Hello beautiful people from all over the world. This is the last call, and it is my last call of 2024. So, it is officially the finish line. Oh my gosh, what a year. I, I've done the homework that I have asked you guys to do. This is a beautiful thing about how I lead my life. I don't just create programs I think will sell. I, I take you through processes, I take myself through, and I think that this is something that really makes a huge difference. Is because I know everything I, I present to you and everything I offer to you. If I, if I don't think it would benefit my own life to do it, I don't sell it.

Like this process for me is the most beautiful and powerful process because it really does take me through all of my year. And I have had, oh my gosh, I have had the most beautiful year. I've had the most extraordinary memories in my mind. I was looking at the pictures and I'm like, this isn't, this is incredible. I took my sister to Hawaii with Frankie when he was 10 months old, and I've got pictures of this child looking like some sort of rockstar baby on the beach eating sand. I've got the most beautiful memories with my sister. I've got incredible memories with my parents, incredible memories with my brother and and his kids. You know, even just to the finish line, like the most beautiful Christmas and baking our grandmother's meat and sugar pie recipes for the holidays with my brother in the kitchen. Like every single memory I'm looking at, I'm like, what a year.

And the list of what didn't work is long. There was a lot of things I had to be like, oh yeah, and this was the lesson. Yeah, yeah, that was the lesson, and that was the lesson, and that was the lesson. And it would be so easy to think that once you have so many good things, you can just forget the other stuff. But I don't. Don't do that. I've got so many things I'm excited to get into 2025 with and say, gosh, I'm so excited to go into this year. And no better, I'm so excited to go into this year knowing this now, knowing that now for sure, this is going to be different. And for sure, that part's going to be different. And that's exciting for me.

Because this is what it feels like. It feels like every year has 365 days in it, and every single one of those those days has 24 hours in it. But I don't have that much time worth of memories. I don't remember 24 times 365 days worth of memories. That's not how it works. Most of our lives disappear. They disappear into sleep. They disappear into thinking. They disappear into mindless scrolling. They disappear into menial tasks, like when you do the laundry or the dishes, and you're not really thinking about anything powerful while you're doing it. And you're just doing the menial tasks of the day. Like a lot of of life just kind of goes. If you have one memory a day, you're you're one of the 1% of people like that. Doesn't even, that doesn't happen.

And so if this is the, the beautiful thing about really being mature about a new year and saying, if when I look at the end of my year and I make a list of memories, how many memories, how many things really stood out? Like how many of them, how many things could I enumerate? And not just like, oh, that's a good picture and so I remember. Like actually, that I could say, oh yeah, I remember that. If I had to ask you right now to go through your top memories of this year, how many do you think you would remember without pictures? Just out of curiosity. If you had to just F, just have your own mind. How many? Five? 30? 15? 25? Three? Three? About 30 plus, maybe 50? 20? 10? Maybe 30.

So we've got a range here. But no one is saying 600. No one's saying 300. No one's saying 200. No one, no one yet has even said 100 yet. Oh, one said 100. Embarrassingly low. There's two ways to look at this, and I want, I want you to really think about what I'm going to say here. One way to look at it is that that's not enough, and that this year you really weren't intentional enough. The other way to look at it is all you need in 2025 for a year that takes your breath away is between three and 30 memories. That's all it actually takes for a year to be remembered for something. We put so much pressure on what we need to do every day, on how what we've got to do every week, on what we've got to do every single month. What do we need to do? What we need to do? What we need to do? It's not enough. We haven't done enough. I've not been productive enough.

But at the end of the day, if you had 30, not even one a week, 30 memories, if you had 12 memories, one a month, but 12 out of this world ones, your your year would be a masterpiece. If that photo collage had 12 distinct memories that you were like, what, this all happened in one year? Can you see that? That would be a lot. So I've realized in my life, it's not about how much I do, it's about how meaningful I do what I do. It's not about how many memories, it's about the profoundness and the beauty of the memories and the intentionality of what happens in my life.

And so what would 2025 look like if you said, okay, I know what kind of things worked. I can see the memories that really mattered to me in 2024. I can see what, what in the end I look back at and I say, I'm so glad that happened. I can get the gist of what I really love. I can also look at what didn't work, and I've made a list of things I want to do differently. If I went into 2025 and said, I want a memory a week. I want to try to work on one memory a week or two memories a week, one during the weekday and one during the weekend. Every, every, every week, you would have over a hundred memories. So living our life not just to say, oh gosh, have I done enough today? Have I done enough today? But to actually consciously create a year and to say, what are some of the things I would dream to do? And how can I get the, how can I get some of those done in this upcoming year? And not because it's a checklist that I'm checking off, but because it's an end, it's a, it's a life creation process, and I'm the center of the creation of this.

For those of you who are in the God Zone with me, like 50 some or hundred some God Zone moments that end up on your hindsight board, where you're totally there in the moment and you capture it and you say, that was a God's Own moment. And you build it all year and you never let yourself disconnect from the energy of it. You really build it with all of your heart. Can you imagine how you will feel when we do the Finish Line next year? If, if you do it like that, a year built on purpose and not because you've got to hit a certain goal, but because you're achieving milestones and the successes in every move you make. And the milestones are overflowing with fulfillment and success. And it all amounts to something out of this world by the end of it all.

So what I do at the end of the year is very powerful. But I extract all the memories, I extract all the lessons, and then I burn the rest. And so here's what this means. There are things that are bogging you down that are not in your best memories, and you also weren't able to extract a lesson from them. This happens, but it's over. So this is where you take some time between now and the end of the year and you have a ceremony with yourself to let go of things you're not bringing. That were just a mistake, a fluke, uh, there's nothing really to learn here. I just, it's a person, it's a thing, it's a, a forgiveness. Like I just got to let it go so that I don't take it with me and it bogs down more time. Or and it doesn't paralyze me in thought or needing to numb more so that I can actually be awake and aware and connected to my life in 2025. And not completely connected to old memories that make me fear and worry and and and doubt.

So there's got to be some forgiveness. And I love being able to leave forgiveness behind. Forgiveness is such an important topic, and it's one that is overrated. I think that as adults, we struggle a lot with forgiving because it feels like it means that it's okay what the person did. Like if I forgive you, it means that I say it's okay. And I think the reason that we think that is because we were taught to forgive by grown-ups who wanted us to forgive for their own peace of mind. So when you ask a little kid to forgive another little kid, it's because those two kids are supposed to play together for the rest of the day, and maybe for the rest of their childhoods. It'd be really great and less of a pain in your butt if they could get along now. And so parents say, stop fighting, say you're sorry, say you forgive them, hug, move on. And we are really conditioned to not believe it when someone says sorry. And we're really conditioned to not really have a strong relationship with forgiveness because of the way that this is done.

Now, there's no one to blame here. This is passed down generation, generation, generation, generation, generation. But forgiveness for me has been one of the most extraordinary things of my life. Like being able to actually forgive and to say, I set me free. And in setting me free, I set you free. And I'm willing to do that. I'm not going to keep you prisoner because you deserve it. And this is such a, a powerful conversation and something that, you know, I, I think we might probably go deeper in into the God Zone. But something that we definitely go deeper in in Fatal is that the idea of forgiveness. For a lot of people, it feels like you're, you're being karma. Like you're the one that's punishing because these people deserve to be punished for something. Somehow, even in just not being forgiven, you're punishing them.

But I really believe that there is an energetic match for every single one of us for us to actually learn from our lives. And I believe that punishment for the sake of punishment doesn't teach anybody a lesson. And I think that when, when humans try to punish other humans, it always falls short. I think that the best way to do it is to release the need for punishment and to trust energetic match experiences. I would rather the person who did whatever they did learn a lesson, not, not be punished, actually learn so they can become better people. That's what I would actually prefer. And I don't think I have the power to do that, especially not while we're in conflict of interest the way that we are. Like I'm not the right person that's going to suddenly make that person see the light. Like that's not, that we're, we're in conflict of interest. So I've got to give it to Mother Nature, God, the universe, and I've got to say, I trust that you'll make this right somehow for both of us. Take this from my body, please. And thank you for taking this away from my body, this feeling that I feel. Help me forgive. And I trust that you'll help this person find their way. Because if not, I take it on myself to punish a person. That's a job I don't want. And what if I misunderstood the person and accidentally punish them when they didn't deserve it? Then what? Then what?

So my feeling has been in life, it's not my job to punish. I have to let go because everything I carry with me changes me. I don't know if you've noticed this, but there's a lot of things in your life that you may find difficult to do now because of pains that you've had. So you might find it difficult to trust in a romantic relationship. You might find it, difficult to trust women in friendships. You might find it difficult to trust people in business. You might find it difficult to trust money. You might find it difficult to trust. You name it. And when I, if I were to ask you why, you would come up with a story or a series of stories that really explain what, what reason you have to be so upset and afraid. But the issue for me is not just the fact that you're upset and afraid. The issue is that you have a story that stops you from being free and limitless.

At the beginning of the year, we have an opportunity for a blank slate where we say, I have built myself up with compounded emotions of how proud I am of myself and what I've done. And I feel so wise and so powerful from all the lessons that I've learned. And I'm free from everything else. That gives you space to become. But if you've got incredible, you've built yourself up at, it's so great. And you've got lessons learned. But in the gap between those things, instead of having space for new opportunities, you've got stories that keep you the same. Anger that keeps you stuck. Bitterness that keeps you afraid and and far away from people. Resentment that keeps you heavy. Then there's not as much space as you would want and as you would think to create a new year. And that's what happens for a lot of us. As soon as the New Year effect wears off, you're left with the same resentments that you had last year. And there really isn't much space for anything new.

We create the space when we let go of what we no longer need. And I can tell you, the number one thing you no longer need is the frustration, bitterness, anger, or resentment that you've held. Even if you were right, even if you were right, you would have a better life in 2025 if you gave it up. You, you get to say, I'm right, and I'm done. I've held on to it long enough. And this can be towards yourself, self-punishment. It could be towards other people. If you can create gaps in consciousness, space where there's space for something new to happen, you will have a different year than you could possibly expect. If you leave the same stuff in there, you can only really repeat what you've already got.

So this is a beautiful experience. You're just going to sit in forgiveness. You can write a forgiveness letter to yourself, and you can write a forgiveness letter to whoever you need to write a forgiveness letter to. And you're going to let it all out. But you are going to write until there's nothing left until at the end you can say, and I'm done, and I'm complete, and I give it to Mother Nature, God, the universe, and I trust that we will both be taken care of. If you can get to that point, and this is what I call a Jesus walks on water moment. Because these moments can be really hard. It can be really frustrating. And it can be like, I want, I want God to take care of me, and I want God to take care of you. It's not, that's not what we're doing. If you can get to the place where you let go completely, let go, you will have a space for the new year to come.

And the most important thing about this is you're going to dispose of the letters. So you remember the best, you extract the lessons, and you burn the rest. Alpha FM is not responsible for any fires or anything that may happen in the burning of these letters. Please be careful while using fire. Okay, now you're going to burn the forgiveness letters, all of them. And, and if you prefer not to burn them, and you want to soak them in water and watch the ink dissipate into a glass of water, you can do that. If you want to write it on toilet paper and flush it down the toilet, you can do that. You can do whatever you want. But the idea is that when you're done, you're done. It's gone. It does not stay. It doesn't stay. You don't put this in your journal. You don't keep it. You release it.

And if you can, as you do this ceremony for yourself, feel the freedom exit your body as you watch the things burn or melt away or flush down the toilet. See if you can feel the feeling also go with it. Imagine the space that you have in your body as those things disappear. And all the new things that could possibly arise for you. And now there'll be room to dream. To dream without having to say, yeah, but. You get to just put dreams there where there once was kind of being careful. Because this is what I've really found. In order to stay young, we have got to stay in the belief that the best is yet to come. That's what keeps us young. When it feels like we haven't seen anything yet. We haven't seen anything yet. The kind of love we've always wanted, we haven't even touched it yet. No matter how much love we've had in our life. The kind of friendship that we've always dreamed of, we haven't even touched that friendship yet. It hasn't even started either. The friends that we are going to have it with, just we haven't quite found our mojo yet. And even I was, no matter how great the friendships are or the friends that you're supposed to have this with, you haven't even met them yet. Your best years in business, you have not touched them yet. Your greatest income years, you haven't touched those yet. Your greatest clients, you haven't even met them yet. If you can feel that, the most beautiful places on Earth, you have not even seen yet. Your best trips, you've not even taken. If you can feel that, you feel young.

And this is the fact. As we're going into 2025, we will be the youngest that we will ever be in 2025. Like that will be the youngest we'll ever be. So what do you want to do? And who do you want to be? And does anyone deserve to stay rent-free in your mind and in your heart and bog you down energetically? No. So we let him go. You burn in good faith. You don't burn in punishment. You really find a place where you can say, I trust that if there's something meant to be made right, it will be. And it's not my job to do that. My job is to live my life. And I give the rest to Mother Nature, God, the universe.

So this is such a beautiful end-of-year practice because you're going to let go of everything. But then there's another practice that you're going to put in here. And this is one of my favorite practices. Uh, this sometimes, this usually goes in Resolution Revolution. But because I'm doing Finish Line differently and Resolution Revolution differently this year, I'm going to bring it into this half so that you can start doing it before the year even ends. I feel like the best time to fill a gap is when there's an open, open space. That's the best time. So when you've let go of everything, you're going to feel wide open. And this is where you're going to sit with yourself. And you are going to write 111 God's Own dream moments that you would like to call into your life for 2025.

So what is this list? What does it mean? I remember when I first started doing this process for myself, I just loved. Like, I, I remember actually, it was so interesting because I was doing this process for myself and I always thought I was a little over the top with the amount. And I was like, I, because I used to write a hundred, that's some, or 101. And then one day I bought this planner and there was a hundred, there was a, a list of a hundred things. And I was like, I feel so seen. This is, this is what this is what we do. And so I was drawing, I was on a coaching call and I was drawing. It was around the new year. And I ended up making all these dots on this paper and it looked like Dalmatian spots. And I said, you know what? I'm going to make it 101. And so then my list was 101. And then I really got into angel numbers and I was like, what if it was 111? And so now it's been 111 since 2017.

111 things. Why I love doing 111 things is because you're not going to live them all. Probably some of them you're going to get bored before the end of the year and realize you don't care. Some of them are too big and they're not going to happen. Some of them are just, you're going to forget. But the fact that you take time to think about 111 things that you could live in a year stretches your brain, stretches your capacity, stretches your heart. And it's easy when you're on the back end of this process because you'll be able to say, there are things that you did last year that you would love to do again. So you would say, I want to do that again. Like my brother and sister took me this, this past, well, this year, to go and sleep with the wolves outside. Like in a special park. It was this beautiful house, beautiful cabin, and we're safe, we're all, it's all gated and stuff. But through the window, it's wild wolves. Like, oh my gosh, the most incredible experience. And so I would put that on my list again. Like, I don't know how, but I would love to do that again. I put that on my list.

There are things that are doing it again. Then there's things that you might want to do for the first time. A place you might want to go. Or even when you're watching other people's live list, you're like, that's amazing. I want to do that. I want to go on a solo trip. I want to change my hair. I want to, um, whatever it is. I want to, I want to go on a, a hike up a beautiful mountain and get a picture up there. I want to fly first class somewhere. I want to take myself out on a solo date for dinner. I want to go to a VIP movie cinema. I want to rent out an entire, a skate, ice skating rink and practice skating all by myself. I want to, you name it.

And the idea for me, and what makes this process the best, is to choose not all similar kinds of things. So I like to give myself different topics and categories. So I'll think life, relationship, my, like my self, self-care, my business, money. I, I'll make different categories to make sure I touch all of them. And then the other thing I like to do is to think about what I really know could happen. And it's going to feel really great to cross it off because I already know it's going to happen. And then the things that could happen, like they're possible. It's not that much of a stretch. And then also having like, if this happened, I'd freak out. It might not happen, but what if it did? And you put those on your list. So you really look at different fields. For those of you who are doing exponential wealth with me, predictability, possibility, potentiality, you're doing that, but in your goal setting.

So what I love about this is that you may already have a, a trip planned. But instead of just being like, well, that's not on my live list, I'm already supposed to go. Instead of doing that, it becomes a God Zone thing because you said you were going to do it, and then you do it. Remember that exercise when I said you sit with yourself, you, you visualize exactly how you're going to have your coffee, and then you have it exactly that way? See how it feels differently? Well, it's so easy for us to just discredit things because we know for sure they're coming. I won't put this on my list. It's already booked. Yeah, but imagine putting it on your list, knowing you're going, and everything turns out perfect, and you end up going, and you cross it off the list, and you say, I said I was going to go this year, and I did. That's such a different feeling.

One of my most favorite stories about the 111 list when I told Kevin to do this with me. First of all, he thought I was way over the top with the numbers. He was like, 111, how am I supposed to find 111? And he, he came to me with this list. There were not 111 things on it. I think there was like 25 or something. And, uh, one of the first things on his list was, buy three new pairs of knickers and buy new socks. And I was like, this is so funny. Like, what, why is this on your list? And he was like, I mean, and at that point, I had already started talking about the feels of predictability and possibility in my own life. And he was like, I said, is the, the, this sounds pretty predictable. He said, not for me. I don't think I've bought new underwear in like, years. I was like, Kevin. So that year, when he bought new underwear and new socks, he was so happy. He was like, crossing this off my list. To this day, he still puts nickers and socks on his. Oh, underwear, under, underp, underwear, knickers. Um, he still puts underwear and socks on his live list because he just loves to cross it off. Feels good for him to say accomplishment, accomplishment. Like it could be something like that, you know, just buying yourself a beautiful bra, buying yourself a beautiful pair of underwear that makes you feel really beautiful. You know, it could be something so simple. Completing needing to buy a new makeup remover kit or face wash because you've washed your face and you've, you've used it all throughout the year. Like needing to replenish your face wash because that will have meant that you've washed your face every day, and you'll be proud of yourself. Like it can be small things. And I really suggest that there be small things in there because you want to be crossing stuff off relatively often. Yes, exactly.

Now, the other part in this is that in order to do 111 things, that's really just two things a week. Two memories a week. So there can be big, big ones because it could be that you go on a few trips next year. It could be that there's a few big memories. But it could also be something like on a snow day, telling my kids, like, you don't need to go to school, and we're playing hooky today. We're not, we're not doing, we're kind of have a snow day, and we're going to do, do something and create a memory. That's like, I would not, I would not have done that unless I would have actively thought of a memory I wanted. You know, one of my favorite things that I ever did, it was my sister's 25th birthday. And I found out how much it would be to get a limousine to just drive us downtown Montreal and take us to the restaurant. And I planned it all, and I booked it all. And it's one of my favorite memories because I remember my mom and my dad and my brother and my sister and the boyfriends and all things like in the back of the limo going to this beautiful restaurant in Montreal. And it's like, how hard is it to do that? And how really expensive is it in comparison to other things like it? But such a memory. I'll never forget to do that.

You know, sometimes it's things like bringing the mattress in the middle of the living room and and having a, a romantic candle lit. Or if you have a fireplace, putting it in front of the fireplace and just sleeping in the living room in front of the fire. Like little kids. You know, what's outside the box? Could you, even something as simple as going apple picking or blueberry picking? You know, doing something that's, it's got, it's got an energy, there's a vibe about it. But it's so simple. It's not a, it's not a huge deal. One of the things I always love every year, I put this on my list, is having a moment to eat caviar in a snowstorm. So I, I wear all my cozy clothes, the snow is falling, and Kevin and I, we have martinis and caviar, and the snow's falling. And I capture that, that memory. Like it's an intentional one. And so I have something like that for you. It might be to discover a new vineyard, or or have a pizza fresh out of a pizza oven somewhere. Go for a picnic. Can you make a picnic outside? Just sit on a beautiful blanket with a book and light a little candle. And like, can you do things that are outside the box? A bubble bath with candles. Even if there's just one all year, that's enough. And I think we, this is how we get lost in our lives. Is we have this thing where we've got to do so much of those. I need to take more baths. We need to have more romantic dinners. We need to have more. But it's not about more. It's about one good one. Because once you've done one good one, the chance of there being another one just skyrocketed.

If you said, I want to have one memory of a bubble bath that is the most exquisite bubble bath. I want to find my favorite, most incredible bubble bath soap that I want, like the best smell I could possibly wish for. I'm going to fill my tub to the brim with bubbles. I'm going to put candles everywhere. I'm gonna play soft music. And I'm just gonna sit there until I'm bored. But I'm gonna, I'm gonna really feel it. And you did it one time this year. Next year, at the end of the year, you might have the most beautiful picture of a bubble bath and be like, I remember when I did that. And what's so crazy is that we live things in our lives twice. If we make a memory twice, plus if we're not making a memory, our life only exists one time. When we make a memory, it exists as we do it, and it exists as we remember it. And that is how you double or triple, if you talk about your memories often, the length of your life. That feeling of looking back and saying, oh, I remember that. I remember that. I remember that. I remember that. It stretches your life and it stretches your consciousness.

So, so you want to think about things. I want to learn how to make sourdough bread. Or I want to decorate Christmas cookies in the holidays. I want to make a memory when we put the tree up. I don't want it to just be this thing we do in a hurry. I want to actually make a memory. Like I will never forget this memory of Kevin this year. This is like a highlight of my life. This will be the year that Kevin had a Griswalds moment. So we have this tree with all these lights, and Kevin tries to put the tree up, and all the lights don't work. And he sits there and he tries every single light. He sat there for three hours. Every single light, putting a little pointer on every single light to see why, which one was burnt out. I've never seen anyone with such meticulous. I'm like, we, I felt so part of it. I was like, can we just go buy other lights? He's like, no, I've got, I've got to figure this out. Can't figure it out. Then we find this device, this like clicker thing. So he buys the clicker thing. And then one at a time, the little lights click, click, click, click, click, click. And then all of a sudden, the lights come on. And his reaction just tickled me. I, I got it on camera because I was just hoping he'd get it. And all of a sudden, he gets it. He goes, Joy to the World. Like the, Lampoon's Christmas Vacation moment. I laughed so hard. I will never forget that. But we won't replicate that. That's not, you don't replicate something like that. That's one of those, do you remember the, do you remember the Joy to the World year? Remember that moment?

And I have another memory that I have when at our log house one year, when we were putting the Christmas tree up, because our, our Christmas tree is one that we bought that's really beautiful, but you have to assemble it. It's not a real Christmas tree, it's a fake Christmas tree. And so I was watching him assemble it, and the music is playing, and in the perfect timing, I'm watching him kind of dance and do the Christmas tree thing, and he throws the Christmas tree over his shoulder exactly as the song goes. And it just felt like the perfect thing. And I caught it on camera. I'm like, what are the odds I would capture that moment? And so it's like, I've got that. I've got the clicker moments. But that's the year that that happened. That's the year that that happened. These memories have only started happening for me once I intentionally experience the Christmas tree building as a, this is the 2024 Christmas tree. It matters. You know, my birthday, his birthday, it matters. I did something really special. We went to see The Nutcracker. We did these things. Like, what are some things you can put on your list that change the way your mind remembers? You don't need to remember every day. If you come out a next year with 30 memories, it'll change your life. Imagine if you come out with 111. And imagine if you made them on purpose. Imagine if you were super intentional. Imagine if you felt gratitude through the memories and they didn't just happen, you felt them. Like you felt them, the peak of your feelings.

So this is the process. Now you're going to do the forgiveness letters and you're going to really let it all go because there's no space for new memories when your brain is full of past sludge. Just let it go for you and ask Mother Nature, God, the universe to take care of it. And with the space you find, start dreaming. Even if there's things that are so simple, like I want to clean out my kitchen. Or there's a cabinet in my bathroom that drives me bananas. I want to, I want to clean it all up and I want to have a really beautiful place where all my products are. I want that to be all done. Or I want to keep my car clean. I'm going to go, I want to get a car wash and I want to clean my car out. When you cross that off your list, you're going to feel so good. And you're going to rebuild your relationship with yourself. To me, this is what this process is all about. How we end the year and then how we begin the year is a process of rebuilding our relationship with ourself. Because every time you have a desire and you don't do it, every time you have something you want to do and you don't do it, your relationship with yourself takes a hit. And we don't want to think about that. But the fact is, if there was someone else that told us they would do things for us and didn't, the way we do, we would have a difficult relationship with them as well. It would be very difficult for us to trust any person in our life that made the amount of promises you make to yourself and then don't keep them. It'd be very difficult to have a relationship with anyone in your life that tells you, you probably won't do it, and you're probably not capable, and you probably don't deserve it. Like it'd be very hard for you to have a relationship with a person like that.

So the goal is that you become your greatest ally. That you learn how to give yourself the accolades that maybe no one else even understands how, how hard you've worked, how much you've healed, how much you've done. You give yourself those accolades. And then you really help yourself extract the best from the hard stuff. And you listen to yourself. You don't, you don't gaslight yourself or bypass your feelings. You listen. But then you extract the best stuff. And then you take yourself through a process where you allow yourself to let it all go. And then you allow yourself to dream. And then you live a life in honor of those dreams. Imagine how you would feel about you.

There are so many different ways that people teach success and fulfillment. And there's all kinds of techniques and there's all kinds of strategies that you can do in order to to win. But there's something that I've found along my journey that I think is what kind of sets Alpha Fem apart. Is that it's not just about the success. It's about how you feel when the success comes. I've seen so many people achieve extraordinary things and still not be able to feel satisfaction for them. They have success, they don't have fulfillment. They wonder why it doesn't feel the way it should feel. They wonder why they're not more connected to their life. They wonder why it's never enough. And the fact is, it, it's not about doing more at that point. It's that you're not assimilating it. So if you can imagine if I dump a bunch of salt in water, and there's too much salt, the water can't soak it up. This, the key is not to just add more salt and add more salt and add more salt. Like you've got to be able to absorb. People are sponges. You want, you take a brand new sponge out of a package and you try to dry the counter with it. It won't work. You've got to wet the sponge first. You've got to be able to assimilate. You've got to be able to take in what you're, what you're living and what you're learning and who you're being.

And so what I really believe in is not just making New Year's lists and New Year's resolutions. It's not just about writing letters and remembering memories. It's about rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself so that you can actually feel the beauty of your life. Because that's what this is really about. It's so that you can actually feel the success and feel the joy and feel the magic and feel the celebration and feel the gratitude and feel the love and feel the progress and celebrate, celebrate like your life depends on it.

At the end of the year, we have a party, a New Year's Eve party. No matter how intense the party is, it doesn't really matter whether all your friends are coming and you're going to get dressed up, or whether you sit in your PJs and sit with yourself. It's a celebration. When that clock strikes 12, we will be in 2025. And here's the thing, most people think they need to be excited about a new year in order to celebrate. And so some years they don't celebrate at all. They'll say, this wasn't a great year. I'm just, I just need the next year to come. I'm just done. I just want, I just want the next year. Instead of actually feeling the magic of the year that passed and the year that's coming. I say celebration is a party thrown in the name of gratitude. And this, this process you just took yourself through in the Finish Line, this, this is going to give you gratitude. Gratitude for what you lived, gratitude for what you learned, gratitude for your ability to forgive, and gratitude for your imagination, your mind, and a year that is yours to live coming up. And you celebrate. You celebrate you.

If you do this every year, I promise you, you're going to start to believe in things you never believed in before. I don't just do, do what I do because I have a good strategy and I've got a good plan and I write the right things. It's who I am. That's what makes this work. It's who I've become. It's how I see people. It's how I see the world. It's how I see myself. It's the confidence that I've built, not the showy confidence, the real, even when I'm alone with myself at home and I'm making a plan for something, I know it's going to work kind of confidence. And if it doesn't work, I know I'm going to be okay. I know I'm going to learn. And I know I'm going to go back at it kind of confidence. And that's what I want for you. Because that's what everything responds to. Relationships respond to your relationship with you. Money responds to your relationship with you. Business responds to your relationship with you. Friendship with other people responds to your relationship with you.

So let's make this year your best relationship with you year you have ever had. And not like, oh, I healed my relationship with myself in 2025 and now I'm done. Like, I entered the greatest love affair of my life with myself in 2025. And now that I get how this is going to be, I'm just going to love me more for the rest of my freaking life. And I'm excited to do this process for myself every year because this love story is worth investing in. Sit with yourself by candlelight and write love letters about your life. Let go of what doesn't serve you. Make peace and get excited about another year of your life that you get to live here on this planet. It's a blank slate, but lucky enough to have lessons and memories to kick you off. And that, that's quite extraordinary because that's where the wisdom comes from.

If you do this for yourself, what's going to happen is that you will really open 2025 in a different energy because you will only have possibility in front of you. You'll be able to work on this 111 list right when you burn things, and then you'll be able to build it through the beginning of the year and really start to think. You can go on Pinterest and be like, live list things to do, bucket list things to do. What are some really incredible romantic things to do? What are some beautiful? You get all kinds of inspiration. You'll get inspired from each other in the group as you share your things. But I think the best part is how great this year is going to get to be with this level of intentionality.

So what I would love for you to do in this moment is just take a deep breath. Settle into your body. And I want you to just imagine a very big clock. This clock doesn't have an end date that we know of. It just goes every day. It goes around and around and around and around and around and around. And it goes around and around every day for a week, for a month, for a year, and then forever. I want you to see if you can experience in this moment a feeling when the, when the needle of is moving through the clock, that it's not just time passing, that it represents your life lived. With every tick, tick, tick of the clock, that every second that you're aware is a second you could remember. That every minute you invest in a memory is a memory that gives you your life twice. Once when you live it, once when you remember it. I want you to imagine this clock. And I want you to see how much time there still is now between right now and the end of this year because we still have days to go. See how many seconds, how many minutes, how many hours there are between now and that final moment of 2024 when we move into 2025. How many hours of opportunity you still have on that clock.

I love making memories between Christmas and the New Year because they feel like stolen time. I want you to feel that. Let a feeling of adventure take over. Feel the space and time these next couple of days have. I want you to see if inside of you you can find a desire to plant a memory in stolen time. Feel the meaning of your life, the opportunity to make one more memory in 2024. How is it that this has so much meaning right now? This is always accessible. So the smile on your face and love in your heart and gratitude in your spirit. I want you to decide that you'll make one more memory before the clock strikes 12 and 2025 appears. Something that you will not forget. Something on stolen time. I would love for you to share with me in the comment section what are some of the ideas that came to your mind in this moment? What are some of the things you thought I could do? Let's see if we can get.

Inspired, what are some things you thought about in stolen time? Let's see. It's my birthday on Tuesday. How perfect. Speaking with my husband about his poetry. I love that. The 111 list feels like 111 memories planted. I love that. Horseback riding. I want to go for a trip in the forest with my husband. I love being there and I haven't been this month. I'm going to write my forgiveness letters and burn them. Magic. A magical branded session in the in Scotland. The desert. The road. The mountain. Oh my gosh, ice skating with my daughters. An annual date on 12/31 with my husband at our favorite winery spot, including all the energetic projections. I love it. Laughter with my daughters. To make love to my partner all day before she leaves to England. And celebrate New Year's with a pre-party at home, as we won't be able to spend it physically together. I love that. Slow dancing in front of the fireplace. A hot cocoa with my close girlfriend who lost her father. I want to build a very special memory with her, talking, reminiscing, sharing. Tonight, book a hotel room instead of staying with my family for a romantic night away. Hugging a tree. Applying for a master's degree. Christmas lights in London and a surprise gift from Hamley for my son. I'm meeting two friends today that haven't I haven't seen in a while, and I can't wait to show them the city. A juicy relationship with myself. Taking myself on a date again to keep me in in my in my marriage and remember who I am separate from my mom and wife identity. I rented a mansion in the woods for my birthday. Snowstorm, board games, cozy fire, friends, kids. It's going to be magic. Make the kind of ritual with the kids to make their Liv list and remember the past year and all the things we did. Reunite with the five sisters and one brother of my mom. I've been feeling resistant to do this, but I want to meet with them this year. After this, I'm going to go for a walk with a new friend. Finance meeting with my husband. Horseback riding. A journey to the spa. A a journey to a spa hotel north of London where they offer a huge fire, hot chocolate, and chestnuts. Joining a group of people I mostly don't know to celebrate New Year's in the Swiss mountains. A room got freed up unexpectedly. Downhill skiing with my family. Decorating for spring. Renting a cabin by the lake. Viewing the snow with my husband and three kiddos. Having had a starter 12/4 on the beach, ending 24 by the snow. I love that. I could channel for Mary Magdalene's Church in St. Bone. A party in the name of peace, love, and joy. A ceremony. I'm doing a meditation on the 31st. A bubble bath. Writing my 111 list. Taking my oldest daughter to Europe for the first time to see Billie Eilish in London. A puzzle by the fire. Claiming my domain for my new business. Burn the new Tom Ford candle, Lost Cherry. Oh, that smells delicious. Going to the ocean with my two kids, as we just drove 25 hours to get to Iowa, to from Iowa to Florida. A bubble bath with candles. Contemplating my own love story. Taking a loan from my taking a loan for my new camera. Savoring every minute spent with my husband. Having online chats with friends while I'm sick. Taking a bath, then writing my forgiveness letters. Taking my son, who's playing basketball for the first time, to see the Harlem Globe Trotters. My ears are so happy to hear you saying, "What will will do this year?" Drinking my first God's Own morning coffee or beverage in the living room of my future new house. Woo! Oh my gosh, this for me, this is being open to receive because I'm moving from control into surrender and being taken care of. So I feel excited to see what will happen. And finalizing my first Master Class course. Attending a black tie event for New Year's with my husband. I've always wanted to, but never have. Seeing my kids ski again after we've lived in Hawaii for the last four years. I love all of these memories. Wearing lingerie under my work clothes as my sexy secret. I love that one. Getting a hotel with my daughter on the 31st and getting room service that she loves. Like, can you see some of these are so simple and so freaking good? Like, I want to check into a hotel with my daughter and we're in to order room service. But you can do that totally not in the God zone, or you can do that in the connected to Spirit and Creator zone and have a memory like a scene from a movie, you know? I'm excited to plan the New Year's Eve party. We've got the aesthetic all down packed. Now I've got to decorate my glasses and get things ready for the New Year's Eve party because I'm really celebrating 2024. 2024 was incredible for me. Floating in the ocean as the full moon bathes me. I have a question, Melanie. Since mid Manifesto, is it possible that I don't have anything to forgive? I don't feel I have. Yeah, of course, it is. You know, this process is something that you take your. Then what I would do is I would have a gratitude ceremony for a pure heart. If there's nothing left, I would thank Mother Nature, God, the universe for a pure heart and the ability to release all that hasn't served me and that I haven't held on to anything. And I'm so grateful. I would do a gratitude ceremony that there's nothing left. Gosh, what an incredible thing. It is very possible. And you know, if something happened next year or the year after, then it would be part of the process for you then. But if there's nothing this year, that's absolutely fantastic. So as simple as the thing is, even if it is planning the New Year's Eve celebration, even if it's the last thing you do minutes before the new year, see if you can have a moment in your heart where you're like, that and that was that was my last intentional my memory and that's a wrap. Like, really feel it, really experience it for you. This in the end, your memories are the gifts you give yourself. And when you make memories for other people, it's the gifts you give other people. But how you live your life and how you remember it, that's the greatest gift you give yourself. And so I hope that you spend the rest of this year overflowing with gifts to yourself in the simple, in the simple things, and your morning coffee, and the way that you do your your forgiveness list, and the way that you build your 111 list in the New Year's energy, the night before New Year's Eve, that and everything that you do. I wish you the most beautiful dwindling of 2024 into this next new year. So I I do wanted to say, if some of you have been feeling like I have loved this and I want the next bit, like I don't want this to be the end. I want to do I want to do the beginning. Like how do we, how what's next? What's in the what's in the next bit? Like the Resolution Revolution program is so exciting and so magnificent. And that program is honestly, I think one of the greatest opportunities with me in Alpha FM because when you join Resolution Revolution, it costs 2,222 to join, but you have the whole amount to reinvest in something. So I'll talk about other programs. You'll get to hear me talk about Fem Fatal, you'll get talk to talk to hear me talk about new sales programs and social media programs and all kinds of incredible things. But if you purchase this, it's like cash in the bank for you to be able to learn other things. And it's one of my favorite transmissions of the year, right at the beginning. So right now, you're in the zone with the end, and I'd love to help you get in the zone from the be from the beginning. And it is going to be different course than it ever has been. There's new material that has never been done before. So if you are thinking you'd like to join Resolution Revolution, it's 2,222, but you get to invest that whole amount into something else. So if that feels like a good move for you, then you'll find out what do I want to do? What programs do I want to do with Melanie? You get to do that. You have cash in the bank, Alpha bank. Now, the other thing that you can do that's also a really cool thing is that we have the God Zone program that was split into two parts. And God's Own is half like in in 2024, and the other half happens live in 2025. And it's a masterpiece. And I I know that for some people, like the words God zone is like, what is this going to be about? But the God zone is the creator zone. It's the zone of universal law. It's really understanding your your most powerful connected life and how to manifest, but in such a different way, not in an external way, in an internal way. It's a masterpiece. The feedback has been crazy. And we're doing the next part live starting January 6th. Right now, you can jump into the God Zone. And when you do that, Resolution Revolution is only 1,111 for people who are in the God Zone. So that could be a really cool thing to do is to join God Zone, come be in the fun of that, and then if you feel like you want to do Resolution Revolution and join us for that, then it costs you half the price. So that could be a really cool thing to do. Also, if you're looking for next steps with me, how you end a year, how you start a year, this is this is what life's all about. It's like, what's my next move? You make a move, you make it with all your heart, and then you say, what's my next move? And so these are some really solid moves. If you're in the mood for a year that just starts differently, that's just so intentional and purposeful and full of direction, that's what 2025 is kicking off for me. And I'd love to invite you into that and get to support you and building your absolute most magical life for 2025. So that's my invitation to you. Best life hack, join God Zone, come for the second half, and then get the 50% off Resolution Revolution and come play. Or just jump into Resolution Revolution that starts mid-January, and you'll have the full amount to reinvest in another program, which is just so fantastic. Um, now the other thing I want to talk to you guys about, and this is quite important, there are some of you that are really on a very big growth journey right now, that are really feeling like 20, you've got it in you to make really big successful moves, really big, big, big, big moves. And I can feel that 2025 is about to be out of this world for a lot of people. The energy is different. I don't know if you guys can feel this, but like the buzzing energy at the end of 2024, I haven't felt this kind of good feeling for a new year in a few years. Like this feels different. It feels special, and it feels alive. And I've usually felt it when a year was going to be spectacular. And I can feel it this year is going to be an absolute masterpiece. And so I have this experience that I offer called the Alpha Fem Experience. And it's a year with me where you get to really focus on everything that matters the most to you. All of my programs are included in it. And so if you want to focus this year on your business, on your selling, on social media, if you want to really become the greatest coach, mentor that you've ever wanted to be, if you want to work on your leadership skills and your communication, like you get everything when you join the Alpha Fem Experience. And the price is going up in January. So this is a really beautiful opportunity to jump in. It's 14,444 if you pay in full, or you can make monthly installments of 1,444. And it's just 12 months of abundance and the most incredible mentorship. And we get two calls a month in that group where I do group coaching and hot seat. And and it's an incredible journey. So if that feels like you're in for a year of magic, like there's no greater time to jump into AF than now. It's so good, it's so amazing. And I would love to welcome you into that program. Um, there's other another level that's created. And this one is about to have an entire rebrand and an entire revamp. And this is the time if you've if you're in this space to jump in. It's called AF Next. Right now, that's about to get a whole rebrand and change. AF Next is basically like a mastermind. So how it works is you get all the programs of the Alpha Fem Experience, but then I am there three, four days a week, two, three, four days a week depending on the week, where we are doing on top of the programs, I'm open and I'm coaching. And so you come into those calls and we'd have discussions. And the coaching is incredible. Everyone that's there is asking the most amazing questions. And I'm live coaching on all the calls. It's a really great opportunity for me to know you more and to help you and to personalize and customize coaching and mentorship for you. And it's it's a it's a really powerful experience where you get to know all the other participants so much more. But the amount that I coach in there is out of this world. It's it's basically a mastermind experience with me and some of the most extraordinary people on in the world. And so what I love about AF Next, if people meet all over the world, the network that gets created in there is crazy. But I this is my most close-knit. Like I I share a lot of behind the scenes of my life. I that this is the place where I'm the most like it's not the structure of a program, it's we're talking and I'm Co live coaching and I'm talking to the people that are there. So a lot of opportunity to be close to me. And that's going to be going up in price. Right now, it's 20,000 for the year. It's going to be going up to 25,000 in 2025. So there's this really amazing window of time if you feel like you want to apply for that. That one's an application. So you could ask the Alpha Fem team for an application and see if 2025 is your year to come in in closer proximity with me and really do this thing together. So can reach out to the Alpha Fem team for that. The last thing I want to talk to you about, and this is I time sensitive, so I really wanted to make sure I talked about it today, is if you are in Human Design, if you understand Human Design a little bit, and you have a five line in your Human Design, Amy and I are doing a five line Mastermind that's going to be out of this freaking world for me. There is nothing that liberated me more in my leadership than the knowing I was a five line. There were so many question marks of like, what is going on? Why is this happening to me? And as soon as I understood the five line and started studying it, my leadership entirely changed. And I started owning the projections and turned them into massive profit. Right now, it's 5,555 for the Mastermind. It's a five-week Mastermind starting in January. In two days, the price is going to go up. So if you've been thinking, I'd love to do a Mastermind, I never do Masterminds at this price anymore. It just doesn't exist. But I just I just I just think there's something so spectacular about learning this part about yourself. And so we've decided to make it really accessible. There is a limit on the amount of people, so there's spots left. And the price goes up in two days. If you would like an if you would like to, um, the link to join that, just message the Alpha FM team and see if this is for you. Five line, you don't even know what's possible for you until you've done this work. It's insane. When I owned the projections of the five line, I quantum leaped my money, my power, my leadership, the magnetism that comes with a five line unleashed is like nothing else on this planet. So for those of you are already in five line, I cannot wait to spend time with you in this Mastermind. If it feels like this might be the thing for you, and you're like, oh my gosh, you know, if it caused you any kind of pain last year, let's make it cause you pleasure in 2025. So these are all the things that are available to move forward from from this place. I want to thank you so much for taking the time to be in this beautiful conversation with me. And I my wish for you is that you take the next few days between now and the new year and don't just don't just watch them disappear, live them. You'll be so surprised what you can do in just a few days, how many memories you can make at the finish line. And there's always time for another memory with your kids, with your partner, with yourself, in your business, the thing you've been holding on to, do it. Do it. One of the reasons I I don't like resolutions and I was actually talking to one of my clients about this yesterday is because a lot of times people say, okay, next year I'm going to do this. When you know very well, if you really care about it, you wouldn't wait till the clock strikes 12, you'd stop or start whatever it is you want to do now. This is a great opportunity to say, I'm not going to wait till 2025 to start making memories. I have a few days, it's stolen time, and I'm doing it and I'm living it. And they get to be a part of your memories already before you even start the next year. You'll start on a masterpiece because the best time to do something extraordinary is on the back end of a masterpiece. So flood this group with all the magic that you created. I want to see your moments. I I want to see how you take intentional time with yourself. I'll share my moments. Thank you so much for this time for the stolen time between Christmas and New Year. This group is open until the 1st of December next year because then we're making adjustments. We've got a website coming, there's all kinds of cool things happening in 2025, and then things will be hosted on a on an external platform. So much is coming in the Alpha F brand. I'm so excited and I'm grateful that you were here to celebrate this time time with me. I have had an incredible 2024 and I want to thank you for being a part of it. It wouldn't have been the same without you. I I'm so grateful for this work. I'm so grateful for what we do. I'm so honored to be a woman in the world with you. Thank you for being here. Have the most extraordinary bridge between here and 2025, and I shall see you in 2025.
