There is a truth that has been stolen from the church, and hell depends on you never finding it. I am E. W. Kenyon, and I have spent my life in the courtroom of scripture, building a case the church has refused to hear. And here is the case I bring to you today.
Hell isn't afraid of what you believe in your heart. Hell is afraid of what you say with your lips, because that's what angels respond to. You have been told that faith is a feeling. You have been told that believing is enough. You sit in the pew. You nod your head. You agree with the preacher. You feel something stir in your chest, and you call that faith. But I want to tell you something that will shake the foundation of your Christian life. Heaven is not moved by what stirs in your chest. Heaven is moved by what comes out of your mouth.
Somewhere in a sanctuary this morning, a believer is sitting with sickness in his body, agreeing in his heart that God can heal him, while his mouth says, "I don't know if I'll ever get better. It runs in my family. I just have to live with it." That man has faith in his heart and unbelief on his lips. And I tell you plainly, heaven cannot act on the faith you hide. Heaven acts on the faith you declare. This is not a motivational principle. This is not positive thinking dressed up in religious language. This is spiritual law. Psalm 103:20 says that the angels of God do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word, not the voice of his will in your heart. The voice of his word voiced through you. And if that is true, then your silence is not humility. Your silence is sabotage.
So, before we go any further, I want you to do something. I want you to type a word in the comments. One word that represents what you are believing God for right now. Healing, provision, breakthrough, freedom. Type it as a declaration, not a wish. Because what you write with your fingers today, you will learn to say with your mouth. And that is where this teaching is taking you.
The cross finished the work. Heaven settled the case 2,000 years ago at Calvary. But religion has kept the church begging for a verdict that has already been handed down. You have been taught to ask God for things he has already provided. To plead for what he has already purchased. To beg for a victory that was already won when Jesus said, "It is finished." We have prayed for what we already possess. I have said that for decades, and I will say it again until it settles in your spirit: We have prayed for what we already possess.
Now, listen closely. Because this next part is the hinge on which the whole message turns. There is a difference between possessing something legally and walking in it actually. You can own a deed to a piece of land and never set foot on it. The cross gave you the deed. Healing, victory, authority, dominion over the powers of darkness. These are not things you are trying to obtain. They are things you already legally own through the blood of Jesus Christ. But ownership without enforcement is just paper in a drawer. And the way you enforce a legal document in the courts of heaven is the same way a lawyer enforces a contract in the courts of earth. You speak it. You declare it. You put it on the record.
This is where most believers fail. Not because they lack faith, but because they have never been taught the mechanics of how faith actually operates in the spirit realm. Faith is not a mood. Faith is a force. And like every force, it operates through a delivery system. That delivery system is your mouth.
Now, I want to take you somewhere. Most preachers never take you into the unseen realm, into the operations of angels. Hebrews 1:14 asks a question that the church has never fully answered: "Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?" For them, not merely to them. Angels are not casual observers floating somewhere above your circumstances. They are commissioned servants of the covenant, assigned to act on your behalf. But, and this is the part hell does not want you to understand, they do not act on your behalf of their own initiative. They wait. They are not moved by your need. They are not moved by your emotion. They are not moved by your desperation, no matter how sincere it is. Psalm 91:11 says, "He gives his angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways." Charge means assignment. But an assignment still requires an order. And the order comes from your lips.
I want to be tender with you for a moment. Because I know some of you have been crying out to God for years, wondering why heaven feels silent. I want you to hear me as a father, not as a critic. It is not that God has abandoned you. It is not that your need was too small or your pain was too unimportant for heaven's attention. It is that you have been taught to pray vague, open-ended requests, hoping God will somehow fill in the blanks, when what heaven has been waiting for is your voice lined up with his word, giving the command. You were not created to beg. You were created to declare. And the moment you understand that distinction, prayer stops being a guessing game and becomes a courtroom transaction with a verdict already in your favor.
Let me show you the pattern. Because scripture is not vague here, it is precise. And it is consistent. When Daniel set his heart to understand and humbled himself before God, an angel came to him and said something remarkable, recorded in Daniel chapter 10: "From the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, thy words were heard; and I am come for thy words." Not for your need, not for your tears, for your words. The angel did not say, "I am come because you suffered long enough." He said, "I am come for your words." Heaven keeps a record of what proceeds out of your mouth and it dispatches its forces according to that record.
Picture a commander standing on a battlefield. Soldiers fully armed behind him, weapons drawn, assignments given, ready to move at the first command. They are not lazy. They are not unwilling. They are not unprepared. They are simply waiting for the order. That is the picture of angels in your life right now. Fully armed, fully assigned, fully ready, and utterly motionless until your mouth gives the command that aligns with heaven's word.
This is why the enemy is not first and foremost afraid of your beliefs. He cannot read your heart the way God can. But he can hear your mouth, and so can the angels of God. And so can the demonic forces arrayed against you. Your mouth is the only place where the invisible realm of your heart becomes audible, actionable, and enforceable in the courts of the spirit. That is why Satan's entire strategy against you is not aimed at destroying your faith directly. He cannot touch what is hidden in your spirit. His entire strategy is aimed at silencing or twisting your confession. Because if he can control what comes out of your mouth, he does not need to touch what is in your heart at all. He has already neutralized you.
This is the part the church has never taught you. And it is the part hell prays you will never learn. Angels enforce the spoken word, not the felt belief.
Now, let me take you to a passage you have read a hundred times and never understood the weight of. Proverbs 1:8-10: "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." Not influence, not encouragement, power. The tongue does not merely describe your circumstances; it produces them. When you say, "I always get sick this time of year," you are not reporting a fact. You are issuing an instruction. And the forces of darkness, who are always listening for legal ground, take that instruction as an invitation. When a believer says, "Nothing ever works out for me," angels cannot move on that statement because it is not God's word, but the enemy can. Demonic forces do not need your permission to attack you, but they delight in your agreement because your agreement removes resistance. Every careless, defeated word you speak is a door left open. Every bold, scripture-aligned declaration you speak is a door slammed shut in the enemy's face and a door flung wide open for the angels of the living God. I want you to sit with that, because it changes the way you should listen to yourself for the rest of this video. Your mouth is not just expressing your life; your mouth is constructing it.
Let me say something now that I have said in pulpits and in print for years, because it bears repeating until it becomes the architecture of your thinking: Confession builds the road over which faith carries its mighty cargo. You can have a warehouse full of faith sitting in your spirit, fully loaded, fully ready, but if there is no road, that cargo never arrives. Your confession is the road. Your declaration is the highway. Angels travel that highway. The word of God travels that highway. And if you have not built the road with your mouth, do not be surprised when the cargo of your faith never reaches its destination.
This is sobering. I will not soften it, because the church has been softened into powerlessness for too long. But I will not leave you there, because Kenyon did not write to frighten believers. He wrote to awaken sons and daughters who had forgotten who they were. So, let me speak to you now as a father speaks to a child who has been afraid to claim what already belongs to them. You are not a beggar standing outside the gates of heaven, hoping for scraps of mercy. You are a son. You are a daughter. You have been brought into a covenant sealed not with ink, but with blood, the blood of Jesus Christ, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel, as Hebrews tells us. The prayer of faith is not the begging of an inferior. It is the claiming of the rights of a son.
Read that again: "The claiming of the rights of a son." When you come to the Father, you do not come crawling. You come as an heir who knows the will has already been read. The inheritance has already been signed, sealed, and delivered through the cross. Your confession is simply you walking into the courtroom and saying, "I claim what is legally mine." This is why the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, as Psalm 3:7-2 declares, not visits occasionally, encamps, stays, surrounds. The angelic forces assigned to you are not waiting for you to become worthy. They are waiting for you to become vocal. You were redeemed the moment you believed on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. You were made righteous not by your performance, but by his finished work. And once that legal transaction took place in your spirit, heaven has been waiting not for you to earn anything further, but for you to speak in agreement with what is already true.
Here is where I must turn stern again. Because there is a habit in the modern church that has crippled an entire generation of believers. And I will not pretend it does not exist. We have built a culture of confession built around weakness. Our hymns reinforce it. Our prayers are laced with it. Our testimonies center on it. We have trained people to walk into a room and announce their need before they ever announce their inheritance. "I am just a sinner saved by grace," we say, as though that alone settles the matter. But scripture never instructs the believer to perpetually confess sinfulness. It instructs the believer to confess Christ. Romans 10:9 says that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. The confession that saves you is not designed to stop the moment you walk forward at an altar call. It is designed to continue for the rest of your life, growing, deepening, declaring more and more of who Christ has made you to be. The more you magnify your weakness with your words, the smaller Christ becomes in your daily consciousness. Not because he has changed, but because your perception has shrunk to the size of your confession. And the more you magnify Christ with your words, the smaller every problem becomes in its grip on you. This is not wishful thinking. This is spiritual law, as fixed and as real as gravity.
Picture a man walking into a pitch-black room carrying a lit candle in his hand. The moment he enters, the darkness has no choice but to retreat. Not because the man shouted at the darkness. Not because he negotiated with it. But because light carries inherent authority over darkness, simply by being present and declared. But imagine that same man, candle still burning in his hand, saying over and over, "It's so dark in here. I can't see anything. I'm going to stumble." He has the light. He is holding the light. But his words are working against the very thing he is carrying. He will stumble, not because the light failed him, but because his confession contradicted his possession. That is the picture of so many Christians today. You are carrying the light of the finished work of the cross. And yet your mouth keeps announcing the darkness. Heaven already moved at Calvary. The victory was already accomplished. The healing was already provided. The authority was already given. But you are still standing in the doorway describing the dark while the candle burns in your own hand.
I want to bring you to the blood now. Because this is where the deepest revelation of all rests. Genesis tells us that Abel's blood cried out from the ground after Cain killed him. It cried out for vengeance. But Hebrews 12:24 tells us that we have come to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel. The blood of Jesus is speaking right now. It is speaking before the throne of God on your behalf. Revelation 12:11 tells us they overcame the accuser by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony. Notice, it is not the blood alone. It is the blood and the word of their testimony together. The blood speaks in heaven. Your testimony must speak on earth. The blood made the legal provision. Your confession enforces it in the visible realm. The blood opened the case. Your mouth delivers the verdict into your daily experience. This is the partnership the church has never been taught. Heaven's blood and earth's confession working together in covenant agreement. The blood speaks continually before the Father. But so many believers leave their side of the partnership silent. The blood speaks, but your mouth stays silent. And in that silence, the enforcement stalls. Not because the blood lost its power, but because the partnership was never activated on the human side of the agreement.
So, let me ask you something directly, the way I would ask a son sitting across from me at my own table: What has your mouth been saying about your body? What has your mouth been saying about your finances? What has your mouth been saying about your marriage? Your children? Your future? Because whatever you have been saying, you have been building a road either toward the angels of God moving on your behalf, or away from them.
I know some of you are thinking, "But Brother Kenyon, I don't want to just say things that aren't true. Isn't that dishonest?" And this is where I must correct a deep misunderstanding. You are not being asked to deny the existence of your circumstance. You are being asked to refuse to give your circumstance the final word. There is a difference between acknowledging a symptom and confessing it as your permanent identity. When you say, "I have pain in my body," you are reporting a fact in the natural. But when you say, "By his stripes, I am healed," you are declaring a higher fact in the legal record of heaven. And scripture instructs you to let the higher fact govern the lower one. Romans 4 tells us that Abraham, when he looked at his own body, already as good as dead, did not consider it. He "calleth those things which be not as though they were." That is not denial. That is dominion. Let your confession be ruthless in its alignment with the word of God. If your lips are filled with fear, you will live afraid. If your lips are filled with weakness, you will live weak. But if your lips are filled with righteousness, sonship, and authority, your entire life will begin to rearrange itself around those words. This is not magic. This is not mysticism. This is the spiritual mechanics of a covenant God has set in motion since the beginning of the world. He spoke, "And it was so." You are made in His image. And your words carry creative weight in the realm assigned to you.
Now, I want to bring this to its highest point, because this is where the revelation reaches its climax. And I want you to feel the full weight of it. When Jesus hung on the cross and declared, "It is finished," He was not expressing relief. He was issuing a legal verdict. Tetelestai, paid in full. Debt canceled. Case closed. When Jesus sat down at the right hand of the Father, the work was finished. When you take your place in Him, you rest in that finished work. He is not still bleeding for your healing. He is not still dying for your sin. He sat down because the case was closed. And when you stand up today and speak in agreement with that finished work, you are not asking heaven to do something new. You are enforcing a verdict heaven has already rendered. This is the moment hell fears the most: not when you believe quietly in your heart that the cross worked, but when you stand up, open your mouth, and declare it before principalities and powers who have no legal ground to argue against a verdict already signed in blood. Your declaration is not informational. It is judicial. It puts the enemy on notice. It activates angels who have been standing fully armed, fully assigned, waiting only for your voice to give the command that lines up with the word of God.
Let me give you something practical now. Because revelation that never becomes practice is just information. And information alone has never healed a body or broken a chain. I want to show you what this looks like in the actual rhythm of a day. Because the enemy is counting on you to hear this message, feel moved by it, and then return tomorrow to the same old vocabulary of defeat when you wake up in the morning before your feet hit the floor. Your mouth should already be at work. Not frantic. Not desperate. Settled. Like a son who already knows the outcome of the case. "I am the righteousness of God in Christ. The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. No weapon formed against me shall prosper this day." That is not a ritual. That is a command issued to a battlefield of angels who have been standing at attention, waiting since before you opened your eyes.
When the symptom rises in your body, do not let it preach to you first. Speak before you panic. "By his stripes, I am healed. Jesus bore my sickness and carried my pain in his own body on the tree." When the bank statement frightens you, do not let the number have the last word. Speak over it: "My God shall supply all my need according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus." When fear knocks at the door of your mind at midnight, do not let it in for negotiation. Confess instead: "God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind," every time. The pattern is the same: Circumstance speaks first, and you answer with a higher word. Not as a denial of what you see, but as a declaration of what you legally possess.
I want to be honest with you about something many teachers will not say plainly. This will not feel natural at first. Sense knowledge—what your eyes see, what your body feels, what your bank account reports—will fight for the microphone every single day. That is precisely why confession must be a discipline, not a mood. You do not wait until you feel like declaring the word. You declare the word until your feelings line up underneath it. That is the order God established, and reversing that order is the reason so many sincere believers live defeated lives while holding sincere faith in their hearts.
And here is something tender I want to leave with the believer who feels they have failed at this for years. You are not disqualified because your confession has wavered in the past. Grace does not require a flawless record before it will work with you. Today is a new beginning. The angels assigned to you have not abandoned their post because you went silent for a season. They are still standing, still armed, still ready. The moment you open your mouth in agreement with the word again, the assignment resumes exactly where it left off. There is no probation period with the covenant of grace. There is only the open door of a son who decides today to speak like the heir he already is.
So, here is your actionable truth, and I want you to take this with you long after this video ends. Stop praying as though you are negotiating with a reluctant God. Stop begging for what the cross has already purchased. Start speaking daily, deliberately, out loud if you must, the verdict that heaven has already rendered over your life. Speak it over your body. Speak it over your finances. Speak it over your family. Speak it when you feel strong. And especially speak it when you feel weak. Because that is precisely when the enemy is listening closest to see whether your confession will hold. Say it until you believe it. And then say it some more. Because faith speaks. And faith never stops speaking. Your confession is the mother of your faith. It is the soil in which your faith grows and bears fruit. I have watched believers transformed, not because their circumstances changed first, but because their confession changed first. And the circumstances had no choice but to follow the authority of the spoken word. This is not self-help. This is not motivational speaking dressed up in scripture. This is the word of God in your mouth carrying the same creative authority it carried when it formed the world out of nothing.
I want to close where I began. Because this truth deserves to be heard twice. Hell is not afraid of what you believe in your heart, because hell cannot see your heart. Hell is afraid of what you say with your lips, because that is the language angels are commissioned to enforce. And that is the language demons are forced to respect, whether they want to or not. Your mouth is the courtroom where the verdict of Calvary either gets enforced in your daily life or gets left sitting in a drawer, true but inactive.
So, I leave you with this charge, not as a critic standing over you, but as a father standing beside you. You are a new creation. You are righteous, not because you have earned it, but because He has given it. You are seated with Him in heavenly places, far above all principality and power. The blood has spoken. The verdict has been rendered. Heaven is not waiting on your worthiness. Heaven is waiting on your voice. Open your mouth. Declare what He has already done. Enforce the victory that has already been won. And watch what happens when the words of your lips finally come into agreement with the finished work of the cross.
If this truth has stirred something in your spirit today, I want you to do something before you leave this video. Go down to the comments and write the word "enforcing," not as a slogan, but as a declaration that you are done begging for what already belongs to you, and you are ready to start speaking it into your daily life. Let that word be the first stone in the road your confession is about to build.
