The narcissist can go from one minute they're totally in love with you, and I mean totally in love with you, and the very next minute, almost mids sentence, they hate you, and I mean hate you. This is not a normal kind of hate. This is a scary kind of hate. And it's absolutely real. And you should take it seriously. And I'm going to tell you why.
Because a normal person when we're in an argument, we may be angry with you, but we remember that we loved you or we love you. We remember the goodwill between us that that at one point we had that relationship. So, in other words, we're angry with you. We don't hate you. Not these [ __ ].
What they do is they've got the black and white thinking. That's their defensive mechanism. Once once they switch over to the part that uh they're in defensive mode, [music] you're the enemy and they hate you. And this is not a normal kind of hatred. You can see it. You can see it behind the eyes. It's a sthing loathing. They detest [music] you almost like they want to see harm come to you. It's absolutely real.
Now, [music] here's why you need to pay attention. Because the longer you're with them, it's going to keep getting worse. The reason it keeps getting worse [music] is because when you resolve the the argument, when everybody's calmed down and you think that, okay, we put everything to rest. [music] Not them. They have some sort of compartmentalization where they constantly keep notes of wrongdoings and they bring them up again and again and again when they need them. Like when you're in an argument and they need a defense, a defense, they [music] need to get mad, they need to get angry, they need to hate you, they pull all that stuff back up. It's never resolved. It keeps getting worse and that could really be dangerous.
