Resolution Revolution - Welcome Call - Day 1 - January 12, 2025

Good morning and welcome to flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie Anlay. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-on, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position.

This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two upper deck exits. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices, such as shame, guilt, and doubt, should be turned off at this time. All blame, hurt, and limiting beliefs should be stowed away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull on gratitude and love. Connect to source and breathe in deeply. Once your faith is fully and automatically restored, we then encourage you to assist other passengers in need. Thank you for flying with me and enjoy the ride.

Hey, hello gorgeous people, and welcome to 2025! It is officially the kickstart of 2025 for me because it isn't official until we are in resolution revolution. It's just the way it feels for me today. I am drinking. I feel very fancy. I have in my beautiful flute sparkling water of the We Are Alpha Fem brand. These are just some of the things that I do in order to see my brand everywhere, myself, that what I do matters. And so, as you see me drinking this, just know it's Alpha Fem sparkling water because to support the vibes.

So, I would like to propose a toast to all of us, that we have the most extraordinary 2025 of our lives. Like, the best year of our lives yet. That it is everything we hoped it could be and more. Cheers to you, your dreams, your life, and everything that is to come in this extreme, extraordinary year. Cheers.

Okay, I have big plans for us, you guys. I have very big plans. This is going to be a record year, and record years have to start in a certain kind of energy. They deserve that we have presence of mind from the beginning. So, it is our duty as creators of extraordinary years to start 2025 in the kind of vibe where anything could happen, in God's own vibe of like, anything could happen, fertile soil, beautiful imagination, where you only let yourself imagine outcomes that serve you, a solid mind, heart, and spirit to take you through the year, and a knowing that no matter what curveballs you get, you can handle it because you were born for this. This is going to be an extraordinary year, and all you need to do is decide it, plan it with me in this 10-day master class, and then just live it.

Now, this is our welcome call. Tomorrow is the first official module of the program. So, what I want to do for today is to really set this program, the most beautiful context for it, so that you really know how to utilize the program. So, you will have received a list of things that would make this program better if you had them. So, if you have the Alpha Fem planner, and I'm going to check with my team how many we have left, but they basically sold out as soon as we got them. But I think we maybe have 30 or something left. I'll check with my team. We may not even. But if you want one of the Alpha Fem planners, or if you have the Alpha Fem planner, there's also going to be a very specific plan called during the program, like outside of the program, only for people who have the planner, and you're going to get the date for that. But if you don't have that, then a large desk calendar will be very helpful for this program. Different colors and sizes of posits. I know, but yes, you will be very happy you have these. You need six mason jars. I know, but I'm telling you, you'll be happy if you have it. And blank labels to stick on the mason jars. And if you haven't yet done the Finish Line master class, I highly recommend it. You'll see here that I recommend having a large white thick cardboard. This is going to be actually for some of the work that comes in the Finish Line. So, if you've already done your hindsight board and you already have that, you can disregard. But if you haven't done that yet, you're going to love that part of the process. Glue and scissors. And I also recommend, because it's a brand new year, a new Alpha or a new Alpha Fem notebook. Why not? So, if you would like a new Alpha Fem notebook, I'll put a link in group for or Alpha Fem team can put one in the comment section. Links to purchase Alpha Fem notebooks. But if not, just a brand new notebook for fresh, new energy. A working pen, it's always helpful. And I'd really recommend finding a smell for this program. I love having a smell for a New Year program that smells different than anything else or that reminds me of something fantastic. So, if you have a candle that's like the smell from a hotel that makes you feel like you could take over the world, that's awesome. Or if you want to try a brand new smell where throughout the year, whenever you want to tap back into possibility, you relight that candle and the smell brings you back, that's also a great idea. And I always recommend tissues because, well, we're probably going to cry sometimes. Tears of joy, sometimes tears of laughter, and other times deep, beautiful tears of nostalgia and connection and love for our lives. So, those are some things that I would recommend for the duration of the program. It's going to work very simple. There's going to be a guide section for every call. So, it'll be hosted directly in the section of the Facebook group, super easy to find. If you have any questions throughout the program, you just message the Alpha Fem team on Facebook Messenger, or you can message We Are Alpha Fem on Instagram, or really, even if you message my account, they'll find you. We're everywhere. The team is everywhere, and we're here to help you. But just the more specific, the more global accounts. So, if you message like, Nicole Alpha Team, for example, you'll have less chances of being answered. Go with the Alpha Fem team, We Are Alpha Fem, and this is the way to do it.

So, the first thing I really want to do with you here is I want you to stretch your imagination beyond what you normally would in a new year. And for me, when I really think about what I want to do this year, I know that a lot. Oh, yes, your AF candle. Oh my gosh, you could even buy an AF candle. I am so stocked up with all the things that matter to me at this point, it's insane. You could even buy an AF candle, or you have one if you are in AF, in Alpha Experience, and I sent you a candle. Okay, focus. Too much excitement. When I think about how I used to think about years before, it used to really be like a to-do list, and it felt like if I didn't achieve the things on the to-do list, I failed the year. I don't know if you can relate to this, but it was like, this is what I was supposed to have done, and then I either did them or I didn't do them. And what that doesn't take into consideration, which I think is such an important piece of the puzzle for all of us, is who we become in a certain year. Because when I look at the years that have really made a huge difference in my life, what really made the difference beyond the tangible checklist was who I became in the process. Where it was like, gosh, my confidence skyrocketed. I ended up getting so much more engagement on my social media. My content was so much greater. I redid some of my sales pages, my branding got better. I felt more confident. I can tell in my videos, I speak clearer, my vocabulary got better, my stories got better. My relationship with Kevin got even stronger or better, or I bonded with Beatrice, my niece, my goddaughter. Like, those are intangible things sometimes that you just, how do you put that on a checklist? So, we don't just, we're going to have goals, and we're going to have to reverse engineer those. So, those are going to come in the program. But there's something bigger than that, and that is the person you're becoming.

Now, when you stand here in January 2025 and you try to look at the year and you say, here's what I would want to create, there's a different feeling than when you look back to 2024 and you think what you've already done. So, let me ask you, when you look back at 2024, what are some things that you can already see you changed? Things you may, you may not have been able to quantifiably put on a piece of paper, but you'd be like, 2024 was the year that I gained a lot of emotional maturity, leadership, personal power. What else? I got, I got out of my own way. I got clarity. I found AF. I love that for my personal brand, my style. I got, I had more presence. I joined AF. That's awesome. I joined AF and I have developed greatly. That's amazing. I had responsibility over my decisions. I joined the Finish Line Mastermind. Yay! Strength and magnificence. My confidence in who I am. I deepened my relationship with God. I joined AF too. I stood up for myself more. I allowed myself to create for myself first and open my heart even more. Emotional regulation. I loved myself more. Alignment. Clarity. So, there's a lot of things here. A lot of AFs. Some people rested. Some people, you know, really forgave some things. Like, when you look at a year, more of God in your life. Like, there's some really beautiful things that happened. But is that really you just check those things off? Like, I lived my best life. Check. So, we want to, before I ever create any kinds of goals, I do what I like to call an energetic projection or vision casting. And what that looks like is, what will you be saying about 2025 and 2026 that is so incredibly different than what are you going to do in 2025? Because what are you going to do in 2025 feels like a very cerebral experience. It's like, I want to do this, I want to do this, I want to do this, I want to do this. But the weirdest thing is, you can project yourself into January 2026. And I could say, if we were to be meeting again this time next year, and I were to ask you, what was this last year like for you? And you really let yourself surrender to that. And I asked you to put on the lens of your entire life. I asked you to put in the lens of your relationship, the lens of your friendship, the lens of your relationship with yourself, the lens of your family, if you're a parent, the lens of how you parented. If I were to ask you to look at 2025 like what I did, and you think about how you showed up as a leader, maybe in your own business, in your financial situation. If I asked you to look at just how you speak, or what you believe about yourself, where your, where your power is. So, when you think about what a year can do, there's going to be a bunch of memories. But above that, there's going to be a person you become because of that. There's going to be a lot of things you're going to succeed at. You're going to check some of the things off your plan. That's going to happen. But there's someone you're going to become because of that. And to me, I have to have that image in my mind in order for me to actually feel like all the other things can happen.

So, I'll give you an example. For me, when I think of my life in 2026, so I'm speaking to you in 2026, I'm going to say, we crossed a $100 million for Alpha Fem. I have a nine-figure brand, and I lead a nine-figure brand. And that happened for me this last year. My relationship with Kevin, but the both of us owning that identity was such a shift, and we embodied it from the moment, like from the moment we decided it, even throughout the building, and the party, and beyond. It just did something to us and the team. I have the confidence it built in them to know that they were co-creators of a $100 million brand. How proud they feel to have that job, to work with Alpha Fem. Whenever anyone asks them what they do for a living, and they're like, I work for the most extraordinary company. They feel so, so proud. They've traveled, they've been on holidays, their relationships are better than ever before. They've watched every single one of my programs, and they feel closer to me. I feel closer to them. It feels like they've really transformed in every way this year. My team is stronger than they've ever been. I've had the most incredible time with my friends. I've made memories. I've belly laughed. I've cried. I have laughed. I won Ken more times than I could possibly imagine. I've had the time of my life. My sister and I are closer than ever. We've had the most fun. We found really innovative and creative ways to show behind the scenes how what it actually takes to run a brand like Alpha Fem. And I found a way to showcase her work and Cody's work and to really get people to understand what it looks like. And it's inspired so many people to up their brand game. Frankie and I are tight. It's the best. I FaceTime him daily. It's amazing. Beatrice and Jack are like bonding every day. Every time I see them, it's just the most magical experience. I have the time of my life with my parents. I've never felt closer to them. We've traveled. We've made memories together. It's been spectacular. I can tell my voice is amplified. I found another level of my voice because of that because I actually feel stronger than I've ever felt with my parents, and I feel stronger than I've ever felt with my siblings. My brother and his and his wife are doing so well, and we've had them over for dinners, and we've had big talks, and he, all the houses that he built, they sold, and they sold above asking price, and he's doing the moonwalk because he's so happy with his success of his business and everything that's happened there. Kevin and I's other businesses are going so well, and that is just the vibe. We feel like badasses. It's like, I've got a $100 million brand with Alpha Fem, and all of our other businesses are working, and I'm like, how is this my life? I feel so at home in all of my homes, but I've traveled the world more than I ever have, and it feels good. And I really know how to navigate my business from anywhere in any time zone, all over the world. And because I've traveled, it feels like I've got clients popping like popcorn everywhere. I've got people in every time zone, and because I'm traveling, they're finding me on every time zone, and I'm helping people all over the world do extraordinary things. I'm more powerful than I've ever been. My voice is clearer than it's ever been. I enjoy writing content more than I ever have. Can you see how that doesn't feel like a checklist? And it's like, the more I talk about it, the more there's other things I feel like I want to say. The log cabin's going to be complete. It's going to be a whole vibe. I'm going to have a party in there. I'm going to, I'm going to have a, I want a photo shoot of the log cabin once it's finished, and I want it to be featured in a magazine. It's going to be that good. I'm so excited to host Christmas in there. I'm going to have the best Christmas ever.

You let yourself free flow, which feels so different than a goal. And you do this really clearly, and you can either voice memo it, or you can write it, whatever is best for you, or you can voice memo it and then write it. But once you've done that, you're really going to read it. And I want you to feel in your energy, in your body, the way you feel after having really gone through this process. Because how I feel right now after having said it all is that now is the right time to write some goals. Now, after I've riffed and I've let my mind run free, and I'm in the feeling as though it's happened, I'm telling you, I've just immersed myself in a few minutes of telling you what life is like for me. I feel it. I know it. There's a difference between trying to believe you can do something and actually feeling like it's already been done. And the crazy thing is, when you look at 2024 and everything you did, you don't remember it super clearly. You just know what happened. Like, who here has had a record month in 2025 or in 2024 at some point? Like, one of the months was nuts, and you're even still puzzled. Like, what the heck happened? What was that? What, how? Right? So, you have this one month that happened. Like, it's true, it's real, it's in your body. But it might not feel just as easy to say, and I'm going to do that again next month. Somehow, that's the best month ever. And now it's like, okay, how am I going to do that again? You had a record week. You know, you might have done something so big, and then it's like, well, I didn't, maybe you discount it. Then I didn't do it again, or I don't know how I would do it again. So, if you can make peace with the fact that you did that, and it's in your body, it means you don't even need to be holding the frequency of remembering how you did it for it to be a core cellular memory for you. And the truth is, once we've done something once, it is a core cellular memory. And if we don't override the core, the core memory with fear of lack, of not being able to do it again, or trying to figure out how, if we don't drown it, and we just trust in it, it lives at the forefront of our energetic field, and the possibility of doing it again is much higher.

So, what I'm asking you to do is to simulate the truth in your body. Meaning, you're going to imagine all the things you want to have happened. You're not trying to figure out how you did them. You don't think about that every second of every day. When you think of things that have already been done, when you went on a trip, you don't say, oh my gosh, when I think about it, like, yeah, we had, I went on a trip, but I packed my suitcase, and I, and I, and I, I got myself to the airport, and I, and I had to do this, and I had to do that. You don't think about that. You just say, I went on the trip, and it's like, yes, I did. You feel it in your body. So, when you do that, when you vision cast, it's because it starts to download feelings of, and so it is done in your body. Now, conviction and certainty come from the feeling that it's already done. And it's already done can be said in manifestation in a way where it's like, and so it is. I've declared it into the world, and I believe it's going to happen. But I say it like, and it's done. Or it can be that it happened in the past, and you just clearly say, and so it's done. And they're the same frequency. The frequency of, and yet, and then it's done, is just history is made. Whether it's made in the past, the present, or the future, history is made. But what we tend to try to do is we try to believe that it can be possible. And I think we waste a lot of time trying to do that. Motivation, like I'm motivating myself to believe that something can be done. When in fact, I can remember something I did once before, having no clue how I can do it again, knowing that it's the truth that I did it. So, why do I need to work so hard to believe in something when I can remember something with so much clarity and not question it whatsoever? So, this has been a really powerful thing for me in my life is that when I vision cast, I end up feeling the certainty in my body, but not like, I really believe I could do this. More like, and then it's done. And from the, and then it's done place, I sit and I'm like, so what do I want? But before you do that, I really want you to get in the vibe of this vision casting. If you want to introduce yourself in the group this way, once you've done your vision casting, once you've either spoken it all into your voice app, or once you've written it all out, you present yourself and you say, this time next year, when we have a conversation, or this time next year, when I let you know how things have been, this is what I'll be saying. And you write it all out. That means this program will expire in December of next year, early December. If you want, you'll be able to come in and check on it and see how you did. That'll be a fun feeling. But you're putting it out there in the world. You're not doing it like, please, please, please, I'm gonna have this next year. I really wanna, I'll be good. Please. This is not a Santa wish list. This is a, I am letting you know what happened from the version of me that already feels it cast into the future. It comes with certainty. It comes with conviction. And it comes with the kind of frequency that anything can be built from after that. And then all we need to do is execute on the vision. So, that is your first, like, homework, if you want, for today's module is to do this vision casting exercise. And I suggest you post it in the group, but if you want to keep it private, you can absolutely do that.

Now, I have given you access to the Finish Line master class. And if you haven't watched it, I really recommend that you do. And the reason for this is because in the Finish Line, which is three modules, so it's very easy to watch, in the Finish Line, there are some really epic processes to close out last year. And I do talk a little bit about the 111 list, which is going to be a much deeper process inside of this program. But I think that going back and really pulling out the highlights of your past year is one of the most important things when you transition into a new year because there's so many things you've forgotten. They've just become a part of who you are. There'll be big things that feel like you want to take that picture and put it on a hindsight board and go, gosh, my life's amazing. But there'll also be little things. Like, when I did my hindsight board at the end of last year, I was going through little videos of Frankie. I was going through, you know, memories when my sister came to Hawaii and just her and I with selfies, or, you know, moments of me and Kevin, or me filming Kevin doing silly things, or selfies with my mom, or, you know, being with my friends in Hawaii, or like, there were, there were moments. My my little escape with Kevin where we were like, some of the pictures might not make it, but all the memories. I was like, oh my gosh, I remember that day. There was this one day Kevin's brother came over, and we got stuck. Oh my gosh, Riel, his nephew, who was like five, was like, okay, I, you know, so excited because in this house, it's kind of crazy. But the guy who built this house put a hot tub in the middle of the living room. So, you know how sometimes I sit and it's all green behind me? Well, behind all of that green, there's a hot tub. And it's like, when you sit in the hot tub, you're surrounded by plants, and when you look up, there's this larger than life poster of boats in Fiji or something. So, you're supposed to be sitting in the living room thinking you're in Fiji. I think this was his plan. Kevin and I do not use this hot tub close enough, but whenever we have guests, they are so excited because it's the weirdest thing. So, so Riel was very excited about the hot tub. So, it was like, okay, the hot tub and the, we had have a pontoon, and so, but then it was raining every day while they were here. So, we went out on the pontoon when it was raining, and we all got, listen, wet is not the right word. We would have been drier if we were in the lake. That is, that is what was happening. We were being splashed by the waves in the face. Like, we got stuck in the middle of the lake. It's raining, and we were laughing. And Claire, Kevin's niece, was with us, and she was just like dancing and humming in the rain. And I'll never forget that day because it's just the magic of it. But then to watch the videos of it, I'm like, oh my gosh, I had forgotten the part where this happened or that happened. And I see it in the pictures. So, I remember the concept of the day, but the memories going through your life, the pictures we take, so many photographs. And that's honestly a blessing because sometimes there's things from your year, you lived it, and you're like, I'll never forget that day. But when you go deep into the magic of it, you're like, okay, there were, there were pieces of that memory that I had lost, and there are key ones. Amanda's like, that video. So, Kevin, you thought this would be a good idea? Is that still your answer? You remember that? Oh my gosh, you guys are awesome. So, yeah, Kevin was like, it's gonna be fine. Riel wants to go. I think it's not going to rain. 10 minutes later, we're drowning on the pontoon. It's great. But we laugh the whole time, and then we warmed up in the hot tub, and life was grand.

So, I want you to think about some of the things in your life that maybe days that went wrong, that in hindsight, you're like, oh my gosh, that was such a perfect day. That was such an incredible moment. That was such, I loved that. Lessons that you learned. So, in the Finish Line, you'll be guided through those processes. If you haven't done that yet, I highly recommend it. And it's a bonus for you. Now, why I think this is going to be important is I have a visualization for you that will be easier if at the forefront of your mind, you've got some really beautiful memories. And if you only have the easiest ones to pick, I think you'll get to that part of the visualization and think, I wish, I wish I would have thought of this more. I wish I would have had more in my mind. So, even if you just take a moment today to glance through your pictures after this module, refresh 2024, feel proud of it, feel happy about it, and then come into the first module kind of refreshed about the year that you had. I think you're going to feel really good about what's coming next.

Because what I feel is the best thing about the resolution revolution is it's not just a brand new program of a brand new year. Like, okay, what are we going to do now? The best part about it is that it's a bridge. It feels like it connects last year to this year. Like, somehow they made sense to come one after the other. Like, you needed last year for this year. It was part of the plan. Last year was great, and it'll make this year better. We, we bridge the years together. The way I love to see my life, and this has been such a game changer for me and my business, is I don't see years like a perfectly packaged, like this was 2021, and this was 2022. I see them like building blocks. I am building the palace of my life. I'm building the Taj Mahal of Melanie Anlay's life, the biggest, most beautiful, glamorous building that there possibly is. I'm building this, but it's got to be one piece at a time. You can't just make a building appear. You've got to make things happen one piece at a time. So, every year, if you see every year like it starts in January, it ends in December, and then it disappears, how are we going to build anything? It just feels like something you succeeded or failed with a list. And if you get to the end and it feels like you didn't do as many of the things as you thought, then you failed. So, the year is a wash, and you start over for this year. And this is the language I hear the most when people talk about New Years. Oh, gosh, I'm so ready for this year to be done. This is my year. The way I love to see it is no matter what happened, this is a foundational piece of the building. And next year will be a foundational piece of the building. And the year after will be a foundational piece of the building. And if I'm being really honest, I freaking hope I don't do everything I'm supposed to do in my whole entire life next year. Because or else what am I going to do after that? Just sit, look at the wall, like, there. You cannot have a year where you do everything of life in one year. Then you're like, well, that was great. I guess I'm done. That's not the goal. What we want is that every year builds and builds and builds this extraordinary life. So, when I saw each year as this, like, this year builds on this year, builds on this year, it honored the year before, and it made sense with the bridge. And this year has a lot less pressure. Because what, what the real beauty is about this year is I want to set myself up for next year. And this creates so much momentum. I don't put pressure on a year. Every year is a bridge. So, what's the goal of 2025? To set me up for 2026. Like, chef's kiss. That's the goal. The whole point of 2025 is that 2026 feels at the beginning like I'm set up for an amazing year because of what I did, and who I was, and how I thought, and how I felt, and what I've achieved, and what I celebrated, and my mindset, and my determination, and my conviction, and my certainty, and my advancement. So, it's a gift. 2024 is the gift I gave 2025, and 2025 is the gift I give 2026. Can you see that? If you feel that way about the year that's coming, it's almost like you live a year as an offering to the next year. You might live it more fully. I'm not trying to live this year to perfect this year. I'm not living this year to try to cross every tick, every box. I'm living this year as an offering to the year after. Because the greater the bridge, the greater the next year. And the greater that next year, the greater the bridge to the next year. And now I'm building something extraordinary. Can you even see just in this tiny little piece how that would contribute a major part of how Alpha Fem became Alpha Fem? Because while basically all other people are seeing their year like, okay, we're done, start over. Okay, we're done, start over. I'm like, and use this to build that, and use this to build that. So, obviously, I'm going higher because my stuff is stacking. I'm stacking from year to year instead of going up and then burning to the ground and building up and going to the ground. I'm stacking with every year. When you start living your years like this, my gosh, the glory. It's just the best feeling ever. And you really have respect for who you were the year before. Doesn't matter what happened. And if you went through pain, you're like, gosh, the lessons I got. What an incredible building block. Life will never be the same after what I learned there. The pain I transcended. The mastery that came from that difficult moment. Like, you'll be able to see it in hindsight so different than it was in the moment. And it's going to give you this incredible momentum, which is really what we want at the beginning of a new year anyway.

So, my greatest thing, and what I realize, is the better the year, the greater the January. The greater the January, the greater the year. The greater the year, the greater the January. The greater the January, the greater the year. And so is Resolution Revolution. And as I live my life this way, it's a masterpiece. So, I want you to feel like last year was a masterpiece. I want you to feel it. You've got to, you've got to be able to extract the best of 2024 so that you can say, because of 2024, I have the desire, the conviction, the strength, the vision for 2025. It's because of what I did in 2024, or didn't do, or got through, or whatever it is. I wouldn't even be able to see the way I see if I didn't have the year I just had. I needed that year. It's a brilliant year. Thank you. Yes, thank you, 2024. Now, January, it's gonna set you, you're gonna have such a different energy than everybody else. Because everybody else can be like, new me. I'm all, I'm starting right over. Nothing I did matters. Matters. I'm starting a blank slate. I'm removing everything. I'm forgetting everything. None of it matters. I'm starting fresh. I've seen people be like, I've deleted my social media accounts. I've broken up with my ex. I've done all this is new beginning, fresh, fresh. And I'm like, I get that. But I think that's part of our issue is we want to start fresh instead of starting new. Keep the old thing. Build on top. Will be twice as high. And then next year, better and better and better and better.

So, once you've done the whole piece of the puzzle where you, you've done the whole vision casting, and you get yourself in a space where you're like, okay, this is what I will have done when I'm reading back my stuff next year. It's going to be the best feeling because who I will have been is this. And you really play as far as you can. So, it feels like a memory. If it feels like a memory, it's undeniable. Because you can't prove a memory. Yes, you can show a picture, but I mean, if you didn't take a picture of something in your life, but it really happened, it just happened. Your body holds the codes to that. So, when you vision cast, you're creating a memory from the future. Your body feels it like it happened. But there is no amount of trying to believe yourself that creates that. I am going to make a million dollars. I am going to do this. But if you literally imagine yourself having a champagne celebration with me because you hit a million dollars, and you told me, and you're like, Melanie, I did it. I made a million dollars. And I send you a bottle of champagne or sparkling water, and or case of Alpha Fem sparkling water, and we sit across from each other and we celebrate you, and you tell me your story, and I'm like, you freaking did it. And we have this incredible moment, or you have a million-dollar month, or you do this crazy thing, and we celebrate it. If you're like, I had that memory. I remember that. I had that moment. If you imagine yourself with your partner dancing, jumping on the bed because something crazy happened. Memories where you're laughing, where you're like, what is our life? Where you're planning a party to celebrate something, where you know you found the perfect match, you're in a relationship. If you imagine calling your siblings or your best friend and saying, like, I found the one. I'm in love. Or you're going, whatever it is that you want to imagine in your mind, then the memory cannot be argued. Trying to create it is the hardest thing, and remembering it like it did. The body can't argue that. So, from that place, then we start creating a list. And I'm going to show you how to do that.

Felicity says, "It's interesting how I nearly wrote off so many amazing lessons and experiences just because they didn't finish in the most desirable way. Reclaiming it all now." Oh my gosh, this is the best thing I've ever heard. Yes, you reclaim it now because it was yours. It was yours to live. It was yours to learn. That's how it happened. That's what it was. So, you keep it and you stack on top of it. This gives us so much power.

So, one of the things that we're going to build during this program is immense amounts of personal power. And a lot of people ask me, like, how do you build personal power? And I will tell you, the number one way to build personal power is to not constantly erase what you've been through or what you've done, good or bad. So, how often have you done something good, held it for a few seconds, and then either discredited it or immediately wanted to do something else, and that thing felt like less important? So, you're like, well, yes, I did that, but now I want this. Only all the time. Linda. So, I'll give you an example of what this could look like. Let's say, for example, this year you wanted to have a 10K month in January. You were like, I want to have a 10K month, and you had a 10K month. And a few months later, you had a 30K month. And so now, when you ever think of 10K months, you think of them like they've lost their power for you. You've drained $10,000 months from their power. So, now the fact that you've done that in your body holds nothing. We want to take the power back. You want to say, $10,000 month, I freaking did that. And then two months later, I did a $30,000 month. You don't want to say, I had the best first date of my life, but then we ended up dating for three months, so first date doesn't matter. You don't want to say, I had this incredible love affair, oh my gosh, the most mind-blowing love affair for like three months, but it didn't work out. So, basically, nothing. I'm alone, I'm single, and I'm going to be a crazy cat lady. Like, why would we do that? We want to stack the perfect first date with the three-month love affair, with the $10,000 month, with a $30,000 month. All those experiences hold extraordinary value. But for us, it's as if, if you can imagine a staircase, we're going up the staircase. Like, as soon as we've passed the first step, that step disappears. That doesn't work. That's like walking up an escalator in the wrong direction, if you can picture it. So, let's say, for example, escalators are supposed to go this way, so the stairs are disappearing into the ground this way, and now you try to start climbing it. What are the chances you're going to make it to the top? If the steps keep disappearing, you're just going to feel like ground zero all the time. It's got to be that the steps are disappearing, and you're walking up, and the steps are disappearing, and you wonder why you always feel the same. I'm not even asking you to go up an escalator this way and make everything easy. I'm saying use regular stairs and don't delete the steps as they go. Just value the step you took. I did a first Facebook Live, and then I did a second Facebook Live. I sold a $5,000 package, and then I sold a $200 package, and then I sold a $1,000 package. I went on a first date, and it was amazing. Then I went on another first date, and that was amazing. And then I went on another first date that even led to a second date, and that one was amazing. Then I had a three-month love affair. Then I had the time of my life being single for a couple of months. Your bill, building your experiences. If not as fast as you achieve them, you discredit them, and you wonder why you always feel like you're on the ground floor. People who actually feel proud of what they've done remember everything. And I can tell you because I used to do that, and then I stopped. I used to really just do something good and then be like, yeah, but that was last month. Like, what have I done for me lately? Sure, I did that, but you know, that was two years ago. Yeah, I did that, but then it didn't work out. I mean, I did that, but then I was never able to do it again. I did that, but but but. Wondering why I always feel exhausted and on the ground floor because the, the, the, the blocks are disappearing into the ground every time I, I cross them. So, I, I really want you to take back the power of your life. All the trips you've taken, all the places you've been, the people you've spoken to, the sales calls you've been on, the sales you've closed, the money you've made, the money you've spent. Some of you have spent more money than most people have ever made, and all you can think about is that there's not much left. But you've probably spent more money on your life, living your life, than most people could dream of making. You live large. You do. You even give yourself credit for your lifestyle, your wardrobe, your beautiful watch, your beautiful hair, your beautiful nails, whatever it is that you invested in that made you happy at the time. You've got to compound the memories of what you've done for yourself. If not, it all disappears. If you think of every coaching program, soon as it's over, it's gone. No, it's not. I'm remembering I did this. I'm remembering I did this program. I did this program. I worked on this part of me. I worked on this part of me. I worked on this part of me. I worked with that mentor. I joined that mastermind. I did that thing. I'm stacking my power. I'm stacking my experiences. I'm stacking my power. I'm stacking what I've done. I'm stacking where I've been. I'm stacking what I've learned. I'm stacking what I have. I'm stacking it. And you hold it inside. And that is not an easy thing. Now, this is hard enough just between you and you. But then if you imagine telling people about it, how very dare you? The bragging. You're going to tell people what you've done like you're proud. Have you lost your marbles? But when you think of the very confidence that you wish you had, you'd find that all you really wish is that you have the courage to say what you've actually done without apologizing for it. That you'd say, I had the greatest love affair of my life in 2024. It was so hot. And then I had a few months single. I traveled. It was amazing. I made more money than I ever made in June. It was crazy. It was like people were coming out of the woodwork to pay me. I hired a coach. I did a three-month intensive. It was out of this freaking world. But instead, you're like, I want to talk about the love affair. We're not together anymore. Don't want to tell people I had a regular month in July. They're asking what happened in August. I'll only be able to tell people when it's permanent. Really. I bought myself this beautiful house that I still live in, but I don't want to look like I'm bragging. So, I won't tell anybody. I achieved this incredible feat on social media. I did this incredible thing. This incredible yes. But I, I don't want to look like I'm proud or like I'm superficial. So, if you did it and you lost it, it doesn't matter anymore. If you did it and you still have it, you're going to look superficial. And inside, there's the question, how do I build my power? Well, in the stillness of your mind, you stack your accomplishments. And whenever you speak about yourself, you speak about yourself on the frequency of truth. You don't make yourself look smaller so that other people are comfortable. And you don't try to inflate yourself because you, you hope it makes you feel like you matter. You just tell the truth because it's good enough. This program will change the truth for you. It'll make you realize you have a way better truth than you've been pretending to have.

You've been telling yourself it's not as good as it is, and this is such an important piece of the puzzle, especially if you're an entrepreneur. And honestly, especially if you're a parent, because your confidence, your real confidence, is what your kids see. They'll model what they see you feel about you. If you're never sure, if you're careful, if you, if you discredit your successes, if you're disappointed because the thing you wanted didn't happen, and then you just stop playing, like all of that, they watch that.

If you overinflate what you did because you're afraid people won't be proud of you, they also watch you do that. If you can be in truth, greatest leader, greatest leader at home, greatest leader at work, greatest leader on the internet, if you're an influencer, if you have a huge following, like it's how you handle your truth that will make you the most magnetic and the most powerful. And that conviction can only help you in everything. Because the more you're proud of you, and you're like, "Gosh, I just love the way I'm turning out," and that's the truth, it isn't hard to want to invite people to do business with you. It isn't hard to invite people into a relationship or a friendship with you. It isn't hard after that, when you're like, "I'm such a fantastic asset, and I'm so excited to find people like me I'm going to have fun with."

But for that, you've got to keep it at the forefront of your mind often, that it's true, and we've got to build that. So, first way of building it is recuperating it from the past. Take it all back. Whatever you have put down or flushed away or let disappear into the ground, you'll build it back up, especially for 2024, at least. And just pick out all the best parts and really feel really solid about that year.

And then you're going to vision cast yourself into 2026, and you're going to look back in hindsight in your mind and say, "This is January 2026, and here's what I've got to say about 2025." And you're going to go into thoughts and feelings, and you're going to do what I did for you until it feels so true in your body, and it all feels like memories. And then you're going to do, you're going to start what I call the 111 list. And we're going to deepen this inside of the program, but you might find that after doing this process, you get a like a download of tons of things that come through for you.

So I want to give you some ideas of what this 111 list can be, because I do feel like there is a very big difference in life between the things that happened to you just because they happened, and the things that happened after you said they would. So if you can imagine waking up one day and it's raining outside, you would say, "It's raining outside." Well, that's good, my plants needed watering. The end. If you wake up in the morning and it's sunny outside, you would say, "Ah, it's sunny outside. Great, we'll have a beautiful day in the sun." But if you say, "It's going to rain tomorrow," and you wake up and it's, it's raining, you're going to be like, "That was going to happen." It's the weirdest thing, but if you called it and it happens, your sense of power skyrockets. Even if you're like, "I bet I forget my keys," and then you forget your keys, you're like, "I knew it!" It's as if you are the Holy Grail of in of of profits. "I knew I was going to forget my keys. I knew it was going to be sunny today. I knew that was going to happen." Whereas if it just happens, it just happens.

The 111 list gives you multiple times a year where you go, "I said that was gonna happen, didn't I say that was gonna happen? That's on my list. Look, look, scratch it off. Said what's gonna happen? Number 102. I knew it. Winning." So you want to put things that are simple that'll make you happy, and you also want things that are pretty complex that you know you can pull off, because remember, you've already vision cast what 2026 is going to be saying about 2025, and you feel like boss. So you can do a mix of both. I like spanning this on all the things that matter to you in your life.

So let's say you're like, "I want to have the kind of romantic night with my partner that I think to myself, 'I'm going to remember that all of my life. That was perfect.'" When you have that night this year, and you will, you'll say, "This was the night I said I called it that we would have a night like this," and you'll cross it off, and it will mean a hundred times more than if it just happened. You'll notice it, or you may not have noticed it before. You'll say, "I want to have the greatest love affair of my life." And it might happen that it lasts one night, and you're like, "I don't care. That was it. It was perfect. I'm saving that memory forever. That was like top 10 life experience of my life. Number 77 on the list. Yes, I love it."

You might have have a record month, a biggest month I've ever had in my whole life. I want one of those. Put that on your list. And when it happens, you're like, "Hey, he, hey, number 36 on the list. Cross that out." It gets to be very a lot of variety. When you hear the process of what it is in the in the Finish Line Master Class, you're going to get the gist of it. It's quite simple. I tell a funny story about Kevin and how when we first um started doing these, he had a very hard time getting 111. And one of his things was was buy new pairs of socks, and another thing was buy a new pair of knickers, like new underpants, new socks on the 111 list. But you should have seen the joy when he bought them. So happy.

So it can also be, "Buy a new bra and panties that make me feel like I could take over the world." It could be something so simple, but when you put it down, all I care about is that you imagine the memory in your mind of what it could be, of how it could feel. If you feel nothing when you put it down, think something else. But if you can see that if it happened, you'd be like, "Yes, did it!" Like one of my things was, "Use up all of my face products, like the whole jar." Cuz this is a thing for me, like I have a jar, and then I get close to being done that jar, and then I just automatically stop using it because like I have almost none left. So I start being careful with it, and then next thing I buy another jar because that one's almost done, and I start the new jar. But then I still have the old jar. And then so for me, there's a sense of accomplishment if I can empty the jar and there's nothing left, and I'm like, "Sweep, last piece. I can cross that off my list. I'm like, accomplishment." But I feel that, like I actually feel that.

So you want to feel that. You want to feel that feeling of like, "This will make me happy. I'll be proud of myself. It'll mean this, or it'll mean that." My 100 million Alpha Fem party, I see it, I see it, and I'm going to create it. And when it happens, and I'm standing there in the middle of a dream come true, it is going to mean so much more than if I just said, "Let me not think about it. I don't want to think about it because what if it doesn't happen?" And what if I, and and it's like, "Okay, we did it." It's gonna mean so much more when I'm like, "I knew it. I felt it. I did it." And it's going to be there, and it's be beautiful, and I feel it. I can build my energy and my attachment to it all year in a beautiful way. Like I can love it and be excited by it. That feels really good. Make it a virtual party for us too. I love that. We'll have a million doll, oh my gosh, a hundred million dollar virtual party. This is like, see, get even more excited.

So I want you to think, whatever your amount is in your career, even if it's like making your first $110,000 in your business, your first thousand dollars in your business, you know, even if it's you have your job and you want to build a business on the side, and you want to make your first money doing that, and you put on your list, "The first, I'm going to take myself to a date or dinner date, even if it's just myself, and I want to pay it for it with the money I made in my business." That's not my job. That's one heck of a feeling when you're like, "I created this money. It appeared from my own self, and I am so proud of me." You know, think about it. What's going to light you up? What's going to light you up? What's going to light you up?

Now, tomorrow, we're going to start the process of this program. This is just like the prelude. This is getting into the vibe because if you haven't realized this yet, it's not just what we do in this life, it's who we are when we do it, and it's how we feel when we do it. How are you feeling right now on this call? Like, what's your inner feeling, your inner state? "I feel great. I love it. Epic. So hype, excited, fired up, excited, stoked. I feel ready. I feel sew in. I feel excited. I feel full of hope. Live, jazzed, super excited. Proud of me." Ah, Michelle, I love that.

So can you imagine sometimes you're sitting on your couch at home and you're like, "Okay, let me make a list of what I want for the year." What would it take for you to source this kind of P, like what would it take for you to source this kind of excitement from nothing on a Sunday night at 6 PM when it's already dark outside and you're like in your living room, like, "Let me get revved up"? Like, it's not just accessible all the time. This is why Resolution Revolution is so powerful for me because I create this energy, and what I create in this energy is exponentially better than what I create on a regular Sunday night in my living room. We create the energy, we create the fertile soil, and then we plant the seeds. There are people planting seeds all day, every day, in concrete, and they wonder why nothing grows. We create the fertile, fertile soil with the energy, then we plant the seeds.

So I want you to enjoy this experience, honestly, because you don't have many times in the year where this is available. I've tried. I've been able to recreate this in two different kinds of contexts: in January and in the middle of the year with Mid-Year Manifesto, because there's a feeling that's like, "Okay, we've done half already. I got to go." Like, there's a second wind. So you get the main boom, and the second wind, and honestly, and then the finish line, but that still doesn't feel the same. This is a gold mine of energetics, and you really only get one a year at the beginning of the year, and one in the middle. So drink it up. Let yourself have it. Let your, let yourself have this real feeling of so freaking proud of who you've been, no matter what. Take it all back. Feel it all. Let yourself be proud of you. Let yourself hold the power without saying, "Yeah, but..." "Yeah, but..." "Yeah, but..." And watch how you feel already like a different person.

You want to try to build confidence in your mind? You want to try to not feel like an impostor? You want to feel on the internet like your business is going to matter? You want to feel like you've got something to bring to the table? Then you got to hold your accomplishments in your energy field and let them amplify you. Let them amplify you. Let them amplify you. Then you're walking around as a singular human, completely surrounded by all the magic you've created. Not a lot of people let themselves do that, and I let, I let myself do that. I tell stories. I'm so proud. The other day, Kevin and I were sitting together, and I said to him, it was, it was something like a 42,000, 42.2 thousand US day. And we, I used to earn all my money in Canadian before, and right now with the exchange rate, it's insane. It's like, doesn't even make sense. And I just said to Kevin, like, "I remember this long ago when when we made $420 in a day. I, I was the richest person in the world. It was impossible to make $420 in a day." And then $4,200 in a day. Like, who here, if you had a $4,200 day, you'd be like, "What? Today's I'm amazing, right?" Like, I remember that so clearly. And now 42. But I've also had $420,000 days. How does that happen when you don't discount the $420,000 day?

I remember making $42 a day because I remember making $7 and something an hour, and that was not long ago. But I, I remember still feeling like I was proud to be the manager of a clothing store and making $7.45 an hour. And I remember being so proud of myself when I made $420 in a day. Like, "Oh my gosh." I still hold that frequency in my body. I have not discounted it. I don't tell myself $420. I'm like, "I remember those codes. 4,200. I remember making that kind of money in a day and feeling like I had discovered a new world." The excitement I felt for people in this world that was like, "Come to me, I know everything." When I was making $4,200, I don't think there's a more, I will tell you this, I don't think there is a more confident version of me in this world that's like the loudest about my confidence than the version of me that made 400, $4,000 a day. When I was making $4,000 a day, I was freaking out about what I knew. I was like, "That's it! I've discovered heaven on Earth. I've unlocked the keys to the kingdom, and I'm free." Like I felt the genie out of the bottle. It's a lot more grounded now in comparison, but if you were to plug me into a machine, then I think it got a short circuit the machine. That's the level of excitement I had. And you'd watch me on live streams, I'd be like, "Hello!" Like, you can't even hear the top range, it goes in and out because my top range is just lost. I'm so excited. And I keep that. I don't say 4, $4,200 a day. I, I feel that feeling. So I compound it all.

I remember swinging in the hammock with Kevin, and I remember getting engaged, and I remember upgrading our engagement ring to a million dollar ring. I remember every part of that story. I remember looking for change between the seats of the car to pay for dinner. And I remember, and I also have memories of us sitting on either side of our 12-seater table, like Mr. and Mrs. Smith, with a chef coming to our house, cooking for us, and us sitting on either side of the table like little fancy pants people, and laughing because it was just too funny because how the heck are we here and how did this happen? But every memory I keep in my energy field. I haven't discounted any of them. I don't look down on myself. I don't say, "That doesn't matter anymore." I don't stop telling those stories. They all matter. So all my power is here. There is me and my conviction, and my certainty, and my gratitude, and my power, and my energy just gets bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger. I, I'll have to motivate myself to try to hope. I know because it's true. And that's such a different feeling.

So all your things, big or small, discount none. Feel them. It's, it's your life, and it's awesome. And if you let yourself, you'll build higher and bigger, and this program will just keep getting better and better because from your biggest place, you'll create the greatest things. So the bigger we can go in your consciousness and your energy, the better this program is going to be, and the greater you're going to accomplish things for this year. So enjoy this process. Make it mean something. I like to do mine like I'm going to do mine with this in the background. I'm going to dictate it all to Kevin. It's going to be super fun. Uh, but I'll do it with this in the background, and we'll be feeling the feels, and I'll be talking, and I'll do it, and I'll never forget that, and I'll take a picture of it, and then it'll show up in my stuff next year, and then it's just the way I do everything. Compounding. It means something because I decide it does, and then I walk with it, and no one can take it because it's just mine. So let's build ourselves bigger than we've ever been so that we can create a ripple bigger than we've ever seen in 2025. Enjoy this process. Welcome to the program. I look forward to reading some of your breakthroughs or some of your texts in the group if you decide to share them. And tomorrow, we will meet for the first actual first process of this program. Thank you for being here, and I shall see you tomorrow.

Good morning and welcome to Flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie, and lay. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position. This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two upper deck exits for every disempowering thought. All self-destructive devices such as shame, guilt, and doubt should be turned off at this time.
