All right, guys. So, first off, I didn't really intend on making this video, right? Because this is a program right here that has the potential to scale to, you know, a million dollars a month, truthfully. And over the last two and a half months, there's been a lot of stuff that's happened with the trading market, with the crypto market. And this is why, you know, it's only been a period of, you know, two and a half months. But with that being said, this is how I scaled the program to $2.5 million. I mean, this is how I scaled the program to $1 million in the last two and a half months.
Um, I'll show you guys proof here, right here. Crypto program right here. And in the last 2 and 1/2 months, and we only did this with around 3500 to 3,800 leads essentially. So, that means maximizing those leads. Let me do the math right here. That means we were making about $263 per lead and really maximizing it. As you guys know, for a program to make a million dollars, for a program to make a lot of money, a lot of times like you need a lot more leads than that, especially for, you know, a DTC kind of crypto offer, especially for a B2C crypto offer, you're going to need a lot more money. But as everything, I'm going to give you I'm going to be giving you guys the sauce on how we did everything, how we scaled, not holding anything back. Let me put on my watch real quick. I always [ __ ] forget to put this on, right? We we leveled up type [ __ ] Um, but how we scaled everything, how we'll be running it forward. And yeah, boys, you guys are in for a treat. I haven't run up a lot of videos like this um in the, you know, anytime soon, but let's get it, boys. I'm super excited to run this with you guys. And yeah, I'm going to be exposing everything that we did and how we're planning to scale to a million dollars a month.
By the way, if you guys are new to me or my channel or kind of what I do and what I've been doing, um, I've scaled a few programs to multiple six figures a month. I've scaled a couple to seven figures plus per month. I've documented the entire thing through videos. Um, I put some up here. This is kind of what I do. This is what I've been known for. uh notoriously scaling to really big numbers and my whole entire brand is built off of proof and I just want to build free value. My entire goal with this is to build a big private equity company later on and really just scale coaching programs and scale businesses to a million dollars a month and keep doing that through social proof in my business. This that and the third. Let's get to it.
Now, I've made this video many many many times before, right? And this is like not the same offer that we've ran, but I've ran similar mirror boards to this. And I want to show you guys exactly the the systems that we've used to not only scale this um you know to, you know, $300,000 in a single month. Um some of the process we've done so with the other processes we've done so with um a million, you know, $235,000 um since here. And then and then yeah, so I'm going to be going over all of this. So, the exact process that this video has had for us and the exact system that we've used in every single part of this business and in every single offer that we're running up now is long form and huge trust and system selling. Selling systems is the biggest thing you can sell when you're running up coaching programs. The reason for that is simply because when you are selling a system, you are not just selling coaching, you are selling a system to your success. There is a process that I've done with licensing program. A licensing program is where I license all the systems to you where in which I've become successful. This is the same exact process that I've used for all of my coaching programs. And I'm going to show you guys the exact process that we're using to run up similar results for everything. So, I'm going to show you guys a quick overview of the process, a quick overview of what we've done. We scaled this uh program also. We had a couple 50k days and what YouTube videos we did to run those as well. And then I'm going to show you guys some webinar funnels that we did um to maximize cash and we're going to be running it from there.
So, first off, this is the exact process that we run every single time. Every single month for this offer, we've ran it off organic selfbook, paid ads, and cold DMs. Cold DMs have been structured with dialers as well and huge sales process but also a VSSL and a typhoon process. This organic selfbook and paid ads plus a cold DM process. And we move on to the funnel. Now the funnel kind of moved like this. So we had a long form VSSL. The VSSL which I'm going to break down in this video. I'm going to attach a video that I just went over a huge free training with my group. Um, where you're going to see exactly why that video was profitable, why that video did what it did, was the exact step-by-step process we used to scale this to like $700,000. Um, and then on top of that, we also had a low ticket and a free training, a free community, a free W program to scale to another $300,000 plus. And we didn't really touch a low ticket on this. Uh the low ticket also generated another $300,000, but the a million dollars was all from a high ticket that we kind of generated because that's how my offer structure was with this client. Um so basically it went like this. So they answered a VSSL, there was a type form application, the setter called within 5 minutes. If they answer, you know, they were qualified and booked a call. Um if or they were like try and close low ticket and then we would go and take an onboarding call and go and book them on after. And if they don't answer, we'll leave them a message and keep calling every single day until they answer. I'm going to show you guys some close analytics real quick so you guys can see exactly how we do this. You guys can see in that period we've called over 11,000 outbound calls, 189 inbound calls. Doesn't really matter with close. Um all calls, you know, these don't really matter because obviously with this we connect different email platforms and we don't really attach that to close. Um and I don't like the tracking a lot of times in these platforms. But just a little bit o under 2500 leads with these leads. You can see as well that we have only had about 3,600 leads. At one time there was about 4K and still we were able to generate over a million dollars.
So the process goes like this, right? They go and watch the VSSL that looks like this. Once again, I'm going to include that VSSL and breaking down this exact VSSL after and then the actual evergreen process that we use. Then we push to go to close. close is like the CRM platform that we use and then these people go to um you know a book called a close if they go to and if they go to a trust builder which is like a free training which would be something like this um that we've generated um which is a free training exactly for this with another VSSL completely launch for free it's uh the best way to create free trainings is to make it something that used to be a paid program and make it a free training or something like that um then you would do that also people will go to like an email uh segments an email sequence which would be like a booked call sequence if they went and booked a call um essentially and then they would all go to a booked call to close or a welcome sequence and then they would obviously follow the contact follow the process right now I'll talk about scaling past the launch and what that kind of looked like but obviously I'm going to include what this VSSL process looked like this is the exact VSSL process that we've used to scale past over $700,000 in this offer and obviously that also contributed to the other $900,000 plus that we use for the software as well. Um, but obviously there was different processes at play. Like what I'm saying is it it all leveraged the um it all leveraged the VSSL. So this is going to go over the YouTube process, the exact multi-step YouTube process and the VSSL process that we use and breaking down how all that works. After I'll be breaking down the exact Loom video process that we use for Evergreen and yeah, I'm going to run it from there and enjoy the segment and then I'm going to jump back with you boys funnel. Super simple webinar funnel. uh that we ran. So, um this swing trading blueprint that helped me make 67 figures in any market. Super simple webinar funnel. I will show you guys. Basically, we have 450,000 followers on YouTube for this offer. I'll pull this up essentially. Don't want to expose too much uh because of some like NDA purposes, yada yada yada. Uh client right here in the recording. I'm just going to cut some of this out. Um, but this has been the specific VSSL that we've been running for the last um, six to seven months. Now, we've tried different things that all led I'm going to turn on my sound real quick to the specific VSSL funnel. Uh, wrong screen to the specific VSSL funnel and um, I'm going to show you guys how Cam how our client here is actually using the same exact process here to actually that's basically like an evergreen loom approach as well. Um, and then I'm gonna be showing you guys the uh webinar funnel and how we're all using this to try and scale to a million dollars a month.
So, this is the VSSL that we've been running the entire time. It's mass under free training. Um, but I'll show you guys some of this as well. I'll just stop sharing my screen so I can get this point through your guys's head. Traders specifically make a lot of money like running VSSLs. I think I was I was telling you I was telling you Amias this [ __ ] Traders always make a lot of money running VSSLs because their main content is always based on their results. Meaning traders have to literally show proof just to even make content. Like their whole entire concept of success is their content. Not a lot of people have to do that. Like coaches, coaching coaches or like any agency models can basically just make content based on like how to run an agency to a million dollars a month when they've never done it before. how to scale like brands to XXX. Like how I plan to X, how I got this G Wagon and they don't even talk about it, right? Like I was talking about specifically making this work with like an evergreen loom approach and with making a super profitable brand, you need to be able to show proof. So I will show you guys kind of what we did on this brand specifically with trading. Um this is why trading offers are easy to scale. Um just letting you guys know real estate offers are also like this if you guys can show proof. Um but yeah, so we basically ran a funnel um that was basically going over a um basic like kind of a playlist kind of strategy where Eman strategy. So basically what this looks like um is we relied on YouTube and then we always push it to a VSSL. Now before we were actually running a multiple uh kind of YouTube video approach where we were uh basically sending a lot of people to certain YouTube is we would send people to after they watch this we would send people to this YouTube video >> which would obviously get sent to this YouTube video which would eventually funnel >> this YouTube video um and his exact process also um learn to day trade which is like YouTube VSSL >> and then um it would eventually Well, I think I I think I clicked on the wrong video. So, like go down% eventually it will basically um go down to here essentially. And this is like the VSSL. So, multiple long form process if it was just a VSSL because the main thing I'm covering here is like different types of VSSL. If your main mechanism was just a VSSL, and I wish I could show Kevin Pacman's and Kevin's VSSL, but they shut down their offer together. Um, is I would make it like 25 minutes of straight sauce. If you guys want to go look up Regan's VSSL, 25 minutes of straight proof and sauce, and we put in here 13 minutes because it's already backed behind a behind a long form process. So, just letting you guys know that.

So this is a VSSL that would work um 25 minute VSSLs for stage four audiences for cold audiences work. I I would say 25 minutes is even longer. You guys can go 15 to 20 minutes. Um but it's always going to show that in the proof. It's always going to go like this book. Usually one to two minutes even one to three minutes. Always showing major proof and why they should listen to you. Then you're going to go over value, which is going to basically be going over teaching them. And you should teach them in a way that is leverable to you because at the end you're going to actually like flip that around and show you guys how you actually make that process easy. They shut it down because they just parted ways. Now they both run their own info off decent product and then um but they had like a 25minute VSSL of them basically just showing how to set up >> down a little bit further slow. All the trees are official. Send me reviews $50 sale price. $200,000 a month. That's insane. Um >> so their whole VSSL was like value. I made this amount of money with uh Amazon. This is the biggest process. They were showing value up front and their CTA was basically like click the link below if you want to get done. They were showing case studies. >> Go and apply for FB Academy. And if you're still skeptical, let me share some more recent FBA boss stories. Like our friend Chase here, who was a young college student who has a passion for cars and understood really early on that running a business is the only way get to his goal which is one product he recently launched. Um, and by the way, the reason that they did this so you guys don't get confused, just specifically staying on them, is Kevin Cooney and Kevin Pack both have super big brands, but they yap in their content. They're kind of like TJR. So, the reason they made not a two-minute VSSL. So, boom.
Now, you guys see that's the exact VSSL process that I do. I broke it down exactly how we do the long form process. I broke it down how exactly like a educational YouTube video how educational YouTube videos can go to the VSSL can go to a long VSSL and every single time be profitable in these markets. I broke down exactly why these are profitable in each markets. I broke down why trading offers are so successful because they literally build their brand off of straight up [ __ ] proof and I broke down a lot more stuff um and the VSSL. So now I'm going to be going into the closing stuff and exactly how you can do this and how you can replicate this, how you can scale this and remove constraints and how you can actually scale to a million dollars plus in 75 days. Now, okay, now that that is over, I decided to create this as more of a face to camera video. um the last part of the process to really break down why we do that and what it really takes to get offers to a million dollars per month and using processes over a long-term process to get to a million dollar plus per month and exactly breaking down how we do so. So the process that we use with this now that we integrated ads and I'm going to break down the webinar I obviously broke down the webinar funnel and how we did that as well. We're going to do that over a long-term process is long form trust assets that you can use in a sales system overall over every single business that you use. So a long form evergreen loom video, a long form VSSL, a long form process where you're making, you know, six to eight YouTube videos per month, even like five to six YouTube videos per month, completely going over proof like hook value CTA every single video you can run at that proof. And then you can basically include proof in there. If there if it integrates with, you know, current times, current plans in the world, if it integrates with current media, and you can show that you have that proof, you can sell in any market, you can sell in any bull market, bare market, this, that, and the third, whatever info product you're running. So, our whole plan is every single time we post a YouTube video, we make money. Every single time we don't, we don't make money. There's trading programs right now that post five to six YouTube videos a month that are making $1 million plus per month that don't even have a good brand as some of my clients. My clients that don't do so are struggling financially right now. This is the exact process we do every single [ __ ] time.
Now, the process that we do is we run ads, we get that to the profile. We don't really focus on short form a lot and then we run that to the YouTube traffic. We run that to the YouTube funnel which then leads to the VSSL funnel and it leads to our sales team optin sales team free training VSSL sales team. Sales team is always going to be the heaviest thing that you can run. And then you want to have an evergreen Loom video traffic funnel to run that. Once you have that, you want to integrate a webinar. A webinar is like a long group process. You can also run an event. I see an event like a three-day event as a long form webinar. Essentially, you can run a webinar to get to cold traffic and run cold ads to that. You can do a weekly webinar for cold audiences. It's Jeremy Haynes um thing that we do. And then for the webinar, for every objection, you want to send out an email sequence for every single objection that they have. And then after they register, after they book, um if they don't show up for the webinar, you can actually go and serve that on ConvertKit. I will include a video on here if you guys want to see how we exactly set up webinar settings. the 73rd. Actually, I'll make that a separate video this third. But, um, and I'll be dropping some more SOPs on YouTube this third, too. And basically after that as well is we run that webinar and then we run those people to the VSSL. The webinar is going to be 45 minutes to an hour. We show complete proof every single time and we break beliefs. I'm going to give you guys the sauce on running webinars in 2025, 2026 going into there. The sauce on webinars right now is to include yourself in current trends like a bare market, like Trump, like a housing market, this that and the third, anything. And show how you can make the most money in AI. Show how you can make money regardless if it's a bare market, this that and the third. And treat the program like you are getting access to the actual system that helped you get that result like a licensing program. Think of if I'm giving you all my, you know, two and a half years of business advice, the thing that scaled to $1.7 million a month, the thing that scaled my business to eight figures, the thing that scaled yada yada yada yada, and I'm giving you everything without restraint. This is how you want to sell the programs. This is how you want to scale. And we will continue to scale ads to a,000 to 2,000 to 3,000 to $4,000 to $5,000 a day until we get to a million a month.
