All right guys, I'm gonna do a whole video here just to get this thread preserved from the shadow network within DARPA. And it does talk about a project which we have already discussed and which has far-reaching implications and is very relevant to the current situation that we're all finding ourselves in with the conjecturing about 5G and people not understanding what's really going on. And, you know, the element of artificial intelligence being so heavily compartmented within all of this is really the underlying factor. And I'm gonna help illustrate that here for us to the best of my ability from what I've known after researching this for close to 10 years.
You guys, this is back all the way from Sunday, the 13th of September back in '98. We do see that it's from the shadow network there and DARPA. We have the IP addresses there, so on and so forth. And to kind of back up into a presentation that I did in 2015, I mentioned some things about analogous imagery and semantics and color coding used as a method of security classification. I had that from another independent source and I had been privy to that information for some time prior to that. And what that means is is that they'll use color, though, you'll group colors together in documents to derive a contextual message that is intended for only those that have the key to unlock that. That's a simple encryption key, but most people overlook this completely.
And so you'll see in here, actually, I was noticing just a moment ago that it says it here. I've also attached for your information a rough cut at a composite modeling and simulation composite schedule. It says it's missing fiscal year information and color coding. Okay, that means the financial data is not there and the color coding has not been incorporated into it. This is a black project network, you know, this is more proof of that. It's missing the fiscal year. That point is central to what this whole network is about. Okay, this network is a backdoor into the Defense Department and your look, and it runs out of academia as well, of course. You're seeing this going from Ruth at DARPA, okay, all the way down to these different universities and stuff and these other email addresses and these, you know, other locations. And so the project schedule is nimble. All of these things we'll see here. I'm just going to go ahead and kind of nitpick this thing and get a whole, you know, long sweep of it. So we have a preserve.
[Music] [Music] Andy, they've got a good time, you know, wow, this [ __ ] wow. I'm looking at, I, you know, that network that we were looking at the other day, the shadow network, most of the links that I had initially found, which were many and they had such, you know, magnitude incorporated into them, I really was blown away by the find back then. I found a whole new network out of a, well, it's the same network, but it's that black-funded network, the shadow network, but it's, it's from a different user at DARPA and it's coming out of Rutgers University and it's for the Globo project. And this is something that you and I discussed a little bit, but that when I initially found the Globo and I did put Globo in my 2015 presentation and it was very important because when I did that, I did it for the future context in which we could draw.
And what's so fascinating about this particular document, which I'm just now getting to the encryption, I'm actually making a video right now. You called it the perfect time. You know, I like to do my videos in a Rojas sense, right? But I'm looking at this encryption now after the initial email chain, which means I don't have all of these files right now and they're still out there. And so we'll see about that. But what I can already tell you about this is that it talks about the color coding that I also mentioned in my 2015 presentation in this email chain. And that's the first time I've seen that in an email between these guys. They're always very careful, like you don't even see security classifications on this email because the whole network itself is classified. That's the gist of how this network works.
And so when they said, "Hey, you know, the color coding is not incorporated into this," let me go back and I'll read to you what it says. And this is a, it's, it's a project for the mobile ad hoc networks, remember the MANET system? You there? Yeah, instead the MANET system, yeah. And so when I did it, you know, this is how we talk and this is what it says right here, number seven. It says, it says they've attached a rough kind of a composite modeling and simulation composite schedule. And then in parentheses, it says, "It's missing fiscal year information and color coding." What? And so who knows how to interpret this? Is basically nobody unless you've been involved in these projects. And so I'm trying to give people a real inside view as to what we're looking at here.
And if you go look up Globo, you'll find a few things out there still. But we had a hyperlink that went offline after we, you know, had all the information initially. And it talks about things like power, consciousness. And the underlying premise of all of this is artificial intelligence, how it will be incorporated into the existing communications infrastructure. That is what this is about. And, you know, we just did a post last night, Candy, that I saw you on, where it's talking about the associate director from the Stanford Research Institute of Artificial Intelligence to a director for SRI of AI. And so we know that they've been heavily invested in this. I didn't realize that his role was so prominent in that until probably about a year after I had initially found that subject matter that's in those email chains that we did that post about most recently. They're sitting there on Facebook.
And to think that there's so many people running around about disclosure, and I understand everybody has their own area of, you know, specificity and importance, and we get passionate about things and we don't want to let go of stuff. But what's your take on how we see people basically avoid the observance of this system because they don't want to acknowledge it? I mean, we're talking about a system that's much more advanced than simply a 5G network that affects people on a cellular level, just to the extent that, you know, it's, it's gonna burn up their cells or someone. I mean, they don't understand that your DNA activation comes through. They don't want to acknowledge it. They can't acknowledge it. They don't understand that. They don't comprehend it. They don't even think about it. They wake up, they take a shower, they go to work, they come home, they feed the kids, they take them to soccer practice, they come home, they watch TV, they go to bed, they all over again. Nobody down their throat.
Right, right, right. And that's the problem with dealing with this. Yeah, that's the problem. This is heavily Department of Information.
[Music] [Music] I mean, I speak AI. I can, I can literally interface with the system in such a way to pull out and extract information from it. Yeah. Well, this says here, this says, "Integrate radio technologies with networking technologies and demonstrate ability of ad hoc networking protocols working with adaptive radios. Quantify and characterize performance." And it gets into the different architectures and stuff. And the thing about this is, back then, the AI wasn't developed as much as it is today. But guess what? These networks that this whole thing is now talking about, which do interface with our consciousness and cellular function and so many other things on a very basic and rudimentary level, to the point to where it's almost like it's on our nose, we're unable to see it, but it's right there. These are all monitored by artificial intelligence today. And that's where you get the term cognitive radios. That's what this whole thing is about. And this essentially is the network. This, you know, people are so freaked out about this 5G. They don't realize their cellular function is monitored, their brainwave function is monitored, and it's also regulated. And we're in the middle of this huge experiment right now. They're trying to see how much they can control us with this.
And, you know, I was talking to a few people earlier. And the bottom line, we go back and we look at epidemic studies with the viruses in this current epoch. There's no denying that there has been a huge influx that is correlative with radio frequency. We see that electromagnetic and radio frequency affects the human body on a cellular level to release and help me with the terminology here, the exosome. Our exosome. And so we're shedding these things out of our cells. That's by ourselves rather than make us sick. But we're no, it's not communicable. It's communicable in the sense that we have a peer-to-peer network today with 5G. 5G goes from one device to the next device, the same way that a mesh network functions. When they tested better this technology in places like Collin County, we watched them do this. All we've meticulously recorded or meticulously recorded and documented these particular instances. And where this network has been installed, tested on people, and now implemented at a much larger level, in which it's a failure, affecting people on this cellular level. And so this is what we're seeing.
And so it's so hard, Candy, for people to, you know, you're a nurse. God, I don't know how the [ __ ] excuse the language, but you know, I'm talking to, you know, Kary Mullis's dog, or at least the other day. And she's so stoked. She's like, "Hey, at least we can test for this virus because of the PCR, which my uncle invented, right?" But she doesn't even realize this is the guy. This is the Nobel Prize-winning biochemist that changed the world of biochemistry to such an extent that it's, it's the, the field itself is divided into two parts because of his work, like history before PCR, after PCR. Bottom line, he doesn't even believe that these [ __ ] viruses are real. He's on record stating this. He didn't even believe AIDS was a real thing. And he was so outspoken about it. Unfortunately for the, the establishment, they couldn't backtrack and say, "Oh, this guy's full of [ __ ]" because they had already awarded him a Nobel Prize in '93. Not to mention the fact that he admits that he wouldn't have developed that technology without the meeting that he had with extra-dimensional beings and his hallucinatory experiences that he had while he was on LSD. That doesn't mean that he's discredited just because he took some LSD. Guess what? He won the Nobel Prize. The whole field of biochemistry is totally revolutionary, changed because of his work. And he, he slid in that final component that we need to be able to tie into our research for the masses and say, "Hey, there is an element of these extra-dimensional beings which is playing a role in this system monitored by artificial intelligence, which, you know, is continuing to be implemented as it's continued to grow."
And so why are we building the system? On behalf of who are we building the system? And what can we do to overcome the influence of these entities that want to keep us in the lower vibrational state so they can feed on our energy and control what we're doing? You know, it's so difficult to come out and say this kind of stuff to people. Like, "Oh yeah, what are you on?" Bottom line, go look at every ancient scripture that you can dig up. Get in your Bible. Who is the Prince of the Power of the Air? Satan. All of these technologies function in the air. Laura Eisenhower would tell anybody straight up, this is a frequency war. And this is so illustrative of that. And so I think that people can understand this today if we can just convey it, simplify it, and get the information out there simply. But at the same time, there are people who do need a technical kind of antithesis to what they're currently being taught because this is what we're looking at when we see people falling into these traps of the mainstream media.
And what I can tell you, and I'm gonna let you roll on this after this, and I'm recording this, so I just want you to know that we, you know, we always do this stuff on the raw. This is a great spectacle for people because we have the network right here. It's in my hand. I'm recording it. It's on a screenshot. You can't deny that this network with all this military-grade encryption is right here in front of your face. And then now what we have is the extra-dimensional element. We have the, the bioelectric field and the auric field of the human user of this system being to something that can be transferred from one device to another throughout the network. The problem is, we're having our consciousness seeded with this negativity right now, and there, it's killing people. You know, it's, it's a false flag. That doesn't mean that people aren't dying. And so I want to get your take on whatever you think is important here, Candy. But as, oh, I just, I want to work on simplifying this data, getting it to the right people, and ultimately being solutions-oriented when we talk about this, not in a fear-based sense. But let's raise awareness about this. This is, you know, I see so many people out there talking about mundane [ __ ] [ __ ]. And they're, he's a whistleblower, these, they don't understand what they're looking at right here. You understand? And so we've been involved in some heavy stuff. We've done our due diligence with this. And I just want you to rip it for a little while and talk about this stuff so people can understand your point of view. You're a medical professional, a nurse of almost 30 years, and you've seen this. But you've seen the other side as well, and very disturbed by the information. Deeper into information about doctors talking about how they literally intentionally injected healthy people with, you know, nasal secretions and bodily fluids of other people who were supposedly infected with these viruses, and that these secondary people never became infected. So that was one of the things that really piqued my interest. Tells me, and I just have this sense of knowing in my heart when something is true and when it's not, regardless of how deeply it can adjust my current belief. Because in order to learn anything, the first thing you need to do is unlearn everything you've ever been taught. Secondly, you need to investigate. Thirdly, you need to use discernment and logic. And first, you need to determine in your heart what's true. And this is the way it has worked for me for many years. So I was faced with this idea that there is no such thing as a virus. These are actually envelope material pushed out of a cell. Once I visualized 60 gigahertz of a radioactive microwave frequency slamming into a dainty, fragile human cell, I understood that is what's causing the damage to the cell and pushing out materials from within the cell wall to the outside, which is oftentimes with protein wrapped in a genetic envelope or sometimes lipids, different things from this cell. So now we have all of this toxicity running through the bloodstream, which is in fact causing the symptoms of the virus, the sickness. So it was very challenging for me. I'm not going to say it was easy because it wasn't. And I thought about it day and night, and I prayed to God for guidance and for discernment over the issue because I knew that hundreds, if not thousands, of people were going to be turning to me for answers, needed to have those answers, and I knew that for myself, first and foremost, because I am a seeker of truth.
And we are treating the wrong disease. We are treating this as a virus. We are doing.
[Music] And thirdly is shielding. Now, in order to shield yourself from microwave frequency, obviously, you need something like, hey, things like shungite, different crystals and minerals are effective for this. And also, where we're getting with this, I don't mean to interject, but I just want to mention for people that there, this is a stimulus for us to raise our own resonance as an individual through our chakra systems and so on. Our bioelectric field is gonna have to be raised as a shield itself, literally, in the literal sense, to shield us from this and to interface with this. And, you know, if we don't know what cognitive radios are, I'm on here on IEEE, which is one of the, you know, premier sources in academia and in the private sector for this type of research, of any type of research for that matter. It's very well respected. And this is your revealing part of this compartmentalization of the project. And I want to illustrate this for people and get your take on this too, Candy, because we're talking about, and this is what it says. It says, "Modern networks are anticipated to connect billions of wireless devices due to the popularity of smartphones, wearable devices, and ubiquitous wireless sensors for various applications. In the last decade, the rapid deployment of massive devices and applications has caused a growing demand for radio spectrum. Cognitive radio was proposed to utilize spectrum efficiently in an opportunistic way, which has evolved to be an intelligent radio that can chase its transmitter parameters according to the interactions within the environment."
And so let's back up. We're talking about genetic-specific technology. And to hit a note on that point, and this is something that, you know, myself and some of my colleagues were talking about, certainly in our first conversation, in fact, Candy, back in 2012, we discussed genetic predisposition and we discussed, you know, basically genetic markers that can be targeted through the use of frequency. I just listened to that the other day. And, you know, that's an interesting point because when we look at some of these networks, for example, the T-Mobile network is a cheaper network, essentially. Then they've gone with Metro now, which is a, you know, it's a non-contract phone. It's, it's a phone for a lower socioeconomic status. Please don't be offended by that if you hear this. That is just the demographic. That is just the statistical data that you will find when you're dealing with these types of carriers. And the implementation and the gigahertz of the megahertz range actually is different on the networks that are for lower-income classes. And they're the, they're the lower socioeconomic classes that correspond to a carrier that would provide them service with their budgets. And those parameters have the oscillations in their frequency Hertz that are more damaging on the physical level to the prospective users of that system. And so what I'm saying is, they're targeting people with these frequencies based on who your carrier is because they know you make less money. They're trying to get rid of us. This is, this is a clear example of population control. It's not a conspiracy theory. It's, it's well-documented with data.
And so to jump back to the cognitive radios, we're that all this is monitored by AI today, okay? This can be formulated as a study problem of user, any user perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its chance at successfully achieving its goals. To explore the study of intelligent agent artificial intelligence to find as machine mimics cognitive functions that humans associate with other human minds, such as learning and problem-solving, is brought to the use in CR networks and named AI-enabled radio and networks. And so there's more to it than this, but I did want to illustrate a little bit of that compartmentalization because it's important. What we're talking about, we're talking about a network that can control us through AI and frequency. It's a frequency-based biological control system that's monitored by artificial intelligence, Candy. And so when we equate, and this is a crucial link that I want to work on with you more, I'm looking forward to talking to people like Laura Eisenhower and others who have an understanding of this. And this is kind of where they get in, where they fit in with this kind of stuff from a real academic standpoint, you know? And I can appreciate not wanting to be part of that academic way of thinking, and I really want to step out of that with this research because I think Kary Mullis is a primary example of this. And it's interesting that we have a link in, in that his niece was my fiancee. I think that I feel personally like there was some type of a message here for me to say, "Hey, there's a battle going on, and you have to wake up enough to help these people to see what's going on." And so all of the people that I've had in my life, it's an interesting testimony, and God has carried me through every bit of this. And I'm certainly not ashamed of Jesus Christ. I, I understand the, the feminine aspect of DaVinci and all that. But when we understand that there's an extra-dimensional group of these inorganic intelligences that's controlling this system, Candy, make some remarks on that. How are we going to break that down for people in order for them to understand?
[Laughter] Where I literally demon within a human being staring me right in the eyes, my life. And so that was my spiritual awakening, so to speak. And so I stopped focusing as much on the physical and started delving more into the spiritual. And then I realized that the spiritual realm itself, there are two sides. There's darkness, and those two sides mirror each other. And the entire spiritual realm mirrors the physical realm. So you have a hierarchy in heaven. You have God, and you have Jesus, and you have Archangels, and you have angels, and then you have the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Satan, and the Watchers, and the demons. So then you come to Earth, and you have a hierarchy here. And you've had the government. It's the same thing because it's all mirrored. It's reflective. So when we talk about the fact that Satan rebelled against God and was shoved out of heaven, he came to Earth. They found the women of Earth to be fair. They procreated with human women. They created the abomination of God's creation called the Nephilim, which were the giant, embedded men. We had all of this technology. We have regressed as a society. We have not progressed. Just like Zecharia Sitchin says in his work, this is not, we haven't reached progress, we have regressed. We've had laser technology. We've had all of this advanced technology here on this planet in the past, as evidenced by, you know, we can talk all day about Stonehenge and the Giza pyramids and yada yada yada. And so obviously, this technology has been here before. Obviously, nothing new under the sun. It's coming back around again, maybe in a new shape, maybe in a new form, maybe in a new way. Because God came and cleared the Earth of the abomination in his own way. And so Satan, who is the Prince of the Power of the Air, is trying again to do his damage through, did you know, frequencies? Which I have been touting this for years about him having power of the air. The satellite technology is covering the globe, creating an essence, the worldwide invisible web. The WWW stands for six, six, six in the Hebrew. So I mean, we have all of these things tying together. If I have to convince you that the dark side is real, we can't go any further in the education. I shouldn't have to convince anyone. But there was a time when I couldn't be convinced, and God himself had to convince me with an experience that in a split second changed my reality and my belief of the truth. So the sooner we wake up to the fact that there are dark spiritual forces who have been here since the beginning of time, who know all of this works and operates versus us, you know, it's amazing that we've existed this long. But once we realize the dark side is there, and that we have reign over them, that's the most important part. These things are scary. These things, they're powerful. They can do lots of things. The problem is, you're scarier and you're more powerful than they are. But you don't believe that because they have hidden information from us forever. They don't want us to know how strong we are. They don't want us to invoke the name of Jesus Christ. They don't want us to believe in God the Creator. They want our souls. They want us to worship Lucifer. They want us to do all of these negative things and open portals, rip demons to attach to humans. Things like Reiki, and things like yoga, meditation, and all of these New Age practices that people are doing, reading tarot cards, playing with Ouija boards. This is not a joke and some Hollywood comedy. This is real life, and this is the stuff that's happening. So either people are going to ascend spiritually as well as knowledge-wise, or they're not. And what I'm also understanding is that not everybody is meant to be awake. If everyone awakened at once, can you imagine the chaos? It would be absolute chaos. So not everybody is meant to be awake. We can plant seeds, we can help each other try to understand and try to see what's going on. But in the end, yeah, I agree.
Being projected into the environment which are causing emotional responses within humans. And so we're just doing the in funny. So we will pick up right there. So love you so much and I'll talk to you soon, okay?
