Listen, whether you love him or hate him, which we're not here to debate, one thing that's certain is that Donald Trump has a massive impact on the economy, the stock market, and on consumer behavior.

This is breaking news: ICE is carrying out its first nationwide operation under the Trump administration, resulting in over a thousand arrests. Arrests are happening in multiple states, from New York to California and Illinois to Colorado.

With a Trump presidency in 2025 and beyond, new opportunities are going to emerge that you can capitalize on. This is based on his policies, his rhetoric, and the economic moves that he's making or will make as a result of this.

Rockstars, money is flowing in new directions. While some people will be scrambling to adapt, or worried, or even panicked, others are quietly positioning themselves to profit from these changes that are about to come.

Here's my question for you: What if you can turn these economic shifts into a steady income stream, even as a beginner? That's exactly what I want to show you how to do in this video.

I'm going to be sharing five ways that you can profit from a Trump presidency and make as much as $115,000 in a month with no previous experience.

So, Rockstar, if you are ready to turn political trends into profitable business opportunities or even side hustles, keep watching.

Welcome back to the Rockstar Academy, and thank you for clicking play. Especially, I know that some of you probably cringed, or some of you were happy when you saw the thumbnail. I'm just glad you are here because we're not here to decipher politics. That's not the purpose of this channel.

I'm here to teach you how to leverage whatever is happening to capitalize on it. Now, that said, let me warn you that this video is not for everyone. You may think my position is harsh in some cases; you may even question my morality.

But remember that I know who I am, and I will never allow the world, or anyone for that matter, to tell me who I should be. So my morality is not what is in question here; it's going to be yours.

I never recommend that you do something that negatively affects your conscience, and you should never allow money to control your morality. So with that, the ball is in your court as to which one of these you're going to explore.

Now, recently I shared a post on my Instagram page that I'm popping up here on screen. In this post, I said, "Every unsuccessful person that I know believes the system is unfair, and they complain about it. Every successful person knows the system is unfair, but they learn how to succeed despite it."

Your mindset is everything, Rockstars. What you have to realize is that complaining about a Trump presidency does not change the game. Creativity, resilience, and strategy can actually change the game.

Allow me to give you a real-life example, and I know you're going to judge me for this, but that's okay. Now, I got wind of the COVID pandemic much earlier than most persons, and this is because I'm always in various chat groups and chat forums.

You will see evidence of that as I'm showing you here on screen, where I made my first order for N95 masks on January 31st of 2020. Now, keep in mind that the first case of something that represented an unknown pneumonia, which is what they were calling it at the time, had only happened a few days earlier in December of 2019 in China.

It was not until March 11, 2020, almost three months after I purchased my first order of masks, that the WHO, or the World Health Organization, declared COVID-19 a global pandemic.

Again, as you can see here, I've made many more orders of masks on Alibaba and later on Amazon. This was for reselling in our actual store, which is a physical business place that we have, as well as online on multiple platforms.

Now, after learning about the virus in January of 2020, I spent, I would say, about six hours doing some research on what I could put in place to not just protect myself and my family, but also my friends, and notifying them of what actions they need to take.

But after those six hours, my focus was on how to identify ways to make money from this virus. Yes, I know you just judged me, but that's okay because what's the point of getting anxious, worried, or panicked over something that you may not be able to change the outcome for?

It's a waste of panic, anxiety, and nervousness, in my opinion. Anyway, I see a Trump presidency in the same light. I know some of you are happy, but some of you are worried. But why worry about something that you cannot change, at least for another four years?

Smart investors, and those of you who are watching who have the right mindset, understand that economic policy shifts create lucrative opportunities.

So that said, let's explore five different ways that you'll be able to earn from a Donald Trump presidency based on some of the policies, the rhetoric, and the economic changes that are already happening or that are to come.

The first one is capitalizing on tariffs and reshoring opportunities. I know that some of the tariff announcements have been pulled back because they're delayed, but you want to be prepared for this either way.

Now, Donald Trump's tariffs on imports for Canada, Mexico, and China may actually encourage companies to bring manufacturing back into the U.S. or source imported goods from elsewhere.

What tariffs do, for those who don't understand, is they increase costs on imported goods, which pushes companies to either raise the prices, which is likely what they're going to do, absorb the cost, which I see happen very rarely, or relocate manufacturing or source the products from somewhere else.

Now, I'm going to give you a specific way that I'm planning to use ChatGPT to leverage this, so hold on for that.

But the industries that you should watch that will likely be affected include domestic manufacturing, real estate (this is for factory space because as you bring back some of that production to the U.S., that's going to be in demand), and transportation (things like railroads to facilitate logistics).

All these industries could actually experience higher demand due to reshoring efforts. Reshoring is when something that used to be offshore is brought back onto the U.S. shore or brought back to the shore where it was outsourced from.

Now, how can you benefit? The first is if you're into investing. And don't worry, I have options for beginners later on. But if you are, you can invest in U.S. manufacturing ETFs like the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund, or you can consider stocks and invest in railroads. An example of a stock is Union Pacific.

You can also look at REITs, which are industrial real estate investment trusts. But here's the approach that I'm going to take that you can also take as a beginner.

I put a prompt in ChatGPT that said, "Give me 10 products that will become more expensive with Donald Trump's tariff policies against Canada, Mexico, and China." As you can see here, Rockstars, there are several categories that you can pick from.

Now, what I would do next is identify a category, for example, home accessories or electronics accessories, and I would do two things. The first is I would source products from alternate markets like Vietnam or even India that don't have tariffs being imposed.

This is going to allow me to buy these products at a lower cost and sell them for less on platforms like Amazon, eBay, or even Etsy. Or I could dropship these products so that I don't have to buy inventory upfront and keep my costs at a minimum.

As an example, let's say I was able to source a case for a phone or a charger for mobile phones, and because I'm sourcing it from a place that does not have tariffs, I save at least 10%.

This means I can sell it for less, and my price becomes more competitive on those platforms. It doesn't guarantee sales, but it gives you an edge.

Now, let's move to the second way that you can capitalize on a Donald Trump presidency: you can start a political affiliate blog or a YouTube channel.

As you can see on YouTube or elsewhere, Trump-related news generates millions of searches and, as such, millions of views, or if you're reading it, millions of eyes on those articles. People want to stay updated, and content creators who cover political trends can earn money through ads, sponsorships, and also affiliate programs.

You don't even have to show your face to do this because there are several faceless channels out there that are nailing it.

Now, how exactly are you going to profit? Let's say you start a political blog or a newsletter. Just write about Trump's policy, and you can get ChatGPT to help. You can post these blogs on free platforms like Google Blogger.

Then, after you have built up your following or your views a little bit, you can go to Google AdSense and monetize your blog free of cost. From doing that, you're going to start getting paid when people are viewing or reading your blog.

The second approach is to launch a YouTube channel. Go ahead and cover things like Trump speeches, so you don't even have to be creating content from scratch. Share policy analysis and economic impact, and again, you can use ChatGPT to get this information.

This channel here on YouTube, The Midas Touch, leverages this particular strategy. As per VidIQ, as you can see here, they're making, brace yourself for this, Rockstars, anywhere from $500,000 to $1.6 million a month from just YouTube ad revenue.

And yes, they're showing their face, so you can taper your expectations if it's a faceless channel. But why not show your face if you're being honest with your reviews?

Again, just post consistently, and when you get monetized on YouTube (which will take some time; it won't happen overnight), although I've seen channels monetized with one video, but we're going to keep it real here.

After you get monetized, you'll be able to earn from YouTube by putting ads on those videos or with things like super chats, which I realize a lot of these channels often get.

Another approach that you can take as a creator is to promote political books, courses, or merchandise. You're not creating them; you're just promoting them.

Then you join affiliate programs, and you share links in your videos and in your blogs. You earn commissions when people click on those links and procure the product, the course, or the merchandise that you're promoting.

Now, as it pertains to potential earnings, let's say you're getting about 50,000 monthly blog visitors, and you're able to make about $55,000 with those 50,000 visitors.

Let's say you get your YouTube channel over time. These are not get-rich-quick schemes, but you build it up to a million views per month. Just to give you context, I got to a million views per month in the first year that I was on YouTube, but with a $5 RPM because this kind of content doesn't pay a lot.

With 1 million views, you'll make $5,000 a month. From an affiliate earnings perspective, recommend political books or investing courses and grow this stream over time. You can build it up to anywhere from $3,000, and right here I showed you, and I had payment proof included where I'm making as much as $88,000 in some months from affiliate marketing.

So it's possible.

Now, the third way that you can leverage a Trump presidency is one that, again, you're going to have to evaluate your morality, but it is to invest in private prison stocks.

As a beginner, Trump's proposal to deport millions of illegal immigrants could actually lead to a surge in demand for detention facilities or prisons. Private prison companies such as CoreCivic and GEO Group stand to benefit significantly from increased government contracts.

Now, keep in mind I'm not a financial advisor, so make sure you talk to one or evaluate your risks before you think about investing. But as a beginner, to get started, you can open a brokerage account with a platform like Robinhood, E*TRADE, or Fidelity.

Next, you're going to research private prison stocks like CoreCivic, which is CXW, and GEO Group, which is GEO. Then you're going to start with modest investments and gradually increase your position as your confidence grows.

Let me give you a practical example of how you can gain. If you invest $5,000, as an example, in CoreCivic and the stock market rises by 20% due to increased government contracts, you'll earn $1,000 in profit.

Reinvesting your gains can help you to grow your portfolio over time. Now, for me, I would aim at investing about $10,000 in private prison stocks, and that way, if the sector grows by 10% per annum, I'm earning about $11,000 per month in passive income through stock appreciation and dividends.

Again, I'm not a financial adviser, so make sure you talk to one.

The fourth way that you can leverage a Trump presidency to make money is to launch a political merchandise business. Now, you will have to determine if doing this aligns with your values, your beliefs, and your political persuasion.

But what's a fact is that Trump's supporters are highly engaged and eager to buy merchandise related to their favorite political figure. Things like shirts, hats, mugs, and even NFTs related to Trump could generate huge sales, like what you saw in 2016 and 2020.

To profit, you can use print-on-demand. That way, you're not investing in upfront costs to source products to get designs on them. You can watch this video here; again, you can just search the title with my name, and it will come up.

In this video, I show you how to start a print-on-demand business or to launch your own clothing line. As a beginner, you can use platforms like Printify, Printful, Teespring, or even Redbubble to sell shirts, mugs, hats without any inventory, any upfront cost, and make a killing because people out there are buying these products.

The second approach could be to target pro-Trump and anti-Trump audiences. You can sell merchandise to both Trump supporters and Trump critics. Controversial and humorous designs sell pretty well.

To get these sales, though, you'll need to leverage social media ads. You can run Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads targeting politically engaged users.

Now, as it pertains to potential earnings, let's say you're able to sell 50 shirts, or 50 hats, or 50 mugs, or a combination of products, but you're selling 50 a day. Let's say your selling price is $25, but your profit is $10 per sale.

That's going to be about $500 per day in profit, which equates to $115,000 per month. Again, this is not quick money.

Now, the last way that I'm going to talk about to profit from a Trump presidency is by leveraging tax cuts for real estate investments. Trump's proposed tax cuts could increase disposable income for not just individuals but businesses, and this could boost demand for real estate.

Now, how are you going to get started? You can invest in REITs, like I mentioned earlier, which are real estate investment trusts, and you would invest in those that focus on residential or commercial properties.

You can also consider buying houses at a lower price and flipping them for a profit, or you can think about renting out properties in high-demand areas.

Now, you have to keep an eye on the market right now because a crash is being projected. So again, I'm not a financial advisor; make sure for everything I'm sharing here, you're doing your own research.

That said, if you opt to go down this road as a beginner, you don't need large sums of money to invest in real estate. You can actually use platforms like Fundrise or RealtyMogul to invest in real estate with minimal capital.

As an example, if you invest $20,000 in a REIT with an annual return of 8% in interest, you're going to earn about $1,600 per year in passive income because this money is coming in while you're sleeping or while you're at work.

By building a $100,000 real estate portfolio, you would be able to generate about $800 to $1,200 per month in passive income. I know that can take care of some bills for you, considering you'll not need to exhibit much effort to make this money.

Now, Rockstars, while these proposals present exciting opportunities, it's extremely important to remember that investing carries risk. Economic policies can change, and unforeseen events like recessions can disrupt even the best-laid plans.

So that said, I recommend that you do your due diligence. Never invest blindly; research companies thoroughly, understand their financial health, and assess their growth potential.

Make sure that you're diversifying your portfolio. Don't put all your eggs in one basket; spread your investment across different sectors to mitigate the risk.

And make sure that you're staying informed. You also need to know your strategy. Decide whether you're a passive investor, for example, one who is going to invest in index funds, or an active investor, which is one who is going to invest in picking individual stocks.

Your strategy should be aligned to your risk tolerance and your financial goals.

Rockstars, that's it, and all the best investing. Until next time, bright and power blasting through the night. Financial freedom!
