Listen, I used to wake up reacting to life. No systems, no structure, no direction, just running on a default program made for survival. And I was always wondering why I felt behind, why I felt so stuck. I used to be the girl who was always overwhelmed, stuck in cycles, overthinking everything, and repeating the same chaos, hoping for different results. I used to chase people, opportunities, outcomes, hoping that if I just proved more, gave more, did more, maybe I would finally feel in control. But nothing in my life changed until I stopped waiting for clarity and solutions and started running my life like the woman I wanted to become. I built routines and systems that aligned with my future self. I stopped intellectualizing my emotions and expanded my capacity to hold them and feel them. I developed the discipline of a top 1% woman. And I'm not talking about the kind of discipline that makes you get up at 5:00 a.m. and take a cold shower first thing, but energetic discipline. Because the difference between an average woman and a top 1% woman is not luck. It's how we move. I rewired my entire identity from the inside out. And if I can do it, so can you. So, in this video, I'm going to share the seven habits that completely changed my life.

Habit number one is building your personal infrastructure. Your infrastructure is your entire life. It's literally the foundation of how you set up and run your life on a day-to-day basis. I think of running my life as like an operational system. Routines, systems, habits, all that are repeatable. Top 1% women are not winging it. They are not waking up every day deciding between this or between that. What meal to have, what to wear, what to look like, how to do the makeup that day. They don't wait to feel ready or inspired or motivated. They create structure that allows them to operate whether they feel like it or not. Systems need to be airtight. Habits need to be repeatable. And your schedule needs to be intentional. That is how you live that soft life while still making progress in your life. Soft girls are not lazy. They're not just laying around on the couch all day. You can be both. A soft woman who still leads herself because that combo right there is unstoppable.
I know my meals. I know my daily workouts. I know my routines. I know my habits. I know my triggers. I know my workflows. I know my limits. I know everything about myself. Whether it's a good day, a bad day, it's my period. It's that time of the month. Something bad has happened to me. Whatever is happening in my life, I have got a protocol for it. This is when you stop reacting to life and you literally start engineering it.
Everything in your life needs to have a default system, a baseline system, and a system that magnifies both of those things. So your default systems are going to come into place when you're having a bad day. When something tragic has happened, when life is just lifing, when you're in a bad mood, when you're on your period, when you're burnt out, exhausted, you get the point. That is your default schedule, your default system. Then you need to have your baseline system. Your baseline system is a little bit stronger than your default system. Your default system is coming into play when life just lives. Your baseline system is the bare minimum of what you should be doing. And then your magnified system is when you are on top of the world. You are killing it. You're crushing it. You feel energized. You feel motivated. You're on your discipline. Everything is just flowing. This is sort of the flow state system in place.
Those are three non-negotiable systems that you should have in place in your life. And each of those systems branch off into habits, routines, triggers, limits, rest days, and everything else in between. And what you're doing with those three systems is every single routine, habit, meal, etc., is staying the same. The only thing that's changing is the strength of it. So you're either dialing up the strength or you're dialing down the strength based on which system you are in for that period of your life.
You should spend 70% of your time in your flow state system. 20% of your time should be spent at your baseline system, and then 10% is reserved for your default system when things are just not going your way and you need to just literally take a step back and cool off.
So your action step is to build your default schedule, your baseline schedule, and your flow state schedule. And in that you're going to figure out the three meals you are going to rotate through in your flow state, in your default, and your baseline. Like what are you doing to set up your life in every single field and area to make it the easiest and the most streamlined in all three of those zones? And then what you're going to do is you're plugging it into your calendars, your schedules, your planners, and you are going to read that and follow it like a contract.
And this part of your life is going to be exerting your masculine energy because our masculine energy is not going to just go in the background just because now we're embodying our feminine energy 90% of the time. Our feminine energy can only feel safe to come out when it is being held in the container of masculine energy. And most women are looking for that masculine energy container outside of them. And we will get into that point about outsourcing. But you are your own masculine container. Your masculine container is your own masculine energy. You have both and you need both. So, when you're in your feminine energy, you're able to softly live there and feel free and embodied in that because you've set up your masculine container with systems, with processes, with habits, routines, and schedules. So, your masculine container is holding your feminine energy. You are doing it all yourself. And that is how you live a soft life. Even when you are single, you are the CEO, the director, the owner of your systems, you're overseeing everything. And that is how top 1% are living their lives. They are running their lives. They're not letting life run them.
And let me just show you what this looks like for me right now in real life. Because when I say personal infrastructure, I mean everything has a system now. How I train and how I move my body. I used to waste so much time trying to figure out what to do in the gym. Scrolling through workouts, screenshotting every single Instagram one that I saw, saving them, but never actually progressing in the gym because more time was spent trying to find the best workout than actually working out. And if you have not been seeing results, this is probably your problem as well.
What changed everything for me was an app called Ladder. It's a fitness app that gives you real workout plans from an expert coach. Not influencer workouts, not pre-recorded videos, a real plan that changes weekly and actually gets you stronger over time. I personally choose the glute focused strength program because my goals are getting leaner, toner, and now I literally just follow the plan. Every workout is laid out, every rep is structured, and the app tracks your progress as you go. It even tells you how much weight you lifted last time, so you're always improving. It's like having a personal trainer just built into your phone and into your headphones. And to me, that is personal infrastructure at its finest. My results have completely changed since switching to Ladder. And more than that, my mood has just significantly gotten better because of the consistency that Ladder allows me. I'm no longer falling off every couple of weeks and then restarting from scratch all over again. And it is just locked in. And that is what I like to call a repeatable system that just delivers results.
So if you're someone that also wants to work out consistently, you have specific goals you're trying to achieve before the end of the year, download Ladder. There is literally a program for everything from Pilates, strength plants to hybrid. The link to download Ladder will be linked in the description below, or you can just scan the QR code here on the screen. You'll get up to $10 off your first month of Ladder. And the best part is the 7-day trial is completely free and they don't ask for a credit card to get started. So what are you waiting for? And that is how you get far in life. That is how you quantum leap. That is how you change your reality instantly when you start running it rather than letting it run you.
Habit number two is to stop intellectualizing your emotions. This is the default mechanism that we have been taught that is ingrained in us, especially if you're analytical. My brain is wired to deep think, to be analytical, and to critically think. And my birth chart also mirrors this. I'm a Gemini moon. I'm a Sagittarius rising. I am obsessed with thinking. And one thing on my journey I learned is that if you continuously think your way through a feeling, you are not expanding your container to receive the things that you want to receive. If you can't hold your emotions, sit with them, feel them, you are not expanding your container, yourself, your capacity to hold the things that you want. Because when they come into your life, you don't have room to hold it. If you can't hold your emotions, if you can't sit with yourself and let yourself cry without thinking about why you're crying and oh my gosh, I just have to get over this, and you're in that mindset work majority of the time, you are going to continue to stay stuck in your life. Journaling is a very powerful tool, but it is a mental tool. It keeps you in the mind. So, it's a very powerful place to start on your journey of healing and elevating your life. But if you stay there, you stay stuck because eventually you have to drop back into your body. You have to feel and process the feeling instead of just thinking about it and working through it up here. You have to let it flow through you down here.
Top 1% women are feeling without needing to explain, without needing to figure it out and sort it out and understand where it came from and why it's appeared and how you can move through it mentally. Because the secret top 1% women know is that their capacity to feel is directly related to their capacity to receive. Success, money, love, intimacy, your dream life, it all flows through your emotional bandwidth. What you're able to feel on the lower scale of emotions is what you'll be able to feel on the higher scale of emotions. If you are not able to hold the feeling of fear, of guilt, of shame, of sadness, of grief, of longing, of desperation, if you cannot hold those emotions with your body, in your body, and sit with them, you will not be able to hold the contrast of those emotions, the love, the happiness, the joy, the contentment, the success, the flow, because they both hold the same weight. They're energetically neutral. Fear isn't better or worse than love. And love isn't better or worse than fear. They just hold a different energetic resonance that makes you feel a certain type of way. But the weight of them, they're neutral. And if you can't hold fear, you will not be able to hold the love that you want. And the same goes for every other emotion, every other thing that you want.
Most women are thinking their way through something, which is this way. You have to go this way. This is the expansion. This is contraction. When we're expanding, when we're sitting, when we're feeling, we're actually doing this, which is creating more space for the things that we actually want, we're able to grow our container and let things that we actually want in our life to land and have somewhere to go.
So, really ask yourself, can you hold discomfort? Can you hold the discomfort of not being seen? Can you hold the discomfort of being seen? Can you sit with the ache of uncertainty without coming up with the solution, without reaching to fix it? Can you stay soft and compassionate and empathetic through rejection, through delay, through shame? That is what separates you from an average woman and a top 1% woman. Feeling love for somebody, feeling emotions about something without coming up with an action that bridges the gap between your emotion, you, and the thing that you're thinking about and that you're stressing about or whatever it is. That is emotional leadership and that is what separates you.
Habit number three is pattern recognition. A top 1% woman has mastered the ability to recognize patterns and not repeat the chaos. Top 1% women, women that are literally killing it in life, are not getting played twice. They are not allowing that. They will not allow the same situation to continue happening in their life while wanting to escape it. Because this type of woman is not just living through what is happening. They're observing. They're watching. They're seeing, how is this playing out? Why does this keep playing out? Okay, if this is the pattern that I continue to be in, how can I stop it? They're interrupting continuous patterns that they're observing that are creating chaos in their life. This type of woman has zero tolerance for nonsense. That kind of energy doesn't even enter her bubble because she's clocked it and she's leaving. Like that situation will not play out twice in her life. They're connecting dots. They're taking notes and they're tracking energy like data. They're putting it into a spreadsheet and they're checking what is happening in their life. This is you taking inventory of your life consistently. You're not just spending three or four months like in this loop, and then four months later you're like sort of out of this daze and the fog gets lifted and you're like, wait, what the heck, how did I just spend four months of my life in that situation? This type of woman is not doing that. She is observant at all times. She's got systems going back to habit number one in place that is making sure she is auditing her life consistently, every area of it. The patterns that are showing up, things that are continuously happening, she's wondering why they're happening, and then she's course correcting from there.
Now, integrating this with habit number two, this type of woman, whenever something bad happens to her, let's say there's heartbreak, she's lost her job or she's been demoted, whatever is happening in her life, an emotional spiral for her, that's a lesson. It's filed and it's integrated. She's sat with it. She's feeling the pain. She's feeling all the emotions. She's sitting with it, but then she's filing it away and it's done and it's integrated. She's moved through it. She's let the emotion come. She's let herself feel it. She's now let herself process it. And now she's released it. And that is how you continue to move forward in life, even when bad things happen to you. You're not thinking your way through it. And then the emotion is still being stored in your body, creating chronic illness and chronic pain, and then coming out months later in a crazy spiral. You're sitting with yourself. You're not letting yourself get played twice. And if it ends up happening, then you sit with it. You deal with it and then you move forward. There's strict regimes going on in this kind of woman's life.
The difference here from an average woman just letting life run her is not how often this woman falls, but how quickly they adapt. There's a thing in business that they say, and that is fail fast. Fail a thousand times in a week, but get up very quickly. If you fail fast, you get success fast. The longer you sit in it and you wallow and you wonder, why me? This is so unfair. I can't believe that happened. Oh my gosh, my life sucks. And you sit in that for weeks at a time. That tiny little thing is going to consume your life. A top 1% woman does not have time for that. We do not have time to be sitting around wondering why me, why not me? We don't have time for that. You fail fast. You get up quickly. You adapt and you continue going forward. You don't let little things or big things dictate the story of your life. You just keep going with your overarching story and self-concept that is good things always happen to me. The universe is obsessed with making me happy and I am living my dream life every single day.
The longer you allow the same lesson to loop over and over and over in your life, the longer you stay stuck. You are stuck in a loop if the same lesson continues to appear and you're just not clocking it. So start getting your goggles on. Start looking about what is happening in your life. If love isn't working out, sit with yourself and identify the pattern. If money is not coming to you and you continue to not get the jobs that you want, your business isn't booming, sit with yourself and figure out what is a lesson that needs to be learned. Because the same lesson will continue to show up just in different forms. The same lesson in a different person. The same lesson in a different job. The same thing will continue to show up in a different form until you recognize the pattern and break it. If someone shows you inconsistency, that's data. We clock that. If your energy feels depleted or it crashes after a certain routine, adjust the routine. If a boundary or a standard keeps getting unmet or getting crossed, you don't negotiate it. You reinforce it. This is all about recalibrating your energy to fit the version of you that you want to be. You cannot be a new version of yourself while still being in the same energy that is not getting what you want. You don't go cold, you just calibrate.
Habit number four is stopping the outsourcing. A top 1% woman is not outsourcing for energy. She's not outsourcing for attention. She's not seeking outcomes. She's not chasing down anything. She is focused inward. When you are constantly focused outward and your compass is dialed outward, you are like a flimsy piece of paper like this because your strength, your foundation all depends on something outside of you. And that is not the life of a top 1% woman. You have to reorient your compass back to yourself. That's self-sourcing. Your only source of validation, attention, achievement, outcome all comes from yourself. This is a consistent practice, right? We might get feelings for somebody and then they pull away and then we start spiraling. And it's okay. That doesn't mean that you're you've gone step 10 steps backwards and like everything is coming crashing down and all your progress has been lost. No, you just reorient backwards back to yourself, right? So that's the biggest key here as well. It's not about never going outside of yourself or something because we can always and every single person can slip back into that mindset or that feeling at one point, two points, three points in a week, okay? That is not up for judgment. The only thing is how fast you reorient back to yourself. That is the biggest key here. I'm not telling you that you have to be perfect and never seek validation. Okay, we all want to be told that our outfit is cute. Guilty. But do we rely on that? Do we need that to get us out of bed? If you do, that is where you start first. And then the second step is how quickly you can pivot back to yourself when you notice yourself starting to outsource again.
This is energetic leadership. Being in control of where your energy is going at all times. Is it going towards things that are unreliable, that are flimsy, that are outside of you, or are they going toward continuing to nurture yourself and making yourself full? If you're noticing this habit now goes back to number three, which is you are tracking data. You are always checking where your energy is going. How often are you going outside of yourself? How often are you wearing things because you know it's going to get you attention? How often are you looking for that person to text you because it's giving you that high? That crumb is feeling so good. You're feeling hungry. You're feeling thirsty. You post an Instagram picture that you know is a little revealing. How often are you doing those things? Where's your energy going at all times? 'Cuz if you're feeling tired, if you're feeling drained, and you're feeling like life sucks, it's because your energy is not focused on what it needs to be focused on, and that is yourself. Only focus on the things that you can control and the outcomes that you can control. Really speaking, you cannot control any outcome. You can only control the action and the mindset and the work that you're going to do to get to where you want to go. The journey of how you're getting there, the path that might change, that might pivot. It's not set in stone and it's not concrete. You can't control that. The outcome is guaranteed if you continue to show up every single day for yourself. Only focus on the things you can control. So really focus on calibrating yourself back to yourself. The more you do that, the more magnetic you become. The rooms that you walk into will feel it. The people will feel it. You will just become this light source because you are shining that light on yourself first and then others will feel that light and will naturally want to shine light on you.
Habit number five is consistently refining your identity. Top 1% women are not just making vision boards every December or January. Right? They are consistently setting goals and then refining their personality, their identity to fit the goal. So you don't just set a goal in 2025 and then at the end of 2025 you're like, "Huh, did I meet that goal?" No. Throughout the year, monthly, weekly, you need to be refining your identity. You're not just setting goals. You are becoming the woman who can maintain and reach and handle that goal. And that is the secret. If you are not getting the results you want, you do not need to adjust the goal. You need to adjust the identity. Only 20% is strategy. So if things are not showing up, if the results are not showing up or if they're coming and they're inconsistent, it's not the strategy, it's the identity. And that's what needs to be refined. So consistently sit with yourself and ask yourself, am I consistently showing up as the woman who has this thing, who lives this life? Are you still operating from the old timeline, the old frequency, the woman who settles, or not just wanting this thing, not just wanting the dream life, not just wanting the love, the money, the success, but actually being the woman who has it, operating from that timeline, stepping into that new version. Because what tends to happen most of the time is we set these goals. We have these visions and we want these manifestations. That's the easiest part. But the hard part is the next day when you wake up and you don't feel as if you're that woman. What story are you moving through the day with, the old story or the story that you know you have to continue telling yourself, you are not going to look around the next day and see the results. And that's usually when people quit. They set their intention, they set the goal, they make the vision board, and then they wake up the next day and look around for results. They're scanning their reality for the result. And that is not going to happen. So in that moment when the result doesn't pop up the next day, the next day, the next day, the week later, the month later, are you going back into the old timeline or are you staying consistent with what you know is going to be yours? This is the real secret to creating your dream life. It is not about aesthetics and how many Pinterest boards you make of all your goals. It's about identity installation, installing that new identity and letting that become your default program that you run by. Having pattern interruption when you start to default back into the old story and the thing that feels easier to tell yourself, when it feels easy to tell yourself, "Ugh, I'm never going to find love." "Uh, no one good exists for me." "My dream guy is not out there." "I have to be at this dead-end job that I hate." That's very easy to tell yourself. But do you have enough discipline and love for yourself to tell yourself the new story even when it feels hard, even when you're not seeing the results you want? That is when you become the woman who is worthy and capable of the thing that you want. Who you are being every single day drives everything else.
Habit number six is speaking with clean power. What does that mean? It means not performing. You're not watering down your words because that person might not align with you after you say what you feel like you actually want to say. You're not trying to please anybody. You're not trying to prove anything. You're not trying to be somebody that you're not. And your words are your greatest currency to convey to somebody how you feel about yourself and what is really happening inside of you. Your words either land or they don't land. They're either being spoken with conviction because that is truly what you believe and what you stand on every single day in your own life, and now you're just letting other people be known of that, or they're being watered down and they're being molded to fit what you think this person wants to hear. Top 1% women are not doing that. We're saying what we want. We're saying how we feel and we're not worried about how it's being received. We're speaking with grace and compassion and we're speaking softly and our point is getting across, but we're not really worried about performing the point or performing what we want to say to make it fit everybody. Not everybody is going to be your cup of tea. Not everybody's going to like you or love you or want to be around you. But that doesn't mean who you are is wrong and what you believe is wrong. That person is just not aligned. That thing is just not aligned. Never compromise your authenticity just to be liked because you will never live a life that is aligned. When you consistently camouflage to that group of people or that group of people or that situation because all you want to do is fit in and all you want to do is be liked and be heard and to be seen as this person when deep down in your heart like this is not who you want to be. This is not how you really think or how you feel or what your opinion really is, but you're just going to keep it all to yourself. That is living the biggest lie. And when you're living a life that is based on a lie, based on misalignment and not who you actually are, it will actually show up in health issues, there will be signs because misalignment is not something to take lightly. When you are misaligned in your authenticity and how you're showing up in the world, it will come to you through physical issues. Top 1% women speak clearly. They think clearly. They don't need to overexplain. They don't need to justify. Their stream of thoughts is very consistent. It's very aligned and it's just very clear.
Habit number seven is treating your energy like it is your greatest currency because it is. Stop staying in situations in dynamics that are not aligned with what you actually want to experience. The longer you stay in something that is not meeting you where you want to be met, you close off the opportunity for the thing that's actually trying to come in to come in. When you're still in that room, that room cannot be accessed. And let the doors of the room that you actually want to be in open and walk through those doors. That was a great analogy. Stop arguing with your reality. Your energy is not being best utilized when you're arguing with your reality. Changing who you are and changing how you show up every single day changes your reality. So, stop arguing with the external circumstances and start shifting the inner dialogue. Having energy leaks also really reduces your magnetism. All you need to do is have those self-rituals. Have those practices. Keep your energy clean. Keep your field clean. Don't focus on things that drain you. You only need to be focused on things that nourish you. Those energy leaks come from things that do not serve you. That is scrolling on social media, comparing yourself, consistently, putting yourself in environments that don't serve you with people that don't serve you or treat you the way you want to be treated. Eating junk food, not nourishing your body and taking care of it, always going out and partying and staying up till 3:00, 4 in the morning every single weekend. Those things don't serve you. Those are energy leaks. And the biggest energy leak is making yourself feel guilty for protecting yourself, protecting your energy, protecting your field. All you have to do is honor your capacity, know your limits, and adhere to those limits. You don't have to explain yourself to anybody. It goes back to number one.
When you stack all of these habits on top, and you go sit down right now and get all this sorted, you create your default systems, you create your baseline system, you just have the data, you know yourself. You've seriously just sat there and studied everything. You know your limits. You have just built the most thriving ecosystem. Think of your life as your own ecosystem. How is the grass? Is the grass green? Are the flowers budding or is everything dead? Is the grass brown and dry and burnt? Are the flowers dead? Are there any animals in the garden or are they running away from your garden? Your life is your ecosystem. Water it, nourish it, feed it. Make sure it's only being met with the best of the best. The best soil, the best water, the best sunlight. That is your responsibility. And when you take it upon yourself to make that your greatest mission in life, watch your entire life change. I know that because that is exactly what happened to me when I started just knowing myself and knowing my limits and knowing what works for me and when it works for me and when it doesn't work for me and listening to my voice, listening to my feelings, honoring them. That is when your whole life changes. If you're ready for a complete rebrand, make sure you watch this video.
