While you're typing prompts into a chat, somebody else is building an AI team that prints offers, content, and leads while they sleep. That somebody is about to be you.
Here's the part that should scare you. Nearly 79% of companies are already using AI agents. So, if you don't even know what an AI agent even is, you're not behind. You're invisible.
I've closed eight figures in my career, and I don't waste time. So, here's the deal. By the end of this video, you'll know how to build a revenue agent team that turns one business idea into a full revenue path, positioning, offer, content, lead magnet, follow-up, all of it. Everybody else is talking about AI. Guess what we're going to be doing? We're going to be building it. So, with that being said, let's get into it.
Before I build anything, I want to give you a quick heads up because this is where people get intimidated and they run and they click away and they said, "This is a tech thing." But I want you to pause and I want you to lock in with me. Okay? I'm going to take you through this. Just trust me here, okay?
Inside Claude, you are going to see three main areas. You are going to see chat, you're going to see co-work, and you're going to see code. Chat is the one where most people already understand. This is where you ask questions, you brainstorm, you strategize, you write, you summarize, you think through ideas. Chat is the conversation. Okay.
And then you have co-work. Co-work is more like I need help getting work done across files, task, and projects. It is less about one answer and more about Claude helping you move through the work with you.
Then we have code. Okay, code. I know the word sounds scary and you're like, "This is not for me. This is for a software engineer." But I want you to just come closer. This is my bestie and I want to introduce you to my bestie because this bestie is going to become your bestie too and this is the one that is going to build for us going forward.
Okay, when people are online talking about AI, AI automating this AI is doing the work while I sleep. AI is going to do 80% of the work. This is what they're talking about, my friends. Not just AI writing a paragraph or writing and responding to an email. We're talking about building titans for us, okay? And I mean, giving AI a project, letting it understand the files, creating the system, test the system, improve the system, and explain what is actually happening and what it's actually doing.
And I want to be clear because this is not a tech thing anymore. This is not a tech buzzword, okay? They have made it so simple, my friends. Simple enough for regular people like me and you to be able to use it. Now, the skill is not coding. The skill is actually communication. Can you explain what you want clearly enough that the agent can actually build it for you?
Also, just a quick note, the official name is Claude Code. And I know sometimes right now in the marketplace, it can feel like there's so much names floating around us, but it's Claude code. Okay? And I know it can feel like codeex because it built like an agent, but inside Claude, the tab is called code. Okay?
So, now that you know what those tabs are, you have the gems to be successful with starting a build. Let me show you exactly what we're actually building today because I'm so excited about this. We are going to be building a revenue agent team. Not a prompt, not a chatbot, not a little content generator. We are going to be building a small AI team inside Claude Code. And you know, this is really exciting because this this can take one business idea and turn it into a full revenue path. And you guys know how much I love talking about money. So, let's freaking go.
Okay. By the end of this build, you're going to have one agent that looks at market signal, one agent that builds the offer, one agent that turns that offer into YouTube content, and one agent that builds the the lead magnet and followup. So the outcome is not just here are some video ideas. The outcome is here is the positioning, here is the offer, here is the video concept, here is the lead magnet, here is the call to action, and here is the follow-up sequence.
What matters to me is approaching these tools with business foundation. Meaning, how does business run? It's like business is a business when money is being made. Okay, so everything that I do like my whole thought process is always like how do we make money? What's the revenue? That's why I wanted to teach you guys today, you know, the revenue agent team and something that I customly built for you. And if you're new here, what I want you to do is pause the video, go get your laptop, go get something, and come build with me. Okay?
So, I'm calling this, like I said, the revenue agent team because it like it doesn't just stop at content. It actually connects content to a business outcome. And this is important because most people are using AI like a vending machine. They put in one prompt, get one answer, and then they start all over again tomorrow. They they start all over. And it's like, wow. No, that's not what we're doing. Okay.
What I want to show you is different. I want to show you how to build a reusable system, something you can run again for another video, another offer, another product, you know, or even another business idea. This is what I mean when I say the future is not random prompting. The future is reusable intelligence and that's the world that we just stepped into once we got access to these tools. So that is what we're building today. Okay.
So if you are a beginner, do not worry about the technical pieces yet. Just remember the outcome. We are building a system that turns an idea into a revenue path. Now I'm going to show you the beginner workaround I use before I let any agent start building. Okay? And it is super super clear. Okay? I have it here for you right now. Um, this is a workaround that I would use if I was brand new because before I start any project, I would tell Claude, I am a beginner. Walk me through what you are doing in plain English while you build. That one sentence changes everything. Because now the tool is not just building for you. It is teaching you as it builds and that is like profound. Okay, diabolical as I say.
So instead of pretending you understand everything because this is a safe place. These tools are not going to judge you. Okay? Stop pretending like you know what you're doing if you don't. Okay? This is for somebody that needs needed to hear that. It's very very crucial that we understand that because now the tool we can put it into a perspective where it's not just building for you but it's teaching you as it builds. And this is insane. So instead of pretending like I said it is now explaining to you the files, the decisions, the thought processes, the structure and the next step, right?
And as of right now, Claude Pro, the last time I checked, is listed at $20 a month if you're actually on the monthly paid plan. And that actually includes Claude code, right? So this is uh basically you're getting a teacher, a professor that professor that you wish you had for the price of a subscription. Now that is diabolical and this is how you learn these tools fast. You do not need to know everything first. You just need to know how to ask it to teach you while it works. Okay.
So, what I have here is a prompt that I had prepasted here. I'm going to read uh just really quickly. It says, "Before we start, treat me like a beginner. As you build, explain what you are doing in plain English. Do not assume I know developer terms. When you create a file, explain why it exists. When you create an agent, explain what job that agent does. When you use a command, explain the command what it is actually doing as you run and before you run. Right? Keep the explanation short, practical, and beginner friendly. The goal is for me to learn while you build. Okay? And this is how I turned Claude Code into a teacher. This is how I actually learned coding so fast. It's crazy cuz I took so much uh coding programs. I went to actually I took a university program around around coding. But the biggest shift that I had was actually getting the these tools to train me. And I've never felt more comfortable with coding based off of what I'm teaching you right now. And this is a huge gem. It is not just about doing the work, okay? It is about teaching me the system while it builds the system in real time. Okay?
Now, before I ask it to build anything, I'm going to show you a trick I use all the time. Because I do not assume my first instruction, meaning my first prompt, my first communication is clear. I ask the agent to analyze what I said, find the gaps, and reverse engineer the instructions I should have given. Okay, this is the part that most people skip because they ask one unclear question, they get a weak answer and they start to blame AI, shut the tool and say AI is trash or not good. But the future of AI is not about who has the fanciest tool. It is about who can communicate the best outcome, the clearest constraints and the clearest definition of what good actually looks like.
So, what I've done here is I've actually gone ahead and dropped that additional um prompt here as well. And I'll just read really quick the first couple of lines. Before you build, analyze my instructions like a strategist. Tell me what I am clearly asking for, what is implied but stated, what important context is missing, what decisions I need to make before you build, etc., etc. Okay.
And uh like I mentioned, if you are looking for the prompts, there is a link in my description right now. All you got to do is uh apply to join my workshop that's happening this Sunday. Like forget about these prompts, right? These are beautiful, amazing prompts, but I want to teach you how to make money. So do me a favor, pause this video right now, go in the link, enroll for my workshop. It's completely free. You'd be diabolical not to. And I'll just sit here and wait. And while you're there, subscribe, okay? Cuz we're about to make some money and run the bag up together, okay?
So, I want you to watch what happens, right? I'm going to use the AI to sharpen my thinking before I build anything. This is why I keep saying communication is the new the new AI skill. Your prompt is not just a command. It is a blueprint. Okay? And this is so important. So, I'm going to go through there's Claude Fable 5. I'm still kind of mourning uh not having access to that tool, but that's a that's for another conversation for another day. Okay. So, I'm going to click on go. And what it's going to do, just watch what it does. Okay.
So, this right here is why beginners can move faster than they think. You do not have to know the perfect request. You can ask the tool to help you find the better request. Look at that. It literally says, "Good. Let me do exactly what you asked. I will not build anything yet. First, I will think about your request like a strategist and hand you a sharper version." Okay? And that's how that's how Look at this. This is a this is fantastic. So it even says like save this, reuse this every time you want me to build something, fill in the three blanks at the top and leave the rest at your standing rule rules. So fantastic, right? So there is an optional prompt that you can follow up with. You can even say now merge your upgraded prompt with my original intent. Keep my voice and my business goal. Make it clearer, more specific, and more buildable. So, that's an additional prompt that you can always follow up with. Okay.
So, now I'm just going to pause right here because this is where I do not want to lose you. If you are a beginner, the next thing I pace might look long. Do not get scared, my friends. You are not supposed to memorize this. You are not supposed to understand every technical word on the first pass. What I want you to notice is the structure. I am telling Claude, "Here is the goal. Here is the audience. Here is the outcome. Here are the files I want you to create. Here are the agents I want you to build. And here are the rules. So the output does not become generic. That is it. This long prompt which I'm going to drop here for you. Okay. I'm going to just copy and paste this prompt right here. Right.
I don't want you get get overwhelmed because a lot of us are, you know, we're familiar with what I call text message prompts where it's like one sentence, but I want to make sure that we're on the same page is that, you know, the longer the prompt doesn't always mean the better the response, right? Or the better the output. But it is very important that you literally tell Claude like very detailed what you're trying to do. Okay? So again, if you are new, I want you to stay with me. I'm going to narrate um each part and what it means and what's happening in real time. Claude is going to create files. These files are not scary. They are just containers for instructions. Okay? And the folder is basically the office. I want you to think about the office where the team is actually sitting in. So um the business brief is the context, the agents are the workers, the runbook is the process, the outputs is where the finished work actually goes. Once you understand that, this stops feeling technical.
So what I'm going to do is we're going to start building it out. So what I just did was I pasted the full build instructions right now. Do not panic about the size. The size is not the point. I am not asking Claude to guess. I am giving it a complete project brief. This is how you go from basic AI responses to building out multi- aent revenue operating system. So what I'm going to do is I'm literally going to scroll through it very quickly so you can see just the length of it and I'm going to click on go. And uh what's happening now is it's literally reviewing what um what we're giving it. So it says perfect. This is clear specific build. You have uh given me exact specs. I will build it out now. exactly as written. Explain each project in plain English as I go. Cuz remember that's what we told it to do originally. First, let me explain the big picture in one breath. Then I will create the files. What are you building in plain English? Watch this. A team of four specialists that live inside this project. Instead of one chatbot trying to do everything, each specialist has one job. One researches the market. One designs the offer. One plans the YouTube video. one builds the follow-up system uh which is a which is a a runbook. A runbook tells the main claude how to run them in order. The outputs folder is where the finished work lands. So it's literally doing everything right here which is fantastic. It's literally doing what we're saying.
So what I am doing here is creating the agent architect first. That's the biggest thing is a a basic prompt says give me YouTube ideas. Right? This system creates specialists. One agent reads the market like I said. The other one is building the offer. The other one is um you know shaping the content. One agent builds the conversion path. And this my friends is diabolical because once this exists, I do not have to start from zero every time. I have a system I can think through the business workflow with me. And this is the future of what AI work looks like. Not random prompts. I'm talking about repeatable systems.
Now, look at what it created, right? It created all of these folders. And again, I don't want the names to scare you. This is just a way of giving each agent a job description. The market signal re researcher has one job, separate signal from the noise, right? Look right here. That's the market researcher. Then we have the the offer architect. Okay? This has one job. Turn attention into something people would actually pay for. And then we have the content angle strategist and this has one job, right? Make the idea clickable and watchable. And then we have the other one which is a conversion system builder, right? This has one job as well. Make sure the video does not just let um us get views but it creates a next step. And this is how I want you to think about EI, not just as one magical assistant. I want you to think about it as a team. And your job is to become the strategist who knows who to call in. Okay.
So this is where you start thinking like an operator. Which agents should be allowed to write? Which agents should be allowed to research? Which agents should be um able to to remember uh the project? Right? This is very very important um as we move through. Now we're going to run the agent team which is super exciting. So, I'm going to take this other prompt that I have. I'm going to paste it here. Cuz remember, we've set up everything, the infrastructure. We've architect everything. We've organized the folders. And and don't get overwhelmed, my friends. We're taking it a step at a time here. And this is what business owners need to understand that the future is not just having AI write more content. The future is actually building out AI workflows that turn ideas into assets. Okay? And if your AI workflow does not connect to attention, leads, revenue or leverage, it is just for entertainment. And that's my mindset.
So if we look at this, you can see that this is so crucial to leverage claude code because you can have access to AI agents, which we're building out right here. So what I just did, I said, use the project sub agents to build the first revenue agent output. And uh again, these prompts, I'm not going to go over every single thing, but I'm going to click on go. And again, once you understand what the EI agents are doing, once you understand from the beginning that this is what we're focusing on, creating a revenue uh agent team, this will all click. And uh you probably are asking, Adina, how did you come up with the actual prompts? Well, in the very beginning before recording this, I will give you the document as well to brainstorm what you need help with. So, what I did was I did a voice dump with Claude Co-work with exactly what I was trying to build, what I needed help with. I stated the problem and it literally came up with the prompts for me just like that. You don't need to sit there and come up with the prompts. What you do need to do is know how to communicate the problem, the outcome, what you what you're hoping to solve, what you're going through, and then asking it to support you. So those prompts I'll provide to you in the description as well.
So look at this. It says running the team now. So literally I gave it a prompt to execute and run the team. It says because each agent builds on the one before it actually is able to run, right? And it says I run them one at a time and pass a previous output for it. This is subsequential not parallel. So it will take a few minutes. I will narrate each handoff in plain English. So there's that plain English. The reason why I keep saying that is do remember in the beginning that is where we had to explain exactly like here we go. I need you to explain to me what you're doing at each step. So it's literally now just triggering the agent. Okay.
So you can see that the specialist agents are running. This keeps the main conversation clean because each agent does the messy thinking in its own lane and brings back the useful summary. So that's what's actually literally what's happening right now. Like look at there's the offer architect. It's running right now and it's literally handing it off now. It's moving into the new territory. And this is how sub agents works. It really works in its own lane. We're not asking Claude to think like one person. I am asking Claude to coordinate like a team, right? And this is where the 80% happens. The market agent again cuz I just have to remind you that it looks for the demand. So as it was there running, it's handing off each step to the next AI agent. It's literally working like a team and building a system, right? So you could see that the specialists were running while I was sitting here, you know, doing something else, right?
So I just want to have a look to see what it came up with, right? And now you can really see what it prepared for us. And I want to show you. So what I'm going to do is I'm looking for the final file. And if you're building with me and you see this, you're just going to click on it. And it contains every section you ask for. Executive summary, final recommended title, plus five backups and five thumbnail options. Why the topic should work, the offer behind the video, the unique mechanism, the 14minute screen recording structure, timestamped, the lead magnet, the word for word call to action, the five email. Look at this. The five email follow-up sequence. Oh my gosh, guys. What did we just build together? Look at this right here. If if you look off to the side, this is where you see everything. Final recommend recommended title. Look, it says I built five AI agents that replace my entire business system. No code. It even gives us backup titles, right? And I just wanted to show you this is what what a system looks like, right? We're not asking those text message prompts. And remember in the beginning I told you how do we get these prompts is you literally do a voice dump. And I'll leave the voice dump um app that I love to use, which is Whisper Flow. I have no connection to this company. No brand deals, nothing. Um, this is literally my workflow. I'll do a voice dump again of like the problems I'm experiencing, the outcomes I'm going through, and I say, "Do not give me a text message prompt. Give me an actual prompt that could produce a system of sub agents that work together as a team." Right? So, how much agents did we create? We literally created four agents, right? That is now working in a team. Okay.
So, I'm going to scroll through this so you can see. I'm just going to move my head out the way, but I want to show you like look at this. The offer behind the video. It's literally telling me what the lead magnet should be, the revenue agent template, the actual five agent prompt chain downloadable and ready to run, free or up to $27. It's even giving us the price. Look at that. It's saying the workshop, the revenue agent workshop liveg guided build where participants input their own idea and leave with a deployed system 297 to 497. This is fantastic. The revenue agent system. So remember we were building a revenue generating team, right? And this is like this is really correlated to like my personal brand. But I want you to think about what could it do for you? Like you know what I mean? taking all your genius that you have, all your greatness, and being able to build out agents. Was this hard, my friends? Literally, it was not hard, right? If you have the right instructions, if you have the right guide, you can do this yourself. And the beauty of it is that this is a video, so you can pause, save parts, come back to it, right? And you know what I mean, and build this out with me. Um I I want to also the last part that I really want to do is I really want to refine it. So I'm literally going to drop um what I call an agent for a strategic second pass because the thing with me is that I know that these tools could hallucinate a little bit. So um what I would love to do is I just love to do just one last pass, right? Where we're offer agent and we're leveraging our conversion system builder agent. Okay, just to do one final pass, right? And uh it's it's going to make this tighter for us. It's going to analyze everything. Um I just wanted to also highlight too, it gave me a 14-minute screen recording structure. So, isn't this fantastic? This is like super dope. And this is literally the video that I'm recording right now. So, I'm going to click on go. And um again, so this is the second pass where the system gets better because like I said, I don't really trust the first output. Most people stop at the first output. No, the first output is the worst. I do not. I force the agent team to grade the business logic. Is the audience is it uh specific to my audience? Is the pain urgent? Is the promise believable? Does the lead magnet actually pull someone forward? Does this make money? Does it sound interesting? This is the difference between AI content and AI business strategy. Okay.
So, as you can see, while this is running, this is also how you train your taste. You are not just accepting the output. You are teaching the system your standards. And a lot of people don't realize that. They'll just like This is where AI slop comes into play cuz you're taking what's being given to you and you're not adding the years of life experience that you've had for the last 20 30 40 50 I don't know how old you are but you're not adding that. So that's where your taste comes in and the beauty of it is that it will continue to get smarter over time. That is why I love AI so much because it gets smarter over time. Okay.
So, right. Uh, so as it's going through, we're not going to wait on it, but I did want to let you know that what will happen is you'll get a final brief. So, if you were creating the next video, this is what I would use. One core title, one mechanism, one uh screening recording, the structure, the lead magnet, the follow-up sequence, and more importantly, guess what we have now? We've created a system that is created now. Right? This is what a system looks. This is what it means. This means I can run this again and again for a new offer, a new audience, a new video or a new product. And this is the future of AI, not just one-off prompting, reusable intelligence, market signal first, right? Offer second, content third, conversion fourth. That is the order. If you skip that order, you get random content. If you follow it, you get a system. Okay?
So this is the very first agent team I would build if I wanted to make money with AI. Not because it is flashy, because it actually solves the real problem. It turns one idea into positioning, into an offer, into content, into a lead magnet, into a follow-up, right? And that is what creates leverage, my friend, not more tools. But we need to get better at systems, right? And that's what I wanted to make this whole video about is that if you are a beginner, do not let the word code scare you. Start by telling the agent, right? Teach me while you build. Because going forward, the people who win with AI is not just going to be the people who can code. It is going to be the person and the people who could communicate, direct, refine, orchestrate. That is the new skill, my friends. Um, but thank you so much for rocking with me. I appreciate you guys. If you enjoyed this demo and you want more of it, if you're like Aduina, we need more. This is just a highle video that I just wanted to show you the magic that you can accomplish when you're not afraid to just step out and learn. Life is about being being a life learner. And for me personally, I wasn't sitting at a kitchen table with my parents telling me um to go into tech, right? I didn't have a a beginning like that. But that doesn't mean that our ending has to be this is for us. This is for people that know how to communicate, right? And even if you do, you already know how I feel about it. Just ask AI to help you, right? So, if you enjoy this video, give me a thumbs up in the comment section. Like, talk back to me, like this video, subscribe, because it really helps me out as well, get to people that really need to learn AI and not just learn AI, not just build with AI, but make money with AI. So, I'll see you guys in the next one. Thank you so much for tuning in. Bye.
