It's a community of practice for other folks that also are using Recruiter Me, the CRM, as their tool. 

But then, the largest amount of value I found thus far is this community where there are weekly calls. 

You're bouncing ideas off of more experienced folks, helping other people, and creating this culture of "all boats rise together" and learning. 

It ended up being that was it. 

That was a no-brainer because I thought, "Oh, it's going to be easy to start a recruiting company." 

Then I was humbled by the research I did, and I felt relief when I found your organization, Recruiter Me.
