Gentlemen, congratulations. I think we finally achieved what no man has managed to do in decades. We've walked away so hard that women have now had to invent a new fake oppression just to cope with the silence. They're flying off like Darth Vader after Luke blew up the Death Star.
Welcome to mankeeping, the latest term women are using to explain why they're the real victims in the relationships that they choose to be in. It's basically a rebranding of their "we have to do it all" emotional labor claim, but with more whining and even less accountability. And it's all built on the back of yet another myth they've convinced themselves is the gospel truth, but is anything but. You know, the male loneliness epidemic.
Let's be real, men. We know there is no epidemic of men crying in the corner because women won't date them. Oh, sure, there's a few because nothing in life is completely black and white. But for most men, it's not loneliness they're feeling. It's liberation. And deep down, women know that it's not a crisis. They know it's not them rejecting men, it's men rejecting them. And thus they've, as they are want to do, created a little fantasy to help them cope.
Let's not kid ourselves, okay? What they call lonely men is really just MGTOW with better packaging. It's men refusing to be therapists, walking wallets, emotional shock absorbers, and punching bags all rolled into one. But instead of acknowledging that reality and saying, "Men left because we gave them nothing to stay for," these women are running around screaming, "Oh no, they're just lonely and sad without us." Yeah. Um, no.
You got to give it to them, though. They take the gold, silver, and bronze in the delusion Olympics, don't they? And it's causing them to panic in ways that, while hilarious, show clearly just how far gone today's women are and how desperate they are to find a way to deal with reality, which, as I've illustrated numerous times recently on this channel, is causing them to resort to writing articles online and in newspapers and magazines, desperately trying to figure a way out, trying to rationalize that in reality, it's them who are unwanted, unneeded, and unnecessary.
Let's dive in. [Music]
All right. To illustrate the point, I'm going to be referring to yet another little gem of a rant. Oops, sorry. Well-researched article that a woman posted recently. An article that is another prime example of just how clueless these women are and how they just can't, can't take any responsibility or accountability for their actions. Let's call it the "Welcome to the Emotional Labor Camp," which actually is the title of a piece that recently came out by one Cat Rosenfeld of The Free Press. This um journalist took it upon herself to rationalize and explain away why it's not really women who are being rejected and alone, but men, and in the process, does more to prove exactly why men are rejecting and walking away from women than I ever could.
Honestly, so clueless is she that you got to believe she just got back from a Siberian prison camp. Especially when she shares a story about her relationship with a man whose dad was dying of cancer. I mean, let me read you this little gem I pulled from the article where she shares that story about a man who dared to bear his emotions to a woman, and that woman is her. She said, and I quote, "He leaned on me hard." Oh, no. How dare he? How dare your partner need emotional support when facing a life-or-death family crisis? I mean, really, what a loser. Maybe you should have just Venmoed him a therapist and walked away instead of listening to his struggles. And you know, just know, don't you, she's probably complained time and again to his girlies how much it bothers her that he won't open up to her, right? Can you imagine being that poor guy?
Well, let's be honest. If you're a man, you probably can, because it's exactly the reaction we get from women anytime and every time we share a thought, feeling, or emotion with them. Every time we're dumb enough to open ourselves up to them, without fail, they weaponize it. They dismiss it. And as she goes on to prove, they make it all about them. She even doubles down by saying, and again, I quote, "I had to help him process his trauma, soothe his insecurities, and remind him he was loved." "Oh, you poor, poor thing. I mean, oh my god, what a monster he is. He came to you expecting support."
The cad. Listen up, Cat. That's not labor. That's literally what being in a relationship is all about. That's literally what being a caring human being is and does, especially one who claims to love the person that is speaking, which tells us more about you than it does him, doesn't it? Sorry, sweetie, but if his being vulnerable during a crisis is too much for you, maybe you should just skip men altogether and just date a Roomba. I mean, it's never going to lean on you emotionally or expect basic human decency in return. So, it's a win.
But she doesn't stop there. Oh, no, my friends. She goes on to say, "Listening is labor. Comfort and reassurance. Labor. Explaining basic social conventions, most definitely labor. Exhausting labor." Oh, good. We've now reached the part where not being a narcissist counts as unpaid work. Got it. By her feminist logic, saying good morning to her boyfriend should be a billable hour. It begs the question, do we need to start installing punch clocks on nightstands for you ladies? Is there a fee for a few minutes of your time? Oh, wait. That's right. There is. There always has been. So, I mean, I can hear her now. "Hey, babe. I told you I love you and took my eyes off my phone for half a second to make eye contact during your sob story. So, I'm going to need time and a half on that one."
This is what happens when people treat therapy lingo like it's gospel and TikTok like it's scripture. To these women, everything is labor now. Everything is trauma. Everything is oppression, except, of course, anything they do. And here comes the article's pièce de résistance where she switches on full victim mode and delusion by saying men are lonely because women are tired. Oh, really, sweetheart? Men are lonely because women got sleepy? No, ma'am. Sorry to break it to you, but men aren't lonely. They're liberated. Liberated from women's emotionally unavailable, hyper-entitled, self-absorbed mindset and allergy to reciprocity.
Sorry, cupcake, but you're not tired from loving too much. You're tired from being disappointed that love is a two-way street. Tired that you have to put in any effort at all because, in your mind, it's all about you and only you. You know how you don't need to bring anything to the table because, well, you are the table? Well, darling, I'm sorry to say, but your table's wobbly, chipped, overpriced, and hasn't fed anyone but yourself in years. It's the self-delusions of grandeur that define today's modern women on full display.
And when men don't provide non-stop attention, validation, and therapy, and of course, cash, what do these women do? They call it neglect. They call it the bare minimum. They call it emotionally exhausting. All while offering nothing, literally nothing, in return. And then losing their minds when someone dares to mention maybe they should. They do it to justify their disinterest, their dismissal, their complete and utter lack of caring for men in any way. And it's why when they fail to reciprocate, they don't admit it. They just simply rebrand it. They call it self-care.
Let's not kid ourselves. This thing isn't worthy of a Pulitzer. This article isn't a cultural critique. It's a full-blown toxic femininity meltdown in essay form. You can feel the panic and internalized misandry just oozing off the page like a scented candle called "Regret and Chardonnay." Because what she's really saying is, "Men don't need us the way they used to. And that terrifies us." But instead of asking why, instead of acknowledging they might be to blame, they do what women have done for time immemorial. They invent terms like mankeeping to put the blame on men for daring to have needs, emotions, and boundaries. For having thoughts, expectations, and goals of their own. For being, horror of horrors, human beings. Basically, what she's saying is, "Just who the hell do these men think they are anyway? Don't they know they exist to serve us, to serve women?"
Let's be clear, this isn't journalism. It's damage control dressed up in a muumuu. And she continues with her little delusional rant by saying, "We're done with men who want a mom with benefits." Oh yeah, you're done. Cool, babe. Thanks for letting us know. Cuz we men have been done with being your daddy with benefits for years now. You wanted a man who pays your bills, plans your vacations, validates your emotions, absorbs your anxiety, and still makes you climax like a porn star. And you still do.
For all your supposed strength and independence, the first requirement, in fact, for most of you, the only requirement you have from a man is that he makes enough money and has enough status to provide you with the lifestyle you think you deserve, all while pretending your Instagram stories are profound. And of course, he better not expect a damn thing in return because him doing so makes him controlling, abusive, and of course, misogynistic. Which is why you're now raging and angry. Because in this case, when he was struggling, when he was suffering and needed a hug, a little sympathy during a crisis, you went into full meltdown mode because, in your mind, he's not worthy as a man or human being of any kindness, caring, or consideration. It, as I said earlier, is all about you and only you. Always has been, always will be.
You don't want to be his mom? Good, because he never wanted to date a life coach, and a pretty poor life coach at that. Now, let's address the biggest "Who are they kidding but themselves" mindset where our little cat lady says a new generation of women is opting out of relationships. As if that's a threat. Yeah. Okay, ladies, welcome to the club. Cuz we men have been checking out for years. In fact, for a couple decades now. You didn't invent this wheel. You're just trying to make it your own in order to cope.
And let me clarify a few things for you, though. You aren't going to like what I'm about to say. If you're going to join the walk away movement, it's all good with us men because, in the end, whether we check out or you do, we're the ones who are going to come out ahead. No more dealing with your drama. No more dealing with your delusions. No more dealing with your ridiculous, never-ending demands and expectations. No more spending years building a home and providing for a family only to have you take it all away because, well, Chad, Rico, or Tyrone is somehow going to do more for you. Nope. Either way, we get the one thing we want more than anything else. The one thing not only can't most of you give us, but couldn't if you tried. And that thing is peace.
Sorry ladies, but when you opt out of relationships, men don't cry, they exhale. They're not devastated. They're delighted and detoxed. Detoxed from the aforementioned drama, demands, and double standards that y'all wallow in. You're walking out thinking it's punishment; in reality, for men, it is freedom. Now, instead of never being appreciated or acknowledged, instead of living their lives trying to make you happy, you know, the whole "happy wife, happy life" insanity, they're off gaming, lifting, cooking for themselves, and most important of all, not being lectured every single damn day about your trauma from some dream you had last night or because your buddy Becky's husband did something you wish he did.
You think your silence is sabotage. In reality, it's giving us the very thing we want most: peace and quiet. And I really hate to tell you this, but you damn well better get it through your heads: once men find that peace and quiet, they ain't ever coming back. You better accept that reality and the reality that goes with it, which is men don't want you, don't need you, and have actually learned they're far better off without you than they ever were or could be with you. And you can keep trying to cope, keep making up these fantasies to help you deal with that rejection, but it's not going to change the fact that men are done. Done with you. Not just now, but for a very, very long time to come.
In the end, this mankeeping nonsense is proof of one thing: how modern women are finally experiencing what it feels like to be asked to give something back. And they just hate it. It's why they're losing their minds. They simply cannot handle it without stomping their feet and acting like petulant little preschoolers. Sorry, ladies. While you may think otherwise, it's not about labor. It's about losing control. You're losing control over men.
For decades, men were expected to be stoic, supportive, stable, and silent. They were expected to be providers and take your abuse without saying a single word, all while you women vented, dumped your trauma, demanded therapy through your communication, calling it equality. And now that men have woken up, now that men are choosing peace, freedom, and emotional boundaries over your toxicity, suddenly it's a crisis. Yeah. I know, darlings, this ain't no epidemic. It's just a reckoning. A reckoning for women that they've overplayed their hand and now have gotten called. You may not want to show your cards, but what you don't realize is you already have.
These women are who they are. They're not going to change. They're incapable of it because they can't even take the first step, which is admitting they made a mistake. Admitting they did something wrong. Admitting their responsibility. It's why women like this author are having their little hissy fits and slamming men because, in their mind, somehow that's going to change things. It's going to magically fix things. Gonna get the men to come back. It's pure lunacy. But here we are. Sorry, babe, but it's not going to work. Not now. Not ever. But you keep trying. You keep doubling down. You keep writing your little hit pieces because, in the end, it shows how the women writing these think pieces aren't actually victims. They're just mad the gravy train is
