Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome back to the channel. I hope you've managed to keep yourselves up to date with all of the content we've been producing here.
Realistically, over the course of almost 4 years, you've all wanted the answers to what are those funds doing on Binance? Who does the USC belong to? Who does the LUNC belong to? We've now got all of the content, data, and evidence out there, readily available for you to go and look at. We now know that the majority of it all belongs to TfL when it comes down to the USC and the majority of the LUNC belongs to users.
This now puts us in a position that we never thought could happen, which is those USC assets that are on Binance that should be around 2.6 to 2.8 billion need to be sent to the dead wallet as per the final judgment as per every other asset that has been burned up until this point by TfL through the final judgment. Something to take into account with all of the evidence and data is that it makes sense. Yeah, of course TfL were going to be holding that much. Yeah, of course they're going to send it to a CEX to divert the attention from them to Binance because it worked. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. And we've all been running around in circles chasing Binance for assets that TFL own and that TfL should have dealt with.
We all should understand one simple fact which was from the second Luna 2.0 was birthed, it was all about making the original chain which is Terra Classic unusable. And that's exactly what they did. Now the fact that we've been pushing all of this evidence and all of this data makes this post very suspicious because this isn't new information. We've known this for a considerable amount of time. They spoke about it during the civil case and it was also mentioned during the criminal proceedings and this is actually from terror money. So someone is now responsible for this account. Who is that? Because all of the TFL employees that were hired during that time are no longer allowed to be involved in cryptocurrency as per the final judgment.
And what they're saying is the Office of Terraform Labs plan administrator has filed a $4 billion lawsuit against jump trading over its direct role in the collapse of Terraform Labs. I mean, tell us something we don't know. They're saying that the action is aiming to recover value for creditors and hold Jump responsible for exploiting the ecosystem. And I find this interesting because at no point in the civil or criminal proceedings has Duke Kwan made his personal assets known, nor was he ordered to do so legally. So for all intent and purposes, this guy could still be a billionaire. If not a billionaire, he's definitely still a millionaire at this point because he never paid any of the assets that he was supposed to as per the final judgment. And guess what, Judge A. Inglemmyer because he wants investors and creditors to get the most amount of money they can back. He didn't give Duke on a fine yet. He does not know how much money this guy even has. He didn't even know how much TfL even has. And this all falls down to the poor prosecution team that handled the court case. And trial exhibit P301 in its original raw format from the SEC shows just how little research and investigation was done to produce data that would look into these kind of transactions and actually hold TfL accountable and DUN accountable.
There is clearly a conspiracy in place. Somebody else was responsible for the crash alongside DK giving out all of the information that he did alongside the $20 million bet that this man made with another guy on X. There are so many things wrong with the criminal case and the civil case at this point. But I really do find this all very interesting because of a timing and all of the data we've just produced for suddenly right TfL to come out with this piece of information and absolutely everybody's reporting on it. You can literally everywhere I look, this is all I see. Counts that I've never even heard of are retweeting this.
And when you go and watch, right, the PDD Netflix series that they just did. Look at him doing damage control. He's speaking to his legal team and he's saying to them, you better have people that you've hired on X, on Twitter, on Tik Tok, on Instagram that are out there promoting a good image of Diddy. And I believe this is exactly what TfL are doing at this moment in time. I really do think they're trying to bury what we've brought forward. And the way for them to do that is damage control. Is to bring something else forward. Pay a load of people to talk about it and hope and pray that everything goes away and this really becomes the main talking point because everybody's going to be like, "Well, where's the $4 billion going to come from?" Nowhere. Everybody's going to panic thinking that they're going to come at our blockchain for these funds when none of these funds even exist to begin with. Yeah, they can go through the civil case. They can sue them. They can bring a lawsuit to play, but there's no funds to be had. All that really remains is BTC. And that's completely outside of our realm of control. And it has zero effect on us. They can never come for any Terraform crypto assets. Terraform Labs are professionals at damage control.
Don't you think it's suspicious? that suddenly, right, they're telling us something we already know, knowing it will cause a load of mischief, knowing it will cause a load of concerns, knowing, right, that if they pay the right people, they can get everybody talking about this and they can bury all of the assets that they did not burn, right? They've got the ability and energy to go and address all of this, right? So, why can't they address something that was brought up in the criminal case by myself? It wasn't like Chris Armani wasn't sat there listening in the criminal proceeding. This is all very suspicious, you guys. Very suspicious. I mean, honestly, this news has just dropped. And look at how many tweets there are about this. When does news ever travel this far when it's to do with our blockchain or even the court case? It's over. It's done. It's dusted, right? We never get this much traction on anything. But look at this thing. It's crazy. Damage control 101, my friends.
I mean, TfL haven't posted anything since back in May. And now all of a sudden, on the 19th of December, after we've dropped all of this evidence, we've spoke up in the criminal proceedings about these funds, they've decided to post something 5 hours ago. And now it's absolutely everywhere. And I mean, even on crypto news platforms, there's articles already written, done, dusted, and they are all saying the exact same thing. So, like I said, TfL didn't even post after the criminal proceedings had ended. When the court case was officially done and dusted, after all of the damage and all of the hurt and all of the pain, we couldn't even get a "I'm sorry, you guys." Honestly, you just can't make this stuff up at this stage.
Now, like I said, this is absolutely everywhere on all of the news routers that are available. They're all talking about this $4 billion lawsuit and where are those assets going to come from? And that's all everybody's gonna talk about. Now, TFL are going to try to bury the fact that they did not abide by the final judgment. It's not just about these funds not burning. This is about legal compliance. TfL are going to be in a world of hurt if all of this evidence gets in front of the right eyes over at the SEC, especially this person who's trying to get this $4 billion lawsuit. And remember, it only took TfL 5 hours to have this news. absolutely everywhere. How's that even possible without pre-preparation, pre-planning, and paying a lot of different people? Guys, I am a YouTuber. I work in this environment. I'm telling you now, this is damage control. You mark my words. If anyone is going to be pre-prepared for something like this, it's going to be Terraform Labs.
A lot of people don't know this or they simply haven't come across it, but Terraform had the Luna 2.0 O chain ready in a matter of 2 days. I'm not talking about being ready in theory. I'm talking about everything. An entire layer 1 blockchain with the Genesis snapshot with absolutely everything, the tools, the wallet, the infrastructure, everything in a matter of 2 days. And that is even with the Agora posting and getting it up into the voting phase. It took them less than 2 weeks to get that plan underway. And I have to say this once again, none of this was brought up in the court in the criminal proceedings. They didn't even look at the fact that the damage caused by trying to introduce a new chain instead of fixing the original problem caused more harm than good. These are all of the things that are being buried. TfL needs to be brought back to court. Period. From what I understand, Chris Armani got paid upwards of $4 million to handle the civil case. Yet, I'm doing his job for him. Do not allow this news to deviate you from what is important and that is that TfL holds around 30% of the USC supply and they have not burned it. This is residing on Binance and in eight Project Dorm wallets. Guys, stay safe, stay humble, stay aware, and I'mma catch you in the next.
