I'm setting up the Mac Mini not for Claudebot but for Claude Code. Um, long story short, that Claudebot stuff was just a smoke screen. It was a distraction for real. The real source is on code and over the past like week, I've just been nerding out so hard. And then yesterday, I had this crazy nerd out day with um the Omni Fishing guys, Sedar and a meal. And right now I'm literally cooking up an agent that can run my entire business. And for the first time truly I can see a path where like in 2 months or or a month's time I'm literally running my whole business through a telegram based chatbot. Um, so right now I'm setting up my Mac Mini so that I can connect Telegram to my cord code. Not the cordbot but this workspace that I've been creating in claude code. um that understands everything about my business and my data and my workflows and connecting it on my Mac Mini. It's going to run on this so that I can have it on the go. So work is literally going to become like I'm out at the beach chilling like I was yesterday and I'm just chatting back and forth with my assistant on Telegram and it's basically doing all of the research and work and actual work in my business for me. So, I'm like nerving the [ __ ] out here and Sedar and Emil are coming over in a bit to just like sit here and lock in for like the next week and just nerd out on the stuff because finally it feels like AI can actually run my business for me. Um, so

So it was just this I feel like that day was like a weird turning point in like >> my life. And like I think all of Bowser will remember that day for effort as being like that's when we realize like that this AI future that we've been promised is actually like right in front of us. Um and it's actually within reach. Uh so yeah, I'm pretty [ __ ] hyped. And being able to have this on the go and have my cord code uh workspace accessible through Telegram to this Mac Mini that I'm setting up is going to be a big step in the right direction. I want to be able to chat back and forth or something rather than like on a notion flicking like 10 different switches up and down, you know?
>> Um, and so finally I was like today after all the context building I've been doing, I wanted to layer on top of my Morningside group workspace that has all the knowledge of the business, all of my data. Now on top of it, I put like a connected to Telegram um and then I put a productivity layer on top of that. So I got the whole book, the whole PDF of the book, chopped it like put it into into into VS Code. It chop it into chunks, analyze the whole thing for based given what it knows about my workspace currently in the projects and how I structure things, figure out how to turn that into a system that we can run through cloud code. So take all of the best practices, understand how the kind of work that I do in the different spaces

So, man, that like I'm realizing that I need to probably lock in here and like keep this energy and keep this momentum going. um and like be able to take you guys along on this freaking crazy ride that we're going to be on. Um because this is like it feels like the end of the end of business and the end of work is like within reach. It's it's freaky. But um I'm I'm starting to say like man like start to enjoy the work. Like enjoy enjoy this last bit of work while we got it because who knows what like in 12 months what are we going to be doing? Um, like maybe I'll be filming videos and documenting stuff, but it's going to be very different, man. Um, so I'm going to We had some crazy ideas last night about like uh events we could do the next two weeks. I'm planning an entire marketing roll out on how I can um create as much content around this as possible, create like webinars and create um maybe a newsletter um maybe WhatsApp group. Daniel was just saying that he was like, "Man, it'd be really good if I had like a WhatsApp or Telegram group that I could be in and just sort of see it see me dropping source via a via a kind of a a channel or a news stream." So, just having all these ideas at the moment. I'm going to go and smash that whiteboard again. But, this is freaking awesome, man. Like, this is the most exciting period I've had in my in my entire career in AI except for Chad GP. This is probably more exciting than Chad GP. And I was like pretty blown away by that when it first came out. So, I'm um so [ __ ] pumped, bro. So pumped. Look at this stuff. This is just like the the the lab and it is so beautiful as well. I feel like I've just stumbled into like a different timeline here. Um we're within like we just keep saying me. It's like man by the if we lock in here by the end of March it's done. like it's actually done. Like what else is it going to they're going to be to do? And I'm so excited because it's just like I just keep running into these other other pretty high level entrepreneurs like Daniel Jordan and other people who are all struggling with the same thing. They're like I know this is it. I bought the stuff. I've got the kit now. I just want to get the most out of it. And so there's so much education needed around it. And if we just keep cooking in this [ __ ] room and if we keep cooking and just like shipping out all this information to you guys. Um, and I'm so happy cuz it feels like all of the hard work I've been doing over the past like year or two has led up to this moment now that we have like the cap vlogging capabilities that we can do lifestyle like behind the scenes content of this. Um, we can also be cranking out on the main YouTube channel and be posting there and educational so we can kind of hit this from two sides like the the the codification of of our businesses live. Well, maybe we'll do some live stuff as well and also maybe throw another event. Um, we were thinking we we could do like a 3-day 3-day lock in uh 3-day cla code lock in with um like 10 10 or 12 like high level entrepreneurs be super high ticket. Um but they get to get access to me and the guys and be able to sit in here and just cook up with us and we'll be over their shoulder helping them. No, you should be doing this, this, this. No, no, scrap that. because we're getting to the point with the stuff that there's like these essentially modules like a like a like a like a trial resing module or like a skill um or like a Slack monitor skill that gives you organizational information every morning. There's like like transcript analysis tools for organizational monitoring. There's all sorts of stuff. There's just general like script research and writing. There's thumbnail generation. there's all these different modules and that once we've built them, we can like pass them around and improve them and improve them and improve them and before you know, everyone's got these really powerful modules. So, there's this interesting point of like we're going to need to teach people how to get it set up, get the base, get it built, plug in like my template, and then do some kind of consulting on like, okay, what do you actually need and how do we prioritize that? What form factor do you want to learn? Do you want a telegram? Do you want to learn freaking voice agent? You know, so someone should cook. I'm about to roll out this uh this entire marketing plan to just tie everything together here. All the strategies we put out marketing plan video day by day breakdown of the videos I want to make how we're going to be monitoring search tracking that and just absolutely flooding the market with information on this because this is the only thing that really matters right now. And the great thing is that like it just is like a wrapper around starting your own AI business. Like I've been teaching people for years now. like if you're running an AI business or an agency and you want to start one, this is just like the tool to wrap around it um to be able to go and do those things and get your get like help generate leads, help to uh generate proposals, all of the stuff. So this is the skill that's sort of in the center of it. Um now I suppose though the value creation by auditing, consulting like training and development is still the the core of it. Just there's just like a layer around it that allows you to do things faster and um basically operate as a one person agency. So, [ __ ] excited, man. Um, and no better place to do it. So ask me, oh what are the things like business related, what are the personal things, what are the finance things. So I can dump my whole brain into it. I can start to track that through all the markdown files.
>> And then I've also gone and got voice notes enabled on the Telegram. So I can send voice notes to it now. I've got to test that in a second. Um I've also fixed this this context passing issue that I was having with Telegram where if I like for this marketing plan I'm putting together, I needed to give it so much information but Telegram has message limits. So I've needed to there's now a thing where if you send a massive message on Telegram, it will chop it up into chunks, but if you send three messages one after the other, the bot thinks there's three messages. So I've had to add in a buffer of like 1.5 seconds so that it will basically bundle those together. So if it'll bundle it together and then send it off as one. So I've got to call my team this evening and I'm going to run them through this whole plan. Um and then we'll be going to start taking action on it.
