Foreign night battle pass, hello Internet. Uh, this is Jairo, on my way to school, bringing you a video about the shadow functions of an ESTJ. Okay, I love ESTJs. They're probably, they're not my absolute favorite type, but I do get along very well with them. Uh, that's because I'm really compatible with them. Uh, T dominant, uh, improves my TI quite a bit, so it's pretty nice. But I'm, I'm here to bring you a video about their shadow functions. Um, so let's just jump right into it.

They have, uh, an ISTP shadow. So it means they have TI Nemesis, SC critic, and I trickster, and Fe demon. So, FI Nemesis makes them, uh, worry a lot about what they think is logically right. SC critic is very, uh, elitist. SC critic criticizes, um, a lot of people on like how they dress, how they look, the impression they give off. Honestly, a lot of the reason why they don't get along with other SI users. Um, I mean, it just is what it is. They don't really enter, a lot of them don't really understand type either, so they just didn't know criticizing everyone because they, uh, they're giving them a bad experience because a lot of people give them that a bad experience, seems like. But, uh, they usually don't surround themselves with those people.

And then NI Trickster is very unaware about what it wants, very unaware about its future. Now, they can have more of an awareness of other people's future with, uh, NI child, but they have like no awareness of what their own future is. Uh, they would rather latch on to someone who actually knows what they want instead of trying to figure out what they want their own selves.

And then FE demon, um, they don't give a living [ __ ] what other people feel. They don't give a living [ __ ] about ethics. They don't give, they don't give a damn. I mean, I mean, sure, I could understand that to a degree, how you don't under, you don't want, you don't really care how other people feel. But, uh, it creates some issues, and I'll touch, touch on that a little bit.

So, I want to talk about the cognitive axis that's happening there. So, with the cognitive axis, with the TI Nemesis and FE demon, like I said, they're worried about how they think, and they, uh, don't really care how other people feel. And when you sit there and think about it, I mean, it makes sense because if you worry about so much about how you think, why the [ __ ] are you going to care how other people feel about that opinion? I mean, it's only logical. It's only logical that they won't care. But it can get to the point where if other people don't really care about their opinion, then they're gonna get really up in your face about it. They're, uh, gonna go FE demon mode and just start trying to make you feel bad, basically. You can also do that by trying to guilt them, and it's like near impossible to guilt an ESTJ. It's possible, but if you do get to the point where you can guilt an ESTJ, you make them go, uh, you can make them go FE demon mode, and then they'll just, you know, start a bell to start going ham on you, basically. And, uh, I imagine that's pretty funny to watch, but it's not, it's not a good day when that happens, especially if they're like the manager of your HR department or something, which a lot of them probably are. They're oftentimes put into a lot of positions like that. Um, put in management of HR, put in management of like government bodies, put into a lot of positions like that. You never want to do anything like that to your supervisor because they probably end up writing you up, writing you up, and, uh, [ __ ] you over later.

But yeah, you don't really want to screw over TI Nemesis because they're just gonna end up [ __ ] you over because they're just gonna end up [ __ ] you over with FE demon, and, uh, that's not a good day for anyone. I would not recommend that unless they deserve it, obviously. If they deserve it, hit that FE demon, and then they're going to be really insecure with TI. TI Nemesis, and if you hit them in that TI Nemesis just right, they're gonna self-implode. If you just, if you get them to go FE demon mode, and then they're just like up in your face and not caring about how you feel, you can just say, "Well, why are you acting so stupid about this?" And then, uh, that's the part where, uh, they probably, they either run away or they start a fight with you. So do that at your own risk. But, uh, if you have that ammunition there, and, uh, you think they deserve it, by all means. I mean, I'm not condoning messing with the demon function because that can get really dangerous, but I don't condone that at all. But we need to know our enemy, and if you have an ESTJ enemy, for example, that is, uh, a way of curbing that.

So now let's look at the, uh, the axis within SC critic and then NI child. So, like I said, they're very elitist, and they, um, they're also elitists because of like a fine fury or in T dominant. That's a, that's a different topic though. Their elitism can come from, uh, SC critic, a lot of times it does. They end up criticizing everyone. Well, not everyone, just the people that give them a bad experience. I mean, I can understand that to a degree. But it's, if you, if you piss off SC critic, it's also not a very good day for anyone in that position. And that usually happens if you're not giving and giving off a very good impression. If you're just meeting them for the first time and you're not giving them a very, uh, good experience, they're gonna end up criticizing you.

And then NI trickster, like I said, has no earthly idea what it wants. So then the question needs to be asked, what business do they have criticizing everyone on the impression that they're giving when they don't even know what impression they want them to give in the first place? They don't know. I mean, they don't know what they want. And it's, I think the question needs to be asked, why do you, uh, criticize everyone on the experience when you don't even know what the hell you want in the first place? So it's like, you judge all these people, and you don't really have, uh, a real reason to judge them. And it's, it's using for a lot of people, I'm sure, because it's like, well, okay, your SI parent wants this like super real and really good experience, right? It wants a super real experience, and, uh, and it's very specific about the experience that it wants to have. And, uh, we try to make that experience seem desirable with NI child. Then either stood up criticizing them if they're not giving you the right experience when you don't even know what you want in the first place. It's like, okay, um, how's that right? How's that ethical? FE demon, am I right? How's that ethical? Well, they aren't. Well, obviously they don't give a [ __ ] about ethics. But I, hypothetically speaking, it doesn't seem right.

And it's, you know, if they try to make themselves seem desirable and they're in that SE critic grip, they're not going to look desirable because they, they just end up criticizing everyone. They're not gonna end up looking very desirable to people. And that's like one of the, one of the things they actually want the most. They wanna be desirable to like everyone. They want to give everyone what they want. But when they end up just criticizing everyone on that basis, they don't seem very desirable. Um, and I mean, it's just a tough reality for them trying to balance that out. It's, uh, it might actually could get pretty confusing at times. But yeah, they have no, uh, they criticize other SI users on those bases. They usually, uh, differentiate them on that. I made it, it just is what it is.

Um, the other thing I wanted to talk about that I kind of touched on a little bit in the introduction, it's cognitive looping in the shadow. Basically, the most common cognitive loop someone can have is between their dominant and their child function. And so, I'm a firm belief that you can actually loop your pessimistic functions as well. I think you can flip your, you can loop your, um, your parent and your inferior function. And so, and so, uh, when you loop, when an ESTJ is looping their dominant and their inferior function, and they're all about what people think, they're all about what people want, they're all about what people think, they're all about what people want. They don't really care about their comfort in that situation. They don't really care about their physical comfort as long as they're giving people what they want and they're caring about their opinion. Uh, that's not, that's a little dangerous because then they can be easily taken advantage of for those reasons. If they're all about what people want, they're all about what people think, they can easily be taken advantage of if they're ignoring their SI parent. Uh, and I also, and that also affects their shadow functions. It affects their TI Nemesis and their NI Trickster. So when they're looping, it goes, "TE, I care about what, what these people think, and I want to give them what they want." Well, it ends up making them seem kind of stupid. It ends up making them look kind of stupid, and that they don't actually know what they want. And that's kind of what ends up happening as a result of, uh, cognitive looping.

And then with the pessimistic functions, I mean, I think they can lose SI and FI. SI parent and FI, FI, inferior. So basically, what that would look like is, "I really care about my comfort. I only care about my comfort. I only care about the experience I give. I only care about my own emotional comfort." That's that's fine and all. Like, you can aspire to be like that. You can aspire to just be, you know, that, um, INFP subconscious and just care a lot about your experience and how you feel. But it ends up stopping on everyone else. It ends up stomping on people who actually, I mean, that's kind of where the SE critic bias comes from. It's like, you, uh, try to care about the experience that you get, the emotional comfort that you get, and, uh, you end up stomping on people who and don't end up doing that for you. With the SE critic and FE demon, it goes something like this: "I care about the experience that I get. I care about the emotions that I get, and I don't care as much about the experience I'm giving you. And I sure as hell don't give a [ __ ] how you feel." And so that can get pretty dangerous at times for them if they're looping those pessimistic functions. Um, it's just, it's not a good deal. A lot of times, a lot of times that's rooted in, uh, immaturity. [Music] But I mean, it just is what it is.

So that's kind of my, uh, overview of the ESTJ type and their shadow functions, how it affects them, how it affects other people. Um, thank you for watching. I'm at school now. Bye.
