[Music] as if you were sinking into a plush comfortable chair the neither thread spirals up to your chest your shoulders [Music] down your arms to the very tips of your fingers treat her body growing even happier becoming more deeply relaxed and the golden thread then moves up to your neck your fears your scalp relaxing each muscle it touches so the by not your body is Thoroughly relaxed almost as water capturing the light beautifully within them your hair Falls perfectly perfectly into place and of course as a doll you are dressed in the finest of clothing I want you to imagine the most appropriate doll clothing for you right now and notice how you begin to feel the fabric against your porcelain skin so delicate so well crafted easily reflecting your elegance the clothes are dainty and charming and they Adorn your doll body and you become aware of how your limbs feel more rigid yet Metallica how they can bend An Elegant posture you are meant and created to be seen you're meant and created to be admired your porcelain fingers and toes so meticulously designed they could hardly be differentiated from a real one but it's not just your external experience it becomes dull-like internally you are transforming your thoughts become quieter simpler and more serene you find such peace in this Stillness your world is simplified and delicate your thoughts your previous worries they seem so far away am I as if they belong to someone else some other time so that here in this dollified stand you are just a doll tranquil and Serene and beautiful and I want you to imagine a soft light you notice how that light filters through a nearby window the rares of the sun gently falling in your dull Farm Illuminating all of your details all of your fine features and making you glow it feels warm it feels comforting almost like a spotlight that's meant just for you and this light seems to infuse you with Stillness tranquility impermeates your porcelain skin flows into your still body makes you feel more and more like the doll you are and you can allow this doll-like existence to fill your mind to become your reality for this action from the duration of this experience you are a doll beautiful tranquil serene where you can be moved and grasped by the hands and the will of another you exist here in this moment in the silence in the peace in the midst of Tranquility of being a doll and there's a certain Beauty in this existence a certain and sure Pace that perhaps you've never known before so as we continue each Breath You Take sinks you deeper and they were into this doll-like state during this session it becomes your existence it is your reality for this session so you naturally and easily Embrace this tranquility this serenity and it Embraces you back it fills think or speak or say or do anything dolls are there to be shipped and molded dolls are there to be dressed and admired and moved into possession like their owner sad and now you're dull like existence has fiddled every corner of your consciousness it's become your reality during this entire session food for the duration of this experience you are a doll tranquil serene and oh so beautiful take a moment now to just enjoy this existence take a moment now to just enjoy this existence as a doll in this tranquil Serene and beautiful state and doesn't that feel good doesn't it feel amazing and wonderful to be able to enjoy this existence here and now as a doll and in this experience take a few moments within this experience to just simply enjoy allow yourself the pleasure and the gift of being a doll and you are you really are perhaps you can imagine yourself being grasped or moved around perhaps you can imagine a big mood into different positions and it's not a delightful idea it is it really is and it might be that in your mind's eye you can imagine the light slowly starting to damp it signals the end of this experience you can still take the calm relaxation with you would you start to notice that you're gently moving back from the doll-like existence and you can feel the doll-like rigidity begin to leave your body replaced by the softness and the warmth of your own natural skin of your own muscles as your Consciousness gently begins to drift back to your normal state but with the memories of this tranquil experience left intact and at the end of this experience you'd only take with you any suggestions that are right safe and appropriate for her so in a moment or two I'm going to count from one up to five and it will awaken from this experience when I reach five you'll be fully awake refreshed and feeling so wonderful one gently coming up out of your trance feeling your full Consciousness returning to you to feeling a sense of energy returning to your
