And I think that that's what a lot of people are missing is they don't understand. Like I said, with RSD, it can feel like a punch in the gut. Thank you so much to the subscribers. So, even like small relationship hookups, hiccups can feel like a big deal. ADHD is also known for impulsivity and going through whatever thoughts we may have. So, um, who else with ADHD deals with impulsivity, right? Doing or saying things without pausing. Been there before, right? So, we might like just dive head first into things. Yeah, Jessica. Uh huh. Yeah. Lots of the glorals have ADHD. And when we dive head first into things, it makes us harder to have clarity around what's going on. Harder to have clarity around what best serves us. Thank you guys so much for subbing and for the gifts. ADHDers also have low baseline dopamine. So we go out and look for dopamine in not the healthiest places, right? And sometimes that dopamine seeking is about looking for looking for it in other people, not knowing how to give it to ourselves. Hey Glor, I'm gardening right now. Welcome back, Dallas. Let's go. So, because ADHDers have novelty seeking tendencies, sometimes we go off after things that aren't the best for us. Thank you, Luna, for the gifts. That maybe is a relationship that doesn't serve us, maybe is a relationship that isn't good for us, right? I think that that's also what a lot of people are missing. So, we might unconsciously seek highs and lows, clinging to the excitement of not knowing what the next situation is going to come from. And then we can get addicted to that roller coaster of the highs and lows. Hey Andy, I'm doing well. I just thought I'd pop on for a surprise live for people. So, there's also low self-esteem and the need for reassurance in many ADHDers. Like going through what I've been going through on this app for the last three weeks like has really helped me nail down my self-esteem. Being like, "Well, these people can't tell me that I'm crazy. They can't tell me my own reality." Oh, hey Lana. How about you stop attaching yourself to something that didn't happen? See, this is what I mean. Like, people can try to tell me my own reality, but it's not ADHD and anxious over here. Yep. Hey, Bryce. I'm super avoiding. I guess the the ADHD avoidant girlies and um guys are over here on TikTok. Yeah, because that can also be a self-protective measure. So often times ADHDers are either avoidant, most of them are anxious, but avoidant are real too. Some are securely attached, but usually ADHD folks grow up in chaotic households, anxious avoidant. Yeah, Britney, hi. How old are you? I am 36. 36.

So with the low self-esteem and the need for assurance from other people, right, we are often taught that we don't add up, that we're not good. So these people who are telling me that I'm crazy or psychotic, I'm like, "Used to it. Used used to people telling me negative stuff about me." So I that's just how I'm able to roll off my back. Right. So the ADHD like when we doubt ourselves sometimes it can make us look outside to others. The push and pull. I mentioned that in one of my videos about the push and pull and how I was like addicted to it. Kendra, you're making look so good. Good. Thank you, Libby. I ADHD spiral hard when in doubt. So the ADHD brain, we can doubt ourselves and can make us latch on to others for validation. So this can be another form of clinging. So, the rejection sensitive dysphoria is just a real thing, right? We're going to talk more about it, but it's just the way that our brain is set up. It's the amygdala hijack. It's the low self-esteem that many of us have. Thank you guys for the gifts. So, like I said earlier in the live, many ADHDers have anxious attachment, right? So, we look to others and people with ADHD may be predisposed to attachment issues, whether it's fear of abandonment or with the avoidant attachment people that are in the live. It's either people will like put off tasks and not want to do them out of fear of starting and fear of failing. Or they'll start and they just won't stop because it's not perfect. Right?

All right, so transformation. Okay, this is a time for a deep let go. Allow any pain, sorrow or difficulty to be just be there accepting its facticity. It's a good word, facticity. It is very much like the experience of the Buddha when after years of seeking, he finally gave up knowing there was nothing more that he could do. That very night, he became enlightened. Transformation comes like death in its own time and like death it takes you from one dimension to another. Is that has anybody else quantum leaped recently? I have like Where are my glorals at? Yes, ma. Yes. And this is the thing. People are like, "How how are you doing this?" quantum leap like um moved into a new timeline like two let's see what three weeks ago I didn't even have TikTok installed on my phone and now I'm live streaming to thousands of people every night and have like news articles reaching out to me some not so good, but that's fine. And like I'm in main character mode. Not necessarily the best main character mode, but I'm still there. You know, it's a quantum timeline shift. I have gloricals, people that are out there supporting me. Exactly. Angelica is there. Like it's it's a quantum shift. Oh boy. People are crazy. Can we ask the cards where I'm at? It's not that it's a hate thing, but take the frozen broccoli from Trader Joe's and just like boil it and strain it cuz it's so good that way. And then, or not from Trader Joe's, from Costco. This one's from Costco. So, I I get the organic frozen broccoli from Costco. They come in like the perfect size bags. And then I'll just throw some sardines on it. Sardines are like the ultimate power like food to me. Really high in omegas, really high in um protein. And so, it's just like fish and veg in one pot. And she said, she was like kind of choking herself back and she was like, "Unfortunately, yes." And I was like, "That is a absolute green flag for you to say that. It is unfortunate." So the fact that she like validated that that happens and that she has experience working with the trauma that happens with that like that was good. That was really good. So yeah, thanks for asking. I know. Whoop whoop whoop whoop. It's exciting. Wise move therapy queen. Exactly. I actually had Claude um write me questions for her. This is where AI comes in you guys. Like really helpful. Um, how do you approach therapy with someone who has been harmed by therapeutic relationships? And she said, "Consistent consent is necessary in every sort of healing work. Offer space for conversations about the process and how the presence feels." Like, this is what it was missing with my two mental health providers, you guys, is like that consistent consent, the consistent checking in. And that just I felt so safe in that moment of her telling me that. And when people say like the 75-year-old therapist telling me to come back in for another session, like that that was totally normal and professional. It did not take my own consent in mind. It was for her. And I even told her in her response email, if I were to come back, it would be more for you than for me. And she said, "It's very important for you to come back." I'm like, "Okay, no. No." So, for for this new therapist to say, "Consistent consent is necessary." I'm like, "Oh, this woman's trauma informed. This woman is trauma informed." And she
