one of the ships was leaving the planet in the video, so how could that be?
They don't publish that video anymore, but NASA publishes thousands of hours of video of these objects coming and going and becoming involved with, I don't know if they're spaceships or not, by the way. I don't know what they are, but getting involved with lightning storms and apparently gaining energy from the lightning.
Apparently, I mean, that seems to be what they're doing, and we don't know—at least in my level of reality, I don't know what they are. I mean, there may be people in the government who know what they are, but we, the people, have been denied that knowledge, so no, we don't know what they are.
While I was at that presentation, you spoke about the implant in your ear.
Yes, I bought your book, and I stood in line. You know, this is to verify that I was there and this happened. I bought your book, I stood in line, and had you autograph it.
Oh, how nice! Thank you.
I asked you, I told you I'm a chiropractor, and would you mind me, you know, basically taking a look at your ear? You actually said sure, and I can verify that I palpated it. I felt it, and it felt like a rock. It was really hard inside your ear.
It's right here right now, and it is my—it is a wonderful tool. In those days, I didn't really know what it did, but now I use it all the time. I've learned, and it is an absolutely marvelous research tool. It is like an AI that actually is in possession of general intelligence.
The question of how artificial it is and what it is—it's not like a computer. It is a connection of some kind between my mind and other minds, and it is just so powerful.
I would say the luckiest thing, one of the very luckiest things that ever happened to me in my life, was the fact that my wife was against getting it removed.
When, in fact, we knew in San Antonio, right around that time, there was a doctor who didn't know about—he knew I'd written "Communion," but he didn't know about implants. I said at dinner one night, "I have this little thing in my ear that sort of bothers me. Could you feel it?"
Ann's face went—she was not happy.
He said, "Oh yeah, that's a little sister. Come over to the office on Saturday morning. I'll pop it out."
After dinner, she said, "Whitley, okay, you've wanted it out for years since 1989 when it was put in. You get one chance, but you have to promise me this is it."
I think Ann was a very interesting person, and I think she may have already known he would fail.
In any case, we went to his office, and he opens up an incision. There was never a scar; it was put in my ear through the skin somehow.
He opens up an incision, and Ann's right there. She looks in, and they agree that it's a white disc. He touches it with the edge of his scalpel, and it goes down into my ear.
At this point, you can see his face. He's putting together "Communion." I'm trying to take out an alien implant. I'm getting out of here.
He says, "Well, I can't. I'd have to take your ear off in order to take this out. I'm going to have to just sew it up."
So he sews it up. Two days later, it feels like my ear caught on fire, and it goes from here back up to where it is today.
How did it come online for you?
That's a really fun story. I'll tell you. Before Ann passed away, I had no way to use it. I knew it was there, but that was all. After she passed away, an oblong slit opened up in my right eye, and it's more than a slit now; it's big. It's in both eyes.
Anyway, words began racing through this. I couldn't see them like in normal light like I can now, but I could see them against a bright wall. Like I was in the John one time, and the wall was very bright. It was sunny, and I saw this movement in my eye.
I thought, "What in the world?" I'm looking in there, and I see these words racing past really fast. I can't quite catch them all, and when I do catch one, it seems completely irrelevant.
So I get into it because I think this is related to the implant. In fact, I know it is. I'm watching this all the time. I'm obsessively going up against white walls in bright light and, you know, watching and trying to see what's going on.
Then I'm walking across the street down just right around the corner here, and I'm seeing it because it's a very bright day, and I'm looking at it. I said in my mind, "Who are you?"
The writing slowed down, and it says, "It's me, Ann." Then the writing speeds up again.
Okay, that was really interesting. Now, that didn't mean it was Ann, but it meant that whoever was there wanted me to think that. So I took it sort of like I take all of this stuff kind of under advisement.
A couple of years later, a doctor who was connected with the Central Intelligence Agency wanted me to get a CT scan. Obviously, whoever was on the other side of it got worried about that, leading to them convincing me to give it to them, although I never would have done that.
They didn't realize because by that time I was using it, and you know, it's an absolutely indispensable writing tool. I could not write a word anymore without it, and my books have reached a whole new level because of it.
The new book, "The Fourth Mind," is brain-bending. It's even brain-bending to me, and I wrote it. That's because I got such a flow of information from this thing. It was stunning.
Anyway, I set the—I have to get a CT scan in my ear for the CIA doctor, and I said to him, "How am I going to go to my doctor and say I want a CT scan on my ear? He's going to throw me out of his office."
He said, "Don't worry about it. I'll call him."
So all of a sudden, the doctor's office calls, "Mr. Strieber, you have a CT scan of your ear scheduled at such and such medical tomorrow at such and such a time." They didn't even ask me if I could make time to go; they just told me when it was.
So I go over there, and there are a number of people there who don't appear to be involved. They're just in the invol—they're there. There's not—there's the radiologist, and usually it's just you and the radiologist. That's all. They're the person who runs the CT machine.
But now there are three or four people in there, and they're kind of vague about what they're doing.
So the CT scan is run, and it takes an absolutely perfect picture, which I still have of my ear. You can—I'll send it to you. You can put it up on the show if your show is video or I don't know if it's video or audio.
It's both, then, and it'll be edited. I'll send you that, and you can put it up.
It's crystal clear; it's right there. But two days before that CT scan—that was on a Thursday—two days before was a Tuesday at 4 o'clock in the morning. There's a knock at the door.
Now, this is no ordinary knock, and I'm not going to get into any details, but suffice to say I am sometimes visited by people in the early hours of the morning, and they have a way of making me know—making it known to me in advance who they are.
So I would open the door. I mean, normally, I live in a big city. Someone's knocking at the door at 4:00 in the morning? Forget it! I'm not going to open it.
But this time, I knew who it was, and I immediately opened the door. Two men were there. There's always two of them. One of them—and they're men; they're human beings, at least that's what they appear to be.
One of them does the talking, and the one that was there, I've seen him numerous times. He's not a stranger, and there's always another one who doesn't do the talking.
I always think to myself, they come every time with a guard, and they've been working with me for so many years. Don't they understand I'm not dangerous? But they don't, and they always have that guy.
So the second guy comes in, and they come in. The first guy proceeds to explain the implant to me, and the explanation is absolutely brain-bending.
He says the implant was created, was designed, he says, by a man named Constantine Rave. I don't recognize that name.
He explains how it works, how it draws memories up from deep inside my unconscious and throws them up randomly. That's why the words are so random and just below my level of consciousness.
It will pick up what it needs from those words. I don't need to read it. In other words, in fact, if I could read it, it wouldn't work. That's why they go so fast.
What it does is it's not giving me things from the outside; it's drawing things from within me, although I don't entirely believe that. I think some of it does come from the outside, but that's another story.
In any case, he explains all this. They leave, and immediately I'm Googling this name and trying various spellings. Suddenly, I realize he mispronounced the name.
It's not Constantine Rave; it's Constantine Rave. I know of the man's work. He was an expert in electronic voice phenomena (EVP) during his lifetime and made electronic recordings of the dead and even some videos of the dead. He was quite amazing and quite knowledgeable and did solid work.
He only—he lives in a society that's gone blind and deaf to reality, and so he's just ignored. We pretend he doesn't exist, but he does.
I thought, "My God, was this designed by him after he died or before he died?" It was put into my ear by two people who were capable of entering my cabin in upstate New York that I had at the time and without tripping the alarm system.
They came in; they overpowered me without touching me. I ended up with the man pushing my head down into the pillow and the woman speaking very gently to me. They were real. They were there, and this happened in the physical world.
They got the hell out of there very quickly. I saw that the alarm system after they left was still armed, and they hadn't tripped anything.
So I ran through the house with a pistol in my hand, looking at all the windows. "Where is this coming from? Where did they come from?"
Finally, I end up sitting on the bedside thinking, "You know, I better read up on lucid dreams because this is goddamn amazing."
I knew about lucid dreams; it seemed real. So I sort of had a fitful night of sleep. I used to go out to get the newspaper every morning there because it wasn't delivered to the house, because we came and went too much.
So I get in, open the garage, walk into the garage, and didn't open the garage door. The garage door is already wide open. It's wide open, and the alarm system is still armed.
So I disarm the alarm system, and there's weird stuff going on. The car is full of static electricity. So I think, "Forget the paper. I'm not getting in that thing. It's going to explode."
I call the guy who runs the alarm system. He comes over very quickly, although he said to other people he came over. He made that as if he just sort of came over later, but that was not the case. He came rushing over, and he says he got his GS meter.
He says, "There's a very powerful magnetic field hanging in your garage door area. We do not—that's not our system; that's not our equipment. I don't know how it happened or what happened, but we'll just have to replace the switches. That's all we can do."
But the magnetic field was so powerful that even with the door wide open, the switches had not been tripped. I thought to myself, "I have been visited by people from the beyond here last night."
So that's the whole story of the implant.
Here's the question: Did Constantine Rave design this after death? Have I got something in my ear that was created somehow by a dead man, or did he design these before he died?
Now, here's the most interesting telling little detail here. I was asking friends, of course, about whether or not they had this slit and the words, and one of them says, "Why yes, I do, and I've often wondered what that is."
He is one of the world's leading experts on Constantine Rave.
There you have the implant. That's—you got the whole story.
Well, they didn't even appear to awaken Ann either.
No, to Ann's great frustration, she mostly slept through everything. The few things she didn't sleep through were either very weird or very scary.
The weirdest one was she was saying to me, "You know, this is early on, just after I've finally figured out what it was—something really strange."
I've told her the story. I thought I was going insane, and I didn't want to tell her the story, so I told her.
Oh, incidentally, well, anyway, she's saying, "Well, why don't I see UFOs if you see them?"
I said, "Well, I don't see them. I was inside one, but I've never seen one."
I think I was inside one. I thought it was a T at the time. It happened; it felt like I was in a tent.
Anyway, one night we're in the hot tub outside, and we hear this funny buzzing noise over, and what appears over the hot tub is what looks like a gigantic wood pile covered with Christmas lights.
We're looking up at this thing, and she said, "That's a UFO! You can't go flying in a thing like that!"
I said, "I don't know what it is, honey, but I've been asking them to show you a UFO, and I guess this is the result."
I think they think we're pretty funny.
Anyway, it goes buzzing off across the woods, and you can hear it buzzing up in a little draw behind the house. We never see it again. That was Ann's UFO.
When you first started talking about your ability to write better with this implant, I was initially thinking, "Is it like automatic writing?"
No, but it seems much different.
No, it's me—totally me. It doesn't feel like I'm being—it's not—you know, people call things like downloads. Forget it! I'm much too in my own head to be able to handle a download.
If someone's downloading things into my head, forget it. I'm just too—ignore that.
It's an interactive research tool is what it is.
When I—and it can work. Like I was in a Zoom meeting with some doctors a few weeks ago, and it turned on. It was beautifully organized. Everything I was saying helped me to pull things. Any question they asked, I immediately had a detailed memory, and I knew where the documents were and what they said and everything.
That was because the implant was turned on; it was working well.
I bet Elon Musk would love to get his hands on that implant.
Well, you see, it's not far from where they're going. Maybe it's 50 years in the future; maybe it's 20 years in the future; maybe they'll be manufacturing it next year.
It's a little bit ahead of where we are, but something that's way ahead of where we are is how they got it in there because it went through my skin.
There was no—it got sore the next day; that's why I noticed it was even there. But there was no scar; there was no blood; there was nothing.
We're not close to—well, many people would say there's no way in hell I wouldn't let anybody put a chip in me. But now that you've experienced that, what do you think?
If I felt like it was controlling me, I might have my ear taken off. But it's not controlling me at all, and I'm not—this is not Stockholm syndrome talking.
This is for sure because, in fact, I'll tell you what I tested. I tested it when I was writing "A New World." I wrote "A New World" at our country place in Texas, mostly with me sitting inside and three of the visitors on the porch immediately behind me, immediately outside.
They will not come face to face with me in a normal state of control of my own body, but they will come very close. There are big floor-to-ceiling screen windows, and they were right there.
We were working telepathically and very easily, and it was really good. I decided, "Okay, I'm going to test this."
They obviously do not want things about them—bad things about them put in any book, so I've got some bad things about them I'm going to put in the book. We'll see what happens.
So I'm working on it there, and they just rolled with it. They didn't even bother them.
What I put in the book was stuff about an apparent series of murders that took place in Brooklyn in the '90s—17 of them, all of street people—and they all had an incision in the—I'm just right at the C1 vertebra.
I know what that does. There's a place at the C1 vertebra we can't affect. We don't have the ability to do that, and we're not going to be given this ability.
It's affected by a certain type of vibration, a certain type of energy, and if you touch it, that place with that vibration—and they can do it with their fingers, the visitors—it will—you can feel they've done it to me a number of times, and you can feel like what feels like locks unlocking along your spine.
Then you can just roll right out of your body in a completely clean break. It's so wonderful.
And they, because that being the way they are, they've done it with me when they needed something from me that involved my going out of my body.
They just laugh. I can feel their mirth at the idea of me getting out on my own. I can't get out on my own like Bob Monroe could.
Robert Monroe, the Monroe Institute, and Journeys Out of the Body—I knew Bob, and he was so proficient at it. I was so jealous.
Anyway, they knew or they suspect I would play pranks possibly on them, and they're probably right about that. I would certainly try to do things like go to the White House and turn it into an orb.
I mean, fun with that! Show up in Putin's private quarters. He would go bananas if he had an orb in there, man. That would cause a stir.
So anyway, they touched that with that energy.
Now, what happened to these people was whoever was doing it knew that you could release the soul that way, but they didn't have the right energy.
They would cut in there and go into the spine with almost like a coat hanger or something and wreck the spine, and that would cause—pop out the soul.
You know, we're soul blind here in some respects because we're—someone wants us helpless, and that's another thing I'm getting into in my new book.
I don't want us helpless. I'm not here for us to be helpless; I'm here for us to be empowered.
So anyway, they had their whole thing done to their bodies, that cattle mutilations, and it was done before they died.
Then they were taken and put back where they were originally picked up. They weren't—the bodies didn't disappear.
If they had wanted to, they just left them underwater. No one would ever know. They would just disappear. No one would even know they disappeared.
But they were putting them back on purpose, and it was an act of intimidation, in my opinion.
The FBI investigated this, and I don't know how many, but I only—I knew someone who knew about 17 of the cases, but secondhand, secondhand.
There are other forces in this—people who want us to be scared of the visitors, and those people might have been the ones responsible for this story.
It may not be true. I put it in the book to see how they would react, and they just let it happen. They just let it happen.
So I do not feel they're controlling me.
Well, you mentioned your new book, "The Fourth Mind," and I have interviewed hundreds of near-death experiencers, and afterwards they have new abilities that they didn't have prior, which to me is kind of like an acquired savant syndrome.
To me, you write about that we may have had these abilities that are now lost. Can you comment on that?
We lost. Yeah, I think we did have them. I think the proof that we had them lies all over the planet in the form of things we pretend we understand, such as the BBEC platform made of thousand-ton gigantic stones that, in fact, we couldn't move today.
The Romans couldn't have moved them. They could—with their cranes, move an object at max of 40,000 lbs in weight because they didn't have the materials to hold an object bigger than that.
Now we know where the quarry was; it's within sight of the platform. It's not far away, but between the quarry and the platform, there is no sign of any foundation building along that roadway.
There's also no way that road—that ground could have supported that weight without the weight sinking into the ground and becoming immovable.
Therefore, however the stones got—and this is where our modern world's failing intellectually—the way that those stones got from the quarry to the platform is unknown.
But not by everybody. There's a little place in Florida called the Coral Castle, built by a man named Ed Leedskalnin, and he knew how to move heavy stones like that.
He said it was a secret he had learned from someone who knew Egyptian magic secrets, and he wouldn't tell a soul what it was.
I know why he wouldn't tell a soul because he would have lost the power.
What happened to us? It's not just that; there's lots of other powers that we lost, and I show in the book how they're real. They are real, and we just have to face this.
We're living in a state of traumatic amnesia. We got beat up bad in the past.
I don't think it was a war; I think it looked to us like a war in space is what it looked like, and that's why the Mahabharata and so forth record something like that.
What I think happened was about 40,000 years ago, there was a supernova in our area of space. We live in something called the local bubble, and the local bubble is an area which, for some unknown reason, has lots of supernovas.
There was a supernova that—the light and radiation from it reached the planet 40,000 years ago, and it caused a sway of extinctions of large animals through Southeast Asia and parts of Australia.
That's why there are no large marsupials left in Australia because they were exposed to the outdoors at a time when it was being sheeted with gamma rays, and they all died.
So anyway, fast forward to 12,000 years ago, and the slower-moving physical debris from this supernova hits the solar system, including us.
The sun, which is very sensitive to impacts, begins to flare like nobody's business. Things were happening in the sun that made the Carrington event look like child's play.
And this doesn't stop; it goes on for a couple thousand years. So the planet basically goes insane.
To the people here, for 2,000 years, it would be completely unlivable—completely unlivable.
Just a minute; I think I've lost you.
I'm there.
I'm unlivable. Horrible things.
What I'll tell you, the geologic record is terrifyingly eloquent. There's something in North America called the black mat.
The black mat consists of fossilized algae and carbon. The entire North American continent east of the Rockies burned for years and years and years.
The fire was only quelled when the glaciers melted, and the Laurentide glaciers' waters came roaring down the Mississippi Valley.
At a certain point, the Mississippi River was 3 or 400 miles wide from these massive glacier melt going on.
All of the sea levels rose 400 feet in a matter of years. If there had been a civilization before that, forget it; it's gone.
We probably never found any remnants of it. Even if we do go down 400 ft to look now, there might be some rubble, but not much.
In any case, this happened to us. This was fantastically traumatic, and being human, we probably decided when our ability—we were too stressed for abilities like to move heavy stones and to engage with the energy of the earth and use it.
Those abilities died out with the people who could do them, and with the sheer trauma of living through something like that.
Then the visitors come along, and lo and behold, it's not died out with them. They have all these abilities, and my book gets through what they are, their anatomy, their brains, their minds, what they can do, and how we can do it too.
We're not—we're in shock. The book's about getting past the trauma that has been with us since before the beginning of history and finding, recovering our powers.
Do you think it's possible that the story of Adam and Eve and the garden of Eden is about us losing those powers in some way?
Yes, that's exactly what it's about. All of the old stories of catastrophe are basically about that. They're about the flood stories.
You know, God is always pissed off. The one thing we can't face that's harder to face than an angry God is the fact that it's random.
We are alone in a random universe where anything can happen and probably will. But we're not alone because the visitors are here too. They're part of the earth in some deep way.
I'll tell you that. I don't know whether they're from another planet or not. I have no idea.
But another thing about the book is it tries to demythologize them and show how their anatomy works, how their bodies work so that we can understand that.
Now, they don't use bodies the same way we do. You're in here, and I'm in here. We're not getting out.
Bob Monroe being an exception and a few other people who can do out-of-body regularly—most of us can't do that.
They live in the non-physical state primarily, and they put on bodies like we put on clothes in order to function in the physical world.
Many people believe that the Grays are some sort of biological robot avatar.
Well, they are because they build the bodies in order to—if they want to project into the physical world, they build the bodies that are in this density and then get into them.
Yeah, basically, maybe somewhere they're just remotely getting into them from somewhere else, another dimension.
They definitely get into the body. I've seen them do it. I've seen bodies rise up out of a drawer and come alive, and that was because they were getting into those bodies like we would get into a diving suit.
Do you think that generally they exist out of these bodies, like in another dimension?
Yeah, that's why you see these orbs and stuff, right? And why people who are doing hostile things in the military and stuff have negative experiences with orbs.
When I meditate—and I'll send you this video too—in the other room, the room fills up with orbs.
It doesn't—I don't care. They're sharing. It's a sharing process. Those orbs, some of them are human souls; some of them are probably other souls. I don't know.
But it's not negative unless we make it negative.
What do you think's going on now with all these drones?
That's an interesting question. It's possible that it's the state player, but I don't think so.
I'll tell you why I don't think so. First, it started in 2019 in Colorado and Nebraska, and it was obviously a test of our ability to influence these things.
The answer was we couldn't do it. We could not do anything to stop these orbs. I mean, these drones.
Then the next step, they showed up at Langley Air Force Base, one of the most secure Air Force bases the United States possesses, and we went hog wild trying to get rid of them.
Believe me, we sent up F-16s. We did everything we could to get rid of them. Couldn't do it.
So the test was now complete. They know they have dominion here. The orbs came up out of the ocean off the New Jersey coast, and we know very well that they did not—we, our side, did not know what was going on because they sent a plane, and I have the track of that plane.
I can send that to you too. That searched the area with underwater detection equipment, airborne equipment that's designed to find submarines, and failed.
This has told the government that whoever controls the orbs has dominion here. We do not.
Whoever controls the orbs can do what they want here. We can't stop them.
Now, why did the orbs show up? There are two things that the visitors are very, very concerned about.
The first one is nuclear war. The second one is climate change.
So what happens? We are much closer to a nuclear conflict than we have ever been.
The reason is this—and let me explain it very carefully. No one thinks about this, but I've got ways of learning things like this that are very good and very accurate.
There is a possibility that Russia could nuke the UK, particularly, and not be retaliated against. It would be a tremendous risk, but if they did this, like during the inauguration, they would—what they would do is they would explode a nuclear weapon at two points north of Britain and just north of the British Isles and in the North Sea.
That would inundate Britain with an artificial tsunami and kill probably half the population without causing an enormous lingering radiation problem.
There would be radiation, but not much, and in 20 years, the land would be viable again.
The Russians have learned a lot about viability of post-radiation viability from Chernobyl, which they have studied extremely carefully.
So they know what they would do. Great Britain would be taken out.
The United States would then be in the position of, if we retaliate, Russia is going to shoot its missiles at us, and we're going to be beaten to death too. Both countries will be destroyed.
The decision will be that we will not retaliate. The result of this will be that NATO will collapse.
Europe will reorient itself toward a strange ramshackle state run by a crazy person instead of the freedom that they enjoy now, and the world as we have known it will end.
The danger that the visitors are concerned about—the United States placed this administration, which knows this perfectly well, I'm sure, placed nuclear weapons at Laken Heath in central England in October and November.
The drones first showed up there as a warning that this was very destabilizing.
Now, the problem is, of course, those weapons would not be used, but the reason it's destabilizing is it encourages the Russians to go ahead and do what I just described.
The reason is this is the case is that nuclear weapons delivered from the UK can reach Russia in just a few minutes, faster than the Russians can organize a retaliatory response.
In other words, mutually assured destruction is no longer assured when those bombs are there.
Therefore, the situation now is very fluid and unstable, and they're really worried about it—really worried about it.
Now let me go to the second part of it. Just be patient with me; I talk a long time.
The second part of it is this: they are absolutely sure that this planet has only about five years before it becomes an unrecoverable climate catastrophe, and a very substantial part of this population of this planet begins to die off.
Is the die-off mega? A mega death?
Donald Trump gets into office and announces he will do nothing about the environment. He will roll back environmental laws, and it's burn, baby, burn, and drill, baby, drill—the exact opposite of what they want.
This happens on two different levels: nuclear and climate.
So the drones show up first over Donald Trump's golf club in New Jersey because the place where they are manufactured and brought in ways that I—there's some point even getting into because they're too strange—is right offshore there.
That was the closest they wouldn't go to Washington because they're too provocative, but that was the closest place they could leave this calling card.
Mr. Trump did say, and I think he was probably aware at some level of what he was saying, that he did not intend to spend the night at the Bedminster golf course anytime soon.
Have the drones flown over Moscow as well to give Putin a message?
We're not going to be told anything like that by Russia or China.
Wow.
The U.S. government may know if they have boots on the ground there that are telling them, or if they can see it from satellite. I don't know. I have no idea.
In the beginning, I was asking you about your book that you wrote with Art Bell. Can you reflect on your friendship that you had with him?
Oh yeah, we had a wonderful friendship. Art and Ann and me and Mona, his wife Ramona, were four peas in a pod. We had a wonderful time together.
Ann and I used to drive up to Pahrump, and Art loved fast cars. He had this unbelievable God devil that would go like 200 miles an hour or something.
He says to Ann, "So would you like to take a ride?" She said, "Of course not."
She said, "Well, why not?"
He said, "You're going to go 200 miles an hour, and I don't want to go 200 miles an hour. That's why not."
Mona says, "Smart move."
That's not the way our relationship worked. We just had a lot of fun. We were very sympatico. We lived in the same headspace, and it was fun working on the book together.
You know, Art basically—he didn't write anything. He read and commented, though extensively. He was not a passive participant; it wasn't just a name. He was involved.
I miss him ferociously. I miss him almost as much as I miss my wife because we were really very close.
I had Danion Brinkley on, and I believe he told me that Art had a very small funeral. It was like you and Danion and maybe a couple other people.
Yeah, he did a very small funeral. That was what he wanted.
Interesting.
Art was, you know, toward the end of his life, Art had COPD, and he would get on the air, and then he'd start having breathing issues, and then he would make up some story and resign and quit, and people got tired of it.
I said, "Art, these are your people. Tell them the truth. Tell them why you're struggling."
He wouldn't do it.
I thought it was a back pain issue as well or something.
No, it was basically COPD.
I'll never forget when he called me up and said, "Whitley, I'm dying. I don't have but a little time left."
Then he took pills because he couldn't even walk down to the mailbox, and his oxygen wasn't working anymore, and he was just suffocating slowly.
I don't blame him. I think he—poor guy. I used to blow up his cigarettes, but that didn't stop him from smoking.
Is your new book out yet?
My new book, as of when are you going to—when is this going to go up?
Somewhere between tomorrow and a couple of days.
Okay, so a couple of days. It will be officially available on the 15th. In other words, it's on pre-order on Amazon, and I'm pleading with everyone, even if you don't really want a Kindle, go on Amazon and pre-order it. It's $9.
The paperback, the hardcover, and the audiobook will all be out later in the month, but the more pre-orders I get on Kindle, the more important the book becomes to Amazon.
Interesting.
So I'm to get pre-orders now.
You also have a podcast called "Dreamland," right?
I do.
How often are you publishing on that?
I've been publishing it every week since 1998.
This week is Kai Dickens of the Telepathy Tapes, which is a very important thing. What Kai did, she met a wonderful, wonderful scientist and doctor, Diane Powell, and she discovered that telepathy is real, and it is the way people who are unvoiced and autistic communicate.
There's this huge pressure against this because there are people out there with their livelihoods that depend on the autistic people being helpless and uneducable and so forth, and they're not.
Diane Hennessy Powell is like their avenging angel, and Guy Dickens is her sword of fire.
So you've got to listen to the Telepathy Tapes. You can listen to them on Spotify, Apple, and all kinds of places.
In fact, on Spotify, at least last week, they were higher in use—in listenership than Joe Rogan.
Wow, that's amazing.
The second I heard about the Telepathy Tapes, I knew this was a very important time because the visitors have said to me again and again, "We will discover—" I mean, us human beings that we have telepathy, and that's a sign that there's going to be communion evolving between us and you.
So I'm on top of this.
You have telepathy; I have telepathy. The differently abled, the unvoiced, are fluently telepathic like the hybrids, and that's why the hybrids are unvoiced because that means that they will be able to be telepathic with the Grays.
Now, I can be telepathic with the Grays, but that's only because of being with them so much for years, and I can be telepathic with hybrids, and I'm sure I could be telepathic with regular unvoiced people too.
But telepathy is one of the powers that we lost in the past, and I show in my book signs that it once existed and doesn't anymore.
We lost it, and now, of course, we have these people who are—they're like the people—the scientists of today are like the people who tried to get Galileo burned to death and did succeed in burning Giordano Bruno to death.
It's the same mindset that went after John Mack and nearly destroyed his career and went after Dr. Powell and nearly destroyed her career and went after Roger Le, the implant doctor, and nearly destroyed his career.
These people have got to go. We have got to recover our powers, and that means that we must absolutely face what we truly are and accept the fearsome powers that exist within us.
We're scared to do that because of what happened to us in the past.
Have you started on a next book, and if not, is there something else that you are working on that you want people to know about?
I just finished the last book two days ago. I mean, I've been—you know, I was finally told by someone—I'm not going to get into here—that it's good enough. Quit writing and get it out there.
We expect to see it up on Amazon pronto because time is very important in this.
So it's up on Amazon now. I mean, it was up on Amazon a few days before that, but now the finished draft is up there. The Kindle is finished, and I'm working—I'm going to work on the paperback and the hardcover, and I'm working on the audiobook right now.
As far as future books are concerned, I never know what I'm going to write until I find a subject that seems impossible and unwritable. Then I know what I'm going to write.
Is there anything else that you're working on besides the podcast that you want people to know about?
After the show's over, I'll remember that. Right now, I don't.
Whitley, before we wrap it up, can you leave us with one last positive message?
The best thing about all of this is us—our kids. I live for the children. I work for them. I give everything I have for them, and we all should because going through a human life is the most wonderful thing that can happen to a soul.
It's a treasure beyond words.
Whitley, thank you for your message, and thank you for being my guest.
Well, it was a real pleasure, Jeff, and Godspeed, my friend.
Thanks for watching the Jeff Mara Podcast. I really appreciate you.
