Ahmed from Iran, may God bless him, says that the imam of the mosque in our country, after he says the greeting of peace, recites the dhikr, then raises his hands and supplicates, saying, “Do I mean to supplicate with them or what?”
Abu Ahmed, may God bless you and thank you.
Regarding the guidance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, which is transmitted from him in the collections of the Prophetic Sunnah, he was… If he finished the prayer, he would recite the supplications. He would glorify God, magnify God, and sanctify God, the Most High, the Most Great. He would praise, glorify, and magnify God, then he would recite the verses, of course, that were mentioned in this regard.
He would not raise his hands, nor would he abandon what was proven from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, neither by a connected nor an unconnected path, that he would raise his hands after the prayer. His hands did not do it, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
Therefore, the most complete guidance is the guidance of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. The best guidance, the most complete guidance, and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad bin Abdullah.
This, glory be to God, is appropriate, meaning the origin is that the vessel is inside the prayer because you are turning to God. You are turning to God, so the supplication is inside the prayer, and praise comes after the prayer.
