Luke Belmar Reveals the Truth About Everything

Every single one of us has been programmed to lose. They taught us that you had to work a job, get the 9 to 5, get the white picket fence, get the university degree. And today, they are against us and they are going after your mind. They can get your mind. They can get your soul. They can get your attention. They can get your energy. They can get into your [ __ ] family.

And I was just playing Call of Duty when Warzone rolled out, and those orders were just filling $10,000 order blocks of ETH at 95 bucks, 100 bucks, just filling, filling, filling. Every $10,000 became $400,000.

The internet democratized opportunity. It doesn't care about skin color, race, religion. It does not care. If you provide value, you get paid in proportion to the value you provide.

People stick to something for two weeks and then they say it's a scam because they quit. No, you're a scam. You scammed yourself out of all the potential opportunity and upside because you didn't believe.

If God takes care of the plants and the birds and the trees, he's going to take care of you as long as you're part of natural order.

I've sat with kings. I've sat with queens, princes, and they tell you >> that's crazy. Crypto and the Trump administration have kind of married into one, and the next three years, I think in crypto, four years are going to just be [Music] over the next 60 minutes, Luke Belmar and I are going to teach you how to make more money looking at two people just like us who came from foreign backgrounds, uh, didn't come from any sort of uh money or anything like that, and looking at the come-up of, you know, Luke doing multiple eight figures of bankroll net in the bank. Uh, me doing the same exact thing with my agency and a few other businesses. And today, we're not only going to break it all down, but I'm going to show you the behind the scenes of who Luke Belmar actually is. You know, everyone has this mysterious outlook of him online, of how he came up, did his parents have money, all this other stuff. And I'm going to squash all that because coming from Atlanta, Georgia, I actually got to see Luke uh before he was what you guys see him today as. And uh, I think it's a lot more tangible when you're able to touch that stuff. But the net result of today is when you finish this podcast, you should be able to go and make way more money in your life just based on the stuff that we're going to tell you guys today. >> Thank you for having me. Thanks for the intro. >> It's an honor to have you in this office, man. >> I think when we did the first Capital Club IRL event, it was a group of like 40 people in Miami, and it was you. You were there, and you were one of the most OG people in the room. It was a lot of the younger come-up people now, people that you see established. But I've seen you scale, build your ops, build your operations in real life, restaurants, digital businesses, absolutely crushing it. And I think it's a testament to the fact that the American dream is still alive, but not in the way that they taught us. They taught us that you had to work a job, get the 9 to 5, get the white picket fence, get the university degree. And we, even though we did some of these things, realized that the internet was this digital gold rush kind of thing that if we capitalized on it, even if we come from Lebanon, Argentina, third world countries, we could still make it. And we're testaments because each of us took different lanes, but we kind of saw each other's come-up in each other's growth. And I think the best is yet to come. So over the next 60 minutes, let's teach people how to make some money. >> Oh, yeah. Not even close. And bro, mutual respect back to you. Like, I've, I know a lot of people that make a lot of money. I've never seen someone be able to control the flow of money as easily as you can. Like, I'm not going to share things on this podcast because a lot of it's private, but like seeing you snap your fingers and make deals happen that just generate insane amounts of money that other people can't even comprehend generating in their life is a skill set that like barely anyone has in this world. And you have that.

I think I think when you see our stories online and you see people that come from nothing and actually able to become multi-millionaires, provide for their family, um, build build family dynasty, not just taking care of your wife or your kids, but your parents and your relatives and your siblings, it becomes epic. I think it all comes down to belief. When I got started making money, I always believed that I was destined for something bigger. I didn't know what it was. It was always kind of like, you don't know what the future looks like in the video game. You kind of unlock levels as you become a better player, but you trust that you're going to become a better player, that you can always kind of persevere the next day and the next day and the next day. And what people see today is just a cumulative effort of 10, 12, 13 years of effort that come and stem all the way back from pressure washing basketball courts, cleaning toilets, flipping wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. Anything that I could do to make a living. And now we're in Atlanta. For a time, I lived in Atlanta and I told you, dude, we were going to all these restaurants selling door-to-door ManyChat bots when ManyChat was the new thing. Like that's what we were trying to do before e-com took off. And you're like, dude, we used to do the same thing. It was service-based business. Caveat, first point. If you want to make your first buck online, provide service, right? Something of value, and people will pay you in return. Sweat equity, get in return cash, dollars. Everybody has time, energy, and attention. You input that into something that somebody needs. Whether it's cleaning toilets, cleaning gutters, cleaning fryers, doesn't matter. You can make a dollar. Save up enough money, you can roll it over into something a little bit riskier. But when I got started pressure washing basketball courts, cleaning toilets, I always knew that there would be opportunity. You just had to show up. And I just happened to show up more than other people. I'm not special. I'm not more talented. I just don't give up. Deals sometimes take me eight months to close, but I'm there. I'm going to be persevering. I'm going to stick to it. People stick to something for two weeks and then they say it's a scam because they quit. No, you're a scam. You scammed yourself out of all the potential opportunities and upside because you didn't believe. So if you believe and you input the right amount of energy and effort, anybody can replicate the life that we have.

So, if someone doesn't have any uh money and all they have is time, right? What we're both agreeing on here is find a skill, go sell that as a service to businesses, just like you and I were doing. We were knocking on literally, we were knocking on doors, cold calling people, trying to sell them a like at the time, chat automations to restaurants and [ __ ] like that, right? I was doing it to restaurants, car washes. You're doing it mainly to restaurants. Ironically, for everyone listening, like last night we ate at this restaurant that >> Korean barbecue and like, "Bro, I used to walk into this place and try to pitch them on my ManyChat bot so my menu would go into an automation so they could get get a coupon code and get a discount for the restaurant." I was like, "That was the come-up." >> Which is crazy, right? Like people look at you now and they think, how could anyone ever, you know, how could someone like Luke go and be asking for someone else's business, let alone like knocking door to door. >> The the the assumption is one that everybody operates the way that we operate and that others think the way that we think. And when I remove that fallacy from my framework of thinking, I realize that other people are willing and able to do insane things to gain insane results. And one of them is usually you see it on the internet is assuming that others have luck or that they have a special card or a special attribute that you don't. Oh, this person comes from a rich family. Oh, this person is this specific color, or this person is came from this specific demographic, or they had these cards given to them when when they were growing up. The internet doesn't care about any of those things. The internet democratized opportunity. It doesn't care about skin color, race, religion. It does not care. If you provide value, you get paid in in proportion to the value you provide. And I think that that's the beauty that the internet has given us is there's no more lying. The opportunity is clear for everybody. Even if you're in a third world country, dude, you have access to AI. ChatGPT has made it so easy for you to be able to provide services, copywriting, email marketing, these things that you guys probably using in your agency to enhance your customers' experiences tenfold. I think it's super necessary and I think people are not utilizing the tools at their disposal and it's easier to say, "I'm not at fault, right? I'm not to blame. The circumstances around me have dictated my life," versus saying, "I am responsible for the outcome." I heard this quote once and it says, rich and successful people, they are different. And the reason they're different is because they're willing to do the things that unsuccessful people are not willing to do. It's very simple. The equation is very simple. Imitate the people that have achieved the things that you want to imitate. I would sit with restaurant owners. I would sit with entrepreneurs. I would ask them for advice and I would mimic these things and tweak them as I saw fit. And I think that's why you need mentors. That's why you need peers. That's why you need community. And you notice those people kind of leveling up at the same time as you. When I observe the internet and I look at people's comments, the cope, right? No pun intended for those people listening in the future. The cope is that this person comes from opportunity. This person comes from luck. What I would like to argue and debate is that luck is created and luck is created by repetition and it's created by your numbers. Right? We usually quantify luck as a probability that is very rare. Right? It's, you got lucky with the lottery. No, you just happen to be within the probability ratio of that of that success. So, it's not that luck exists or doesn't exist. Is that we can increase our luck and our probability of success by repetition, by the hours that we input. And to go back to your your question is, okay, somebody wants to make money. How? Well, you can't make money if you suck. So, the first thing you need to do is develop a service-based business or a skill that you can get paid for. If you suck, if you have no skills, turn off the podcast right now. The rest isn't for you. We need to work on your skill set. But if you have some sort of skill that can provide value to the marketplace and you input enough repetition in hours, you will succeed. It's inevitable.

Yeah. I mean, at the end of the day, like you said, I think "cope" is a great word. It's easier for everyone to blame the circumstances and themselves at the end of the day. This is probably the biggest problem in all humans across the board, right? Like if someone's fat, they're not going to sit here and blame the gym or their nutrition. They're going to say, "My metabolism sucks." You know what I mean? Like, I mean, I did that [ __ ] for a long time. Oh [ __ ] dude. Genetically my family's fat. Like our metabolism sucks. It does, don't get me wrong, >> but like I can control those circumstances by just working harder than the next person does, right? And it's the same in every asset. And so like even these people that are overseas, it's pretty cool. This summer, we had an event in Lebanon. We had like 4,000 people show up. And dude, there are kids in Lebanon who three years ago were coming to these events with us, these meetups. Kind of like, I mean, a big inspiration as part of this is you, right? I attended that Capital Club event in Miami with you the first time, and it was like, kind of like one of my first exposures to like young money. Like I used to go to all these events and stuff, and it's it's kind of hard sometimes to quantify the possibility of you making a lot of money when you're young, when everyone in the room's 50. It's like, yeah, [ __ ] of course they're 50. >> Have to wait 20 years in order to >> Exactly. Right. But sitting on that boat, seeing like a 17-year-old kid doing 2 million a month. I'm like, yo, I'm stupid. You know what I mean? This kid's five years younger than me, just running circles around me financially at this point. And so it kind of opens up your mind. And uh, it's cool because then I started throwing these events in Lebanon, meetups very similar like that. I used to do them for free. Hey, I just want to help people. It went from 50 people to 100 to 500 people to 4,000 people. >> Next time probably 15,000 people if we wanted to. I mean, we sold out 4,000 in 10 days. >> I say all this to say, like, there are people who were there three years ago making one, two, $3,000 a month in Lebanon, which is still a lot in Lebanon. This month, they're pulling in 100, 150k a month. >> It's real. I believe it. >> And it's real money, and like no one in Lebanon can even fathom it. But that is the level of access and uh, democratization that the internet's created. Just like you said, like the democratization is like such a perfect word for that, bro. Because like it levels the playing field, yet people still find a way to give themselves the excuse as to why they aren't making it. And I think it's it boils down to the same reason when you're in a relationship and there's no reason to have a bad attitude, but you keep up the act of having a bad attitude because you don't want to be wrong in that scenario. You have to in order to make money, you have to admit that what you were doing before in life was wrong. People don't want to admit that. People don't want to be like, you know what, for 20 plus years in my life, I was headed in the wrong direction.

I had a conversation with my dad recently. He had a lot of epiphanies in his life at my home. And he said, "You know what? I've realized that for the last 20 years, the way that I was thinking about life was wrong because you guys left home." >> That's a huge >> That's a huge one. >> Yeah. >> Because he's like, "You guys left home and I realized that I didn't know how to be anything except the dad." So when you guys left, I was left with nothing because I didn't know who I was. So the initial exploration comes with the fact that if you want to change in life, you have to admit that the current lifestyle that you have is not the best. And that requires humility. You know, that's why Jesus says that the meek and the humble shall inherit the earth because that's the truth. You have to become a student before you become a master. And you have to feel stupid before you become intelligent, and you have to feel poor before you are rich. And you can't skip the process. And I think that we were willing and able to look at our situation and be like, if I change, my situations will change. If I change, my life will change. If I change the people around me, they will level up. By symbiosis, I am the catalyst of change. If you assume that now, you're not only assuming the responsibility for the bad things in your life, but you're also assuming the responsibility for all the upsides. Every success is yours. Every win is yours. You earned it. You did it. You made it happen. You won. Another famous quote and great quote is, the rich and the poor are both self-made, but only the rich will admit it. The poor person doesn't want to admit that the lifestyle that they have is is theirs. It's theirs. They chose it. So whether you're rich or you're poor, it's your choice and you can change it. But just have the humility to recognize that you have to change because you're not hurting anybody except yourself. And you can, you know, get rid of the mask, the hypocrisy, the mirror, the mirage of of illusions that that your life is perfect. Nobody's life is perfect. You optimize and you get better. When everybody operates like they're just students of life and they're just learning, then their life begins to change because every decision is about becoming better and improving and not about being right. If you're not, if you don't want to be right and you want to be rich, then be humble.

Cool. So, we're like, we're 100% in agreement on everything you're saying. Here's my here's my question though. When you're sitting there frying wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, like how, how do you even have the capacity to think of like, I'm going to be successful? And like, how far could you even think? Cuz I remember, dude, when I was working a job, I was literally in a supplement store, like a typical supplement store, like a GNC. You walk in, you buy like $20 vitamins, and like that's the people I'm dealing with, right? Like minimum wage job at the time. Yet I was in the back like learning, taking courses, whatever, between people that were walking in. I was always studying. The guy next to me was always on Netflix, right? And like, there's a clear gap in our life of where I am and where he's at right now, right? Because of that. But I only even had so much foresight at the time, right? Like at the time, I could only fathom making 10K a month as a huge goal, right? Then you get there, and then it's next, it's next, it's next. And then, you know, I'm sure now even the deals that we're talking about, right? We're talking about hundred million dollar deals, billion dollar deals, etc., right? Whereas like, no way our brain could have fathomed that at the time, right? So like, what, where were you mentally? Do you even remember like when you were doing those jobs, like how far ahead could you even like think or see?

There's this concept of excellence, and excellence is does is irrelevant and doesn't consider what you're supposed to be excellent at. Excellence comes from being present and doing the best that you can in the current moment that you have. If you think about the future, you're just preparing to have a, just your brain melt with impossibilities, with anxiety, with things that you can't control because the future is not real. So, I don't live in the future. I don't think about the future. I just want to do what I'm doing right now. Well, all I want to do right now is on this podcast give you the best of me, right? And if we operate with that same attitude always, then life will always give us the best present moment. So, I was telling, you know, I was walking into your office and I was telling Laura, I was like, "Wow, I don't regret any of the come-up. I'm so glad every part of my experience was what it was because I was so in the moment enjoying it." When I was driving in my Ford Buick doing door-to-door sales, knocking, I wasn't thinking about one day sitting in the McLaren or in the private jet, and I wasn't like, "Oh, I'm missing out on that." I was just like, "I want to do this thing really, really well." And if you just enjoy the present moment, which is all that you have, and you just with all your effort, just want to honor God and with all your your might, everything that you do, your energy is just to reflect him, then you want to do everything well. Business is an art. Entrepreneurship is an art. Everything is just a a masterwork of God's greatness, so you don't want to, you know, paint God in a poor light, you know? So everything that you do is a reflection of him, and then you just point back the glory be like, why was this so epic? Well, just God makes everything epic, you know?

Makes sense. At the same time, though, a lot of people work really hard. They give all their might. >> They do everything they can, but they're kind of still like not where they want to be. You know what I mean? Where's that gap? You think? Like I think it has to do with it's not about working hard. >> It's about becoming a different person. >> Because it's not about working hard. When God tells you, "Be still and know that I am God." That's the antithesis to the work culture that everybody tells you you're supposed to subscribe to. If God takes care of the plants and the birds and the trees, he's going to take care of you as long as you're part of natural order. The thing is, we operate outside of natural order. People want things that they don't truly want. You know, you know, they've been hit by Edward Bernays' propaganda of having 19 cars. You're like, Luke, I got 70 cars, but you know what? I made a business out of it. I'm like, yeah, he cracked the game. Right. Whereas the other guy is trying to flex the car in order to keep up the lifestyle, to keep up the image, to keep playing the mini game. >> So, the treadmill, >> correct? So it's not about the thing. It's not about the lifestyle. It's about the mindset. And I think the mindset has to be, be present. Do things with excellence. And understand that when you plant a seed, you don't wait for nine months looking at the ground asking, "Yo, why is this not..." You don't get upset. You're just like, "Hey, I'm planting the seeds. As long as I water it over nine months, 10 months, 12, 12 months, three years, natural order will take care of the rest, and it'll yield a hundred times, a thousand times the initial seed, the initial investment." That's how natural law works. Just people don't want to wait for the process. The process is the prize. That's how I consider it. The process, the the seeing the plant grow, like that's the beauty. Picking it, eating the fruit is only rewarding if you saw the entire process because now you're associated with the growth. You're associated with the excellence. You and I can sit and go and smoke a cigar on a lake and be like, "Wow, this feels epic." Why? Because we knew what it was to work in fast food restaurants and we knew the the struggle. If you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth, you don't. I've sat with, I've sat with kings. I've sat with queens, princes, and I tell you, they don't eat different steaks that we do. They don't have a better lifestyle that we do. They were just exposed to all of these things without having to earn them. So, they don't have the same level of specialty or the same level of emotional attachment that we could experience. So they miss out on so many things of life that you're like, I wish I always had this. No, you don't. You want to earn it. You want the adventure. You want the journey. You want the hero's quest. You want to unlock that treasure chest and wow, there's a surprise. If life is all predictable and you won already everything, then might as well just die. You know, you want to play. You want to enjoy. You want to be alive. Playing, you know, that's that's a good word. Play. >> Yeah. Be [ __ ] serious. Like everybody's so serious. Everybody's taking the game so seriously. Relax. You're going to die. You're not taking anything with you. Hang out. Enjoy. Be present. Live with excellence. And people will be like, "Well, how's this going to make me more money?" Well, just try it. >> Just try, just try doing what you're doing with excellence. >> Yeah. >> And you're going to win. If you're at a job and you do everything with excellence, your jobs, your job manager, your boss is going to notice and he's going to give you a raise. If you work with excellence in your business, you're going to have more customers. It's inevitable. It's going to happen. Plant more seeds. You will get more results.

I love it. Key here though is like leveling up your character, like you said. You have to, cuz that changes everything around you. And it even changes um, the luck that you have, right? Like you're saying, like it creates more opportunities. I think people value luck as like this lucky charm that happened to happen, you know, roulette, basically. Oh, he got a great hand. You know what I mean? But at the end of the day, I think it's a correlation of all of it. It's you leveling up your character, which therefore then allows you to have more opportunities, which allows you to be luckier. Because if I, dude, if I have a thousand people sending me an opportunity and someone else has one, I'm probably a lot luckier than he is, right? But I just have a thousand opportunities. >> And and it's not, and even if there was just one opportunity, let's say the opportunity, you know, is is like a level 10 boss in a video game. Nobody's going to want to go play with a weak player. If this is a multiplayer game to beat the boss, you won't, you want to play with the best guys. The best guys play with the best guys in the best lobbies, right? If you're not with the best guys, it's because you're not the best guy. >> Yeah. >> Like, if you're not getting $10 million deals, $100 million deals, if somebody's not taking care of you, if you don't have a business, if you don't have infrastructure, it's just because you're not a good player. That's okay. You just become a better player. And better players will want to play with you. So, if opportunity is not coming your way and you have to go chase opportunity, right? We're talking about chasing versus attracting. You chase things that run away from you. You attract things that are in your nature that magnetize towards who you are as a person. As long as you can attract things by becoming a better player, opportunities will flourish. So, it's by positioning, which creates opportunity and luck, and it's by becoming a better player, increasing your XP points, so that other people can observe you and do what? Realize that their self-preservation, which is what we all fundamentally want as creatures, is in safe hands. Cuz I could trust you. You could trust me. We know this. Why? Because we've put each other to the test and you know the other player's skills. If you couldn't trust me, I wouldn't be around. It's very simple. So, if you're not in the room, it's merely your fault. Become a better player. Show up, be present, and you'll increase, increase your chances. It's inevitable.

So, uh, what are the best ways if I become a better player in today's world, you think, to make money? >> I think number one is you need mentors. You need to find people in your life that have gone to places where you want to go and you need to emulate these behaviors. Not emulate them like the church teaches, which is mindless robotic repetition, but understand the nature of why somebody inhibits certain characteristics and traits. I was meeting with with a good friend of mine, you know him, Jem Jim Burrough, who does Google Ads or whatever it is, and he's he makes money, and I see it with you as well. For some reason, it's it's you agency guys. You work so hard. >> We work way too hard, bro. >> You work so hard. >> It's a great business model when you don't have money, but when you start making money and having skills and opportunities, it definitely decreases. >> So, like I see you guys and I'm like, "Wow, these guys, I know why they're successful because they put in the hours." It's like it's evident. I travel with you guys. I see how you work. I'm like, "It's evident that these guys make money." Why? Because they just work better, stronger. >> Like the outcome has to be. >> It has to be winning. There's no other outcome. So I think the first one is you need mentors. And I think mentors don't come from paying somebody for a consultation phone call. It comes from this idea of synergy and symbiosis. Like I could come and spend two weeks in your office and I would learn so much. That would be a mentorship experience for me. So unless you find mentors in your life, you're not going to know where to go. They don't need to be alive, right? But they need to be a guiding beacon for you because you are clueless. Clueless doesn't mean you're an idiot. It just means you don't have the clues to solve the puzzle. So go find somebody that does. The mentor is kind of like the, when you have that that puzzle deck, the mentor is kind of like the finished image in the front. He doesn't do anything. >> Yeah. >> You just know what the out, the puzzle needs to look like. >> Correct. So find those mentors. >> That's a great analogy. >> Find those mentors in your life. The second is you need mentees. Even if you're just beginning, you need somebody that you can pour yourself into. Whether it's a spouse, a younger sibling, an employee, somebody that can keep you accountable to growth because that person that is leveling up, you have to always be on top ahead of them. Whether it's one step, two steps, three steps, but you're able to polish them and bring them up. Therefore, also then creating, which is the next step, time freedom, which is what we all need. We need time freedom and able to think. When was the last time you spent one hour, two hours intentionally thinking about what is the best course of action for your life? >> Sunday. >> Yeah, you do. The average individual, they don't stop and think. They don't stop and evaluate, is this job that I'm holding the best opportunity? Is the current way that I'm operating my business the most profitable? And people just continue to do the same exact thing. So, one, you need mentors. Two, you need mentees. And then three, you need to break the patterns of current operating system, how you're currently doing things to evaluate if there's ways to optimize. And you do that by, I do it through scientific method, which is a process of developing a a thought, criteria, evaluating if something is legit or not, and finding a hypothesis and a conclusion, determining if something is true. That's a method of thinking that that I utilize. But when I spend time listening to podcasts and I spend time listening to creators, their advice is always do, do in order to get. And I used to subscribe to that philosophy until I started behaving in a different way, and that philosophy was no longer the only way that I could level up. And I realized that it wasn't about working hard. It was about becoming a new person. And the Bible says, "Be transformed by the renewal of your mind," and the renewal of your mind by the word of God. So if you want to live a different life, you have to perceive the world differently. So when you said, you know, yesterday we were talking about $100 million deals, our perception 10 years ago wasn't developed. We hadn't put on the lens of reality, right? Where it was only, it's only framing. It's only framing, right? That difference in conversation from $1 million to $100 million is just how we frame reality. And framing comes from renewing our mind. And renewing our mind comes from getting rid of the lies and the program programming that we've been told on how life is supposed to be. 401k, retirement, you know, you have to live in the white picket fence, and you're, you have to drive that Camry, and you have to shut the [ __ ] up and pay your taxes and don't bother anybody and never make a noise, never never offend anybody, stay within the rules, and that's it and die peacefully. If you don't subscribe to that and you want to live an outgoing life, a life where you set your rules, you have to, you have to have a renewed mind. Why? Because every single one of us have been programmed to lose. The last 18 years, I hate to break it to you, of education, were designed to make you what? A slave, a working person, a 9-to-5 individual, which is fine. Most people find their security in their job. I don't. I find my security in my skills and in my relationship with God. So if you position yourself as an individual that wants to find mentors, aka I have a student's mindset. I have a leadership mindset, which is I'm willing to pour into other people. I position myself to identify opportunity, and then I have a mindset whereby I'm not looking at doing, doing, but becoming a person to which opportunities come, then I set myself up for success. And what is success? Success is being able to achieve your end result. Most people will never live successful lives because they never have decided a port of destination. They don't know where they're going. They don't have an end goal. They're just like running around. They don't know. Well, you're making money. Why? My my dad asked me the other day, he was like, "I need, I just need 10 million in the bank." And I said, "Why?" If I gave you 10 million, that you wouldn't even know what to do with it. You just have found the security in the digits on the screen that are just imaginary pixels because you haven't found your confidence somewhere else. And I think if you find your confidence in your self-development, in your skills, you find your confidence in your relationship with God, find have enough faith to not work and just create, right, to honor him, he will provide. And I think we've created this work culture where everything is about building in this temporary world and not really focusing on the things that matter. When you tell me, you know, I go back to Lebanon, I go back to my home country, and 4,000 people show up and their lives become better, that to me is like, okay, this guy gets it. This guy understands because he goes back to where it matters and he creates the change and he doesn't keep it for himself. He doesn't kind of like hoard it. The value kind of spills over. And I think that's the ultimate goal. The ultimate goal is service. I think serving people, taking care of people, taking care of your clan, taking care of your people group, giving yourself up for them. But you can't give out of an empty place. So, people feel that frustration. I want to give to my parents. I I listen to people's dreams. And most people's dreams are benevolent. They're good-hearted people. I want to take care of my family. I want to take care of my friends. But you can't take care of anybody out of an empty place. You can't pour out of an empty place. You have to be full. Sometimes you have to be selfish. You have to go through that journey, develop yourself, and then from a place of leadership and a place of strength, then you can take care of others. And I think that most people when they sit in the luxury car, they realize that it's an illusion. where they sit in sit in the big house, but they're sick, they're not healthy, they realize that they don't live in the big house, they live here, that when their parents aren't talking to them or their family is unhappy, that it doesn't matter how much money you have. Success has to be redefined. Cool. What cool is has to be redetermined. I think money has given me and you the freedom to take a step back and to be like, how do I want to play the next part of my game? And it's not about hustle, hustle, hustle, hustle, hustle, doing it's about positioning ourselves, becoming better, and life will naturally flow.

I agree. The thing is, I want to challenge something there for a second. >> I think when you're younger in your financial life, business life, whatever you want to call it, you're just a noob, right? You're a rookie. I do think doing is more important than planning to an extent because you don't have things too much to plan. Like once you plan, okay, I'll give you an example. Like I started, I'm like, "Okay, cool. I just need to make like I need to get to $15,000 a month as quickly as possible because that's what I need to be able to like think because all my stuff is covered, right?" So like I I think I I just don't want people to listen to this who are younger and misconstrue it as, "Oh, this is an excuse to be lazier and not do, do," and another excuse to just like mentally masturbate to more podcasts and more knowledge because I'm trying to level up my character versus like, at some point in the beginning, the only way to level up your character outside of like the information that you already have is to put in reps. It's it's to you to go knock on doors and like >> you can't build that. The thing is the the assumption is that knowledge in that the self-development comes from just thinking. The renewal of your mind comes from action. Like you actually have to put in the reps to become better. You can't learn from theory. You have to learn from practice. You can't study Facebook ads. You have to run Facebook ads. Like you have to get in the trenches and click the buttons and get in there. But unless you go through the preparation phase, it doesn't matter how many buttons you click, you're going to be clicking the wrong buttons. >> 100%. So it's that symbiosis of of always juggling personal development action. I think Brian Johnson said something really impactful that I heard. He said, "When I realized that I wanted to live um forever, I turned off my brain and I just started doing." And that means that he planned, he made the preparation, and then when it was the right time, he switched off his brain because if we keep our brain on too much, then we begin to wander, we begin to double-think. We be, we don't go into flow state. >> Yeah. >> Doing is where you go into flow state. But a lot of people never enter flow state because what they're doing is the wrong thing. So it's more so, don't take the first step unless you understand what your end destination is. And it doesn't have to be a billionaire. No, just I need to make 10 grand. That's my next destination, and then the next destination, and then the next destination. And by the end of a thousand, you know, trips, you've hit so many destinations that now you have a big treasury, right? And that's that's what we look at. We're like, whoa. Look back at like, that's a lot of money. I I didn't expect to have this. But you just put in the reps. The issue is people never take the initial time to plan the destination, to plan the trip, and to count the cost of what it means to be an entrepreneur. >> Like the the cost is expensive. It requires hours, tears, dedication, struggle, >> lost relationships. >> Yeah. But but that's never talked about. >> Yeah. >> We never talk about what you have to give in order to get. >> You have to buy your freedom. Your freedom isn't free. You have to buy it. And it's expensive. It requires time, energy, attention, but everybody has those things. You just want to make sure that you're inputting the energy, time, and attention into the right vehicles. I fortunately was able to make a lot of my money in crypto. I just predicted the fact that everybody was going to like internet money, and that all of the USD liquidity would eventually once it gets into USDT, it'll just black hole and create an an eternal loop of just absorbing cash into Bitcoin. That was my thesis back in 2016. Played out, was right, made tens of millions of dollars from it. Hurrah, that's it. Not a big deal. But it created mind freedom for me to be able to realize that the way that they teach us how to make money is flawed. And it's flawed because people like to add. They like to add $1, two weeks, wait, they add another $100. If you want to make real money, you have to multiply. You have to play the game of multiplication. You have to play the game of arbitrage. You have to play the game of leverage. And these are the games that they don't teach you. And these games were taught to me by the players that respect you by leveling up. And at the highest at the highest tables, per se, they never talk about money because everybody has it. They talk about your personal development, your character, your trust, your loyalty, the things that money can't buy. And these are the things that people sacrifice and are willing to get rid of in order to make the money. Right? So I think if you preserve your character, you preserve your nature, and you're patient, it may be bitter initially, but the fruit of patience is so sweet. Your first five years, your first 10 years, you're going to have to hustle. You're not going to skip it. The guy that made a million dollars on on a memecoin, that's the guy that made a million dollars on me, which is very rare. It's a blue moon. It doesn't happen. It doesn't occur to everybody. If you want to make money, it has to come from not luck. It has to come from opportunity development. That development comes from skill repetition and it comes from rep maxing. You have to go hardcore in your reps. There's an individual that talks about bodybuilding in a very philosophical way. He was um, a contender for Mr. Olympia, and his name is Mike Mener. He talks about the way of developing a perfect physique equates to three necessary parts. And these three necessary parts apply to any endeavor of life. So if you apply these three endeavors of life and these three endeavors in life, any action that you take, you can master, whether it's fitness, whether it's health, whether it's business. One, he says intensity. How hard you go at something. You know, the time you go to the gym and you kind of half-ass it versus the time when you go all in. Intensity matters in business as well. The second one is extensity. How long do you go to the gym? Do you go six months? Do you go a year? Do you go three years? And then repetition. So how hard do you go at something? How long do you go? Duration, stamina, and every interval is how many repetitions, how much intensity in every single one of these units. Whether you emit that same pattern in the gym, in business, and in life, if you have intensity, extensity, and frequency, you cannot lose. So, go hard all day. Input the reps, input the action towards a desired result, and the desired result is inevitable. Whether it's money, whether it's achieving a relationship, a specific physique, anything can be achieved if you have the right input.

Agreed. Now, the X factor here is the vehicle that you're in as well, right? And that and that's where that's where it gets a little bit trickier. This is where people have to explore because it really has to do with one's individual nature. I think agreed. >> I think the wealth creation method is different for different people. So, you have to find your wealth creation profile. There's a book that helps you find your wealth creation profile. It's known as the millionaire master plan. It's a very simple book. It's a book that I recommend to everybody. It's not a millionaire yet that wants a master plan on how to become a millionaire. And it gives you different wealth profiles. Like Warren Buffett made his millions in a different way than I don't know, Oprah Winfrey, but they made money based on their profile. So find your profile and then you'll be able to find kind of the vehicle. >> Yeah. I was uh I was actually um in the event in Lebanon in my talk. This was actually something I was talking. I was like, "Listen, dude. Like, you have to understand your character profile. Where are your strengths? Are you like extroverted? Are you introverted? Are you

Good with numbers? Are you bad with numbers?" Like all these little things that are natural to your character at the time and your development and where you've developed and lean into whatever those strengths are. Like, so for example, for me, it was like sales, right? Like I was really good at communication, speaking with people.

It wouldn't make sense at the time, even though I'm good with numbers, to maybe go into a space where I'm competing on numbers like stock trading or options or things like that because I don't have as much of a competitive advantage as I may be in um selling a service to businesses because that's something that I know if I knocked on a door and 10 other guys knocked on a door, I bet on myself to get that deal. You know what I mean? And so I leaned into my strengths, which is, you know, why I was so successful in the agency space. Now, luckily, I was good with numbers and [ __ ]. So, I took that money, I invested it, made a lot of money in um my first big year of making serious money was um 2020 in in the stocks.

Um >> crazy year, >> dude. I I took 180K and made 2.8 million in 12 months, like no options, just stock trading straight >> margin, stock trading, oil, >> travel, ripping it. And and I just bought the bottom and like flipped the top essentially. So, >> um that was the first big play, but it was just cuz I understood numbers, markets, things like you're saying at a macro level, right? Sometimes it's not about this like number on a screen, but it's the macro picture of like you're saying, where is digital currency going? You played the macro picture. You weren't necessarily looking at a chart and being like, uh, this is like I'm going to buy Bitcoin right here, right?

>> How long have I been posting my stories about crypto? For years, bro. >> I mean, 20, 15, 16, probably. >> 17. 2017 on Instagram. >> Yeah, that's when I first bought ETH is 2017 in December. >> Yeah, >> I looked back just to check before this podcast. 2017, bro, imagine we just I mean, I'm sure you sold >> I did. I have I have um I'll probably post it on my stories. I I was playing Call of Duty. It was my first million-dollar month in ecom playing Call of Duty in Florida during COVID. And I remember hearing the notifications go off on now closed exchange. What was it called? Um it was Bitstamp and then uh Bitrex. Bitrex. Bitrex already closed down. >> I remember Bitrex. Yeah. And I just remember the XRP orders filling in at like 10 cents and card Cardono at a penny and then it went to >> I remember Cardono at a penny too. That was crazy. >> Crazy. And I was just playing Call of Duty when War Zone rolled out and those orders were just filling $10,000 order blocks of ETH at 95 bucks 100 bucks just filling filling filling every $10,000 became 400,000. And there was a lot of tens of thousands of dollars. every single bit of my money from ecom except 10 grand which was what was the Airbnb for that week and whatever expenses I need I put it on the crypto.

I was a [ __ ] DJ I was telling my girl I was like dang the risk profile that I took on to get to where I am today is huge I took so much risk >> but you really didn't let me tell you why >> tell me why >> cuz you leveled up your character so much that you knew you could go make a million dollars a month so your risk is actually lower than how it's perceived so for example I have a very high risk profile I risk all my money all my money is in crypto businesses is projects. I mean, I'm talking you about this cannabis project I'm doing. I'm like liquidating myself to like build this thing, right?

>> But it's because I have the security of generating income >> for sure. >> I know if it all falls apart, if you took all my money, everything, you left me, myself, my character, my connections, I'm making millions of dollars. >> You have 100 grand in the bank. >> Easy, right? I mean, maybe next week. You know what I mean? If you really put my back against the wall, probably tomorrow, you know what I mean? With no money, no nothing. Just skills network. That's it, >> right? And so like I think that's why our risk profile is so high because you have the confidence in yourself as Luke Belmar. If I invested all my money into crypto and it all went to [ __ ] and was a giant Ponzi scheme, I'll go make money >> for sure. >> So at the same time, it looks like a high risk profile, but it comes with the security of self.

>> Yeah. And I think that that's the trade-off. You just have to develop to a place where you can be confident in your own flow. Like Michael Jordan doesn't think about the basketball game and whether he's going to perform. He's just he's Michael Jordan. He's just better. >> Yeah. And he definitely doesn't think about missing. >> Correct. >> His assumption is he's hitting the basket. >> And and it's so the repetitions that have taken him there plus the natural raw talent plus the the momentum. And I think momentum is the next big component about making money is you have to be at the right time in the right place. You know, momentum has to be in your favor. If you look at ecom and you're in ecom, Q4 is rolling around. This is your momentum season. This is where you make money. This is not where you slow down. it in the championship final for, you know, LeBron James, for Michael Jordan, that's when you go all in. You don't what you did all year doesn't matter if you don't win. So, I think when opportunity comes, people don't go all in, right? When Bitcoin was [ __ ] $586, I went all in, you know? Like, I went all in. I was buying that [ __ ] with my waiting table money. I would go in, go to Wells Fargo, deposit the money, would go instant deposit cash, go to Bitstamp and [ __ ] every single dollar into Facebook ads or into [ __ ] crypto.

>> That's crazy. >> That's what it was. Like, >> what else am I going to buy? >> Yeah. >> Like, I can only buy [ __ ] XRP. I can only buy $30 of XRP today. Like, I can't buy anything else. >> So, just accumulated. I need to find those bank statements. You'll literally see Coinbase $25 that day. Next day, Coinbase $25. next day coin auto deposits for years for years.

>> And I think that >> people don't play the longevity game. People see the million-dollar meme coin and they want it. >> People pick the wrong vehicle. People don't have mentors. People don't have mentees. People don't work on their personal development, on their XP points, on their skill, on their character. No wonder your life sucks. Everything Everything that you're supposed to do right, you're doing wrong. That's why your life isn't working. We talk about people being spiritual or people being connected with God. But if you don't have the ability to change your current situation, your reality, then you're not a very spiritual person. Because Jesus said it, as above so below. What happens in her earth, let it be done in heaven. What happens in heaven, let it be done on earth. And what happens in our mind usually then manifests into reality. That thought of having a million dollars, that thought of having a successful business gets materialized into the three-dimensional world through action. But it starts here, right? So if you don't have this unlock as a starting point, you will literally walk around life wandering around not having any direction, any solution, any orientation because you haven't been able to steer the mind. And today they are against and they are going after your mind. They're not going after against your work ethic. They're going after your mind. They're vampiring your mind, your attention. That's what they're after. They can get your mind. They can get your soul. They can get your attention. They can get your energy. They can get into your [ __ ] family.

>> I was going by a church today. >> Gave flags everywhere. Transgender flags, bro. They got into the church. They got into people's minds. They said, "This is okay. This transgender flag on a Baptist church symbiosis. This is symbiosis, right? This is the new framework of thinking." So once you accept new frameworks of thinking, then people operate differently. So what you need to do is renew your mind. Renew your mind. Be in relationship with God. Be closer to God. And when was the last time you asked God to bless your business? Isn't he the best business partner to have? He doesn't take any equity, you know, like he's the best.

>> Yeah. I mean, that that that is a hard part of today's society, though. Like um >> even even just like the surroundings you have, like even your parents, right? Like >> it's warfare on your mind. >> It's warfare on your mind at all times, right? It's your friends telling you, "Bro, you don't need to go to the gym today." or it's your friends like not doing as well as you financially. So why like I'll give you an example in that in that same plaza >> that we ate dinner at last night or maybe the plaza over there's a there was like a sub shop at one point for a long time and they closed down. Um but I used to go with my uncle. >> I used to drive all the way from here there on Wednesdays just to take my uncle out to lunch cuz we were super close at the time. Now we we're not so close for, you know, personal reasons. But um a big part is mentality difference. And uh I think this was the day where it kind of started. Um I worked really hard. I used to take him out every Wednesday and I went sat down at the sub shop and I was like, "Hey man, I got some big news." He's like, "What?" I was like, "I I hit my first 10K month this month." >> Epic. >> And he's like, "That's awesome." I was like, "Yeah, dude. I can't wait to like get to 50." And he's like, "Why are you still working so hard? You already hit 10K." Like, >> "Yeah, >> what's the point? You're making 120 grand a year." I was like, "That's is that like that's like that's just the next level? Like there's another level past that." And what I was like, "Wait, wait. Why? I'm confused. Why I'm being discouraged from continuing to grow?" And and and you know, reflecting back, >> it's it's two things. It's one, he can't comprehend that that isn't a lot. Number one. >> But two, in a weird subconscious way, he doesn't he doesn't want someone else to do better than him because >> he's sabotaging you because because >> it's a cope. >> It's a cope. If you that's why people keep keep coping and they cope hard and hard and hard and they keep coping because they look at somebody else and they're like one is they know that if they did the same amount of effort and energy as the other person they could achieve the same result. I know it. I look at other people in my life and I was like if I did what this person is doing I would have what they have and people know that. So they just attribute it to luck. They don't want to be responsible because if you're responsible for the good stuff you have to be responsible for the bad stuff. So it goes back to humility right? If you look at uh the serpent and you look at Adam and you look at Eve, the reason why Satan fell from from heaven was pride. He wanted to be like God. Most of us act like we are God in our lives. We want to be God. We want to have the final say. We want to be the decider of our life. We want to look what I've built like Nebuchadnezzar when before God turned him into a beast. Look what I've built. Look at the kingdoms. Look at look at the things. Look at the works of my mighty hands. Right? So everything's pride, ego. And when you get rid of that, you begin to evaluate that the reason you work, the reason you do these things isn't for the vain glory and the pride and the ego, it's for God. It's to worship God. That's why we exist. And when we operate outside of that natural order, whether it's by making money, whether it's by working a 9 to5, if we operate outside of the order of giving glory to God in everything that we do, and people think about giving glory to God like this idea of going to church. No, the idea of giving glory to God is to be in order and natural law and in obedience to him. Whatever that looks like, he will tell you if you're in connection with him. And I think people have divided entrepreneurship. They've divided business. They've divided spirituality. And they've comp compartmentalized all of these things individually in life and they have different standards. They go to church, but then they run a drug business, you know, or or a cartel. And then they'll wear the cross, but then they'll put a hit on somebody. So it's like they have moral absolutes and they have criterias of excellence in different areas of life instead of just looking at their life as a collective unit and being like I want to have a successful life. I want to have a life that is pleasing to God. When God looks at the inner depths of my life is he proud is he is he is he proud of me. Does he say well done my good and faithful servant. Does he look at me like he looked at Jesus when Jesus was getting baptized and said that's my son in whom I am well pleased. Right? Or does he look at me and says, "No, I know I know you're a fraud." Like everybody else around you, they see that you're legit, but I know you're a fraud. I don't want that. Like that that's not how I define success. So the accolades, the recognitions, the things of the world, the merits, all these things come because God provides them and God gives you the ability to enjoy them and have them. Well, you have to give you have to give credit to God at the end of the day because our mindset, our character, our way of thinking, the opportunity that we have was literally given by him. And if if it wasn't by we wouldn't have it, right? So humility, you know, humility to recognize that you can change. And by that humility, you begin to change and life becomes better than by having an attachment to your pride and your ego and that you've done things right up until this point. That was the biggest catalyst for me was recognizing I don't know anything. You rely on God and you allow yourself to become a better player. Whether it's business, entrepreneurship, finance, biohacking, spirituality, >> relationship, >> truth is truth regardless of where it exists. And it'll present itself as truth in a relationship, in business, and it'll apply everywhere. Show me a man how he runs his business, I can tell you how he treats his family. You show me how he treats his family, I can tell you how he's going to treat his employees. because he might be hypocritical but between the hypo the the hypocrisy you can notice the cracks of of character and you can know somebody's true nature in every scenario just become a better person ask God to polish you to show you truth and the process of truth if you look at the Bible it's not this process of of adding more things you know we we're usually in the process of discovering truth like I want to know more I want to know I want to know I want to know I want to find the truth the process of truth in in Proverbs is is uh usually associated with gold and the process of refining gold is about removing things. You know, you put it in heat and under pressure and the dirt rises, the impurities go to the top and you clean it. And the process of truth isn't about adding things and philosophy and doctrine and dogma and stigma and tasklets and to-dos. It's about removing removing the programming, removing what others have told us who we are, removing the disbelief and the insecurities and the lack of faith. When you remove these things and God does a process of pruning and purification, then the truth shows. And this truth is that we're created in the image of God and that if we choose and position our lives to be of service to him, he will bless us. He will bless us in every aspect of life. If you operate outside of God's law and God's order, yes, you can have money, but you can live a very miserable life. So, the goal is how to find wellness. Somebody asked me, what is the most important thing for you in life? And it used to be finding truth, but now it's to live a life of wellness. And a life of wellness means that every area of your life is well, it's healthy. And I think that that should be the ambition for people that are trying to live a life that is truly successful. Focus on one thing, making money. It come all comes back down to you need to be able to take care of your physical needs before you take care of your spiritual needs. That makes sense. You got to be able to be alive. But once you get past that threshold, continue scaling, continue leveling up, but never forget what actually matters. I see so many people playing the miniame of business, forgetting that it was a miniame to to buy them freedom, and then they give up that same freedom to continue playing the mini game when the miniame was already beat.

>> Anyways, >> no, I love it. It's very um insightful and I think if someone's especially listening to this like newer I think um they got a lot to think about. It's a different framework, you know. I you you we can talk a lot about actions and we can talk about a lot of like go learn this, go read this. There's plenty of actionable advice, a book recommendation, go find a mentor. Plenty of things that if you actually apply it to today, you can make more money. I think a couple avenues to consider to make money. Ecom, uh I think is essential. If you have some money saved up, I think service-based business is key because you don't have to input any initial cost. I think once you have some money, ecom is good. It will always be around whether it's Tik Tok shops, Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO, whatever it is. >> Which is retail at the end of the day, right? >> Retail D to selling to a consumer online. I think it's only going to scale, only going to grow. We have e-com society that is a program we're working with bad marketing. They're powering the entire, you know, marketing engine behind this product. But then the second side is we have gem hunters and that is crypto. I'm a crypto. >> That's like the world's best kept secret, bro. >> It's or world's best kept secret, but it's fire, you know? it when when it comes to multiplying your money, your money has to come through a vehicle of speculation. Whether you're speculating in a stock or buying low, selling high, that's where the multiplication comes. Crypto and the Trump administration have kind of married into one. And the next three years, I think in crypto, four years are going to just be >> just going crazy. So, make your money, invest in vehicles where you buy low, sell high, and yeah, free community gem hunters. We'll leave that in the link in bio. Always good for people to join.

>> Yeah. I mean, can I give a quick shout out there, dude? I got I got friends who have millions of dollars in crypto who have gotten into Gem Hunters, too. And like, dude, some of the plays in there over the last year have been >> Yeah. Thousandx. We literally done thousand X's. We've we we called the Trump coin, for example, I think it was like 400 mil market cap and went to 70 billion in 4 days. That means you have to be in the market prepared, tuned, ready to roll with the proper information to capitalize on these opportunities. We were telling people >> and you called the right one. There's so many of them, bro. Like that night there was so many. I'm watching my brother trade them all and he's like, I don't know which one it's going to be. >> I think I think the number one thing is like you said, you have to put in the reps. And I put in so many reps in the crypto space and my team has put so many reps. Whether it's the analysts, whether it's the data reports, whether it's the people that are out here looking for new tokens, we've put in so many reps that we breathe the space. And the space is so small, it's only a $2 trillion market cap, $3 trillion market cap space that a group of 40,000 people like Gem Hunters has the ability to move markets. Do you know um let me actually look this up because this was um something I looked at the other day. How much money moves daily in the forex market? >> I can't imagine trillions. Has to be a couple trillion dollars. >> Yeah, it is. Daily turnover. This is 2022 tracked volume. Not even now. $7.5 trillion a day. >> Yeah. And that's just what you see on a day, bro. >> That's what you see on order books. considering dark pools. You're not even consider OTC desks, not considering anything. So like crypto is doing a couple hundred billion dollars a day. It's so small. >> It's so small right now. >> So small. It's only going to grow. If you use your phone, you're going to be using some sort of crypto rail payments in the next couple years.

>> You know what's funny is I I actually even um with like the older people in my church, I have this debate all the time. They're like, "Oh, you should invest in real estate." I'm like, "You're an idiot. You should invest in crypto." And like we always go back and forth. And like one of my logical arguments is like dude listen um let's just take a $500,000 house 10 years ago like it would take me whatever,500 bitcoin to buy that back then whereas today that house let's just say it's worth a million and a half. It's tripled in value. Takes me like [ __ ] 12 bitcoin to buy the same house. You know what I mean? I was like and it's only going to keep going. If I talk to you in 10 years it's going to take me a quarter Bitcoin to buy the same house no matter what the price. The thing is, the thing is the boomers, they wanted to dump real estate on our heads. So, they overpriced, overinflated their asset. We are their exit liquidity if we choose to. And everybody's just like, "Fuck you. I'm not buying an apartment for a million dollars." >> Exactly. I'd rather rent and put my money in crypto for sure. >> And even now, dude, like Lebanon, I mean, you know, take it what it is. People look at as a third world country, whatever. >> But it's probably still expensive. >> It's super expensive. But that's not even my point. Anytime we ever split a bill, it was in crypto. >> Epic. Cuz there's a guy from Australia. >> Everybody USDT. >> Exactly. There's a guy from Australia. There's a guy from UK. There's a guy from America. There's a guy from Canada. There's a guy from Lebanon. How the [ __ ] He can't sell me. I can't Venmo him. Like there's no financial currency that we can all trade together except USDT or crypto. >> And I'm going to send you Salana. I'm >> And the thing is, you look at you look at people in America because they have Venmo and they have Cash App and they have PayPal. They're like, why the [ __ ] do I need Bitcoin? But if you're from Zimbabwe, if you're from South Africa, if you're doing a trip, if you're from Lebanon, if you're from anywhere and you need a currency that is your medium of exchange that everybody agrees is a store of value today, it's either Bitcoin, Salana, USDT, ETH. Bro, people will even take Dogecoin like >> 100%. Bro, I Bro, I bought a beer I bought a beer with um Bitcoin in Thailand in 2017 December. >> Epic. >> And I was like, it's over. Yeah, >> I was in [ __ ] Paya on the beach in a random spot and they're like I was like you take Bitcoin. It was a QR code. I remember I scanned the QR code. I had a Binance wallet at the time. Binance >> put the address on and you just input the amount of money >> and I input whatever 0.00 whatever the [ __ ] Bitcoin and I paid for it just to like have that fulfillment like yo if this random like bar in Thailand in bum [ __ ] nowhere Paya can accept my Bitcoin for beer where are we going to be at in 10 years >> for sure. >> You know what I mean? that in that moment I was like all in >> and I think it's only going to continue to grow. >> It has to.

>> So So there's a couple there's a couple bets that I made in in this market based on off of this criteria which is the USDT needs to be able US the US dollar needs to be able to keep its world reserve currency status in order for the US government to kind of keep the economic ponzi going. Why? Because >> you're so funny. >> Well, here here's >> I get it. I get it though. So it's like so so it works in in this framework. Right now the US dollar just acts as a settlement layer for what? For speculation. It's a settlement layer for speculation. It's not a use for anything else except the stable version of getting in and out of an asset. The the moment we stop speculating, there's no real reason to hold the dollar. The reason the moment we stop speculating on Bitcoin and we say Bitcoin is more valuable than the dollar, right? Then there's no more dollar. We're just going to use Bitcoin. That's where everybody's going to move over. To be fair though, what is Bitcoin priced against? >> Correct. But it's priced against the current reserve asset. So the reserve asset is what it currently. >> So you're saying 20 years from now it's Bitcoin. >> Maybe >> everything's all this is 0. >> The US dollar doesn't want that, right? And the reason the US dollar doesn't want that is because the settlement layer for everything, whether it's oil, whether it's >> it's USD. >> It should be USD. So now the government is working really close with stable coins. They have to >> USDT, USDC. And the reason you don't see competitors coming up is because this is probably some CIA Fed operation. So any other competitors like D, the founder got suicided in Puerto Rico. Just look it up. He tweeted about it the day before he said, "My uh the CIA is trying to frame me or my ex-girlfriend is a is a Russian spy and she's trying to uh plant uh CP on my laptop." The next day they found him dead. and D is the decentralized stable coin that is pegged by you know Bitcoin and other another basket of assets. So once again, he's a that character is a threat to the US government because you're pulling away from the stable reserve currency, the currency which is your settlement layer. And the settlement layer is where all the speculation kind of ends. And today it's the dollar. The moment it loses that status, it has to continue creating instruments of speculation so that people can continue circulating the dollar. The dollar is no longer a a reserve asset when it comes to being able to keep your money safe, but it is just the currency of exchange. But if you want >> worldwide, >> worldwide, >> I always tell people this. I can take a $100 bill >> and anybody will accept it >> and any country in the [ __ ] world will take anyone. >> Any person will know what it is, right? So, Bitcoin is quickly becoming that, but it's different. >> I think that >> there's more education required. Like the dollar I could give it to an old 80-year-old person in Lebanon and he's like, "Wow, There's a physical there's a physical unit. There's there's a culture created around that Benjamin Franklin that makes you feel rich. >> And that's part of the that's part of the speculation, right? It's that this $100 bill is worth something. Whereas, you know, 50 years ago, that $100 would have bought you a suite in Manhattan. Today, that $100 doesn't buy you anything and doesn't two Uber rides. So, the value >> half an Uber ride, >> my voice taken black. Uh so I think I think you need to be able to if you want to multiply your wealth or hold your value above your your inflation which is you know four to 5% every single year it has to be in Bitcoin. It has to be in an appreciating asset. You need to be able to find an asset that is like a liquidity wormhole whereas money comes in it never leaves. So Bitcoin safest asset highest appreciating asset in the last 10 years. I I remember sitting in 2017 around Thanksgiving with my family and this is where the meme of Thanksgiving in crypto kind of uh took off which was tell your parents about Bitcoin during Thanksgiving and then we use them as exit liquidity because that Thanksgiving Bitcoin dumped from 20,000 all the way down. That was the end of the of the bull market. But I remember during Thanksgiving it was everybody in the family goes around and says what they're thankful for that year. And Luke, what are you thankful? I'm thankful for Bitcoin. Oh, what the [ __ ] you mean you're thankful for Bitcoin? It's so shallow where we are now today. Yeah, >> that's crazy. >> So, I think you have to trust yourself, develop XP points as a good character, have a good relationship with God, keep the vessel pure so that God can continue speaking with you, work hard, put in the repetitions, find mentors, pour into mentees, build into people, build into your community into the future, and find ways to arbitrage the amount of effort and money that you're making so that in the future your money works for you. And in short, what are those ways you think in today's world that are the best ways to arbitrage your time?

>> I think right now you want to arbitrage attention, right? So you need to create you need to create a personal brand. The personal brand doesn't have to be you, but it can be your company. It can be something that people can connect to. If you look at Tom's back in the day, the shoe business, >> they would give a pair of shoes for every pair of shoes that were purchased. So now you had community and you had uh goodwill goodwill and benevolence attached to the purchase. >> So I think we're going to a culture where people are looking for these things. That's why you look at her Hermosi book launch and it wasn't selling you books. It was you donating books. So this appeal to benevolence and to Goodwill is something really important. I think e-commerce will always exist. I think if anybody that gets into an e-commerce community will be able to make money in ecom, whether it's Amazon FBA, Shopify, affiliate marketing, Tik Tok, I think this avenue is really good. And then to multiply your money, I will always be an advocate, at least up until now, for crypto, specifically Bitcoin. It's proven to be the best asset over the last decade. And yeah, could be at $250,000 by the end of next year. >> You think? I think it might be sooner. >> I think it just might rip. I mean, it will. It is. It's dripping. >> Yeah. >> Right. We're over 100,000, bro. It's crazy. >> Yeah. So, um, quick shout outs, though, just cuz I'm involved in these. Like, Ecom Society is is crazy what you've done. Like, you've taken like what people charge $10,000 for and given it to people at a fraction of the price just to be able to create >> a community where you can get all the top experts and actually like give people game, but also put people in like a community, which is honestly like one of your superpowers is like creating really highle communities. I've seen this from you since like 201 I can't bark as the ecom guy. I can't I'm not the ecom guy, but I know how to build communities better than any ecom guy out there. So, I put together the best people that can help you succeed in e-commerce. And we've put together ecom society and by symbiosis bringing the best experts in digital marketing, copywriting, the best experts in Tik Tok, Google ads, Facebook, people have done billions of dollars in paid paid traffic. Bringing those people together as mentors, right? And creating that community factor is something that hasn't been created, doesn't exist, and cannot be replicated because nobody has the extensity of the network to power a community like Ecom Society. You can go find a course. You can go find a free course out there, but there's plenty of free courses. When you pay for a free course, you get free things. When you pay to play, which is part of the equation, then you unlock new levels. >> We'll make we'll make it cheap for people. A couple dollars link in bio, guys. Check it out. >> And then you got gem hunters, too, which If you're trying to get to the next level in in crypto and crypto something that's interesting for you, we have the free community which is awesome. All you have to do is click the link, get access to the free community and we are in there every single day charting analysis live streams. We spend I think 50 to $80,000 out of pocket per month for that free community. There's over 40,000 people free to sign up, free to utilize, free to join and there's a premium exclusive access partner. >> That's where the real game is at. >> Yeah. But we'll keep that. We'll keep that for the people that click the link and and see what's up >> and figure out where the real money's at. So So last thing to wrap this up, you were speaking a little bit about how personal brand is probably like the, you know, one of the most valuable things that you can do right now. I don't know anyone who's done it. May maybe like Iman gots to an extent like but I I don't I haven't seen anyone do it like you and I'm close enough to you to see the cult following that you've created and it's pretty cool because um you're not sitting here and like posting 20 videos a week on your page and like I mean like me I'm like a dancing monkey on social media. I post videos every week. >> I watch all your content. >> I appreciate that. And I will say your content is content that people should consume because it comes out of a place of experience. And you shouldn't gauge something's quality by the amount of views that it gets. Usually the shittiest stuff gets the most views. You need to gauge something by the substance of the individual who's sharing the information. You shared an a piece of information about, you know, the the sauces in your restaurant and how they cost 25 cents and how that was ridiculous because somebody would just throw that 25 cents away and that quarter could actually go in my pocket. And I'm hearing like, dude, Eddie's worth tens of millions of dollars. And he's thinking about a quarter, but he's thinking about a quarter at scale because he's thinking about that times every single day that's 50 bucks times 30 days, that's $1,500 per location. He's saving 10 grand a month. that this guy is thinking about things, right? So, I just talked to my head of operations, say, "We need to start laying people off and we need to start cutting our expenses, cut our SAS expenses by 50% over the coming months, reduce our staff by 70%." And the business ran the same. So, that piece of advice from your Instagram reel saved me over 100 grand a month because I applied, I was a student.

>> I appreciate it. So, so tell me though, cuz this is you've done something that is um in a way untouchable. Like people kind of can't see it, can't comprehend it, but like dude, I mean, can you tell us like like just story views? How many story views you got? >> Like 200,000. I mean, >> which is [ __ ] insane. >> Just of you can you can probably follow it on chain, but because we our wallets were public, but last year just off of Instagram stories alone like 78 million net on Gem Hunters. That's just one business. >> Yeah, but that's just Instagram stories, >> which is [ __ ] insane. So, how how like any advice for someone building a personal brand? You've done it in a way which is really cool, which isn't just you build a personal brand. You've built authority, which I which I always tell my friends like >> it's one thing to build a personal brand, it's a whole another thing to build a personal brand of authority. I think authority is the game, right? It's like my brother for example, like he can get 2 million views on a YouTube video, whatever. Great. But if he's going to ask people for money, I think a very small subset of those people are going to give him a large amount of money, right? Whereas like my network may be significantly smaller but significantly more valuable, right? And it's because I have more authority. If I say, "Hey dude, you should invest a million dollars into my cannabis project, >> my friend will put up a million dollars." You know what I mean? Whereas I don't think just because he has more attention doesn't mean he has more authority. But you've done both. So like any advice?

>> So So the secret is one understanding who you're talking to and who I'm talking to is just me. Everybody's just an extension of me. So, I speak very authentically. That's why everything that you see online, people make fun of me or people talk good about me or bad about me. They're but they're very religious. The people that hate me hate me religiously. The people that talk about me, they talk about me religiously. And I love it because they're still fans, right? They're just disgruntled fans. It's okay. I just have to be able to hang out with them and, you know, take it for a a chicken sandwich and they'll be fine. >> But the entire premise is nobody really knows you. So, you know, I don't take it I don't take it for um whether it's the compliments or whether it's the negativity, I never take it for heart because nobody truly knows who I am. The second thing is that fame can be engineered. I'm not I'm not a famous guy. I'm a marketing mastermind. I know how to create virality. So what you're doing is you're appealing to what people are looking for, which is a source of authority. It's called uh it's the infectiousness of the unconlicted man. You're so unconlicting. You're so certain about your beliefs that everybody believes you. And I actually believe what I believe. And that's the difference between most people is they don't actually have a set of beliefs that are so grounded and principled that they will die for them. So they borrow them from other people like me, which is okay because I'm only borrow them from the truth, which is my source, which is Jesus Christ. When you look at Paul, he says, "Follow me as I follow Christ." So, as long as I'm following Christ and you know I'm following the will of God, then you have a good indicator. But when I stray away, then you should just stop and ignore stop following me and start ignoring me because I'm not guiding you to truth. Right? So, I would say people aren't attracted to Luke. They are attracted to the truthful concepts that Luke has discovered and is willing to share. They're not mine. You know, I don't think I'm a genius. I don't think I'm that smart. But the message, >> you have a good job quoting people, too. You give credit where it's due. >> Yeah. I mean, yeah. I think I think there's there's nothing new under the sun. I don't want to come off as a genius. I just know how to compartmentalize and and express my thoughts better than others. But others have incredible thoughts. You know, I have I have business partners that have been buying Bitcoin since $10. They're autistic Asians. They can't formulate a thought in words that in a way that you can understand, but they're super intelligent, right? So I think I just have the skill. So I'm just sharing the truth in the best way that I know. The other form of creating a different way of influencing people is that fame is engineered and that fame is construed. So if you input enough frequency repetitions and intensity like you do in fitness with distribution for your social content, you're guaranteed to become famous. So yeah. >> How much do you spend a month? 80 to 100 >> grand which is crazy >> and I've and I've had to drop down my spending to like 30 40 because >> it's just like it's a money machine. It's a and but the ROI is there because my CPMs are two cents. So I calculate everything by CPMs. If you are a content creator, you have to realize it's not about content creation, it's about content distribution. That's the name of the game. Now, when I was doing ecom, and that's kind of where the the beginning of my money-making journey uh came from in my initial marketing skills, I learned that it wasn't the product, it was the creative that was the hook and that convinced people to buy. If I if somebody landed on my landing page or on my checkout and they weren't already convinced to buy, then the creative didn't do its job. That's the first criteria. It had to convince people. The second criteria is it had to have a vir a viral nature. So there had to be a CTA and there had to be a viral nature nature to it. Whether it was self-induced or whether just something in the video made it viral. Instead of trying to recreate the magic, I would just increase the ad spend. >> Duh. >> Yeah. >> So why would I try to recreate the magic on a piece of content? >> Just more distribution. >> Just more distribution. It's the same logic. So that's why I did 10 podcasts and became one of the most famous people in the world. So funny. Not that much content, but a lot more money. a lot more distribution, a lot more marketing mindset behind that. That's why people don't know anything about Luke Belmore because there isn't anything about Luke Belmore. I'm nobody. I'm just made made a couple podcasts and you're just so addicted to scrolling on your phone and I just happen to be there and I appreciate the money. >> How many views you get a month? >> Like 300 million. >> That's crazy. >> But I slowed it down. I was >> But it's not through your page, right? It's through other pages. >> All my pages. We have over 200 accounts. But the fame got so big I had to like dwindle it. It was way too much. way too much fame way too soon. >> What's the What's the cost of fame, bro? Because this is something I don't think people really understand. Like I I as I >> everything, man. Everything. Everything. Your entire life is exposed. I can't walk down the street without getting recognized. You're somebody's always looking over over to determine if everything that you're doing is right. You don't know if a cameras, you know, shooting you. And then I'm also in crypto. So, it's not that just I'm just famous, but I'm one of the most famous crypto people on the planet. And people know that I have money. So, it's just like you add risk profile on top of >> you're not just famous. You're famous and rich. >> But I think Bitcoin is overall a good investment for the young generation. If you bet on the internet, you're going to bet on Bitcoin culturally, marketing wise, uh it's proven to succeed. And I think that we've provided enough value to these people to pull out a pen and paper and hopefully be better off today than they were yesterday before this podcast. >> Agreed. And last thing on crypto, I think the one of the biggest shifts in the marketplace will be general retail purchasing internationally >> for sure >> will now be >> the settlement will be instant >> instant versus now like if I'm in Lebanon, I can't make a payment to Nike and America.

It's impossible. There won't be there won't be credit card issues. Credit cards won't default the same way that they do. Like cards aren't going to bounce because of payment processing, payment processing issues or a different criteria and different get verified done done. The settlement layer will be instant. Ecom's only going to be scaling. I think that there's a couple ecosystems that are doing stable coins extremely well. The first one is Ton, the Open Network, which is built on Telegram. Have you have you ever done that? Have you ever sent money via Telegram usernames?

I haven't, but I'm invested in the coin.

Okay, so here hear this out. This is when I started buying the token first is Pavle Durovv, one of the best entrepreneurs of all time on Telegram. 13 employees, like a genius. So, so you bet on winning people, right? In the stock market, you bet on winning horses. You bet on Elon over the last couple years. You bet on Nvidia. You just have to bid on winners.

100%.

So, in crypto, same thing. You bet bet on winners. And what was fascinating to me was when I sent somebody a million dollars in USDT via a Telegram username with no transaction fee and no gas fee because it was on the Ton network. So, I realized at that moment, I was like, "Dang, I had to call Rolex to send $38,000 wire from my Chase bank account. In order to get approved, I had to call them three times, was on the phone for 20 minutes, and I just sent somebody a million dollars via Telegram just by having their username." And then I was like, whoa, settlement layer, USDT, stable coins, any company or product that is building with these rails in mind and having crypto in every pocket like Ton, they are they are going to win. So there's a couple of these companies, there's a group of these companies that are going for that. Keep an eye out for them because I think that they're coming for the entire Swift banking system.

Yeah, agreed. It's outdated.

Yeah, a Swift wire's outdated. Gone.

Yeah, it's the future. So, let me um here's how we wrap up all these podcasts. We ask our guests, "What's the best piece of advice you ever received?"

My favorite verse in the Bible is Proverbs 3:5-6, which states, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your path." Ignore everybody. Ignore the naysayers. Ignore the hat haters. But when God speaks to you, God will direct your path. Listen to him. He's the creator. He's the best business partner. He's the best spouse. He's the best friend to have. Listen to him. Ignore everybody else. And the world is yours for the taking.

Beautiful. With that being said, thank you to everyone who tuned in to the podcast. Luke, bro, thanks for coming out here, man. You dropped so much game for everyone. Like, if if you got this far in the podcast,

you know exactly what to do to take your life to the next level. #undeniable in the comment section if you want to be seen and looked at in life. And people say that's an undeniably excellent person. I love that. And uh if you guys want access to Luke's resources, things like that, we put them all in the description for you guys. Very easy. Gem Hunters, Ecom Society, anything else. This guy has it all and he still takes the time to give to everyone else in the world. Be able to give you guys access to resources and communities to be able to make your life better so you can make more money. I promise you the little dollars that you're going to put to those uh are never going to really affect Luke's life at this point. So,

and with that being said, we are headed to go have some spicy chicken sandwiches.

Scoville chicken, baby. Peace. Let's roll. Thanks so much for watching another episode of the Bad Marketing Podcast. I hope you got immense value from it.
