[Music] I want to take a few minutes and explain a few concepts and ideas so you can assign more meaning to what you're doing to get better results in your meditation.
Most of us have been hypnotized and conditioned into believing that we need a reason for joy or a reason for gratitude. You know, when something outside of us changes how we feel inside of us, we feel differently inside of us. We pay attention to whoever or whatever caused that.
Now, we know that mental rehearsal changes the brain and body, but mental rehearsal works even better in changing the body when there's an emotional quotient or an emotional value assigned to that rehearsal. So, this emotional rehearsal, when we begin to add emotional quotients behind what you're doing, you'll amplify and speed up the creations in a more magnificent way.
So, if thoughts are the language of the brain and feelings are the language of the body, the more you're able to cultivate these elevated emotions, the more your body is beginning to change its chemical state, and it's also changing its neurotransmitters, its neural hormones, its hormones by itself, and even its genetic expression. So, if the emotion is the end product of the experience, then if we give thanks for the experience with the emotion, we begin to change the brain and body to look like it has already occurred. And that's when you can relax and allow the experience to find you.
[Music] Relax.
[Music] And now, can you become aware of the space [Music] behind your sternum? [Music] In space? [Music]
[Music] Of space? [Music] That the center [Music] of your chest occupies in space? [Music] And as you rest your awareness [Music] in the center of your chest, [Music]
[Music] Can you become aware [Music] of the volume of space beyond your shoulders? [Music] Around your torso? [Music] In space? [Music]
[Music] And now, can you rest your attention in the space that your throat occupies in space? [Music] And can you feel [Music] the volume of space that's your throat [Music] occupies [Music] in space? [Music] And as you rest your awareness [Music] in the center [Music] of your throat and neck, [Music] in space, can you sense the volume of space [Music] around [Music] your neck? [Music] Beyond your throat? [Music] In space? [Music]
[Music] You sense the energy of space beyond your torso, around your shoulders? [Music] In space? [Music] And can you sense [Music] the volume of space that your body [Music] occupies [Music] in all of space?
And now it's time to become nobody. [Music] No one, no thing, nowhere. [Music] In no time. To become pure consciousness [Music] and to unfold as an awareness [Music] in the infinite space of all possibilities. [Music] And to invest your energy into the unknown. [Music] And the longer you linger in the unknown, the more you draw the new experience to you in your life.
[Music] Moving beyond space and time. Yeah. Now it's time to recondition your body to a new mind. [Music] What is courage? Come on. Can you teach your body emotionally what it feels like to be fearless? What could fearlessness feel like? [Music] Remember where you place your attention is where you place your energy. [Music] Invest your attention [Music] into the future. [Music] Invest your energy [Music] into possibility. [Music] Observing potential into matter.
[Music] [Music] Your creation to a greater mind and allow it to organize it in a way that's right for you. [Music] Thank you for whatever you experience in the realm beyond space and time and emotionally embrace. [Music] Must manifest in this space and time. It's the law. [Music] And for a moment, [Music] unfold your awareness [Music] into the infinite field [Music] of all possibilities, returning back [Music] to the realm beyond space and time. [Music] Becoming nobody, no one, no thing. [Music] Nowhere, no time. [Music] Good.
Can you teach your body emotionally what it feels like to live in awe and to be mystified by all of life? What could that feel like? [Music] And what is adventure? Come on. [Music] Can you teach your body emotionally what it feels like to expect the unexpected? [Music] And to embrace the unknown? What could that feel like? [Music]
And now, [Music] can you move [Music] your awareness [Music] to the space that the center [Music] of your head [Music] occupies [Music] in space? [Music] And can you sense the volume of space that the center of your head takes up in space? And as you rest your awareness [Music] in the space [Music] in the center [Music] of your head [Music] in space, can you feel the energy of space beyond your head? [Music] And can you feel the volume of space around your head? [Music] God. [Music] In space.
And now it's time to move your consciousness [Music] from somebody to nobody. [Music] From someone to no one. [Music] From something to nothing. From somewhere [Music] to nowhere. [Music] From some time [Music] to no time. [Music] From space and time to beyond space and time. [Music] And to become an awareness in the infinite field of all possibilities. [Music] And take your left hand and place it over your heart. And I want you to bless your body to a new mind that it be lifted by your consciousness. [Music] To bless your life, let it be an extension of your mind. To bless your soul, that it wakes you up from this dream. [Music] And to bless the Divine in you. [Music] That it move in you, that it move through you, and that it move all around you. [Music] And that it show itself to you in mysterious ways. [Music]
And finally, [Music] can you move into a state of gratitude for a moment? Open your heart and give thanks. [Music] For a new life before it's made manifest. [Music] For gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership. Gratitude means it's already happened. Now surrender your creation [Music] to the field of all possibilities. [Music] And allow it to execute in a way that's right for you. [Music] Let go. [Music] And trust in the unknown. For whatever you experience in the realm beyond space and time and emotionally embrace must manifest in this space and time. It's the law.
[Music] And now, can you move [Music] your awareness [Music] to the space [Music] that the center of your head occupies in space? [Music] And can you sense the volume of space that the center of your head takes up [Music] in space? And now, [Music] it's time to move your consciousness [Music] from somebody to nobody. [Music] From someone to no one. [Music] From something [Music] to nothing. [Music] From somewhere [Music] to nowhere. [Music] From some time to no time. From space and time to beyond space and time. [Music] And to become an awareness in the infinite field of all possibilities. [Music] And to invest your energy into the unknown. And the longer you rest your attention in the unknown, [Music] the more you bring possibility to you in your life. [Music] To create by thought alone means we have to become a thought alone. [Music] And when you're ready, can open your eyes.
