Musk FLIPS OUT over Trump tariffs

So Elon Musk and the Republicans are flipping out and having nervous breakdowns today, as essentially Donald Trump's tariffs are going to send us into a recession. That's the subject of today's video. Um, this is Musk; he gave this wild, bonkers interview. Uh, we have to watch it together, and you'll see what I'm saying.

Well, I think starting, starting a company, building a company is like staring into glass, and it's like eating glass and staring into the abyss. It's very painful and difficult. If you need encouragement for starting a company, I recommend that you do not start a company. So can you guys see what he's saying? So he's like, "Okay, someone's asking like, 'Hey Elon, do you got any, you know, advice for starting a company?'" He's like, "Well, I recommend you don't start a company." It's like staring into the abyss, like staring in the darkness and eating glass. I, I think that this, this honestly, this represents Elon's mindset. This is the supposed, you know, richest guy in the world, the supposed most genius of all time in history, and this is his advice to people. You know, just when I think about my life and starting a company, it's like I'm eating glass and staring into nothingness, and don't do it. Um, but, but to be fair to Elon, he is warning you: don't live Elon's life, and that's what I'm trying to share with you guys. Um, but this is who these people are, and, and all I have to do every single day is tell you the truth. This is who they are. That's literally his own words.

Um, the next thing that we're hearing about now is, um, and he gave it in the interview, uh, Elon Musk says he wants a zero tariff situation and a free trade zone for Europe. And, um, this is basically counter to what Trump wants. Trump's like, "Hey, I want to tariff everybody; I want to find ways to enrich myself and do the sovereign wealth fund thing," and now Musk is having second thoughts, it appears.

Um, also, if you don't know, Tesla stock is down by like 50%. Musk's wealth is largely tied to that, so just imagine like losing half your wealth in Tesla stock. And he's got a bunch of stuff in that, and if you don't know, he, um, this is Musk, takes loans and lines of credit based on the price of a stock, so he's in real trouble here. Um, and, uh, this is sort of why you see him flipping out. We'll watch a little bit more of this interview; you guys will see what I'm saying.

Um, that said, uh, the regulations in Europe, Europe is overregulated. There are too many rules and regulations that make it very difficult, um, to create a company, um, and, and, and do too much to protect large companies at the expense of small to medium-sized companies. Okay, so this stuff is really weird too. Um, Musk says a lot of weird stuff. Uh, so let's start here. So first is Musk always complains about regulations; he hates regulations, he hates safety, he hates workers, right? Uh, he hates, uh, the truth. So essentially, if you don't know, you follow the story, um, the EU recently is threatening to fine, uh, Elon's Twitter, uh, over a billion dollars. Um, they may theoretically ban Twitter; I think that is certainly a possibility.

Um, then he's feeling the heat. I mean, you can look at the guy's face, like, and it's, it's, it's the most scary, entertaining, crazy drama that I've ever seen in my lifetime, this whole Musk situation. But I just want you to see what he's talking about. Uh, he also mentioned something about where, like, um, the EU is protecting big companies. That's a bit of a strange thing to say as well, because he's kind of saying two things like, okay, so you have overregulations that he's complaining about, claim about fines, etc., but you have to remember a lot of these fines and things like, um, the, the European Union is way more strict on, on tech companies like, you know, Google, Apple, etc. They're, they're way more strict on monopoly laws. So this idea that they're, uh, protecting the big companies, I'm, I'm not sure what he's getting at because he's, it's weird; he's saying two things at once. I, I don't know, but, but that's Elon. I mean, I don't spend too much time trying to worry about like what's going on in his head, other than, I guess, again, he's eating glass, staring into the abyss. Let's watch more of what Elon has to say here. Again, he's flipping out. So, uh, the net result is you have a, a bunch of very small companies in Europe and then a small number of very large companies, but, but then not much in the middle. So there needs to be a way to go from being a small company, if you're making great products and services, to be able to scale to ultimately become a big company.

So what's interesting with, with this thing, and I actually don't disagree, I'm saying I don't disagree with, with Elon here, but it's odd. I feel like he's talking against himself here because Elon, supposedly the, you know, richest dude in the world, um, wouldn't he be like, does it get any bigger than Elon? No seriously, does it, does it not any? So like, are you arguing, Elon, that, um, you should give more small companies and other companies a chance to compete with you? I mean, you just bought the White House, right, and, and you're looking to buy influence to other countries? Like, I, I agree, right? We, we should not give too much power to people like you, Elon. I, I mean, are you talking against yourself right here? I don't know. He's, he's flipping out, as you guys can see.

Um, you also have this, uh, which, which I completely understand. Just imagine, guys, just put yourself in Elon's or Trump's shoes. Um, you know, you're trying to steal people's money, you're trying to fire everyone that you know out there, and then people get angry. Of course, they're going to get angry, and then Elon like pretends like, "I don't know why people don't like me." Um, just imagine though if, like, you know, you had signs all across the country, all across the world with your name on it, and people don't like you. I, I think that definitely weighs on a person. Um, you know, this is why they, they become maybe split personality, psychotic, however you want to explain it.

We've also heard this about Elon. I told you guys before in the last video; you can watch it, but basically, um, insiders in the White House don't like him. That's basically what it is; a lot of the staffers don't, and there's essentially a fight for power, and they're trying to keep Elon under control, to try to get him to be a team player, which he's kind of not that way, and he's never been that way. If you guys ever followed his career, uh, generally speaking, Elon will come into a company, right, bring the money; he's the money bags guy. People don't really like him, but he's got money, uh, and then they ultimately have fights because Elon's incompetent, and then people will kick him out, and then the company will be successful without Elon. I'm referring to the situation of PayPal; a lot of people don't know that story. Um, I mean, but his stock is crashing, and I think this is sort of why you're having a meltdown from him. He's, he's, uh, feeling the pressure.

On top of that, have a listen to this: S&P 500 drops 5% or more at this point in a presidency; there are only two of them, right? There's Donald Trump, a 10% drop since he took office; the only one that matches it or exceeds it was George W. Bush back in 2001, a drop of 18%. This is it; this is the whole kitten kaboodle since the S&P 500 was created as an index back in 1957. When you're one of two, and we're talking about drops in the stock market, uh-oh. So that's the quote there: uh-oh. Basically, it's bad. I, I, I know we make do that stuff, and, and I also know that that real people do get hurt in these things; I want to make that clear. But I mean, you have to acknowledge the, um, the absurdity of what we're facing, and even the, the, the, the little subtitle down below is talking about President Yoon in Korea getting impeached. You can watch my video on that.

Um, this is where we are, though. I, I, you know, feel like the bubble is finally starting to pop. Um, I mean, we've been overvalued in the markets for a long time. Uh, essentially, markets have been going up because we're all there, all these promises and how awesome AI is going to be, and robots are going to be great. But like, we're talking about technologies and things that are going to replace you and take your job, and then we're also talking about an administration with Trump and Musk who want to fire you. So like, how else do you think this is going to end?

Um, you know what's ironic, though, is that, uh, Trump was predicting a crash. Now, oftentimes, people, um, sort of every accusation is a confession. So listen to, uh, Trump's confession here. Listen to this: "We're going to have a crash, and we're going to have a crash like a 1929 crash if she gets in. Uh, you saw a gentleman yesterday who got up, one of the top analysts in the world, frankly, and, uh, said that if Trump isn't elected, he predicts, and he's predicting you have a stock market crash like 1929." So Trump was trying to accuse Harris of that kind of stuff, of, of crashing the market, but I mean, you can literally see it's happening; it's crashing under Trump, and this is self-inflicted ruin, this tariff thing, uh, and the bubble combined. Um, it's pretty ugly out there, uh, and you got Republicans that already see the, uh, bloodbath in the midterms coming. This was the headline from the Financial Times: "Ted Cruz says Republicans face midterms bloodbath if Trump tariffs trigger US recession." Right, they can all see it, right? Like, like we can all see it; they hear it from their constituents, right?

Um, and also it's interesting, uh, the Congress is already trying to make steps in order to step in and try to, uh, remove some of Trump's power in the tariff situation. I, I don't know if that's going to go anywhere, but I'm just saying, um, they are thinking about this stuff in, in terms of the, of the politics of it, right? Um, Trump's kind of, as you can see, kind of on his own on this one, and then you got Elon Musk spouting crazy stuff, um, and now publicly. I don't think Trump and Musk are necessarily going to fight in, in public, in, in the way that would make it obvious, um, cuz like, you know, the, the stuff that I just showed you guys was, say, you know, Trump going crazy, eating the glass and, uh, staring in the abyss. I don't think that'll make headlines; that's why I show it to you because it's things that you may not necessarily know about. Um, but this sort of gives you an inside look at their psychology.

This is, uh, Cruz here talking about the tariff stuff. Have a listen: "If the result is our trading partners jack up their tariffs and we have high tariffs everywhere, I think that is a bad outcome for America. Tariffs are a tax on consumers, and I'm not a fan of jacking up taxes on American consumers. So my hope is these tariffs are short-lived and they serve as leverage to lower tariffs across the globe." So what's interesting about, um, Cruz here is like, he's, he's at least honest about tariffs being a tax on consumers. A lot of the, um, Republican surrogates out there were, uh, lying to people, basically saying, "Oh, no, no, these, these taxes are taxes on other countries and stuff like that," but no, it's going to be a tax on you. So you know, they're probably hearing it from their constituents; that's why they're coming out and saying it.

But this is the reality: you know, many economists are predicting a recession, right, Trump-induced. Uh, you also have this: JP Morgan says Trump's tariffs to send us into recession. Uh, some of the numbers they were throwing around, uh, I think it was like 5.4%, uh, unemployment, so unemployment will go up, uh, maybe by the end of the year you'll have negative GDP growth, so things will shrink. Um, just put it in the simplest terms: um, if the economy slows, uh, there's not going to be so much hiring; in fact, it'll be opposite; it'll, you know, be layoffs, uh, plus Trump and Musk are looking to, you know, lay off people actively, and then just you just get kind of in this downward spiral, right? If people don't have jobs, they don't have money to buy stuff; people don't have money to buy stuff, stores don't need to be open, right? Stores don't need to stock so much inventory. Um, I've already heard of products, uh, being canceled or announcements, um, you know, being canceled where they're not going to have goods come to the USA because why bother trade with the USA if the tariffs are too high?

And then you have this like weird gaslighting on Fox News, which I'll show you from time to time because it, it's, it's so absurd. It's like, is, are these people for real? Are you purposely trying to be like ridiculous? Is it a comedy? Um, like here's an example; this is over on Fox News, and they were talking about the, uh, Trump gold card. Let's listen together; you'll see. "Gold card, the Trump card, gold card. Who's the first buyer? Me. I'm the, I don't know, but I'm the first buyer. It'll be out in about less than two weeks, probably. Pretty exciting, right? You ready for some questions? Anybody want to buy one? Sign me up. I do. But it's amazing; he's literally selling something for 5 million bucks that didn't exist before. It's, it's, it's weird." So this is Fox News; this is like pro-Trumpy kind of stuff, and they're even laughing at it, which is, which is strange. Um, you'll see because they laugh at it because, because we all know it's like, it's stupid. Like, dude puts his face on this gold card thing, um, but then they have to support it. That's kind of who these people are. Um, it's, it's sick of fans, lackey, toadies, every word you want to say it. Um, and like I said, it's, it's a combination of, I don't know, humor, absurdity, etc. We'll have a little bit some more; you, you'll see what I'm saying. "Amazing, Trump created something that costs nothing that didn't exist before that can then be sold but also taken away. It's a win-win. Like when my racehorse wins and then I eat it." So okay, is that what we're talking about? We're talking about my racehorse wins and then I eat it? Is, is that, is that a good thing? Like, what, like, what? This is, this is Fox News; like, they're, they're flipping out over there, losing it. Um, I, I don't even know what to make of this stuff. I've seen this guy a little bit; I'll just say this: he, he does a talk show; it's called The Five; he does his own thing; it's called Gutfield. But basically, if, if you have any talent as a writer, if you have any talent in comedy, you're not going to go work for these people, and that's why their jokes are always kind of really strange, and, and I get it; he's kind of trying to make a joke here, but, and I wonder, like, the laughing, if that's just a laugh track, like if he's talking to an empty audience, because who's, you know, who's watching this crap? Who knows?

This is something else too I want to mention with you guys. Um, Trump's going to be touting that they have a, uh, five trillion investment coming in, and we're going to have all this money; you're all going to be rich with the tariffs, etc. Um, well, Wall Street, uh, this is actually the Washington Post; they're like, "No, it's false. Trump says he's already scored more business deals than Biden." That's false. Um, basically, here's how it's played, and I've showed you guys some charts and this stuff before, but, um, Trump is counting a whole bunch of pledges by companies, and pledges is very, very different than actually like literally giving over the money or, or, you know, all these pledges is very, very different than, say, actually, you know, breaking ground on a new factory, these kind of things. Like, he's, they're overinflating the numbers. I think you guys already know this.

Um, there was something else too that I thought was funny was pointed out that sometimes when Trump says, "Hey, we're creating jobs," um, maybe, but the jobs could be in Saudi Arabia for Saudi Arabian companies. So, um, it, it is a lot of stuff that they, they, when they talk, when Trump talks about the numbers like that, it's to say it's not true; it's, it's kind of obvious. I think you guys know that, but I just wanted to share with you.

And then this is also just the reality: um, some people are already getting laid off. Uh, you can see here: Stellantis idles plants in Mexico and Canada due to tariffs. Um, it's 4,500 people in Canada and 900 in the USA. Um, listen to a union rep talk about it, and I'll, we'll watch it together here: "We've got a group of 470-some people out there that are starting to worry; they don't know if they need to go find another job or not. That's the frustrating part because it's our job to be able to help and reach out and guide those people and give them an honest opinion of what they need to do, and we can't. That's the frustrating part." So I just want to emphasize here, guys, I, I know we make jokes about this stuff because the stuff the Republicans say and, and Musk say is, is frankly ludicrous and absurd, but there are people, real people who are, who are getting hurt by this stuff. I would just want to be clear on that. Um, and, you know, as the person said, it's like, we just don't know what to tell our people, right? Should you go be looking for a job? They, they don't know, um, because the way that the Trump team is trying to sell it to you is that, you know, Trump's such an awesome negotiator, and you're all gonna be rich, and Trump's starting to get all these crazy numbers of like, "Oh, look at all these jobs we're creating," etc., but it's all smoke and mirrors, and I just want to emphasize that, do, real people do get hurt with this stuff, with what Trump is, is up to.

Um, and, you know what he does, then he just goes out and he's, um, playing golf and doing golf things. Um, Trump, he's in it for himself; he's, he's trying to get some deals. I mentioned before, um, because like, why would you put tariffs in Vietnam? He just wants to bring Vietnam to the negotiating table so then he can build his golf courses and hotels in Vietnam. With the golf thing here, this is with Saudi Arabia money; he wants to do this golf tournament, new golf league, uh, there's been talk that Trump wants to have an NFL team, this kind of things, right? There is Trump, while, you know, people's 401Ks are sinking, people are losing their jobs, he's just out doing this, and it's, it's very similar to the, um, the George Bush thing during the 9/11 attacks, if you guys remember that. So that's who these people are; I just wanted to show it to you guys.
