Game one of the Alien versus the Thunder surpassed our wildest imaginations. From start to finish, the two best teams in the league were throwing haymakers at each other, culminating in a double overtime thriller. So, buckle up cuz we're off to a chaotic roller coaster ride.

The Spurs opened up the game on a 7-0 run which immediately sounded the alarm for Mike Dagnol. So he subbed in Alex Caruso just 2 and 1/2 minutes into the game. That's the earliest Caruso has checked in all season. But more importantly, it proved to be the right move. >>

Alexander makes us forget about his struggles by converting the clutch layup to save the day. However, there's still 3 seconds on the clock for a possible game winner. Our burst can trigger. This may have looked like a foul at first, but on the replay, we see that Caruso is there first and makes a play on the ball. Man, without him, the Thunder would have lost the game twice by now. So, with both teams looking absolutely gassed out there on the court, it all comes down to whoever wanted more. >> Regular or postseason for Webyama 45 and he's still going strong. >> Wimby strikes first with the one-handed hammer. And after this wideopen miss by Gilas Alexander on the other end, Victor knows that his best chance is to push the ball in transition against a much smaller defender. That turned out to be the smart thing to do as he drew the foul and knocked down both of his free throws to make it a four-point game in double overtime.
Then completely out of nowhere, Kase Wallace comes up and drills a muchneeded three for the Thunder. But as I said previously, the Spurs had Dylan Harper on their side. Harper. An absolute monster game for Victor, becoming only the seventh player in NBA history with a 40 and 20 game in the conference finals, joining Kareem Barkley, Moses Malone, Elgen Baylor, Wilt, and Shaq. The Spurs stunn OKC at home, and they'll need to make some adjustments to even things up.
