In order to understand both the suffering on Earth and the path to its healing, it helps to see the full spectrum of human consciousness. From our higher vantage point, we observe that you navigate through three primary spheres of awareness in your earthly life. The first is the material realm, the world of form and matter that you perceive with your physical senses. The second is the mental realm, the domain of thoughts, beliefs, and the powerful currents of human will and intention. The third is the spiritual realm, the realm of pure being and divine light, which is the true home of your soul.
Throughout your day, your attention moves among these three layers of experience. You tend to the needs of the body and the material world, seeking food, shelter, and physical well-being. You engage the mind, thinking and learning as you choose what to believe and how to respond. And whether consciously or not, you also touch the spiritual dimension through moments of intuition, prayer, love, or awe. When you feel connected to something greater, each sphere has its purpose. Yet only the spiritual realm offers liberation beyond the play of opposites.
The material and mental realms are realms of duality: light and dark, gain and loss, mine and yours. Within them, you often feel you must struggle or choose sides. But in the spiritual sphere, there is unity and oneness. It transcends polarity and dissolves the illusion of separation. As you grow on the ascension path, you learn to center yourself more and more in this highest realm. The material world is the realm of form and physical objects, where life seems bound by tangible matter. In this plane, much emphasis is placed on power, possessions, and survival. Many of you have felt the pull of this material veil. It can be alluring with its promises of security, control, and comfort. However, when consciousness is confined to this level alone, one's vision narrows and the greater reality is forgotten. Those who seek to keep humanity suffering exploit the material veil. The Cabal's secret weapon is to keep souls preoccupied with survival fears and an endless chase for more.
