I was hearing like a whooing sound in my body. And before you know it, my body, my body felt so light that I actually felt my spirit slipping out of my body, like from here, like my upper chest to my head, somewhere in that area. I, that's where I went out of my body, and I instantly turned into this magnificent love. And it's a love that we don't have here. Jesus talked to me about the importance of humor. And they're always laughing over there. They're enlightened. Enlightenment is you're in bliss consciousness. You're you're euphorically happy. There's there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you know, it it's a totally different mindset. And then I started speaking in another language, frequently, um, fluently, and I was like, what is this language I'm speaking? Is it Aramaic? Like what is it? But I noticed that even though I didn't understand the words, I knew it was a prayer for my healing. At the same time, there were about hundreds of angels. They weren't singing, but they were speaking in tandem, like um, it felt musical even though it wasn't because there were so many of them in harmony. And they were saying these words during my healing.
This is Beyond with Heather Tash, where we examine near-death experiences and life itself, hopefully making this life a little better. Hello everybody. I'm so glad you are here today and welcome to my guest, Reverend Lisa Marie Bonsk. Hello, Lisa Marie.
Hi, Heather. Such a pleasure to be with you today. I'm so happy to be here.
I am glad to have you here, too, because I've just seen you around kind of in the circle of near-death experiencers, but we've never met, and I'm really excited to be to get the chance to talk to you today and learn more about your near-death experience. I know you had something awful, um, Lyme disease, and I hear such um horrible things about how it's so debilitating, and that is what led into your near-death experience. So, why don't you just um share what happened to you?
I will. Yeah, it was pretty devastating. I was I was coming from being the epitome of health, you know. My my goals in life were optimal health and enlightenment, you know, and I'd meditated for over 30 years with TM, transcendental meditation, uh, the advanced one that takes an hour. I did that an hour twice a day. So, you know, I I I'd had, you know, a very healthy life. Um, I was deeply spiritual. I had a I've had a lot of spiritually transformative experiences way before the NDEs even happened, you know, because I was so in tune with the other side and with my own higher self, my soul, my spiritual self. So, um, I'm kind of glad that the NDEs came later in my life because I don't know if I would have wanted to live with the knowledge for that long if I was younger, you know, even though I'd known a lot spiritually, but the NDEs really really opened a lot up uh in a different kind of way. So, uh, back to the days when when it happened. It happened on Easter weekend, ironically, was when I resurrected out of my body. And, um, and I had an incredible healing from Jesus and Archangel Michael. And Archangel Michael was huge. And before that, I never believed with angels with wings. It was just something I never thought about. And he has humongous wings. Archangel Michael. I mean, it just took up the whole room. And um I I remember thinking of the intricate details of the little wings inside the little wings and uh that I all felt and sensed. And he was about I would say 12 feet tall and um I I wasn't at that time because of the Lyme disease, I was having a lot of complications. One of them was I wasn't producing cortisol, which you can't survive without cortisol. So, um I was in hospital a few times for lack of cortisol or very low cortisol. So, that was the issue at the time. And that day, my body was getting lighter and lighter and lighter physically until I went to go lay down. It was getting later in the day.

I that's where I went out of my body and I instantly turned into this magnificent love. And it's a love that we don't have here. You know, it's an incredible divine love. I would say if I had to compare it to something, maybe the love for your children or you have a soulmate, the love of your life, you have to multiply that love times 50,000. And that's why we struggle to try to explain God's love or that love that we are in a spirit form. Because when you go back into your body, um, you're limited. You know, the other side is so beyond what we have here. First of all, it's like if you know that show, the Jetsons, you know, the Jetson's cartoon was way ahead of time and that's how the afterlife is and that's how you are in a spirit form. You're very, very evolved, intelligent. You have all the information from the other side is there. You know who you are now. You know that the other side, heaven is your home. That this is not your home. That this is just a temporary experience. And that we are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. That's what I found out. Um, so when I left my body, I turned into love and I was immediately in gratitude for the suffering of my lifetime. Even if I hadn't gone through anything, Heather, just being cramped in a body is suffering. Because when I went back into my body, it was so uncomfortable because I was this expanded consciousness. I was huge. I was enlightened. I was love. I was this very powerful divine being. And what surprised me was my higher self, my soul was just as powerful as the divine beings who I was with. And I didn't expect that. And I discovered that we are part of God in a very physical way. Like God was in the distance. And then he had a conversation with me. Uh and he said to me, "It's in my time, Lisa Marie, not yours." He called me Lisa Marie. And I knew what he meant by that. And he said that everything was in divine order. Everything was as it should be. And I trusted that, you know. So I then discovered because there's 50 things going on at once, downloads. I had information for my friends, messages from my friends, one of them that is disabled. Uh I saw my I was saw my future and what I'd be doing and I'll get into that. Um, so when they started the healing on me, this was another surprise. My higher self, which is your soul, my higher self was assisting Jesus and arch Archangel Michael with my own healing of this body, which I thought was amazing.
And then I started speaking in another language, frequently, um, fluently and I was like, what is this language I'm speaking? Is it Aramaic? Like what is it? But I noticed that even though I didn't understand the words, I knew it was a prayer for my healing. At the same time, there were about hundreds of angels. They weren't singing, but they were in speaking in tandem, like um it felt musical even though it wasn't because there were so many of them in harmony. And they were saying these words during my healing. This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Over and over. They said it so many times. I was thinking to myself, when are they going to stop saying that? because this went on for hours and hours and hours. So um but it was so it was so beautiful you know there you know I I also also saw Jesus in the desert where he went for 41 days in the desert and and you know he was fasting and uh praying and contemplating and that's when he was able to say I and the father are one and that was my experience with God and I don't really use the word god God anymore because the word God is sounds like it's not enough for what I experienced. What I experienced was the creator of all omni science knows all knows everything you're thinking knows your purpose knows knows everything you've been through knows what you need knew knew what I needed to continue on and he told me that you know it wasn't my time at what and that's when I was saw my future life review I didn't have a traditional life review I was shown my future uh as a speaker, which I wasn't back then. And there was a theme for that. There seems to be a theme, these themes on the other side. And in big letters before me, hope that's what my speaking engagements were all about. And and one of the thoughts I had was, I sound just like Wayne Dyer. You know who Wayne Dyer is, right?
Yeah, I love Wayne Dyer.
So, ironically, last year, you know, I get all these messages and synchronicities right on my phone and his video happened to come up and I heard him speaking and I said, "He sounds just like me. He's using the same words that I use, you know." So, I thought that that was, you know, and then I thought about my NDE and what I thought when I was watching my future, when I was watching myself speak, I mean, I I saw the presentations and I didn't do any of this stuff before. I was an opera singer and I had my own business. I had a whole after my NDEs I had a whole change of direction different whole new career different change of direction and I actually don't do anything but wait for things to happen. Um I didn't know how I was going to get that to that point. I knew I was seeing my truth, but they didn't show me all the little things and all the little events that were going to happen uh up, you know, before that day came. You know, they don't show me the year, the year things were going to happen, how they were going to happen, all that. They just showed me the big purpose and that's all they I could actually even feel the energy of my body in my future how healthy I was. I was even healthier than before I'd gotten the Lyme disease. So that was interesting. So anyway, as I was watching my future, I noticed there was some words that I didn't even know what they were. You know, I was kind of laughing at myself because I said, "Why do I sound so intelligent?" Because I didn't I hadn't learned the words yet, which was interesting. I had done a lot of schooling after that. So maybe I learned it through the schooling or the seminary. Uh but I just that was something I noticed. The other thing I noticed was I used a few off-colored words which wasn't like me. And I have to bring this up because Jesus talked to me about the importance of humor. And they're always laughing over there. They're enlightened. Enlightenment is you're in bliss consciousness. You're you're euphorically happy. There's there's nothing to worry about. Uh you know, it it's a totally different mindset. And that's why we choose to come back here. You know, everybody says, "I would never choose this. I wouldn't choose all this suffering. I wouldn't choose to be sick. I wouldn't choose this." But we do as our higher selves. And I could I remember that moment when I was out of my body and I could picture myself like rah rah rah I'm gonna go down there and do this and do that to elevate my soul and raise raise my soul's conscious raise my soul vibration. I see that because you're so happy and you forget about the suffering and the pain. You're totally detached from your lifetime. I mean, my lifetime felt like I remember seeing a grain of sand in miles and miles of beach. I'll never forget that. So, that grain of sand that lifetime, this lifetime that I'm in right now, really was nothing. It didn't matter. It was quick. It went by so quick. Like that. I saw it go by me like that. Quicker than I could snap my fingers. So Jesus said something very profound to me. He said, "You came here to learn compassion." That means I decided that before I came here, before I was in a baby body, you know, and which made total sense to me because they knew I was upset. I'd already, you know, I spent my whole life has been helping people. I have a I've always had a lot of energy. I always since I was a little girl. That was my calling to help people. And they knew I was upset, you know, I was um lost all my energy. I was in chronic pain. And now I think that's why they showed me my future, you know, and my purpose. And um I recognize now that even though I had compassion before, it wasn't at the level that I have now since I suffered with the fatigue was relentless and the chronic pain. And really, you know, I've never because I was so health conscious, I never drank alcohol and did things, you know, like that. I didn't really need it. But when I was sick, I saw the scenarios and how and why people were doing these things, you know, to to help with chronic pain, to help with emotional pain, how they could easily, thank God it didn't happen to me, but I saw how you can easily get addicted to painkillers if you're in that much pain 24/7. It's really a horrible suffering. So, you never know what people have been through in their life to to make them who they are and what they've suffered through. And that's why we have to have compassion. So, I was shown my future. Um, I was getting downloads. I went back. I was shoved back into my body. I didn't have a choice to stay. They know. They knew I wouldn't come back for anything. I could have had a wonderful husband and 10 wonderful children. There is nothing that would have kept me from leaving this earth. That's how incredible the other side is. And how incredible you feel out of a body. It's just incredible. It's there's there's a your your love, your bliss consciousness, which is euphoric happiness. You're enlightened. So, you're just perfect peace, perfect love. Um, you're just it's something we all want. It's we all want that, you know, and we could get there by, you know, meditating. You know, meditation raises your consciousness. you go within to connect with God because we are our souls have a direct connection to source and it's just tapping into that and to awaken to you know who we really are as spirit beings that are so powerful. So I went back into my body, was squeezed into this heavy, dense, depressing, toxic body, and then you know I was shut down from all the downloads I was getting. But for 14 days, it took a long time for my soul to be integrated back with my body. So for 14 days, I was still enlightened. I was one with everything. All the little animals were following me. Dog, people's dogs were following me. It's it's like I didn't even have to talk because on the other side, we speak telepathically. And telepathic communication is thought to thought. So when I went to go ask Jesus the question of why I was speaking the off-colored words, he answered it before I could even finish the question. It's that quick. And and telepathy is a lot easier than this. This is work. Believe it or not, I talk a lot less now because since now the gifts I've received from my NDEs is healing abilities. Uh channeling from the divine. Uh I'm a medical intuitive. So I do healings and remote healings. Um, and I have problems with electronics. Whenever I try to do these interviews on Zoom, it's always clipping out in and out. Um, you change, you change once you go out of your body like that, your soul. But it's it's so advanced there. And we have this telepathy, which I said, so now I work with special needs kids, and they can't talk, some of them. So, I'm able to communicate with them telepathically. And when I do healings on them, it's profound because they're all energy. They're on a great mission here on Earth. They're just energy. Just like animals, just like dogs, you know, animals are here to teach humans unconditional love, right? So, everybody is here with a purpose. Whether you know it or not, everybody has a purpose. And even when I was sick, you know, I felt like I wasn't helping anybody, but I was with my words. And even if you're helping you have a friend that has cancer or sick or whatever, that illness may may make people pray, hey, let's pray for so and so for to get for her to be healthy. You know, that raises our consciousness, especially collective prayer. Hey, get on the phone every Okay, everybody. six o'clock tonight, we're going to pray for our friend. It'll it'll make a stronger bond and a stronger impression, you know, the the divine beings and God and um but I have to say I don't talk a lot a lot of people talk about free will. I don't talk a lot about it because since I was shown my future, I feel like I don't have control over it. I tell you, I just sit back and I let it happen. I mean, maybe the little things, maybe what store am I going to go to today? Am I going to go to Stop and Shop or Big Y or I don't know, maybe the smaller things, smaller decisions, but the bigger things in my life as I'm watching everything unfold to get to that day because that day I'm not at that day yet. Funny because I I it's funny because I was on a flight uh an airplane, you know, not too long ago and when it was in the air mid-flight, it fell out of the air a lot. So, we thought the plane was going down. At the same time, I had just happened to be meditating at that moment, so I was very calm. And there was this couple next to me, and I know they thought they were going to die. Everybody started screaming and and then the the plane went went back up or stabilized and the lady next to me said, "You got to be the calmst person on the plane." I said, "Well, I was just meditating." And I said to her, I had to tell her cuz they were scared to death. I said, "I just want to tell you I had an near-death experience and I was shown my future and the day that I saw hasn't come yet. So, you know what that means? I'm I'm not I know I'm not gonna die today. I'm not supposed to die. So, that means you're not gonna die today. So, that's awesome. I'm sure they loved hearing that. They're probably still talking about it. I'm sure. So, I mean, that's my story. I I think I told you most of it. Um, you know, I'm sure I I forgot a few parts, but that's the gist of it.
It's such an incredible story and there were so many things that you mentioned that stood out to me. The idea that you just blossomed, you became this love. I've heard other people say that and sometimes when I'm feeling small, I'll try to imagine that higher self and it sounds like you're saying it is just incredible.
It's incredible. And I came back with some of that love. Not to the extent that I had when I was total spirit, but I came back with that divine love. I was already very loving because I had done the spiritual work. You know, I had a difficult childhood. I left home uh because I was fiercely independent. I left home at 16 or 17 years old knowing wanting more. Wanting more. I mean, I remember 12 years old, I was in school thinking, "Oh, I could have my own apartment. I, you know, I could make money and and I've been working since I was 13 doing different types of jobs. I've been self-employed my whole life. So, I always had this mindset of, you know, and and then I noticed even when I was younger, even though we were raised in the Catholic faith, I still was being guided by a much higher divine uh intelligence. on my path. So I was always following that more than the religion. And that's what I found out on the other side. The religion is love because we're all one collective consciousness consciousness on the other side. So you know it's there's no sign saying Catholics go this way, Hindus go that way. You know, it's not like that because we're all in it together and we come here. We're all evolved spiritual beings. So all you have to do is tap into your inner knowing, your inner self, your soul through meditation, through positive thinking. You can manifest things with your thoughts. I've manifested things for myself and other people because I know who I am really. I know who I am truly am. And if we trust, my little secret to
Navigating Earth is trusting the divine plan that I already made with God. There is a God. Thank God for that. And that there's so much more than this because we're living in some times that seem pretty hopeless, right? You know, difficult times right now. And you know, a lot of people are dying. I'm noticing a lot of people are checking out right now, you know. So the brave, the brave ones are here to go through this next, you know. Some people think we're going through an ascension, you know, that things are going to get a lot better, people are going to become awakened to who they truly are, you know. Look at the NDE podcasts—they're blowing up, you know. People want the truth; they want the truth, and they want to learn; they want to learn so many things that you are teaching us today. Um, so we are learning a lot from you.
I found, you know, back to speaking of, you know, your higher self and how powerful it was. I really found it intriguing that you—it sounds like—joined Jesus in healing your earthly body. And I've never heard something like that before.
That's pretty incredible.
I haven't heard it either. And it was incredible. I thought to myself, you know, I I didn't even when I had my experience, I didn't even know it was called the near-death experience. So, it it just came to me. They started sending me the groups on Facebook. They started sending people to me because I had prayed to meet like-minded people. I needed to meet people who were speaking my language. And I ended up meeting them at an ion conference that I was speaking at. And I was like, I was elated. It was life-changing for me because I was like, "Oh my god, these people are from my planet. They think like I do. They have this love. They have this positive thinking. They're not talking negative. They want nothing to do but to help people." And that's how I was. And I was like, "Oh my god, I didn't know these people existed." It was it was amazing. And then they just started coming and coming. And like I said, I didn't even know what to call that experience. And then it started just coming. And I never heard a story about the higher self um assisting in their own healing.
But I was shown during my ne near-death experience that I was going to have the healing abilities. I was shown that; I felt that bright light emanating from me, far from me, like a foot off of me. I felt that during my experience. So I said, "Oh my god, I'm going to be a healer." So, and then um I had an recent experience with one of my patients. She, the young girl that lost her newborn baby, died, passed away. Magnanimous loss, you know. But had I not had these spiritual experiences, Heather, I would be clueless as to how I can help this woman, you know. But her—she's called me, messaged me or something and said, "My midwife highly recommended you. I don't even know why I'm calling you." She didn't even know I was a reverend or anything. So I went there and um shut the door to the room we were working in and instantly—and it's always a surprise, always a surprise from spirit—spirit came in in the room that was highly evolved. So powerful it almost blew me over. It was that powerful. I then recognized it was the spirit of the baby. Her baby.
Incredible.
Yeah. Now the baby spirit is assisting me just like I assisted—my higher self assisted Jesus and Archangel Michael who were wonderful, by the way. They're very nice, humorous, and very respectful. If you want to know more about that, I'll tell you that. But I remembered what I experienced, and the baby's spirit was assisting in the healing I was doing on his mother. And I told her—and it's very hard to describe a spirit form. You know, I I did the best I could to explain it to her, but this was life-changing for her. And she's still coming to me, and she looks like a totally different person now. She's already very spiritual. I think spirit knew that that she was already on a very, very profound spiritual path. So it was just a matter of, you know, her going through this. God, or whoever sent me there. We had this incredible experience. Her baby came through. You know, maybe the baby spirit will come back another time. We don't know. We don't know. But I trust the divine timing. I don't question it. Doesn't matter what's happening. And I've got a lot of—there's always—there's always stuff going on, you know, but when I trust the divine and the plan, it always goes in the right direction because you'll see something's going on and you're in that unknown stage, right? It's like I'm waiting for an office right now. I've been waiting for a long time, but I've been very busy recently with conferences. I had a—I had to do weddings and make wedding ceremonies and just a lot—the book and a lot of concentration and focus. So, I figured, well, it's probably not going to come till after that. And next year, I'm going to say, oh, that's why that had to happen. That happens a lot in life where when we're in something, we don't get it, but then later we're like, okay, I get why I went through that. You know, you stress out, you don't know why, what's going to happen. It's the unknowns. It's the unknown stage of life. So, that's why it's important to meditate and stay in the now. When I was a spirit being, spirit form, I was in the now. There is no time on the other side. There's no time. You're just being. And I knew what that meant because of my meditation, many years of meditation. You know what being in the now means. And that's how we are in spirit form. We don't need anything. You don't take anything. Material possessions mean nothing. You take nothing but your soul with you when you die. What's important is how you're treating people. You know, have you been a good father? Have you been there with for your kids? Have you been a good mother or whatever? Knowing too that—and I say that in my chapter in the book—knowing too and accepting that not everybody's meant to be a perfect parent. Your parents have been through stuff too, and that you have to have compassion for. But we choose our parents. I found that out. We choose who we go through life with. And those are our family—is our biggest struggle, our biggest our biggest lesson, you know. But when you know and you go back to the space—our biggest our biggest weapon is love. We all come, we all are love. We come from love, when we are love. So when something happens, you can easily shift the energy by bringing love to the situation. It works every time. It's foolproof. And I learned—and my mother is is gone a long time ago—but I learned when she was on Earth because she was difficult. I learned how to talk to her to put her at ease and at peace. And I would say, "Ma'," and we weren't arguing. It wasn't like she was arguing with me or something. It was just her mind and whatever. And I would say, "Ma'," very calmly, "I'm on your side." What can you say to that? It stops them in their tracks. And you say it sincerely and you mean it sincerely, you know, and what can she say to that? It stops her ruminating thoughts, puts her at ease. Maybe we can now change the subject. That's a great phrase actually for a lot of situations. I am on your side. And you say it with love and sincerity and knowing, and you can resolve a lot of situations with just those words.
Speaking of love, tell us more about what Jesus was like. I I really like that you said that the angels and Jesus—there was a lot of humor. So share more about that.
Yeah, when I asked him what was up with the off-colored words, I said a few off-colored words. He said to me, um, the import, he talked about the importance of humor, especially with whatever I was going to be doing for my future. And I see that now with the hit—like just this one story I told you about the baby—you know, I'm getting a lot of people coming in with cancer and a lot of loss, you know, people losing their parents who's dying, who's—everybody seems to be—a lot of death now, so you know um he talked about humor being important on earth to get through difficult situations, and as I was speaking—speaking to people, you know, it's not to be serious. It's not to be all serious. Even when I'm talking about my NDEs, some people will comment, you know, oh, why is she laughing so much? Because you—because it's blissful. And that's how we are on the other side. We're enlightened. We're euphorically happy—that divine beings are are enlightened. They're they're, you know, they were—at one point I'll tell you—I was talking about respect from the divine being. I I think that they know—the impression I had was they have respect for us because we are—we're still in it. We're we're in the negative vibe here. We're in the heavy 3D earth. We haven't gone back home yet, you know. They're in a different frame of mind. You know, there's no worries over there. So, at one point—at the beginning—before I had totally left my body, Archangel Michael came through my body, and I've never had that happen before. I've been touched by spirits, things like that, but I've never gone through. So, it was a little—I I didn't know what to think about that. So, I said to him, "Knock it off." I didn't even finish the sentence. Just like that, faster than I could do that, it was out the window. And I felt this deep—because you can feel everything when you're in spirit form. You know, everything, you feel everything. It's that clairvoyance, that clear, you know, it's, you know, everything. And um it was utter incredible respect. And I want to put that out there because that's what our Archangel Michael is all about. And you know, and they were there to heal me. They've got incredible powers. I mean, the—I can't even—I'm telling you, Heather, I don't have the words for the energy that they whipped up—in a certain—Jesus was in front. Archangel Michael here and there were other angels here. Gabriel and Raphael and Mother Mary was in front to the left. I didn't pay much attention because there were so many things going on at once. Um, but the energy—you can't describe it. It's like electricity times 100,000. But you're not in pain. I knew I was being healed. I knew what was happening. And I said, "Oh my god, I'm being healed." And I knew it was going to happen years before. I knew I was going to be healed. I may have manifested it, you know. I just knew. So, and I think God told me about the timing of everything because because I see everything ahead of time. So, and then I'm waiting for it to happen. And everything is so slow on Earth. It's slow for me. It's slow. I'm waiting. I've seen the vision. Now I got to wait for it to happen. So, but yeah, they are, like I said, they're enlightened. They're laughing all the time. I was laughing like the Maharishi. I was like the whole time. The whole time. So, that gives you an idea of how happy they are over there.
I love that.
Yeah. I really love that because I love laughing. I love making people laugh, and um it's so wonderful to hear that that is part of what's next. And you know, speaking of what's next, it was really interesting when you talked about a grain of sand and you saw the other grain of sands and we realized that our lifetime, this lifetime is just like a speck of sand. And then when you were at where you were at, how does this life compare to where you were at? I mean, it just sounds like it was so much larger than life, as the saying goes.
It's larger than life.
It is. And we are larger than life itself. This is just a very bleak experience. So, you know, if you don't get to go to Italy, this—when you're in heaven, you'll be able to go explore Italy anytime you want. You know what I mean? And that sometimes people feel like they haven't accomplished much or have they haven't gone on vacations. You know, you could do whatever you want in a spirit form. So when I saw that grain of sand and the miles—I don't couldn't tell you how many miles of beach that I saw at that moment—and you get all these little glimpses of things when you're in spirit form. Um, I immediately knew that I was an old soul—that I had had thousands of lifetimes. I knew, and that's why that grain of sand was this lifetime. It really was something that I guess when you're on the other side goes by so fast and it's like—it's like changing cars. You change a car. You do you really care about your first car that you got? You know, because you're excited about the next one and then the next one. And it's kind of like that. So yeah, I I felt that I had many, many, many, many, many lives, and I thought also that every life I was in—I was came here to be a helper—whether it is just to make people laugh. You know, I knew my purpose, and I I felt that at the time—I was still—can still remember it—that all my lives were—I was a helper, ascended master that came down to do to help. That was my purpose.
You also said that you talked about having gratitude for the suffering—like once you were there, you realized you're grateful for it. And and that's something hard for a lot of people to accept.
It is hard to accept, but I do remember that as one of the first feelings I had as soon as I left my body was the love. I recognized that I turned into love, and it's not a love we have here. Um, divine love, and then I recognized that I was in gratitude for all the suffering. It. Like I said, and I tell everybody, it's a different mindset because you're enlightened. You're an enlightened spirit being. And when you're enlightened, you're bliss. So all the people that you know that have died are in bliss. And the peace is a calm like you've never—never experienced uh on earth. You know, some people that meditated for a long time know what it is to be calm—where you are detached. You're just detached in a healthy way. I don't say that in a negative way. In a healthy way to problems that come along, they don't affect you. You're not going to go in a deep depression because this whatever happened to you, you lost somebody or whatever. You're detached from being depressed or whatever. So that's how it is on the other side—even more. You're detached. You're detached from anything negative. It's all love, all peace, calm, and and euphoric happiness.
I love that you've also heard over and over, "This is the day the Lord has made. Rejoice and be glad in it." And of course, that's a Bible verse. When I heard that, it reminded me that all the things that I think are small little problems and I focus on during the day is I should really just be glad I have this day. What did you feel the significance of that verse was for you?
I felt that they were saying that that it was a prayer. This was a prayer—just like I was speaking in that other language—and that was a prayer. So like I said, when you're in the spirit form, you know what everything means. So even their saying that had a theme. They were praying for this healing that was happening. Everybody was involved. The angels, the archangel, Jesus, God was in the distance. So, I was analyzing even when I was out of my body because it's like stepping out of your body. Your consciousness leaves your body. So, the brain that I'm speaking to you with leaves the body. It's not physically your brain. It's your consciousness. And we can talk all day about consciousness and raising your consciousness. So I was saying to myself, when are they going to stop saying that? Cuz with it—they—as long as the healing was going on, they were saying that. Okay. They didn't stop until the healing stopped. And then I was analyzing—"This is the day that the Lord has made," in the Bible and that—and and let's not think about religion even though we saw that verse in the Bible. You know, they used to sing that song. There was a song that said those words when I was in whatever Sunday school. So, um, but that can pertain to any religion, those words, not necessarily Christianity, when you think about it, you know. So, I was analyzing this and I was thinking, well, when they said the Lord, um, because in the Bible it will say, you know, Jesus is Lord. So, I'm thinking, okay, do they mean Jesus or do they mean God? You know, Jesus—when he went into the wilderness—wilderness for 41 days, because they showed me that, too. That was when he was able to finally say—towards the end—"I and the father, I and the father are one." Just like I was one with God the father, if you want to call God the father, when I left my body, I realized I was one. I merged. I merged with the divine beings. I merged with God, and I was in that love. I was the love. So I'm like, well, were they talking? I'm still thinking about it. When they said, Lord, did they mean God—that God allowed? Because I know that God—in my experience—was bigger than anybody, you know. Um, so I, you know, did he—must—I felt at the time that he allowed this to happen—just like I've had visitations and dreams from loved ones. And there was a bright white light behind me that I really wanted to look at. But I knew that—but I I knew that that white light was putting us together to have this moment, this visitation moment. So I kept my eyes on the person that was visiting me. Um, so I feel this was my experience that God allowed this healing to happen, and I know that my NDE was already orchestrated too—that it was no accident. There are no mistakes. If you ever think that the divine—the other side—makes mistakes or God makes mistakes, it's not true. There are no mistakes—even the NDEs.
Why do you think you were shown Jesus out in the desert?
I think it had to do also with—you know, I I do fast sometimes too, and fasting raises—and I I don't want to promote this and put it out there to do it because fasting is dangerous, and depending—you know, I'm an Ayurvedic practitioner—depending on your body type, it's not good for certain body types—you can really deplete yourself—so I don't want to promote fasting—that's not what I promote. No, but I have fasted in the past, and it does raise consciousness when you don't have all these digestive processes going on and all this food in your body bogging you down and making you heavy. You know, I think that's why I was shown that, and I think I was also shown it because that's when Jesus was able to say—according—according to what they say in the Bible—um, you know, "I and the—I and the father are one." But you know, the every religion starts with somebody having a spiritual experience. Moses did—Buddha under the Bodhi tree, you know, so—and then they made—people don't understand—this is another controversial subject. Jesus was a Jew. Christianity came way after Jesus. He wasn't teaching religion, you know; he was teaching how to become one with God. How to connect to source, God, how to be nice to your neighbor. He was healing people. He had healing abilities. He was meditating or whatever he was doing. He was contemplating on God, how to be one with God and how to treat people nicely, you know, that we were all one. It wasn't back then about religion. And I've had a relationship with Jesus my whole life. And I think it's—who knows—I could have walked with him in one of my lifetimes or maybe my life is mirroring what he did. He was a teacher. He was a spiritual teacher. He was a healer. He was a prophet, you know um this is what he was teaching. Even the letter J—if you research it—his name is Yeshua. So the Jesus, the letter J in Jesus did not—was not—in the alphabet at that time when Jesus was born. This can get really complicated.
Yeah.
But I'm a truth seeker. They know I'm a truth seeker. I get—since I've had my NDEs—it's like I get these upgrades all the time. I never know what's going to happen. Now I'm feeling people's emotions, which isn't pleasant, I'm sure. So, um,
But it's something new for me that I have to navigate. And I've already felt the energy. I feel the littlest thing I could feel when I'm working on somebody. But I was always detached from—in other words, I can hear somebody's problems, work with them, but I'm not internalizing them. And I want people to hear this. I'm not internalizing their problems.
A lot of people call themselves empaths, right? But that doesn't mean you need to soak up negative energy coming from somebody. You need to meditate and be detached from that so you can better help them. Because if you're going to get nervous or whatever during, like, an emergency situation, you're not going to think straight. The more the emergency, the calmer I get, because it's a divine thing. It's like you go into your—your spirit self. Like you can have people—let's—I'll give an example: a political rally, political rally, all different opinions; you know there's going to be people that are angry, people all different, you know. But if somebody passes out in the aisle, what is the natural reaction of most people? To go into their soul form. Ah, I'm going to run and help that person. And then guess what? All those other thoughts are gone. All those other thoughts of separation and duality are gone from your mind because what's most important then—you then you remember who you really are. One collective consciousness. We are all one. We're going to run to that person, and there's probably going to be five doctors in the office because the divine has planned it that—in the audience. There's going to be—because the divine has planned it so perfectly.
Do you ever notice how there's always a nurse or something? Somebody passes out on a plane, and you know they make an announcement: "Is there a doctor or a nurse?" And you know five people stand up, you know, ironically, right? Or is it divine intervention?
I know people are going to want to know more about what you do, and you have a book that's now coming out. So, share some of that with us.
I've got that book that I'm co-authoring, and I'm working on my own books, and one of them is *Hugs from Heaven*, and it's going to be a children's book, um, that is going to have a series of—series after the original *Hugs from Heaven*, where, you know, there'll be separate topics, separate books, like love, gratitude, forgiveness, kindness, and how we need to share—share with other—you know, the kids need to share and show kindness and things like that. But this book, *The Ways to God*, is all about NDE experiences, and it's coming out very soon—tomorrow. So when this airs, it'll be coming out the next day. *The Ways of God* talks about, you know, we'll talk about religions, different religions, different experiencers, spiritually transformative experiences. Um, also my practice is called Perfect Health and Balance, and you—my website is perfectalthandbalance.com, and I—the Perfect Health and Balance is a wellness center; it's a massage and a wellness center, and where I do Ayurveda treatments there. So there's Ayurveda, there's different modalities of massage. My spiritual healing massage is my most popular, and um, energy work and healing. So, um, anybody could contact me, even on Facebook, you know, Facebook Messenger. I'm under Reverend Lisa Marie Bonsk B, and my website, and that's it.
Your center that you have is in Connecticut, but can people also connect with you? Um, do you have online things where you do some various healings or spiritual counseling, that sort of thing?
I do spiritual counseling, remote spiritual counseling and remote healings, intuitive, you know, I can scan the body, see what's going on, and, and you know, give some advice and that kind of way, and then I do healing if they want that. Or sometimes people don't know what spiritual counseling is, and they don't know what they want. They say, "I don't—I know I'm calling. I'm being directed to you, but I don't know why." And I said, "Well, maybe you just need guidance." And they say, "Yeah, that's what it is. I need guidance."
We probably all need some guidance.
Yeah, of course. It has been so fun talking to you. I love your energy, your enthusiasm, and just your story is so incredible, and you bring back, um, just so many great things, um, I think that are really encouraging for a lot of us to hear and things to get excited about. So, yeah, it's been so wonderful having you here.
If somebody is listening, what would you want them to take away from our discussion today? What, you know, what is something that you really want them to walk away with?
Everything I said, and the main thing is we are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. I will say that over and over and over again, and never to give up, no matter what situation you may be faced with, to never—there's always hope, always, and the—and the thinking positive no matter what is—is—is the key—is really the key, and you can resolve any situation with love.
And of course, hope was what you were told to bring back and give that message to people.
That's right. That's right. Thank you. Thank you so much for being here today, Lisa Marie. I've really enjoyed having you.

Another spectacular guest. I just loved Lisa Marie. I loved her energy. I loved her story, the things that she experienced. Wow. Uh, there was so much to it. And I would love to know what stood out to you.
Uh, there were a lot of things that stood out to me. I loved when she talked about becoming love and just feeling so powerful and so amazing. I thought that was great. She actually was able to take part in her healing, and that was really cool. I've never heard anything like that before. The idea of laughter there, I love that. I just think that is so incredible. Makes me happy when I hear that. And she also mentioned that she was grateful for her suffering. And that's such a hard concept for a lot of us, but I hear it time and time again from people who have had near-death experiences. So, was it one of those things that stood out to you? Was it something else? We covered a lot of things. I would love to know your thoughts. Please put those in the comments. And as you know, I do try to get back to as many of you as I can.
