Where you are today, you are capable of much, much, much, much, much, much more. There is not one of you who cannot break boundaries. There is not one of you who cannot do crazy things in the people of Israel.

There is not one of you who cannot break the limitations he sets for himself. It's called a glass ceiling. What is a glass ceiling? It's a ceiling you created for yourself that you're afraid to cross.
