Don't solve every problem at once.

Most businesses die of indigestion because they try to solve so many problems at the same time and they end up breaking the entire system.

Your guys problem at $11,000 at a $2,000 I think you said CAC at a $11,000 cash collected $15,000 revenue over 6 months with a done with you offer, your problem is not pricing or the continuity or ascension or anything like that.

If we make all these changes over here and then you guys start changing it to a done for you and you start adding in continuity in the back and then when you sell them like you know with all the respect even when you were trying to explain that, you were kind of make tripping over the words a little bit it wasn't smooth and I know you're figuring it out right now. But like it now the process that you just simplified everything over here to now confuse the pricing structure in the sales process.

If I was you, genuinely, I would not really worry I know everybody is talking about recurring revenue and I get it trust me. You can do that. Don't worry. But my main goal would be like okay, how do we get the front end absolutely nailed down where you can crank up the ad spend, no issues scaling it, sales cycle short, cash collections high, etc. etc. And then you can start thinking about okay, how can we adjust this a little bit to create reoccurring revenue or recurring revenue. We can do a done for you side of things. But if you try to do that while you're trying to solve this constraint at the same time, I think you could do everything right that we said in this call and it could still not work because you're trying to fix a problem that doesn't currently exist.
