What's going on, folks? Razer MP here, and today we're taking a look at a setup from a company that I've trusted and used for a while now. I'm talking about the G-code rapid response kit, which includes their tactical belt system, which you see right here in front of you, and the Contact Series 30 chest rig, which is what I'm wearing.
This is not just a random unboxing. I've run G-Code Gear personally, and their RTI hanger system is one of my favorite features in any gear platform. But before we get into it though, big thanks as always to my member subscribers and everyone supporting the channel. And just for transparency, I am an affiliate for G-code, but here's the deal. I reached out to them because I already believed in their gear and wanted to support it on my platform. This is gear I actually run and not just talk about.
Let's start with the belt. The core of the rapid response kit is built around G-codes operator belt and it includes two Scorpion soft shelf soft shell rifle mag carriers and two pistol mag carriers all mounted using their R2 P2 clips for a lockedin but fast access setup. You've also got the RTI rotating belt mount on the RTI optimal drop platform for your holster. And here's where I give G-code series credit. The RTI hanger system lets me swap out holsters like this on the fly without needing to reconfigure my whole belt. It's fast. It's solid. When G-code doesn't have the specific holster I'm looking for, I often run over to like QVO uh holster custom fit for that pistol. And because QVO builds their holsters to be RTI compatible, they snap right into my existing gear without any extra hassle. That's versatility that really just truthfully works. And you're also getting the assaulters med pouch, which you see right here on the back, giving you dedicated medical access in a streamlined position. If you want to add more capacity, you can throw on that sink pouch 6x6 and keep everything modular.
All right, real quick. I want to show you how easy it is to put some of this together. I'll walk you through mounting the Scorpion mag carriers to the operator operator belt and how to attach the RTI drop platform from your holster. This part's important because once you dial it in, it stays locked, but it's still easy to adjust if your mission changes.
Okay, I'm going to show you quickly how these clips go on. How easy it is to put them on the actual belt. If you notice the slots right here, you have a slot for each one of these clips to go into. You simply take the clip. This is a P2 clip, as you can see right there. P2. And you just slide it in the slot right there. Seated all the way down. And once it's seated all the way down, you can see the clip on the end here. It has an end piece that goes like this. You would say that's a trident down. Slip it up. Push it and secure it in place. Stays right there. You repeat the process all the way across. The only difference here is when you get to the med pouch, this actually has to be slid on. Now, what I recommend when you do this medical pack is find something long, flat, an old emey board, something long piece of plastic that you can slip between it because on the inside you're going to have Velcro and it's going to get stuck on this hook and loop right here. So, what you want to do is have something in between there so you can slide it on easy. And then when you're in your position where you want it, just slide that.
Adding and removing the holster is extremely easy. As you can see right here, you have a button that locks. You can see the instructions. Always store in locked position. So you can see how that locks the bottom lug right in there. And to open it up, you pinch and push. It opens that right up. So, when you're installing this, it's going to look like this. You see the tri lug right there? Match it up. Place it in place. Push down. Now that it's down, you press the button here on the side. Locks in place. The holster is locked in place. To remove it, you simply pinch the side right here. Push in. Push this up. It is now removed. If you want to replace it with your next holster, you've got the holster like this one. Different lug setup, but you can see it still matches up. Place in, pull down, make sure push down place, and it's locked. Lock it in place. Nice and secure. To remove it, again, pinch, open it up. Boom. Good to go. And that applies to the med pack as well. You can see it's locked in place here to unlock it. Same thing. Pinch. Push up. Boom. Put another holster back there. You can twist this around. Do whatever you need to do. But uh the positions are adjustable on these things. Uh I know I had one on my body armor at an angle so I could carry a holster on my chest when I was driving or in a vehicle. Makes a lot easier for access rather than on my leg. So again, a lot of versatility. G-code offers all kinds of adapters for your specific needs.
And once that's set up, the chest rig is just as easy. Let me show you how to get the contact uh series 30 on, adjust the straps for your body type, and drop in your rifle mags. So for the chest jug, it's basically the same thing. Here, I'll remove these magazines to kind of show you what this looks like. But you see, very slim. You've got the uh elastic cords here with the stop. So this way you can adjust it, tighten it. So if you're using uh 5.56 mags or 762 mags, something a little bit bigger. You're able to adjust these taco sides. They'll stretch open and accommodate whatever magazine you have. Probably about anything from the 5.56, 300 blackout, 762 by 39 or 762 x 51. You're able to accommodate all that in here. Now, putting this together is the same thing as the system itself. You have this pad for comfort. It's a hook and loop, but all you end up doing is running the R1, and you can see where it says R1 right there. The R1 clips, you just weave them into it. And you see at the bottom the same type of clip with the little trident holder here at the bottom. You simply just press that on and push it and lock it into place. Now it's secure. You just put this backing back into place and you're good to go. You have adjustment straps here on the side for the waist. Pull, loosen, whatever you need. Same thing for the top right here. If you have some quick release buckles on the top. But, uh, if you want to put this over your gear, uh, say some body armor, you're able to do that. Or if you're just running really light with just the chest rig by itself, you're able to adjust the straps quickly and fit it to comfort.
This is a minimalist, lowprofile rig that's still capable of holding a solid loadout. It comes with the three Scorpion soft shell rifle mag pouches. And these are designed to work with AR mags, AK mags, and even some 762 x 51 308s. Uh so whether you're switching platforms or just running a hybrid loadout, this rig is ready. It fits close to the body like this, stays tight under movement, and is perfect for low viz or or fast response situations. You can also add the sink suspension pouch 7x4 for extra admin gear, tools, or anything else you want to up front.
Put together, this kit gives you a fully modular loadout, belt, chest rig, mag storage, medical, and flexibility across weapon types. Everything locks in using G-code, static, grip, and RTI tech, giving you realworld usability without sacrificing comfort or speed. I've used this system on the range and during courses, and what stands out most is how intuitive the transitions are between rifle and pistol and how clean the gear stays even under pressure.
