This AI influencer is making over $50,000 a month selling Amazon products, and it doesn't exist. No face, no inventory, no shipping, no ads. And the crazy part, this only took 2 hours to make.
In this video, I'm going to show you the exact three-step system I used to build these AI pages from scratch. From how to design a character, how to make it go viral on autopilot, and the monetization play that nobody is talking about that turned this into a 50K a month machine. Let's get into it.
Before we get into picking the right products or going viral, your entire business is built on top of one thing: picking the right character. When you search on YouTube for others showing you how to create these AI influencers, everyone forgets the most important part, which is the design of the AI influencer itself.
[music]
Think of your character as an asset. If your character is forgettable, your page is forgettable. If your character is original, the page becomes a real brand. The niche I'm running right now is health, specifically supplements, because the audience actually has money to spend and the pain points are repeatable. The target audience is US women 35 to 55. Moms engage harder with health content and they're going to actually buy.
Don't clone what already exists. Find a winning archetype, then add a twist. It could be a visual element. It could be adding a different niche. It could be the way she looks. It could be the setting. It could be anything. The goal is that when someone scrolls past her, they don't want to think, "Oh, here's another AI grandma." You pretty much want to do everything to differentiate your character from all the other AI avatars that are out there right now.
At the moment, there's basically every character on their son that already exists. There's AI grandmas, there's AI monks, different ethnicities, characters from Italy, characters from Russia, characters from literally all these different countries. So, you have to do everything to actually make your character stand out.
So, when I'm trying to make a new character, I'm thinking about how can I take a winning character and just add a few more visual elements to make her different. Maybe she has cute rosy cheeks. Maybe she's wearing glasses. Maybe she's wearing mittens. Maybe she has a different colored hair than another character that's working. You can literally do anything to make your character stand out. You just have to be creative.
So, one of my friends had a winning Japanese grandma avatar, and I literally took that character archetype, turned it into a Korean grandma. I made her cuter. I made her more visually appealing and I just made her a better avatar. So you can literally just take what's working, add your own creative twist and spit [music] something out.
So once you've locked in your character, the actual production stack is way simpler than you think. You don't need a video team. You don't need editors. You literally just need three tools and 2 to three hours a day and that's it. So now I'm just going to walk you guys through my full workflow looks like for the day. And you guys are going to be blown away with how simple this is.
So the first thing you're going to do is just look for inspiration content. This can literally take you anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, however long you really want to spend. But all you're doing is really looking for 10 videos that went viral in the past 24 to 48 hours. And then you're going to take those videos and those are going to be the videos that you're going to recreate for the day.
So right here you can see on my screen I'm on my account of one of my AI avatars and my account is already warmed up to all these different AI avatars. So you can see right here if I unmute this video, this is a perfect example of water >> of what a winning AI avatar video looks like. Essentially, you can see that this has 12K likes. It's performing really well. 840 comments. So, this is a video that I could literally just take this script and I'm going to download that script and I'm just going to rewrite it for my character.
I'll just keep scrolling here to show you guys basically like once you kind of create the right algorithm, the algorithm literally feeds you all the content. So, I can literally come on here, scroll for a few minutes every single day, find three videos, take those three videos, rewrite them, and we're good.
So, what I'm going to basically do here, let's say I want to take this and rewrite this video. So, I'm going to copy this off Instagram reels. I'm going to go to a free reels downloader up here. I'm going to just take this, paste this into IG reels, get the transcript for this video, and then the next thing I'm going to do is go to Claude and just rewrite the script for my character.
Okay, so now that I've got my script right here, I'm just going to copy this. I'm going to go over to Claude, paste it in, and we're going to rewrite the script. Okay, so now I'm going to do is I'm going to go over to one of my chats right here. I'm going to say, "Can you rewrite this script and just swap the pain point and the remedy? And then say, give me five options." And then I'll just paste the script right below it. And just like that, we're basically going to rewrite the script in less than like 30 seconds.
So going back and looking at the original script right here, you can see it says, "If you stopped wearing crop tops or belly shirts because you are embarrassed of your stretch marks," so that means that the pain point is stretch marks. And then the remedy right here is going to be instant coffee, half a cup of baking soda, added egg white. So basically what we're doing is just taking this winning framework and swapping stretch marks and the remedy to fix these stretch marks.
So the options that Claude gave us are dark underarms with lemon paste, cracked heels with coconut scrub, dark knees with elbows, facial hair, chickpea mask. I can literally pick any of these. I actually like option five right here, which is yellow teeth and banana peel. So I'm going to just say option five. So boom, just like that, you can see that Claude gave us an exact new script. And this is basically Andy 20. So all we did is we took a winning framework and we swapped the painoint and the remedy. So it says, "If you stop smiling wide in photos because you were embarrassed of your yellow teeth, this remedy will brighten them in 30 minutes." So you can see right there, it swapped the stretch marks to yellow teeth, kept everything else the same, kept the CTA the same, and just swapped the painoint the remedy.
Okay, so now that you have your script, the next thing you want to do is create your images for each scene of your AI avatar's video. So, all I'm going to say to Claude right here is literally just create me the image prompts for each scene of the video. Now, you guys can see here my Claude is basically already trained on my full workflow. So, when you start doing this whole entire workflow for the very first time, there's going to be a lot of upfront work you have to do. But Claude is just so smart that's going to fully understand everything. So when you say I need image prompts, when you say I need to rewrite this script, when you say I need a script specifically for Higsfield, or an image prompt for Higsfield, it already knows what you want. So you basically have to do super minimal prompting. So right now it's asking me for what character is this for just because I'm working on a lot of different characters. So I'll just say that this character is for grandma or I'll say it's for Marta Yodar, which is one of my older characters.
Okay, as you can see here, it basically already gave us all of our image prompts for the video. So, it says right here, Hook, which is just going to be the character probably standing in a kitchen with all the ingredients. The next one's going to be the remedy setup, her smashing the banana peel, adding the baking soda, adding lemon juice, mixing it all into a paste, and then the finished product.
So, next, what you're going to basically do is take each of these image prompts, put them into Higsfield with Nano Nano Pro, and generate the image for each parts of the scene for your video. So, now what I'm going to do is I'm going to just take this image right here. I'm going to copy this, and I'm going to go over to Higsfield.
Okay. So, all I'm going to do now is just paste in my script directly from Claude and I'm going to just generate three variations of this character. So, you can see at the bottom I have Nano Banana Pro 9x6 2K resolution and then I'm going to make four images here just so I can pick whichever one looks [music] the best because one thing you want to make sure of when you're generating your images is your video starts with the images. If you have a bad image and then that could result in a bad video. And the last thing you want to do is when you're editing your whole entire video, you see an error that literally was just from you being too lazy at the beginning when you're creating your images. So the images are the most important step of your video.
So as you can see in the prompt right here, it says using the same character in the reference image. So whenever you're prompting, you also want to make sure you're using a reference image of your character for character consistency. And so that always uses the same face. So now I'm just going to hit generate.
Okay. So, as you can see, Higsfield just gave us our first four images for the hook image. Now, I basically go through and pick whichever one I like the most. Basically, out of these three right here, looks like this one's still generating. I like this one. She looks super clear, hyper realistic. You can clearly see the yellow teeth in front. The only thing I don't like is this is a little bit blurred. But basically, what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to create each of your scenes for your image until you get a result that you like. Again, you want to make sure that each of your images are as good as they possibly can be because that's the foundation of your whole entire video. So, for example, I like this one. So, I would keep this video or I keep this image. I would delete the other three just so I can see like the full timeline of my video inside of Higsfield before I move on to animating all my images.
So, now I would just repeat the process for all of my other image prompts right here. So, I take the remedy setup prompt right here, go back to Higsfield, generate that. I do the action for mashing the banana peel, adding the baking soda, adding the lemon juice until I have the image for each scene of the video. Now, for the sake of time, I'm not going to make a full video in this step by step, but basically the process is again, you make each of your images just like this. And then I'm going to show you how you make your animation prompts, which you take over to Google Flow and you animate all of them there.
So, what you're going to do now is just tell Claude, "Write me my animation prompts for this video." And just like that, it's literally going to give you the prompts for each of your images to animate those inside of Google Flow. So, as you can see right here, it literally has our scene. So, it's going to describe what the character is doing and the dialogue with the script. So, it says, "If you stop smiling wide in photos because you are embarrassed of your yellow teeth, this remedy will brighten them in 30 seconds." And all of the voice design and voice creation and lip sync is literally done in Google V3. So, you're basically just taking this prompt right here attached to your image and you animate it. Super simple.
So, I'll just show you guys exactly what this looks like just for our hook image. So, I'm going to copy this. I'm going to go over to Google Flow, paste this in right here. I'm going to go back to Higsfield, download this image first, and then I'm going to just put it inside of Google Flow, animate it, and that's the first clip of our video. And you basically just make each of your single clips, and then just edit them all together in Cap Cut. And that's a finished video. I'm going to take this image and just put it in my little Dropbox up here. Go over to Google Flow. Drop this in here. And once this is downloaded, I can just add this to the prompt.
So now you can see that I loaded my image from Nano Pro and Higsfield into Google Flow. So I'm going to just go right here and double click and hit animate. It's going to add it right below. I just got to paste in my prompt again. And literally all I'm going to have to do is click on video down here. Make sure it's video frames 9x6 VO3 fast 8second clip. And I just hit generate.
[music]
So now I'm going to generate the first clip for this. And then after this is done, I'm going to do it for the next image and the next image for all scenes of my video. And again, you just take that to Cap Cut, stitch it together, and that's a finished video. And I'll show you guys what that looks like right after this.
Okay. So, you can see right now, V3 just finished our first clip. So, I'm going to click on it. >> If you stop smiling wide in photos. >> Okay. So, that's basically perfect. So, now what you're going to want to do is just go ahead and do that for each of the scenes of your video and then again, stitch them all together. So, I'm going to show you what a finished video looks like. So, I'm actually go over to my Marta Yoda Facebook page right here. Refresh this just so you guys can see. This is actually one of my pages. And this is what a finished video looks like right here. This one has 548,000 views. And I can click on this >> coffee grounds on your >> And this is basically what a finished video looks like. A great video that's got 5 and a half thousand comments. >> And each of these scenes were um a video that I basically had to animate. So this was like an original video for the hook. >> What happens mix >> and then this was a separate image right here. >> Two tablespoons of ground paste. [music] And >> and then this again was another image of her rubbing in the remedy. And then right here is just another image of her mixing it all together. And I did the exact same process I just explained to you guys. Threw some captions over it, tossed it up on Facebook, and now it has hundreds of thousands of views and has got me thousands of followers.
So now you've got a character that actually stands out and a workflow that pumps out content in hours instead of days. But the reason most of these AI pages flatline isn't the character is that they completely misunderstand how virality works in 2026. Let me show you exactly what separates the pages doing 50K a month to the ones that are stuck at 200 views.
Here's what nobody tells you about going viral. It's not luck. It's not the algorithm gods. And it's definitely not just keep posting, bro. Virality is just like any other workflow. The pages that win are ones that repeat a proven process every single day. They have the same framework, the same standard, but they just have better execution than everyone else doing the same thing just lazily. And this is the exact part of the game where 90% of the people lose.
People treat virality like a lottery ticket. They post three random videos a week and hope that they just blow up. Really, the most important thing in this content game is going to be volume and being able to post as much as you possibly can. When I was doing talking and content 2 years ago, it was still the exact same thing. I would post three to five videos every single day. Never miss a video no matter what. The pages doing real numbers are focusing on quantity and quality at the same time. If you can post two, three, five times a day and still do as much quality as you can, you are going to outperform everybody else that just gets three videos out a day, halfasses, it basically is just not going to see any results.
You're basically shooting yourself in the foot if you're going to halfass a video, maybe spend only half an hour on it, knowing that you didn't put in as much effort as you could have because what's the point of spending all this time making these videos for them just not to perform? Whereas you could just make three videos a day. Three videos a day. That's it. That's probably the number I would recommend to do. You should be making sure that those three videos are the best possible videos you can make because that video could get 20,000 views if you put like a half an hour into it versus if you put an hour into that and you know it's the best possible content you can make. That could get a million views. And a million views is going to make you so much more money than if you just spent 20 minutes making a really shitty video.
So, to summarize basically what I'm saying right there, you need to make sure you're putting out the highest quality content you can and the highest quantity you can a day. Three videos a day. Make sure they are the best three videos you can make cuz there's no point in just rushing three videos because they're going to perform poorly. You need to make sure you're spending time making good quality content at a consistent rate.
And the third point I'm going to make here is that most of these accounts are posting AI slop with generic content, generic recreates. They're literally taking viral videos, not changing the script, not swapping the painoint, not swapping the remedy. They might find a character that's working like the AI monk character that was going so viral. Everyone that took that character and posted the same thing was seeing literally subpar results. So, you have to stand out. You have to put in more time to make your character stand out. And that is the only way you're going to win in this game. The reason our students can pull 50K a month and someone with the exact same tools can only pull zero is because the standard is non-negotiable. Three videos a day minimum, but every single video has to be the best quality content you can produce that day. Not just three rushed videos just to stay consistent and check the box.
So, here's the framework that actually works and the part that most gurus leave out. Now, real quick before I get into the monetization piece, I've been able to work directly with people who want to build these AI pages and help pick the niche, build the character, and set up their entire workflow until that page is actually earning money. I've had students who failed at drop shipping, trading, all the stuff I failed at first, too. Now, running pages making 5 figures a month. If that's something you want, the application link is in the description.
Now, let's talk about how to actually monetize. Because even if you're averaging a h 100,000 views per video, that doesn't mean you're going to be earning $10,000 a month just yet.
>> [music] >>
Most people running AI influencer pages do it the same way. They create a viral influencer, but they're only earning through what Tik Tok and Instagram pay them, which is as little as 10 cents per 1,000 views. The real money isn't in the partner programs or even the affiliate commissions. It's by having direct brand deals. If you're doing basic Amazon associates, you're literally going to only earn like 1 to 5% commission on random Amazon products. A $30 supplement at 3% is literally 90 cents a sale. You would need thousands of conversions a month just to clear 5K. Amazon is reactive. You only make money when someone buys through your exact link within the cookie window. Brand deals are proactive. The brand pays you to post and then gives you bonuses for clicks and conversions.
If you don't switch to direct brand deals, here's the ceiling you're going to hit. You're capped by Amazon's commission percentage pretty much forever, no matter how many views you get. That's why I've built a funnel that actually scales, and I'm going to walk through it live so you can copy it exactly.
So, the first thing you do is just post a video featuring a product in your niche. Once someone comments under their post, they're going to get an autodm, which is going to send them the product information. Manyhat or meta automations catches every single comment and then auto DMs that user. The DM sends them to your tracked Amazon Associates link. Amazon Associates is only being used for tracking. Then at the end of the month, you take that data to the brand directly. The brand pays you a flat retainer per post, plus bonuses for clicks and conversions. For example, one of our students did a h 100,000 clicks for a brand that we work with inside our community and received a $32,000 bonus.
So, let me explain a little bit more why brands actually pay this way. Brands want to see proof of traffic before they cut a check, which is why the associates tracking is your leverage piece. Once they see your page convert, they're going to renew at higher rates and give you higher bonuses. Multiple pages equals higher income streams. The more pages you can run, the more brands you can work with. And once page is dialed in, you spin up another one in a different niche and you stack pages.
So, that's the actual blueprint and the difference between an AI page that makes a few hundred per month and one that makes $50,000 a month. I genuinely believe this is one of the only business models in 2026 that you can run up with no face, no inventory, and from literally anywhere in the world. And right now, the window is still open because most people are either too lazy or too distracted to execute this properly. If you want me to walk you through this oneonone, the application is in the description. I've already been able to help out people like Quincy, who literally started from zero and now has pages at hundreds of thousands to millions [music] of followers. Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next.
