What is a certificate of authenticity? It's a document like this one that allows you to authenticate a work and guarantee its originality. To make certificates of authenticity, you must first make a photo of the work. You just need to use a mobile phone that has a camera. Once you have the photo of your work, you will have to upload it into the art certificate system.
What is Art Certificate? It's an online service that allows you to create your own certificates of authenticity in less than three minutes. The first step is simply to sign up. I'll show you how it's done right now on the computer. Once you're registered, you can create the first free certificate.

Simply press the "New Certificate" button. You will then be asked to fill out a form with the name of the artist, the title of the artwork, the description, the size, the reference number, the technique used, the support, etc. Finally, you will be asked to fill in all the necessary information to correctly make your certificate of authenticity.

You also have the option of using a numbered series, example: one in 10, one in 20, etcetera. Important: you can choose whether or not to reference your work on Google. Once you've completed this form, you can upload the photo of the artwork.

And you can change the orientation of the photo if needed. Once the photo is uploaded, you must press the "Generate Certificate" button, which will create the certificate of your artwork. You can then choose the presentation of the certificate by clicking on the different options. These include vertical and horizontal presentations, choice of frames, and certificate backgrounds. You can then download the certificate in PDF format or print it directly from your printer.
The traceability, traceability of the certificate is ensured by the QR code that allows you to go directly to the page of the artwork on Art Certificate. All you have to do is scan it with a mobile phone. You can also print seals that will be glued onto the artwork, the certificate of authenticity, and your archives.
