You know, the, the one design of the enemy against every human being's life is distracting from the pursuit of the Father's heart. Because he knows that in the Father's heart is where all your joy and all your peace, all your success, is. All your dreams are wrapped up in that Father's heart. And you want to know the secret power of a successful believer in Christ is this that we just sang that we pursue your heart. We seek after Him like none other. Because you know, I'm someone once said, if you get into God's dreams, He's going to get into yours. And so when we find out what His dreams are, we're going to be pleasantly surprised. That's exactly what I want. And we, and our life is fulfilled. You know, uh, religion, uh, the word religion in Hebrew is dot, which is, if you look at the letters, and each letter is a commentary in itself, it's a picture of a door and the cross, the covenant, the seal. So religion to an ancient person was who they were. It was their life. It wasn't something they went to synagogue on Fridays for Sabbath. It wasn't something once a week. It was who they were. It was it was their culture. It was everything. Their whole life was that. And to, to change religions was to change culture. So we have this culture that we live in, a culture of heaven. And we cannot separate what we do here from what we do out there. It's one and the same. Or your, or your religion is, I would say, defiled. And so, Father, we just, we just ask you right now, Lord, that, uh, that you would allow us to seek you like never before. And that you would allow us to find you like we've never found you before. Lord, you are so eternal, so, uh, infinite that we could, that we're going to spend eternity discovering who you are. And we thank you for that. You've already shown yourself strong this morning. You're going to continue to do so as we move forward on our worship of you. We praise you this morning. We thank you. This is just giving my praise. Say thank you, Lord. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. So if someone received a prophetic word this morning for the church during the worship, this is a good time to share it now. Remember, it's for the body. Body here this morning. You have something specifically. Come on, Jim. Well, I just want to, uh, to make this declaration. I feel like the Lord is wanting us to know. And that is, it has to do with our, our tithe, believe it or not. And, and the Lord says, when you, you give your 10 or 20 or wherever you're at tithing, that you're making a prophetic declaration over that other 90, that He is Lord over the rest of your finances. He is Lord over that. That's my word. Amen. Amen. Good. All right. Now, that was a good example. Short and to the point.

Well, when we were singing, uh, "I'm, we're pursuing you," I was saying, "Lord, I'm not pursuing you like I should." And He said, "But I'm pursuing you." So what happens when He pursues us? All the poop leaves.

Because then you have a two o'clock appointment. You guys know where your two o'clock appointment is today? It's over at Rick and Trudy Dyer's house. Two o'clock. They're doing a barbecue. Rick's famous burgers and hot dogs. And, uh, very important part, bring your own chair if you want to sit. Make sure you bring your own chair. And, um, and, uh, Trudy, what about sides? Or anyway, a different perspective on what generational liquidities, what occurs, is what, how demons interact with us and our generational lines. Um, so come to that. Starts at 9:30. We should be done by 12. It may go. I have to say, it might go a little bit longer because we want to minister too. Okay. So just keep that in mind. All right. So we're going to take up our morning tithe and offerings. And the black box is our food pantry box, which, uh, you guys get to participate up. Now, listen, you know, just because we do this once a month where we clean everything out and it all goes to the body here, and the workers get a break, sort of, not as much work, but still work. Anyway, bottom line is, if you need anything during the week, you guys are welcome to that food pantry. Exists for this body. Actually, more, you know, also in, in addition to serving the community. So make sure that if you need something, you know, you take advantage of it. Don't go without or, you know, don't get by if you need something. And I usually got a lot of meat there. Burgers and, yeah, burgers and hot dog. All right. Well, Father, um, I think Jim said it all. You know, our, our 10, 20, 30, whatever we're giving it, you know, we're sewing into the rest of it. But I did not, I mean, not feel like I do right now. I'm here. Holy Spirit is. Amen. The Holy Spirit is in this room. And that is what's wonderful to be here for. So you were, I know it was a painful operation. But obviously now you're just, you're rehabilitating. And you're not in that pain that you started out with, right? Looks right. Yeah. Yeah. Hey, um, you know, I just, just have this burden for. I just want to get a report. Durage. You know, we've, we helped Durage with some money to because they're not able to work there. And COVID is, they've shut everything down over there. So it's very difficult there for them. Um, so he sent a bunch of pictures about food that he's been passing out. So I just want to give you that report that he's very grateful. And that he's giving out a lot of food to all his members. And it's, it's been very helpful to him. And so I just want to, uh, lift him up. And also, you know, the James's down in Jamaica have really been on my heart lately. And that we need to just keep remembering them. That's not, that's really hard ground there. It's very, very difficult. They have the five children. So, Father, we lift up, uh, the church in India, Lord. All the churches in India. Lord, all the churches in India that we particularly once associated with. But right now, Lord, we lift up Durage, Pastor Durage, and his congregation, the family there. We thank you, Lord, that they're protected. That You're keeping them well. And that You'll continue to support them and provide for them in all the ways that You do. And the same with, um, the family in Jamaica, Lord, with Stephen, tomorrow, and all the children, Lord, that You would bless them. That You'd give those children the fellowship that they need. And that, Father, You would, uh, honor Steve's heart that he wants souls into the kingdom more than anything. And Lord, I know that's Your heart too. For those who know, this is Hebrew for Jesus Christ, the Son of God, our Healer. And should I think it's in the bullet journal with the translation? Ah, well, we're gonna, you know, we're doing the table of the Lord today. And it's been a while since we've done it corporately. Um, we were frequently doing it at our other meetings. And, but I want to, you know, it's important to do corporately. But as I was just refreshing my memory on the table of the Lord, you know, you're, you know, a lot of times we sit down and eat and we don't even thank God for the food sometimes. We do. At least I don't, you know. And, but really, He actually said, every time you're together eating, or just when you're eating, if you're a family, that you should be remembering Him and thinking of Him and His blood sacrifice. And so I just want to remind you that yes, we love doing it corporately with everybody, but, you know, do it at home more often. You know, give thanks to the Lord for your food. And give thanks for His body and His blood. And it just stirred me up that I'm going to do that more often. You know, because it's just not always a special gathering. Whoa. So, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Lord God Almighty, Maker of the heaven and earth. Yeah. You who bring the breath of life. You who hold all things together. We thank You and praise You for this morning. We're so grateful to be here. So I'm actually going to be pretty brief here because I just want to bring up First Corinthians 11:24. Um, we'll start there. And when He had given thanks, He broke it. Now, this is Paul. Uh, you remember Paul got the revelation about the table of the Lord. He was obviously wasn't there when Jesus did that when He initiated it. And so he got the revelation. He says, "And when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, 'Take, eat, this is My body, which is broken for you. Do this in remembrance of Me.'" Uh, actually, the real Greek translation is given. But hey, go ahead. Next verse. And, uh, "After the same manner also He took the cup when He had supped, saying, 'This cup is the new testament in My blood. This do ye as oft as you drink it in remembrance of Me.'" Did I choose King James version? Oh.

Same manner, He also, oh, I took the cup after supper. I'm repeating myself, but hey, it's a good. This cup is new covenant in My blood. This do as often as you drink it in remembrance of Me. Okay. Next. "For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes. Therefore, whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. For this reason many of you are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. For if we judge ourselves, we would not be judged." Is that the last one? Yeah. So, you know, in the past, you've heard me speak on this. You know, discerning the body correctly is when we're talking about one another. So this is a holy thing. Remembering the body and the blood is a holy, holy, um, I guess meditation. And it should be taken seriously. It really should. When you do this. And one of the things, you know, you can go read all of Corinthians yourself. But, you know, at the, at the core level, what Paul's saying here is, respect one another as part of the body of Christ. That we are all part of the body. We all have gifts and callings. We're all loved by the Lord. We love Him. And we need to honor each other as part of the body. And I could say a lot more about that, but I'm not going to. Uh, because what I actually want to do is put a little different note to it. You should be discerning yourself correctly, too. Okay. And Kathleen's going to share on this, expand on this. Because Jesus is in you. And don't sell yourself short when you take the table of the Lord today. Discern yourself correctly. That you are part of the kingdom. That you are part of the body. That He's your head. And you are valuable to Him. You're very, very valuable. Far more valuable than you know. And, and so when you are up here today taking the table of the Lord, for my part, I just want you to, you know, to really, when you get in front of the Lord, just let, view, let the Holy Spirit show you how valuable and how much a part of the body of Christ. In other words, discern yourself correctly. See, He sees you as perfect, without spot or wrinkle, right now. You know, and He views you that way. And He constantly, and you guys know your word, it's, He says this all throughout the word, right? This is who you are. This is who you are. And so I would just encourage you today when we're doing the table of the Lord together, to know, know who you are in Christ. Discern yourself correctly. Okay. So I'm gonna turn it over to Kathleen. So I want to talk about, we're going into the table of the Lord. And we haven't done it corporately in this larger setting in a while. We've been, like he said, we've been doing it in small groups. And we've been quite familiar with it. But since we haven't done it in a long time, and we do have some new folks here, I want to explain it a little bit. Because we, we approach it probably a little bit different than most churches. And I just want to emphasize, this is just not a symbolic religious ordinance. It's more than that. And I'm going to hit the miraculous, mystical side of what this represents. And so that you can be empowered when you do it. You can have a revelation. You can go from blindness to seeing. Like, oh, I want us to have some aha moments about the table. And, and that when you have those aha moments and you get to see what this represents, what was done by the, by this cup and by this bread, by the body and blood of Jesus Christ, it will change, literally change your life. It will change your life. And so I just want to go over a few little things. Okay. So, um, it's called, uh, we like to call it the Lord's table. You put, most of you know it as communion. But the Lord's table actually means, uh, at the, at, at the Lord's expense. Because when, when someone said, "Hey, did you go to the table of so-and-so?" And that meant, did you go over there and eat? That meant that, that so-and-so paid everything, orchestrated everything, choreographed everything. So this is choreographed by the Lord. He paid everything for it. Everything that we consume tonight, today, has been paid for by Him. And so, you know, you don't owe anything for this awesome, saving, healing, deliverance meal that you're going to get today. It's all been paid for. Um, it's called a love feast. They used to call them love feasts. And Jude, that's mission Jude, love feasts. They used to in the early church, they they did this around a meal. Meal. Like, like today, we're coming for a picnic. We should have the table of the Lord there again. Because they made it part of a meal. It was a special part of the meal. And they were called love feasts. And they were devoted to such things. Um, it's also called breaking bread. Um, when, when it says, "His body was broken for you." And Robert kind of touched on it, but I just want to tell you that what that means, His doesn't mean his body was broken for you. It means his body was given for you. Because there's a Greek word for broken when something is broken. When I take something and do this, if I take a stick and I break it, there's a Greek word for that. Broken, crack, broken, broken bone. There's a bone. There's a, this broken is only used for the giving of food. The, the, the sharing, the distribution of food. So He was given. And the New American Standard actually says it says it like that. This is a spy that was given for you. Okay. So, um, so the giving of bread. Um, the Eucharist. You know, we hear about given the Eucharist. Eucharist just means thanksgiving. So all things are sanctified and set apart through the Eucharist, is what it says in the Greek. Through thanksgiving. So it means thanksgiving. Uh, communion. I'm going to go back to communion. That word is, is a very important word that's used in the Bible a lot. And it's, it's komaniya. I don't know if I'm pronouncing it exactly right, but I'm, I know I'm close. Konaniya. And it means co-participation, partnership. It means a collective. So let's re, I want this read. First Corinthians 10:16. Let's go there. Oh, First Corinthians 10:16. Okay. It says, "The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?" So that communion is cohenia. And it means co-participation. So we're, there's, there's a participation in what Christ did in His body that we are sharing in. I mean, it's a literal participation. And, you know, the original design and intent of God was to have cohenia, kononea, communion with humans. He wanted a family. The whole point of all this is that He wants a family. And even in Genesis, Genesis 1, the very first letter in, in your Bible is a bet. Guess what that is? Bet is a house. So He starts out His whole word with a house because He wants a family. And He's looking, He's looking to restore His family. You know, we've had some rebellions. We had the rebellion of Adam and Eve. And then we had the rebellion of the sons of God, the angels that left their their abode and came and had relationships with women and then had the Nephilim. You had that. And then you had the Tower of Babel. That's another rebellion. All this has caused so much sin and destruction on the earth. This is where it all stems from. So, uh, God still says, "We're worth it." No matter what kind of rebellion you've been in, you're still worth it to Him. And He, even if that grieved Him, you imagine how the Father of all living, the Father who gave you life, the men, men and women like children, and they just spurned Him like that with, with that kind of rebellion. Now, we think, oh, that's horrible that they did that. But if we look back in our own personal lives, we can see we all did that same thing as we grew up and came into the, before we came to know the Lord. But He still, He says, "You're worth it." The pain of you rejecting me and betraying me and rebelling against me was worth sending my Son here to restore, uh, them. So, you know, you know, Eden, the Garden of Eden, was to be grounds zero for the family business. We're supposed, He wanted a family business, family-owned business. And that included you and I. Eden was just a small part of the earth at that time. It wasn't the whole earth. It was just a little section. Sometimes we think the whole earth was an Eden. No, it was a little tiny section on which was the, um, command post for man to res, to, to expand and subdue the rest of the earth, to build a kingdom, to have a family business. And this is what He still wants. So when we take the Lord's table, what He's telling us is, this is the road back to Eden, back into the promises of God, back into the original intent of who you are, which is what Robert was talking about, who you are when He created you before the foundation of the world. He said, "Before time began, I called you." Not of any works that you did, but I called you. "Invite me also" means to have an invitation into a banquet. You've been invited to a banquet. You've been called to it. Not because He thought you did something special, but just because He's your Father and He loves you. And He's trying to restore that relationship. And you were created to be in His image on this earth. And the thing that He knew what would happen is that when He created us, He made him, made us like Him, but attributes of Him, but we, not, not Him, but kind of like Him. In that we have free will. But we don't, we don't deal with our free will very well. We make some choices freely, and then we get into lots of trouble. And then, you know, we end up blaming God for our trouble when it was our own choice in the first place. But our free will is what we're having another chance to exercise to honor and glorify God with. That means when He says, "Put off the old man and put on the new," when you come into His presence, that's what you're doing. You, you are choosing to walk in His ways. And it transforms you. So this, this table of the Lord, this looking and gazing into the face of Jesus, has a supernatural effect on you, on your mind, on your soul, on your spirit, in your physical body. It will change you. It will transform you. No one should walk away from gazing into the face of Jesus the same. You cannot. It's impossible. It's impossible. Okay. So that's what it says here. Uh, you know, this cup of blessing, we bless, is the communion. So when we drink it, we are co-partnering with Him. And what that blood is telling you, you are co-partnering with Him. And with that bread is explaining to you that body. And, you know, we're, we, you know, we were created. You are, you are cr, every human has been created, designed, and engineered to be in God's presence and to want it. You're engineered for the supernatural. Every human being, secretly, even if they're talked out of it as being, that's crazy stuff, inside, inside they know there's something supernatural about life. There's a mystery about life. And I want to know it. And so many churches have shut down the supernatural as being spooky, as being fringe, or whatever. But those people sitting in those pews know. They know that God is supernatural. And that that's in us. So that we'll seek Him, just like we're saying this morning, to seek Him. And, you know, is that supernatural particle in us that we want. Okay. So let's work, look at verse 17. This is just kind of like talking about the Lord's table. And then, um, I like it in the New American Standard because it, it actually translates it correctly. "Since there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all partake of the one bread." That is a mystery. That is supernatural. Verse right there. That is a miracle verse. Since there is one bread, that's why we have. I'll take this off now. This is unleavened, whole grain, ground this morning, ground last night, one bread. And not a bunch of little wafers that came in. It's always been one bread. When we were in India, huge crowds, there was one bread and one cup. They passed that whole thing around. So one bread is significant. It's important. It's not just symbolic. It's prophesying to us that we're one body. It's a prophetic word that God honors and says, "Because that word, sense also means because, because there's one bread here today, we who are many out here, we are going to be one." It makes us one. This actually causes unity in the body of Christ, eating one bread. When we sometimes when we, uh, when we break it up and little, have these little wafers when we pass them out, we're actually prophesying division and individual, you know, individual autonomy and, and break up the family concept. So this is declaring that we're a family. So that I wanted to say that why we have one bread. How, how important it is. You know, God longs for His human, human family. And this word, cohen, if you look it up in the Aramaic, I think I talked to you about this before, but I think it's a fascinating word. It's something like chatef, and it means swarm. And it's used in Exodus. And, um, it is referred to insects on the Nile. When the Nile floods and there's the insects like an ants, they, they swarm together and form a huge raft. And that way they, they, they, the flood doesn't bother them. They become, they, they float on top of the flood and eventually land and start all over again. And so that's what we do when we come together and eat this one bread. You know, the, the Nile is going to be flooding here soon, is it not? Can you feel the waters rising in the Niles of the world, right? You know, the world is getting, coming. And we need to know how to nataf, shataf. We need to know how to colonia. We need to know how to be in communion with not only the Lord, but with one another and help one another. Okay. So this, let's go to, uh, First Corinthians 1:18. Because to the natural mind, this is, this is crazy talk, right? To the natural mind, this is crazy talk. That's what it says. "The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God; they are foolishness to him, nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." This is not for the natural mind. This is for the spiritual mind this morning. So let's look at this one. "For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to thus who are being saved, it is the power of God." The power of God. This message that this table is preaching to us this morning is the power you need this morning. You need this part. This is the cosmic generator. This is your power source that is always plugged in. And it never, it never, it never oscillates in strength. God is power. He never gets weaker. He never gets stronger. He is just pure power. And we can access it and we can have it. It's, we and our perspective and our smallness. We, you know, like, I don't know much about electricity, but I knew, do know that the more power you bring into the house, the bigger the wire, right? All right. So maybe we need to upgrade our electrical systems here a little bit to receive. And when we plug in this morning, let that, let that really flow into you. And, okay. So then it's the power of God. Uh, uh, next verse. Uh, no, go down to verse 22. "For this is the power of God. But for the Jews, for the Jews request a sign, and Greeks seek after wisdom." Now, I was thinking about that, what kind of sign were they seeking? You know, they were seeking military and economic power sign. That's who the Messiah was supposed to do. Take over. They were militarily oppressed. And, you know, how much of the church even now is looking for the military takeover, you know, and the, and the political and economic takeover. So, and then he says, "The Greeks seek after wisdom." Well, what is that? Technology, philosophies, medicine, education, degrees, things like that. You know, those are the things. But then he goes on to say, "Those are all, those are all fine. But this is what we preach: Christ crucified." To the Jews, a stumbling block. And to the Greeks, foolishness. But to those who were called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. So this, it's power is not a resource. Power is a person. That's what it says. Christ is the power of God. And we just need to look into His face. And when we gaze upon His face, it will translate. Abraham and Sarah, even though they did not have Christ, they knew where what to look for. They looked into the face of God, and it physically changed their anatomy. Okay. It was not a fufu dust thing. One day and go, "Oh, look, I'm pregnant." It didn't happen like that. He, there were some physical changes in their bodies from gazing into the truth. It transformed them. And it will transform you too. If that was in the Old Testament, how much more us in the New. So, um, you know, there are really kind of like two, two, two, two folks on the planet. There's the blind and the seeing, right? There's the blind or the seeing. And in the, the people who see are the people whose, uh, the veil has been lifted off, and they understand, and they can see the gospel. They can see Christ in the gospel. And those are the ones with eternal life. And the blind do not see Christ. They do not see Him as the way, the truth, and the life. They do not live for Him. And they spurn Him. And
Can't even see him. They don't understand any of it. It makes no sense, and you should not judge them or blame them or accuse them. Because if you read the word, every blind person does things that a blind person does without seeing. Only a seeing person knows and understands what Christ wants. A blind person has no idea that he says they will hate you because they can't see me. That's what it says. They do these things, Jesus said, because they don't know me and they're blind. So, we, we did things before we saw Christ. We did things because we were blind. I did some really stupid things. I mean, I threw rocks at Christians coming out of church. I thought that was fun, but I was blind, right? I did. You never would, you never know. You see the transformation. I tell you, I would, uh, well, I'm this, you know, right now, GM. If you, if that's all you take home today, I'm just not very good at this.
Well, I'll tell you what, the natural man has a blindness, and they cannot partake of the cup or the bread, and they cannot partner with them. God has hidden the eternal truth from him, especially to the wise, and revealed it who? To babes. This word is not a study book or a self-help manual or self-improvement program. And we beat ourselves up so much because we try. I'm going to do better this week. I'm not going to yell at my wife. I'm not going to yell at my kids. I'm, I'm, you know, I'm not going to overeat this. I'm just, I'm going to be good this week in Jesus' name. I'm going to be good this week. And we, and we do all the self-help things. That is not the power of God in your life. The world has that, and they do it much better than you and I. All right, they have some great self-help programs, and that's, that's all they have. We have the power of God.
We have something. When you look at, when you look at who Jesus is, and you look at him, and he's that, and he says, "I'm," and he, and I, and it reflects back on me. Well, that's me too. I become it. Now, that's, that's crazy talk, but that's what happens. That's what happens. You know, when I was, when I, when I was in deep depression, there was, they, we tried everything, including tons of drugs, and nothing changed anything until I saw the face of Jesus, literally. And then seeing the face of Jesus changed everything. And that encounter is what every per, every man, woman, and child needs, is to see the face of Jesus. And that will transform you. And that's why we do the table of the Lord. And that's why he says, uh, "Do this often in remembrance of me."
Now, the word remembrance is, uh, anomalous and amnesia. I've probably said about it that time. It's, it looks like and probably sounds more like, um, when you know, when you, what's the word now? When I just had amnesia. Almost had amnesia. That was a demonstration. Let me demonstrate. I'm usually with you. Where am I? Where am I? Who am I? Why am I here? Amnesia. Okay. So, that word remembrance is where we get amnesia, but we also get amnesty from it. And God and Jesus said, "Do this often in remembrance of me." So, one thing we don't want, that we don't want to have amnesia when it comes to the power of the cross. Amnesia. And what we're doing, and waking up to Jesus, is remembering who we are in him. Who we were created to be before time. What is written about you? All these things that the old Adam created you to be, all your faults, all your bad habits, was not his design. And you should not rely on those. Well, that's just the way I am. I had a bad life, and that's how I am. Well, you're glorifying the devil and Adam together. Partner with that. Do not coin with that. Do not have communion with your past like that. You have communion and remember Jesus, who he is, what he did for you before you were born, before you. It's just amazing. Uh, you need to like yourself, love yourself, forgive yourself. That's a biggie. A lot of people have a hard time forgiving themselves. And if you can't forgive yourself, you can't receive the revelation about who you are.
All right. So, um, so this remembrance. Now, if you look in the Old Testament, the word remembrance is zakar, and that means to speak in behalf of. Remember Joseph when he was in prison, and the baker and the wine cup guy, uh, said he, he gave him the dreams. And now when you go before the king, Pharaoh, remember me, remember me. Well, that was zakar. He was saying, "Speak on behalf of me." So, when you, when we come to the table of the Lord, we do, we, what do we do? We boast. We speak on behalf of Christ. We say, "Jesus, you died on the cross for me. You carried every single one of my pain, sicknesses, and disease. You carried all my, you broke all my oppression. You, you opened up a world of life and joy to me." You know, you, we, we speak on his behalf on there. And then, not only do we do that, it also means it's also the word for male. Male, as in zakar, is the male of the family because he remembers the family line through, through writings and storytelling. He remembers the history, the genetics of the family. He remembers the family name. So, this fits in to our, our teaching on generational inequities because this is where your generational inequities gets puts to rest. This is where you get generational blessings. And this zakah, the male, the Jesus Christ, is the one who comes in there and is telling you now your true family line. You belong to me. I'm your father. You see, I'm your father. This is a new bloodline. And that's what he's doing at this thing. It's also a mirror.
So, um, this is a mirror. Remember, it's a gateway back to heaven. You know, that's why through this, we could say, "Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, let thy will be done on earth as it what is in heaven." And the only way you can do that is if you go through that gate right there. This is a gateway. This is a gateway. And it's a mirror. Okay.
So, um, we are going to, I'm gonna skip all this. Hang on. This is my signature verse for today. Uh, Second Corinthians 3:18. "But we all with unveiled face." And I pray today, if you feel your face is veiled today, all you have to do is to to decide, "I want to look at Jesus," and that veil comes off. That's what the Bible says. "Beholding as in a mirror, the glory of the Lord, are being what transformed." How are you? How is that happening? By what? Looking into the mirror. You're being just looking at this. Just looking at this does something to you. Now, that's mystical. That's supernatural. That's miraculous. That's better than any self-help program. I could just look into this and get that thing taken care of, get that addiction taken care of, right? "Are transformed into this white image of the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord." It, another version says, "Faces with unveiled faces reflecting the glory of the Lord are being transformed into that same image, one degree of glory to another, which is from the Lord, who is the Spirit." So, when we, when we look into the face of Jesus, we're looking into the face of God himself. Because it says here, "No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is the bosom of the Father, he has declared him. He has made him known." So, only Jesus is revealing who God, your Father, is. So, when you look at Jesus, you're looking at the Father. And when you, when you're looking at those two together, you, you're undone. You're totally undone.
So, when, so what we're going to be doing, this is coming to my point. We're going to be doing this as a body, as a community. We're going to be looking into the face of Jesus together. On literally the same pages. We are going to read the Gospel of Mark. I chose Mark because it has 16 chapters, and that, and reading that together will land us right in the middle of the Feast of Tabernacles. Okay? So, we're going to start this week with Mark chapter one. All of us are going to read it at home together, you know, at the same time. We're all on the same page. Huh? Yeah, right. Mark 16. And if, and I would suggest getting a notebook and, and, uh, uh, Karen was, uh, not the reading it all together, but she was saying how in her Bible study, she had, they all write the same thing. They write the chapter down. They write it out. They copy it. They write it out. You know, that's the way of getting it into you. When you write it, you read it, you write it, you hear it. Yeah. So, just a suggestion to do that. Um, Mark chapter one. Because what are the Gospels? It's, it's the, it's Jesus's photo album. And we're going to start out with his baby pictures in chapter one and move all the way through. And to, huh? Yep. Starting this week. You start today if you want. By, and then next Sunday, we'll do chapter two. And then after that, we'll do chapter three. And we'll see what the Lord starts, uh, percolating in us as a body. We'll see what kind of prophetic words start coming up out of the, out of the wellspring of it. And see, uh, what kind of revelations come comes forth as a body. I think it's going to be very cool to everybody reading the same thing. I don't care what version you read, um, or how many different versions you read, but we're all doing it together. You know, because it's interesting that there is no literal drawing or or sculpture of Jesus. When there is of Caesar, there's of Socrates, there's even one of Josephus, who was a contemporary or close to it. There is none. And there's a reason for that because his, he is, he is trans-dimensional. Remember the road to Emmaus? They didn't, he was walking with them, they didn't even recognize him. Correct. So, we're going to look into the face of the mirror, the mirror. We're going to look into the mirror because this mirror doesn't reflect your outward natural, what you look like in the, you know, naturally. It look, it's reflecting how God sees you. You get to see what you look like. You know, you know, when you look in the mirror and your hair is just right, you walk away feeling pretty good, right? Every week. See, that's why he's so grumpy.

Oh, no. See what I reached? I already started that. All right. So, we're going to get a detailed image of his heart, his personality, his character. And, you know, that's how, that's how we know each other, right? That's how I know you. I, when I think of, of you, I don't think, "Oh yeah, she's tall, thin, with dark eyes." And I don't think that. When I'm thinking about you, I think about your, your character, your personality, you know, what you do. That's what. And so, that's what we're going to be looking, looking into. And, um, you know, I think we need to stop window shopping and actually go in for it. And actually go in there and go buy, you know, go buy the blueprint. Jesus is his blueprint. All right.
So, we're going to, um, we're going to come up to the mirror. This is, consider this like a mirror today. Uh, what God is saying about you. If you're struggling, if you, if you have never received the Lord Jesus Christ in your heart, if you've never said, "I, I want to know who you are. I want to see your face." If you've never had that encounter, this is your, this is your moment. This is you. Let's all pray that together. Let's all pray that moment, that encounter, that to have a phenomenon. And last, last week, I, I told you, you know, the scripture that says, uh, in Corinthians, uh, chapter four, verse eight or whatever, in there, it's written in there somewhere that it talks about how he, he compares God calling lights out of darkness to calling light into you. That is phenomenal. If you, if you were there at the beginning of time when he said that, you would have went, "Wow." Right? Wow. Well, it is the same thing when that happens to you. It's wow. It's a phenomenon. So, let's, let's just pray together. Um, just follow me, okay? I'll just pray as I say. Say, say, "God, I know you have a name, and I know that you're my Father, and I need to know your Son. I need to look square into his face and behold his glory, because when I look at him, I get to see you, Daddy. And I'm answering the invitation right now to step into your glory, to taste and see that you are good. I ask you to come into my life, wash me, cleanse me, and transform me to walk in all your ways and fill me with your Holy Spirit that I might walk worthy of the calling. Lord, I'm going to use my free will to honor you and to be your image on earth. Amen." Amen.
All right, kind of good to remind yourself of what you committed to, isn't it? So, we're going to have you come up. But listen, I want to, I want to say something to our guests and visitors. So, make sure you grab a napkin first, and then a piece of that. And hey, um, are you Brian? Are you still back there? Can you put up, uh, First Corinthians 11:24, but the New American Standard? And then we're going to go. I just re, maybe it starts in 23. Have to see. No, just wait. Hang on. Sit right there. Right there. All right. What's first 23? Okay, that's good. If we go 23, then we're going to do 24. Let's, yeah, New American Standard, please. Yeah, that has a much better translation. Okay. So, we're going to read this together. How about that? Because, you know, there's, uh, some ancient, there's some early writings of the church, and they, about when they had on the Lord's table like that, Jesus would show up, and they would write about it in their writings. That Jesus was actually there with them, sharing the table with them. And it was so real, and the writings were so real, they have trouble dating the documents because it was after Jesus died and rose again. So, this was a circle, supernatural visitation from the Lord. And the devil would show up sometimes. Sometimes, and he would say, "Who is this that has robbed me of my power?" And they'd hold up the bread, and they said, "It is He, the Christ, the Son of God, who has died and is risen again." And they would say that, and he would vanquish the enemy that way. I mean, so that's, that's what we're doing, right? That's what we're doing. We don't do it like some. We actually let you get your own. And, um, so I think just, okay, um, go ahead. Oh, okay. Here we go. Karen, there you go. All right. So, there you, there you saw the example. So, just come forward, take a napkin, grab a piece of bread, dip it in the wine, then we're all going to read the scriptures together as a declaration. And I'm not retired. And I'm not retired. All right. We got, we got the kids and everybody, right? Okay. All right. You know what? If you want to do both sides, go ahead. Yeah, yeah. Make it quicker. Okay. A lot of us here this morning. Go ahead. Hang on to it. Yep. Hey, Brian, just for fun this morning, can we, let's, let's do, uh, can we, can we do that? Katie's bringing you back some. Can we do, uh, the Passion version? Yeah, that will just give it a, a fresh perspective. So, I like to call different versions scenic overlooks. So, you can, so this is like a scenic overlook of this particular scripture when you read it out of the Passion Bible, a different perspective. So, two lines. We can do two lines. Both sides. You just, you can pick it with fingers. Fly away, huh? Laughs. He's coming out of retirement. I got two lines. All right. Right. "I have handed down to you what came to me by direct revelation from the Lord himself: The same night in which he was handed over, he took bread, gave thanks, then he distributed it to the disciples and he said, 'Take, eat; and this is my body which is given for you. Do this and remember it's me.'" What's 25? "And he did the same with a cup of wine after supper, saying, 'This cup seals the new covenant with my blood. Drink it, and whenever you drink this, do it to remember me.'" Amen. We remember you, Jesus. Remember that when you healed us, you saved us, you delivered us. We're forgiven. No condemnation, no shame, no guilt. It's a guilt-free diet. There you go. Yes, devil. We declare that you have lost your power. You've lost your authority. You've lost your placement. We have been delivered. We have, we have access, access right now to the heavenly realms, and we stand on the solid ground of the sapphire pavement of heaven, and we fight from this place and declare our, our righteousness because of the righteousness of Christ, and because of the blood of Jesus Christ. And I thank you, Jesus. There's nothing that we can do or did that caused this to happen to us. That you're transforming us right now, changing our bodies, changing our hearts. Thank you, Lord. Amen. Thank you, Father, for the fresh revelations that you pour into us about who we are in you, in Jesus. And Lord, just even as we go forward this week, and and we exude the light of Christ that you just coming out of us because we've reflected, you know, we've thought, we've meditated, and we know who we are in you, and you flow through us in that.
