Right now, we're deploying seven AI systems for one client, a high-end jewelry brand. And when we're done, their e-commerce operation will not only run faster, but it will allow them to scale by opening up new stores that cost a fraction of what they paid.
Right now, it's not a chatbot. It's not one automation. We're talking about seven interconnected systems that handle everything from the moment that a customer discovers the brand to the moment that they come back and buy again. And here is what actually surprised me. The most powerful system in the stack is not the one that saves the most time. It's the one that lets their customers design their own jewelry using AI. And it's converting at a rate that would make most e-commerce brands rethink their entire product page already just in the beta.
Okay. So, in this video, I'm going to walk you through all seven systems, how they connect, and why deploying them together creates something that individual automations never will. And whether you're running an e-commerce store yourself or you want to know what's possible or maybe you're building AI solutions and want to see what a full stack development and deployment actually looks like, this is your playbook. And by the way, everything that I'm about to show you, 2 years ago, this would have cost at least half a million dollars and a team of 12. Today, you can build most of it with tools that already exist.
So, here's something that a lot of e-commerce brands tend to misunderstand about AI. They think AI is a feature, something you bolt on. You add a chat to your corner of your website or maybe you automate some emails and you call it AI powered. That's not transformation and it's definitely not leverage. That's I don't know decoration, let's call it. The brands that are pulling ahead right now are not adding AI to their existing process. They are rebuilding the process around AI. The difference is the same as the difference between putting a motor on a horse carriage and building a car.
Okay? Think about what happens when a customer DMs your brand on Instagram. And that conversation is handled by an AI agent that knows not only your entire inventory, your availability, your policies, but also potentially their purchase history, their browsing behavior on your website, and their style preferences. That allows your AI to become an adviser. And when that same customer calls your store the next day, the voice agent already knows the conversation from Instagram. And when they don't buy, there's a nurturing agent following up with exactly the right message at exactly the right time. Okay, this is the system and that's what we're building.
But there is something that I think a lot of people don't talk about and they should. So I call this one the AI commerce loop. Most people think AI e-commerce tools are a list. You know, chatbot, email automation, inventory management, they're separate tools, separate problems. But when you deploy them as a connected loop, something creates a lot more leverage and compounds. Every system feeds data to the next one. The support chatbot learns from the concers. The concierge informs the nurturing agent. The nurturing agents conversion data improves the voice agents upsell recommendations. And the operations layer makes sure that nothing breaks while all of this happens. Okay. So what we are doing for this client, it's seven systems, but they behave like one intelligence.
Okay. So here's the stack just to make it simple. Number one, an AI customer support agent deployed across every social channel. Number two, an AI receptionist voice agent for phone-based support and sales. Number three, an AI customer concierge, a personalized shopping adviser. Number four, bespoke AI designer, which lets customers create their custom pieces. Number five, nurturing AI agent. And what this one does is emails and texts people who didn't buy yet. Number six, AI operations agent. This one manages inventory, pricing, invoicing, everything on autopilot. And number seven, team mentor AI agent. An internal AI that gives guidance to make the team better.
Now, let me break down each one, what it does, why it makes a huge difference for this client, and what it looks like in practice, as much as I can explain in a 15-minute video. Okay, so system number one, like I said, is the AI customer support. This one is everywhere all at once. Okay, and I think we need to start with something that I see a lot of brands doing. They deploy a chatbot on their website and stop there. The problem with that is that the customers are not on their website. They're on Instagram. They're on WhatsApp. They're on Facebook, on Messenger, and they expect the same quality of response everywhere. So, this system deploys across every single social channel that the brand uses, not just the website widget. Okay? The same AI, same knowledge base, same tone of voice, consistent experience, no matter whether the customer reaches out on one platform or the other. It handles the predictable stuff instantly, whether it's order status updates, shipping questions, return policy questions, store hours, but it also knows when to escalate. If a customer is asking about a 15,000 custom piece, that conversation needs to get rooted to a human with full context. You cannot afford to have cold handoff and you cannot do please repeat your question type of follow-up. Okay? So, for a high-end brand, this is not about saving money on support stuff. It is more about never making a customer with a five or six or seven figure budget wait for an answer. And that is just the beginning.
Okay. Now, if you're building an e-commerce brand or an AI agency that serves e-commerce clients, here is something that most people completely overlook. Your domain name. Think about it. You are setting up a store and you go register a.com and it's taken the exact name that you want. It's gone. So you start adding dashes or random prefixes and you end up with something like try-mybbrandame.com. That does not scream credibility. That screams I settled. So here's what smart founders are doing instead. They are going to doonline. I mean your brandonline. It's clean. It's memorable and actually available. It doesn't look like a backup plan. It looks like a business that belongs on the internet. Over three and a half million businesses already use online domains. Service providers, consultants, e-commerce brands, just like the ones that we are talking about today. And here's an SEO secret that you might not even realize. The word online gets over 500 million searches a month. Having it built into your domain gives you a visibility advantage that uh hyphenated.com never will. Now you can grab yours on GoDaddy or NameCheep or Squarespace or even Lovable wherever you build. And right now it is just 99 cents for your first year. Link is in the description. You go to get.onlineifiounders and you can go and lock your name today. Thank you online for partnering with us on today's video.
By the way, system number two, the AI receptionist voice agent. So look, not everyone wants to type, especially in luxury. Some customers want to call, hear a voice, and have a conversation, especially when they have specific questions about the pieces. And this voice agent handles inbound calls, books in store, appointments, order updates, delivery timelines, returns, exchanges, information about the pieces, all in real time with natural conversation flow. It doesn't sound like a phone tree. It sounds like someone who works at a store and knows what they are talking about in luxury. But here's where I think this is going to get massively powerful. On the sales site, the voice agent can do personalized upselles based on the purchase history. So, if a customer bought, let's say, an engagement ring six months ago, and they're calling about a repair, the agent can naturally mention the matching wedding band, for example, or earrings with their specific ring specs already loaded. So, it also handles abandoned cart follow-up. And then it does a real call, not an email necessarily. Something like, "Hi, I noticed that you were looking at the, I don't know, Portofino ring or bracelet. Did you have any questions about the sizing?" That is a conversation play that most e-commerce brands miss.
Number three, the AI customer concierge. So, this is the system that separates a commodity e-commerce experience from a luxury one. The concierge is a personalized shopping advisor. It knows the customer's past purchases, their style preferences, their budget range, and even occasions that they might be shopping for. You can think of it as the instore personal shopper experience, but available 24/7 online. So, for example, if a customer comes to the site and says, "I need a gift for my wife's 40th birthday. She likes, I don't know, minimalist white gold jewelry. My budget is around $3,000. The concierge doesn't just filter the catalog. It curates a personalized selection. It explains why each piece fits and can even suggest how to present it. Because for high-end brands, this is the service with the highest revenue per interaction potential because it doesn't just answer questions. You see, it sells the way that a great salesperson does by understanding what the customer actually needs. This one can also be used to train instore personnel with a much higher rate of success. By the way, now system number four, the bespoke AI designer that I talked about. This is the one that surprised me the most, I have to say.
The AI bespoke designer lets customers create their own custom jewelry designed through a guided AI experience. So, they describe what they want. I don't know, a fine tennis bracelet with a mix of stones from diamond to malikite in shades of blue, green, and white, for example. And the AI generates visual concepts, iterates on their feedback, and produces a design brief that the brand's jewelers can then work from. Think about what this does to the customer experience. Instead of browsing a catalog and hoping that something fits their vision, the customer actually becomes a co-creator. They're emotionally invested before they even see a price tag. And for the brand, custom pieces have the highest margins in jewelry. The system doesn't just serve existing demand for bespoke work, but it creates demand by showing customer what's possible. Okay, this alone would justify honestly the entire AI deployment, but it doesn't exist in isolation. It feeds data back into the concierge and the nurturing agent. So the brand keeps learning what customers actually want and they can create their next campaigns based off of that intelligence.
Now, system number five, the nurturing AI agent. So look, most e-commerce stores lose 95% or more of their visitors. They browse, they don't buy, and they're gone. Maybe they get a generic you left something in your car type of email and most of the time they don't. The nurturing agent has the ability to change that equation entirely because it operates across email and text, but it's not a blast tool. It's a personalized follow-up system that adapts based on what the customer actually did. Did they browse engagement rings but didn't buy? Then the nurture sequence is different than someone who looked at piercings, for example. Did they spend time with the bespoke AI designer but didn't complete a request? The follow-up acknowledges that specific interaction. The key is that this agent isn't just a timer. It's a triggered agent by behavior. It is informed by the concierge and chatbot data and it adjusts its messaging based on what is working. It's not batch and blast. It's a conversation that happens to use email or text.
Now, system number six, the AI operations agent. This is the invisible and maybe a little bit boring layer that makes everything else possible and working so smoothly. Invoicing, payment, order processing, all of this runs without human input. Tasks are assigned to team members. Notifications are going to the right people. Stock is being tracked. Shipping automation, all the good stuff. Not only that, but we even added a realtime price adjustment for the gold based on real-time gold prices. Now, I know none of this is glamorous. None of this goes in the marketing video, but without it, the other six systems create chaos instead of revenue because you can't have a concierge recommend a piece that's out of stock. You know, you can't have a voice agent confirm a delivery date. That's wrong. Operations AI is the foundation. Everything else is built on top of it.
Now, system number seven, the team mentor AI agent. Okay, the last system isn't customerf facing at all. It's internal. The team agent is an AI assistant for the brand's own employees, the sales associates, the designers, the customer service leads, and it gives them instant access to product knowledge, customer history, brand guidelines, the internal processes. So basically, if you think about hiring a new sales associate, you don't need 6 months to teach them and help them learn the catalog. Instead, they have a co-pilot who can answer instantly at their fingertips. Or when a team member is in a client discussion for a bespoke request, for example, a sales advisor AI agent can pull reference designs and material specs and pricing guidelines in seconds. That is how companies who properly use, not just dabble with AI, get their close rates up. Now, this is the system that probably a lot of the companies forget about. They deploy AI for customers and then leave their own team using the same manual processes. But when your team is AI augmented, every human interaction becomes better, which matters a lot in luxury where the human touch is the brand essentially.
All right, so you made it all the way here. Thank you, by the way. But why should you care? You know, I gave you all that we've done, but what does it mean to you? Well, every one of these seven systems is something that you can build and deploy for e-commerce clients because the tools are all out there, the frameworks are proven, and most e-commerce brands have not even started thinking about this. Agencies are already selling individual pieces of this stack with monthly retainers for maintenance and optimization. When you can deploy the full loop, all seven systems working together, the value proposition changes a lot because you're not just selling a single AI integration or a single AI automation. You're selling the entire transformation.
And if you're a store owner, you don't need all seven at once. You can start with the support layer. You can get the chatbot, the operations AI running, and then you can add the concierge. You can add the nurturing agent. You can build up the bespoke and voice overtime. Each layer can compound on the one before it. But you don't have to stress yourself going allin with everything all at once because it's a lot of work. Also a lot of benefit as well. But just prepare yourself for that. And definitely results will vary based on your niche, on your products, and how well you implement. But I think and I hope the direction is clear for you. The stores that build this stack will operate at a level that the ones who don't simply cannot even begin to compete with.
Now, at the top of this video, I told you I was deploying seven AI systems for one client. And now you've seen exactly what those systems are, how they connect, and why the loop makes such a big difference and makes a huge change compared to any individual tool. Now, if you take one thing away from this video, let it be this. Stop thinking about AI as features you add. You need to start thinking about it as the architecture that your business runs on.
Now, if you want to learn how to build these systems, whether for yourself or for clients, I break down everything how to use all the tools step by step within our challenges as well as within the ARC OS system in our founders community. Link is in the description as well as in the QR code here. And we are very much looking forward to seeing you on the other side. In the meantime, thank you so so much for watching.
