The big issue of humanity is that everyone wants energy, but we often judge it, repress it, and try to make it efficient.
In my life, I have seen that people in relationships, friends, and everyone has issues with their sensuality. When they feel sensual, if you're a spiritual person, you might think, "Oh, I am falling down, I am indulging, I am going away from my path of spirituality, I am getting trapped into something."
In India, we call it Divine Rasa, that which is juice. Everything you do in your life, you don't do out of duty; you do it because you get some juice. We are not looking for a woman, a man, money, or luxury; we are looking to feel the juice.
What is this juice? It is when the electric vibrations flow into your blood through taste, sound, visuals, and touch. This is what Santra says: do not focus on the other; focus on the juice that you are flowing. This takes away the dependence on another body or object. You become self-reliant for your juice.
Someone asked Osho how to deal with desire and sexuality. He said, "I give you the golden key." The golden key is that your longing to create is what sexual drive is. If you become creative in your life—through dancing, doing things, and forming new things—you will see your obsession with sex will disappear.
You will realize deeply that, essentially, it's not about a woman or a man; it is about the need to create. Of course, this power is going to be strong; otherwise, human civilization cannot go on. If this drive was left to your mind, it would be a problem.
So, my point here is to first create a friendship with your own vital energy. It is not for sex; it is not for any efficiency. In this moment, in this cosmos, you have to feel your vitality. You have to let it vibrate.
What happens to most people, like young men, is that their psychology is looking for a release. They either get it out in the extremest way or repress it. But the middle way is to feel that power. If you stay for a long time, keep feeling, and not give the usual way out, it starts to move up.
That's what Kini meditation does. You first activate your energy, then you transform it into dance, and then you become still. What you're doing is creating a channel within your spine, a new pathway for your energy to move. Usually, everyone is blocked there.
If sex happens to them, they have no other option than to release it, so it never becomes a celebration and containment of energy where you can give birth to yourself. This energy goes out, gives birth to a baby, or ends up in a condom; it does not matter. The point is the intention was to give birth.
But when this energy is contained, if your channel is open, it will give birth to you. This is why, in India, we call it "Dja," which means twice born. First, you take birth as a body, and then you give birth to yourself.
Once you start to enjoy your vital energy without any psychological conditioning of pushing it out or repressing it, that is the first worship and honor to the primal force within you. It changes your deepest psychology in a very profound way.
You will also not judge other people's energies because we never experience our own energy in its primal form as it is, without bringing mental images and conditioning to do something about it rather than just feeling it.
Once you feel it, your Shiva becomes one with the Shakti, and that starts the process of recreation within you. It begins to create within you. The only way you can come out of your personality is when you start to recognize that you are an energy being—an energy being with awareness—because they are not two separate things. Energy and awareness are the same.
Through Kini meditation, which I suggested, you experience three aspects of your Shakti. One is Durga, the shaking, which you experience to activate your Kini. In the second step, you dance freely.
First, you learn to shake and activate the energy. In the second step, you really activate your freedom. Let your body be free; don't do those dance floor moves as if you're performing. You have to allow your body to take all kinds of crazy forms in dancing.
Now, this is the K Shi, the will to action. You're moving. After you have moved the energy, which you have shaken, it becomes a dance. Then you become still in the third step.
In your absolute stillness, the activated energy will move inside. Until now, it was moving out; it starts to move inwards. This energy starts to hit your third eye, and then it becomes meditation.
That stillness is the knowing aspect. You know shaking was the desire power activating the fire, and dancing is the action power manifesting that energy as a dance. Becoming still is entering the knowing, the Shi aspect, the awareness aspect.
If you can just do this as I have instructed, with the right understanding, you are creating a base for everything you do. Right now, our energies are so restricted and unknown to us that we do not know ourselves as energy beings.
We know ourselves only as a gross body that is sometimes hungry and horny; otherwise, it is just the mind about how to make it survive. But within this body lies the cosmic creativity.
That creativity, as they say, is the goddess Shakti, established in every aspect of the cosmos. It is not crude; it has to be invited, given a welcome, and shown reverence. Then this Shakti within your body starts to show you the way.
Shakti is doing things; only your mind thinks, "I did it because I had a great idea." But you do not know that even the great idea, the action, is done by Shakti.
Then you become capable of entering the journey of material as well as spiritual relations. What we know of life is desire: "I want this." If you look behind it, there is intention, and if you look deeper behind the intention, there is the energy of creativity, which we also call sex.
We have issues with it; otherwise, if you look at sex, it is a pure creative drive within you to form a new baby. It is not for indulgence; it is to form new life.
What is that creativity? It is Shiva and Shakti together, ready to form a cosmos within you. So when you stop calling these words "desire" and "sex," and start using "creativity," your whole attitude will change.
It will be nice not to go to a woman or man and say, "I have creativity for you." That sounds so much better than saying, "Oh, I want to sleep with you." Seriously, "I have lots of creativity for you" is so respectful.
When you want to touch a man or a woman, it is basically a longing to get creative with your energy. And don't think there are only special acts of creativity.
This is what I am trying for you to know: you are the artist by nature because you belong to the cosmic artist. Everything you do is your creation—your suffering, your mind, your energy.
Without will and a master, it spills when you move without any center. That movement is chaos. The same chaos, if it has a center, is called dance.
So is cosmos a kos, or is it a dance of Shiva? What makes dance a dance is that it moves around one center.
