Good to go. Bosch. Mega Bosch. All right, ladies and gentlemen, let me know if you can hear me, if you can see me, if I'm looking crispy. This way. Center. Let me know if I'm looking crispy. Let me know if I'm looking smooth. If the frame rate is looking great. Um. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Amazing. Go. Okay. There you go. Let's go. Perfect. Perfect quality. 10/10. All right. Love it. Amazing. Very smooth.

All right. Well, legends, welcome back. Uh, today is uh day two of the VIP workshop. We have an incredible, incredible presentation that prepared in front of us here today. It's going to go over everything uh in depth, step by step. You guys had some of these comments are funny. Crispy and crunchy. Um, amazing smooth operator uh legend uh different watch. Yes, indeed. Uh, sharp and smooth. Lovely.

Yeah, guys, today we have an incredible presentation. I wasn't actually planning on giving you guys these uh mural boards, but you guys seem to love it. So um, we'll provide you with these mirror boards uh after the presentation as well. So if there's anything um that potentially you feel like we went over too quickly or whatever it may be or once again, I'll read the energy of the room. So uh if there's anything I think that we can gloss over in that case um, don't worry, you will get the miro right after.

So with that being said, let's get into it. By the way, guys, about 45 minutes ago, I had a lovely conversation with yesterday's FaceTime winner. Apologies, I wasn't able to do it last night. There was a lot uh going on. Uh, but we made it happen today. So, I'm very happy to announce the MacBook as well as the uh FaceTime giveaway winner at the end of today's session.

So, with that being said, let's get into today's agenda. All right. We're going to talk about your ICP pre-qualification prospecting system, and then we're going to get into Q&A's and challenges. What is an ICP? Well, an ICP stands for ideal creator profile. It is the exact type of creator that you are targeting. Not just someone with followers, but specific criteria to define who is worth your time. Legends, tell me, does it make sense for us to go for creators with at this stage of the journey, by the way, creators with 3 million followers. Does that make sense? You know, when we're just starting out in this endeavor, not really. No, legends.

Does it make sense for us to uh take a creator that has 63,000 followers, so they fit within the range, but they're a model, okay? Whether that's a male model, a female model, whatever, they have garnered that audience and they've garnered that attention because of their looks. Okay? Is that really a monetizable audience? No, not really. Okay? So, with that being said, your ICP is really a filter. It tells you who to reach out to and who to skip immediately. It consists of two parts.

First things first, as I said, is creator size. Not every creator is at the right stage to work with you. Some are actually too small, some are too big. You need creators at the exact stage where what you offer solves a real problem that they are facing. You need to understand that there's certain creators that you will go to, okay, where you know they're going to be a little bit more blasé because they're further along in their journey. But there's certain micro creators, and that's why we focus specifically on microcreators. When you are presenting them a real opportunity, okay? Their eyes light up when you message them, okay? Their eyes light up when you present this to them because this is, you know, they don't have these opportunities, okay? This isn't something you're not coming to them and saying, "Hey, you're already operating and you're already you're already doing a six out of 10 result. So, I'm going to come in and improve that and hey, give me money." No, no. Instead, they have a zero out of 10 result at the moment because they don't have anything. So, even if you get them a three or a four out of 10 result, and by the way, once again, if you use the specialized AI tools and you get it done for you, you're going to get a 10 out of 10 result. 10, you know, literally 10 out of 10 times out of the box.

But moving on, uh, when it comes to creator criteria, even if a creator is the right size, they need to pass three specific filters: transformation, alignment, and engagement. Creators that match these criteria have the most qualified audience. When a creator fits both your ICP, they are worth pursuing. So, let's break down each part.

Okay, there are three types of creators. There's nano creators. These are people with under 10,000 followers. They're passionate about their topic. They're posting consistently. Their audience might even be engaged. But unfortunately, the unit economics simply do not work. Okay? They are too small. Even with a successful launch, you're going to generate very minimal revenue.

Then you have your micro creators. These have between 10,000 to 100,000 followers. They have built engaged audiences who trust them, but they simply haven't figured out revenue beyond brand deals and affiliate marketing. Okay? And this is why these people are perfect. Even on the smaller end at 20,000 followers, you would be shocked. You would be honestly impressed with 20,000 or 30,000 or 50,000 followers. I think we live in a we live in a generation and even myself sometimes I have to stop and like really understand what's going on because yesterday we had uh 87,000 people live. I think it was at the peak. Now, sometimes you see that and it's just a number on the screen, but when you actually think about 87,000 people live watching, that's the same as professional sports games. Like the biggest professional sports game in the world, that's a full arena of people. Okay? And sometimes, you know, we look at these numbers or we'll look at someone and we'll go, "Oh, they only have 20,000 followers. Only have 20,000 followers." Now, that's great. I'm not saying that that's uh the craziest amount of followers. So, it's an amount of followers that shouldn't scare you in any way, shape, form, or fashion. They are actually once again fundamentally microcreators, but that's 20,000 potential customers. And with the way that we base this model, we're going to assume that 99% of the audience uh are never going to buy. Okay? We're going to use the worst-case scenario numbers. And if it still makes sense in the worst-case scenario, well then, you know, we're going to set our expectations here and uh, you know, the end result is going to be here. And that's sort of the way I like to build off of business.

Next is the macro creators. Okay, these are people with over 100,000 followers. They've built massive audiences and they look like perfect partners, but as I said, when you're first starting off, a lot of times they're too far along. Okay? They're too big. A lot of times they've already figured out monetization. So, at the beginning of stage of your journey, better to stay away. Okay? Now, we once again, we have some incredible guest speakers on the main session. We had some incredible guest speakers yesterday on the main session and these are individuals that are working with some of these macro creators, but they started off with the micro creators first.

Now, why transformation matters? You need a uh part two of your ICP. The three criteria that determines whether a microcreator is actually worth partnering with is uh, you know, you need to actually filter it through these three criteria and that is first things first, transformation. Okay? This individual should have gone through a visible journey from a bad situation to a better one and their audience can see where they started. They can see the challenges they faced as well as how they progressed. Now, here's why transformation matters. When someone sees a creator who was in their exact situation and made it to the other side, they think, "If they did it, well, then maybe I can, too." And the possibility of going from where they are to where someone else has been, well, that sells.

And here's what transformation looks like, okay? A fitness creator who was overweight and documented their journey from being intimidated by the gym to getting in shape. A finance creator who went from broke to six figures, sharing failures and wins along the way. A relationship creator who overcame social anxiety, showing the journey from zero confidence to building genuine connections. Now, let's talk about what doesn't work. A fitness creator who's been athletic since high school. Okay? Someone struggling to start simply can't relate to them. Or a finance creator who inherited wealth. They have never been a uh they've never been able to choose between rent and groceries. You know, they haven't had that adversary, that financial adversity, so people can't relate to them. Or a relationship creator who's always been naturally confident and social. Someone with social anxiety can't see themselves in that person. The audience needs to believe that the creator understands their struggle because they lived it. And without that, there is no foundation for a person to buy. So ask yourself, can I clearly see their transformation? Would their audience relate to where it is that they started? When evaluating queries, you have to ask yourself these questions.

Now, let's talk about alignment. Okay? Their content needs to consistently match their transformation. The topics they teach align with the journey that they've been through. So, here's why this matters. A creator needs to create content that aligns with said transformation. Their audience needs to follow them for that specific topic, not just random entertainment or unrelated content. I could literally give you a a huge macro creator tomorrow that says yes. And I literally hand them on a silver platter to you. But, you know, if they got that audience by making jokes or skits or this or that, I don't know, maybe they can, you know, sell out 200 people at the local comedy club, but that's not going to help you monetize as a shadow operator and make money with digital products. Okay? So, I said, here's the problem. Misalignment. Content determines who follows you. If you post about random topics, you attract people with no clear intent. If you post about specific topics, you will attract people who are interested in that topic. Misaligned content builds the wrong audience. A finance creator who went from broke to six figures but only posts motivational quotes has an audience that is there for inspiration, not financial education. Okay? And you need to understand it's very hard to pivot an entertainment audience. If someone built 40,000 followers posting memes and lifestyle content, launching a serious educational product will flop. Okay. Alignment ensures the audience is already interested in that transformation. They are consuming that content for free. Right now, when you offer a structured product, they are ready to buy.

Now, let's talk about engagement. Okay? A creator can have a transformation and align content, but if their audience isn't actively engaged, the partnership simply won't work. Engagement shows the audience cares, they pay attention, and they are willing to take action. Without it, even the best product flops. So, what you're going to do is you're going to look at their comment section or the Q&A story replies to see what the engagement actually looks like. Good engagement. You want to see people asking for help, questions about how to implement advice, sharing their own struggles and experience, seeking deeper guidance on the topics that the creator teaches. Okay? You don't want to see generic comments, you know, emoji-only comments, all that sort of stuff. Okay? Consistency is closely related to engagement. Creators posting regularly with consistent engagement show their audience actually shows up. If they post sporadically and engagement is inconsistent, well then the connection is weak. Okay? And you need all of that momentum to launch.

So, let's take it from theory to practice. Now that you know your ICP and by the way, after explaining all that, do you understand like why we sort of ask ourselves these three things and why we pass uh these creators through these three criteria: transformation, alignment, and engagement? Do you guys understand now why we actually have these filters? Yes. Yes. SSS. Lovely.

All right. So, let's take it from theory to practice. Now that you know your ICP, who is worth your time? Okay. Now, let's actually take it uh and apply it. Okay. So, you are going to need a systematic process that lets you find 5, 10, or even 200 qualified creators without wasting time on the wrong people. And that's exactly what we're going to cover right now. The exact step-by-step process for finding creators, checking if they are worth pursuing, and tracking them properly.

So, let's talk about choosing your starting point. Before you start searching, you need one creator to begin with. This first creator becomes your entry point to find dozens more. You are looking for a starting point that fits your ICP, not a perfect partner. So, first things first, Instagram. Okay? You're going to open up. You're going to type insert whatever niche tips or hashtag niche into the search bar. From there, you're going to scroll through the accounts that come up and you're going to look for a follower count on each profile. You want something between 10 and 150,000 followers. Step three, you're going to click into a profile, scroll through their recent posts, count the last 10 posts. As I said, you want something uh you want a creator between 10 to 150K. Then you want to look at the content and you want to ask yourself how many are teaching something specific. Okay? From their actual posts, how many are just random lifestyle updates or motivational quotes? You want at least seven out of the 10 of their last posts to be educational. Step number four, tap into a post. Read the comments, not the like count, the actual comments. Are people asking, "How do I do this?" or "What if my situation is X?" Or are they just saying, "Oh, love this" or a fire emoji or whatever? Step number five, check their posting frequency. Tap back to their profile grid and look back at the dates on recent posts. Have they posted three to four times a week consistently? Or did they post nothing five times in one week or sorry, they posted something five times in one week and then they went ghost for three weeks. You are looking for these three criteria that we spoke about earlier: transformation, alignment, and engagement.

And once you found that first creator, here's how you actually multiply it to 50, 100, even 200 prospects. You're going to use Instagram suggestions. Okay? This is called the Instagram suggestion method and it's the most powerful way to find creators because it's essentially unlimited. Every creator you find becomes a new starting point to find more. Here is how the method works. Okay? First, you're going to go to the ICP, the first profile, you know, the uh basically the nucleus of what you found. Then you're going to look for the down arrow or the plus sign next to the follow button. Okay? As you can see right there, I've uh highlighted it. Okay? And then once you uh f uh once you follow, it's actually going to uh uh and you tap that, it's going to open up a menu and it's going to give you suggested accounts. So, Instagram will actually give you a list of suggested other creators. And Instagram's algorithm is very, very smart. Okay? So, it's going to give you all these options. You're going to scroll through that list and look at the follower count. Once again, remember your ICP. Click into any profile that looks promising. Check their content. Check their engagement. If they look good uh good, they're going to be added to your list of prospects. As I said, then you're going to check their suggested account and you're basically just going to keep doing this again and again and again. And each lead basically and each a prospect opens up more prospects that are available to you.

Now, practical tip for managing this. When you're doing this on your phone and you find creators you want to evaluate more carefully, share their profile to yourself via Instagram DM. Okay? So, all you're going to do is just tap the three dots on their profile, select share, and send it to yourself in a DM. Then when you're on your laptop later opening your Instagram DMs, you're going to have all the profiles you have flagged and just sitting there waiting for you. This is much faster than trying to remember usernames or writing it down somewhere.

Okay, but before you do anything with these profiles, you need to verify that they are actually worth your time. So, check the numbers, okay? Just because a creator shows up in a suggested account and has the right follower count doesn't mean that they automatically qualify. You need to check specific metrics to confirm their audience is real and engaged. So, this check takes about 2 to 3 minutes per creator, but it is most certainly worth it. So, you're going to go to SocialBlade. It's a free website. You're going to type in the creator's Instagram handle. SocialBlade will then show you their engagement rate as a percentage. You're looking for at least a 1% engagement rate. If their engagement rate is below 1%, something is wrong. Either they bought their followers or their audience is dead.

Then, you're going to go to their Instagram profile. You're going to click into the Reels tab. Then, you're going to look at their view counts on their recent Reels. Look at the last five to 10. As I said, you're looking for at least 10,000 views per on average uh uh per Reel. And this matters because launches require the audience to actually see and engage with the content. If they're not watching the Reels right now, they will not watch uh once uh the launch cont uh sorry, the launch sequence goes out. Step number five, go to their Instagram profile grid. Look at the dates. Okay? Once again, are they posting consistently? That's very important. Then you're going to go back to SocialBlade. Look at the channel metrics. Have they posted less than 10 times in the last 30 days? Well, then in that case, it is inconsistent. Remember, we need to run these checks for every single creator you find, not just the ones that look promising. Every single one. That is the cost of building a qualified list instead of a random list. Okay? If they fail one of these checks but pass the other two strongly, well then use your judgment. Okay? Don't message track. I know you found someone who fits your ICP. They pass all the checks. You're excited. You want to reach out. Please do not. Okay? Outreach is a separate process. It requires a different mindset, different preparation, and systematic approach. Right now, you are in prospecting mode. Prospecting mode is different to outreach mode. Yeah, outreach mode. Okay. Your goal here is really to find as many qualified creators as possible. You are building volume. Okay? Look, if you stop every time you find a good creator, if you stop your flow, okay, you're in this flow, you're in the zone, you're prospecting, you're getting this lead list. If you stop every single time to then start out reaching, you're task switching. Okay? And when you task squ uh switch, I don't know why I found that so difficult to say. When you task switch, uh you're slowing your process down. Okay? So, stay in your lane. If you're prospecting, you're prospecting. If you're doing outreach, you're doing outreach. So, you spend an hour finding one creator. Okay? Then you're going to spend 30 minutes drafting a message. And then you're mentally exhausted and you stop searching. Okay? That's not the way to go about it. Instead, you just want to focus on one thing at a time. Right now, just focus 100% on finding creators. Build your list. Get to 50, 100, or even 150 qualified prospects.

But from there, you need to start tracking them properly. Okay. Number two. Okay. Uh uh uh step number two, I should say, uh that we told you about in order to DM creators. That is all good. All fine and well, but the most important thing is you want to keep this entire process uh smooth and and seamless, basically. Okay. So, you've gone ahead and you've DM'd yourself these creator profiles. Now, you're scrolling through your DMs trying to remember who was what. Okay? That's inefficient. Having all of these people in your head is not the right way to go about things. So that is why you want a prospecting tracker. Now, you might be wondering, how do I actually create this or how do I go about this? Well, do not worry. We are going to give this to you right after. So, as you can see right there, we've created the prospecting tracker and you guys will get this presentation. Have a sip of my tea. So on the prospecting tracker, you're going to have their Instagram handle, their follower count, their engagement rate, their average uh Reel views, notes about the content, and the status.

Now, why does tracking matter so much? When you start reaching out, you're going to open up the tracker and see everyone that you found. Okay? You're going to know exactly who to contact first based on your notes and their metrics. When someone responds, you update their stats. Now you can see at a glance who you're in conversation with, who hasn't responded, and who needs a follow-up. The tracker has space for follow-ups, response tracking, next steps, basically everything you need. Okay? So, we're not going to dive into that right now. That is in tomorrow's session. For today, just know the tracker exists and you should be adding every qualified creator to it.

Now, let's talk about why volume matters. You found 10 good creators and you're thinking, well, why can't I just message these 10 and see what happens? Because volume is how you win. So, here is what happens at every stage. Not everyone responds. You message 50 creators, maybe 15, 20 respond. The rest ignore you, miss the message, or aren't checking their DMs. Not everyone who responds is interested. Out of those 15 to 20 who respond, maybe 8 to 10 are actually interested in hearing more. The others are not ready for whatever reason at this stage. Okay? Not everyone who's interested follows through. Of the 8 to 10 who are interested, maybe three to five actually commit to moving forward. The others get busy, change their mind, or for whatever reason don't move forward with it. Okay? That's the reality of outreach. You start with 50 and then you end up with three to five real partnerships. Okay? 50 to 100 qualified prospects that gives you enough volume and enough runway and enough scope that even with natural drop-off at every stage, you still end up with multiple partnerships to pursue.

So, you now have everything you need to actually find qualified creators. You know how to find them. The Instagram suggestions method, starting with one creator and then using that to snowball into many, many more creators from there. You know how to verify them, okay? Basically, make sure that they're actually creators worth reaching out to. And that's checking engagement rate, Reel views, and posting consistency. You know how to track them, okay? And that means having everything uh all on one page on the tracker that we're going to send you right after this. Uh, or I think we'll we'll send it in a few hours. Uh, we'll give you the uh later on in the night, we'll give you the Miro and then on the Miro board, we'll have the link for the tracker as well and uh that'll have uh everything that you need, okay? The engagement rate, the Reel views, posting consistency, all that stuff.

Now, tomorrow we're actually going to cover how to actually reach out to these creators, what to say, when to say it, how to manage conversations, and how to turn interest into actual partnerships. An important reminder, as I mentioned at the start of the VIP sessions, these VIP sessions are additional sessions where we cover advanced strategies to accelerate your success. But it is very, very important that you attend the main session right after this because none of this makes sense unless you attend the main session. These are complimentary to the main session. They don't substitute the main session. Okay. What we've covered today has become more useful to you or will become more useful to you when you actually join uh the main session.

Now, here is how Q&A is going to work today and for the remainder of the week. Q&A will take place right after the main session. Because you are a VIP, you get priority access to your questions being answered. I'm sure you guys saw yesterday we had the iPad to the side and we were basically mainly just uh going over your guys' VIP questions. So, step number one is submit your question through the Q&A form. Uh, team should drop it uh any moment now. Step number two, our team will review all submitted questions during the main session. Step number three, at the end of the session, I will answer the best questions live. And then step number four, VIPs get priority. As said, your questions will get answered first. Very important. Do not wait until the end of the main session to submit your session. Do it now or uh just before the main session so that way you have time to review it. So, there we go. I think the team has just dropped the link there. Beautiful. Beautiful. So, yeah, open it up and um, submit your questions during the main sessions. Uh, uh, we'll close it off. So, uh, anytime in the next uh, 35ish minutes, feel free to submit your questions there.

So, let's talk about your session two challenge. Okay? Completing this challenge actually enters you in for tomorrow's MacBook giveaway. And more importantly, it ensures you actually apply what we've covered today instead of just passively watching. So, here is what you need to do. Step number one, grab your exclusive prospecting tracker from today's VIP session. And once again, as I said, we're going to send this uh in a few hours from now. Step number two, fill in at least three of the ICPs that you found during yesterday's challenge. Uh, step number three, take a screenshot of your filled-in prospecting tracker and post in the VIP channel. Now, in order for you to qualify, there are two things that you need to remember. Post your completed challenge in the VIP channel on WP before tomorrow's submission. And as I said, just make sure it's done before tomorrow in order to be eligible for the giveaway.

Now, we're going to get into some fun stuff. Um, we are going to announce the winner on uh uh yeah, sorry. Now, we're going to announce today's winner, I should say. Uh, first things first is the winner for the FaceTime session. And then next, uh, we have the winner for the MacBook. So, for the FaceTime, big congratulations to Arius Ibrahim from Sweden. I hope I've pronounced your name right. Um, so big congratulations to you. I will give you a call later today or tomorrow depending on times. Uh, by the way, guys, do not worry. Today's session is a lot shorter and a lot punchier. Uh, so today's session should go on for anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hoursish. The main, the main session will be about 90 minutes and then we'll get into Q&A as always from there. So, yeah, a lot shorter than yesterday's sessions. And obviously today, smooth, crispy audio and video as well.

Uh, now when it comes to the MacBook giveaway winner, uh, we have Jason here. So, he's going to join me as we pull out my phone and call the MacBook giveaway winner. >> Heck yeah. All right. All right. >> What's up, VIPs? How's it going? You going to call me Daddy Jason again today? Everybody, they're calling me daddy yesterday. I'm not sure what that means, but uh >> is that a good thing or a bad thing? >> I I took it as a compliment. I always Now it's Papa Jason. >> Yeah, I think Papa Jason sounds better. >> Papa Jason sounds better. >> Let's go for Papa Jason. >> Yeah, my wife calls me daddy. So, all right. Well, in terms of the MacBook giveaway winner, the password is uh uh password is ICP. So, let's go ahead and pull up the winner >> uh giveaway chat. Giveaway winner announcement. VIP winner day two official MacBook winner is Seth Huben from Belgium. >> Nice. >> Okay, Mr. Seth from Belgium. Let's hope Seth picks up. Let's hope Seth knows the password. >> Hello. >> Hello. Hello. Good, sir. >> Hello. How are you? >> I'm good. How you doing? >> I'm very good. I'm happy that I won. Thank you very much. >> Haven't won yet. >> Hey. Yeah. Yeah. You haven't won yet. You got to tell us the password. >> Yeah, I know. Uh, the password is ICP. >> Okay, good. Good, man. Congratulations. >> Thank you very much, man. I really want to thank you for everything you do for us. Thank you very much. No, no. My pleasure. My pleasure. Lots of love. >> Cheers, bro. >> Cheers. Have a very great day. Thank you. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> Heck yeah. What a legend. >> Congrats, love it.

All right. Well, with that being said, uh, >> we got some time to jam on some questions. >> Yes, sir. I think is the presentation all done? There we go. Yeah. So, I think we can get into some VIP questions. All right. Well, uh Jason and I have about 30 minutes. So, if you want to ask us anything about um monetize, if you want to ask us anything about uh shadow operating, if you want to ask us anything about >> anything. Uh, yeah, >> go ahead. >> Yeah, they're asking a lot about the mural boards earlier. I was watching the chat when you were doing the presentation. Yeah, access to the the mural boards granted. Is that is that a confirmation? >> Perfect confirmation. And you guys will get the mirror board, so don't worry. >> Awesome. Yeah, >> I think let me just uh check in with our COO. I believe we sent yesterday's one already. Uh, but yeah, you can answer some questions. I'm just going to ask them. >> Nice. Awesome. Cool. All right. Whoa, look at all the questions. What's the difference between the second step and the third step? You're asking me to recall the steps exactly as they are without a slide deck in front of me. Uh, basically uh ask specifically what step that you would like the most help with and then we can provide advice from that. Um, oh my god, look at all the questions come in.

>> Find creators from scratch. Okay. Could you give us some tips from find creators from scratch? >> By the way, guys, when I say ICP >> Oh, perfect. Thanks. >> Yeah, we got the live questions. ICP is not the uh password for the workbook. So when I when I say the password, I'm referring to the giveaway password winner. So um, yeah, guys, if you for the workbooks, that's not going to work. So I I will let you guys know the password for the workbook in the main session once again, just like yesterday. So um, yeah, ICP is not the password. ICP is the password for the giveaway winner. So when I all the time all the time in the VIP sessions when I say password, I'm referring to the password that the uh giveaway winner is meant to tell me. So >> yeah. >> Yeah. Dor, we we'll tell you in the main session. >> Nice. Um, so finding creators from scratch. So, we talked about this in the presentation, I believe yesterday. There was so much there. Um, and we cover this again, I believe in tomorrow's session, although don't quote me on it at this point, but it's really simple on Instagram. You search for whatever niche you're interested in plus tips. That's one of the ways that you can do this. And then once you find one creator that meets the criteria that we are training on tricado operating, then there's a function inside of Instagram that will show you other creators just like them. Uh, and so that's uh how you use one to then find multiple different shadow operators to work with uh possible shadow operators to contact. Uh, it's easier to do it than it is to explain it. Like when Iman and I sit here and and use a thousand words to describe it, we have to because language is so imprecise based on the actual act of doing. Once you get on Instagram and you do a search, which is simpler to do than us explaining it, you're going to be like, "Oh, now I get it. Now I see why uh Iman and Jason are so excited about shadow operating for 2026 because there is an abundance. There's 41 million microcreators that fit our very narrowly defined avatar or ideal client profile. I always have to translate that Iman because when I was a kid ICP stood for insane clown posse. So it's like so I always have to translate that in my mind. Uh, we we'd call it an avatar back in the day. So, this is exactly specifically who would be perfect for you to approach and reach out to. >> Um, but play with it, have some fun with it. Uh, we're giving you the the structure and then you color within the lines and see how it plays out for you. So, you want to follow what we what we say, but you also want to do some stuff yourself that makes sense, that resonates with you as you move forward on the path. But yeah, finding creators, super, super simple, >> unbelievably simple. Um, yeah.

>> So, one that I'm seeing quite a lot is how do I actually receive the money? Well, it's very convenient that you guys are on a live presentation with the co-owner of WP. So, uh, I actually don't think I I and I realized it this morning. I I wasn't putting I didn't put in yesterday's presentation. I get it. You guys like, "Okay, cool. How do we actually get paid?" Now, back in the day, historically, the way you would get paid is okay, the creator makes money and then they have to send you money. That's not that great and it's just like a bit icky to like even have to ask for the money. It's just like I just didn't really like that. So I thought, okay, what would be the best way to make your life as easy as humanly possible as a shadow operator? And that is why I worked very hard with the team over the space of the last 6 months to push automatic routing. So when a $100 comes into the WP account, like the microcreators WP account that you're partnering with, you can instantly route $30. So, they get their $70, you get $30 minus whatever you know, your typical payment processing fees, credit card fees, stuff like that. But, you know, in terms of topline revenue, $30 gets sent to you, 70 gets sent to them or whatever. Let's say it's 75 uh 75/25 or 50/50 or whatever it may be. Uh, but that's one of the biggest biggest benefits um of this is basically yeah, you don't have to, you get your money instantly. Okay. And you never even even need to worry about it.

Yeah, that's a great question. Uh, what about creating creator with AI? Right. So, that's a whole another model. Faceless AI. I'm not sure where that's going to end up to be honest with you because you're already seeing platforms uh label AI content and algorithmically suppress it in some instances or in other instances, humans are kind of their own algorithm for this. They don't resonate necessarily with it. Um, but whether they do or don't doesn't matter. What matters is here is a person with an audience that they've cultivated through the connection that they have in the knowledge and expertise that they're sharing. There is nothing more valuable as a currency on the planet than that. When it comes to influence, so they have already built it up. They just haven't cashed in on it yet. They haven't called it. They haven't, you know, they've planted the crop and it's ready to be harvested and they're just letting all the fruit just sit there. I don't know, I'm mixing up metaphors at this point in time, but um, this is an as valuable of a resource as you could get. So, this would be like us holding a $100 bill in front of you and say, "Well, what about that $20 bill over there?" Right? Like, let's get the $100 bills. Uh, this would be like us showing you a PC and you'd be like, "What about that Casio over there?" Right? Yeah, Casio is a fine watch for its price point and for its things, but >> get the PC if it's sitting right in front of you. Uh, and for a lot of you, this is going to be the most difficult thing that you encounter. It's not how do I find the microcreator? It's not uh what DM should I send them or should I send them an email instead of a DM. Uh, those are things that you need to solve for and we'll teach you how to solve for them. But the biggest ones are you say, well, what about this opportunity over here? What about this other thing and this other thing and that other thing? It's the distractions that you have to be careful for. You have to pick a lane. Now, after we do this five-day challenge and you've seen it in its entirety and you say, "It's not for me. I'm okay with that." Then you move on and pick something else that you can dedicate your full attention to. But you don't want to have this split attention. You don't want to be in five different directions at once. Um, so own this for now. Play it out. Let it work itself out as you use it. And then if it nets, it nets. And if it doesn't, move on, my friend. I'll let you I'll pick out some more good questions. >> Nice. >> But I I saw someone was like, "Oh, well uh because WAP takes fees, how do I know it's not in your best in Guys, the shop, listen, if you want to use one of the other payment uh processing platforms, like feel free, be my guest." Uh, one of the big benefits, like the only issues if you use some other alternatives, um, it's very rare. I've yet to see it where you can do the auto route, which is super cool. Um, as I said, if you guys want to go the alternative route and use another platform and then basically have to like invoice the creator or ask for your cut, >> um, you can go down that route. I mean, that's what I used to do back in the day, but back in the day, um, you know, there weren't the same options. So, once again, it's flexibility as always. You know, use your best judgment, whatever you think is right. And one thing I would love to add to that, I'll talk about this on day four, is if you go and open up a new Stripe account on your own, for example, uh, say you you talk to the microcreator and you say, "Hey, listen. I'm going to manage it all. I'll open up the Stripe account. You get it set up, you get it approved, and that Stripe account is sitting with $0 in its balance, and then all of the sudden you plow $60,000 through it from thin air in the span of four days. The most likely thing to happen to that money is it gets frozen because that is not typical to see all that money come to a brand new account from scratch. That scares a that scares a lot of people. Uh, and so you you do not want to do this unless you have a platform that can mitigate that kind of risk. Uh, [ __ ] is the very best platform that I have found and I've seen them all and I've been through many of them throughout and I've processed hundreds of millions of dollars for myself and my clients. Uh, [ __ ] is your best bet. Nothing is perfect. You can get rained on um on a sunny day all of a sudden, right? But it is your best bet and you typically will make up whatever fees that you're going to have to use with [ __ ] because it will increase your conversions. I've been saying this till I'm red in the face, but I'll keep saying it because it's such an important point and it's so easy to miss because WAP makes it easy for people to pay money with the least amount of friction. Out of every platform that I've seen, more people will pay you money. And this is something that is so critically important because uh companies have lost me on thousands and tens of thousands of dollars of sales because that last step in the checkout process, something went wrong. So I went from ready to buy there on the spot to something hiccuped and then I never came back and bought again. So they did everything else right in the process, but something weird happened at the end. Um, and so WAP mitigates that I found better than anybody. And I'm not a stakeholder, right? Iman has shares. I do not. I love those guys. Um, they're friends of mine, so I'm biased towards them in that way. But purely from a business perspective, to you as a beginner, it's a godsend. Um, but again, you don't have to use [ __ ]. This is independent of [ __ ]. You can use this with any platform that you choose or that you want to.

>> So, I got a cool question here. Uh uh hey man and Jason uh I'm currently in Africa. Africa African creators have really great potential. My question is how can I get paid for my position? >> Damn. Handsomely. Yeah. So, so one of the coolest things um when you and this is really cool if you're in any international markets, by the way, because um one of the easiest ways to make money is take something that's working in one market, a more advanced market or a more um mature market, let's say, and you take that to an immature market. And by the way, when I say immature, you understand what I mean? As in a market that isn't um >> developed fully yet. >> Yeah. Developed as fully. Um, and as that that's not anything to do with the country or whatever. Just certain, you know, you know, certain countries are just better at certain things. Of course, we all know like in general, like English speaking countries are a little bit more marketing forward, I would say, and a little bit more the leaders in some of the digital stuff, let's say. Uh, so if you can take this stuff and you can apply it in your country, that's a massive, massive advantage. There are multi, multi-billionaires that have literally just taken exactly what's worked in the US and just taken it to their country and had incredible success with it without even doing anything. So yeah, it's uh it's an incredible position to be in. Uh, basically, >> yeah, and I having this conversation earlier about a marketer that we knew in a different country and he took a model from the US, applied it to his country, and it did 10 times what it did in the US itself, right? Which is insane if you think about it. It didn't do 10 times better than normal for that country. It did 10 times better than it did actually worldwide because this was to selling to everybody who spoke English. >> And the power in that is you're taking something that has been perfected in one area but that the audience has seen and you're taking it to another area the audience has never seen and you're the only one providing it. Um, and that is like the best position to be in. We don't need those uh factors to win, but if you can get those, that's fantastic. Like I don't count on luck. When I want to become a millionaire, I didn't factor luck into it. But every time luck showed up, I didn't deny it either. So we want to set ourselves up. So opportunities are most favorable to us, but also we can catch as many breaks as we possibly can. So uh by the way, guys, also just heads up, whenever I check my phone, I promise I'm not being rude. I'm literally just uh chatting with the tech team. I'm sure as you can imagine, there's so many things going on. So I'm check leazing with the team, making sure that, you know, we've got all the links and you guys have gotten everything, you know, real time. I'm mentioning things to you or I'm dropping things in. So, I'm saying just confirming with the team that everything's been sorted and whatnot. Um, so I promise I'm I'm not trying to be rude. Um, uh, next is uh, uh, Oliver from Netherlands. Uh, by the way, I have some of your guys' countries here, so I thought might as well mention it. Uh, I work full-time. Do I have enough time to do this? >> I'll let Jason go after. Um, listen, at the end of the day, no matter your life situation, you just have to work with what options you have in front of you and the time that you have in front of you. If you have 2 hours or 3 hours a week to do this, okay, well, then you make the most of it. And by the way, I don't think there's a single person on earth that has less than 5 hours a week, okay? Even me in my position I'm in running multiple companies uh hundreds of employees still trying to make content still trying to take my health seriously.

And my and also still enjoy my life, you know? I know there's a bunch of people out there that tell you, "Okay, you know what? You just need to work 24/7 and do nothing else except for work." And you know, never spend time with loved ones and all this stuff. And like, that's that's cool for them. Like, just for me personally, like I love to love my life and I like to be rich in life, not just rich in bank account. If that resonates with you, that's cool. Um, if you just want to be rich in the bank, not probably not the right place to go to.

Uh, so all of that to say, even with as much as I live my life to the fullest, I still think I'm wasting, pissing away probably 25 hours a week. That's how much time a week I still think I'm pissing away. Okay. So I think we all have at least 5 hours a week. So even with 5 hours a week, you can make this work. Of course, you can make this work. Now, will it take a little bit longer? Yes. The less time you have is it, you know, because I'm assuming, you know, in this case, you just said you're working a full-time job. If time is the constraint, then of course you want to take as many competitive advantages and you want to have as many uh uh tools in your toolbox as possible and you want to have specialized tools in order to speed up the process for you. So, of course, any if time is the constraint and money is in the constraint, well, then how can you speed things up? Because you know, money you have from a full-time job, but time is a constraint for you.

Um, now for those of you guys, you know, maybe some of you guys are have 180 hours a week and you can spend all time on this, but uh money is the constraint. If that's the constraint, well, then congratulations, your competitive advantage is how much time you have. Okay. So whatever your situation is, you just want to look at what is the constraint >> and you just want to counteract that as much as humanly possible with the thing that you do have.

Um, so even if you have five hours a week, and as I said, even, you know, I don't believe you have five hours a week. I really think that all of us are pissing away five or 10 hours or 15 or 20 hours, no matter how busy they are. As I said, I will even hold my hands up and say, not like I'm enjoying myself 25 hours a week. I mean, as in 20 to 25 hours a week, I'm actually wasting. Like those are actually wasteful hours, no matter how intentional I try to be. Um, so I think we can all carve out at least 5 hours.

>> By the way, I'm not tired. I'm looking down at the chat, my eyes. So, somebody's like, "Get Jason a Red Bull stat." Yeah. >> Uh, >> you don't drink caffeine, do you? >> I drink a lot of coffee. Yeah. But I've never had a Red Bull in my life, surprisingly. Although, if you want to study marketing, Red Bull might be the best marketing company in the world that I've I've ever seen for consumer-based marketing.

>> So, real quick, we're seeing a lot of comments on 888 offer isn't available. >> All right. As I said, unfortunately, um, look, that offer yesterday is not available. Um, because once again, when we said we would close it, we would close it. That said, today we will present something that people have paid $2,000 for. Uh, I personally paid $1.7 million uh in one very large wire out of my own bank account in order to be able to acquire. Um, and if you join monetize by the end of today's main session, uh, I will be giving it to you guys. Now, do not worry if you purchased yesterday, you will get this as well. One of our philosophies at our company is basically we want to take care of people that act quick and uh are action takers. So if you take action on day one, any other uh bonuses or extras that we decide to come up with throughout the rest of the week or we decide to um, you know, offer to the public, we want to reward you as a person that's joined early. So, you know, if we do decide to come out with an insane, insane, insane, insane bonus like we have today, um, I don't want to then take the people who have already taken action. I don't want them to miss out. You know, I I I want those people to have all of the bonuses humanly possible. So, you know, that's always been our philosophy. Uh, you know, if you're an action taker, if you commit to us, we'll commit back to you uh 10fold. So, uh um no, we have to keep our promise on yesterday's uh bonus. But in my humble opinion, today's bonus is in my humble opinion. Or maybe I'm just maybe I'm just trying to make myself feel better cuz I this thing cost me $1.7 million. Um, so maybe I'm just trying to like self self. >> Very valuable to you. Yeah. >> Maybe I'm just trying to self soo here. Um uh in my humble opinion, this is honestly 10 times more valuable.

>> Nice. Uh, I see taxes being spammed in the chat from multiple people. Now, uh, here's the challenge about taxes is there's no one-size-fits-all answer. Depends on the business entity that you want to set up, if you want to set up one, which is not necessary when you start, and it depends on the location that you're in. Um, I will tell you though that I would not be too concerned about this for now until I started making some money that could potentially be taxed. Um, it is far better to generate revenue first and then have a strategy on how to multiply that revenue than to try to multiply zero. So, that's just some personal general advice from an education standpoint because we can't we're not licensed to give the tax advice, even if we were in your jurisdiction. So, it's not that we're dancing around the question or trying to avoid it. It's a it is a concern that you should have with a professional that you will pay a small amount of money to hire once you make a large amount of money.

>> All right. So, going through questions. Someone's asking, "Can you tell us about monetize and what it does for us?" I've been answering answering quite a few of the last questions. Jason? >> Yeah. I mean, I want to keep uh I want to keep the offer uh talk for the offer stuff during the main session because this is VIPs. Uh and you know, this is fun. This is why you should love the position that you're going to be in as a shadow operator because when we're out in public and you know, I masquerade as a public figure sometimes, but often times I'm in the shadows. Uh, and both of them have their advantages and disadvantages, but being a public figure, some of you are going to be mad because you want us to tell you about the package right now. Some of you will be mad uh if we did tell you about the package right now. So, we try to do what's best for all of you, even though I know some of you will be disappointed temporarily or you'll want this instead of that. Uh, and this is what's beautiful about being a shadow operator is the creator gets to be the face and can interact with their community and you get to be behind the scenes. And so you get to play and you get to operate where the money gets made, and that's super valuable to you. And then that also allows you to help the creator give the most impact to their audience. Now, here's how you got to scale this down. You can't compare what Iman and I are doing right now to what you will be doing with microcreators. And probably for most of you, will never be doing in your career. Um, because Iman and I, we know a lot of influential people. None of them, with the exception of maybe one or two, ever throw an event this big. And this is the third event that we've done together in the last nine months that is bigger than what even professional marketers do who are really good in their entire career. Um, so you are going to be working with a microcreator who has raving fans >> who already know who that person is. It's a parasocial relationship, which is kind of scary in a sense, right? It's how people know celebrities more than they know, like acquaintances. Like you might know the person you work with a little bit, but your favorite celebrity, you know more about than the person you spend eight hours a day at work with. So parasocial relationships from a business point of view can be quite lucrative uh in the best of ways. Like, let's not take this out of context. And so your audiences that you're going to work with are going to be so predisposed to be so favorable to the creator at that size >> that it's going to be it's going to be fun. It's going to be magic. You're not going to see really any friction. You're just going to see a lot of gratitude, which is how it was in my career when I started and was how it was in your career when you started. Uh, but as you get bigger and as you get further outside of that person that watches every story and that is in sync and understands the context of what the information is being communicated from. Uh, then it gets a little bit weird. The money can get potentially significantly more. Uh, but the weirdness also scales up as the money scales up too.

>> Uh, we're going to get into a question, but I saw a comment from Jose or Jose. Uh, Jason sounds nerdy. What's wrong with nerds? I'm totally nerdy, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You're a self-admitted nerd. Okay. First things first, shout out to all the nerds. All right. What's wrong with nerds? >> Yeah. By the way, have you seen my wife? Right. So, you can be a nerd and you can get a hot chick, too. >> Yeah. Well, we just got the uh five minute warning notice from Tristan. Um, but anyways, uh uh we got an interesting question here. Um, I'll let you take this one and then I'll probably jump in from uh Aaliyah or Aliyah from South Africa. Does the country I'm in play a huge role in how successful this business model can become? You know, actually, I'll I'll take this one. The reason why I have such a strong affinity of South Africa, I this is what's so the the world is like such a funny place, how everything kind of like interplays and dances with each other. The way I found out about I mean, not the way I found out about South Africa, but the way I uh decided I wanted to start traveling to South Africa and spending uh more time in South Africa was actually because of my agency clients, basically my when I was a cousin of a shadow operator, basically, so all of my uh creators that I was working with at my agency, of course, they're creators, so we literally um uh, you know, they they were able to travel all around the world. So I would always ask them like, what are the best places in the world to travel to? And they would always say, um, you know, like in terms of cool places, sort of like that laptop lifestyle, and you know, they gave a bunch of names, ones that, you know, kept coming up were Medellín, kept coming up, uh, and Cape Town kept coming up. So I actually ended up spending a lot of time in uh South Africa in Cape Town >> uh from 2020 onwards. I ended up having a house there for many years. Uh, and throughout the years, uh, I've had the great honor and the great pleasure of working with a lot of South Africans. I actually employ a lot of South Africans and South Africans are, yeah, some of the smartest people I've met. Um, and some of the sharpest people that I've met. So, um, it's funny because I actually, when someone tells me they're South African, it actually like, I'm more inclined to work with them. Um, yeah.

>> So, yeah, I can tell you uh in terms of the the country that you're in, funny enough, a lot of countries like South Africa that you mentioned, >> uh, it can actually be a massive advantage because I know that there's, uh, certain countries where people are just very, very hungry. Um, and at least for me personally, South Africa's always been one of those places. So, >> yeah. I mean, is there wealth in the country that you're in? Every country has wealth somewhere in it, including South Africa. I mean, we were just there last month, right? I mean, there's extreme levels of poverty, as there is in some countries, have more than others. Um, but the country is not your limiter, but you just have to be aware of in these countries, you are less likely to see people who are like you. Okay. So to kick it back to my wife, my wife grew up in Romania, just post-communist Romania, and there was not a person around her who ever believed that they could make something of themselves. You wanted to be a lawyer, a judge, or an engineer, essentially, and everything else didn't matter. And kids studied all day and all night just to make $3,000 or $2,000 a month. That was the equivalent. And so there was no real ambition to go off and do something on your own. And she built not one, but two very successful companies on her own before I ever met her because she was the exception to the rule. So when you're in an environment like in like that, you have to counteract it with an environment that will support your dreams, your ambitions, your visions, and your desires. So the geographic doesn't limit you, but the setting of people that surround you can be very contagious. So you just have to be careful on that. Know you're not going to get your support likely from friends and families and from acquaintances and from people in your vicinity geographically. So find virtual pockets of people who can support you, who are similar to you. And if you have that and you combine it with a plan, you're rock solid. And you know, just a quick plug to monetize. That's a big part of what monetize provides. It's not something we can put on a slide deck and put a value to and sell you on it, but it is as valuable as anything else is when you surround yourself with similar people that have similar visions. That is so powerful for you to create that future reality as quickly in the present as possible.

>> All right. Well, well, someone asked, "What tea flavor are you drinking?" Mint, mint tea with some honey inside. Um, so anyways, all that to say, guys, uh, drop legend in the chat. You guys are all legends, as I said. And also drop shadow operator or smooth shadow operator. And uh, with that being said, I'm get another call up from Tristan now uh to let us know that we got to start preparing for the main session. Once again, make sure that you guys are there at the main session. I know yesterday we had a couple little uh technical errors and whatnot, but um those are all smoothed out. And um, also based on yesterday's session, I also went ahead and tightened up a few things in today's session. I tried to squeeze in so much yesterday. It was the first time that we've gone that in-depth on day one. Um, which was we were debating like, do we like go that um, you know, full out in terms of giving you guys um, all the step-by-step and everything. And um, yeah, now that that's all out the way. Now we can be a little bit more uh, uh, it's more efficient today's session, but it's a little bit more elegant and we can kind of enjoy and have a little bit more fun. So yeah, let's head over to the main session now. And uh, lots of love, guys. We'll see you all there.
