Shalom, shalom. Many blessings [music] from our creator for each one of you, from any part of the world, from wherever you are [music] watching us at this hour. We greet you and [music] bless you from Florida to your JP Minister office. On this day, I want to speak a little about a [music] topic that I always ministered when I functioned as a pastor and preacher on this topic. Uh, I even [música] came to title it several times, some teachings, the suddenness [música] of God. The suddenness of God for many years, uh, that topic [música] caused a bit of sensationalism. Or [sniffle] you know, sometimes you would say under authority, rise up, lift your hands, and I [música] would begin to declare with much encouragement and much desire and much intention that things would happen for people. [música] Suddenly someone will call you to pay your debt, suddenly they will give you the job, suddenly the illness [música] will leave your body, suddenly money will come, and I would start for half an hour like that, and God would get involved. Well, [sniffle] everyone would shout amen. I [música] uh respect, of course, all beliefs, that is part of my nature. But I want [música] you to consider a different point in relation to that topic that I want to share with you at this [música] hour. Uh, I want you to consider [música] a different point on this particular topic. I am going to talk about the suddenness. To begin, there are some Eastern concepts that are very [música] powerful, that one must know, uh, at least the basics [música] before going into detail, which are tikkun and karma. These things must be known. The [música] tikkun that is handled more in Hebrew mysticism. Uh, there are several things to say [música] about tikkun. In fact, there are several manifestations and characteristics. The most central is what is known as my mission, linked [música] to my life mission, to the rectification of what I came to do in this world. That is also called tikkun, doing tikkun, fulfilling my mission, uh, correcting the fallen parts of Adam that were assigned to me to repair. That is one of the explanations of tikkun. Now, another explanation of tikkun, [música] a different function. Right? But of the same work is that Hebrew mysticism speaks of [música] angels, right, that are found mainly in the [música] stars, in the celestial bodies, who are in charge of producing [música] balance and justice in this world. In what sense? Every human action produces an effect, and [música] for example, some writings of the Zohar say that a mitzvah, [música] that is, fulfilling a commandment, somehow creates an effect of guardian angels, and a transgression, a failure, produces accuser angels. This is more or less the concept of [música] tikkun. Uh, angels who are positioned in celestial spheres, receiving the actions of human beings, the thoughts of human beings, what human beings feel [música] and somehow administer them [música] in some way, I don't like the term "pay," but in some way to correct that action [música] that you did. You did something good, you will have something good and favorable. You did something not so good, you will [música] have a response to that, and they do that so that the universe remains balanced. Uh, in fact, the Bible has some details. For example, when the Bible speaks of the prince [música] of Persia, or the prince of Greece, or the prince of Israel, who in this case was Michael, uh, [música] it is talking about angels. I don't know if you realize, something that happens when they arrive, uh, when King David, when Daniel, right, the prophet Daniel is in operation, that uh, Daniel has a request, and an angel arrives and tells him, "Daniel, [música] from the very moment you set this request in your heart, the order was given to me to come and give you the [música] report, but the prince of Persia opposed me," meaning there was someone assigned to Persia in charge of administering what entered and left Persia. Uh, Revelation speaks a little about this. If you read Revelation 1:20, for example, it says, "The mystery of the seven stars [música] which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden lampstands." The seven stars are the seven angels of the church. In a way, this [música] is saying that the vision John had of some stars in Revelation, [música] the interpretation they are giving is that he says the stars I saw are angels. The concept [música] of tikkun is angels administering the actions of men, which is also linked to emotion and thought. They administer them so as to ensure that there is no injustice in this [música] world, that that that everything flows in its just balance. The Bible says it in another way. Galatians, [música] the Apostle Paul in the first chapter of Galatians, uh, sorry, Galatians chapter 6 says, "Do not be deceived, God cannot be mocked. For whatever a man sows, that he will also [música] reap." And there are a lot more verses. I can read you three or four quickly. Proverbs 26:2 [música] says, "As the bird in its flitting, as the sparrow in its flying, [música] so a curse without cause shall not alight." Number one, Paul says that exactly what a man sows, [música] that he will reap. Uh, Solomon says in Proverbs that a [música] curse never comes without cause. Job chapter 4 verse 8 says, [música] "As I have seen those who plow iniquity and sow trouble, [música] they reap it," meaning they harvest it. So Job says, "Those who plow iniquity [música] and those who sow trouble also reap it." That is what they harvest for themselves. And Proverbs 22:8 says, "He who sows iniquity will reap [música] iniquity." I will read you two or three more verses to go into detail. Hosea chapter 8 verse 7 says, "They sow the wind and reap the whirlwind, a tempest." Proverbs 11:18, he who sows [música] righteousness will have a sure reward. Proverbs 26:27, whoever digs [música] a pit will fall into it. It is talking about cause and effect. Cause [música] and effect. Depending on your actions, your movements, your thoughts, your words, and so on, angels administer, they go to the quantum computer, and then they come to you at that same level. So, why am I talking to you about this in a topic [música] that has to do with suddenness? Because people regularly believe a lot in this. I am waiting for a suddenness from God. No, [música] I tell you that suddenness does not exist. There is no such thing as suddenness. Everything that is known as suddenness really has a history [música] behind it. It has something that is activating it. And I am going to start by reading you [música] some stories to get to the exact point where I want to arrive. Look what happened, for [música] example, in Second Samuel, chapter 11, so that you have an idea of where I want to take you. Second Samuel, [música] chapter 11. David is bathing in the palace. You know the story better [música] than I do. He sees Bathsheba, Uriah the Hittite's wife, and he desires her. The woman undresses, he sees her, [música] he desires her, and says, "Who is this woman's husband?" Ah, it's Uriah, a warrior who is fighting for Israel. David invents something to be able to take her as his wife. Everyone knows the story. He called Uriah, told him, "Come, [música] how are you?" Uriah did not go along with that. Uriah wanted to fight in the war. Uriah did not. Well, since [música] David wants his wife, and the man is too pure with his war, with his country [música] and with the history of Israel and with the king's honor, look what the king invents. Second Samuel 11. And I want you to listen to this, [música] uh, verse 14. In the morning. David wrote to Joab a [música] letter, which he sent by the hand of Uriah. Uriah himself carried the letter [música] and wrote in the letter saying, "Put Uriah in the front, in the thickest of the battle. Put him in the front so that he may die, and withdraw from him, meaning, leave him alone [música] so that he may be wounded and die." So when Joab besieged the city, he put Uriah in the front of the battle, right? [música] Where David told him to put him. He put Uriah in the place where he knew the bravest men were, and when they went out of the city, they fought against Joab, and some of David's servants fell, and Uriah also died. And [música] Uriah died. Uriah died. When Uriah died, when Uriah died, General Joab, who was a general of David, sent David a message in [música] code. That is, he sent it encoded, he didn't send him a message saying, "We killed the man." No, no, no, no. In verse 18 it says, "Then Joab sent and told David all the matters of the war." Listen to this detail. And he sent the messenger saying, "When you have finished telling the king all the matters of the war, if the king begins to get angry and says to you, 'Why did you go so close to the city to [música] fight?'" Listen, that's talk. 'Didn't you know what they usually throw from the wall?' Blah, blah, blah, blah. Listen, Joab is sending a letter to the king. King, everything happened as you said. And it is delivered [música] to a servant. When the servant leaves, Joab says, "If you see the king get angry when he learns that several died and says, 'Why did we go so close?' Tell him that we are in a war, that we did what we could, a simulation." In reality, Joab did [música] exactly what the king commanded him, and this was kept quiet. Uriah died. David took the man's wife, took her, got her pregnant, so she got pregnant and the child was born. We are talking about a year having passed since the incident, and here [música] is what I want to minister to you today. Listen, a year has passed since this incident, [música] but in Second Samuel 12, the prophet Nathan comes and confronts him. [música] And you already know the story, in verse 7, Nathan said to David, "You are that man, thus says God to you. What happened? I anointed you king over Israel. [música] I delivered you from the hand of Saul. I gave you your master's house and your master's wives into your bosom. I gave you the house of Israel and Judah. If this were not enough, I would have added much more. [música] Why then have you despised the word of the Lord by doing evil in his eyes? You killed [música] Uriah the Hittite with the sword and took his wife as your wife, and him you killed with the sword of the sons of Ammon. Therefore, the sword shall never depart from your house, because you have despised me and taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife. Thus says [música] the Lord. I will raise up evil against you from your own house. I will take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbor, and he will lie with your wives [música] in the sight of this sun, because you did this in secret, but I will do this before all [música] of Israel. Listen to this. Then David said to Nathan, "I have sinned against the Lord." And Nathan said to David, "The Lord also has forgiven your sin [música] and listen to this, you shall not die. But because by this deed you have made the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme, the [música] child who has been born to you, the Son who has been born to you, shall surely die." And Nathan departed. [música] The question I ask you is, because by this deed you have made the enemies of God to blaspheme [música] the enemies of God? The child who has been born to you will die. There is no biblical [música] historical record that David's action was known and that the enemies blasphemed God. There isn't. That is, we don't have a story where the enemies are saying, "Look at that King David, that murderer," no, no, no. For everyone, Uriah died fighting, [música] see? But the prophet came. The prophet [música] came and told him, "What you have just done has caused the enemies of God [música] to blaspheme against him." He is talking about celestial spheres. [sniffle] For that reason, your son will die. And you know what happens on the physical plane? [música] Look here. And the Lord struck the child that Uriah's wife had borne to David, and it became very sick. And you know what happened, David pleaded with God for the child. He fasted and [música] went in and spent the night lying on the ground, as they say in church, doing penance. [música] The elders of his house rose and asked him, "Do you want bread?" No, he refused to eat because he was praying for the child, and on the seventh day the child died, and David's servants feared to tell him [música] because they said, "Wow, now he's going to get angry when he knows he died." What I want you to know are two things. Number one, the prophet told David, number one, your actions have caused blasphemy before God, and no one saw those actions. He is talking about what you did, [música] the angels, because to top it off, the mystical explanation is that those angels did not want [música] God to create human beings. And the mystical writings say that they told him, "Don't create them because they will destroy [música] your world." And then God says, "You will be in charge of ensuring that they do not destroy it by administering their actions so that there is balance." So these guys don't want to know [música] about human beings, those who control tikkun. And what do these guys do? It seems they say to Kadosh Baruch, "I told you so, look at them. Those guys are bad. Look what he just did [música] now. The second thing is that the child will die. But my question is here. Hebrew mysticism says that whatever happens to children from 13 years old and down, the correction is for the parents, [música] the teaching is for the parents. So David prays, David fasts, [música] David throws himself on the ground so that God will heal the child. Finally, the child dies. I ask you, [música] what if a prophet doesn't come to say exactly what David did [música] that caused the child's death? Imagine David's frustration, see? And suddenly that child was healthy. No, no, [música] it doesn't work like that. There are details, there is learning, there is experience, [música] there is tikkun, there are adjustments, there are things to deal with here. The thing is that the spiritual world is complex, it is open, it is infinite. [música] That is, here I cannot tell you, "Ah, I behaved badly and that's why my son is sick." No, but perhaps there is an attitude to correct, [música] perhaps there is a detail, there is a learning to have, perhaps there is a signature missing for you to go to the next level. But the detail here is that at least the prophet can tell David what he did. At least the prophet told him, "You have caused this with your actions." But what about those who don't have a prophet to speak to them? [música] And those who don't have the sensitivity to hear God telling them, [música] "What happened?" That was exactly the same thing that happened with Joshua. The same. That is, the same. Joshua comes after winning a lot of battles. If you read Joshua chapter 7, it says, "Shortly after they returned and gave the following report to Joshua. Where are we going? We are going to fight with Ai. Listen to what it says. It is not necessary for the whole people to go to battle, only 3,000 soldiers should go. That will be enough for us to take Ai. That population has very few men. There is no need to tire the whole people. For that reason, only 3,000 soldiers went to battle. Listen, 3,000 soldiers. Do you know what happens? But they fled, they were beaten, several were killed, they lost the war. And what happened? Joshua began to cry. Why did you make the people [música] cross the Jordan and deliver them into the hands of the Amorites to destroy them? We would have been better off staying on the other side of the river. Lord, tell me, what can I do? What happened? How is it possible that you have abandoned me? Go, go to Joshua. God is angry with him because [música] he has taken him. And what is the divine response? The divine response is, get up. [música] What are you doing there prostrate as if I were an unjust man? As if I were an unjust being. The Israelites have done evil and violated the covenant that I [música] made with them. They have taken for themselves the spoil of war [música] that should have been destroyed. God said to Joshua, "Do you remember that I told you that when you defeated that army [música] you should not take that spoil, but destroy it?" Of course, part of your leadership did not do [música] that. They took the spoil, they grabbed it, they hid it, and that cursed the land. And for that reason, you lost. The question is, and [música] if Joshua didn't have the hand of God speaking to him and telling him, "Why did you lose?" Can you imagine Joshua, poor Joshua, saying, "And now what did I do? Why is this happening to me? I am focused, God has abandoned me. No, no, no, no. Something happened, something occurred that activated this matter that is happening to you now. See? And my question is always the same. What happens if it weren't? Because God comments to them, he comments to both David and Joshua that they had a lapse. I imagine. But look what it says here, that Joshua began to cry. Joshua began to cry. Oh my God, what can I say now? That Israel had to flee from its enemies. The guy is ashamed. The Canaanites will find out and will surround us and exterminate us. The guy is dying of fear. I thought you were the greatest God. And God says, [música] "Yes, I am still great. But why do you let them kill you like that?" He says, "Because you violated something. Suddenness does not exist, Joshua. It wasn't that you lost suddenly, it wasn't that I abandoned you suddenly. Instead of staying there complaining, [música] try to enter into the secret and try to discover what is there. Why would I have allowed something like that? Because it is not happening by chance, 'Wow, we lost.' One of yours took a bar of cursed gold and broke my covenant, by which a door was opened, and the angels who administer tikkun have the right to make you lose because you violated my agreement. But that doesn't just happen for bad things, it also happens for good things. Because there is a Jew named Mordecai in the reign of Esther who one day saved the king. He saved the king from being poisoned. They were going to poison King Ahasuerus. And Mordecai said not to drink that, that it had poison and they were going to kill him. See. [música] And that happened. Time passed. Then, after a long time, a high-ranking Persian general named Haman [música] became jealous and hated the Jewish people, especially Mordecai. Why? Because every time he entered the palace, Mordecai was there in the corner of the door, and this guy, everyone knelt to worship him, and Mordecai did not because he is Jewish, and for Jews, that is [música] idolatrous worship. The man got angry, prepared a gallows, and said, "I will hang him, I will speak to the king to punish this guy, because this guy [música] is not worshipping me like everyone else." And you know what the Holy Scriptures say, that that night the king lost his sleep. Listen to that thing, [música] the king lost his sleep, and since he couldn't sleep, he ordered those who read the chronicles of things that had happened in Israel to be brought, and said, "Read, read me some old stories." Well, Your Majesty, on one occasion, a soup was prepared for you with a little bit of poison, a dangerous poison. I am paraphrasing. And when you were about to drink it, a Jew named [música] Mordecai said not to, that he shouldn't drink it, that he saw that poison had been put in it. We did investigations of the place, and you know what? [música] It's true, the food was poisoned. Today you are alive because of that man. Oh, [música] my goodness. The king said, "Stop reading. And what did they do for that man for honoring him, for saving my [música] life? What privilege does he have?" They said, "Nothing has been done for him. Nothing has been done for him." No, but that man must be honored. That man must, that man must have something done. While the king was thinking about what to do, [música] Haman entered, the general who wanted to kill Mordecai, who came with an order, had already prepared a gallows to hang him. And when he entered the king's office, the king said to him, "Haman, I am considering a matter here. [música] What happened, Your Majesty? I want to honor someone, I want to put my ring on him, [música] I want to put my cloak on him, I want to parade him on horseback through the city saying that the king honors him." Haman said, "That [música] is me. That is me. What do you think I can do to someone I want to honor?" And Haman himself gave the idea. He said, "No, no, no. Parade him through the city. Put your ring and your clothes on him and say, 'The king wants to honor this man.'" I imagine that when the man was about to get on the horse, [música] the king said, "Quickly, let's do this with Mordecai, the Jew." He said, "No, but [música] wait, the king is not to be questioned." Then any preacher, any relative, [música] any observer says, and suddenly they arrive at Mordecai and say, "Mordecai, you go from being a guy who sleeps by the door with the profile of a beggar. Now they are going to put you on a horse, now they are going to put the king's ring on you, now they are going to put the king's clothes on you. Now they are going to go out saying that the king wishes to honor this man. And all of this is happening suddenly. No, my dear, that is not sudden. [música] That man has accumulated actions of saving a king's life [música] and that action bore fruit at the indicated moment. The thing is that there are people who never knew that Mordecai did that. [música] So there are people who will only be able to see the result. And that's why gossips will say, "Wow, how lucky. Wow, how much luck he has. Wow, truly God gives beards to those who have no jaws." No, you are seeing that now. Because there is [música] a history of someone who sowed something good, sowed life. Sowed life for the king. Then, then [música] there is a story now that I am telling you about, which is not usually spoken of in churches, and I am not going to risk speaking about it now either because that is not the topic, but there is an important concept, and I will say it with great caution, but in Genesis 27, Jacob at one point deceived his father. And do you know what he deceived him with? With a kid, with [música] a soup, with a stew, with a stew, with a kid, he deceived his father. And time passed, and years passed. [música] And now you know what happens next. His son Joseph is envied by his brothers. And what they did was take Joseph's robe after selling him to an Ishmaelite company and stained it with the blood of a kid. They told Joseph, "Wow, look, a wild beast has devoured [música] your son." They told Jacob, "A wild beast has devoured your son," to everyone. Oh, poor thing. Look, they made him believe it was kid's blood and deceived him. Well, once you deceived your father [música] with a kid's soup. See what I'm telling you? What happens is that [música] uh, there are people who didn't see the sowing, and there are people who only see the harvest, [música] but honestly, that's not how sudden events appear. There are always details, and they can be implicit details, [música] deep details, mystical details, small details, complicated details, because we are talking about the personal life of each person, but you don't know it, but in heaven there is not a single iota of injustice. Someone wrote to me, "Yes, master, but the abandonment has no explanation." Yes, the abandonment also [música] has an explanation. Because if you read in Job, if you read in Job, in chapter, for example, 3 verse 25, Job says, "The thing I feared has come upon me, and what I dreaded has befallen me. I have no peace, nor am I quiet, nor am I at rest; but trouble has come." Gentlemen, Job was a man full of fear all the time. Fear, fear. In chapter 7, Job says, [música] "My bed will comfort me. Then you frighten me with dreams and terrify me with visions." [música] Job had fearful dreams. He says, "You have filled me with dread and by all my pains I know that you will not hold me innocent." I am telling you that Job said, "What terrified me has come, and what I dreaded has befallen me. [música] Fear is a complicated sowing, okay? Perfect love casts out fear. Fear is a magnet for bringing what you fear. And [música] there are things that no one knows. That's why you don't look, you want a channel of blessing, but don't be distressed for no reason because, oh no, no, no, no. This world is perfectly synchronized. There are people here that you don't know, you didn't see them. I will give you an incredible case. [música] There is an expression in Judges, you can imagine me looking for verses to find the answer to that, because in Judges chapter 1 verse 6 there was a king named Adoni-bezek. Adoni-bezek says, "But Adoni-bezek fled, and they pursued him and caught him and cut off his thumbs and big toes." Look what verse 7 then says. [música] First Judges 1, sorry, Judges 1, verse 6 says they cut off his thumbs and big toes. [música] In verse 7, look what it says. Then Adoni-bezek said, "Seventy kings, with their thumbs and big toes cut off, gathered scraps under my table; [música] as I have done, so God has repaid me." And they brought him to Jerusalem, where he died. [música] Do you know what the detail is? that you knew I came to look for [música] when he did that, and there is no record. Which means he did it. He would take the kings from the wars he won [música] and cut off the thumbs of their hands and feet and put them under the table to eat scraps. He alone did that. There is not a single verse. It was he who recognized it. When they did it to him, he said, "Oh my God, this was what [música] I used to do. Now they have done it to me, see?" So people might say, "Wow, poor [música] king, look how they cut off his thumbs." The man is recognizing in full consciousness [música] that the creator is repaying his actions. [música] The Hebrew sages often express this idea by saying, "No action disappears. Every thought, word, and deed leaves a spiritual imprint. [música] No action disappears. Every thought, word, and deed leaves a spiritual imprint. [música] For this reason, those who study mysticism [música] know what they have studied in school and with other teachers that the Hebrew tradition speaks of how the [música] actions we commit here generate an imprint [música] in the spiritual worlds, not only in this world, but also in the worlds above, [música] which sooner or later returns to the one who produced it. Okay? That is, and it is not always like a punishment that comes immediately, but like a natural consequence of the order of the universe. Don't call it punishment, [música] call it order, universal judgment, cosmic balance. Those angels administer your actions, [música] your thoughts, your characteristics, they put them in the computer, and according to mysticism, they have from 10 seconds, 10 minutes, [música] 10 hours, 10 days, 10 years, including 10 lives to collect it from you, but you will pay it in some way. [música] And if you don't want to pay, they say, they will make adjustments. The sowing happens at one time and the harvest at another. [música] Not always. The thing is that since you didn't see anything happen to you right away, you say, "God has forgotten." No, look how this king remembers when it is happening to him. People with conscience know that this [música] world is not loose. Basically, between one and the other. That is, between the action I do and the consequence that comes, there is always a silent period where it seems like nothing is happening, but the seed [música] is already working underground. People usually call the moment when a harvest becomes visible "suddenness," forgetting that there was a sowing a long time ago [música] that was producing, that at some point would bear fruit. That is why [música] in the concept of Buddhism, which I misunderstood very badly, in fact, I have old teachings that now [música] I realize that I was wrong, and it's okay. I'm not ashamed to say it. I am a seeker. I want to learn more every day [música] because I even did a study once when I was a pastor, saying the difference between karma and tikkun. You know, finishing off karma. No, [música] Buddhist karma does not really mean destiny. In fact, I almost like the concept more, and I will explain why. It does not mean punishment, it does not mean bad luck, it means, above all, [música] intentional action. Listen to this. And I said, what does karma have to do with intentional action? [música] Why does the Buddhist insist so much that human beings reach the level of nirvana, [música] enlightenment, Buddhahood, growth? Why? [música] Because karma for them is intentional action. For example, one of the most cited definitions by Buddha, which appears [música] in the Nikaya, right? What does it say? Intention, [música] I tell you, is karma. Having had the intention, one acts by means of body, speech, or mind. That is, [música] you think, you intend, you act. That action leaves a trace, and that trace influences future experiences. In other words, [música] it's not that the universe arbitrarily punishes you. [música] You are a participant, this was the word I liked, you are a participant [música] in the causes that produce the effects. That is, you were a participant when the results that were coming to you were being put together. You were working there too. So, [música] how is it that many Buddhist masters summarize karma? We do not inherit a destiny, [música] we inherit the consequences of our habits, or even more simply, the future is being built by the decisions I am making now. See? So, most people believe that karma is what happens to me, but Buddhism teaches that karma is first what you do. You are not a spectator of your destiny. [música] You actively participate in its construction. Curiously, Paul said something very similar centuries ago, which was what he said, "Whatever a man sows, that he will also [música] reap." Something very similar to that. No one leaves their house, gentlemen, [música] opens the door, and there is a mango tree, with lots of mangoes. Wow. Now that it's mango season, without you ever having planted a seed. No, [música] no, no, no, no, no, no. That's why I like Judah's action in Joseph's confrontation with his brothers. Because if you read the Bible, [música] Joseph, Joseph when he sets a trap for his brothers, right, that they stole a cup, or whatever. The brothers start complaining [música] because, "Us, look, what do you mean? How is it possible that now they accuse us of being thieves? How is it possible that we, being..." and it is Judah who says, [música] "Wait, wait, don't play the victim. We did wrong, and because of the wrong we did, the Lord is giving us retribution." And what did Joseph do? Joseph said, [música] "Time to remove the punishment, time to reveal who I am, time to give you gold. Time to give you position, [música] time to elevate you, time to tell you to bring my father. When that deep river of provision, of [música] blessing, of peace, of good news came when Judah took responsibility and said, "I don't want to be a victim. I don't want to get up every morning saying, 'Why me? Why am I accused of being a thief? [música] I have never stolen anything. Since I washed the car, it rained. Since I washed my head, [música] it got cloudy.' That is, people who are victims, victims, victims, victims. Judah said, "I am not a victim. [música] Honestly, I have something to do with what just happened here." And it is that we did something very wrong. [música] Yes, sir. And that's why it has befallen us, that's why they are accusing us of having stolen something [música] here. And then Joseph says, "What I was looking for has appeared. You are an honest man. Then, [música] I want to leave you with these words. Do not believe in suddenness, they are preceded by a seed sown earlier. The thing is that the spiritual world is very [música] subtle. A comment against someone, a gossip, slander, calumny, a theft, a loan you never returned, [música] they lent it to you with that face that you are going to borrow. And then you played dumb, and for everyone, it's all over. But there are pending prosecutors [singing] looking at your [música] thoughts, what you say, what you do. And at some point when you say, "Oh, the suddenness, everything suddenly, look, everything," no, no, no, there is no suddenness, there is something that [música] was sown and then the harvest appeared, and that's what people call suddenness." But then, what do I like about Buddhism? That Buddhism says that I participate in my karma. Why? [música] Because since I know that what I am doing now brings retribution, then I awaken Nirvana consciousness [música] Alex. Consciously, what do I do? I walk on that [música] level. See? Generosity, honor, [música] gratitude, respect. Why? Because everything I am [música] doing is producing a bill. And that is what Buddhists call karma. [música] It is not destiny. Karma is something I build consciously because everything I am doing, and Paul puts it simply. Paul says, "I am not going to complicate that. What a man sows, that he will also reap. What you sow, that you will harvest. God cannot be mocked. What a man sows, that he will reap. [música] In short, awaken to a higher reality. Awaken to a greater reality so that day by day you rise consciously to build what you will come to next. [música] Be careful what you say. Be careful about participating in gossip, in contention. Be careful about generating envy. Be careful about incorrect actions, about harming others, about mistreating others, about hurting your neighbor, about borrowing and not returning, about speaking behind someone's back, about manifesting ingratitude, etc., because all those details will bring a retribution [música] later, and then people will say, "Suddenly, and suddenly it appeared." For example, I was given a vehicle, some people said, "Wow, how lucky, how fortunate. I am not going to mention more names of that because I [música] am no longer interested in any of that, but they are hearing me and they know. There are two or three pastors from my network who know [música] or two pastors and one who was my friend, to whom I gave a vehicle. I gave a van to one when he arrived here in West Palm Beach. Look, that van is yours, don't walk around barefoot. [música] I bought it from Juan, my friend, from Juan and Sara, and I told them, "Take that van, it's yours." To another pastor I had in the Dominican Republic, I bought a car for my sister Margaret. [música] That car, here, how much does it cost, this much, take it. Why? Because I am going to send it to you and I am going to give it to you without a single [música] peso from that pastor in the Dominican Republic. To my other friend Ricky Patricio, he was given a car in Boston, and I said, "Take that [música] car, it's yours." To another friend in Orlando, when I moved here, I was given another car in New York, and it came with the family from [música] Puerto Rico. Take it. Why am I telling you this? Because one day, around this time we are living now, during the pandemic, they arrived at my house's parking lot with a $10,000 Lexus van, given as a gift. There is the title, there is everything, and everyone, wow, how fortunate. Look, suddenly it appeared, and no, it wasn't sudden. [música] No, no. You don't open the door and say, "Wow, a mango tree, a mango tree, look, with mangoes." No, [música] no, no, no, it doesn't work like that. He who sows, what you sow, what you will harvest, [música] God cannot be mocked. So get up every day with consciousness to generate. Be [música] careful, don't talk so much. In much talk, the Bible says, "Sin is not lacking. Be careful what you say, what you don't know, don't talk about it. [música] Be careful about participating in calumny, participating in ingratitude. [música] Be careful about harming others, be careful about borrowing and not returning. Be careful. Sow good deeds so that your sudden events [música] are favorable to you. A hug to all. I wanted to leave you this little word. Uh, [música] suddenly many good things will come to you if you consciously build good [música] and healthy things.
