Any special friends, let's talk about Sagittarius moon. This is an adventurous position. Sagittarius moon thrives on optimism. They have a need for hope, something to look forward to. Traveling or changing their surroundings can be greatly nourishing to them and bring them a sense of peace. They find their feeling of belonging comes from new things, foreign places, and ventures. They are adventurers inside, and that's where they really feel at home, is in somewhere new.
It's it's an interesting position. When they get stressed or feel unloved or unbalanced, they will feel compelled to take a trip or change their environment in some way to bring in something hopeful, something that lifts them into a new possibility. This moon style does not find safety in stagnant ways. They need to feel they're stepping into some kind of new wisdom or realizing a new truth or spiraling up into a new truth. That doesn't mean they're automatically gonna be people who realize actual truth. They will realize more and more truth according to their habitual emotional patterns that are really in reality based on the time and place and culture that they were born into. It's very difficult for people with Sagittarius moon to divorce themselves from their upbringing, the belief system.
But look at everything because we could have a hard aspect of Uranus or the ruler of the ninth house and have something going on where it's a rejection of the original beliefs, belief system, or a transforming out of that into a more because a universal or just a different belief system. Or you could have a ninth house Sun or Sun in Scorpio, so you have to look at everything because aspects from planets show the psychological or emotional complexes we are working out and show the areas of extra learning we are going to encounter.
Sagittarius, when people are not typically cautious about making their choices, and most choices in life, we have to admit our emotional choices, they're feeling based choices. Most of our decisions are not really based on rational motivation, some are emotional motivations. So they thrive on spur-of-the-moment opportunities. They will drop in on friends spontaneously to decide to go out for the evening. Movement in their world in accordance with their feelings is a must. If they can't move and flow with their feelings, then they will lose hope. They need to feel that they have space to exist and then reach out to the ends of their known limits to find out where those limits are.
And really, if we look at the the basis of the motivation for this ambition, they're trying to meet their maker through feelings that launch them into new realms of feelings. That's why they crave ecclesiastical types of variances or experiences that increased their faith in something good, something visionary. They can often find that their own nature is confused or intermingles with their understanding of faith. They have faith in their own inner direction, and if they follow this, they will often end up well. They tend to attribute this innate sense of divine direction with something larger than themselves. They want to do that. This keeps them hopeful.
Often the beliefs of Sagittarius moon people are not reasonable. They are based on faith. They want to know that there's something good and true driving their existence. To take this away or challenge this, this can really rock their world and cause them to fall into a tailspin, and they will fill that gap quickly anyway with a new belief. So the Sagittarius moon style needs to feel pulled forward into new territory. They love the chase of life. Feeling that they have discovered and allowed their feelings to flow brings them equilibrium, safety. There's a pattern of seeking for excitement, and the focus is very much on the future. So they find comfort in the idea, finding that ultimate destination. Enthusiasm is what they're really seeking when they're looking for stability. Feeling that they and their people are on parallel paths or a similar enthusiasm is very important to them. They want to feel that they belong to a family culture and then to a societal culture. Shared beliefs are shared modes of discovery for them. So it's all about being on a similar pilgrimage. They are after belonging through being ideologically in tune with those that they love. So it's a very exciting, dynamic, vivacious position to have the moon.
And next time, Capricorn.
