You have a business idea. Cool. Because the idea was never the problem, but the implementation. Today I'll show you how I implemented two business ideas in just one day. Both with the potential to bring in real money. For this, I used Hostinger Horizons. To be upfront, this is a paid cooperation with Hostinger, but you should know, I am a full-time Token Maxer or Product Engineer at one of Europe's largest AI startups, and I wouldn't accept a cooperation for a tool that I wouldn't use myself. Hosting Horizons is a vibe coding tool, similar to Loveable, only that it takes even more work off your hands, as AI integration, hosting, payment processing, and everything else that keeps you from Token Maxing is directly included. So you have to worry about almost nothing anymore, except the implementation of the idea. Today, I will build two apps here with two different business models, so you can fully understand how you can iterate through your random business ideas as quickly as possible. Because iterating through things is what Token Maxing means to me. AI makes it possible to implement and validate ideas directly. If an idea doesn't work, then just do the next one. The business models are advertising and e-commerce. So no matter how you want to squeeze the money out of your customers, here you see how it's done. The first idea is called Datels. A little personal info, after several years, I am finally single again. So ladies, write to me, wherever you are. On Tinder, I am of course incredibly successful, but there are also people who are not. Datel is supposed to work like this. You upload screenshots of your Tinder or Hinge or whatever profile, and in a few seconds, you get a photo-by-photo AI analysis of the images back, because who knows best what women want? Exactly, AI. But to use the AI correctly here, the first step is of course to get Horizons. For this, we go to hostinger.de/horizons and scroll down to the plans. For testing, there is of course also a free plan here, but to max out the tokens optimally, we'll take the Hobbyist plan. At checkout, you shouldn't forget to enter my code Loris10 to get a 10% discount. Then, in Hostinger, we navigate to the Horizons tab. Here, we simply click on the big blue button "Add Website" and select Hostinger Horizons. We land directly on the prompt input page. We can choose from a few pre-made templates here if we want, but you know, the Token Maxer does it themselves. We prompt our way through it, but we shouldn't just start prompting randomly. For one thing, [clears throat] we'll have to refine for ages to get the result we want in the end. And secondly, you should always look in life how best to dribble the pricing of providers. And with Hostinger Horizons, there is a certain number of prompts included per plan. With mine, for example, it's 200 prompts. This means, economically speaking, it makes the most sense to write very large master prompts so that the integrated agent simply does everything itself, instead of us constantly readjusting and using up our prompts. Hostinger even writes this themselves in their prompting guide. I actually read this prompting guide so you don't have to. And I have developed two perfect prompts and a template so you can simply hot-start your businesses with my template. And this is how you can properly max out the tokens from your plan. For Datel, my prompt looks like this. I've put all the prompts and the template in the video description so you can orient yourself for your own. But later I'll explain again how you should best do it. So let's paste our master prompt in, and bam, we already have a working app. On the left, we see our chat window, where we'll continue prompting, and on the right, we see our current app. It's even responsive or optimized for smartphone view. At the top in the middle, we can switch between the preview, the database, or directly the code. The content editing function makes it possible to change all texts on the website directly. So we don't have to waste our credits for individual texts. But now I want this app to look a bit more like Tinder in terms of UI. Simply so that all people immediately know what it's about. For this, we simply take a screenshot of Tinder, paste it into the chat, and say: "Make the design language look more like Tinder." [music] Nice, that fits. Now let's test the thing once with my original Tinder pictures and, well, it works, but we don't see any ads yet, and I love ads. Here we still have a manual step. We want to place ads from Google Ads, simply because it's the easiest. For this, you need a Google Publisher ID, which must be integrated into the website. And if Horizons were to insert any ID, we wouldn't earn any money. So our own ID has to be put in here somewhere. For this, we first have to publish the page, which is possible with just one click on Horizons, by the way. Then we need to create a Google Ads account. Here, Google now wants us to confirm our website first. For this, Google gives us a code snippet with the Publisher ID, which Horizons can then easily insert into our website. To confirm it, Google then crawls our website once and looks for exactly this snippet. But with Horizons, you initially only get a preview subdomain. That's some random identifier, hostingersite.com. However, Google Ads does not accept subdomains, and confirmation naturally doesn't work with just hostingersite.com, as Google can't find the code snippet there. So we need a real domain. Fortunately, that's also extremely easy with Hostinger. We can simply go to Domains in the dashboard and claim a free domain. From the Starter plan onwards, Hostinger simply gives you a free domain, which I of course used appropriately with loris-money-machine.com, so that everyone knows what it's about. Back in Horizons, we can link the domain directly with a few clicks. As soon as it's linked, we can confirm the page in Google Ads, and finally, we have the sweet, sweet advertising. But I know exactly what you're asking yourselves now. Loris, your site uses AI to analyze the images. AI costs money. Is it worth it with a bit of advertising? Probably not, but the thing is, I'm not paying for AI usage here. I've never entered an AI API key anywhere. Horizons abstracts all of that away for us. We use the Hostinger API keys here. The token pricing then comes from the same bucket as your prompts in Horizons. Each prompt normally costs one credit. An AI API call costs about 0.001 credits. With the Hobbyist plan, you have 200 credits, which then corresponds to approximately 2 million API calls, although this can vary slightly depending on usage, especially with Vision. The second idea is called Template Deck, a Notion template shop. For those who don't know, in Notion, you can make notes. Without Notion, my life wouldn't function. I'm even reading this script from Notion. Here, there are six templates, each costing €19 to €29. Okay, this is not particularly creative, as there are already about 10 million Notion template shops in the world. So we need a niche. That's why we're creating a Notion template shop for social media creators. Templates themselves have value, of course, because someone has put in work to build them. But that's not how it works here. We Token Max. To create the templates, we can simply use Cloud Code and connect it with the Notion MCP so that we can directly churn out 20 templates on the topic of content creation. Okay, now we have our templates. Now we just need to build the shop, but thanks to Horizons, that's no problem. So we go back to Horizons, paste in the master prompt, refine, and zap, we have a new product. [shouting] But since we're making a real e-commerce shop here, we need a way to process payments so we can properly chase the bags. And the easiest way in the world is Stripe. Stripe allows you to integrate secure payments on a website with just a few lines of code. Since payment processing is incredibly complicated, we shouldn't try to do it ourselves here. For this, you simply need to create a Stripe account, integrate it into your own app with the correct data, and Stripe takes care of everything else. We'll also get a cool checkout page right away. Fortunately, Stripe is already integrated into Horizons, so we don't actually have to do anything anymore, except copy our Stripe data into the chat, and Horizons does the rest. If you have no idea what to copy where, then just ask Horizons. It doesn't bite. And now we have our shop with functioning payments. Okay, in both shops, of course, the annoying legal stuff is missing. We are in Germany, so Terms of Service, privacy stuff, cancellation policy, imprint, the whole shebang. The AI can theoretically write a draft for you, but be aware, it will be generic English stuff without German specifications. For things like terms and conditions or imprint, you need to use something else. Specifically, there are sites like 24 or datenschutz-generator.de. There you'll find templates, and it only takes about 20 minutes. You also need a cookie banner, of course, if you use cookies on the website. And this is all your responsibility. Believe me, you don't want to get a warning. I won't even start with business registration and small business regulations. You know, we're in Germany. But two apps, two business models, one weekend, well, if you're also producing a video about it at the same time, then it's a weekend. Otherwise, with Horizons, it only takes a few hours, and you can iterate through as many businesses as you want within a few weeks until you are profitable. And since it only costs a few euros per month, it should go relatively quickly. With the help of my prompts in the description, you can get started right away. Just take your idea and the template into, for example, Chat GPT or Cloud, and say you want a prompt in this style, just for your idea, and then put the finished prompt into Horizons. After that, as you've seen, it's just a bit of refining, testing, and going online, and then implementing the next idea. Eventually, something has to work.
