Claude has absolutely changed my life. It's by far been the most impactful AI tool that I have ever used. But in today's video, I'm not going to be giving you generic prompts like other creators on YouTube. Instead, I'm going to show you the five AI prompts which have actually changed my life and made a big personal impact on how I work.
They've been responsible for helping me build my agency to over $20 million in revenue. They've been responsible for helping me build a platform with over 1 million followers across various social medias. And today, I'm going to give them to you and show you exactly how they work.
Prompt number five alone allowed me to replace one of my highest paid employees who was earning over $8,000 a month entirely with AI. And it not only does the same job as him, it does a much, much better job and has had massive impacts on my business. And after the fifth prompt, I've got a bonus prompt that I'm going to show you that takes things to the next level. It's a little bit more advanced, but for those who are particularly AI savvy, I think it's going to blow your mind.
But none of the other prompts that I'm going to show you in this video were possible without the prompt that's in front of you right now. Last year towards the start of the year, I was actually going through a really difficult time in my own life. I was deep into the crypto market. I'd lost a lot of money in the market. I was at a little bit of a limbo in terms of my business. I felt a bit stuck. I didn't know which direction to take my business. Do I double down and continue on the same path? Do I maybe pivot into something new? I felt my creative juices were getting sapped and my energy was getting sapped and I was just at a bit of a crossroads.
So, I decided as a last ditch effort that I was going to test out a prompt that I found online as an effort to just maybe get a new perspective or maybe rejig things a little bit. Now, honestly, I didn't really go in with high expectations. I was just trying something new, but the output absolutely shocked me. And since then, this is the exact system that I give to people whenever they ask me for advice. Whenever they're at a crossroads, I give them this prompt. And I've actually refined it over time based on the feedback that I've gotten from friends and family. And I've had multiple friends come to me and say that this prompt was the beginning of a major change in their life. And I can tell you that one year ago, this was the prompt that significantly changed my life and is actually one of the reasons why I'm investing so much time into AI education right now because I believe it's a massive opportunity and it's a massive passion of mine and that unlock would not have happened without what you see in front of you, which is the life audit.
This is essentially a prompt that acts like a strategic life adviser. It's directed to act with the analytical rigor of a McKenzie senior partner and the psychological depth of a high performance therapist. It goes through phase one, which is a deep discovery phase. Then it goes into phase two, the mirror phase. Phase three, the strategic analysis phase. And this is meant to uncover some uncomfortable truths or blind spots that you may have that you may not even realize that you have that can lead to massive changes in your life. And what it develops after you go through the process, which I'll explain very shortly how to go through the process, is a full strategic life audit. It will tell you the uncomfortable truth about your life. It will tell you the trajectory diagnosis at the current trajectory. What is likely to happen in 1 year in 3 years from now? What are the major contradictions that you are currently experiencing? And most importantly, and this is one of the reasons why AI edge exists right now. What are the three top highest leverage opportunities in your life to lead to the most personal gain or the most financial gain? And then it comes up with a force choice. One single higher leverage thing that you can do today which can completely change the trajectory of your life.
Now obviously the outputs with AI are only as good as the inputs that you give it. So this is why the prompt exists because anyone could treat chat GPT or claude like a diary. But this prompt specifically has been refined for knowledge compression. So taking your knowledge synthesizing it through AI and using it as a full strategic partner. By the way, the full prompt will be available below. If you sign up using the link using your email, you firstly get access to the AI Edge newsletter which gives you additional strategic frameworks to these videos and you also get access to the Telegram group in which you will be able to find all of the prompts from today's video. Or if you don't have Telegram, you'll also be able to access it at the end of the newsletter once you confirm your sign up. So, make sure you use the link below because that's going to have everything in today's video absolutely for free so you can benefit from this.
So the process that you need to go through in the life audit is copy and paste the prompt. Once again, it'll be available for free in the link in the description below. Take that into Claude. You can also use GPT. I actually don't mind GPT for this task, but this is obviously a Claude video and that is where it has been purpose-built. Take that prompt, copy and paste it. And I recommend actually voice prompting to get answers to these questions. So after you copy and paste the prompt, you want to go through each question and voice prompt. You can use your phone, for example, and you want to give honest answers for everything. Once you've gotten to the very end of all the questions, and to be perfectly honest, if you do it properly, this can take quite some time, it will ask you follow-up questions in order to pinpoint even more specific details that you've given it. And you can also ask it to ask you more questions, so you can give it more thorough information so the output is even better. Once it's done asking questions, once you feel like you've given it all the information that it needs to know, it will be able to develop this plan.
Now, I recommend when you first get your strategic life audit, you actually give it feedback whether you agree or disagree because it can tweak things slightly or actually push back and find blind spots in your logic. This exercise is extremely powerful and it can lead to some major unlocks not just in money, not just in business, but also in your personal life. And what I recommend doing is once you've created the strategic life audit, actually downloading it and using it to train your projects in Claude because your chats in Claude are only as good as the information that Claude has. Once you've answered all the questions, Claude will have much more information on you that you can compress into a document like this one with the outputs and then you can go into projects. For example, I have an AI edge project for creating media like this video for example. I use it to idate stuff. I promise later in the video I was going to talk about my exact system for that. and you can add it to the memory here. So you can actually add a file. I've actually got 36 page documents inserted into my project file so it knows everything about me and my business. And then all your interactions with Claude will be more accurate based on your current situation and based on your trajectory and every now and then you can update it. It's an extremely powerful tool to make Claude even smarter.
So this is the prompt that changed what I'm building right now. But the next prompt changed how I start every single day and that is my morning intelligence brief. So, personally, I'm really into markets, specifically equities, crypto, and trading. And I found that I wasn't able to catch all of the news, and I wasn't able to catch all of the swings in the macroeconomy just by scrolling through X or just by watching YouTube videos. And frankly, at a certain point, it just became a waste of time. So, I built a prompt which essentially scans the market every single day and automatically to my email, my Discord, and my Slack sends me a report of the macro update in the market, a take on the market. So, three to four paragraphs which actually explains everything that's happening with the current macro situation. So, I'm up to date every single morning. It has the top gainers and losers in the market across equities and across crypto. It has a Bitcoin deep dive specifically because I'm very interested in trading Bitcoin. It has a crypto market overview. It has the top setups to watch. So, it identifies four to seven specific actionable trade ideas that can help you at least get ideas for the day and set the tone for the day. upcoming catalyst unlocks, new launches, and specific trade ideas. And for me, I added a content angle section because, you know, personally, I create content based on this stuff, and I want to know if there's any news that is broken overnight, either in AI or in crypto that could be relevant to create content on across X and across YouTube.
This prompt here, and always use Opus 4.6 if you can because it's much smarter. This prompt here has been an absolute game changer. Now, it will take time to research the market and generate the full prompt, but I've already gone ahead and did it beforehand. So, you can see what it looks like. And you can see here the daily market briefing, which gives you an answer on everything major that is happening in the market. So, the straight of whoo, what's happening there, the fear and greed index, the top gainers and losers, uh, Bitcoin deep dive, setups to watch, etc., etc. This is a super handy way to start my morning.
Now, I took it a step further and instead of just prompting it to claude, you can set it to automatically send you a notification in the morning, but I didn't actually want to open my Claude app. I just wanted to be able to see it in my email or see it in my Slack channels. I actually use Perplexity Computer, which I'll do a video on in the future, in order to generate an automation, so it automatically sends it to my Slack every single morning. And this is the report that I actually got this morning, which is very similar to the information that Claude came up with, but it's just packaged in a slightly different way. uh because Perplexity even though it leverages Claude, it's multimodal, meaning it can use other LLMs at the same time like Gemini for a bit more research to cover gaps that potentially Claude won't find. So Claude as a basic prompt and obviously it'll be down below after this video. You can go and get access to all the stuff from today's video. It does a great job, but if you want to go a step further, Perplexity is good because it can use other models to find the gaps that Claude potentially has. However, I know Plexity Computer is a bit more expensive and cost intensive. So, this is just optional for those that are already signed up for Perplexity. If you're not signed up for Perplexity, the chord prompt below is going to do a very good job.
So, to recap the first two prompts, we have the strategic life audit. This is an exercise that you can do in order to completely change the trajectory of your life or at the very least blind spots and opportunities in your life. Then secondly, we have the daily market brief, which ensures that you only have the curated information that you need every single morning on the market. And I send this to my community automatically every single morning and I make tweaks over time to make it even better.
So now we're covered across life trajectory and markets. But the third prompt covers one of the things that I think has been the most important prerequisite to my success in business. I'm a big believer that business success is not necessarily based on intelligence, is not necessarily based on talent, but is based on hard work. It's based on consistency and it's based on showing up day in day out. And I found myself at times, even though I think I'm a relatively hard worker, I found it hard to stick to the basics that had massive impacts long-term on the trajectory of my business. For example, there are probably things in your life right now that you know you should be doing every single day. It can be as simple as going to the gym. It can be as simple as, you know, checking your portfolio or checking your bank account or doing a certain task at work which you know generates results. But maybe you struggle for consistency. Maybe you struggle to do it. And maybe your struggle for consistency or procrastination is the reason that you aren't achieving what you want to achieve. Because I know personally it's been a massive roadblock with me and you know I've got ADHD so naturally I'm a little bit more scattered and I do find it sometimes hard to sit down and do hard things.
So what I did is I gified a system using AI to make things a little bit easier for me and to make things fun for me. And since I started this I noticed much better results across my performance every single day. And what this is is a gamified dashboard. I'm going to give you the prompt below, but I'm going to show you the dashboard now. It's basically just a gamified checklist that tracks your performance over time for the things that you need to do that you know are anchor habits to create a more successful day. I call it my minimum viable day. These are essentially the things that if I do every day, okay, maybe I won't change the world, but these are the minimum things that keep the ball rolling in my business. It starts with gym. It goes on to planning my day. Usually when I do a good job of planning my day, I have a more successful day. Then it goes into markets and research. Once I've completed the core tasks, it unlocks bonus tasks. That's the great thing about building this in Claude. It's better than a spreadsheet because of the gamified aspect. And every time you click on something, you get XP points and every single day, it tracks your XP points. I've also got sauna, planning the next day, filming a market show, content like this, for example. And then it tracks it in your history to tell you how many days have you had perfect. So, so you may have had two perfect days, 16 pretty good days, and it actually tracks over time on a calendar every single day. Now, I'm on a new computer right now, so it doesn't have my other data, but what you will see as you start to tick this off is it will go for red from a bad day if you don't complete many habits to orange if you complete some of your habits to green if you complete all of your habits. And it will start to basically make it gamified because you can track your streaks, you can track what you typically miss, you can track what you typically do well, so you can understand the weak spots in your life.
Now, I won't go into too much more depth in this video, but I did a full breakdown called I gamified my life with AI. That'll be in the description below if you want to check out that full video, and that goes through this full system build, but of course, I will leave the prompt below. If you are interested in this, I highly recommend that you stick around to the bonus prompt, which is number six, because it takes this to the next level. That is the basic system, but I have a much more advanced system, a crazy system, which for the more advanced users is going to be absolutely game-changing. But maybe if you're a beginner, it's something that you'll need to work towards. But I'm excited to share that with you at the end of this video.
Now, speaking of this video, this video was pretty hard to plan. You know, I had a lot of prompts all over the place. I had a lot of research and just a lot of knowledge in my brain that I needed to get down in order to create this video. So, it would be remiss of me not to include in life-changing prompts cuz as a content creator, it has been life-changing a contentbased prompt in this video because Claude is one of the big things behind my content engine. As I explained in my beginner's guide to Claude, I really lean heavily on projects. You know, I have all of my data and I have custom chats and custom projects set up, custom writing skills, which to do a future video on to write like me and help ideulate like I would ideulate something to help me generate content. And this is something that I'm doing every day. Every single day, I have a session in my calendar where I brainstorm content and I spend time scripting content. And this video, although most of the knowledge was from my brain, was scripted or assisted by Claude to actually help me put all of this knowledge that I had into, you know, the tabs and the layout and the setup that I'm showing you right now. And pretty much all of my videos, I'll run through Claude and I'll ask, "How can I improve retention? What am I doing well? What aren't I doing well?" And it's such an amazing tool if you're in content creation.
So, I could probably do a whole video on this, but instead, I want to show you one tactic. If you're an aspiring content creator and you maybe struggle for ideas or you struggle to execute ideas, what you can actually do is take content from somewhere else. It could be a news article, it could be an expost or it could be transcript using notebook LLM. You can actually transcribe videos and then copy and paste them into claw. Take information from somewhere else and use it to reverse engineer a content idea. For example, this is an article on AI edge that I actually wrote. I think it's a strong topic, but I use Claude in order to evaluate the topic. So, I have a prompt here which is I like this idea. Evaluate it. Is it a fit for my channel? And of course, it's trained on my channel and my goals. Be honest. If it's strong, give me your top five title options ranked by predicted CTR. Optimize for scroll stopping, curiosity gap, and audience fit based on everything you know about my brand. So, this is the system prompt. And then below, I will take the content, which I've pasted in, and I will get Claude to evaluate the top ideas from this content. And what you can actually do is develop a curated AI feed on X if you're an AI creator, for example. Look at the posts that are going viral and reverse engineer viral ideas on other platforms because there are posts all the time that are getting millions of impressions either on X or Reddit that you can reverse engineer to become a YouTube video because a lot of people are lazy. They don't want to sit down and record a YouTube video. They don't want to edit a YouTube video. If you're able to push through the pain barrier, there's so much content out there that can be repurposed. And Claude is your repurposing engine that can help you evaluate what is a good idea firstly and if it's a good idea, because it likely is if it's already gone viral. What is the best angle and what is the best way to structure a video and I'll show you the output now. So you can see here it's evaluated it as a strong fit but with the right angle and it's given me top title options. And because it's actually trained on my brand, it gives me options that are relevant to me. So, one, I built AI agents for a living. This experiment broke my brain. It opens up a curiosity gap. Scientists trapped a thousand AIs together. They created a civilization. This is also like a wacky interesting title for people. What my AI agents do when I'm not watching. Same thing. And then it actually can give you suggestions on the content. And you can ask it in this case to break down, reverse engineer why the article went viral and how to make that translate across to YouTube. So, that is one way that I'm able to generate content ideas.
So, that is how content gets made. But that's only one side of my business. Let me show you where the real money impact is. The thing that's had a major impact on my bottom line, specifically for the agency and consulting side of the business. Now, I could probably do a full video, and I probably will do a full video on how AI has transformed my agency cuz we're doing so much stuff. It's transformed outreach and client management through Telegram CRM. It's transformed the way we do proposals. It's transformed the way that we track meetings. It's transformed the way that we manage people. But here I want to focus on one thing specifically and that was actually closing clients. Now if you've ever run an agency business model, you'll know that after a call, so obviously AI can't do everything. You still need to be good on a call. You still need to have a real value prop. Usually what is the barrier between meeting a client and landing a client is your proposal. How relevant is your proposal to what they want. How professional is your proposal? And how quickly are you able to turn it around? And AI specifically has helped a lot in that area. And we actually use AI to automate our proposal process. So you can see in front of you a standard template that we use. Keep in mind I've changed the details as to not leak sensitive information of clients. We've kept it very broad and we've added fake numbers for the example of this. I'll probably do a more specific video on the agency stuff later. But you can see that we have created proposals which explain who we are as a company, what we do, what we do well, the executive summary, competitive landscape, the opportunity. You've got tabs here, case studies, and next steps for the specific client that we have.
Now what we do is we have a standard proposal as you can see in front of you. But then you can take the Fireflies notes from the calls because you probably have an AI tracker on the call with your client. Then you can go into the chat that has your proposal and you can say based on the meeting notes, edit the proposal to be more in line with the client's needs and this will actually tweak this proposal as you can see on the right hand side to be more relevant to what the client wants. Now, obviously, you need to review it and you need to add your own nuance. And with an agency or service-based business, you'll never be able to fully automate it. But this is the kind of thing where AI is genuinely really good. Specifically, where Claude is really good. So, as you can see in front of you, it's taken the meeting notes and it's tweaked the road map to match the actual client's needs. Now, this is just for an agency, but think about the broader context of this. You can do the exact same things for maybe a negotiation. You could do the exact same thing if you had any sort of client giving you feedback on a call and you wanted to amend your work. And with new features coming out like Claude co-work that can edit spreadsheets automatically. There's all sorts of work that can be done now on Claude, which of course we'll get into in future videos. But for me personally, the proposal building and automating artifacts as you can see in front of you has been a massive level up in the operational efficiency of my business.
Now, I just gave you five prompts, and hopefully all of these can be helpful in your own life, or at least some of them, I hope. But this one, which is the bonus for maybe the slightly more advanced AI people, this has the highest potential to impact your life. And this is the system that has reduced the most mental load in my life to enable me to focus a lot more on the things that grow the business, like creating content and like networking. So everything that I just showed you, these are just me using Claude one conversation at a time. But what if all of this was connected? I've built what I call a second brain. And let me show you what it actually looks like.
So every single message that I send or receive through WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or email is automatically scanned by an AI. It's collected and it's fed to a personal operating system where the data is digested and it's used in order to populate the personal operating system which includes a strategy tab, a finance tab, a content ideas tab, a team management tab. It spots my blind spots, tracks my goals, habits, market intelligence, and opportunities for my business. Now, for it to understand all of this, I need to give it all of the information. So, I feed it my bank statements, my invoices and payroll, my financial tracker, my content pipeline, my market reports, my notion to-do list, my daily calendar, and it automatically takes all of that information to create one single unified hub, one single unified dashboard, which is basically my second brain. It takes mental load off my real brain because all of the data is stored there, which lets me be a much better creator and a much better business owner and CEO.
And what I use to power all of this is of course OpenClaw which I use on not just this one Mac Mini but a bunch of Macs. I have an absolutely crazy system because I use each Mac for something different. Like I have a few Macs scanning on OpenC just scanning data. I have a couple running coding so they manage keeping the personal architecture up to date and you know the visual aspect of everything up to date. Then I also have agents running on Hermes which in some cases or many cases is actually better than OpenClaw and is less buggy than openclaw. So, I've also been starting to incorporate that into my day-to-day. And then I also have one which is just using Claude co-work because otherwise I have to keep my main computers on all the time. So, if I could keep one computer on all the time, then what I can do is I can actually prompt it from my phone on the go. So, I could speak to Claude and I can get it to update a spreadsheet, I can get it to build an app, I can get it to review data, I can get it to review my to-do list and do anything completely remotely. So I could be on the train, in the car, walking down the street, at the park, on a call, and I don't need to be at my computer. I'm tapping into the compute virtually through core dispatch and in some cases open claw, but I've been using dispatch a lot more, and that is something that I'm going to do a future video on.
Once again, this is a bit more advanced and this gets really techy and really crazy and I'm trying to run through the basics more on the channel before I build into this stuff. But I wanted to give you a little bit of a sneak peek behind my second brain architecture. And if you do end up claiming the prompts in the description below, which I recommend that you do, I'm actually going to include a more detailed version of this architecture and we're going to follow that up with a newsletter post and also eventually a video on this channel which breaks that down even further. So, make sure you sign up below. Make sure you subscribe to the channel for more content like this. And I'm going to keep helping you get the edge in AI. I'm your host, Miles, and I will see you in the next video. Thank you very much for your time today. Peace out.
