Well, praise God forevermore. Before we open the word tonight, I want us to come before the Father in reverence. Amen.
You can have knowledge. You can have theology. You can even memorize every verse in the book, but without reverence, it won't work. It's the reverent heart that receives revelation. Glory to God. Let us pray.
Father, we thank you tonight for your loving kindness and tender mercies. Oh yes, your word says they're new every morning and they didn't run out this evening. Hallelujah. We thank you for the precious, holy, written word of God. That word that is alive and full of power. That word that goes into bones and bloodstreams and breaks curses. That word that separates soul and spirit and puts the devil on the run.
Now, as we open the word tonight, we don't do it casually. We don't do it out of ritual or religious obligation. We open it reverently, believing, expecting, and knowing that the Holy Spirit, the mighty Holy Ghost, will unveil truth to our spirits. We trust you tonight, Holy Spirit. You're the teacher of the church. You were sent to live inside us, to rise up big within us. So rise up big in me tonight. Speak through my lips. Think through my mind. Let revelation flow like a river in this place. Let the eyes of our understanding be enlightened that we may know what is the hope of his calling and the riches of his inheritance in us. Glory to God.
And we pray not just to be hearers of the word only, but doers. For it's the doer of the word that gets results. The doer of the word who walks out of bondage. The doer of the word who walks out of sickness. The doer of the word who walks out of poverty. Hallelujah. And so we say tonight, speak Lord. Your servants are listening.
Now everybody say this out loud with me. Say, the Bible is God speaking to me. Say it again. The Bible is God speaking to me. Now turn to your neighbor and point to him. Yes. Go ahead, point and say, "The Bible is God speaking to you." And now lay your hand over your own heart and say it one more time. The Bible is God speaking to me.
Glory to God. You see, uh, a lot of folks say they want to hear God speak, but they won't read the word. Well, that's why they don't hear anything else. Amen. If you won't listen to what he's already said, why should he say anything new? But I've got good news tonight. He's already spoken. He's already declared the curse is broken. He's already said you're redeemed. He's already declared your house free, your body healed, your mind sound, your children restored. Amen. And if you believe what's written, you'll receive what's promised.
Now, go ahead and open your Bible to the book of Galatians, the third chapter and the 13th verse. And get ready for something tonight because I came to tell you about a woman who broke a generational curse with just seven words. Seven little words spoken from the heart, believed in faith, and the devil had to pack his bags. Do you want to hear what she said? We're getting there. But before we get to her words, we've got to hear what God said first. Let's open the word.
Now, let's read this powerful scripture together. Galatians 3:13 and 14. Listen carefully because this is the foundation for everything we're about to unfold. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. For it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree, that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Say that with me slowly now. And let it sink deep into your spirit. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law. Redeemed. Ha. That means bought back, recovered, released, loosed from bondage. You see the law, God's perfect law was given to reveal sin. And where sin is, the curse follows. The curse is like a prison, a chain, a yoke of slavery. But Jesus stepped in. He became the curse himself. He took the punishment. He bore the sickness, the pain, the poverty, the oppression, all of it, so you and I could be free. Hallelujah. Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree. Jesus hung on that tree, the cross, so that curse wouldn't hang on you. Now listen closely, that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ. The blessing, not just a blessing, the blessing, the one Abraham received by faith. That blessing includes healing, prosperity, protection, peace, and power. And it's not just for the Jews. It's for you that we might receive the promise of the spirit through faith. Faith. Faith in the finished work of Jesus on the cross. Faith that breaks curses. Faith that turns chains into freedom. Faith that changes your family line.
Now, I want to ask you something important. Have you ever felt bound by a curse? Maybe a sickness that won't leave? Maybe financial lack that follows you like a shadow. Maybe fear, failure, or even generational problems that seem impossible to break. Tonight, I'm telling you, those curses have to go because Christ already took them on for you. And faith is the key. Faith unlocks the promise. Faith speaks the cursed dead. And faith calls forth the blessing. So get ready because in just a moment I'm going to share the story of a woman who with only seven words spoken in faith broke free from a curse that had haunted her family for generations. But first let me ask you, do you believe the Bible? Do you believe that the curse is broken? If so, shout amen with me. Amen. Good. Now hold on to that faith because what comes next will challenge everything you've thought about curses and blessings and it will give you a weapon, a powerful faith-filled declaration to release the blessing into your life.
Now let me tell you about a woman who came to one of our meetings years ago. I'll never forget her. Her name was Mabel Rose. She was 52 years old from Little Rock, Arkansas. Mabel walked into the tent on the third night of a week-long revival. Now listen, she didn't come because she believed anything was going to happen. No, no. She came because her neighbor dragged her. Her neighbor had been healed the night before of a longstanding migraine condition. Glory to God. But Mabel, she came bound. Bound in her body, bound in her mind, bound in her bloodline. You could see it in her eyes, defeated, worn down, tired, and there was something heavy about her, almost like she carried weights you couldn't see.
Now, I didn't know her story at the time, but after the meeting, she asked if she could talk to me. She sat down, trembling, looking over her shoulder like something was following her. She said, "Brother Hagen, I love the Lord. I got saved at 10 years old in a little Baptist church just outside of Conway. I've been baptized. I read my Bible. I try to do right, but it's like it's like something's wrong with me, like something's chasing me. I don't know what to call it, but it feels like a curse." I said, "Well, Mabel, why do you say that?" And tears filled her eyes. She said, "My mama died of breast cancer. So did her sister. So did her mama. All the women in our family go out that way. My sister tried to take her life three times. Depression runs through us like a river. And now the doctors are telling me the lump is back. Same breast, same pattern. I've done everything I know to do. I've fasted. I've prayed. [snorts] I've anointed with oil. But I still feel this thing and it scares me."
Now listen to me. Fear is the first signal that the enemy is whispering. I looked Mabel in the eye and I said, "You're not cursed. You're just uninformed." She blinked. She said, "What do you mean?" I opened up my Bible to Galatians 3:13, the same verse we just read, and I had her read it aloud. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law. I said, "Mabel, what tense is that in?" She paused and said, "It says hath past tense." I said, "Exactly. That means he's already done it. You're not waiting to be redeemed. You already are. You don't need to beg God to break the curse. He already broke it. Now, it's your job to believe it and declare it." She started shaking. I could tell the spirit of God was working on her. But I wasn't done. I said, ' Tell me something. What do you speak over yourself daily? She hesitated. Then said, I say what the doctor says. I say, I hope this isn't the end. I say I don't want to go out like mama did. I said, and there's your problem. I said, you've been speaking the curse. You've been agreeing with fear. You've been repeating death, and the devil has been using your own words to build his case against you. Now, some of you listening tonight, you're doing the same thing. You wake up speaking defeat. You go to bed rehearsing failure. You talk more about your family's patterns than your spiritual inheritance. And then you wonder why it keeps repeating. Let me say it loud so you don't miss it. If you speak the curse, you'll live under it. But if you speak the word, you'll live above it.
And right then, Mabel asked the question that shifted everything. She said, "Then what do I say?" Oh, that's when the Holy Ghost moved. I didn't plan it. I didn't prepare it. But the spirit of God rose up in me and said, "Tell her to say these words. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." Seven words, not complicated, not poetic, just true. I leaned in and whispered, "Babel, say this. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. She shook her head, scared. I said, "Come on now. Say it like you mean it." So she did weakly at first. "The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." And then again, louder, "The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." And on the third time, she shouted it. "The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." And when she said it that third time, she went down under the power of God. I didn't touch her. Nobody pushed her. The Holy Ghost hit her like lightning. She laid there for 10, maybe 15 minutes, under the weight of glory. When she got up, her face was different. Her eyes were clear. Her back stood straight. She smiled and said, "Something left me. I don't know what it was, but it left me." I said, "Yes, it did, Mabel. That was the last breath of a generational curse. And your seven words finished what Jesus already paid for. And I want to tell you tonight, if he did it for Mabel, he'll do it for you. But you've got to believe the word. You've got to speak the word. And you've got to stop repeating the curse and start declaring the cross. Because you don't break the curse with fear. You break it with faith. You don't argue with demons. You enforce the verdict of Calvary. And tonight, I'm going to teach you how to do just that. Because the same Jesus that freed Mabel is still breaking chains today.
Now, let me take you back to that night in the tent meeting. That same night, Mabel heard the word. Oh, something began stirring in the atmosphere before she ever came forward. We'd been preaching on Galatians 3:13 for three nights straight. Some folks thought it was too much. >> [snorts] >> One brother said, "Brother Hagen, don't you have anything new?" And I said, "You haven't done the old yet." Amen. You see, we don't need novelty. We need revelation. Because the devil doesn't leave just because you've heard a scripture once. He leaves when that scripture becomes your sword. And that night, the atmosphere was different. There was a weight to the word, a holy heaviness. It wasn't emotion. It wasn't hype. It was authority. I could sense the spirit of God brooding, hovering, looking for someone who would dare believe what they heard. And right when I got to the part where Jesus became the curse when I said, "He took your curse so you could take his blessing." I heard the spirit whisper to me, "Someone in here has believed the curse more than Christ." I didn't know who it was yet, but I said it out loud. I pointed toward the back of the tent and said, "Somebody in here has been living under a lie. You think what's been in your family has to stay in your family? You think your mama's sickness, your daddy's temper, your uncle's addiction has to be your future. But I came to tell you the curse ends tonight." And when I said that, Mabel stood straight up out of her seat. She didn't walk. She ran. She ran down that dirt aisle, tears flowing, voice trembling, arms shaking, and she fell to her knees right in front of the platform. Now, you've got to understand, this wasn't a woman looking for a show. This was a woman desperate for freedom, desperate for truth, desperate for something greater than her doctor's diagnosis, something greater than her family's past. She looked up at me and said, "Brother Hagen, I believe you, but I don't know what to say." And the Holy Ghost gave me the words, not words from my mind, but words from the throne. I knelt down, took her hand, and said, "Say this with all your heart. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." She said it once, twice, three times. And the third time, like I told you earlier, something broke. And let me tell you what happened next.
After the service, while others were still receiving ministry, Mabel came up to me again. But this time, her face looked 10 years younger. No heaviness, no sorrow. She said, "I felt something leave me. It's like like chains falling." I said, ' That's exactly what it was.' She said, 'Brother Hagen, do you think I'm really free?' I said, ' Mabel, you're not just free, you're redeemed. And what Jesus has redeemed, no devil can reclaim. And that night, she went home and wrote those seven words on a notepad. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. She taped it to her mirror. She put it on her refrigerator. She wrote it on her Bible cover. She taught it to her daughter. She repeated it every morning. And do you know what happened? She went back to the doctor six weeks later. They couldn't find the lump. She told me later the doctor kept looking at the scans and scratching his head. He said, "I must have misdiagnosed you." And she looked him square in the eye and said, "No, sir. You diagnosed right, but Jesus cured better. Glory to God."
Now listen to me tonight. If Mabel had kept speaking death, she'd still be in bondage. But she changed her confession. And the moment she aligned her words with the word, heaven moved because that's how spiritual law works. Faith must be believed in the heart and spoken with the mouth. That's how salvation works. That's how healing works. That's how deliverance works. It's not just what you hear. It's what you say in response to what you've heard. And I believe that same Holy Spirit who gave Mabel those seven words is about to give you something tonight. Because some of you, just like her, have been living under a pattern. Your mama feared it. Your daddy ignored it. Your family endured it. But you, you're about to end it.
Say this with me now. Say it like you mean it. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. Say it again. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. That's not just a phrase. That's a verdict. That's a decree. That's the gavel of heaven hitting the bench and saying, "Case closed. The curse is over. Not because of your works, not because of your prayers, not because of your fasting, but because of the finished work of Jesus Christ." Hallelujah.
Now, stay with me because we're just getting started. I'm going to take you deeper into the teaching of how the curse operates, how it attaches itself to families, and how the spoken word backed by faith is the only weapon strong enough to sever it. You don't want to miss this next part.
Now, I want to teach you something because if you don't know what a curse is, you won't know what Jesus delivered you from. And if you don't know what you're free from, you'll keep living like a slave. So, let's talk about it. The curse isn't some spooky shadow hiding under your bed. It's not superstition or folk religion. The curse is real. It's legal. It's spiritual. And until you understand it from the word of God, you'll never walk in victory over it.
Turn with me to Deuteronomy chapter 28. Now, don't get scared. It's a long chapter, but you need to see this. The first 14 verses are blessings. Oh, they'll make you shout, "Blessed in the city, blessed in the field, blessed coming in, blessed going out. The fruit of your womb, the increase of your cattle, the work of your hands, all bless." But starting in verse 15, it turns from verse 15 all the way to 68. It lists the curses that come upon people who break the covenant of God. Now, I'm not going to read them all, but let me tell you what's included. Sickness [snorts] of every kind, mental torment, tumors, ulcers, fevers, confusion, despair, barrenness, miscarriages, broken families, rebellious children, poverty, and oppression, being robbed and helpless to stop it, depression, and madness. Sound familiar? You see, the curse isn't just one thing. It's a package deal. And here's the thing. The devil doesn't care what door he uses to get in. If it's fear, he'll use it. If it's anger, he'll use that, too. If it's ignorance, that's his favorite. And if it's your mouth, oh, he'll ride your words like a horse and plow your life with destruction.
But listen to me carefully. Everything listed under the curse, Jesus already carried. Every sickness, he bore it. Every mental torment, he took it. Every bondage, he broke it. Every oppression, he crushed it. That's why Paul said, "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us." So, let me ask you this. If Jesus already took the curse, why are so many Christians still living under it? I'll tell you why. Because they don't know it's illegal. And the devil loves to traffic in ignorance.
Now, imagine this with me. Let's say someone broke into your house and started stealing your furniture. They're dragging out your couch, unplugging your television, carrying off your refrigerator, and you just sit there and say, "Well, maybe God's trying to teach me something." That's nonsense. You'd call the police. You'd confront the thief. You'd press charges. Well, let me tell you something. The curse is a thief. And the devil is a trespasser. And if you don't stand up and enforce your rights, he'll keep looting your life while you pray sweet little religious prayers that don't move a thing. Now, hear me. A curse only sticks where the truth has not been applied. And that's why the Bible says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Not lack of love, not lack of effort, lack of knowledge." But once you know the truth, once you know you're redeemed, once you know the curse has no legal right to stay in your house, that's when the shift begins.
Now, don't get me wrong. This isn't about working harder or fasting longer or shouting louder. This is about aligning your faith with what Jesus already finished. I want you to hear me loud and clear. You are not fighting for victory. You are fighting from victory. You're not trying to get free. You're enforcing the freedom that's already yours. That's what Mabel did when she said those seven words. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. She wasn't begging God to do something. No, she was declaring what Jesus already did. And the moment she did that, heaven backed her up because all of heaven will respond when you speak in alignment with the finished work of the cross. Some of you have been praying for years. You've been waiting for God to do something. But tonight, God is waiting on you. Waiting for you to say what he already said. Waiting for you to agree with the blood. Waiting for you to speak the blessing instead of the curse. Because the curse may have run in your family, but tonight it runs into the blood. Glory to God.
Now say this with me. I am redeemed. Say it again. I am redeemed from the curse of the law. One more time. Make the devil hear it. I am redeemed. I will not live under what Jesus died to deliver me from. And in just a moment, I'm going to take you deeper. Because if you're going to walk free, you've got to understand how faith and your words operate like the courtroom of heaven. But first, we're going back to Mabel because what happened after her declaration is going to show you exactly how powerful the spoken word really is.
Now, after I laid hands on Mabel that night and after she declared those seven words, the curse ends here. Jesus is enough. And the power of God hit her like a lightning bolt. She didn't just fall out under the anointing and stay down there smiling. No sir, she got up changed. Now, I've seen folks fall out and get back up the same way they went down because they were touched by emotion, not transformation. But not Mabel. Something had broken. She stood up slow, her body still trembling, and she looked around like she was seeing for the first time. Her eyes weren't filled with fear anymore. They were clear, bright. I walked over to her and said, "Mabel, what happened?" She said, "Brother Hagen, I can't explain it." I said those words and it was like a chain snapped off my chest, like something heavy got ripped out of me. I said, "That was the spirit of fear and the lie of the curse. They left when you spoke the truth."
Now, here's where it gets real good. She said, "All my life, I believed the curse was stronger than me, stronger than God's promises. I thought it was just something I had to accept. But when I said those words, it felt like like heaven heard me, like hell couldn't stop it." I said, "That's exactly right. Heaven did hear you and hell couldn't stop it. You just spoke in agreement with the blood of Jesus. And when you do that, the courtroom of heaven rules in your favor every time. She said, "I don't want to ever forget those words." I said, "Then write them down. Say them again. Declare them over your house, your health, your children, your grandchildren every day. Speak them until the devil gets tired of hearing you. Speak them until the blessing becomes louder than the memory of the curse."
Now listen to me, church. What happened with Mabel wasn't unique. That wasn't just her miracle. That's your inheritance. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. Say it again. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. Now, I know what some of you are thinking. But, Brother Hagen, what if I don't feel anything when I say it? You don't need to feel it. You need to believe it. Feelings don't break curses. Faith does. Mabel didn't shake because she was emotional. She shook because she aligned her mouth with the truth. And truth caused a tremor in the spiritual realm. When she said those seven words, she wasn't asking for freedom. She announced it. She wasn't requesting healing. She received it. She wasn't hoping for change. She enforced it because she believed what Jesus already did.
Let me tell you what happened after that night. Mabel went home and did just what I told her. She got a sticky note and wrote down those words, "The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." And slapped it right on her bathroom mirror. She put another one on her fridge, another on her Bible cover. Every morning she looked herself in the mirror and declared it, not in fear, not in desperation, but in faith. And six weeks later, just like I told you, she went back to the doctor. They did another mammogram and this time they couldn't find anything. The doctor said, "Well, sometimes these things just shrink." She smiled and said, "No, sir. It didn't shrink. It surrendered." Hallelujah. He said, "Surrendered?" She said, "Yeah, to the name of Jesus."
Now, what do you do with that? I tell you what you do. You praise God. Because what he did for Mabel, he can do for you. And that's just the beginning. Her daughter, who had struggled with infertility for six years, called her three months later and said, "Mama, I don't know how to say this, but I'm pregnant." And the doctor says, "It's twins." Her son, who hadn't spoken to her in nine years because of family bitterness, called crying and said, "Mama, something's been eating at me. I want to come home. Can we talk?" Her sister, who battled depression for over a decade, called one night and said, "I don't know what happened, but I felt like a weight lifted off me. I think I want to come to church."
Now, how do you explain that? Seven words. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. And when those words were spoken in faith, heaven moved. Hell backed off and the blessing stepped in. So let me ask you tonight, what curse are you still tolerating? What lie have you been repeating? What pattern have you accepted as permanent? Because the moment you speak in alignment with the word, the moment your lips match his promise, the moment you dare say the curse ends here, Jesus is enough. That's when everything begins to change. And I believe someone in here is about to see it.
Now, after that powerful meeting, after Mabel received her healing, after she got up from that floor changed, I didn't see her for several days. But about a week later, we were in another meeting just across the county line. And guess who came walking through the back doors? That's right, Mabel Rose. But this time, she didn't come dragging in. She didn't come with her head down or her shoulders slumped. She came walking like a woman who knew something, like someone who owned what Jesus gave her. She came up to me after service and she said, "Brother Hagen, I have a question." I said, "All right, Mabel, what is it?" She said, "I've been saying those seven words every day. I feel peace like I've never known. I feel free, but the enemy still tries to whisper." He says, "It'll come back. It runs in your family. You just got lucky that day." And I looked her right in the eyes and said, "Mabel, the only power the devil has left is suggestion, and the only entrance he has is your agreement." She blinked. "Agreement?" I said, "Yes, he can't curse what God has blessed, but he can convince you to use your mouth to reopen the door." She said, "You mean if I start saying what he says?" I said, ' Then you're authorizing the curse with your confession. And she went silent for a moment. Then she said something I'll never forget. She said, "So my mouth is the gate." I said, "Exactly. Your mouth is the gate. Your words are the keys. Your voice carries your authority."
Now, I want everyone listening tonight to hear that same truth. You're not bound because the curse is stronger than the cross. You're bound because your mouth has agreed with the wrong voice. Some of you been repeating what your doctor said, what your daddy said, what your fears say, what your memory scream, and then wondering why nothing's changing. But the spiritual realm moves at the speed of confession. That's why Romans 10:10 says, "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Now that word salvation in the Greek is soteria. It includes deliverance, healing, protection, preservation, soundness of mind, wholeness in every area. You don't just believe for salvation, you confess into it. That's why when Mabel said the curse ends here, Jesus is enough. She wasn't just making a positive statement. She was making a spiritual transaction. She was closing the door to every demonic lie. She was enforcing what Jesus already paid for.
Now listen closely. If you can talk yourself into fear, you can talk yourself into faith. If you can speak yourself into worry, you can speak yourself into healing. If you can rehearse the trauma, you can also declare the triumph. You've got to decide whose words you'll echo, God's or the enemy's. And I tell you something else. I told Mabel, I said, "The enemy's voice always sounds like it belongs. It sounds like logic, like reason, like memory, like familiarity, but it's a lie wrapped in a memory." She said, "Then what do I do when it comes again?" I said, "Uh, you answer back. You say, "That's not who I am. That's not what I have. That's not what I believe. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." And she said, "Every time." I said, "Every time." Because faith is consistent. You can't speak the word once and expect results if you're speaking fear all day long. Mabel looked at me and said, "You know, Brother Hagen, for the first time in my life, I'm not scared of my family's past anymore." And I said, "Good, because you just changed your family's future." Hallelujah. You see, when one person in a bloodline starts to believe God, speak truth, and walk by faith, they become the hinge that swings the door for every generation after them. Your children will talk different. Your grandchildren will live different. Your family line changes because your mouth changed first.
So say this with me again. Come on, you know it by now. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. And say this too, my mouth is not a tool of fear. My mouth is a weapon of faith. I speak the word only. And the word always wins.
Now, we're going deeper next because I want to show you from the word exactly how life and death are in the power of the tongue and how your healing, your freedom, and your inheritance are voice activated. Get ready now. Open your Bible with me to Proverbs 18:21. Don't just quote it. Look at it. You need to see this with your own eyes. Death and life are in the power of the tongue. And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Say that out loud with me. Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Not just life, not just death. Both and both are under the power of your tongue. That means your mouth is a fountain and it's always producing something. And let me tell you something most believers don't realize. Your mouth is the steering wheel of your life. James chapter 3 says, "Your tongue is like the rudder of a ship. Small, but it turns the whole thing." That means if your life is headed toward destruction, the first thing to check is your confession because what you're saying is what you're steering. I've had folks come to me and say, "Brother Hagen, I just don't understand why nothing ever works out for me." And I say, "Well, you just told me." What do you mean? I say, "You're prophesying your defeat every morning before the devil even tries." See, the enemy doesn't have to break you when you're breaking yourself with your own words. Your tongue can curse your future or command your blessing.
Now, I'm not talking about magic words or superstition. I'm talking about the law of faith. Mark 11:23 Jesus said, "For verily I say unto you that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith." Three times he says, "Say." One time he says, "Believe." Because if you're not speaking it, you're not believing it. Faith must move your mouth before it moves your mountain.
Now remember Mabel, she believed, but she had never spoken against the curse. She had been thinking about it, fearing it, praying against it, but never declaring the verdict. But the moment she said those seven words, "The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." That was the first time her mouth caught up with her spirit. And heaven responded. Let me ask you something tonight, and don't answer quickly. What are you saying over your life? What do you say about your health? What do you say about your children? What do you say about your finances? What do you say when no one's around and it's just you and your fears? Because if your words are filled with death, don't be surprised when death tries to show up. But if your words are filled with life, spirit-filled life, word-filled life, blood-covered truth, then you are sewing heaven into your tomorrow.
Let me show you how serious this is. In Numbers 14, when Israel refused to enter the promised land, God said something terrifying. He said, "As truly as I live, sayaeth the Lord, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you." Numbers 14:28. Did you hear that? God said, "What you say I do." That's spiritual law. If you speak fear, fear comes. If you speak healing, healing manifests. If you speak confusion, confusion multiplies. If you speak the word, angels are released, demons are bound, and heaven's will is enforced. So you better believe Mabel's life changed not just because of one moment but because she changed the whole pattern of her mouth. Every morning the curse ends here. Jesus is enough. When the fear tried to come, the curse ends here. Jesus is enough. When the news was bad, the curse ends here. Jesus is enough. She made her tongue serve her spirit. And that's what you got to do. Make your mouth a servant of your faith. Train your tongue. Discipline your confession. Starve your fear. Feed your faith.
Now say this out loud and don't say it small, say it strong. My tongue will not betray my faith. My words are in agreement with the word of God. I will speak life, not death. Blessing, not cursing. Truth, not fear. And now declare this. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. Oh, glory to God. You're beginning to see it now. You're beginning to feel it stir. That spiritual authority rising on the inside of you. That's not hype. That's not emotion. That's the Holy Ghost reminding you who you are and what Jesus already did.
And now I'm going to show you what happened to Mabel after she began to consistently speak those seven words and how her life became a walking testimony to the finished work of the cross. Because breakthrough isn't just about one moment. It's about what you say and believe every day. Now, some folks think Mabel's story ended when she got up off that floor. No. No. That was just the beginning. Because God never just breaks a curse. He replaces it with a blessing. You see, deliverance is not just subtraction. It's exchange. He takes the curse and he gives you the blessing of Abraham. That's what Galatians 3:14 says. That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ.
So what did Mabel do next? She didn't go back to her old life. She didn't go back to sitting in fear and waiting for the other shoe to drop. No sir, she got bold. She started laying hands on folks. I got a letter from her about 6 months after the revival. It was handwritten, about four pages long. She said, "Brother Hagen, I can't believe I lived under fear for so long. The enemy had me convinced I was cursed, but now I wake up every day declaring my house is a house of blessing." She said, "I've started a prayer meeting with a few ladies from my church. We meet every Thursday and declare the word over our families. We speak healing. We speak freedom. We declare the blessing of the Lord in every area." She wrote, "My son, who wouldn't even talk to me, is now going to church every Sunday. He got filled with the Holy Ghost last week and laid hands on a boy in youth group who got instantly healed of a back condition." She said, "My daughter carried the twins full term. No complications, no fear. They're healthy, beautiful, and strong. And every time I hold them, I say the curse ended before they were born. Hallelujah. She told me, "Brother Hagen, it's not just that I'm healed. It's that I'm free. I don't feel afraid anymore. I don't feel like something's following me. I feel like Jesus is leading me."
Now, that's real fruit. That's the blessing. That's the result of a spoken shift. You see, when she changed her confession, she changed her direction. When she changed her direction, she changed her destiny. And when she changed her destiny, she changed her legacy. And listen to me carefully. If you change your words, you can change your world. Let me say that again. If you change your words, you can change your world. You don't have to die with what your family passed down. You don't have to settle for what your body says or your memories whisper or your mind battles. The curse may have come through the bloodline, but it can't cross the blood of Jesus. Glory to God. And just like Mabel declared the truth over her life and watched her whole household change, I believe some of you tonight are going to walk out of here with more than healing. You're going to walk out carrying a mantle, an anointing to break that curse and establish the blessing for generations to come. Because you're not just fighting for you, you're fighting for your children. You're fighting for your grandchildren. You're fighting for every unborn great grandchild who will one day live under the roof you prayed over. So don't you dare speak small. Don't you dare talk like a victim. Don't you dare let the devil teach your tongue how to curse your future. Tonight, just like Mabel, you can say the curse ends here. Jesus is enough. And when you say it and you believe it and you refuse to back down from it, you'll see results you didn't even ask for. Because God doesn't just meet faith. He multiplies it.
Now, I want you to listen closely. Because this part is not about Mabel anymore. This part is about you. We've heard the word. We've read the scripture. We've seen the pattern broken. We've watched the curse bow. Now it's your turn. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Because faith is always now, not someday, not eventually, now. Hebrews 11:1 says, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." So right now, I'm going to lead you in a declaration. And if you'll speak this with faith, with conviction, with everything in you, not just from your mouth, but from your spirit, then I believe the same power that hit Mabel that night is about to hit you. Because the anointing to break the curse is voice activated. It's not enough to nod. It's not enough to say, "Amen." You've got to speak. You've got to declare. You've got to let heaven, hell, and every generational lie hear you say, "The curse ends here. Jesus is enough."
Say it out loud now. Right where you are. Don't whisper it. Don't mumble it. Say it like you're standing on the blood of Jesus with the angels behind you and the devil in front of you. Say it. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. Again, the curse ends here. Jesus is enough. One more time so loud that it echoes in your future. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough.
Now lift your hands and begin to thank him. Thank him that the blood speaks better things than your family's history. Thank him that the name of Jesus is greater than any doctor's report, any generational struggle, any diagnosis, any trauma, any fear. Thank him that your tongue is now a weapon of deliverance and not a tool of destruction. Thank him that your children are walking free, that your home is clean, that the curse is reversed and the blessing is flowing. Glory to God.
Now, let me pray over you. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for every man and woman under the sound of my voice who has declared your truth. I thank you that they are redeemed from the curse of the law. Not by their efforts, not by their strength, but by the blood of Jesus. I declare right now every generational sickness broken. Every cycle of fear and depression broken. Every family pattern of divorce, addiction, and destruction broken. Every voice of defeat and every agreement with death broken. And in its place, I declare the blessing of Abraham, the peace of God, the soundness of mind, the power of the Holy Ghost, the covering of the blood, the authority of the believer. I say over them, the curse ends here. Jesus is enough. Now, Holy Spirit, seal this word in their heart. Let it rise up tomorrow morning. Let it echo in the middle of the night. Let it be on their lips when the enemy comes whispering again. And let this declaration not be a one-time moment, but a new lifestyle of truth speaking, cursebreaking, blessing walking faith in the mighty matchless name of Jesus Christ. Now, before we close, I want to talk to the ones still sitting there thinking, "Brother Hagen, I've heard the word. I've said the seven words, but I still feel the weight. I still feel the fight. I still feel like maybe the curse isn't done with me yet." Let me tell you something right now. You don't walk by what you feel. You walk by what you believe. The devil's last weapon is always suggestion. If he can't stop your confession, he'll try to make you doubt it. But tonight, we don't just feel free. We know we are. And uh if you're still under burden, if you're still unsure, if you're still battling that thing that keeps trying to climb back into your life, then I want to invite you to receive real lasting freedom tonight, right now. Not just healing, not just emotional release, but the deep legal bloodbought heavenbacked freedom that comes when you let Jesus fully take your place and speak his verdict over your life. And for that, we're going to pray. But this is no ordinary prayer. This is a release. This is a renunciation of every lie, every chain, every generational sentence, and a full embrace of everything Jesus purchased at Calvary. Are you ready?
Bow your head, close your eyes, but open your heart and say this after me. Not religiously, not mechanically, but like your life depends on it. Father God, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I believe Jesus died for my sins. I believe he became the curse so I could carry the blessing. I believe he rose again so I could rise with him. And right now I renounce every lie I've believed. Every curse I've repeated, every pattern I've accepted, I say this boldly. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. I receive the blood. I receive the blessing. I receive my freedom. And I'll never be the same. in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
Now look up at me. If you prayed that and believed it, I want you to know you are free. You may not feel thunder. You may not see lightning. But in the spirit, a line has been drawn. And the devil knows he cannot cross it. Now what's next? You walk it out. You wake up tomorrow and you speak the same truth you spoke tonight. You say, "The curse ends here. Jesus is enough." You say it over your children. You say it over your doctor's report. You say it when the enemy tries to come whispering again. And every time you say it, it becomes more than words. It becomes your sword. Because no curse can survive where the word of God is spoken in faith. And if you'll hold fast to this confession, if you'll let it be more than a phrase, if you'll let it be your fire, then the next time someone asks you how you got free, you'll say, "Oh, I was under it for years. But then I heard the word and I spoke seven words and everything changed." And you'll say them like Mabel did. The curse ends here. Jesus is enough. Glory to God. That's your new identity. That's your new sound. That's your new story. And heaven is celebrating with you. Amen.
