My nose is like putty. When I look in the mirror, it's long, ugly, bumpy and horrific to look at. There's no cartilage in this. It can go all the way down and touch my lip. To either side. I can push it up.
My condition is called rhinophyma, and it's a condition where the skin on your nose thickens and grows. Two years ago, I had a normal nose and now it's growing about an inch a year. I still have no answer for this. There's no explanation. It's just something that happened.
