Hey everybody, Dr. G here. I'm a clinical and forensic psychologist as well as a body language expert. And today we're going to be analyzing Epstein's inner circle. Before we get started with this, couple of quick things. One, I wanted to make sure you know this is not a psychological evaluation of any kind. These are just my opinions. In addition to that, I do want to remind you to like and subscribe if you want to see more content just like this. All right, let's go.
What we're going to be analyzing today are depositions provided to the House Oversight Committee, and we're going to be comparing those to the Epstein files. We're going to be looking at Epstein's attorney, Darren Endike, his accountant, Richard Khan, as well as someone who is known to be a close friend and associate, Les Wexner. All right, let's just jump right in.
>> My role was to review documents, um, summarize documents, analyze documents, um, critique documents, draft documents, um, in a wide variety of of of areas. Um,
>> this is Darren Endike and as he was just saying, he's a transactional attorney. He was not his criminal defense attorney, just to be clear on that.
>> Um, summarize documents, analyze documents, um, critique documents, draft documents, um, in a wide variety of of of areas. And
>> how would you typically communicate with Epstein?
>> Um, at which time during the course of your relationship.
>> Okay. So, um kind of multi multifaceted. Um sometimes I would get messages. Uh sometimes um I would be um I would get a communication through the partner. Sometimes he would be in the office and I would meet with him for two minutes, you know, not much, not a lot of facetime. um and get a get a specific assignment and then sometimes I would get a message from his assistant saying something that that Epstein wanted from me and there and towards the later end um I would I would meet with him.
They also emailed each other very frequently. There are many many emails. We're going to go over the nature of some of those in a little bit. Were the nature of your communications always related to the furnishing of legal services?
>> Yes.
Now, what he just said is factually incorrect and it's very much going to be by his own admission as we continue to watch this. They did not exclusively have conversations related to work. We see that in the Epstein files. We see that as with some of the things he's going to talk about later. So, that is factually not true.
Were the nature of your communications always related to the furnishing of leak? Now, just to be clear, he later on says that Epstein was the godfather of his children. So, right now he's saying they had no relationship other than anything strictly business, and he will very shortly say something that's diametrically opposed to that.
>> Did you ever ask Mr. Epstein for personal favors?
>> Um, let's see how to answer that question. I asked him for help when I was um I think it's my first
>> just to translate asking him for help would be yes. He asked him for personal favors as you're going to hear in a second.
>> My my wife and I were having uh fertility issues um and um infertility treatments were quite expensive and they weren't covered by insurance. Um so I had I had asked him if it was possible for me to forego the insurance um and in lie of the amount of money that he was paying for insurance at the time if I could take that money and and apply it towards the cost of infertility treatments. Uh and at that time his response to me was absolutely not. you should keep your medical insurance and I will pay for your infertility issues.
Now, we're going to look at him talking about Epstein being the godfather to his children. There's some very interesting information in the Epstein files, but I want you to watch this part first.
>> And for the record, we're reviewing the italiciz portion. Did you write this, Mr. Ind?
>> Um, I believe I did.
What Darren End is looking at right now is a letter that he wrote back in 2008. This was in support of Jeffrey Epste. was talking about his good character. Basically, it was asked for by the criminal defense attorneys during his 2008 case
>> for this um um the violin. I'm trying to we'll see what this this was for.
>> And I'm going to show you the letter. It's pretty clear what it's for.
>> I believe I was asked by defense council For the sake of time, I am skipping around a little bit throughout this
>> and I want to return back to the statement that you provided for Epstein's defense. It is it true that you made Mr. Epstein a godfather of your children?
>> Yes. Um it was it was an honorary appellation. Um, I had no expectation because I didn't have that kind of relationship with him. But I wanted to show gratitude, do something to show gratitude for how he helped my wife and I have have our children. And so I had asked him would it be okay and he wouldn't have any obligation to do anything. But you know as a way of honoring him if I could make him honorary godfather.
Now let's look at what the Epstein files have to say about this very thing. This is the text from the letter written by Darren Endike about Jeffrey Epstein about his character that was in support of his character back in 2008. I'm going to read part of this and then we're going to go on. At the successful completion of our fourth cycle and failed adoption attempt, my wife and I were at the end of our rope and did not want to continue. Without Jeffrey's support and stubborn daily encouragement, we would not have. Now, that alone shows you when he answered earlier that they only have ever talked about business related matters. This statement alone shows that his claim that all they ever discussed was business mattered is in fact untrue. Anyway, we'll continue. He even recruited his then girlfriend Gain Maxwell to meet with us to offer assistance with local adoption and overseas adoption procedures and to encourage us to try again. Why is it no surprise to me that Maxwell is the one who volunteered to do that. Thankfully, after our fifth cycle, my wife and I were blessed with twin daughters. Although Jeffree was adamant that we owed him nothing, Jeffree honored us by agreeing to be the godfather of our children.
If you're wondering why I bothered bringing up that Jeffrey Epstein was godfather to Darren Indy's children, it's because there's evidence to suggest in here that that may actually not be true. Here's another document that talks about Jeffrey Epstein being the godfather to somebody who is not Darren Indy's children. Obviously, you could be the godfather to as many kids as you want, but we're going to get to why this matters. Epste was close friends with Glenn Blank, the billionaire co-founder of Hybridge and godfather to one of Blank's children. Part of the response in this legal document says, "I understood that Mr. Epstein was a godfather of one of Blank, the oldest of Blank's children.

This right here is a letter from 2015 from his godaughter. Here's a couple of quotes from it. Thank you for always being there for me, regardless of what decisions I make, what I say, or what I do. You're the most supportive, wise, kind-hearted godfather I could ever imagine. We've made some incredible memories over the last 20 years, some of which have been documented in the many photographs around your houses. So, this is his actual goddaughter. He takes that very seriously. He takes this role very seriously. This isn't the only letter written by her, but my point in showing this is that he is 100% the godfather of this individual, who is not Darren Indik's child.
Now, here's an email from 2016 by David Stern. He had just re he had just had a child, and he sent an email to Epste that says, "Will you be the godfather?" Now, here's Jeffrey Epstein's reply. I'm flattered, but must decline the warm invitation. I made a promise to my godaughter that I would not be godfather to anyone else. As you know, for good and for bad, I always keep my word. Now, Jeffrey Epstein obviously can lie. It's very possible that he was saying that just because he didn't want to be the godfather. But the way that this is phrased makes it sound like he does take that seriously. And that actually may be true. So the question is when Darren Indk talks about Jeffrey Epstein being the godfather to his children, was that done specifically for the 2008 letter? Was that done for his 2008 case? Is that true at all? So it begs the question, if Jeffrey Epstein takes the role of being a godfather seriously and he has a godaughter and doesn't want to have anybody else considered one of his godchildren and denies people that, why is it in 2008 that Darren Indk was saying that Jeffrey Epstein was the godfather to his children?
So, what I would love to know back is back in 2008, when did Jeffrey Epstein allegedly become the godfather to Darren Andik's children? Was that at the time that this letter was written? Was it when they were born? And in terms of the financial benefits to Darren Endike, apparently, according to the testimony, he paid him personally over $2 million, paid his business over 8 million, and at least attempted to leave him $50 million in his will. That being said, just because of the liabilities of the estate, it sounds very possible that Darren Indk will not receive the $50 million. But that was attempted by Jeffrey Epstein.
Now, before we move on to Epstein's accountant, Richard Khan, I do want to point out that we only watched a few minutes of that deposition and there were already a number of contradictions. This is 6 hours long. So, there's definitely more to analyze there if you want me to. But the little bit that we saw, there was plenty that contradicted what the actual Epstein files say.
>> During your time working with Mr. Epstein, did you develop a personal relationship with him outside of work?
>> Mr. Epste and I never socialized. I did not have a personal relationship with Epstein and my dealings with Epstein were quite infrequent. I would typically meet with him about every 3 weeks for anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes and our conversations were 90% regarding uh you know the questions I brought in and was looking to get answered regarding his uh accounting and financial situation.
This certainly seems to be the sentiment of anybody who's ever interacted with Epstein. Yes, I knew him. Yes, I worked for him. No, we weren't friends. Let's look at what some of the Epstein files say about this. Here's an example of one of the emails that stood out to me. This is an email that was originally sent by William Murphy. William Murphy did a lot of the technology stuff for Jeffrey Epstein. So, building servers, doing networking, all of those kinds of things. The subject is confirming you are going to blank tonight. This was back in 2014. So, William Murphy stated, "We're getting there. We removed the four old IBM servers that were on top of the rack and wiped two routers and a switch. All the hard drives have had holes drilled into them, which may have been the best part. We have the old backup tapes out the unit that wouldn't power on as well. I'm going to reach out to data deconstruction companies to shred the tapes. I've seen trucks in Midtown that roll up and destroy stuff. I'll see if I can find one for the tapes. We probably have about 2 hours left to remove the remaining equipment and then that rack should be empty and ready to go."
Now, what this is in reference to is Jeffrey Epstein's server room in his town home. He literally had a room dedicated to being a server. And what I mean by that is that he had all the networking there. He had all of his DVRs would have been set up there. All of everything that would have been recorded was there. But when you have an actual dedicated server room, that is more than you would typically see for somebody that might have one or two video cameras, which is what many people have claimed. Oh, there was just a couple of cameras in his town home. That's the claim I've seen over and over again. We saw in a New York Times article there were in fact more, but I think there were actually a lot more and that's probably why he needed a server room. Most town homes, even large ones, will not require that unless they are really thoroughly wired and unless they are recording a lot. Point being is that Richard Khan then sent an email to Jeffrey Epstein as an update on server room at 9 East 71st Street. My question is, why would you have your accountant updating Jeffrey Epstein on the fact that his server room had been destroyed? The fact that they had drilled holes in all of the hard drives. Like, so why is it that your accountant would be the go-between here? I understand if they need to send him invoices. I understand if there are things they need to keep track of inventory-wise, but that's not what this says. This doesn't give dollar amounts. It doesn't talk about the specifics that a CPA would typically handle. So, why something like this would be delegated to Richard Khan is beyond me. It's very strange.
Here's another email from Richard Khan that I also thought was kind of peculiar. Luella found some medical papers on the second guest bedroom when she was cleaning. She mentioned it was on the floor with magazines and clothes and blank room. Shall I have her keep it there for your next visit? Sent to New York or shred. Please advise. And he just said shred. But why is it that your CPA would be keeping track of this kind of stuff? That's what's so strange to me. If this was house cleaning or if this was somebody who was maintaining the property, I could understand it. But based on what he's saying, that's not what he does. He's a he's a CPA. He does all of the financials.
I thought you might want to see what the server room actually looked like at Epstein's town home. I want you to keep in mind what everybody has claimed is that there've only been a couple of cameras. This is not the kind of wiring you would expect networking wise or camera-wise if it's just a couple of cameras. You wouldn't need an entire server room. This is the kind of thing a business might have, an entire building might have, not an individual residence, even if it's quite large. particularly if what's being claimed is that they didn't really surveil anything that there was maybe a camera outside of a safe room or something like that, but that that it was not wired to record everything. So, once again, we have someone who claims to have no relationship with Epstein. As I said before, this seems to be a pattern. Let's see what Leslie Wexner has to say about this.
Now, we're going to watch some of the deposition of billionaire Leslie Wexner. He's best known for his association with Victoria's Secret. All right, let's just jump right in.
>> With Mr. I've seen at least initially to be solely business related.
>> Yes.
>> Did you at any time ever consider him to be a close friend?
>> No.
Now I talk about body language a lot. Obviously you notice the extreme blinking right now. Blinking tends to suggest stress. That is something that we look for body language wise. When you were interacting with Mr. Epstein, did you enjoy spending time with him?
>> Enjoyment was fun. No, it was work.
>> Can you elaborate on that? What were the nature of your interactions with Mr. Epstein?
>> Like professional, you know, this is what's going on. have you paid this bill? Do you know about that? Or you know, I took an inventory of your house and no one ever taken an inventory of your furniture. Do you know how much furniture you have? And it was like, no, I never thought about it. Well, I know you should know that I have an inventory. Things are buttoned up. Um it it was like what an off um where I don't think how can I explain it?
We have some pictures of him and Jeffrey Epste together that we're going to look at in a second, but I want to get a little bit more information before we jump into the actual Epstein files.
>> Mr. Wexner, is it your testimony today that your conversations with Mr. Epstein were predominantly focused on your business relationship with him?
>> That'd be very accurate. That would be very accurate.
>> What common interest did you share with Mr. Epstein outside of work?
>> None.
>> So, you didn't have any personal relationship with Mr. Epstein whatsoever? I I don't think I ever went to lunch or dinner or a movie or had a a cup of coffee with Jeffrey.
So, let's see what the Epstein files have to say about this. So, right here we have a picture of a much younger Les Wexner appearing to have a pretty good time with Jeffrey Epstein. Let's see what else we can find. Now, half of this is redacted, but here's Les Wexner, it looks like a couple of years later, also spending time with Jeffrey Epste. And here we are once again, which it looks like would be after 2008. So, this would have been after Jeffrey Epstein's initial conviction. And this is them at a horse show, I believe. So, despite the fact that Les Wexner said never even had as much of a as a cup of coffee together, it certainly looks like they did in fact spend some time with each other.
Now, the last thing we're going to look at before we wrap things up is an email that Jeffrey Epstein sent himself about Leslie Wexner. Now, this is an email that I found in the Epstein files, and I've talked about it before, but it's just too relevant not to briefly talk about again. Jeffrey Epstein frequently sends himself emails. They're typically thoughts he's having. They tend to be a bit disjointed, but they also tend to be very candid. So, this is an email that Jeffrey Epstein sent himself in 2014 about Leslie Wexner. I'm only going to briefly cover what this says. We don't need to go into a really in-depth explanation of all this, but I do think it's at least worth pointing out that he does say after talking about Texas New Albany bankrupt that he never ever did anything without informing less. So this does suggest they had a very close relationship at least according to Jeffrey Epstein. His belief was that their relationship was very very close. After that he says questionable as to unrelated third party Jack Kesler Stanley Jerry my personal taken advantage of understand scared I would never put less in harm's way so once again he's talking about how he wants to protect Les Wexner that he wouldn't do something that would put him in harm's way or that he would protect him in some way he never called sale of trust put call despot Dick Gray Susan followed put in fake secretary took an attorney So, now we're getting into something much more complicated. Somebody installed a fake secretary, whether that was law enforcement, whether that was somebody that was an a related third party. Now, we're talking about a very complex situation that he was involved in with Les Wexner. And then after that says, I would never give him up. Which to me suggests some sort of law enforcement involvement or something else. But it doesn't sound good. Point being is that Jeffrey Epstein seemed to have believed that he had a very close relationship with Leslie Wexner as Les Wexner and according to everybody else that seems to be under deposition seems to say just wasn't actually that close with Jeffrey Epstein. Didn't really know him socially. It was purely professional. I don't know anything beyond that.
Let's go ahead and wrap things up. Hopefully, this is helping you better understand some of the conflict we're seeing between the depositions and the Epstein files. There do seem to be some significant contradictions, at least from what I could see so far. Now, that doesn't mean that there is wrongdoing on the part of any of these parties, but it does mean that based on what they said versus based on what we find in the files, there does seem to be some difference there. And there's probably more. There are many, many, many hours of depositions by all three of them. And I only analyzed a few minutes of each. If you have any thoughts about this, or if there's anything else specific you want me to analyze, please let me know in the comments below. Last thing before we get finished up is I do want to remind you to like and subscribe if you want to see more content just like this. All right, thanks for watching.
