Hello everyone, good day. Good day. Good day. Good day, my dear. Yes.

Let's continue with the 8 today with Ane. First, let's connect with the energy and do some breathing exercises. Everyone, please find a comfortable position for a moment. Everyone, please find a comfortable position for a moment, relax your minds, and gently close your eyes. We will begin the energy connection. As soon as you close your eyes, disconnect from external stimuli for a moment. Whatever has happened before arriving in this section, whatever you have thought, whatever you have said, let's all release it from your minds for a moment. Be joyful and happy for arriving here at this time and place. This place is chosen for me by my higher self. It is a place where I am in harmony with my higher self. It is a place connected to high frequencies. Let's begin to feel and know that we are in a safe circle. We are safe. External disturbances cannot enter. Negative energies cannot enter. All acquired negative energies will naturally dissipate. Let's feel safe in this place for a moment. I am safe. My body, mind, and spirit are safe at this moment. I have no urgent tasks to attend to anywhere. I have no urgent tasks to attend to for anything. My body, mind, and spirit are calm and stable in this place. We are connected to the divine. So, please release your heart and let it be free. Release your body as well. If there are any tense areas in your body, be aware and relax them. Especially if you are frowning, relax it. Relax your shoulders. Let's breathe together. Inhale deeply. Hold it. Exhale slowly. Exhale slowly. Inhale again. Exhale slowly. Inhale for the third time. Exhale slowly. Okay, the energy connection is complete. Please return to the present moment. You can slowly open your eyes. Yes. So, let's begin today's lesson. Can everyone see me? Yes, I can see you. I can see you. I can see you. Yes.

So, today's lesson is titled "Tree of Manifestation." So, today we will begin to do manifestations. We are continuing with the parts of manifesting connected with gratitude. In the first part, we went to the physical. In the second part, we went to the intention. So, today we will go to the intention. Let's briefly recall yesterday's lesson. What did we do in yesterday's lesson? In yesterday's lesson, we learned how to activate a future that has not yet arrived. We analyzed with some points what the gaps are between our present and our future, why we feel like we are daydreaming when we think about the future, and why it doesn't become embodied as something that will truly happen. By closing that gap, our energy reaches a high frequency. We have closed that gap. Now, today, healing joy is entering. If we start doing one thing a day, if we start doing one thing a day, what will happen to our manifestations? We have reached a high frequency. So, at that time, we will connect with a concept today. A manifestation concept. The concept of reciprocity. That means giving and receiving. Today, we will focus on giving. We give. We receive in return. Because this is something we have known since childhood. If we want something, we always have to give something back. If we want something, we always have to give something back. When manifesting, the subconscious mind automatically connects with that concept. If I want something and I am going to manifest it, automatically I think, "If I want this, I have to give something back." But what is that something to give back? What do I have to give back? If we don't connect with what we have to give back in the right way, blocks can occur in our energy. So, blocks can occur in both giving and receiving. For example, for those who are blocked in receiving, we will give unconditionally. If we keep giving unconditionally and are weak in receiving, what happens in our energy? We become blocked. We feel like the things we are working hard for are not coming to us. That happens because we are weak in receiving. So, when we are going to guide others with gratitude, we can sense their giving and receiving levels. Those who are weak in giving and blocked in receiving become stagnant. They find it difficult to move forward. Blocks occur in giving. So, blocks in receiving and giving mean giving too much or not giving enough. Both are the same. So, if there is a block, it means we are doing much more than we want, or we are giving very little. This shows the energy flow. If you feel that you are not getting back what you are putting in, you are blocked. You try hard. You make a lot of effort. You go a lot. You know you are trying hard. But you are not getting back what you are trying hard for. You are blocked. It's like something is holding you back. You know it's good, but you don't want to do it. Sometimes it's like that. You know it would be good to do this, but something stops you. You don't want to listen to what they are saying. If they tell you to do this because it's good, you don't want to do it even more. If this kind of stagnation occurs, you tend to give too much or not give at all. So, we have to examine where we are. Energy is a loop. It means reciprocity. We give. We receive back. We give. We receive back. But this is not about practical actions, but about energy. Energy goes in a loop. We give our energy. Then we receive energy in return. It cannot be measured by effort. When it comes to giving, one of his favorite perspectives is that reciprocity is not about payment. For example, if I want something, I have to give something to get it. Let's connect with this concept. It's not payment. Participation is when you enthusiastically give something back from your side. That is called reciprocity. Reciprocity is not about giving unwillingly. If I want this, I have to work hard, or do something. If you give with a lack of desire, with a lack of interest, it will never come back. Remember, if you don't have interest, it won't come back. Even if you study because you have to pass the exam, if you don't have interest in studying, if you feel very stressed, very upset, very anxious, very distressed while studying, then the energy will not reciprocate. You can see it like this. When it's not programmed, you feel very tired and distressed while studying. This is something that really happened when we were young. As we grow up, it happens in the same way with love and money. Money is also like that. We know we need money, so we have to earn it. So, we earn money with the idea that we have to earn it with our labor. We are not happy while earning money. We are happy when we get money. But while earning money, we are very unhappy. Because the energy is not reciprocating, we don't get back what we put in. Think of it like this. Participation is when you do something enthusiastically and joyfully, then it will come back to you. You have to be happy while doing this work. If we look at students, they should be happy studying. If they are happy studying, their energy will be very good. The flow will be very good. Because they are happy, they will receive supporting things that make them happy. Money will also come to us more because we are happy earning it. Think of it like this. So, if we want to change people's mindset, we have to break the idea of "I have to give something to get something." We have lived our whole lives with that condition. Only by removing that condition can we begin to create our energy flow. So, here is an example. If you overgive, manifestation is blocked. If you give more, you will get more. If you give more, you will get more. Overgiving also blocks manifestation. This is something that happens most often, so I am including it. Most people want to give more than they have. They give more than they have. Because they give more, they don't realize that it blocks them, that their energy is not reciprocating. So, they are blocked. They always feel like something is holding them back. Clients who are overgiving often focus on their overgiving. They often tell me, "I have done so many good things. I have given so much to others." In their minds, because they have given so much, they should receive so much back. They see that they are giving and giving, so they will get back. But when they realize they are overgiving, they don't see that their energy is not reciprocating. They don't see it. So, the flow of energy is not good. That's why they feel incomplete in their lives, like something is stuck. So, we often ask the Universe, "What do I need to give to get what I want?" "What do I need to do?" This is not about paying off a debt. It's about energy alignment. This is written in a lecture. It's not about paying off a debt. It's about energy alignment. Energy always needs to be in motion. Not labor. Not doing things unwillingly. Not doing things with distress. What is it? We give joyfully. We give energy joyfully to receive that thing. And we receive the energy that comes back. This is the concept. We have touched upon this today. When we talk about manifestation, I have read many manifestation theories. I have also practiced them. Many, many. But in the end, if we extract the best, the formula for a complete manifestation is energy plus perception plus aligned action. That makes people's manifestations complete. There are also many formulas like desires, beliefs, courage. This is a concept that has been accepted. For manifestation to be complete, first, there must be energy in and energy out. This is what we talked about with reciprocity. Energy in and energy out. Energy doesn't just stay in one place. There is giving. There is receiving. There is giving. There is receiving. Energy should not be stagnant. It should be alive. Then its manifestation can begin to take shape. The next is perception, which means how we see things. Whether problems or good things come, our perception should be from a higher perspective. If we think the same way as usual when manifestation is complete, sometimes it gets blocked. We think normally. We don't think much about how it will be for them, how it will be for us. What is this teaching us? There are no higher perspectives. This person is attacking me. This person is making me anxious. This situation is causing me distress. That's all we see. So, if this perception does not reach a higher level, it will cause difficulties in our manifestations. The last is aligned action. We don't need to say much about this. If we do nothing but take action, manifestation cannot be complete. So, what are these actions? The things that close that gap we talked about yesterday are aligned actions. We don't need to do anything grand. Respecting ourselves, having discipline, creating stability, all of these are aligned actions. So, we are going to introduce a manifestation formula. If someone asks how to do it, we will connect with this concept. If we want to explain it clearly, we can add desires, courage, beliefs, and explain it with our perspective. In reality, what is needed for a manifestation to work behind the scenes? There must be energy flow. We don't get more by giving more. We don't get more by receiving less. We don't get everything if we want everything. We need to have what was shown before. Then, we need to be able to see from a higher perspective. It must be higher than our previous thoughts. Then, we need to take aligned actions every day that can close the gap. Then their manifestations will be complete. So, what do I need to do to create an energy flow? These four things. This is a summary of previous lessons. We need to have clear intentions. We need to know what our intentions are. Our energy needs to be consistent. When it comes to energy, it's not like "I'll just do it because I want to." It means we need to be constantly aware. We need to think positively. We need to be positive. It's not about being positive, but about being aware. This awareness connects with previous lessons. We need to be able to adjust. If we are not aware, we cannot do it. When we are very angry, the shadow of anger is present, so we can change the gift. But when we are very angry and exhausted, we cannot change it. The energy is depleted. If we are aware of that energy at the moment it is happening, we need to adjust immediately. If we are very angry and exhausted, and then try to do it, it won't work. We need to be aware of that feeling at the moment we are feeling it and be able to adjust. This is called consistent energy. Responsive action. We have said this many times. It means knowing our responsibility. It means taking responsibility. Finally, it is gratitude. So, what do I need to do to start giving energy? We need to know our intentions. We need to be constantly aware of our energy. We need to take responsibility and connect with gratitude. So, let's start by examining ourselves. What kind of person do I consider myself to be? Am I overgiving? Or am I unwilling to give what I have? Am I trying to give more than I have? Or am I weak in receiving? If someone gives me something, I always feel ashamed and never accept it. Do I have blocks in receiving because I feel I don't deserve it? Or do I just want to take? I just want to take. All the attention from my loved ones, my friends, the love from my friends, I want it all. I give to others. I don't like giving to others. That is also a block in receiving. So, where am I stuck? By examining this, we can adjust what is not working. So, today, we will connect with Chapter 7. This is for manifestation. For doing it. So, when someone says they want something, we need to guide them on how to get it. How can they do it? Through us. We will guide them back. So, to guide them, we need to know where their energy reciprocity is. Where does the energy flow need to be? To put it simply, if you want this, you have to give this. We tell them that. If you want this, you have to give this. But this is based on energy. We are talking about energy, not labor. If you want this, you have to do this. We need to keep this in mind. To make it easier to see, I have given you 7 points. So, here, receiving and giving are given. Receiving means wanting these things. Wanting these energies. Then, what do they have to give is written. So, it becomes easier for us to connect. This is something to memorize. It doesn't mean you have to memorize it. You can guide them as it comes to your mind. This table is presented to make it easier and clearer. People's desires are always within these 7 points. These are human desires. So, if you want something, it can always be connected to one of these. "I want a lover who loves me very much." That's it. "I want to be successful in my work." That's it. "I want to get married." That's it. "I want to settle in another country. I don't feel safe living in this country." That's root. Because protection is part of root. So, whatever desire it is, whether it is a tangible desire or an energetic desire, it is always within these 7 bounds. "I want people to respect my words." That's it. "I want to be smarter. I want to understand spiritual matters more." That's crown. So, whatever it is, it's within this. So, when looking at energy flow, we can always connect from the chakras. This is called a framework. A framework is something that can be used to examine a person by setting it as a standard. So, this is also presenting the 7 frameworks. Okay, let's start with root. What do people want as receiving in root? They want support. They want support. They want stability. They want protection. If we look at tangible desires, a healthy body is support. The body supports whatever we want to do. A healthy body is a desire. Wanting a house, wanting a car, all of these represent stability and protection. By continuously practicing gratitude, we often say that people don't want desires directly. They want the feeling that desires bring. I read this in a book before, but I didn't understand it. I only understood it later when I experienced it myself. People never want desires directly. When a desire arises, the feeling that comes with it is also desired. So, in root, there can be many tangible desires, but in reality, what they want are energies. They want support. They want feelings of stability and security. They want to feel protected. They want to feel safe in their lives. So, what do they have to give back in return for this energy? Trust in life. Having faith in life. So, if you have faith in life, what do you have to give back? You have to show your resilience. You have to show your resilience to the universe. Actually, you are showing it to yourself. This is how energy works. If you can show that you have this, you will get what you want. It's an energy exchange. If you have faith in life, and then you have grounded action. Not acting frantically and doing this and that, but having the groundedness to walk the path you are on. When you show that, the energy exchange in root begins. The return energy will come. It doesn't seem related, but if someone wants a house, we need to tell them to show resilience and take grounded action. If not, wanting a house and writing it on paper won't work. It won't be completed. You won't get it. It will just stay that way. So, we will examine their energy. If they want to increase their possessions, but they don't have the energy to increase those possessions, they have no faith in life, no resilience, then we have to focus on that first. This is how it works. Let's move on to sacral. What do we want in sacral? We want pleasures. Sacral likes pleasures. When it sees them, it likes pleasant things. It likes to hear pleasant things. Sacral likes pleasure. So, the pleasures and comforts we want in our lives are what sacral wants. Creative means being able to create. Being able to do things we want to create. Being able to do things we are passionate about. That is what we want to receive. Next, relationships. We want genuine relationships with people. That's what sacral wants. So, if we want these things, what do we have to give back in energy? Authentic emotions. Are you willing to show your true emotions? If you are not willing to show your true emotions, it will be difficult to receive pleasures. It will be difficult to have genuine relationships. There is no energy exchange. Next, expression. It means expressing yourself. Not hiding yourself. Not lying. "My emotions are like this. I am this kind of person." You can express it. Next is self-love. If you can love yourself, you can receive pleasant things. Someone who doesn't love themselves will never give them pleasant things. That's how energy works. You blame yourself. "Why don't I ever feel pleasure, comfort, and ease?" It's because you are not giving yourself self-love. You are not giving that energy. So, what happens? It's like buying an expensive shirt, and then when you get home, you blame yourself. "It's a good shirt. The fabric is good. It's very comfortable to wear." So, you buy it. But when you get home, you worry about the money spent. You don't like the shirt anymore. That's when reciprocity doesn't happen. It's not aligned. It's not aligned. What we give and what we receive are not aligned. This is the main problem within us. Next, solar plexus. What do we want in solar plexus? We want recognition from people. We want people to know us and applaud us. That's what solar plexus wants. Success. Respect. We want respect from people. Tangible desires are career advancement, success in our work, and earning money. These are expressions of those feelings. So, if we want these things, we have to give back. We have to give practical actions. We have to produce something. We can't just sit there. So, what is good about this framework? It helps us know whether to be still or to act. There are times when we should be still. When giving advice, we have to take responsibility. Based on my advice, if someone wants a lover, they don't need to take many actions at that time. Because it's sacral, we need to understand their emotions more. Instead of taking actions to get people's attention, we need to focus on self-love. So, it's a time to be still. But if someone says they want to succeed in business, what should we tell them to do? They need to take action. If they can't start this business right away, they can learn a skill, connect with a community, and take actions that make them move. Then their energy reciprocity will benefit them. Next is leadership. We need to be able to lead. For those who want success and come to us, training them in leadership is very beneficial. Then their desires will be completely fulfilled. These are things that have actually happened. When I meet clients, if they want great success, I ask them to lead. Try to lead yourself. Or be a leader for your family. How can you be a leader for your family? How can you have a leader's mindset? When we connect them with that energy, they achieve great success. That's how energy works. Next, we need to be able to make decisions decisively. These are energies related to solar plexus. For those who want to connect with solar plexus, it is more beneficial for them if we don't make decisions for them. This also includes the chakras. When people come to me wanting to connect with solar plexus and ask me to look at it, I don't just give it to them. I analyze their energy. I see if their desire is within the 7 frameworks. If it's in the solar plexus, then for their program to be successful, I tell them to make a decision. They are not someone who should follow decisions. If they follow decisions, it's good for me, but for them, it's considered. So, when I tell them to make the decision themselves, it is beneficial for them. Or I might present two options. It's not always possible to say. If they come wanting to know how to make decisions, I give them options. There are two here. Which one resonates more with them? I ask them that. This also greatly helps their manifestations. Next, let's look at the heart. What do we want in the heart? Love. Like root, we want support. But the support in the heart is what we can give to others. It's about supporting ourselves. The support in the heart is wanting support from others. Help, support, connections, guidance. That's what our heart wants. So, if the heart wants these things, what do we have to give back? Compassion and appreciation. These are virtues and recognitions. These are qualities that represent the heart. We need to give these back. But some people are very good. They have a lot of virtue. When they have more appreciation and gratitude, more people who will help them, more people who love them will come. That's also a form of energy reciprocity. When our mind becomes like this, no matter where we are, people who will help us are ready. But if there was a slight block before, the efforts may not have paid off yet. Energy works on its own. It works with its respective parts. When we reach the heart, helpers will appear. But to get the success and money that we deserve, we need to change what needs to be changed in our energy. Next, let's move on to the throat. What do we want? We want people to listen to our voice. To hear what we say. To acknowledge us. It's the same as being recognized. To hear our words. Next, mission purpose. To know the meaning of our life. We want to know that meaning. These are areas they need to explore. So, if they want to know these things, they have to give back. What do they have to give back? Truth. Clarity. Clear vision. For example, knowing our own hearing, knowing our path. Clarity. Honesty. Speaking truthfully. Next, devotion. It's the ability to do something with heart and soul. Having the strength to do something with heart and soul. Doing what we are passionate about with joy. So, if we can give these, what will we get? Energy will reciprocate. So, many people come wanting to know their life purpose. But honestly, I think no one can tell another person their mission in detail. The outer layer can be shown by what is happening to them, what talents they have, what is beneficial to them. But their mission is something only they can hear. Only they know their mission, the meaning of their life, the meaning of their rebirth. So, instead of helping them find that, I guide them to reciprocate their energy. What are their truths? I can guide them to see them. What were their honest moments? For example, if we connect with gratitude today, let's think about the times we were honest in our lives and feel grateful. Let's think about the times we stood for truth and feel grateful. Let's think about the times we did things with heart and soul, joyfully, whether it was our own business or someone else's, not because we had to, but because we did it with joy and effort, and feel grateful. Let's think about the times we stood for truth and feel grateful. Let's think about the times we did things with heart and soul, joyfully, whether it was our own business or someone else's, not because we had to, but because we did it with joy and effort, and feel grateful. Then their energy will start to give. And gradually, they will start to know their mission themselves. They won't know it from others. So, many people who feel lost in their mission are not seeing the truth. They are not honest with themselves. They cannot accept the truth. They cannot do what they need to do with joy. They have never done anything with heart and soul. Those who have never worked intensely and persistently often discover their mission. So, sometimes, teachers ask them to take vows. "Even if I die, let me die. I will do this with full devotion." When they do this, they discover something. That's because their energy is reciprocating. They understand something. They realize something. They see something through this vow. So, from an energy perspective, they receive in return because they give. Next, let's move on to the third chakra. What do we want in the third chakra? Inside. Let's say it's truth. The wisdom to understand what is what. Next, guidance. Knowing what to do. Guidance given from within, or guidance given by teachers from outside. That's what we want in the third chakra. So, if we want that, what do we have to give back? We need intention. We need dedication. Dedication is not much different from devotion. Taking vows and doing something wholeheartedly is dedication. Next, we need vision. We need to be able to see from new perspectives. If we can do these things, we will receive guidance in return. So, for many people walking the spiritual path, this may happen. So, for me, what do I need to do? There were times when I wanted someone to guide me very much. Because I didn't know myself well. I thought I was doing good things, but I really wanted guidance from someone who truly knew. But when I searched, I couldn't connect with anyone. I mean real people. Real teachers. Even when I searched among the real teachers around me, I couldn't connect. I couldn't get guidance from them. So, I was searching for these things so much. I thought, "What if I give something in return?" So, what did I change? I focused on intention and dedication. Okay, I will take this vow. When this vow is completed, I will meet a teacher who can guide me on what to do next in my life. I believed that. Then, with full dedication and intention, I met people who helped me. I learned what to do next, what vows to take. These are also necessary in life. We learn from teachers. So, when these things came together, my manifestation was complete. It was a matter of reciprocating energy. Next, let's move on to the crown chakra. What do we want in the crown chakra? Divine timing and wisdom. It says divine timing and wisdom. If you think, "My time has come. I want my time to come." That's what the crown wants. I want my time to come. I want to receive wisdom. I want to increase my thinking. These are the desires of the crown. So, okay. What do we have to give back? The crown is very mysterious. What is the crown's giving? It says trust in the unseen. If we can do that, our timing will come. It says our timing will come. So, what does it mean to trust in the unseen? It's similar to the word surrender. Surrender means trusting in the unseen. Because we have tried hard, we believe that the energy will work behind the scenes, even if we can't see it. So, trusting even when we can't see it is surrendering. So, when we can surrender fully in the crown, the timing we want will come, and what we want will come to us. So, this framework is very beneficial for us. When someone says they want something, we can look at this table. Connect their desire and feeling with the table. They might not say, "I want to feel safe." Those who understand spirituality might say that. Those who don't will say it normally. "I want a promotion. I want to get along with my lover. I want to send my child abroad." They will say that. So, when they say that, we need to connect with the feeling they want. Behind their desire, what is the feeling they want? What are the energies they want? Do they want to feel security? Or do they want to feel pleasure? Do they want to feel success? We need to know that. Most answers come from root. Those who reach the eye chakra are usually people who understand themselves well. So, once we know that, we can give advice. Here, we can connect with gratitude and give advice. We can extract gratitude points from each word. "Give gratitude for my emotions." "Give gratitude for the love I have for myself." "Think back to the times I led others well and give gratitude." Each word can be a heading for gratitude. "Give gratitude for the times I was honest." "Give gratitude for the times I was honest." "Give gratitude for the times I did things with heart and soul, joyfully." Whether it was my business or someone else's, not because I had to, but because I did it with joy and effort. Think back and give gratitude. So, their energy will start to give. And gradually, they will start to know their mission themselves. They won't know it from others. So, many people who feel lost in their mission are not seeing the truth. They are not honest with themselves. They cannot accept the truth. They cannot do what they need to do with joy. They have never done anything with heart and soul. "Give gratitude for the times I was honest." "Give gratitude for the times I was honest." "Give gratitude for the times I did things with heart and soul, joyfully." Whether it was my business or someone else's, not because I had to, but because I did it with joy and effort, and feel grateful. Think back and give gratitude. Let's think back and give gratitude. So, their energy will start to give. And gradually, they will start to know their mission themselves. They won't know it from others. So, many people who feel lost in their mission are not seeing the truth. They are not honest with themselves. They cannot accept the truth. They cannot do what they need to do with joy. "Give gratitude for the times I was honest." "Give gratitude for the times I did things with heart and soul, joyfully." Whether it was my business or someone else's, not because I had to, but because I did it with joy and effort, and feel grateful. Think back and give gratitude. Let's think back and give gratitude. "Give gratitude for my emotions." So, when they say that, we need to connect with the feeling they want.
