I Figured Out How Law of Assumption Actually Works (My Exact Steps)

I always thought law of assumption was whatever you assume to be true is what will be true for you. But I assumed to be wealthy, to be loved, to be healthy. But that actually didn't work for me.

So I start to dive deep into really understanding what love assumption is. And all of this time I have been using it wrong. But when I actually changed it genuinely, every single thing in my life changed without even trying that hard. So that's why I want to share it in today's video. Because if you've tried to expect or assume a manifestation but it didn't work, you're probably missing a very important piece when it comes to law of assumption because once again, I was missing this piece in the really beginning when I first tried it out. So, it's not the fact the law doesn't work. It is just because we have gotten it wrong this entire time.

So, that's why I want to share. I'm going to break down this video into three sections. I want to first go through what law of assumption once again actually is because yes we're expecting yes we're assuming but there's a nuance to it that we need to know and then I'm going to go through how it works to change our reality because yes things can shift very very fast and then finally I'm going to go through the exact law of assumption steps to manifest.

So I want to first go through what law of assumption actually is and you guys love when I pull up my little iPad to draw this out for you. So let's first go through once again what is the concept of law of assumption. So the concept of law of assumption is basically whatever you expect or assume to be true in your life is what you're going to experience. But here is the big difference that I did not know when I first started to practice this law. Reality over here does not actually respond to what we want. Right? So we can want and we can expect to be rich. We can expect to find the love of our life. We can expect to get the perfect job. But once again, reality is not responding to what you consciously want. What it's actually responding to is your default identity. Expectations and reality will always match what it is that you actually expect and assume to be true about your life.

So this is what happened to me because years ago I started to assume and expect that I would get love, I would get money, I would build a business, but deep down my true identity did not believe that to be true for me. Subconsciously all day. I would expect and I would assume, but I wouldn't actually align and act and respond as the version who just assumed everything worked out in her life. So when it comes to law of assumption, yes, you are expecting and you are assuming what you want to be true, but you have to be aligned to your assumption that actually matches your identity, not just what it is that you want in your life. So once again, just so you guys fully understand this, it's not just about assuming what it is that you want and then going about your day in your current identity, responding the same way, reacting the same way, doing the same habits, talking to the same people. It's really about your default identity expectations. And once again, here in a little bit, I'm going to go through what that actually looks like and how it works in terms of creating reality.

But also when I would practice law of assumption, I would only focus on like one specific thing that I would want, right? So I would expect and assume this this date that I'm going to go on is going to be the love of my life. This video I'm going to post is going to go viral and make me millions. Like this this one workout is going to give me six-pack abs. So the thing was every single time I tried to use law of assumption, I really focused on one specific thing. But what I actually learned was law of assumption is not if I assume this one thing will work, it must because it's not just about one thing. What a law of assumption actually is is if I assume this is who I am and how my life works, reality will reorganize itself to act accordingly. So law of assumption is not outcome focused at all whatsoever. What it really is is identity focused. So when you see people expecting and assuming things in their life and it just somehow falls into place, it's not because they're focused on the outcome. It is because they have an identity of someone that just makes everything work.

So I have written down here as an example. When I was putting assumptions on like one specific video that I would create for YouTube, well before I start to build an audience on here, I would always be like this this video that I record is going to go viral. It's going to work for I'm going to assume and expect. And then when it didn't work, I was like, "Okay, love assumption doesn't really work." But what I didn't understand was I wasn't being the person that didn't just put all of her eggs in one basket and assume this one video would make me go viral and build an audience. I started to tell myself, I'm the type of person that everybody just loves the message that I share in my videos. I'm the type of person that is so consistent in posting every single day that I'm going to reach the right people at the right time. It does not even matter how many people view my videos because I'm making such a big impact in the world. And thus, by being consistent, by being that person, I will absolutely build an audience. And guess what? That actually did happen.

So the big takeaway that I want you to understand from this first section is law of assumption is all about assuming who you are and the life and the results that you're going to build for yourself. Yes, you can get specific outcomes in your life. But law of assumption is not necessarily just focused on one specific desire and one specific like manifestation that you want.

So now that we understand what law of assumption actually is, I want to get into the most detailed part which is going to make all of this click for you even more. And this is how it works to actually change your reality. Now this part is really important. I'm going to include a little bit of neuroscience so you really understand how like your identity and brain work together to actually like physically manifest certain things in your life and how things start to shift in your reality.

So the first like step of how love assumption really starts to form and change your life is assumption forms at an identity level. So, if you're the type of person that always tells themselves like this is just how things go or you have assumptions about like money is generally generally like hard to make dot dot dot or maybe whenever I try it doesn't work. It's basically every single thing up to this point in your life that you just expect and assume to be true about your life and assume to be true about you. Now, every single thing that you're assuming in your mind, that's actually stored in your DMN. And your DMN is your default mode network in your brain. And that is where your identity, it is stored. It's also where like you kind of have your emotional baseline of how things work. And that's also where your nervous system is regulated, whether it's regulated high or regulated low. Once again, if you were just assuming things to work in your life, you probably have a really calm nervous system. If you expect things to never really work out, you're kind of always on edge, you probably have a very disregulated nervous system. So once again, the assumption that you're trying to assume to be true about your manifestation, it does not form the minute you consciously think about something that you want. It actually forms once again at an identity level in your brain.

Now after that assumption forms at an identity level your brain aligns to that assumption. So along with the DMN the default mode network there's also something in your brain called I call it PP but it's predictive processing and it works in tandem with default mode network. Predictive processing is basically when your brain starts to predict and assume the future based on prior and past experiences. So, for an example, if you went through a really bad breakup and you're going on a date, your brain will start to predict, oh, what if this date date doesn't work out? He's probably a liar. He's probably a cheater. Might as well not even go. Even though that actually might be the love of your life, your brain will start to predict that. And then after your brain will start to predict and place importance on what is actually like important to you. There's also something in your brain called the reticular activating system and it's basically your brain's filter system. So your brain will filter out every single thing in your reality and only show you what is important. So if what's important to you is money is generally hard to make or this is just how things go, your brain will filter that in. So even if you have opportunities in front of you, even if you have people in front of you that might directly help you get your manifestation desire, your brain is automatically filtering that out. And since your brain is doing that, your behavior will start to match your assumption. So your brain will always show you what is true for you.

So when I wanted to make money, I would consciously think about I expect to be rich. I expect to be, you know, wealthy. Expect you know people to buy my product but deep down my identity was like money is really hard to make I don't think people are going to make take me seriously so when I started to really believe in those things I started to predict that to be true and that is what actually did happen.

Okay so once again, I know I'm going to sound like a broken record but I really want you to understand this. You can consciously expect and assume something that you want but if your identity that once again is formed at identity level inside of your brain does not match the assumption and the expectation what you want actually in your life, it is not going to work.

And then the last piece of this is reality will create and confirm. So because you start to see all of the evidence in your life, whether it's good evidence or bad evidence in alignment with your assumption. So um you will start to behave based on the evidence that you see and that is how reality will reorganize itself in alignment once again with what you actually assume about you and your life.

So to just give you one more example to make sure this really clicks, if you're about to go on a job interview and you're like, "Okay, this is going to be the interview that lands me my dream job." you're putting all of your eggs in one basket. And that is not how law of assumption actually works. What you would really tell yourself is, I'm the type of person that's worthy to be working at an amazing company because I have so many traits to give and I know I'm going to attract the right opportunity for me. You are expecting and you're assuming that you're going to land your dream job no matter if it's this interview or the next interview.

So now that we have gone through what law of assumption actually is, how it works to change your reality, I want to get into the most important step, which is how to actually use law of assumption to manifest, to change your reality, and to get whatever it is that you want. So based on the process that I just showed you, assumption and expectation, it's developed at identity level. And then your brain will start to show you different things that align with that expectation. And then reality creates and it forms. So you can go through that entire process and you can start to write down different assumptions and expectations that you now want to be true with your life and you can start to train your brain to start to see those things. But how I'm going to explain this step is more so going to be something tangible that you can do right now to start to form that identity. Because once again, law of assumption, it's not really something that you do. It's something that you are already. It's more so like a state of being.

So more of the tangible things that I did to really get my like love assumption going and expect amazing things about me and about my life is the first thing that I did is make a I'm the type of person who list. So this is basically make a list of every single thing once again that you want to become. So I'm the type of person who always figures things out. I'm the type of person that does not quit. I'm the type of person that always puts herself first. I'm the type of person that loves herself, that is authentic. So, this will really start to help you shift your identity to once again start to align yourself with the assumption that you want to have in your life. Previously, if you've watched any of my videos 10 years ago, I used to be the shyest person in the room. So, I would assume that people would look at me weird. I would assume that I wouldn't be successful on social media. I assumed all those things about me, right? But then I was like, "No, don't want to do that anymore." So I made a list of I'm the type of person who has amazing conversations with strangers. I'm the type of person that feels confident walking into a room by herself. I'm the type of person that can pick up her phone and record a video and post it. Even though that was maybe not true back then, I started to train myself to remind myself those things throughout the day. And lo and behold, one day I actually became that person.

Now, the other step of this to really get this going is catch myself when I secondguess or need to quote unquote check an outcome. Because how many times have we expected or assumed something in our life, but then we keep checking to see if they texted us texted us back or we we keep checking our social media post to see if we got a 100 likes or see if we got 10,000 views. We keep checking to see whether or not the action that we have taken is actually working for us. But when you continually do those habitual actions to try and control the outcome of what you want, your nervous system, your brain and your body is misaligned to your assumption because your true identity assuming and expecting whatever you do works. You wouldn't be double double guessing. You wouldn't be double-checking. You wouldn't be constantly stalking your ex to see if they liked one of your pictures to see if they responded back to you. You wouldn't be constantly checking in with your employer to see if you're going to get that raise. You would not be doing that.

So, for me, I had to consciously be aware of not doing that throughout the day because once again, I'm the type of person that honestly I don't care. I don't care if my videos go viral or not. And for me now it's like my biggest goal ever for the past like 2 years was building an audience on YouTube. And now every single time after I post a video I don't like even need the feel the need to feel to check the video. I will wait the following morning to check my video and usually I post at like noon on Wednesdays. So really like really look at yourself, look at your actions, see are you actually living as the identity of someone who just knows once again everything works out in her life.

And then the other thing is I always love to say to myself, this is normal for me. If you can normalize what it is that you want in your life, it doesn't feel far-fetched. It doesn't disregulate your nervous system. it doesn't alarm your body and put you into that like anxiety of needing to check and do more things to try and control what it is that you want. And also throughout the day, if you can constantly tell yourself, "This is just normal for me. It's normal for me to have an amazing day. It's normal for me to have a great conversation, you know, with someone at the coffee shop. It's just normal for me to do all of these things." It really alleviates the anxiety and the worry that you might have around something. I get married again. I'm doing my second wedding in about like 23 days. And I do have a lot of anxiety and worry about certain things. Timeline, people showing up, trusting vendors. But now, every single time I think about that, I'm like, "Oh, it's just normal for me to have an amazing day. Does not matter what happens." just because I'm the type of person that always has the most abundant, joyful, beautiful day. So for me, not even thinking and worrying about the outcome. I know I'm going to have the most beautiful day. So really practicing and normalizing what you want in your life. Oh my gosh, you are going to be the best when it comes to law of assumption.

So this concept, this law, it is so so powerful, especially if you know how to use it correctly. So, I really hope this video showed you a different perspective of how to use it. Especially if you've tried it before and it has not worked. But bestie, trust me, if you try it like this, you're going to be manifesting and expecting and assuming so many beautiful things in your life. So, if you love this video, also don't forget to subscribe. If you watch any of my videos, it always makes me so happy to see our family grow on here. So, that is all I have for today's video.
