Did you know in Pokémon Piccopia you can actually absorb and transport water, which allows you to create your own custom ponds and waterfalls? Stick around for the entire video, and I'll explain to you exactly how this works. Let's go.
First, and the most important thing that a lot of other videos have left out, is that in order to trigger the mission in Bleke Beach with Pitlop, we actually need to first complete the three ingredient chef missions with Chef Dante in Rocky Ridges.
Once you've completed the three tasks with Chef Dante, head over to Bleak Beach and find Piplup. You may need to complete a few tasks at first. Eventually, Piplup will ask you to go with it, and it'll want you to create a waterfall.
After speaking to Piplup, you'll be given the habitat for Whooper. You can find Whooper's habitat by the muddy waterfall in Bleak Beach. Make sure you plant at least four squares of grass to create the marshy tall grass habitat.
Once Whooper appears in its habitat, it will ask you for some tomatoes. Don't stress if you don't have any tomatoes on hand. Whooper will literally show you a tomato patch where you can get some.
Once you've supplied Whooper with the tomatoes, Whooper will then show you how to use the trick to absorb the water. And that's how you unlock the ability to transport water in Pokémon Popia. Don't forget to follow for more Pokémon content.
