I’ll Make You a Millionaire in 2026 in Less than 10 Minutes

I'm going to show you how you can become a millionaire this year, and it is not through affirmations, through pushing hard, through visualization, or through acting as if. The way that you're going to do this is in how you make decisions when things are uncertain, because if your patterns do not change, neither will your money. So, let's get into it.

If you're new here, my name is Giselle Bonneau. I'm a behavioral scientist trained in neuroscience and doing doctoral research in applied psychological science. I study how patterns, nervous system responses, and decision-making affect your income. I'm going to give you five steps. I want you to write them down. This is important. This is how you're going to become a millionaire this year.

Number one, catch yourself the moment you hesitate. I know that sounds so simple, but most people miss that signal, and that is everything. For example, you open your laptop. You know exactly what you're going to do. You've probably written it down. You have your to-do list. You know you're going to reach out to a client. You know that you're going to post something. You know that you're going to work on your proposal, right? Super simple. But, instead, this starts to happen. You start doubting. What if they don't respond? What if this isn't quite right yet? What if it needs a little something more? And then you open another tab and you go down a whole another pathway, a rabbit hole I like to call it, of this new idea. Or you hesitate to send it. You need to work on it some more, and then you'll send it. Not quite yet. And you find yourself deeply researching or working on something different that you think is related to it, but you never took the action that you had intended to do when you opened your laptop. 30 minutes go by, sometimes 2 hours, nothing happened. Nothing that you were supposed to be doing. Catching yourself when you start to move away from what you know you were supposed to do, because what was happening is this: your system was trying to manage uncertainty. So, it did anything else than the thing you were uncertain about.

Now, if you're neurodivergent, this is going to feel a little bit different. Your brain will not just see one path. It will literally see all the paths, all the options, all the risks, and all of the outcomes at the same time. So, you don't move. You literally are overloaded. So, you'll do anything else to remove yourself from that discomfort. If you don't catch these moments, nothing changes. You have to be able to catch it when it's happening.

Number two, you're going to ask one question and one question only. The reason for this question is we need to see the pattern so that we can interrupt it. Most people, when they don't move to this step, they stay in that loop. It's very slow progress because of the loop that they're in without realizing that they were hesitating. So, here's the question: Am I choosing safety or am I choosing growth right now? I need you to be honest when you answer this, because safety is going to look so reasonable. It will look like this: "I just need more clarity. I need to make sure that I have enough time to think this through, because I only move with alignment. I'm really picky about what I do, and I like to work with intention. So, I just need to think on this a little bit more." Have you ever said something like this? And it is safety. You're seeking safety instead of growth. You're avoiding the discomfort of moving through. You didn't do anything wrong by doing that, okay? It literally is just your system trying to protect you. Except that, when your system's trying to do that, your business slows down, and you do not reach the millionaire status that you desire.

So, then what is step three? Step three is I need you to make one clean decision, and I'll tell you what I mean. You're not making 10 decisions. You're making one. Now, this won't be always easy, because when you have a fast mind, you want to make all kinds of decisions all at once. We're making one. So, let me give you an example. Let's say that it's a proposal that you're sending. Now, your brain is going to want to do things like, "Should I extend it a little bit longer, the scope of service? Should I lower the price maybe a little bit? Should I raise the price maybe a little bit? Should I actually send it to three of my peers for them to be able to look at it and see if it's good enough? Should I add an additional service so that they really say yes?" Okay, instead of that, you're going to choose just one thing, and you're just going to say, "It is enough. I am sending it." And done. And done, because that's how you build momentum. That's how you interrupt the pattern.

Number four then is very important, because most people are just going to push through discomfort, and we never want to force or push our way into becoming a millionaire. Over time, that creates what I refer to as somatic debt, and you will feel it not just surrounding in your life, but in your body. And then it reaches burnout and overwhelm, because you were building in systems that were never designed for your success with safety liberation. So, what we're going to do instead is we're going to regulate along the way. You took that action, you regulate. You breathe through it. You don't make the discomfort go away, but you regulate your system so that you can downshift. You give yourself the rest that you need, the pause that you need, before you continue. We're done with your system building success through overriding those internal signals.

And number five, you're going to build a system that can hold. Now, here's what I mean. You already have the system. You are the holder of the system. Following step one, two, three, and four is the system. This is how you build through safety liberation. This is how you build, and when you get to the top, when you are a millionaire and then some, you'd love your life. You have happy money. Not stressed money, not burned out money, not overwhelmed money, not "I can't even spend time with my family" money, not "I can't even enjoy my money" money. You have flow and ease and happy money. This is how you do it. We're not building in systems that create for us the kind of success that we later resent. This is the system that makes you a millionaire.

Consistency, repetition, and following each of the steps as they were described, using this system is how I went from zero to reaching the top 1% in a short period of time, loving my life as I built. And you deserve that, too. Because you are majestic. You're so much more powerful than you realize, and I cannot wait for you to realize it.
